Exploring Mansion | Luxury Villa w Sauna, Pool, Rooftop UBUD left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Mansion | Luxury Villa w Sauna, Pool, Rooftop UBUD was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tampaksiring plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Mansion | Luxury Villa w Sauna, Pool, Rooftop UBUD painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Our stay was below expectations due to serious cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort issues. We checked in after 3:00 PM while on holidays from Australia, and the property was not properly cleaned—dust throughout, dirty kitchen bench-top, stained bathtub, and bathrooms with a strong unpleasant smell. All towels provided were visibly stained, including replacements. The main door lock was not working properly, and there were ants on the bed head and near the AC. Basic items like milk and tissues were not provided, and overall hygiene standards were poor. There was also loud music from other guests until midnight, affecting our rest. Staff were polite and tried to help, but the standard remained poor. Despite re-cleaning and a goodwill offer, issues persisted. Travelling with a young 4 year old child and family members above 65, we chose to check out within a day. Overall, the stay did not meet acceptable standards and needs significant improvement and better management overall.

The villa is huge, and the pool was perfect for the kids. The upstairs sauna was a great bonus. The staff were excellent: they cleaned every day, were warm and helpful, and even left a thoughtful gift basket for the children. I’m not giving five stars because the practical details do not match the scale of the villa. It feels under-furnished: there are no desks or chairs in the bedrooms, few places to charge a laptop, and no towel hooks in the bathrooms. The kitchen was also missing basics, including a kettle. The floors seemed to hold dust, so our socks got dirty quickly even after cleaning. The location is quiet and private, with no construction nearby, but it is a drive from central Ubud. Roosters can also be loud very early in the morning. Overall, a beautiful large villa with excellent service, but it needs a few practical improvements to feel fully comfortable.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden bei der Prana Unterkunft. Es gab Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. das Gas das schon bei der ersten Nutzung leer stand, unstabile Dusche etc. Jedoch waren Sie schnell erreichbar um uns zu helfen! Es ist eine schöne Villa mit genügend Platz und unsere Dachterrasse war atemberaubend! Ich danke das gesamte Team für den freundlichen und unkomplizierten Service!!
Die Villa ist traumhaft schön genau wie beschrieben. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit.

Best three level villa in Ubud! We had the best time staying here. The views from the third level were absolutely magnificent and made every moment feel special. It was perfect for our family, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We especially loved the large TV area where we could all gather and enjoy a movie together in the evenings. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Another great advantage was the location — we weren’t too far from Ubud central, making it easy to head out and enjoy all the activities, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would definitely love to come back again!
We stayed at Prana Ubud as a family with two young children, and it gave us exactly what we needed. The villa is beautifully designed, clean, and very well appointed. We had three rooms to ourselves, each with a balcony, and the space made a real difference. Coming from compact apartment living, the openness helped us slow down, breathe, and enjoy being together. The children loved the pool, the generous bathtub, and the resident cat, who became part of their holiday memories. We enjoyed quiet time with jigsaw puzzles, meals in the spacious dining area, and relaxing together in the TV area. I also loved the lawn in the morning and the sauna on the third floor. Service was fast and pleasant, and we were attended to quickly. The water filter was useful and safe to drink from. We left feeling well recharged. A calm, spacious, and memorable stay.
We had a great time at Prana Ubud in late May 2026 and particularly enjoyed the rooftop, the sunken living room and staff, who were all very kind and attentive. A few things to note: 1) Roosters. The complex faces west into a peaceful jungle valley and east into a small rural village. By the sounds of it, the village consists of 1,000 roosters as their cock-a-doodle-dooing, although unique and smile-inducing on the first morning, was a bit much by the fourth. Their 5:15am wake-up call was OK for me but was problematic for my wife and young son. 2) The pictures are glossy but punch above their weight, generally. 3) The pool/backyard for our unit turned out to be next to the driveway, parking area and staff vestibule. The noise from these areas was disturbing on occasion. 4) The kitchen is not a great working kitchen and restaurants are not within walking distance for a family. Plan on cabbing for most meals. Overall a good and fun stay. Recommended with marshalled expectations.

This place was STUNNING! One of our favorite airbnb experiences ever. The place was spotless, so spacious, and felt extremely safe for our kids to roam around the villa. The pool was as super safe with a fence around it, the view was gorgeous from the rooftop, and the sauna on top had us dreaming of moving there full time! We inquired a lot of extra services and they were all worth it. We were very happy with all the massages offered, as well as delicious breakfast made to order. The WiFi was always fast and reliable, the beds super comfy, and the a/c was extra cold, which made sleeping wonderful. We are now wishing we could go back & stay again! Book your stay here, you won’t regret it!
We had a wonderful stay at Prana. The house was clean, comfortable, and suited our group perfectly. Organising transport into town was easy, and the reception team communicated excellently throughout our stay checking in each morning and responding quickly whenever we needed anything. We’d happily stay again!
It's a beautiful huge villa with a gorgeous view - especially nice in the morning with all the birds and nature sounds. It had everything we needed and the host was always there to provide something else. They also provided cleaning every day which was super convenient. I highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The sunken living room is beautiful and cozy, big island kitchen, the view from the rooftop is amazing! Looks exactly like the picture if not even better. The place is peaceful but not really isolated, perfect balance for the ones who wants some peace but not far from inconvenience store. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Would recommend anyone to stay here!
Villanın iç büyüklüğü çok güzeldi. Odalar gayet büyük ve temizdi. Yataklarıda büyük ve temiz. Hergün çarşaflar yastık kılıfları değiştiriliyor. Banyoları çok ferah ve kapalı olduğundan böcek vs girmesi imkansız. Duş alırken üzerinizde çamdan ışık giriyor çok hoş dizayn edilmiş. Ben şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Biz aile olarak kaldık ve çok memnun ayrıldık. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz 🙏
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir haben unseren JGA dort gefeiert und die Unterkunft ist so wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden mit Willkommensgetränken empfangen. Die Sauna auf dem Dach ist Mega. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles im allem war super. Ich würde wieder kommen.
The villa has an amazing view. The area has no construction, just animals sounds. Villa is really big, I like the most big space on the 1 st floor. I was with a kid, they give me everything I need and the pool is safe for baby. We came for few days, but stay longer.

Very comfortable villa, everything you need can be requested from the helpful staff. massage is top class, breakfast is delicious, service is pleasant. upstairs there is a sauna where you can relax after an intense day, the pool is quite large. I recommend.

Our stay at Prana was amazing, we were sad we were only there for 1 night. The villa was beyond beautiful and looked exactly like the photos, was extremely clean, we had no worries about hygiene at all. The staff were amazing, we got held up at immigration at the airport and ended up arriving 3 hours later than expected and they were super flexible and accommodating. The location is very peaceful, not very local to many things but perfect if youre wanting a relaxing getaway out of city life and in local Bali areas. Will definitely be coming back next time. Thank you Prana Team for an amazing stay!!

Nice place to stay when visiting Ubud! A 20-30 minute drive from town and a very cool spot. Front desk staff is always responsive. Beautiful view from the roof. Great AC.
This villa was incredibly spacious, maybe even a little too big for a party of three hahaha! However, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely return again! Would also love to give a shoutout to the team! Everyone was super friendly and very responsive whenever we ran into issues, from door and insect problems on our first night to an unexpected water shortage on the second night. All the issues were resolved almost immediately, and someone even came down to help remove the insects, which we really appreciated! This was also the only villa we stayed in with clean water. We used a travel shower filter, and even by the end of our stay, it was still clean. Very impressive!

We spent 17 days in Bali and originally planned to change accommodations every three days during our trip. However, we felt so comfortable in the 3-bedroom villa at Prana Villa that we spontaneously decided to spend our entire final week there. The whole Prana Villa team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and took perfect care of us throughout our stay. The villa’s facilities were outstanding and even more impressive in real life than in the photos. If we return to Bali, we will definitely stay at Prana Villa again.
We really loved our stay at Prana, super spacious, beautiful views overlooking the jungle, well equipped kitchen, close enough to the centre of Ubud to be accessible but far away enough to feel lost in the jungle environment. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay will definitely be returning!
