Exploring Magic Hills Bali - Princess House | Eco-Lux Lodge left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Magic Hills Bali - Princess House | Eco-Lux Lodge was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Selat plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Magic Hills Bali - Princess House | Eco-Lux Lodge painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Logement très décevant. Certes une bamboo house, mais équipements rudimentaires, jacuzzi froid Ménage très approximatif, tâches sur le linge de maison. Bruyant (musique le matin avant 7h) Très mauvais rapport qualité prix (on nous même dit que le thé en sachet était en supplément… à 400€ la nuit! J’ai râlé donc il nous a été offert) Les petits déjeuners sont honteux à ce prix et jamais à l’heure demandée Prix des activités annexes abusifs (nous avons tout organisé nous même de l’extérieur pour moitié prix : rafting, cours de cuisine, transfert, location de scooter) Bref nous ne recommandons pas, sauf si votre but est de faire des photos insta…
Hi, locatie was super. De service was slecht in verhouding met de prijs per nacht. Service was ondermaats en vaak niet te bereiken. Niet voldoende personeel voor het aantal gasten, zeer teleurgesteld. Mini bar was laag bij aankomst, ontbijt was karig en niet veel keuze.
Très belle maison en bambou avec très belle vue sur les rizières, dans la jungle, l’hôte est très réactif et propose de nombreux services. Les maisons étant en bambous sont proches les unes des autres et peuvent donc créer quelques nuisances sonores. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de la maison mais ce fut tout de même un séjour très agréable dans un magnifique environnement!
Struttura molto bella e curata anche se dormire all'aperto puó essere umido o freddo in caso di brutto tempo. La colazione in rapporto al prezzo della struttura era un pó povera con solo una piccola bevanda compresa. Anche la cucina non era delle migliori, non come gusto ma proprio a livello di preparazione. Abbiamo provato diverse pietanze che spesso erano troppo cotte, bruciate o unte. Alla fine abbiamo optato per andare a mangiare sempre nei ristoranti e non piú in villa.

Our stay at the villa was excellent. Everything was great: very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. We would definitely recommend it and happily stay again.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations in every way. It truly felt like a private oasis. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return again in the future!
Beautiful place and service
We had a fabulous stay at the Princess Villa. On an amazing location we enjoyed 2 nights in this paradise. You are truly remote, so you either need to have your meals at the villa or use their free shuttle to restaurants nearby. Make sure you bring some groceries as there is no Gojek or any supermarket nearby. We tried to walk the first evening but the roads are not meant to be walked on in the evening, especially with young kids. So use their shuttle service but make reservations on time for lunch/dinner because there are not many restaurants in the area. The villas are relatively close to each other so you will hear your neighbors when they have an evening on their outdoor terrace. Furthermore you are fully exposed to the neighbors when you use the bathroom downstairs in the Princess villa, something to be aware off! Overall it was really an unique stay with an amazing view and the staff did everything to make our stay special.
Our stay at Magic Hills Bamboo House was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, manager, and staff — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The bamboo house itself is stunning, set amidst breathtaking natural beauty. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant — the food was delicious and made with care. All the optional services offered added so much to our experience and were thoughtfully organized. Every detail, from the hospitality to the unique architecture and serene setting, made this a truly memorable stay. Thank you Nyoman and team.
Hidden away gem, perfect place for relaxation. One of a kind villa with beautiful view. If you are ok with insects around you and can sleep peacefully, definitely book the property!
I had the pleasure of staying in the princess villa , and it was nothing short of amazing, the bugs didn’t bother me at all , it was so peaceful the staff was friendly and always on point if I needed anything and fast too lol thank you for the great stay !🖤
10/5 stars. I cannot recommend this place enough. Staying here was the highlight of our trip. From the amazing bamboo architecture to the amazing views of the rice paddy fields I couldn’t ask for anything else. The staff was so helpful. Brought delicious meals right to the room and communicated very clearly through direct messages. Also THE SHOWER! Omg so amazing to shower in the jungle. The staff was so professional and on top of everything from check in to check out. The house itself now that is the real star. Watching a movie in the net on the top floor, dipping in the heart shaped pool, sleeping in those beds with those views. Everything was absolutely above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The only regret I have is not staying longer as 1 night was not enough! Just book it you will not regret!!!

Gigantisches Bambus Haus ! Mitten im Tropenwald mit Reis Feldern vor gelagert Das Haus hat keine Wände , alles offen! Sehr abgelegen in mitten der Natur ! Kaum Tiere im Haus aber nachts sehr laut. Muss man wissen und berücksichtigen. Ich war Gast im Reich der Tiere . Also Nachts wird es laut. Super Service , alles hilfsbereit , gute Küche. Zwei Nächte waren genau top für uns . Zwei Stunden Fahrt vom Flughafen . Preis Leistung stimmt für dieses Einmalige Erlebnis
We had an amazing stay, just for 1 night only unfortunately. The place is beautiful and the pictures are really exactly the same as the place in real life! Nyoman is a great host, friendly and good communication through texting.

One of the most incredible stays we’ve had in a long time! It’s worth every penny! The staff is amazing from the time you check in to the time you check out. The food is actually incredible, which we weren’t expecting for such a remote area. There’s tons to do and it was nice having glass windows and doors to keep the bugs out at night, they weren’t a problem at all! We can’t wait to some back so we can try a different house! Thank you so much!

Magic Hill was incredible. It's a childhood dream to have such a big treehouse in such a natural environment. We took a half-day taxi ride, which was really nice. It's a paid service, but it's totally worth it. You have a driver for half a day who takes you wherever you want. This allowed us to enjoy our day effortlessly without wasting any time. The food at the restaurant was also good, we enjoyed it, and it’s pleasant to eat with the various views from the treehouse. I would like to thank our host, who was very responsive to all our messages, which was greatly appreciated.
Bambu house in Bali is a must do if you are visiting. House was spacious enough for our party of 4 adults and a kid. We had rain during our stay and they provided umbrellas and mats and towels for the wet floors. Nyoman and his staff are very proactive and eager to please. I wish I had a partnership with this establishment.

If you are a true nature lover, this location is to die for. You couldn't be closer to nature than showering out in the open surrounded by gorgeous foliage that provides privacy. The accommodation is open to nature in every possible way. This place is worth raving about.
There are no words to describe this place! Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice!! We climbed Mt Agung on an all nighter the first night of arrival and this was the perfect place to relax the next 2 days post 8 hour hike. We could not recommend this place more. We were there with our 3 20 year old kids (one niece, one son, and one BFF of son). You will NOT REGRET THIS PLACE!! Gusti was also amazing!!!

Wir hatten drei verschiedene Villen und sie waren alle wunderschön. Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Gegend und würden jedem immer wieder empfehlen ein paar Tage hier zu übernachten. Egal für welche Villa sie sich entscheiden, jede ist einmalig und atemberaubend. Zudem sind alle so freundlich und herzlich! Gerne jederzeit wieder!

We had an absolute fantastic stay. We were worried about hugs but somehow to managed to keep it away as much as possible it was private peaceful clean and luxurious. We absolutely loved it and felt very comfortable through our stay. The host was super responsive right from when we booked it. Will highly recommend.

My family had a great stay at the Princess Villa for a week. Was greeted by the friendly receptionist, Candra, upon our arrival. The host, Nyoman, and all the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to help and have small chat with us. Our villa was always kept clean upon our return each day. Special thanks to Candra, Kadek (driver) and Gusti for taking good care of us throughout our stay. Good job to the team at Magic Hills.

El trato del personal es increíble, te hacen sentir como uno más de la familia, preocupándose en todo momento porque todo sea perfecto, sin ellos nuestra estancia en Magic Hills no hubiese sido lo mismo. Die Lage und Aussicht ist genial. Die Location ist sauber, gross und schön. Die Regendusche draussen ist ein Highlight für sich. Es wird ein kostenloser Transfer zu dem lokalen Restaurant angeboten, das Essen da war gut, preislich für Bali eher teuer. Das Essen welches in der Unterkunft (nicht im Restaurant) verfügbar ist, ist mässig. Die Kommunikation war super einfach und jederzeit erreichbar.

It was an amazing stay in the Princess house for a night. Four of us were able to relax and enjoy various activities - flower bath, massage etc with short notice even though we requested for them at the last minute. The staff were incredible, showed us around the premises and we managed to harvest some pineapples and snake fruits!!! Learned that a lot of staff are local and everything is mostly locally source which is incredible. Definitely a must do experience when in Bali :)

This is an experience and what an amazing experience that is… don’t look at it as a hotel, cabin or a treehouse, it’s just an experience that must be felt. If you have time and in the means to come here I highly recommend. I already recommended to all my family and friends. Beautiful and breathtaking place. Is legit living with nature. Was surprise there was no ants and the mosquito wasnt as many as I had expected. Apart from some renovation (upcoming house) beside, everything is so peaceful. My partner and I can just chill there the whole stay and host (nyoman) is also very responsive. The breakfast came on time and food arrive promptly each time i ordered. Worth every cent and will be sure to try the other houses again.
Wow what a totally different experience than I’m use to! Didn’t know how it would be going into it, but it was everything! So beautiful and the view was amazing! We thought we would see a ton of bugs and didn’t see hardly any. Not a place i would spend a week at but for a night it’s well worth experiencing something new and different!

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, quello che serve per rilassarsi e staccare dal caos cittadino. La casa è molto bella ed organizzata bene, i servizi ottimi.
Wunderschöne Villa, insbesondere ins Badezimmer habe ich mich sehr verliebt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service jedoch entspricht nicht ganz dem Preisniveau der Unterkunft. Z.B. wird man darauf hingewiesen, keine Essensreste liegen zu lassen, da ansonsten die Ameisen kommen. Nach dem Frühstück und Abendessen wurde aber von sich aus weder der Tisch gereinigt noch allfällige Krümel aufgenommen (Besen haben wir selbst in Unterkunft nicht gefunden). Eiscreme wurde mit Vorspeise serviert. Auf Hinweis hin, wurden aber die Anliegen umgesetzt. Ich denke, es müsste noch etwas in die Schulung der Mitarbeitenden investiert werden, welche aber sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Noch Potential nach oben vorhanden. Alles in allem hat es aber die Freude über den Aufenthalt nicht geschmälert.
Princess House is a unique, beautiful hideaway in the middle of nature. The view over the rice fields is incredible and Mt Agung is just behind the house. Watching the sunrise over the volcano was magical. Impeccably clean and although we expected to see lots of bugs we saw very few and weren’t bitten at all. We stayed with our two children ages 5yrs and 8yrs and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time enjoying all the unique features of our jungle hideaway! From here we used the Magic Hills taxi service and did a number of daytrips to local waterfalls , Tegalalang rice terraces/swing and also Bali zoo. We ate at a number of local restaurants, with our favourite being Camaya, just a few minutes from Magic Hills. We are breakfast and dinner here a number of times and the food was delicious, with the most beautiful view. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff for a really memorable stay.
Great location to discover a very special experience. From the beginning until the end we felt very comfortable and well assisted. Yes, we would do it again. However, we think one night is just enjough for this experience ;) Wish the whole team all the best!
Es war einfach rundum magisch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Reisfelder. Ein besonderes Highlight war die offene Dusche im grünen. Die Kommunikation mit Nyoman war hervorragend. Er hat sich umgehend um jeden Wunsch gekümmert und perfekt umgesetzt. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, aber leider waren die nächsten Gäste schon auf dem Weg.
We loved our stay in Magic Hills, the place is just stunning, with an amazing view of the jungle and rice terrace, and the service excelent :) we booked a romantic dinner and their photographer took us profesional photos and videos for free, we really appreciated that! Very unique experience to live somewhere far from city/town. With very little light pollution in the area, my husband and I also managed to stargaze! The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will surely recommend this to our family/friends 😊

Magic Hills is the most magical place I have ever stayed. Everyone must visit once in their life time. You get to stay very close with nature while not getting a single bite from mosquitoes. The weather was perfect. The place didn't have air-con but we felt chilly even with blanket on. Gusti and his team was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. From breakfast, to massage to shisha to our drone video-shooting, everything can be done inside our villa. There is also a very delicious restaurant near by (2-min drive) in Camaya. Please do try their food (Western/Balinese) as it is once of the best restaurants I have ever tried in Bali. Will definitely recommend this place to everybody!

I had an amazing stay at this stunning treehouse in Bali! The space is beautifully designed and nestled in the lush greenery of the forest, offering a truly magical and serene experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely waking up to the sound of birds chirping and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony with an incredible view of the surrounding treetops. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable getaway in Bali.
Wow! What a wonderful place to stay and definitely one of the best. Nyoman and his team were absolutely fantastic with us and our requests. They treated us not as guest but as part of the family making us feel right at home. We had such a lovely 1st year anniversary at this beautiful bamboo house and to make it even more special, we opted for the photoshoot option which was a fun experience. Wish we could have stayed longer, but hopefully one day we will be back again. Thanks again for the memories that we will forever cherish.
We loved staying here for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly catering to our every wish and going above and beyond in delivering an experience we’ll never forget! The place itself is like a dream. It was clean and to our amazement we hardly saw any bugs (given the open air concept) I don’t know how they do that! But the best part is the views from the Villa and all the details inside the home. Go here if you want to live in paradise.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und wurden toll vom ganzen Team unterstützt. Service und auch das Essen waren super. Das über die Unterkunft organisierte Fotoshooting war sehr professionell und wir haben tolle Fotografen kennengelernt. Gerne kommen wir wieder :)

We were in Magic Hills Bali, Princess Villa for 2 night. It was unbelievable experience, one of the kind . We love this bamboo villa so much. It is beautiful, every detal of this house is exquisite. Huge, comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax. Watching movie on the last floor in the night - was actually like in the movie:) And the team, was amazing, super helpfull, super reaponsive. Very good food. We are vegans, team helped us to customize meals for us. Thank you🙏 Hope we will see you again.
What a beautiful property and experience! The place felt so tranquil and Nyoman and all the stuff made sure to be available 24/7. Everything was very clean. Lots of activities to take advantage of during the stay as well! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Our stay at Magic Hills was incredible! The location and the villa itself were stunning. The host was on site both days during our stay, checked in on us, and even brought us some fresh local fruits on Nyepi (Silent Day). We would highly recommend this stay. It is an experience you will cherish forever. Although it is in the middle of nature, and you will encounter insects and animals, it's worth the stay. The villa has insect repellents for your use and guidance on keeping the insects and animals away. We also had professional photos taken during our stay and would recommend that! They came out amazing. The food was good, the staff was nice, the weather was good, and the vibes were amazing!

the Host took care of everything from the day we booked to the day we checked out. the staff at the restaurant were very responsive 24x7. felt worth it. the surrounding was amazinggggg. loved the view from above. the restaurant can be expensive. its still better to eat at the rest then leave the place to find another rest. nothing much to say. you just need to experience this once. words are always less to describe the beauty of this place.
Tohle je prostě magické místo, kde zapomenete na všechny starosti a užíváte si života jak nejvíc to jde! Dům je skvěle zařízený a člověk by zde dokázal nedělat nic x dní. Hostitel moc milý, jen by to chtělo určitě nějaké vylepšení, co se jídla týče, bylo dobré, ale nic specialního. Jestli chcete úplně vypnout a užívat si výhledu na rýžová pole, tak doporučuji!
The team at Magic Hills are absolutely incredible! Hosted breakfasts, excellent lunch & dinner menus that can be delivered to your villa, and external deliveries for anything local. They have a ton of parking if you decide to drive! Princess House is something out of a story book, walking into the villa will make your jaw drop. From decor, to design, to how comfortable the beds are, the home is finished with all the comforts in mind. Thank you Nyoman and team for the amazing experience! See you again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay here. It looked exactly like the photos, checkin was easy and the service was incredible. Gusti, the gentleman at the front desk was very attentive and immediately tended to our needs. Only regret is not being able to stay for more than one night. Highly recommend.
We stayed a few nights at this place and we have one word for this place HEAVEN! The place is amazing, beautiful garden with a pool and outdoor shower. Staff was always responsive and taking care of everything we need. Tons of activities are offered. Helpful and friendly drivers and well experienced masseuses. The best part of the whole experience is every morning the sounds of the birds and beautiful view of rice paddies were unreal. TRUE PARADISE! We didn't want to leave!!!

Definitely a great place connecting to the nature. Can really feel Nyoman and the team take great effort to maintain the villas in good condition. And they were really helpful and ensure our comfortability throughout the stay.
Incredible place in the heart of the Bali jungle. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the room (we stayed in the Princess) was just unbelievable. It's like something out of a dream. I'd highly recommend visiting.
