Exploring Luxury Residence 1 with hotel resort facilities. left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Luxury Residence 1 with hotel resort facilities. was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Luxury Residence 1 with hotel resort facilities. painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Awful experience! My husband and I have been eaten alive by bed bugs and it has ruined our family holiday to Bali. I think I have about 200 bites on my arms chest and back. We saw the room next door being fumigated during our stay and I assume it was for the same thing. Novotel food and drinks are overpriced (very average food and service), the facilities are quite dated and the kids didn’t find the kids club appealing. We’ve been to Bali many times but the first time staying in Nusa Dua and I found the area underwhelming, expensive with not much to do. The listing is a good deal compared to what you would pay if you went direct with the Novotel (less the hundreds of bed bug bites)

The apartment is roomy, the beds are comfortable and the hotel amenities are great for families. However, our stay was unfortunately disrupted by poor maintenance and absent communication. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. I called the hotel staff to clean it, who were great. Then the air conditioning pipes burst, completely flooding the kitchen in the night and collapsing in the ceiling. Andrianto didn’t respond to messages for half a day. Then the hot water wasn’t working. After workers arrived to fix this, it then couldn’t be turned to anything other than scolding hot. By that point, workers had been in the apartment for 3 days and I didn’t want to call them yet again. Throughout all of this, Andrianto barely apologised, offered no suggestion of any refund and only pressed for us to turn the air conditioning off - as though it was our fault the pipe burst.

I don't think it is suitable for 6 people. 2 fold up beds crammed the living space and didn't really fit in bedroom. Also hotel do not take any responsibility for private owned residences which is annoying. Apart from that lovely apartment, clean and host was good. I just don't think it should be listed as suitable for 6 people. 5 at a stretch.

Important: this would have been a 5 star review but the cover photo is misleading, it’s not a photo of this property, but rather a photo of Savaya Bali which is a day/night club which is definitely not the vibe of this place. That being said, this apartment within the Novotel was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the kids club, there was plenty of space for our family of 4, and the beach is beautiful and an easy 3 minute shuttle or 15 minute walk away. There are several really good warung restaurants (small family owned businesses) right outside the back gate of the property. Novotel felt family oriented which was nice. If you’re looking for a relaxing, chill vacation, this is a decent option.

We enjoyed our stay in this airbnb and the location was great and close to the beach and a ten minute walk to bali collection. The place was similar to photos but was overall a bit old. We had a few issues during the stay including the aircon in one of the bedrooms would intermittently turn off and not cool the bedroom well. One of the couches is creaky and not stable, so it moves when sat on. The doors would get jammed frequently and were hard to open. Finally the wifi signal was weak and would turn off during the night. Overall this airbnb was good but is old with a few issues that need maintenence.

We had a great stay overall. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and gives a luxury experience similar to Novotel, with great amenities that we really enjoyed. However, the service from Novotel was disappointing. We stayed 6 nights but only received cleaning on day 2, and further requests were denied as they said the next service was at checkout. They also charged for basic things like towel changes and refilling water. Room service was slow—about 20 minutes to take payment and another 20 minutes for delivery. There were also maintenance issues. One bathroom toilet had problems throughout our stay despite daily complaints, and it was never properly fixed. The other bathroom had a broken shower that caused flooding, and we were asked to pay for cleaning. The host, however, was very helpful and arranged assistance when needed.

What we liked about the place ? It is spacious and well suited for a large family. Has everything that is needed for an extended stay. It allows you to use all the hotel amenities for free but I think it's fair to add that you're not treated as a paid guest of the hotel. the location of the residence is right in front of the hotel restaurant that we found noisy even after 10pm. So globally a good stay but the down notes comes because of the hotel staff that provided mixed information, aging facilities, maintenance issues, and noise in the night.

condo yg bagus di dalam hotel novotel nusa dua, kita bisa menggunakan semua fasilitas hotel. Di dalam condo disediakan peralatan masak yg lengkap, bahkan ada mesin cuci juga.. ruangan full AC, hanya saja AC di kamar utama kurang dingin.. yang lain sudah OK semua..

Overall we had a good stay, a few things I would like to highlight: The aircon needs to be fixed as it was dripping through the second bathroom roof constantly. The beds were a little bit hard, maybe the mattress’s need an update. We got sick a couple of times from the hotel food (which was no fault of the host of course) just want to warn people to order carefully. Also the tiles on the bottom of the pool kept cutting our children’s feet. Also no fault of our host. Communication was amazing, and I thing this property is great value for money. It’s huge! So good for a family and a lot less stress than hiring a villa which tend to be open plan around a pool which is stressful with young children. The gym at the hotel is great and the spa is good value. The pool is great for kids (other than the sharp tiles we just had to tell them to be extra careful). The breakfast was also really good. Andrianto's place was nice and comfortable. It was a great place to spend Christmas. The facilities had a nice Christmas Eve buffet. We were there for three days and two nights. House cleaning was not scheduled to come while we were there and it is in the middle of the rainy season. Towels could have been changed out more due to this. We called front desk several times to request bags for all the garbage bins (there were none) and they never came. We also never received a towel at the pool because they were never in stock. When asked they were always an hour to 30 minutes out. Private beach area was very nice, and they were extremely tentative. If you are a family looking for a hotel environment, this place is will be good for you.

룸 크기도 크고 리조트내에 수영장도 너무 가깝고 좋았어요! 뒷문으로 나가면 마트와 로컬식당과 편의점을 갈수있으니 비싼 리조트 식당이 부담스러울땐 이용하길 추천합니다

The kids club is amazing. Highly recommended to those who are travelling with kids. PAUSE cafe is located within the compound and they bake fresh breads for sale daily. There are shuttle buses to the private beach and the bali collection.

Ok, so I am a Hotel Manager so I understand hospitality. All of this is a true reflection of our stay. Adriano was a lovely host. We had a few issues and he approached it professionally. The apartment is nicely furnished if a little grubby. Bali style firnishings. Except chairs on balcony which were quite yuck. The biggest issue with the Apartment was peeling paint in the main bedroom which really detracted from the overall enjoyment of the place. And some visible mould on some curtains in the living area.The bathrooms are fantastic and The kitchen and meals area are quite fine. We found the beds very comfortable. The air conditioning works very well. As did all electrics. He only had very minor issues that we dealt with by the host quite ok. So, overall you Will be quite comfortable in this apartment. We did not particularly like the Novatel hotel in many respects. There are way way way nicer hotels in Bali and the Novatel but that is not the hosts fault.

Private residence within the resorts grounds were great, and you were able to charge to the room, just like a regular hotel guest. The quick trip to the beach club was great, and a good change of scenery for the kids, even the the pool is great! The only thing is if you want fresh towels or room serviced, it isn't done daily like a regular hotel and you have to contact reception.

We were very happy with this amazing apartment, we loved it all and had only one negative which was the noise from the pool bar in the evenings which of course we understand is completely out of the owners control, but for our young ones it was a little bit of a problem, for couples great as by Midnight it's all quite :))

We loved our stay at Andriantos place. Perfect accomodation for our family of 5. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and had a modern balinese feel. Andrianto was fantastic as a host and quickly fixed our bedroom air conditioning when it wasn't working properly. The use of the Novotel facilities was great. Pool was awesome, kids loved the kids club, the gym was good and the staff in general were helpfull and friendly. The buffet breakfast looked good - the Novotel offered a breakfast package when we checked in. We said No Thanks - however after seeing what everyone was eating I would suggest it is worth the price. The only downside to our stay was that the apartment is close to the bar and on several nights we could here loud drunken talk and laughter. Luckily we bought earbuds with us - which we used on these nights. They usually finished at 1am at the latest. In summary - it was an awesome stay and exceptional value for money. Especially for family accomodation with free resort facilities. The noise at night was a minor inconvenience. We will definitely stay again.

Het appartement was heel fijn en ruim, in een mooi resort met veel faciliteiten. Ook buiten het resort waren veel restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Het contact met Adrianto was fijn en hij reageerde snel. Echt een aanrader voor Nusa Dua!

Great resort, beautiful surroundings and very well maintained. Clean and tidy. Communication was good. A short ride in the shuttle to the beach club. Little shops located out the back of the resort. Breakfast at an additional cost but some cooking facilities. Note- bring your own coffee and tea, milk or purchase at the front reception. Could possibly provide a few blankets and additional towels. Additional bed was not set up on arrival but a quick call I reception sorted that. Wifi was in and out. But this can not be helped by host. If I can suggest one upgrade would be Netflix. Very happy with our stay

The apartment was great for our family of 5. Nice spacious living area and bedrooms. Being apart of the Novotel resort meant it has everything you need and was very family friendly. Lots of restaurants and laundry service options within walking distance to make it more affordable than the resort prices.

We had a great stay here! The property was spacious, very clean, and in a great location. Having access to both the resort pool and the beach club was a huge bonus and really added to the experience. There are also several good restaurants on site, which made it very convenient to grab a meal without having to go far. The property is also close to the main shopping areas and plenty of restaurants, so there was always something nearby to do.

Een hele fijne accommodatie in een prachtig resort. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, heerlijk zwembad, goed restaurant en mooie omgeving. Wij konden echt ontspannen in deze accommodatie, nadat we het toch niet zo fijn vonden in Changgu. We konden ook gemakkelijk een dag eerder komen, communicatie ging allemaal heel vlot en goed. Zeker een aanrader.

I had a wonderful stay with my family. Communication with the owner was very smooth, from the information provided before our arrival to the support during and after our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, close to Bali Collection Mall. We also enjoyed having access to the Novotel Hotel Beach Club, which made our family trip to Bali even more enjoyable. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Großzügiges und erschwingliches Appartement im sonst hochpreisigen Nusa Dua. Für uns genau die richtige Unterkunft zum ankommen auf Bali. Sehr sicher und ruhig. Toller Pool und atemberaubende Strände. Wir haben gleich nochmal ein paar Tage vor Abreise gebucht.

A great place to stay within the Novatel resort, Nusa Dua. We could use all of the Novatel resort facilities. A very comfortable apartment with plenty of room. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay with 2 adults and 2 kids (1yo and 4yo). It was great to have a large apartment with all the resort facilities included (pool towels, kids club, room service). Staff were so kind and friendly. The cot provided through novetel had a comfy clean mattress which our baby slept so well on. High chair and washing machine were also handy to have.

Very clean and comfortable property. Looked just like the pictures and presents as described. The resort grounds are beautiful with all sorts of amenities that suited our needs. Very friendly staff and very good meals for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Would recommend this property to all.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Andrianto’s apartment. It is a lovely space and ideal for a relaxing holiday. It benefits from having access to all the amenities of the hotel. The beach is wonderful and you can workout in the hotel gym, which also has a sauna. Local shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. We will hopefully return again when the adjacent golf course reopens (let’s hope it does).

Andrianto hat sehr schnell auf jede Nachricht reagiert und geantwortet. Der Wohnung ist genau wie auf dem Bildern, groß und hat alles was du brauchst. Einziges Bild- das Titelt Foto ist nicht von Hotel, da der Hotel bisschen weit von Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit Shuttle Bus der geht alle 15 Minuten. Am Strand bekommt man Handtücher und Liegen mit Sonnenschirm ohne Aufpreis. Das Meer ist schön, bisschen schwierig zu schwimmen, da der Strömung sehr stark ist. Wir haben es trotzdem sehr genossen. Am Strand und am Eingang haben wir sehr schöne Katzen gesehen, die zu Hotel gehören ( wird von Mitarbeiter gefüttert). Sehr netter Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

We stayed at Novatel residences as my accomodation for 15 days pre and post surgery at BIMC Nusa Dua the perfect location only 3 minutes from the hospital. Bali collection Is close by with a free shuttle to shopping and restaurants. It’s also just a $15 bluebird to Legian and Kuta areas. The staff at Novatel were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The accommodations were clean and well-appointed, featuring 2 comfortable bed, spacious living area, and modern amenities. We also appreciated the rooms service menu Whether you prefer Western dishes or local Indonesian cuisine, there’s something for everyone. Overall, our experience at Novatel residences Nusa Dua was exceptional. The combination of the convenient location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations made it an ideal choice for our stay. I highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting the area, especially if you're looking for a place to stay following surgery at BIMC nusa dua.

Fantastic stay! The apartment is in Novotel Nusa Dua and overlooks the bar and pool area. Was so lovely in the evening sitting on the balcony listening to music being played most nights down at the restaurant. Very spacious apartment and perfect location for families.

The place is conveniently located inside Novotel. You get room service as well. It's similar to living inside the hotel, just except the included breakfast in the hotel room.

Access to all of Novotel's resort facilities make this a great stay. It's a private residence managed by Novotel meaning that there are different schedules for cleaning, resort meals/drinks are seperate, filtered water is included. Other than that administrative detail, the place was very well presented, and spacious. It accomodated 4 adults (2 couples) and an infant very confortably. It was well furnished with full sided fridge, TV and washing machine. Bath is part of the master bedroom ensuite. Nusa Dua beach is walkable an there is also a complementary resort shuttle (that ran every 15 mins). Overall a relaxing stay. Thanks for sharing your residence.

Lovely stay to spend a last few days in Bali

We had a fantastic stay at Andrianto’s apartment! The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented. Its location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. He is super responsive to all of our questions and requests. Highly recommend!

Wir haben 16 unglaubliche Tage in Andriantos Wohnung verbracht. Die Umgebung ist einfach toll und man kann seine Kinder alleine überall laufen lassen. Die Anlage des Hotels ist genial und meine kinder haben den Pool und den Beach Club geliebt. Die Wohnung ist riesig und hat alles was man braucht. Getrennte Klimaanlage in Schlaf und Wohnzimmer, zwei riesige Doppelbetten und einen Safe im Hauptschlafzimmer sowie einen tollen wasserspender mit Kühlung und einer 10 Liter Galone die auf Wunsch gewechselt wird. Insgesamt sind wir total glücklich und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen 🙏

작년에 이어 올해도 완벽한 우리들의 집이 되어주었어요. 주방이 잘 갖춰져서 음식해먹기도 좋고 침실과 주방이 모두 넓고 편안해요. 커피머신이랑 전자렌지 세탁기, 정수기, 토스트기도 있어요. 냉장고도 크구요. 일주일 머무는동안 청소 2번해주시는데 불편함없었어요. 저희는 머무는 동안 내년휴가도 다시 이곳으로 예약했어요. 특히 해변따라 다른 호텔 구경하는 재미도 있고 발리컬렉션도 셔틀타도 되지만 충분히 걸어다닐만한 거리예요. 위치가 호텔단지안에 있어 안전하고 후문으로 나가면 편의점. 식당, 마사지가게가 즐비해서 훨씬 좋아요. 엄청 큰 코코마트에서 장보기도 좋구요 이곳 강력 추천합니다

Lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings.

Absolutely great place to stay... inside the Novotel Hotel resort. It's like staying in a large apartment within a resort. You get to enjoy all the resort facilities including the lovely swimming pool. Novotel also has a Beach Club you can use - great for swims in the ocean, or relaxing with a beer in the nice loungers. Walking distance to Bali Collection with its huge collection of shopping and restaurants where we spent the evenings. In all an amazing place to stay, would love to come back to Andrianto's apartment again.

Apartment is in a great location within the resort . Has all you need for a family to stay. Communication between host was great , very responsive. Within the resort restaurants & bar could have been more attentive & a better quality of food available . Overall a great stay. Pool was fantastic one of the best I’ve been at. Spa within resort was great very relaxing massage.

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It is a walking distance from nice restaurants and a mini market. It was very convenient to have a washing machine and it was very nice to be able to swim at the hotel's swimming pool. Everyone was very friendly!

The apartment was spacious and perfect for family. One of the benefits of staying at Andrianto's apartment is you get to enjoy Novotel's hotel facilities such as the use of swimming pools, shuttle to the beach and room service. Thank you for having us and letting us stay at your apartment.

Our four week stay in Andrianto’s Nusa Dua Novotel condo was fantastic. This well decorated two bedroom two bath accommodation was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The location of the condo is close to the pool area and to the restaurants, but not that close that you’re interrupted by the activities below. Being able to use the facilities at the resort is a plus. The spa is fantastic and we found the food to be great as well and very reasonably priced. The short shuttle ride to the beach was appreciated and the beach so beautiful. There is also food/drink service at the beach as well with lots of loungers and umbrellas. There are bikes that can be rented very cheaply with beautiful bike/walking paths outside the resort. While there, Resort housekeeping came in twice a week to clean. There are several fantastic restaurants right out the back entrance to the Resort. All resort staff were the friendliest. Nasu Dua is one of the safest areas in Bali.

The apartment was spacious perfect for our family of four. Close to the pool and restaurant. Pool was great for the kids. Large bedrooms great balcony overlooking the resort. The resort was perfect close to outside restaurants and shops. The shuttle bus to the beach was easy and fast , the beach was stunning. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

This apartment was amazing, it forms part of a hotel and everything is right on your doorstep. You can use all of the hotel facilities and the beach is a 1 min hotel shuttle bus ride away. The staff at the hotel are so helpful and friendly. They have a money exchange at reception too which is handy. There are loads and loads of restaurants and a good supermarket if you leave the hotel out reception and turn left down the first road out. There is also the Bali Collection a 5 minute walk away which is loads of shops and some more restaurants. There is the Devdan Show at Bali Nusa Dua Theatre too which is walkable. From 10pm the hotel is very peaceful so you get a very good nights sleep. Your aparment is cleaned every 3 days by the hotel. This was one of our best airbnb stays ever, my son did not want to leave. Thank you so much Andrianto, we loved your apartment, you are a responsive host and everything was Perfect ! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at amazing Andrianto’s apartment. It’s even more beautiful and spacious than on photos. Every morning we enjoyed shaded from bamboo amazing walk to the beach full of birds’ songs. Overall we had amazing stay and would love to come back. Thank you 🙏

We had a great stay in this apartment... Everything was clean and well disponed. We preferred the Geger-beach a little south from the resort (walking distance), very nice and good service with sunbeds and cheep drinks. It's a little expensive in the area, but the restaurants are really good and the people so nice 👍

This is very good place for family vacations specially when you have younger kids. The apartment is full of basic amenities and you will get everything which you want in a house. We stayed there for two days,market is nearly and shuttle service for beach in every 15 minutes,you can go by walk also because it will hardly take 10 minutes. Alles topp, prima für 1-2 Pärchen oder eine Familie mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Man kann (muss aber nicht) alle Angebote des angeschlossenen Hotels mit nutzen. Schöner Pool und nur freundliche Menschen. Gerne immer wieder

We had the most amazing time here, way better than expected. Condo in a resort with a huge balcony, two bathrooms. Super clean and tidy! Not a single thing wrong. The staff are SO helpful and even called half hour before check out to as if we would like them to come and collect our luggage at whatever time we wanted. Resort is perfect, live band at dinner, close to nyomans beer garden which I love. It was truly wonderful, I can’t recommend enough! If I could give 6* for above and beyond I would. Thank you and we will be back.

Lovely location in Nusa Dua and it was great that we had access to the hotel facilities including the beach.

Kami sangat menyukai luasnya apartement yg kami tempati, bersih, nyaman, menenangkan, gampang bisa jalan kaki atau naik shuttle ke Bali collection atau ke beach club Novotel 😁 Bisa masak sendiri di apartement juga bisa lewat jalan belakang Novotel juga banyak Warung lokal yg murah dan enak, terutama Juanitas Taco, keluarga semua suka karna enak bgt ! Ada laundry Express lokal juga. Kami sering memesan makanan enak semuanya di restaurant Novotel dan diantar ke apartement. Suka banget pengalaman menginap di sini !

일주일을 지내는 동안 호텔에. 준비된 무료프로그램(아침 요가, 수중체조, 게임 등) 다 이용했구요 거실에 정수기 있어서 물도 걱정없었고 그릇도 많고 왠만한건 다 구비되어있어요 커피머신도 있어서 스타벅스에서 원두갈아와서 내려먹었네요 냉장고도 커서 근처 코코마트(편의점말고 사거리에 큰마트있음)에서 장본거 넣어놓기 좋았어요 일주일동안 청소 2번해주셨고 수건이나 휴지필요하면 추가비용내고 구입가능하다네요 일단 호텔이 아늑하고 가족친화적이라 너무 지내기 좋고 아이들 수영장 이용하기 너무좋았어요 집이 3층 수영장 바로 옆이거든요 위치 서비스 청결 모두 최고였고 메세지드리면 신속하게 연락주셔서 넘 좋았어요 일주일 지내는 동안 너무 좋아서 내년 휴가예약도 바로 여기로 했네요 정말 강추합니다

A beautiful and spacious apartment which was nicely furnished. It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Resort staff and facilities were fabulous! A bus to the private beach if you need it, but it's a short walk otherwise. Lovely value for money massages at the beach!! The resort restaurant food was a little too westernised for us, we would have preferred more Indonesian style food and more vegetarian. Also noting, if you are gluten intolerant, there were very few options.

This condo was at the very end of a 4 week South East Asia trip. I wanted something modern, updated, relaxing and "resort" like to end my trip. I also wanted something close to the airport. This condo checked all the boxes from the BBQ dinner at the resort, the pool, the amazing breakfast and the incredibly modern and updated condo! The decorations were amazing! It took about 25/30 minutes to get to the airport in the morning!

The residence is great mix of private home and resort/hotel feel. Very central to shopping and other attractions. Will visit again and highly recommend.

We found the apartment to be clean and really spacious for our family. As you can see from the Novotels general reviews it’s a bit older but the site is lovely, the pool well shaded by established flowering trees and the grounds well kept. The apartment was well stocked, although you need to be aware the kettle doesn’t auto switch off. Fridge/freezer was large and there is a washing machine. Locally, just pop out the back for shops and atms. Laluna and lovers were great spas(much cheaper than hotel), there’s lots of smaller grocery shops and a large coco supermarket 500m away. We particularly liked cockatoo restaurant but there is several along there. Beach can be walked or bus from hotel. It’s a good running track as well, same route then just go left up the beach pathway. Easy to do 5km plus and real pretty. Hotel gym is usable for a hotel gym. Must go to devdan show, it’s great and close by.

Excellent property however our only complaint was the balustrades on balcony was not safe for young kids and as such we were not able to use this space. Other than that this was a fantastic place and only wished had booked more days. Facilities great.

The apartment was exactly as it looked. Very spacious and homely with a great large balcony overlooking the main restaurant and pool area though not too noisy. Highly recommend for families.

Spent two weeks at Andrianto’s condo and absolutely loved it. The unit was as described. Very spacious, clean with a very large balcony overlooking the pool area. Adrianto was receptive to any requests or concerns that we had. The resort was beautiful with many amenities to choose from including a private beach locale. We will definitely be back and would love to book this location again.

Spend three nights as a family and had a wonderful time. The residence is spacious, well equipped and offered us everything we required. You have access to all the hotel's amenities including the pools and beach club which we absolutely enjoyed. The hotel has good food options but there are also alternative food options just outside the hotel if needed. All in all, we had a great time at Andrianto's place!

Andrianto has a beautiful apartment located within the Novotel Nusa Dua complex. The apartment is luxurious, spacious and peaceful. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Access to all the facilities, restaurants and bars of the hotel is excellent - you want for nothing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. If you are a golfer, the Bali International Golf Club is next door. A round of golf with hired clubs, a buggy and a caddy is worth doing. You can also use the practice range. Great stay! it was bit old but good. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Host reactive and helpfull.

Andrianto is a great, responsive and extremely generous host. We supposed to checkout at noon, but he let us stayed until 2, thanks again! The unit is on the 3rd floor of 5 stories building, by the pool and restaurant. Some instruments and events during our stay, but it wasn’t bothered us. The facility had notified its guests and strict with their schedule. The place is located in an ideal location, walking distance to Bali collections, Coco supermarket, restaurants, shoppings, beach and beautiful beach walk. The unit itself isn’t on the beach, but there was a shuttle service starting from 8 am - 8 pm from the lobby to the beach club. It’s was ours first time in Bali, and we felt really safe staying here. Lots of koi pond’s through out the hotel, my daughter really enjoyed feeding them. Suggestions to facility to use more environmental friendly cleaning products on cement tiles path walk rather using bleach and double check pool chlorine level, my daughter had rashes after swimming.

Andrianto's place is the great place specially for the family vacation in the bali. Everything is near and easy to reach. The interior and style of rooms are little outdated. But overall condition is very well organized and spacious. If you're looking for the place for relax and easy, antrianto's place is one of the best options.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrainato’s apartment. Located centrally in the Nusa Dua resort sector it was accessible to the beach, resort eating establishments as well as local restaurants, supermarket and laundries. Overall good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay here everything was exactly as described. The apartment was lovely and big rooms and very near to the pool and restaurant which we enjoyed everyday, we spent alot of time poolside swimming and eating. Andrianto always responded quickly and gave me some very good tips while staying in his apartment for the hotel and facilities nearby. The Novotel staff were very efficient and provided good friendly assistance whenever needed. We felt very safe staying here as gated complex and found it very relaxing as the area is not overcrowded. I recommend this apartment at the Novotel it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. I will return here when in Bali next time.

The apartment is extremely spacious, very clean and has beautiful interiors. You get all required furnishings and appliances. It is one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in at Bali, a perfect property with absolutely no complaints. It is a residence part of Novotel Hotel, so you get to enjoy all other amenities of the hotel like the swimming pools and access to a private beach - an absolute treat for your vacation.

Huge apartment - very comfortable Extremely good value My only concern was the air conditioning in main bedroom wasn't working Technicians came to fix- and was ok for one day- but then wasn't working again Apart from that issue - I would highly recommend this apartment

Beautiful hotel with all the services that you get by booking directly with novotel. host communicated well and allowed us to have a late check out for our flight with a smal fee which we appreciated. Highly recommend this place for its pool, beach and lovely hotel

The fact that it was in a resort was awesome. Cafe on site did good coffee. Beds were crazy comfy and I slept so so well. Bath was wonderful and the washing machine was a bonus especially when travelling with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrianto’s. It’s clearly a place for high end tourism, and with three kids it was a wonderful to have a pool, shuttle service to the beach and our own lovely apartment.

Great appartment and reliable host

If you are after Nusa Dua, the Novotel is in a very convenient location, great amenities for families. The apartment has lots of space. Beach Club is beautiful… whenever we chose to stay at Nusa Dua, we would try to book this property again.

In overall, it was a great experience to stay there. No issue with the apartements, furniture and the food in the restaurant is taste good . Please notice also on cleaning schedule and please bring extra ammenites like towel etc since the hotel wiilk charge you for that. Thanks Halim

Andrianto was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. Made our stay seamless and pleasant. The unit is located in the Novotel Nusa Dua, a premier hotel property with all of the amenities of a 5 star resort. Wonderful service and staff. Beautifully landscaped property, pools and beach club. There is a Kids Club with loads of activities for your little ones to take a break from the sun and surf. The staff is incredibly engaging and kind. The apartment was large and comfortable for our family of 5. Plenty of space for us to live in for our 2 week stay. We would absolutely stay here again. The location in Nusa Dua is great. Straight in from the best surf along the reef. Close to loads of local restaurants and shops. Some touristy and some not. A quick drive from the Denpasar airport too.

Great space. Clean, comfortable, full size fridge. Nice balcony over looks the pools. Air conditioning was the best. Cooled the very large space no problem. Nice resort. Excellent coffees and breads on campus @Pause Cafe. The hotel shuttle runs couple times a hours down to the resorts private beach club. Maybe 1/2 mile. Little bar, good food, beach towels, padded lounge chairs in the sand with umbrellas. Will stay again when in Nusa Dua. Thanks.

Thanks Andrianto The apartment was fantastic for a family, if you’re thinking of staying in Nusa Dua this place is great. Whilst not right on the beach it’s a short walk to everything and the apartment size is huge! The resort is great too, facilities well maintained and friendly staff.

Le logement est vraiment beau, conforme aux photos, spacieux, très propre. La communication avec Andrianto a toujours été optimale, et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les chambres sont très agréables mis à part les lits d'appoint qui ne sont pas très confortables pour des adultes. Mais je pense que pour des enfants c'est très bien. Seul petit reproche qui concerne plutôt l'hôtel, le Novotel manque un peu de rigueur, par exemple il manquait un lit quand nous sommes arrivés qui a mis des heures à être dressé, et il y a eu plusieurs problèmes avec la porte. Mais dans l'ensemble je recommande ce logement surtout pour une famille !

When we came to Bali for a month we were only supposed to stay in nusa dua for one week then move to ubud. Tbh, we didn't enjoy the accommodation in ubud (booked 2 different locations and checked out early losing money) so we came back to this property. Bear in mind this is a proper 2 bedroom apartment in Novotel Hotel resort so it's so safe and really nice. All the staff here are brilliant and very friendly. The hotel has a beach connected to it which is really quiet and has one of the clearest water I've ever seen. This property also has a full size fridge and freezer, water dispenser (hot, medium and cold). Air conditioning everywhere and 2 balconies overlooking the swimming pool. Other guests are respectful and they are from all over the world so my whole family met lovely interesting people. Unlike other area's of Bali where tourists are not friendly and only want to talk to "their own kind". If I was to return to Bali, I would just stay here do day trips all over Bali. Only downside is that breakfast at the hotel is very expensive so we just bought cereal, bread and milk from the store. The restaurants in the vicinity were very good and in walking distance so no need to hire a car or taxi. Best tip is to download Gojek app and you can order, bike/car taxi (cheapest), order food and the hotel has no problem with you ordering food too!

A great location which was extremely safe for you and your loved ones! The advert is exactly how the property is in real life. This hotel is ideal for families with young children, most children were in/around the pool all day and well into the evening. As this is a high level resort food and drink was expensive but a 5 minute walk away you will find a good few restaurants to choose from which are more reasonable. I would 100% recommend this property and would love to return!

We loved our stay! The apartment was very spacious and clean. I especially liked having a washer to do laundry so we could pack light and not have so much to do after the trip. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a very pleasant stay! Loved the fact that we could use everything in the Novotel hotel but for a much lower price. My kids loved the kids club. The pool was large and had a lot of space to chill. We can definitely recommend the place. Thanks for having us.

The place was perfect especially for family traveller like me. The unit was actually part of five star hotel. All the hotel facilities and services are accessible (except the breakfast which can be made available at our own cost). Kitchen and dining utensil were complete which was very convenient for me who stayed there with kids for 9 days. Definitely worth it for the price we paid and will recommend the place.

Andrianto’s place was as advertised. It was a spacious 2 bedrooms apartment facing the swimming pool, comfortable enough dor 3 adults and 2 kids spending almost a week there. Everything worked well, we enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Andrianto was easy to reach thru phone calls or text messages. Nothing to do with Andrianto, but Novotel really needs to upgrade the gym, very little equipment varieties and very old as well. Would definitely stay at Andrianto’s place again when visiting Novotel.

Over the last 10 years I have stayed at Novotel yearly at a variety of Apartments. This is a stylish large 2 bed condo in the Novotel complex, the best I have stayed in. The host has invested in renovation and the stylish use of Art & sculpture gives it a very nice homey atmosphere. The furniture has been updated and is both comfortable and functional. The homewares provided were equally stylish and useful from the coffee maker to the cold water fountain. It was a pleasure to return there after a day out. The balcony is ideal for eating on and has a delightful aspect overlooking the resort. Even the power shower is superb compared to others we have used.

I stayed 2 night. This residence is in the Novotel Nusa Dua Bali, so I could check-in at hotel lobby. It was so easy. Andrianto always replied to my contact immediately, and it was always accurate. Thanks to his support, I could have good time in Bali. If I go to Bali again, I want to stay at his residence again.

Absolutely stunning apartment! It was everything we needed and fit 5 people perfectly with the fold out beds. The access to Novotel's amenities and services were also great e.g. free shuttle bus to Novotel beach club, room service, pool and breakfast!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Two adults and three kids aged 10, 8 and 7. There was a portable foldout bed placed in the room for a third child as there were only two beds but we didn't use it, our kids all shared a bed or one slept on the futon in the lounge room. The balcony area was great , loved the outdoor bed to relax on in the evenings. I was really happy there was a washing machine and a place to hang up clothes to dry on the balcony. This resort was really nice and quiet, pool is great. We added breakfast on , which was an extra 350 for 5 people for 5 mornings. Didn't really like the breakfast but each to their own. Overall it was a great holiday.

Spacious and very well equipped appartment in the middle of the Novotel in Nusa Dua. We booked breakfast buffet in the hotel so our stay was very comfortable. The beach club was amazing. Surfing between two reefs directly at the beach was possible. Communication with Adrianto was excellent. So thank you for these wonderful moments in your appartment!

We went to Bali for a three week vacation with our three kids of 5, 3 and 0. The first ten days we spend in this apartment and it was really amazing because it’s the best of two worlds. The apartment itself is very large with two large sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen and a balcony. Also it’s very early the pool. Looking to the price for so much meters it’s great value for money. The second thing which makes it great is the resort. The apartment is located at the Novotel resort which is a medium large resort with a beautiful garden and a very large pool. Our kids spend a lot of time in this pool and played a lot with all the other kids. For us as parents this was a very relaxt thing! There is also a breakfast buffet. I recommend to reserve this when you are at the hotel, they will provide you a better discounted offer if you take all the days. For lunch en diner, it’s also very easy to take the backside exit of the hotel and walk to one of the supermarkets or Warungs. Adrianto is a great host who responds very fast!

Beautiful apartment close to geger beach

Andrianto is a fantastic host every time we had a question it was answered quickly and with an easy solution. The apartment itself is excellent in design and position, great view of the pool and bar / restaurant area. It closes at 8pm so there is no noise issue at all. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The staff at the Novotel were exceptional in every way especially with the kids. Great place to stay, we will be back.

The facilities at the hotel are great - big pool, good restaurants, lovely spa and very close to other resorts / the Bali collection where there is a vast array of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Andrianto provides excellent communication - a lovely welcome email on our arrival and any questions were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Great place! Very large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with large lounge, dining and kitchen area along with 2 balconies. Use of resort facilities are amazing, lots of restaurants close by. Great area, safe and secure. Very happy! Will stay again. Host was very quick and helpful to fix bedroom air conditioning while we were out. Highly recommend

Thank you for hosting us, we had such a wonderful time. Very good space for two small children. So safe! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Definitely would not get my washing done there again though, spent $120 AUS on a small load of non dry cleaned washing! We used the machine in the room for the next couple of loads. Thank you again, we want to come back ASAP.

Absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Being able to access the services at Novotel (including kids club) was an added bonus! The room is very large and was perfect for cooking our own meals when the kids needed a break from eating out. The balcony gets a nice amount of sunshine for relaxing and there are plenty of restaurants and massage services a short walk away. Thanks again! We will certainly be back. :)

We had an amazing stay in Adrianto's apartment. It had everything we needed to do our own cooking if we wanted to. The view from the balcony was very pleasant as well. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very good. Having the use of all resort facilities was fantastic! Such a great place, very friendly staff and always there to help. Food was very good and well priced, you could also order room service. I would highly recommend staying here. Exceptional value for money.

We loved the residence and all the staff were very friendly. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were gorgeous! The food at the hotel was lovely but you are paying hotel prices. Expensive for a family of five to have buffet breakfast every morning (they do offer a discount rate if you order ever day but still a big chunk of your spending money, approx $50 a day )so we used the cafe and bought our own supplies. A one off breakfast for a family of 5 was $90! We didn’t do it! The little patisserie at the rear of the hotel (Pause) was great value and had all fresh baked bread and pastries each morning, good breaky option.

Fantastic place! Stayed at the apartment with my wife and baby and also had my parents in the additional bedroom for a few days! The apparent was really great for a long stay (17 days) and felt like a home even if it was part of the hotel including all the services you can expect at a 5 star hotel! Can absolutely recommend this apartment!!!

A nice and large two-bedroom apartment within Novotel Nusa Dua, actually it is spacious and seemed very big for our family of four! The hotel has nice swimming pools and is only minutes away from the beach by a shuttle. The owner is also very responsive to my inquiry.

Overall a really great stay. Photos were accurate. Great to have access to all the amenities of the Novotel including a brilliant pool and great buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4 - plenty of room.

Andrianto has an amazing apartment in the exceptionally ideal location of Nusa Dua. This area is, essentially, a gated community where a majority of the big resorts are. The apartment is in the Novotel Nusa Dua and is quite a spacious 2 bedroom with extra beds when and where required. He has a kitchen and washing machine which makes life on the road so much easier. The beds are massive king size and extremely comfortable. Showers are also huge but with the ‘do not drink’ local water showers and teeth brushing is a chore. The balcony is huge and we spent many a morning sipping coffee watching the family of squirrels across the way. The Novotel pool is a nice way to cool down day or night and the cafe/restaurants adjoining are sufficient. There are courtesy buses to take you to and from either the beach and/or Bali Collection. Both of which we highly recommend. Overall we had a tremendously awesome experience staying at Andriantos’ apartment and highly recommend it to families of all ages.

This place is very recommended for family holiday, it can get until 6person ( include sofa bed and extra bed ). The room is so comfy and the neat is perfect. It has 24/7 reception so nothing to worry about. Absolutely coming back for this place again!

The residence is really spacious, something we didn't expect for a hotel'room' and with all the hotel facilities and services that we had access to we can not recommend this residence more. Check-in was easy and Andrianto is easy to communicate with. We didn't meet him in person, but he checked up on arrival and when we left. That felt personal. You definitely get your money's worth. We'll be back again.

Andrianto's place is wonderful. It is very clean and exceeded our expectations. It was quite spacious, especially for a family of 4. The resort amenities were great also. It would be very difficult to find a place in Nusa Dua that can give you all that Andrianto's place has to offer for this price. We had an amazing time and definitely plan to return.

This is a beautiful apartment within a luxury hotel, so it's the best of all worlds. The apartment itself is huge, with beautiful verandas and a great living space. The bathroom in the master bedroom was particularly gorgeous! Andrianto to was kind and responsive host. Would very happily stay here again!

Very clean easy to deal with. Quick to respond we loved the location by the Pool we could go for a sneaky drink for happy hour at the Pool bar while kids stayed in the the room. Also enjoyed the night movies on the grass. Very comfortable unit. No mozzies with all that sunlight too. Thanks alot Tabatha

We stayed at Andrainto’s place with our three small kids, aged 1, 3 and 6 years old. The apartment was very large, comfortable and clean. We were a bit apprehensive of the noise from the pool bar as described by other guests, but we had absolutely no noise (of course this depends on other people in the resort using the bar at night) and slept like angels. Andrianto was very quick to respond to any inquiries and our stay at Novotel was very relaxing. We don’t usually go to bigger resorts, as we like travelling a bit more adventurous. However, we really enjoyed three days/nights of creature comforts. Highly recommended!

Andrianto's apartment is great. A private apartment with use of all the Novotel facilities included, including the Kids Club. The apartment is nice, with high quality furnishings. Andrianto gave really clear check-in instructions and was easy/quick to communicate with. He extended our check-out when our flight got delayed.

This is a wonderful location in Nusa Dua and well appointed apartment to meet up for a family vacation. Andrianto was very responsive and attentive to our queries that contributed to a very memorable vacation! Spacious, lovely rooms and a fantastic balcony. The unit is well located at the hotel resort and as perfect as the pictures show. We hope to return soon!

The volcano disrupted our holiday plans but Andrianato was very flexible and accommodating. We ended up with a very good result. The location is part of the Novotel resort, and so is perfect for family holidays.

Andrianto responds quickly to enquirers, it was all smooth no problems at all. We loved his 2 bed apart lots. It has 2 balconies, kitchenette, large bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything works.

Excellent unit for a family stay with complete amenities ( washing machine is a big plus), perfect location, in prestige nusa dua complex, not too far from the nusa dua shopping & restaurant complex. Nearby mini market is another convenience. Novotel hotel service: food is really good and they do room service. Good hotel pool for all, including small kids. The 5-min shuttle bus to the beach is not a problem, it is a good clean white sands beach! Must stay here, staying off from busy Kuta-Seminyak, in Nusa Dua complex, and at reasonable price and an apartment unit that is sizable in space for whole family.

Enjoy a large spacious apartment with all the amenities of a hotel. Great location in Nusa Dua, close to everything with convenience store, restaurants and money changer behind the hotel out the rear gate which is 2 minutes walk from the room which is handy to stock up. The host is a good communicator, checking in was hassle free and the room close to the restaurant for breakfast and the pool. The apartment has everything you need, full size fridge, washing machine for your clothes and a range of cable TV channels. Will be back again.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has two big baconies and is located within the Novotel Nusa Dua compound, so you get the perks of your own apartment as well as the hotel service. The beach is not adjacent to the compound but there's a shuttle bus that runs every 10 mins to the hotel's own beach club. It's easy to get a taxi to places outside of Nusa Dua from the hotel - good if you want to get out of the resort-only district. We would definitely recommend Andrianto's apartment to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Easy and Prompt communication from Andrianto upon booking. Great price for very nice and comfortable space for a family of 6 with access to all of the wonderful Novotel Nusa Dua amenities. A/C was great to cool us down after returning in the afternoon from tours and at night. Clothes washing machine and air drying rack was a handy amenity to freshen clothes after a tour, the pool, or the beach. Nusa Dua beachfront very accessible via free hotel shuttle, <5 min. The Novotel beach club was great for relaxing, having a drink, and grabbing a bite. They even arranged for some surf lessons and boogie board use. The Novotel restaurants were very convenient with a great selection for breakfast. Drinks and food were also easy to get at the pool area. Lovely gardens and convenient location to access the southern areas of Bali. A great resort area with access to local restaurants and shopping within a 15 min or less walk or by shuttle.

Andrianto оперативно отвечал на любые вопросы (как до бронирования, так и во время проживания), подробно все рассказывал, давал советы. Резиденция является частью отеля, что очень удобно - уборка, полотенца для бассейна и пляжа, трансфер до пляжного клуба (часть пляжа принадлежит отелю), детский клуб, бассейны и т.д. Резиденция отлично подходит для семейного отдыха - много места, отдельные спальни и ванные комнаты, 2 балкона. Имеется все необходимое для приготовления пищи, в т.ч. и любая посуда. Очень удобно, что есть и стиральная машина. Вобщем, наш отдых на о.Бали был великолепным и в том числе благодаря резиденции, в которой мы жили. Если мы вернёмся на Бали,то с удовольствием снова остановимся в резиденции Андрианто. Обязательно буду рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым этот вариант размещения

We stayed at Andrianto’s place in Oct and we loved it! Location wise it is in nusa dua where all the resorts are which is away from the craziness of kuta and seminyak. Resort is great for families. Pros: Large rooms, large spaces, large balconies, large bathrooms (ensuite bathroom was a room itself!) Full access to resort facilities & amenities, Smooth communications & check-in Swimming pools Private beach (5 mins resort bus ride) Great decorations in apt Fully furnished kitchen Cons Close to the main garden area so if there is an event (like a wedding which we had on our 1st nite), it gets really loud No daily room service (you leave your trash outside your door) Private beach is not walking distance Definitely need your own car/driver as it is far from the popular areas of kuta, seminyak etc Overall it exceeded our expectations and excellent value for the resort quality of living & amenities. Andrianto should update his photos as it does not do it justice!

Mr Andrianto communicates well and reached out immediately after I booked to offer assistance and check if I needed help with anything. He was flexible with check in and check out time, and called to see if w needed anything else during the stay. Fantastic host. The place itself is within Novotel Nusa Dua hotel, kids friendly and there’s a beach club too with a free shuttle from the hotel. Walking distance to Bali Collection, where many restaurants, pubs, and shops are.
