Exploring Luxury Residence 2 with hotel resort facilities left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Luxury Residence 2 with hotel resort facilities was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Luxury Residence 2 with hotel resort facilities painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Our requirements for our two month stay was a luxurious apartment that provided plenty of room to relax and recover from pre booked surgery. The apartment provided : • Large Master bedroom with adjoining ensuite • Good size lounge room • Dining area – good size table • Kitchen – on the small side • 2nd bedroom to store our cases and do ironing The big problems with the apartment were: • Master ensuite was of inferior quality, old and quite grubby to look at. The vanity and sink always seemed dirty (due to age and condition) • Lounge room furniture was worn and torn in a number of areas • Kitchen surfaces were also old and disgusting • The level of cleanliness was very poor and we had to ask cleaners to clean around the back of the seat & lid of the toilet • The owner needs to do a complete renovation to the apartment to be able to properly present in a luxurious apartment, because quite frankly it barely meets a 2 star rating The Novotel complex is great and offers many features.

We were 4 friends came from Mumbai India and we chose this accommodation because of those photo published in air bnb app by host but found POOL was not same as shown in the airbnb app/web. This is the biggest scam and misleading information to attract guests. Secondly most important is Cleaning of rooms, property management only cleans on Tuesday and Saturday but air bnb charged us around inr 4700 for the cleaning and 4200 inr as commission that included in our room tariff. After our lot of requests and fight management cleaned the room and kitchen then I realised that rules for property owner and real management are differ and those guest are more favourable who doesn’t book from host/airbnb. If airbnb charged us for cleaning then should have cleaned rooms daily without any rule regulations. What about those guest who comes on Wed and check out on Sat? You should refund the cleaning fee to us.

Le logement se trouve dans l'enceinte du novotel ce qui est très appréciable. Cependant le logement ne correspond pas tout à fait aux photos (le sol notamment et une photo de piscine que nous n'avons jamais vue donnant sur la plage), la cuisine est vétuste. Les meubles sont vieux et ne s'ouvrent pas bien. Il n'y avait que 2 verres. Le frigo congèle malgré un réglage au minimum. La TV d'une des chambres ne fonctionne pas. Une navette nous ramène à la plage mais à savoir il n'y a jamais de place à moins de se lever aux aurores. Du coup, nous avons dû payer des chaises longues à proximité à chaque fois que nous y allions. Après, il y a quelques points positifs : la piscine de l'hôtel est très agréable mais pareil mettez vos serviettes tôt sinon pas de place, les navettes plage et Bali collection (centre commercial), il y a l'embarras du choix au niveau des restos et c'est dans une zone paisible vs d'autres villes qu'on a pu faire.

Big rooms and convenient to use hotel facilities and close enough to an out of hotel strip of F&B

The apartments are not in the best condition: there is some worn and scratched furniture, stains on the upholstery, and rust and mold in the bathrooms. Overall, this was somewhat expected, as different people stay and live here. However, what was really disappointing was something else: the shower hose was damaged and leaking. Most importantly, all the bed linen and towels had a strong musty, damp smell.

The apartment was large and spacious and it was great having access to a kitchenette. The apartment has some signs of wear and tear but it doesn’t detract from anything and we all enjoyed staying there. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms, lounge and patio area were great for myself and my two teenage daughters. The apartment is located on the bottom floor and really close to the pool, restaurant and gym as well as reception. The resort is fine, the pool was a good size and temperature and we had no issues getting a sun-lounge each day although the resort kept running out of pool towels every day! Sometimes at 10am in the morning which seemed a bit ridiculous. But we had luckily brought a couple of spares from home. The shuttle to Bali Collection was convenient and the shuttle down to the beach was good and the ladies that do the massages on the beach were so good!! Overall we loved nusa dua and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you.

Well-positioned apartment within the Nusa Dua hotels complex, featuring a nice pool and gym. It's only a short walk to the beach, where sun beds are provided by Novotel. Not a new apartment, but good value with good-sized rooms and a range of amenities. Adriano and the staff at the resort were both very welcoming and communicative.

아이들과 머물기 너무 적당한 숙소였습니다! 도보 거리에 장을 볼수 있는 큰 마트와 스파 시설과 식당들이 많아 너무 편했습니다~ 아이들은 역시 좋은 풀장 키즈클럽을 즐겼으며 근처에 해양 스포츠 뿐만 아니라 해변들이 많아 휴양하기 좋은 숙소입니다~! 단 하나의 단점은 청소를 원하는 경우 추가 요금이 현지 물가에 비해 비싸다~

Was a great place to stay for our first time in Bali, hotel staff were helpful and was close to restaurants and shops outside of the hotel. Had slight problems getting the shower hot in the main bathroom but overall it was a good stay.

Good safe location. We were in Kuta before where it was absolutely crazy. So, it was very calm and chill location to stay. Check in check out were easy since it is the hotel. One downside is thar the hotel itself is old and overdue professional clean and renovation. But it was not a problem much.

Was a good place to stay. As it’s in a resort there were things to do like swimming, spa, gym, private beach (by hotel shuttle), shopping ( down the street or a shuttle) - facilities (including the beach) was clean and well taken care of. On the other hand because it’s in a hotel there were a lot of things that needed to be paid for e.g extra towels and drinking water which in a sense are a bonus to have as a paid option in an Airbnb. There’s no washing machine so you either have to go to a laundromat which is close by or pay the hotel services. We asked for an extra bed which a foldable bed was provided but wasn’t set up, sheets and pillows took some time to organise/find too. Overall was a good stay and recommend it to anyone who wants to have a chill holiday in the Nusa Dua resort area. There’s also a choice to do some water sports at the beach which is a bonus, I got to do an hour of snorkelling. Thanks Andrianto for letting us stay:)

andriatos place is located in the hotel and for the price you are paying us totally worth it. we went with kids who got their own room and were very comfortable. The kitchen can do with an upgrade with some amenities but nothing that affected our experience. would highly recommend it. thank you.

Large apartment in Novotel resource. Very responsive and friendly communication with the host. Apartment was services on Tuesday and Saturday which was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen needs some attention (minor repairs and better equipment). Apartment is on the ground floor (not the first floor as mentioned in property descriptions), however, this didn't matter too much to us, because it was easy to get anywhere and resort seemed very safe. Overall we had great time.

Our stay at Mr. Andrianto’s two bedroom villa was a very pleasant one. From the check-in to getting into our villa was smooth one. The villa is a minute walk from the lobby and it was right next to a huge pool with also a bar and restaurant that was situated next to the pool. Located inside the Novotel Hotel inside the famous Nusa Dua five stars resorts & hotel complex we’re provided with plenty options of restaurants, shopping places, & beautiful calm white sandy beaches. The resort provided a free shuttle to its private beach which also can be reached by walking for about 10 to 15 minutes. Our family really enjoyed our times of resting inside Mr. Andrianto’s villa, swimming in their huge pool and beautiful beach, strolling around, and having lunch and dinner at he various local restaurants. I highly recommend staying at Mr. Andrianto’s spacious and wonderful villa.

Location is inside Novotel Nusa Dua, so expect a clean and controlled environment inside. Note. It's not a sea side complex, but it's near and the hotel provide a shuttle car for it.

What an amazing stay! The perfect holiday for us (2 adults, 2 kids under 12). Hotel feeling and amenities (incl. cleaning and change of towels 2x weekly), but with private apartment and loads of space. We had the option to enjoy the hotel buffet (amazing) on the days we stayed at the hotel (with a surcharge - expected). Free towel service at the pool and beach. An oasis from the busy streets behind the hotel. And when you compare the price with a hotel room - no brainer. We rather save a few $$ on the room and enjoy more activities and expenses during our stay. If we came back - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Exactly as listed. The host was very responsive and quick in resolving any issues we had. Safe even at night and close proximity to good restaurants and quality shopping. Beach club is a 10 min walk while shuttle is also available. Early Morning sunrise walks at the beach was very blissful. Condominium is a huge 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor in the Novotel premises. All hotel amenities were made available to us. We would highly recommend the place not only due to its location but also because of how the host took all the care for us to feel at home away from home. Thank you Andrianto 🙏🙏🙏

The apartment is on the 1st floor at Novotel, close to reception and pool. Check in was fast. Apartament was spacious and comfortable, a bit outdated, but we didn’t mind. AC worked well, pool and beach areas were clean. Shuttle to beach every 15min. In general the apartment itself was a nice experience, but we would not come to Nusa Dua area again, because it is a tourist enclave and has no authenticity.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på en flott resort der både små og store koste seg. Vi fikk også rengjøring to ganger iløpet av perioden som vi ikke forventet. Kids Club anbefales også da de som jobber der er veldig flinke med barna. Store basseng, og masse å finne på for barn i alle aldre. God mat på restauranten også.

It was comfortable and lovely hotel amenities.

Nice 2-bedroom house inside the hotel. Can use all the facilities. Every 15 min shuttle bus to the beach and Bali Collection, which is still within walking distance. Mengiat street with shops/restaurants and a massage is also very near. The sea is quite calm, beautiful, and turquoise; you can enjoy swimming even in low tide, which is really pleasant. Easy access to the airport. The apartment itself is very cosy, spacious, and well decorated. It's on the first floor and near the reception, which is very convenient. Mattresses and beddings are very comfortable. We really recommend the place to anyone who prefers to stay in Nusa Dua. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day. Very large condo and we felt right at home. Communication with the host was great and Andrianto is so lovely! Great location inside the beautiful Novotel with everything you need, 3 swimming pools (and the kids club was a bonus!) Our first time in Nusa Dua and we loved every minute of it — we will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Wir sind das 1.mal auf Bali gewesen.Wir lieben es zu reisen am liebsten mit Airbnb Weltweit. Da wir noch mit unserer 13 jährigen Tochter gereist sind, fanden wir den Gedanken schön , in Hotelumgebung zu sein und die "Vorzüge" der Umgebung mit nutzen zu können aber dabei trotzdem unabhängig zu bleiben. Absolut schöne Wohnung , 2x die Woche kam Zimmerreinigung ,es gab einen Frisch Wasserspender in der Küche und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wunderschöne Umgebung alles gut zu Fuss oder mit Taxi gut erreichbar. der kostenlose Shuttle Service zum Strand war hervorragend, der Strand ist aber auch entspannt zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war immer hervorragend. Wir haben diesen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a great stay. Located on the Novotel grounds with access to all facilities. Ground floor with outdoor seating and close to pool and restaurant. We had the best stay. Clean, spacious, a little older but that’s fine. A couple of small touches like dish washing liquid and a couple of sachets of coffee mix or tea bags would have been great. But other than that it was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great location within the Novatel complex. We had access to all the amenities as normal hotel guests. With obviously food and drink payable. The apartment is on the ground floor which is great for families and anyone with accessibility issues. All on one level, the living room area was big with lots of space for five us to lounge and have movie evenings. The rooms were a great size and enough wardrobe space to put away our things. Both shower and bathtub is available in both bathrooms. There is a lovely seaside near us with regular shuttles leaving from the hotel to the beach (every 15 mins with the beach 5 min away). The local restaurant/bar/shops & massage strip is a 5 min walk away from the hotel entrance. This can also be accessed from the Pause cafe at the back of the hotel and also there is a temple nearby. As well as regular shuttle to the Bali collection mall. Really good location and lovely apartment and facilities. Will definitely return again, we miss Bali already!

The apartment is perfect ,have great rooms and a great living room as well. Excellent location “novohotel resort “. You can use all the facilities off the Hotel . The resort have a club beach near the Hotel only a 5 minutes walking or you can get a free shuttle to the beach on lobby the hotel. The swimming pool is top near the apartment. It’s a great place to get an excellent holidays.

We had a beautiful stay in andrianto’s flat. Located in the Novotel, we could enjoy all the services in the hotel including the shuttle to the private beach.

Très grand et bel appartement ! Tout était nickel. Le Novotel est très bien mais les tarifs restaurant, plage sont plus chers qu’ailleurs à Bali. C’est Nusa Dua… L’appartement est vraiment très spacieux, propre. Nous avons apprécié la fontaine à eau.

There are many restaurants, convenient store, walkable from the front and rear of the hotel. The 2 bedroom resident is spacious. It is on the ground floor and close to the pool.

This place was very comfortable and had all that we needed. Being inside the Novotel with use of their amenities was great! Beach club, pool, restaurant and bar. Walking distance to most things if not a shuttle is provided to Bali collection and beach club. It was our first time to Bali and Nusa Dua and will not be our last! Perfect accommodation in Novotel with access to all the facilities

Well situated apartment within the Novotel complex in Nysa Dua, availing you of all the resort facilities including beach club. The resort is surrounded by great restaurants and there is plenty to do in this area .

Great location, excellent amenities - would highly recommend this host/apartment, and if we get the opportunity to visit Bali again we would hope to secure this apartment again. Andrianto was fantastic from start to end. The property is amazing, and the staff are very helpful. The accommodation was even more spacious than I expected. The only constructive things I could add, there was bit of a damp smell. Opening up the room during the day with the sheers as flyscreening and having the aircon on at night seemed to dissipate. We had also brought a diffuser with us. I'm not sure if its just a common thing in Bali as it is very humid there. Also, the bathroom doesn't have ventilation which may add to the issue. The bed was very firm. I was worried at first but it was a very comfortable sleep. The pillows could be better if you prefer to bring your own, I'm pretty precious about pillows so could just be me. Other than that everything seemed to be provided and the amenities were great. Great choice for south of the island, will stay again if coming again. Thanks.

The accommodation was fantastic. It was very roomy, clean and in a fantastic location. We had use of the resort facilities and loved the pool. We also used the restaurant and the food was great. The beach is a 15 minute walk but there is also a shuttle service available.

Our stay was super comfortable and relaxing. We had access to all the amenities of the Novotel Hotel including the pool, restaurants, beach and gym. The apartment was fantastic and served our family’s needs. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor seating area was great and the overall ambiance was excellent. We absolutely loved Andrianto’s place. It was even better than what we expected! The place was massive! You could live there! It was very clean and well presented too. We also loved having filtered water. It was in the perfect position at Novotel, in between the lobby and the pool. Andrianto was an amazing host too. He left lots of information and instructions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend!

The apartment suited my family and I perfectly. Everything was as Andrianto described and proved to be a trouble free relaxing stay. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a great stay with our young family - the apartment and the resort are both very family-friendly. The airconditioning worked great and the whole apartment is really spacious. We appreciated having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, as well as an outdoor area. The apartment is also located close to the pool and restaurant. The only issue was the Wifi - it dropped out a lot, which made conference calls difficult, we ended up working at the on-site cafe instead of in the unit. Thanks Adrianto!

Absolutely beautiful place. Everything is great about it. The only issue we had was the aircon in the main bedroom was not working well and there was a distinct smell of mould in the room which was worrying. However I’m sure the owner will fix this

Great place and the resort was well suited for my elderly father…

Check-In erfolgt über die Hotel-Rezeption. Zimmer wie auf den Fotos. Alles großzügig. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder sind sehr praktisch, ebenso wie der große Kühlschrank. TV zeigt englische Unterhaltsprogramme und es gibt 2 Terrassen. Von der Terrasse sind es auch nur ca. 40 Meter zum Pool. Frühstücks Buffett kann im Hotel für knapp 12€ p.P. zugebucht werden - unserer Meinung auch wert! Auch kann das Restaurant und alles andere genutzt werden. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttle ca. 4 Minuten. Der Strand ist sehr schön, es stehen kostenlose Liegen + Schirme zur Verfügung. Was wir vergeblich gesucht haben ist der Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer (ersten 2 Bildern). Dort gibt es keinen solchen Pool - wir haben gefragt. Ansonsten gibt es außerhalb des Hotels zahlreiche Restaurants und Warungs für günstiges Essen, sowie Massage und Laundry. Preislich stimmt auch alles. Wir haben vorher verglichen. Das gleiche Zimmer fast doppelter Preis.

We loved that this place has private balcony and full kitchen amenities, is large, well kept and clean. The staff were all so friendly and provided excellent service.

My family had a really great time in this place. It is on the ground floor and close to swimming pool, not far from the lobby and car park. Easy to get food. Nice restaurants at Bali Collection. You can take shuttle or walk for 15 minutes. Or you can order gofood. Lots of choices. The private beach is beautiful. The staffs at the hotel are friendly. The atmosphere is very lovely. Very recommended.

The apartment was fantastic. A really Good size for a family of four and located easily in the complex, close to the pool and main lobby. Restaurants outside of the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk and all the food was great, including in the hotel restaurants. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Andrianto place. It is a large two bed two bath with big living area. Close to a nice beach at nusa dua, we just walked, takes about 10 minutes or you can take the shuttle. Would stay again if I was in the area. Pools were great. Food at the resort, not so much and expensive but eating out or using grab is easy.

We bleven hier 2 dagen aan het eind van onze vakantiereis door Java en Bali. Fijn en mooi appartement, in complex van Novotel met groot en mooi zwembad. ‘s avonds eten vlakbij het hotel vel mooie en goede restaurants.

This was our second time that we stayed at this Appartment. it was good to see that the new floors were done and they looked good. we love this place as you have kitchen and can make a meal if you want but still have the resort facilities! love the location, as you have lots of massage places and shopping as soon as you walk out outside of the hotel. even though the beach is 7 min walk or a shuttle ride, it's still really good beach, clean compared to Grand Hayatt for example. hopefully will be back again. highly recommend

We stay for 10 days in Pak Andrianto's apartment within Novotel Nusa Dua. We had an amazing stay as we got to enjoy all the Novotel facilities such as great pools and excellent 5 stars service. Our 3 years old boy really enjoyed the Kids Club in Novotel and the staff are superb. Pak Andrianto is very responsive and proactive host. Our boy got sick first day and Pak Andrianto gave all the recommendation for the doctors and went above and beyond to assist us. Would 100% recommend his place! Thank you Pak Andrianto 🙏

호스트와 노보텔 직원 모두 친절했습니다. 넓은 공간에서 편하게 쉬다왔습니다. 다만 리조트 자체가 오래됐고 1층이라 커텐을 조금만 열어도 밖에서 다 보입니다. 저는 아이들과 함께 가는 여행이라 1층을 선택해서 만족합니다.

Nice and relaxing place to stay. Checking in was very smooth. Hotel’s facilities are topnotch especially the spa. The property was clean and pleasant. Andrianto is very responsive and informative.

Great apartment to stay in, beds are super comfy and the showers were great always hot water, the room is cleaned x2 a week, the hotel location is beautiful a wonderful pool such friendly staff hotel food was great lots of restaurants and shops right outside 2-3 min walk, beach is lovely very clean, easy to get to any of the sightseeing just be careful with booking any of the trips with the trips bookers in the high street. They are not as cheep as they seem!! We used Eastland Bali Transport. Adi the young driver he sorted all our excisions for us nearly 1/2 the price. Taxis are really cheap better to download the taxi app like uber!!

The apartment was comfortable, well located in the Novotel grounds, close to the pool and restaurants. The master suite was especially impressive with a lovely outlook onto the garden and a large ensuite. Andrianto was helpful and very prompt with his responses to any questions we had. All in all a great place to stay in a nicely equipped and appointed apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Andrianto’s place. It is spacious and you have access to all the hotel’s amenities. We stayed with our two kids and they had the best time in the pool and at the beach, as well as enjoyed the numerous activities in and around the hotel.

Perfect place to stay for a family trip. Everything you need is in the apartment. Walkable distance to shopping, pool, restaurants, spa and bus to the beach. Everything is amazing!

we had such an amazing stay! well stocked kitchen, clean space, amazing pool. we stayed at Novotel before, but his unit is better than the hotel owned ones.. very well maintained, even my 2 year old feels at home! will definitely come back and recommend 👍

Ruangannya bersih, AC nya dingin (dengan suhu bali yang sedang panas sekali) AC di resort Pak Andrianto sangat baik sekali menandakan bahwa fasilitas yang ada disini benar-benar dijaga. Great place, very spacious and with all the amenities of the Novotel Ressort. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Andrianto was very helpful when we had an extra request. We loved everything about our stay.

We loved our five nights here. The facilities, venue and location are perfect. We had the best time.

Beautiful large , clean and homely apartment. Just as shown in the pictures. Hotel grounds are well maintained and staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, ATM’s local market sellers, massage parlours, laundry services all in walking distance. Beach is a short walk or shuttle bus available every 15 minutes. Airport is 15 minute taxi ride and transfer was 120k RP booked with Bluebird taxi. Lots of these taxi available at the back entrance of the hotel. We stayed for 3 days after a busy 2 weeks travelling around Bali. The peace and tranquility of this resort was just what we needed to end our holiday. Host responded quickly to all message. Will not hesitate to book again if we have the pleasure of visiting Bali again.

The accommodations and location were both excellent. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and the hotel beach was beautiful. The host Andrianto, was very quick to reply to any questions we had, great communication. Would definitely recommend!

정말 좋은 경험이었습니다! 호텔에서 묵는 것 보다 더 저렴하게 묵을 수 있었고 호텔의 모든 시설을 사용할 수 있었습니다. 바다로 접근할 수 있는 것도 좋았고, 수영장도 넓어서 저희 가족은 수영을 맘껏 했어요ㅎㅎ 또한 호스트는 도착하기 일주일, 하루 전에 안내 메시지를 보내주어 안심하고 이용할 수 있었고 설명 내에 거의 모든 정보가 적혀있어서 그대로 사용하시면 됩니다. 그리고 로비에서 숙소가 멀지 않아서 나갈때도 굳이 버기카를 탈 필요 없이 바로 도착할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 저희 가족은 모두 만족했어요. 혹시 Accor 멤버시라면 할인이 되니 호텔시설 안의 식당을 이용해보는 것도 좋습니다.

Fantastic spacious apartment with full use of the hotel facilities. Plenty of space for a family of four. A short walk to local restaurants and shops. We will definitely consider return to this accomodation if we come back to Nusa Dua in the near future!

The apartment is ground floor and easy access to the pool, reception and the cafe. The rooms are good size and all very clean. We really appreciated the large water cooler and although we were only there 6 nights, the apartment was cleaned mid stay which was great. We also really appreciated the flexible check out as we had a late flight. The apartment is beautifully furnished and we found very spacious for our party of 4 adults. Everyone was very helpful and friendly at the hotel. We didn't visit the restaurant but did go to Cafe Pause for breakfast - highly recommend their pastries and good that you could take out as well. Pool area very nice and we had lunch poolside on our last day which was delicious. Andrianto was a great host - very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying at this apartment. It is a good location for beaches and restaurants. Thank you Andrianto.

This is a fabulous apartment, spacious, clean and modern. Lovely large patio which was made more private by the palms. Quick walk down to the beach (or free shuttle). Large drinking water cooler in the apartment which doubles up as a hot water dispenser for hot drinks. We only stayed 2 nights but would happily have stayed longer. 30 mins from airport so good for a first night stay. Perfect!

We had an amazing stay here! The place is a good size, comfortable beds and it was useful to have two bathrooms. We hope to come back again another day! It was great being able to use the Novotel facilities. We loved the pool. The kids also enjoyed the kids pool, playground and kids club. Thank you!

The place is inside of the Novotel. Great pool, kids club, shuttle to Nusa Dua beach. Really good value for money. Amazing 2 bed/2bath apartment

great location and service

我跟我家人一起在這渡很棒的四天三夜，包含寧靜日。

Beautiful. peaceful place, rooms were clean, hot showers available & felt like home. Was able to cook breakfast, since we didn't get the breakfast buffet. I only hope the owner can provide us with dishwashing soap & broom to keep his place neat and tidy just in case the sugar falls to the floor & to provide us with one big garbage bag since they do not have room cleaning services. The hotel vicinity was amazing, very tropical, with well-kept gardens, & the pool was slightly heated. My 84-year-old mom loved it. She did not feel cold even a bit. For me, that was the best feature of Novotel. The Beach Club was also nice, & clean but the sand was hard to walk on at certain parts because the beach is made up of small tiny pebbles, a disadvantage to the elderly. But alternatively, there was a body massage by the beach, this was definitely a treat for my mom. Overall superb. We'll be back most definitely. Kudos to our host! You have a beautiful home indeed. stayed at Pak Andrianto's apartment this week and the apartment is beautifully laid out, inside Novotel premises at Nusa Dua. Sp we could use the Novotel common areas, beach (free shuttle every 15 mins) etc. Pak Andrianto was reachable and very helpful with proper guidance on all aspects of our stay. Strongly recommended and would look to stay there again at Nusa Dua.

We had a great stay and the apartment is located in the Novotel suites. Nice pool, decent restaurant faculties and walking distance (10min walk or use the free shuttle service) to the beach and 5 minutes to the nearest restaurant street.

Mr Andrianto’s place in Novotel Nusa Dua is very satisfying. I stayed there with my husband, 3 yr old son, my mome, and my auntie. Everything is great other than no room cleaning every day since it is private residence and not using cleaning service from hotels. He’s also very easy to communicate and very much helpful with everything. We will definitely come back

This unit has everything you could possibly want, it’s one of the roomiest two bedroom units in this hotel very quiet but close to all amenities. We would fully recommend this apartment for either a short stay or a longer stay like we had 10 out of 10 comfortable and great air conditioning made our stay fabulous two adults and two kids and we all had our own space. Three TVs full sized fridge dinner table and huge lounge area. Really really great value for money. The Solley Clan.

The apartment is impeccable, the fact that is inside Novotel gives you a home with hotel services , the perfect combination for freedom and remote working.

We had a great time with my family at the very spacious and clean appartement within the Novotel Hotel. the location is great as you have everything you need close to you. the swimming pool is big and nice. The private beach is at a coulpe of minutes if you take the shuttle bus (every 15min). This is a place that I recommend if you wish to have a pleasant and calm holidays.

Very nice place. For short stay or even long stay. Feels like at home. Environment is so nice as it's located inside a hotel complex.

Lovely accomodation. Well priced and extremely spacious. Perfect for families. Andrianto is a great communicator and makes the booking experience pleasurable.

Nice place, clean

Stay was superb, wonderful resort facilities. Comfortable space for family of 4-6, ample bathroom space.

A great place with all the amenities. Unfortunately business is still a little slow but hopefully visitors will be back in big numbers soon

the place as good as advertised. we had a comfortable stay. communication with pak Adrianto was clear and fast. we could access the facilities of the hotel including the beach access and facilities. what would be different from booking at the hotel would be that cleaning staff comes only two times a week (you have option of paying for more frequent cleaning) and no breakfast (there are enough supermarkets around for you buy food stuff and cook, there is enough materials for cooking available). while we felt that a microwave oven and a washing machine would have made the place perfect, those are just small things which we did not feel too hassled about. overall, the family had a great time.

The unit is located on the first floor, which is good because it has larger 'relaxing' area with few plants in front of it. Swimming pool is 100 metres away. Furnitures are old but works well. Shuttle bus to private beach is available every 15 mins starts from 8 AM. The park area is a bit dark in evening as not many lights installed by management.

Staying in Andrianto's place is super nice! the property is located in 1st floor (no need to wait for lift or use staircase), located close to lobby, and swimming pool. It is super nice, clean, very spacious for 6 pax. Andrianto was a very nice host, He always respond quickly to my message/request. Definitely will be back to his property if I have a chance to visit Bali again!
