Exploring Luxury Villa, Staffed with Chef, Central Seminyak left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Luxury Villa, Staffed with Chef, Central Seminyak was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Seminyak plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Luxury Villa, Staffed with Chef, Central Seminyak painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Great place , everything was pretty good Spacious good location ,pool was amazing house was clean and great staff . Only issues beds were uncomfortable and There was a constant bad sewerage smell in one of the upstairs bedrooms
for the host itself, natasha really did a good job- perfect. she is very responsive and helpful. she try to fullfill our need most of the times. driver is picking us up from and to airport, i think is good. breakfast choice can be more. The next day we request for fried noodles and fried rice, unfortunately the noodles portion was not enuf, otherwise taste is ok. But, our whole family members got food poisoning after the last day breakfast, we also unsure which meal is the cause. we request for bbq and 1 night dinner, the cost is rm1800, is too ex! we spend RM11311 for 3 night stay. we actually looking for the villa for 5 room, however, the 1 of the room is not a private room, is a open space kind of place, people will pass by when they need to go to upstairs, but with door, and need to share toilet with another room. the place is clean, but is rather old. the towel have dust smell. and one of the bathroom water is trapped. water temperature also not stable. either too hot, or not
친절하고 상주하는직원이 있어 편하게 휴식하였으나 주도로로 나가는 골목이 생각보다 길어 큰차가 들어오기엔 골목이 좁아 짐을 들고 움직여야하는 불편함이 있음. 다 같이 상주할수 있는 로비같은곳에 에어컨이 없어 모여서 놀기가 더움 자쿠지에 온수가 없음. 공항픽업이 아주 원할하고 드라이버들이 친절하고 최고임 6~7분거리의 골목만 벗어나면 완전 역세권임 어르신들이 짐을 들고 움직여야해서 힘들었을뿐
Host was very responsive and helpful. Made was super helpful and very resourceful. Service of the onsite staff was great! Villa is very much like how it is described in the listing. Nice, big and clean. Pool area not recommended for kids that are too young. The pool and the jacuzzi area both had very deep areas. Unfortunately 2 kids had accidents in the pool but Made was of great help to call the private doctor to attend to the kids.
Our stay at Villa Annecy was very enjoyable for the week accommodating 8 adults and 5 children ages ranging from 18months to 10 years. Organised a pool fence which was definitely a necessity with the little ones, stairs were a problem at times but manageable. Being a family holiday the house serviced our needs especially the pool area which was used very frequently. Ni Made and staff were so accommodating in every way making our stay so comfortable and easy. Cleaning up after young children and 8 adults during the day was done with ease and willingness. The only recommendation when accommodating small children would be to have larger travel cots for toddlers as the ones provided were to small but they did sleep 😴 Natasha (the host) was always quick to responding to my questions and so so obliging, thank you so much Natasha 👏🏻 The location is fantastic 10 minutes walk to beach and less to the Bintang Supermarket.

Great place, exactly as advertised. Close to busy Seminyak & the beach. Big shout out to the staff. Lilly, Wayan & Mardy who were just fabulous.

Enjoyable stay with 3 families, children aged from 18months to 11yrs. Staff were accomodating, great daily breakfast. Fantastic large pool. Short walk to Main Street. Natasha was prompt and easy to communicate with.
Date of stay: Feb 28, 2018- March When we touched down in Bali, there was a bit of confusion in regards to exactly where we would be picked up by our driver. After a call we met with our driver who was apologetic and helpful. Everything was forgotten as soon as we arrived at Villa Annecy. We were greeted by gracious hosts who helped us feel welcome. Everything was clean and ready for our four day stay. It was obvious the staff took the time to prepare everything for us and made sure to take care of us whenever we needed. At one point, the young toddler we were travelling with was having a meltdown to which one of the hosts took it upon herself to find him a special toy to play with. The rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh bottles of water were replenished daily and clean towels (bath and pool) were changed daily. It felt like we never had to ask for anything as staff always took the initiative. Even at night, the A/C in the rooms were turned on and the rooms were sprayed with mosquito repellent (you can request them not to do so if you wish). Breakfast was always fresh, delicious and ready to eat upon waking up. The staff also allowed us to cook our own meals and also assisted if necessary. On our last night, we had the BBQ, which is at an additional cost. Although a bit pricey ($190k for a 4-5 person meal), it was prepared quickly, was delicious and there was enough to have for leftovers the next day. Our host Made was always available to answer questions regarding what activities/excursions to do while in Bali. She was very honest in her suggestions and offered us tips on where to go to avoid busy, touristy areas (which we appreciated since we were travelling with five small children). It would have been nice to have had a hammock or more available seating at the pool area as at times it felt as if there weren't enough loungers for everyone. Also, this is not a comment directed to the Villa or hosts, but anyone looking to stay in Seminyak should be aware that the beaches are not properly maintained. We were quite disappointed at the amount of garbage. We drove further into the mountains to Blue Lagoon beach which was cleaner and more secluded. This wasn't ideal with small children and it would have been easier if we could have just enjoyed beaches closer to the villa.
모든게 좋았어요. 위치도 스미냑 메인 스트릿에서 3분 내 거리였고 숙소 퀄리티도 만족스러웠어요. 가족단위나 친구끼리 오면 후회하지 않을거예요. 숙소에서 5분 거리에 큰 마트도 있어요. 추천하고 싶은 고급 마사지샵도 도보 10-15분 거리에 있고 일반 마사지샵은 많이 있어요. 다만 별도로 예약하고 페이해야하는 저녁식사는 추천하지 않아요. 가격대비 메뉴가 실망스러웠어요. 그리고 조식메뉴도 묵는 내내 같은 메뉴였고 맛이나 음식내용도 그닥 이었어요 다만 숙소에서 직접 요리도 가능하니 오실때 몇가지 음식재료들을 준비해서 오시면 매우 즐거운 시간을 보내실 수 있을거예요. 음식은 근처에서 얼마든지 해결할 수 있으니 그 부분 빼고는 추천합니다.

Absolutely amazing place to stay and fantastic host. The villa is so beautifully designed and decorated. Love the openair kitchen and dining room. The bathrooms are awesome too with daylight above your head. The host Natasha is very responsive and kind. The helpers in the villa are very helpful and friendly too. They prepare the breakfast, clean the place, and make sure your room is set up is ready for rest and sleep in the evening. Everything was enjoyable.

We absolutely loved this place. We were 2 families with 10 people in total. The place had ample space, was actually better than the pictures. Sometimes places are dissapointing compared to the photos, not this time. The staff were amazing, cleaned, tidied, great breakfast options. Arranged scooters for us ready for when we arrived. Natasha's communication was amazing from start to finish, very responsive and got back to us straight away. Helpful with transport and any questions we had. Thanks for making our experience so enjoyable.
We cannot rate this villa highly enough. We had two families staying with plenty of room. Adults and kids alike spent plenty of time in the pool, kids loved the diving board! The location was fantastic with an easy walk to busy streets and restaurants. The onsite staff were very accommodating and helpful. We were probably a little disorganised at times but Natasha was absolutely awesome in getting back to us quickly with dinner and attraction recommendations. Will definitely be back

My stay at Annecy Villa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Their warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my visit.
We loved our time at Villa Annecy. Lots to do within walking distance. Best Indonesian breakfast. Plenty of room for 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). Kids loved the pool and diving board. Wayan, Gday and staff were fabulous. They went above to make our time special and organise a fabulous floating birthday breakfast. Thank you so much!!
We had the best time in this villa. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Beautiful food for breakfasts. The villa was better than the photos. Really lovely relaxing place. We asked the staff to organise a safety gate for our children which we were very glad to have as the main residence opens up onto the water. We will be back again

Natasha’s villa was awesome. The pool and the suites were great. It was very quiet and a great place to relax. The staff was awesome and they cooked us a great breakfast each day and kept the place very tidy and neat. I would highly recommended this place as my family loved it. Thanks again.

Our group of 5 adults and 6 teenagers enjoyed every minute of our stay at Villa Annecy, which exceeded our already very high expectations (based on the photos). Natasha is a wonderful, responsive host and the household staff were lovely. It was so nice not having to lift a finger at all, ever! Highly recommend the in-house Balinese dinner. Gorgeous pool, super comfy beds and overall so comfortable and spacious. So much better than staying at a resort. We’ll be back!!
We just wanted to thank Natasha for an amazing first week in Bali. The villa was everything we hoped for and staff were so lovely, attentive and happy. Very private location and amenities were many. We had the best cooked breakfast with nothing being any trouble for Made and her team. The massages we had in the villa were great!!! We took to opportunity to have an Indonesian dinner and BBQ cooked for us over two nights. Truly special to have such wonderful meals in the villa with family! Highly recommend and thank you for everything.
Wonderful stay. Natasha was very responsive. We were offered early check in and late check out which we really appreciated! Shout out to our hosts Made, Icha, Wayan and Gede for making our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous! Loved the 24hr security in the villa. We definitely recommend this place!
Beautiful villa in the heart of Seminyak as advertised. Natasha was an exceptional host as well as the entire staff that works at the villa.
Natasha was a great host and was always extremely helpful and responsive. The villas staff led by Ni Made were excellent and really nice to deal with. Location is walkable to beach and bustling high streets. Villa is well kept, food and service was excellent. Swimming pool with diving board and jacuzzi was a massive hit with the kids. Would recommend.
A fantastic Villa. The location was perfect- so close to everything as well as being very private, Made and the staff were amazing - the breakfast each day as well as the traditional lunch Made arranged for us on one of the days. Natasha was so responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic. The property was beautiful and we felt very much at home. The pool was a standout for us, the comfortable accommodation layout will cater for different family and friend configurations and the way the in-house staff supported our stay was great. Airport transfer was pre-organised with no hassle, substantial daily breakfast, dinner options available upon request and the mini-fridge was continuously filled with supermarket priced beverages which was wonderfully convenient. Great option for a variety of reasons when visiting Bali.
The house was beautiful and just as was described if not better. It was just what we were looking for our group of friends to come together and have a great time! From the moment we got picked up from the airport till we left, we had a great experience and felt right at home with Made and the rest of the team at home. We were able to settle in and catered to so many of our last minute requests. I was celebrating a birthday and they made it special not only on the day, but for all of us the whole week. Natasha, was a great host and helpful right from the start. I had a great vacation and the home and people in it contributed to an excellent vacation and week of celebration! Thank you to everyone!
Thank you for a fantastic stay! We were 2 families meeting up from NZ & the UK. It was so helpful having 2 separate accommodation areas to allow us to adjust to the different time zones on arrival & to give both families privacy throughout the stay. Everyone loved the spacious villa, especially the swimming pool! We had two 6 yr olds & a 4 yr old in our group - they loved the pool & although they couldn’t touch the bottom, they were happy with their rubber rings & the diving board was a real hit! Ni Made & team were all so friendly, respectful & discreet - cleaning the rooms when they saw it was convenient etc. The staff helped us to book massages, pedicures & cooked a delicious Balinese meal one night. The villa is less than a 5 minute walk from a bustling high street with a fantastic supermarket. We got a taxi to the beach one day, but then discovered it was much easier to go by buggy. Natasha was very helpful & responsive during booking/ahead of the trip. We would recommend!
Overall a fantastic house for groups or large families. The kids loved the pool and massive rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive; they cooked great food when asked, and breakfast was more than adequate. We had no issues with cleanliness or security during our stay. The location is pretty good for accessing local shops/restaurants, although the access "road" can be annoying to travel via car. Luckily we brought a portable speaker with us because the one provided is underwhelming. Also, the beds are quite firm, so something to be mindful of if you have issues that require a softer mattresses. Overall I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone. Everything was as advertised and I felt that the value matched the amenities and home quality.
Our family had an amazing time at Villa Annecy! From the moment we got there the staff were simply amazing, helping to organise anything we needed whilst giving us privacy. The Villa is amazing and we loved the open living design, being able to access the pool from everywhere. Great location, easy walk to the Main Street whilst being far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. We would recommend to anyone to stay here.
We recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at this wonderful villa and couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff were exceptional, keeping the place spotless and attending to our every need with promptness and care. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast, freshly prepared and perfectly served. The attention to detail didn't stop there—the drinks fridge was always well-stocked, ensuring we had refreshing beverages at our fingertips throughout our stay whilst lounging around the pool The villa itself was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Overall, our stay was truly fantastic, thanks to the dedicated and attentive staff. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a top-notch getaway! Also, thanks to Natasha for allowing us to book Villa Anneccy! Hopefully return in the future

Great place, conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants yet pretty quiet when you are in the villa itself. The property is a 5-minute buggy ride (villa staff can arrange on-demand very cheaply) away from the beach which is fantastic. There are lots of bars/restaurants on the beach too and a few surf schools. The villa has 5 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is converted from living space into a bedroom so slightly inconvenient and with less privacy (shared bathroom and it will block off stair access to a main bed room upstairs). So we ended up not using it as a bedroom and had the kids sleep in a main bedroom with extra beds. Overall very good value for its location and quality. Natasha is also very responsive and helpful.
Booking process-The host was super responsive, answered all my queries and provided all the support needed. House-This is a large property that easily accommodated our 7 adults and 2 small children. The facilities are all as per the description (huge ensuites). It is very private and during our stay there was very little outside noise. Location-The property is in a fantastic location with only a short walk to a busy and popular street situated with lots a bars, restaurants, shops, and a large supermarket. It is also a short taxi to many of the local hot spots. Staff-Made and her staff were amazing. Couldn't fault them in any way. They meet all our needs and there was no issue with any language barriers. The cleaning was done when it was most convenient for us, they were able to help with all extra transport we needed, and dropped off and collected our laundry which is an extra service. The food prepared was excellent. Any issues with the house were resolved as quickly as possible.
Villa Annecy is a lovely villa with a beautiful tranquil living /pool area. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Made and her colleagues who are on site 24hrs were friendly, helpful and efficient - the breakfasts and meals cooked by the staff were excellent. Natasha herself was extremely helpful in our holiday preparations (we had a toddler and his nervous parents with us!) and all went smoothly as planned.
10/10 this villa is perfect 🤩 Pool - mix of sun and shade, a proper deep end and shallow areas for kids. The step into the living room is a perfect place to sit and have a drink Rooms and bathrooms - amazing bath tubs and super comfy beds. Lovely lounge room with fans to ease the tropical heat. Garden - has a mix of sun and shade with multiple areas to relax and spread out around the pool Host - Natasha looked after us like we were her family and went above and beyond to make sure the villa was extra clean for our family member who has cancer and another who is pregnant. Put our minds at ease about the pool cleaning/sanitation and how the villa provides 20 litre bottles of safe drinking water. She answered a zillion questions and nothing was too much trouble - including when airlines changed flight times and someone arrived in the middle of the night Staff - lovely people who made our holiday so relaxing. Always there if we needed something but not obtrusive. We will be back
Where do I begin? From the moment I booked, Natasha, the host was nothing short of fantastic, responsive and helpful. She was a great help over the course of my stay in Seminyak with seven of my friends. We were worried about booking via Airbnb because we didn’t want to stay somewhere we have to clean up after ourselves and sometimes Airbnb can be deceptive. However, Villa Annecy was amazing and looks better than the pictures. The villa is fully staffed. They clean your room and the house every single day and provide you with a delicious daily breakfast. Made the manager was absolutely fantastic the whole trip as well as all the other staff. We felt very safe as we had security every single night who welcomed us back into the villa when we were often out quite late. Natasha and Made were also really helpful providing birthday decorations and flower displays for my friend’s birthday (at a cost) but it was worth it! I would absolutely recommend Villa Annecy in Seminyak

It’s always crazy planning a trip with a large family - especially when it consist of children and babies, but Natasha went above and beyond every time through our communications to make us feel relaxed, comfortable, supported and cared for during our vacation. With Natasha behind the scenes, I felt very safe, relaxed and could really spend the time with my family! The home is stunning, clean and comfortable. The staff on-site was friendly, caring, kind and were happy to support any requests we had. Love my stay here! Thank you again, Natasha and her wonderful staff! Hoping to come back again one day!

We had a wonderful time staying at Natasha's place. It was just as she described and looked even better in-person! We were a group of 9, including 3 kids. It's a terrific, family-friendly house. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We especially loved the backyard—the pool is amazing and beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful, nice, and generous. They helped us secure cars and make various reservations. We also took them up on the offer for dinner one night, and they cooked us a tremendous Balinese meal. Having airport transport was so nice, as well, so we could walk right from customs to a waiting car. Thank you for the unforgettable family vacation!
Staff were amazing and attentive to everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented…pool was fantastic and it was everything we could of wanted for a family holiday..the staff went above & beyond for my mums 70th birthday and she was stoked..thanks to everyone, a trip we won’t forget
This place is AWESOME. We were a large group enjoying a trip to Bali and chose this place since it has 5 bedrooms. The location is perfect as it's very close to Seminyak shopping strip. Food gets delivered to this place quickly from most places when ordered online via apps. Walk-able to Seminyak for shopping, but we didn't because taxis are super cheap and the weather was hot. The pool is amazing, but it has got a 2.4m deep area on one side (with a diving board), so if you don't know how to swim or are not confident enough, stay in the shallow end. Breakfast was included, there is always someone at the place to take care of any requests we had like arranging taxis or laundry service. Will surely return to this place next time we're in Bali. Did I mention the awesome pool?
Excellent accommodation we had a group of nine enough space for all of us. Great area close to whatever you need, staff are excellent and able to assist with whatever you needs are.
We had a great stay at Villa Annecy! Natasha was so responsive and helpful prior to our arrival, providing detailed recommendations and all required legal documentation we requested. The Villa itself was great and so was the staff. Highly recommend doing a dinner prepared by the Chef - it was a highlight! It can get hot in the villa, but for the most part the air conditioning was a great relief during the hot days. Thank you to Natasha and the Villa Annecy staff - would recommend for a group getaway in Seminyak!
Amazing stay. Natasha was very responsive and helpful. The help / caretaker was always available and helpful. 15 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to the market. Highly recommended for a stay in seminyak.
Natasha was a brilliant host and her team did everything to meet our needs. She made an extra effort to set up welcome flowers for my mother’s 60th birthday which was a beautiful touch! One thing to just share is that there are no air-cons in the common areas so on days that were very hot or raining we had to close all the doors and it got a bit stuffy.
This is such a beautiful villa to enjoy while in Bali. The location is central in Seminyak so you’ll be able to do all the activities that makes this city so much fun and lively. You are just minutes away from all the most amazing beaches and restaurants. And the shopping is simply so fun around this part of Bali. And Natasha’s villa is simply the most beautiful place to enjoy your stay here free of worries or any concerns as she made sure that all you may need would be taken care of. The breakfast that they had prepared for us each morning was absolutely wonderful. The service people at the villa are so kind and nice. You’ll absolutely love your stay here.
We had the most beautiful stay here, this is truly a home away from home. We've stayed in a few other villas in Bali and so feel like I can say this with some authority. The housekeeping staff were so attentive yet unintrusive, and Natasha was super helpful and responsive dealing with my messages after having to unexpectedly extend our stay in Bali due to a medical emergency. The accommodation itself was awesome, enough room for us all and then some - as a mum with small children, I appreciated very much the well equipped kitchen and living areas. The pool setup was perfect, lots to do - the basketball hoop and diving board kept our 5 kids busy for hours. The location was great, close enough to the main street with restaurants and shops but far enough back that it was quiet and had some privacy. All in all, a lovely home and we'll definitely look to book this place again next time we're in Bali :)
Love Villa Annecy, love Natasha and love the entire staff. The villa was beautiful and the entire staff was very accomodating. Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our time spent at the Villa. It was definitely the highlight of our Bali trip. The Villa was pristine, spacious and had a nice vibe to it. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.
My family and I had all expectations exceeded from the moment we arrived, to departure. Natasha was responsive throughout the process and the photos showcase the property accurately. The staff at the Villa made the stay memorable, providing daily breakfast and cleaning services. We opted for the additional BBQ at the Villa one evening which was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and private, bathrooms clean and huge, and pool facilities exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here.

Natasha est une hôte reactive, sympathique et son equipe a tout fait toute la semaine pour repondre a tous nos besoins. Nos enfants ont particulierement apprecie les excellents petits déjeuners. Can’t say enough great things about this villa! Out of the three stays in Bali this was by far our favorite! The staff are there 24/7 to help with anything you may need. Made and her team went above and beyond for us. Plus the breakfast each morning was amazing! The location is in walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Very convenient. The villa itself is beautiful! We had a group of 7 and got very comfortably. We enjoyed staying at the villa and using the pool as well. Thank you Natasha and team for everything! We had a a very memorable stay!
What a beautiful place to stay while in a beautiful country. Staff were amazing, extremely polite and catered to our needs. The provided breakfasts were also very nice. In a quite spot but also only a few minute walk from the heart of Seminyak. Would most definitely stay here again
This Villa was literally the highlight of our trip! I stayed here with my sisters and a few friends and it was so pleasant . The staff was simply amazing ! So kind and attentive , really just made everything top notch. We enjoyed getting to know them a bit 😊. Natasha was an excellent host and went above and beyond to provide us information before ,and during our stay. She even worked with her staff to plann aromatic dinner for two of my friends. The location was perfect walking distance from so many shops and restaurants, although the road to the villa was a little tight the Balinese drivers made it look effortless. Amenities and Villa were exact as pictures and then some (cooking was amazing) , absolutely would return and recommend!
Great stay. Villa host Wayan was friendly and responsive to our needs. She helped us ordered food in and even set the table for our lunch. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was on time, we had dinner at the villa for 2 night and get to taste local dishes without stepping out. Traveling in a family of 10 with young and old, it helps that we don't have to worry where to go for our meals with many restaurants nearby. Villa Annecy was well located within a 5 to 10 mins walking distance to the beach or to the supermarket, Bintang. We bought most of our souvenir, luwak coffee and t-shirt, there. Across the road from Bintang, there's Yasmine where we get our massaged. The kids had a lovely time swimming in the pool.

We were a party of 7 old university friends. Villa Annecy was unbelievable. There was a pool and a diving board with a basketball hoop. We spent hours in the pool and jacuzzi chatting and playing around. It felt like being in university again. The rooms were huge, so there was ample place for 9-10 people. The staff at the villa were attentive, courteous, and accommodating. They made lovely breakfast every day and kept the place in excellent condition. The home music system was very good. The cooking facilities were very good and we made dinner on the odd occasion. The villa is about a 15-minute walk from Seminyak high street but it's far enough that it is quiet. We would go back and stay at Villa Annecy in a heartbeat.

Natasha’s villa is one of the loveliest villas I have stayed in, it is very beautiful supported and cared by excellent service team. Made, Leli and Wayan are very hospitable, warm and helpful. Natasha is very responsive and helpful. The villa is very clean and well maintained. It is also very close to main Seminyak market and close to Bintan supermarket, so was also quite useful. I stayed with my family and friends to celebrate my milestone birthday and would definitely like to stay again. Thank you Natasha and Annecy team.
We stayed in July 2022 with group of 6 adults and 3 kids and can highly recommend the villa. Ni Made and the team took amazing care of us from the first transfer, delicious daily breakfasts, special in house dinners (the Balinese dinner especially) and just generally taking care of us. The pool is a great size and the configuration is great with plenty of space for up to 4 couples/families. We didn't nees the 5th room but it may be a little tight for larger groups. All rooms are huge, bathrooms are great and the villa has everything you need. The location is nearby a very good supermarket and there are coffee and restaurant options but we generally got a taxi 15 mins to a different part of Semanyak for dinners. Don't be concerned about the lack of reviews since Bali was shutdown. This villa is absolutely ready to go!
The villa was spotless and Made and her team were super warm, caring, friendly and two steps ahead always. We need a wheelchair, it was arranged. We needed airport transfers, they were included. We got great breakfast which was included. On our weeding anniversary they has the room and bathtub decorated with the most beautiful flowers and so thoughtfully done. The villa is in the centre of Seminyak, and within walking distance of all the shopping, bars/clubs and the Bintang super market. Definitely a great choice of location as well.

The villa was looked exactly the same as the one in the listing. It was very clean and beautiful. The caretaker, Made, as well as all the cooks/housekeepers were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was really good and we felt like we were staying in a five star hotel.
Loved the villa, the location and amenities, but what made it a great stay was the staff. Polite, courteous and always at hand to cater to every request, they made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Villa Annecy is one of the most beautiful, homely and stylish villas we’ve stayed in. All of the bedrooms are generous in size and exceptionally comfortable. The staff are kind, attentive and great at what they do. Breakfast is delicious. And a home cooked meal is highly recommended, and great value. The turn down service in the evenings is a nice touch. One of my friends had informed the staff at Villa Annecy that it was my birthday the day we arrived, and they promptly went about arranging a very thoughtful and beautiful floral table display as a birthday welcome; this was one of many small personal touches that made our trip outstanding.

EVERYONE - STAY HERE! I went for a long weekend in Seminyak with my friends and family for my birthday and it absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. Natasha was lovely and extremely helpful and responsive in the lead up to our stay, the place was spotless and complete luxury, and the staff were WONDERFUL. They decorated the whole place in flowers for my birthday and it was a day that I'll never forget. Can't wait to go back.
My family and I stayed at Natasha’s villa for my Dad’s 70th birthday and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff including Made, Wayan, Lily and Angie were amazing and no request was too big or too small. We ate dinner at the villa a couple of nights and the food was delicious! The staff were also helpful with local tips & organising transport & Natasha was great to deal with in the lead up. We were also travelling with a 3 year old who loved it as there were great facilities for kids. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Annecy!
This villa really does tick all the boxes. Layout, cleanliness, staff, location, pool it was perfect for our extended family trip for 10 nights. Within easy walking distance to the beach for kids, and the shops, a large supermarket, restaurants etc. are an easy stroll away. But take advantage and have a meal cooked by the staff in the villa it was delicious and the daily breakfasts made every morning hassle free. The staff are incredible and delightful nothing is a problem. We are already talking about a return trip!

Great villa in an excellent location. Fabulous helpful staff. They provided pool toys for the children. We all loved the pool. Plenty of room for our families of 10. After a little exploring, we found short cut to beach through the laneways. Bintang supermarket was great for any extras you may need and easy place to catch a taxi. Local restaurants excellent.
Villa Annecy is a stunning residence, a great location and the staff are simply fabulous! So attentive without being intrusive. The facilities are superb, meals delicious & the pool is perfect. Our family of 9 spent 8 wonderful days at the Villa, and we didn’t feel the need to venture far on most days. My hubby & I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony & the staff were so helpful in making our day simply perfect. We had the best day! We will certainly be back & cannot recommend Villa Annecy highly enough! Definitely worthy of a 5 star review!
Set back from the hustle and bustle of the Seminyak main streets and a short walk to the beautiful Double Six beach is Villa Annecy... a true gem of a villa with fantastic amenities and wonderfully attentive staff - the list of standout features is too long to list but the wraparound swimming pool that comes up to the living room and kitchen doors with basketball hoop and diving board has to be mentioned. We (a family of 5+1) spent 3 nights here and had we found it sooner would have definitely stayed longer. Natasha is a great host and communicator and made sure everything was set up for a wonderful stay. We have been lucky enough to stay in a number of luxury villas but this really is in the top 3. Highly recommended.

This listing is just fantastic beyond words. Not only it’s spacious, the hospitality and service provided by the helpers are just so sincere and warm. My group of 8 guests were all so touched by everything they did and for all the help they rendered. Natasha was just as easy going, reliable and easy to communicate with. Everything in the listing is as promised. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms and the whole villa are so clean and well kept. The bathrooms are maintained and equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Ample space everywhere, in the living room with the couches and a long dining table that seats 10 (i think - there’s 8 of us). The pool is just nice. There’s a small tub just to laze in. There are floats provided (unicorns and daybeds) and balls for you to shoot hoops while in the pool. There’s even a diving board! There are sufficient pool chairs and even a pavilion to shade you from the sun and chill. Pool towels are provided on top of the bath towel. There’s Housekeeping every day. Breakfast is also included which was just so glorious! What delicious spread to kickstart your day. Thank you Made, Wayan and the whole crew. The villa, service and everything is just spectacular that I’m so very glad I chose this beautiful listing. If it’s available on your chosen dates, just book it because it’s the best so far in all my travels to Bali.

UNBELIEVABLE! If you are looking for villas in Bali for your next holiday... look no further. Massive pool, friendly staff, amazing food, so clean and comfortable. Very close to Bintang supermarket which is really handy. Host Natasha and the staff there made everything so easy and enjoyable. Just go there, you will have the time of your life.
Our group was 7 adults and 6 kids and we stayed for 10 nights. This villa is amazing. Plenty of space and the pool was a hit with the kids. We hired a pool fence ($180aud) which the villa organised. They also organised 3 high chairs and 3 porta cots for us. The staff are so helpful during our stay. Cooking and cleaning so we didn’t have to lift a finger during our holiday. Natasha was very helpful answering all question before our trip. This is a perfect place to stay.

What a beautiful villa in a great spot of Seminyak. Our 3 families (6 adults 8 kids) have nothing but great things to say about Villa Annecy. Firm beds with plenty of pillows available. Each en-suite was bigger than the next and the layout of the villa was perfect for time together or if you wanted some space. Immaculately clean and tidy. Everyone loved the pool and diving board and hoop was an added bonus. They even had inflatable pool beds etc ready on our arrival. The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. They were more than willing to set up early breakfasts when we headed out or late if we wanted to sleep in. They would also Book anything we wanted or needed if we hadn’t pre organised ourselves. Do take up the offer of the in house dinner in the first night. Cooked by the staff it’s one of our standout meals. We also had The chef bbq on our last night and this was also super delicious! Way more food than we could eat! Communication by the owner was the best we have had via Airbnb. Don’t hesitate the value for money for a large group is superb!

Our stay at Villa Annecy was wonderful. The staff are super attentive, yet so discreet you would hardly know they are on site. The property is perfect for a group and is beautifully presented and maintained. We loved our stay at Villa Annecy and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The villa is very beautiful and spacious with lovely bedrooms, bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area. The pool that separates the two pavilions is amazing and the kids absolutely loved it, especially the diving board, basketball ring and swim up breakfast bar. Villa Annecy is located about 5 mins walk to the Bintang Supermarket and other shops and restaurants and approx 15 min walk to the beach. What makes Villa Annecy so special is the amazing staff who are on site 24/7, that are happy to go above and beyond to make sure you are having an enjoyable stay. My communication with the host Natasha, was always very prompt and friendly. Due to the open plan layout between the indoor/outdoor spaces, the living are can get a little warm, however they do have an air-conditioner and fans to assist with this. I would be happy to recommend Villa Annecy to couples and or families.

I've just come back from a week at the villa with a group of friends for my 40th birthday. The pictures on the site do not do it justice! WOW WOW WOW was the reaction when we arrived! It is huge and the pool is even bigger in real life. Love how the villa is separated into two parts and each bedroom and ensuite bathroom is huge! The bathrooms are bigger than some flats in London! It is a great location from the high street where the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are. Very close to Bintang Supermarket, an ATM and money exchange place. Made and her team are super friendly and will organise taxis, tours, make phone calls, make you dinner, decorate the dinning table/villa etc. The breakfast was super yummy and Indonesian breakfast just needs to be requested the day before. Nothing was too much for the team. Natasha was super helpful and responded to queries in a timely manner and was very helpful with suggestions to make your time there extra special. All in all, I would recommend a stay here at the villa in a heart beat and guarantee you will leave with memories to cherish forever. Myself and my friends sure have! Only thing I would say is that the neighbours in the villa next door on two nights did not adhere to the 10pm "no loud music curfew", which meant we could not listen to our own music. However, our security man had a word with them and the music was turned down.

Our stay at Natasha’s villa could not have been better! Her communication throughout the process was prompt and detailed, even organising some groceries be bought prior to our arrival. The staff are absolutely amazing, the villa was kept clean and they were available for all of our needs, always with a smile on their face. They organised for us to get massages in the villa and for someone to come in and make cocktails for us. We also had two dinners cooked for us in the villa (Indonesian and BBQ) which I would highly recommend. We loved everything and would definitely stay here again!
Natasha’s Villa in Bali is one of the best Air BnB properties I’ve stayed at. The home has amazing amenities, and luxury is found in every aspect - from the bedrooms to the amazing pool. Also, the location in Seminyak is perfect. You can walk to multiple beaches, as well as a supermarket, and plenty of shopping, bars, and restaurants. In addition, the 24/7 staff is incredible. I highly recommend getting them to prepare authentic Indonesian lunch and dinner meals. Overall, definitely a 5 star review for Natasha’s Villa in Bali.
My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Annecy. Natasha was so great to deal with and was so thorough prior to our arrival ensuring that the rooms were set up to suit our family and even arranging to have the groceries done before we arrived. We couldn’t speak more highly of the staff, they welcomed us with fresh watermelon juices and were fantastic throughout the stay, often helping out with the kids lunches and dinners too! The villa itself was spectacular- talk about spacious! We will definitely be back, we loved it!
The house looks exactly like the photos. The staff were very gracious and patient with our sleeping schedule. They cooked amazing breakfast every morning and anything we need they assisted us. The beds were comfortable and we were so happy to have mosquito nets in every bed it saved us!
The crew at Villa Annecy made us feel at home - they were extremely warm, welcoming and kind. They would enthusiastically helped us out, provide us with everything we needed. We are very grateful for that!! Also, the environment of the villa is overall great, the room is comfortable and clean, spacious! We had a great time there! Perfect for a vacation!
Villa Annecy was outstanding! It was our paradise for the 4 days we stayed and spent at least half the day each in the villa’s pool. Amazing hospitality as well as the staff ensured we were comfortable and were very flexible with our requests. Totally recommended for a big group & if you want to be close to Seminyak’s action!

Natasha was a wonderful host who was extremely helpful and very quick responding to all communications . The villa was wonderful and the staff awesome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property it was brilliant.
Let’s start off with Natasha, the superhost ! Natasha has been super responsive with all my queries and requests. She checked in a couple weeks before to ask if we needed to stock up the villa with any grocery. We didn’t need to but her gesture was much appreciated ! I also told her of the bedding configuration of my large family of 13 people... and she and the villa team set it exactly right ! Transfer from the airport was smooth. We had 2 7-seaters and one was bigger than the other which fit the size of our crowd. The reason I mentioned the sizes was because the bigger vehicle was parked in a different place and I was in the smaller vehicle. And when we left the airport, the driver wanted to stop and and wait for the bigger vehicle because he said the bottled water for us were in the other vehicle . We said it was ok and happy to just meet up at the villa without the water... he made sure we were really ok before he hesitantly left for the villa without waiting for the other vehicle. Ha ha. Sweet gesture ! Now the villa , what surprised us was the vehicles came down this narrow lane from the main road which only fits 1 vehicle and were like ... oh oh... doesn’t look like we got to the right place... The moment we stopped in front of the sign Villa Annecy and walked in... WOW!! Kids went nuts and ran all over the place and almost jumped into the pool right away. Made and crew welcomed us with drinks , showed us around the villa and had a chat with us. They all speak English and we could understand each other without repeating . The 4 bedrooms were set up in the bedding config as discussed with clean sheets and pillows ! I’ve the admit the pillows were a little high because we’re not very big Asians . My dad had a stiff neck from his pillow but Made rectified it with a flatter one the next day! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Bathtubs were huge and every bedroom had one . One had a leaking problem but would be fixed shortly as they couldn’t fix while we were there. There were enough bathtubs in the house to go around !! Ha ha ! That first night, I had planned dinner at villa and told Natasha in advance of what we would like to eat. It was prepared accordingly by Made and crew and it was a lovely dinner and just sooo much food!!! We had shrimp, chicken, calamari, vegetables, tofu and mushrooms... SGD135 for 13 people. Good price for the inconvenience ! Breakfast fabulous ! Waffles, Crepes, Mee Goreng, fresh fruit... super awesome and prepared at lightning speed !!! There’s a big Bintang supermarket right round the corner of the villa. It’s 5 to 7 leisure walk but we got quicker as the days went by!...
Head of Staff Made is absolutely incredible!!!! She is accommodating and makes sure the rest of her staff is just as great.
Our experience at Villa Annecy was wonderful. We were a group of 12 - 6 adults and 6 children. - The pool was the highlight for the kids. They spent most of the waking moments in it. Having so many toys and inflatables really kept them entertained. - The staff was very hospitable. They accommodated all our requests - dinner specially made for us one night, dinner made just for the kids another night, morning breakfasts in a rolling manner since folks woke up at different times, setting up massages, helping call cabs. There was nothing they said no to. - The spaces in the villa were lovely and really allowed us to relax, chat and also have the children around and playing.
WoW , such an amazing villa with the best pool in Bali. The kids loved it so much and so did the adults. The staff are great and can’t do enough for you. It’s in a perfect location as well close to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a totally relaxing carefree holiday in Bali.
This was my first time using AirBnB and my first villa experience in Bali. I couldn't be happier. I spent a lot of time researching villas for our large group composed of 12 with a mix of adults and children. I sent multiple enquiries but kept on coming back to Villa Annecy. Natasha responded to all my questions very promptly and was upfront and honest in all of our communications. The whole process went very smoothly from booking right through to departure. Airport transfer was included and there were no problems with our group arriving at staggered times across 3 different days. The driver was waiting at arrivals with a clearly labeled sign and once at the car cold water and a chilled face washer was waiting for us. Natasha had arranged a pre arrival shop to stock the kitchen up with our requested groceries. I had asked for a supper platter to be prepared as we would be tired and hungry as we arrived on a late evening flight. I was expecting cheese and crackers and sandwiches. What we got was a very welcoming night housekeeper preparing us a simple and delicious home cooked hot meal with a fruit platter to follow. I knew right then that we were in for a wonderful holiday. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, they were attentive and helpful but never intrusive. My morning coffee freshly brewed was very much appreciated. Every evening they would ask what we would like for breakfast and what time we would like it to be prepared. Most days we had cereal, pancakes, French toast and waffles followed by eggs cooked however we wanted. We did have the Indonesian breakfast one morning which was delicious but the kids preferred the western option. The villa is kept immaculate. The rooms are cleaned and made up every morning with an evening tidy and turndown service. Fresh pool towels are provided every day and we could take them on our excursions. There are a number of pool toys and inflatables to keep everyone happy and the pool is amazing with a deep end complete with diving board as well as shallow areas and a spa tub. The garden is a delight to be in. The villa is perfectly placed in Seminyak tucked in behind the Bintang supermarket down a quiet side street. We felt very safe walking out to the Main Street and the shopping area was only minutes away. Heading out of the villa in the opposite direction takes you to eat street in about 10 minutes and Seminyak beach in about 15 minutes. We mainly did our own grocery shopping but the staff were very happy to get anything for us. They would pay and then give me the receipt for reimbursement there was no mark up for them to do the shopping. The drinks fridge was always topped up and we only had to pay cost price for the drinks with the drinks account settled at...

From the moment I inquired about Villa Annecy to the moment we returned home, Natasha was always prompt and helpful in responding to all of my questions and comments. The staff at Villa Annecy (Made, Dewa, and Wayan) were all kind, respectful, and helpful. The full breakfasts each morning were delicious! All the drivers the villa arranged for us were great, but Roy was our favorite! He was amazing! We loved our time at Villa Annecy. Our kids fell in love with the villa and told us we should move there permanently. I cannot recommend it enough!

Villa Annecy is truly amazing we were a group of 11 females and there was plenty of space to accomodate us all, the villa is very tastefully decorated the bedrooms are large enough to sleep 3 adults, we were truly spoilt by the staff Made, Wayan, Dewa nothing was too much trouble , plenty of breakfast choices the in house dinners were fantastic especially the BBQ, the villa is only a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket, and spa treatments. I would certainly recommend Villa Annecy you will not be disappointed.

Villa Annecy was a perfect place for our group to stay. Natasha answered all communications with us immediately and responded to every question, even when we first-time air bnb-ers asked a 100 questions. Her advice and insight was much appreciated. The same flawless service continued with the villa staff upon arrival. Everyone was superb, informative and top rated! We were warmly welcomed by the staff and a wonderful Indonesian meal prepared our first night in the villa...a definite must! Breakfast was delicious every morning and prepared anytime we wanted. The villa was stunning with an amazing big beautiful pool and gorgeous common spaces with comfy couches and seating inside and out with enormous dining table. Bedrooms were set apart perfectly, private and spacious and turn down service was treat. A real cool vibe met us every time we stepped inside the villa. We enjoyed the quiet tranquil location and neighborhood steps away from shopping and restaurants and beach. We definitely recommend this five star villa...so much so that once we checked out, other family members switched over for a few nights stay before departing Bali.

The staff at the house were friendly and very helpful with our requests. This is a great house for large groups and the pool area is unreal! A major perk was the included breakfast, we had it 2 of the 3 days but our western stomachs were not too happy by the end so we had to opt out the 3rd day (something to keep in mind if you're also sensitive).
Villa Annecy is every bit as good as the pictures portray but staying there is even better because there are some things pictures can't capture. As soon as you enter the Villa it feels like home. This is probably because of the care that's been taken by it's owners to make it feel just that. The other thing pictures can't do is convey the attention and care all the staff put in every day to make sure your stay is special. The breakfasts were the perfect start to our day. Everyone was spoilt for choice. The kids loved the pancakes and waffles, the adults loved the Nasi and Mee Goreng. It was all so good all of us ended up eating a bit of each every morning. The seafood BBQ and in house dinners were perfect for those nights we felt like staying "home" and lounging by the pool. Whenever we wanted to organise anything Made, Wayan and Dewa took care of it for us. It was probably the most relaxed holiday all of us have ever had. We can't wait to return.
It is secluded enough for it to be quiet and peaceful but not too far from awesome places such as the beach and the local clubs & bars. Look no further, this place is for you, had the best time there and I am sure you would too !
First, I would thank the owner, Natasha, who always gave me details reply and useful information. We enjoyed the stay with kindly help by Made and her team. The environment is relax, room is spacious and clean. It is one the most comfortable accommodation I ever stayed. We are group with 5 adults and 6 kids. No doubt that this is family-friendly. The kids love the pool very much. The living room suits our group with big dining table. Meal at Villa is also great. BBQ is a must! Don't hesitate, just book it.
Absolutely faultless!! I can not recommend Villa Annacey highly enough. The accomodation itself was beautiful and perfectly maintained by the wonderful staff. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 5 kids (8-3yo) and the villa was big enough and set up in such a way that we all had our own space when needed. The booking process was easy and Natasha thought of everything and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless. So much of the stay was made brilliant by the staff, they were absolutely faultless and so very lovely. Thank you again!
This is a fantastic experience in Villa Annecy with excellent living environment and wholeheart staff. Will definitely come again in my next Bali trip.

Amazing Villa, fabulous staff! Great location. The villa easily accommodated our 7 adults and 6 children. Staff were always there when we needed them but were never in our way. Facilities are beautiful, pool was especially loved by us all.
Villa Annecy was perfection from beginning until the end...don't hesitate, book now! It was big and spacious but felt homey and comfortable! Made and her team took care of everything from booking tours and car service to arranging spa days to having McDonalds delivered! Please do your self a favor and have the Chef come in and prepare dinner...we ate our favorite meal at home. The Villa was one of he best vacation of our lives!
Villa is locating in a very central and convenient location of Seminyak. The staffs were very attentive to our needs and helpful! We had home prepared lunches and dinners several times. The breakfast can be ordered in either western or Indonesian styles, which were both super delicious. Prices charged on home prepared lunch and dinner meals were very reasonable. Pool in the property was another highlight for our family. There was a late night noisy issue from the Villa next door. However Natasha was very responsive and quick to help us resolve the noisy neighbour problem. Overall, I highly recommend this Villa!
Villa Annecy was a great place to stay. There were no problems at all, except for the occasional power trips. We had a great time and will definitely be there again! Thanks Natasha for being so prompt in your responses and making sure we had a great time. Made was also very helpful and we love the hospitality.

Villa is very comfortable to stay in, we even canceled one of our day tour just in order to stay in the villa and enjoy the swimming pool. The ordered dinner at the villa is also delicious and with large portion. Villa maids are very nice and friendly. The villa have one massage bathtub which adds up to our enjoyable time spent in the villa.
An amazing stay. Villa Annecy is in a great location to food, shops and the beach. The pool area is massive and was perfect for lounging around and having a few drinks. The rooms are very comfortable and large. We had 3 couples staying and it still feels like you have privacy from the other guests. But what made our stay so good was the staff. They are amazing and nothing was a problem for them. Villa Annecy has everything a 5 star hotel has and more. We will be back next year.
Our party of 9 adults and children had a great time in Villa Annecy. Everybody enjoyed the pool area which was just perfect. We loved that the villa was in a quiet area, but still close to the shopping area and to the beach. The staff in the villa was very friendly and they contributed to making this an unforgetable holiday.
My family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Annecy so much! The swimming pool is much bigger than I expect. My sons love the pool so much that they played in the pool almost everyday of our stay in the villa. The place is clean and nice, the staff are really helpful and friendly too. The villa is also conveniently located not too far from shops, restaurants and supermarket. Thanks Natasha for all the useful information before our trip too! You are really a great host.

Amazing villa in a location central to markets, great restaurants, nightspots and beaches. Incredibly friendly staff who were super willing to help and were always there when required but never intrusive. Great facilities for couples and families (pool, TVs, beds, kitchen). We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor lounging areas as well as comfy bedrooms. Easy process for booking and organising drivers whenever needed. Will definitely stay again next time in Bali.
We, a group of 12 have just had an amazing 5 days at Villa Annecy. Made and her gorgeous team took such great care of us and nothing was to much trouble. Special thanks to the team for the beautiful birthday decorations for Summer (Twinkle). Can't wait to go back. Location excellent and the villa is truely beautiful.
Right from the booking process with Villa Annecy and host Natasha, everything was really easy. Natasha went out of her way to answer all questions about our stay, and the area around us. the Villa itself is beautiful, and the staff on hand 24/7 could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Made and her team went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed on arrival and during our stay to ensure we had the best possible holiday. The breakfast cooked daily each morning was delicious, the rooms are spacious and the pool area is very relaxing. I will be back!!
