Melati Bali Homestay

Exploring Melati Bali Homestay left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Melati Bali Homestay was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kabupaten Badung plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Melati Bali Homestay painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The place is not bad but the rooms have no windows with glass. If you open the window you face the exterior and cannot turn on the ac. If you close them for privacy there is no natural light in the room! I hated that and think should be properly specified.

I don’t know who has left all these positive reviews ??! The bedroom itself was clean - as it should be . The towels were old and ratty. No soap. The place itself needs a good clean and in desperate need of some maintenance - the shared kitchen was gross - I’ve seen better backpacker kitchens . Advertised as having a fridge - there was 1 busted ass fridge to share between all the rooms and it was full, so we couldn’t use it anyway- cutlery and crockery was a dirty mismatch and questionably cleaned- aircon didn’t work well - the room itself was small, poorly lit and super basic - we booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 - the location is great but the facilities are below par - I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend staying here .

房子很有特色，上厕所和洗澡都是在户外，洗澡的时候旁边有蜗牛在爬，正上方有高楼的窗户。环境不错，很感谢工作人员会来门口路牌接。但是因为房子是木屋，所以空调制冷效果一般，隔音效果很差，我的隔壁房间的客人聊天的声音我完全能听到，并且大笑持续到了凌晨三点。地处闹市区，摩托的声音也很大。此外我们预定了八点的早餐，直到我们8点半左右出门都没有人来送早餐。

It was good place to stay surrounded by greenery.

Uns hat der Ort und die Umgebung in der schönen Natur sehr gefallen. Allerdings haben wir uns den Bungalow etwas anders vorstellt (die Fotos haben etwas anderes gezeigt). Denn der Bungalow war dunkel. Es gab zwar 2 Fenster aber wenn man die aufgemacht hat, hat man nur die anderen Bungalows nebenbei gesehen und es kam nur bedingt Licht herein. Wir haben uns dadurch etwas eingeengt gefühlt, da die Atmosphäre nicht unserem Wunsch entsprach. Es wäre schön, wenn mehr Licht und auch frische Luft in den Bungalow kommen könnte. Die Luftqualität war nachts sehr schlecht. Wir sind aus diesen Gründen schon früher ausgecheckt, fanden die Umgebung und Natur aber wunderschön!

The room is very nice with good AC, shower and wifi. Walkable around town and to the beach as well. Had to wait 10 min to check in because no one at front desk. The complimentary breakfast wrapped in plastic wrap and I had terrible food poisoning 2 hours after eating. Cannot confirm if this breakfast definitively gave me food poisoning but I believe it did

Herkes çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı fakat scooter için bir gün önce anlaştığımız fiyatı kabul etmeyip hatırlamadıklarını söyleyip ertesi gün fazla para aldılar . Bu biraz kırıcıydı. Onun haricinde oda çok karanlıktı eşyalarımızı görmekte zorlandık . Geceleri havuz ışığı olsaydı güzel olurdu ama ışığı yoktu. Odanın banyo bölümünün açık havada olmadı farklı ve güzel bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltıları fena değildi.

C’est un très jolie endroit on retrouve un oasis en plain centre de Canggu. Malheureusement, j’ai eu des problèmes avec les voisins qui ont fait que j’ai passé une nuit blanche + on entend le trafic durant toute la nuit (il faut apporter des bouche à oreilles pour dormir) + on avait pratiquement pas d’eau pour se laver.

The hostess was really nice. Had the best shower I've seen in Bali. Had whole jungle in the yard. A bit far from the beach, but near the main street, which is awesome.

Good stay in canggu!

Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Mückennetze hatte ein paar Flecken aber ansonsten war die Unterkunft sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Anlage liegt sehr zentral in Canggu und ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Auf dem Inserat ist leider die falsche Adresse hinterlegt. Superna hat die richtige per DM auf Airbnb geschickt. Wir waren zuerst am falschen Ort und mussten dann noch 15 Minuten laufen. An sich kein Problem, man muss es einfach wissen. Dennoch war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und schön angerichtet.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut und sauber! Das offene Bad hat uns sehr gut gefallen und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wegen der Fotos haben wir es uns etwas weitläufiger und größer vorgestellt. Im Zimmer selbst hat man leider den Verkehr teilweise gehört.

Le logement est magnifique et très bien situé ... On ne croirait pas qu'une ville animé se trouve juste aux portes lorsque nous sommes à l'intérieur. On se sent comme à la campagne. Le bungalow est très joli et le lit très confortable. C'est assez particulier de se doucher à l'extérieur haha. Le petit déjeuner est également servi directement à notre bungalow. Pour faire du shopping ou rejoindre la plage, pas besoin de Grab, il suffit de marcher une vingtaine de minutes. Cependant, j'aurais préféré qu'on me demande ou me prévienne avant si le ménage doit être fait. J'aurais à l'avance rangé et scellé mes affaires personnelles.

Overall great location although the room that we stayed in didn’t match the photos. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner as we saw some blood stains on the mosquito net.

Super verblijf gehad voor onze doorreis. Je waant je in de natuur terwijl je op loop afstand zit van het centrum. Wel hoor je het verkeer bij je huisje, dit was de eerste dag even wennen. Voor lichtte slapers zijn oordopjes misschien een optie. Super vriendelijke mensen en een heerlijk ontbijtje.

Une chambre très agréable au milieu d'une végétation incroyable et magnifique qui permet d'oublier que vous êtes à quelques d'une vie urbaine très dense avec beaucoup de circulation. Un petit déjeuner copieux également fait de ce logement un très bon choix pour y séjourner.

The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, offering an Ubud-like vibe right in the heart of Canggu. It features around 4-5 spacious cottages, each with plenty of room. The bathroom experience is particularly unique – it's open-air, making you feel like you're showering in the wild, almost under a waterfall. The hot water was continuous, which was great. If I were to suggest a couple of improvements: first, the bathroom door could really use a handle to make it easier to pull open and enter the room. Secondly, there was some construction happening next door, which meant workers were around in the morning, making it difficult to use the bathroom or toilet at times. That felt a bit inconvenient. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and always available to help with anything you might need.

Beautiful location! My favourite pool setting in Bali yet. A little noisy in the morning from the construction but the bed was very comfy and we still managed to sleep in. Great check out time too!

El establecimiento es muy bonito, la habitación tipo cabaña nos encantó y el baño al aire libre muy lindo. Sin embargo deberían realizar fumigaciones contra los mosquitos ya que era imposible alejarlos. La habitación un poco oscura, teniendo en cuenta que no entra luz natural ya que si abres la ventana se llena de mosquitos la habitación. Al igual en el baño que al ducharte salían muchos mosquitos de las plantas. El desayuno estaba bien y la habitación limpia. La ubicación era inmejorable

We had a lovely stay here. The room was very lovely, clean and cool. We quite liked the outside shower area and the breakfast each morning was tasty. Thank you for having us.

the place itself is really Nice and relaxing.The garden is beautifull and the typical room also Nice and clean everyday. the outside bathroom was Nice BUT the next door building was right next to our bathroom and all the workers had a great view on our bathroom. we had à Black fabric up to protect the bathroom view and the workers didn't seems to look but I was really stressed each time going to toilet or shower ... I would have appreciated à little message about this before coming. Except that, our stay was really good and the place is really Nice. we rent a scooter for our stay to go to the beach and Tanah lot.

The homestay is located in the center of Canggu. But also near the beach with a short scooter ride. We loved that it is very quiet during day and night. The staff was very nice and always eager to help. They arranged a pick up from the airport for a good price! The included breakfast was okay. Thank you for having us!

This is a lovely place to stay right in the middle of canggu. I would definitely recommend! Only thing to be conscious of is this is in a very loud area and could hear the street noise all night as the walls are very thin and the bathroom Is outside. Other than that it was a lovely stay

Pleasant little oasis.

Close to the beach and main street, which has all the shops and cafés. Despite its central location, the place manages to offer some peace due to the incredible greenery at the property (there is a little stream flowing inside). The room was comfortable and the open air bathroom is a nice touch. A special mention for Nyoman and the staff, who were always helpful and courteous. There was an issue with a local money changer and Nyoman helped sort things out. All in all, a great experience.

Great stay at a perfect location in Canggu. Host ready to help with anything you need. Only setback I experienced was the lack of light and ventilation in the room.

Die Unterkunft ist tatsächlich besser als ich es aus der Anzeige entnommen haben. Eine angenehme Wohlfühloase mit einem so gut wie nie von Gästen besuchten sauberen Pool. Die Lautstärke des Verkehrs in Canggu ist abends minimal zu höhren und in Betracht der zentralen Lage absolut hinnehmbar. Das Frühstück ist definitiv ausbaufähig, dafür gibt es neben der Unterkunft ein sehr beliebtes Café. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Estuvimos solo un día al llegar a Bali y fue el mejor sitio donde llegar a descansar. Las camas extremadamente cómodas, la piscina justo en frente de las habitaciones y suficientemente alejado de las calle principales para oír poco a las motos.

Place is just as advertised! Only downside is that it’s near a busy street so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be hearing loud cars/bikes late night and early mornings . Not to mention the dogs barking in the middle of the night from the street. But this is out of their control of course . Very nice place overall with shared pool and free brkfst ! Also body wash and shampoo is not provided.

Ein kleines Paradies mitten in Canggu für kleines Geld. Das Melati Bali ist ein Traum! Der Pool, die Pflanzen, die Lage, die Unterkunft. Alles Top! Sie haben uns ohne Probleme ein Transfer von Canggu nach Nusa Lembongan organisiert und waren stets super hilfsbereit und höflich. Lediglich das Frühstück ist etwas mager ausgefallen.

Melati Bali Homestay was a beautiful place to stay, the room was clean, and the public area has lots of plants and a pool, we only stayed at Melati Bali Homestay for one night so we didn't go into the pool but it looked very nice. The location was convenient, lots of shops and restaurants surrounded. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside would be the room doesn't has any glass windows so it was pretty dark, there were wooden windows but doesn't have any window screens so you would be risking mosquitos getting inside if you keep the windows and the door open like in the picture. But they provided a mosquito net over the bed. Overall we enjoyed the time staying here and would be back if we ever come to Canngu again.

very friendly and welcoming. great location to start. Nyoman was such a great driver and we really appreciated his service. the villa was not on the main road so it cut the noise of the scooters down but canggu was busy and not all the sound could be eliminated.

Prima verblijf op een goede locatie dichtbij allerlei restaurants, winkels, het strand en andere voorzieningen. De kamer was prima, badkamer aansluitend (buiten douche) was top, heerlijk bed, het ontbijt werd aan de kamer bezorgd en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Zeker aan te raden voor een nacht of twee

Die Unterkunft an sich ist wirklich schön und gut gelegen. Leider war die Toilette nicht gereinigt und die Bettwäsche hatte einen muffigen Geruch. Die Gastgeber und das Personal war immer freundlich.

We are very happy with our stay here! The place is beautiful, and the staff is super friendly. I would really recommend this place if you want to stay at a quiet place in the otherwise quite busy part of Canggu.

Beautiful garden with swimming pool. The small houses are cosy, good working AC and bathroom outside in between the plants. Unfortunately the breakfast was really minimalistic, only a little fruit and old toast with jelly. Canggu is super touristy and not authentic.

This place is a fantastic tastefully decorated cottage that you can have on your own with lush gorgeous gardens in a nice location! Do not let pictures fool you as is not as tranquil as it looks. It is located right on a busy road so you can hear every car passing by. There is no common area for guest to hang, their lounge zone was under construction and right beside the road Pros Absolutely gorgeous cottage Outdoor shower Lush gardens Private balcony where you get breakfast served Great and quick communication Right next to Crete cafe which is amazing Not far from the beach Cons Right on a road, pretty loud all the time WiFi went down for half a day There was an aggressive construction on the property during my stay so it was extra loud and I was not notified about construction and listing didn’t mention it. Still paid full price for the place with active construction going on, discounted rate would’ve been nice at least that’s what other accommodations normally offer

Lovely little spot! Right next to the CrateCafe and if you take a right down the main road you’ll find a great place for drinks (left or right) at the fork in the road.

The homestay is very welcoming. The people are very welcoming and helpful. The location is insight of a little oasis, which makes it very nice. However it is also located next to a street and with noisy motorbikes it gets very loud. Overall our stay was good!

Nice one-night stay. Room appeared different (larger, brighter) in photos online, though it was still stylish and very clean. Bathroom was beautiful. Lots of mosquitoes outside around the property in the afternoon, though there were none in my room and there was a mosquito net for the bed. Staff helpful. Breakfast was fairly basic for the price.

The place was in a great location, clean, in a very green garden and had cute rooms.

The Homestay and the room are like on the picture. Simple but very nice..!! I liked it alot. Its a good place to stay for a view days in Canggu and not Bering in the middle of the Citytrafic.

We loved staying at Suparna’s place! The people are very friendly, the bathroom is really special and the location itself is great for visiting Canggu. With a scooter - which you can easily rent at his place - you can go everywhere you want and it’s definitely worth it to tour around Canggu. Suparna has also arranged a picknup from the airport, which was really helpfull for us. Further, he has some good suggestions for dinner and things to do, which is nice.

This a lovely room in great part of Canggu. Very friendly, helpful hosts. Gorgeous gardens and surrounds and nearby Dandelion Warung is a fabulous place to eat. Highly recommend!

Je recommande les yeux fermés. Très bien situé (à pied il y a pleins de restaurants, le market…), sinon la plage, les beachs club sont a 10 min maximum. C’est vraiment super jolie, la salle de bain est top !

This is an oasis in busy Canggu. If you want to feel the traditional Indonesian vibe, this is the place. I felt so welcomed and looked after. It was lovely to receive breakfast at my door each morning, so I could take it slow and look out over the beautiful garden and pool. The only downside is the traffic is noisy. But I would totally recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ideal für 2-3 Nächte. Belebter Stadtteil Canggu, Frühstück sehr lecker. Personal absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist die komplette Gegend total zugemüllt, was aber ein generelles Problem auf Bali und Canggu im speziellen ist.

Really nice and unique experience. I really love the environment of the accommodation. It has combined some local religious elements, surrounded by great green plants. Feel gorgeous when has sunlight project through leaves. The location is near center. The shortcoming is that there some noise of bikes, even during nights, so it is better to have ear pods.

What a stunning little piece of paradise. The decor is incredible, lush greenery, you feel like your'e in the jungle. Very comfortable large bed, beautiful outdoor bathroom, the pool was lovely, very friendly hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this stay if your'e looking for a more unique and rustic experience. My only issue was the noise from the traffic, unfortunately this beautiful oasis is placed right on a busy road. If your'e not bothered by noise, then it's perfect.

Great location with almost everything within walking distance. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and easy access to beautiful beaches. The place has a lovely nature-themed vibe, which makes the stay very relaxing and refreshing.

I had such a wonderful stay here, I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Right in the hustle and bustle but felt like a calm oasis. It was also a nice addition having breakfast in the morning. Felt very at home ☺️ I look forward to coming back again

Super toller Aufenthalt. Man ist eigentlich mitten im Trubel, hat jedoch das Gefühl in einer Oase mitten im Dschungel geladen zu sein. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen. Verhältnismäßig relativ teuer, aber dafür hat man absolut seine Ruhe.

We loved our stay at Melati Bali Homestay, it was clean, the hosts were so beautiful, providing a lovely breakfast and were always responsive and happy to help with anything! It’s so quiet, nicely tucked away haven even though it’s right in Canguu close to the hustle! Very central, easy to get around and we loved eating at Alchemy just accross the road 💗 would stay again for sure

This place was a oasis retreat if I didn’t tell myself I’d change locations every night I could have stayed here the whole time in Canggu.

The location is ideal!!! You can walk anywhere in about 20mins every direction. We love to walk so that was perfect. It’s a little jungle oasis in the center of town. So perfect!! We loved our stay. Only slight downfall is that there is a 2 storey building behind so they can potentially see right down into your outdoor washroom. We had no issues with people seeing us (I think) but it was a little uncomfortable seeing that. But overall, we were so happy and would love to come back! Host is also so sweet.

Melati guesthouse is a lovely peaceful oasis is a very busy place. Beautiful Balinese tropical place, restful, tranquil, even a beautiful outside bathroom set amongst tropical plants, comfy four posted bed with curtains …perfect Great host , lovely breakfast ❤️

Had a Great time here! Got picked up at the Airport by the driver from the Hotel, very uncomplicated Check in. Breakfast every Morning on my terasse. Nice Pool. Almost like a private one. Would Recommend! Thanks for having me!

I can’t tell you how much we loved this place. It’s like a little tropical jungle haven in the middle of the chaos of Canggu. The garden and pool are absolutely beautiful, along with the traditional Indonesian sculptures. The bed was comfortable and we loved the outdoor bathroom. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is also very good. Close to lots of places to eat. It was also great to be able to hire a scooter from the home stay. I would definitely stay again.

This is an amazing place to stay. The surroundings was beautiful within the complex. Breakfast was nice too. I think this is so worth staying at, highly recommended.

Merveilleux séjour, un coin de paradis dans la ville ! Proche de la plage et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins.

My husband and I loved staying here. The breakfast was delicious, the room was cool and comfortable, the place was lush with gorgeous plants, and our driver was waiting for us at the airport which was a huge plus. I would recommend staying here!

This accommodation was just perfect. We really enjoyed. There were very good location near to everything but still it was private. ❤️

We had an issue during the check-in, which meant that we had to move due to the construction. The host was very responsive and gave us a free upgrade (villa with a private pool). Everything worked out fine and we were really happy with the place. Helpful stuff, great staff and an amazing atmosphere with all the plants made it look like a small jungle in the city. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic place to stay, the hosts were all very hospitable and attentive. Great location right the heart of Canggu but also tucked away for privacy and quiet. Unique bathroom outdoors but a fun experience! Would definitely recommend :)

Wow! Exceeded my expectations. It was way more beautiful in person. They were SO kind, friendly, helpful and lovely. The tea in the morning always made us smile. The koi fishies were so awesome to wake up to everyday. Felt very private for it being a shared place. Canggu is very busy and crowded and this Airbnb made us feel like home and made us feel like we could decompress. The air con was perfect bc Bali is HOT!!! Suksma!! What a beautiful stay xoxo!!!

Le logement était incroyable, en plein milieu de la verdure. L’accueil était impeccable, l’hôte a été adorable et avec une grande disponibilité. Nous avons été plus que surprise de l’environnement, de la chambre, de la salle de bain… c’était une expérience magique ! Le logement est très bien localisé, avec pleins de boutiques, restaurants, supermarchés, laverie…et la plage est seulement à 20 min à pied !

My stay was wonderful! The swimming pool is gorgeous with pretty cold water, which makes it so enjoyable for the hot afternoons! The room was quiet and beautiful and the outdoor shower stunning! I absolutely recommend!

Ho soggiornato qui per le prime tre notti del mio viaggio a Bali. La posizione è estremamente comoda e centrale a Canggu, si può raggiungere tutto a piedi facilmente o prendere uno scooter. Anche se in una zona trafficata e rumorosa, i bungalow tipici in legno sono letteralmente immersi nel verde, in un giardino tropicale molto ben curato con statue tipiche, un laghetto con carpe, una piscina, molti alberi di frangipane. La camera e la biancheria sono estremamente pulite, le pulizie vengono eseguite tutte le mattine. Il letto è a baldacchino e super comodo!! Il bagno è privato comunicante con la camera ma all’aperto, cosa molto comune qui a Bali. Colazione buona, servita nella propria veranda. I proprietari e lo staff sono estremamente gentili e disponibili, mi sono trovata molto bene. Unica pecca, appunto, è una zona un po’ rumorosa, ma problema risolvibile con un paio di tappi! Super consigliato, ci tornerei!

Peaceful place off of one of canggu main roads. Easy to access restaurants and beach by foot. Beautiful garden and cabins. Nice simple breakfast of eggs, toast and fruit. Able to leave bags safely in reception after check out. Only problem was the door didn’t lock properly to the cabin, however secluded area with staff on property so still felt safe.

I would 10000% stay at this location again. It was my friend & I’s first time in Bali, and this place did not disappoint. The hosts were available whenever we needed. We arrived at midnight, and they were up and ready to help us carry our bags, and check us in. The bathroom really did it for me. The outside shower and bathroom were unreal, and amazing. We felt (and know) like we had just entered Bali. Also the breakfast is served right outside of your room, with coffee and tea available. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und schlicht, aber immer mit Liebe gemacht. Ich persönlich fand die Umgebung zu laut. Man hörte durchgehend, auch in der Nacht den Straßenverkehr. Mit Ohrstöpsel ist es völlig ok. Die Anlage ist wundervoll gepflegt, eine wirkliche Oase. Der Pool und die Liegen sind super und man vergisst, dass man direkt im Stadtzentrum ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Viele leckere Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Auch der Strand ist in ca. 15-20 Minuten Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Roller zu erreichen.

Obwohl es sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist man schön abgeschottet in seiner eigenen kleinen Jungeloase. Das Frühstück wurde zur gewünschten Uhrzeit zur Terrasse gebracht. Unser Highlight war die Freiluft-Dusche. Nach 20 min ist man am Strand (zu Fuss), auch sonst gibt es viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw an der Hauptstraße nebenan. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte ist die fehlende Ablagefläche (nur ein Schrank und kleiner Tisch) und die dunkle Beleuchtung im Zimmer. Trotzdem würden wir immer wieder gerne kommen. Im Zimmer war zudem ein Moskitoschutz am Bett angebracht.

It’s a very beautiful homestay with greeneries around each room. You can hear birds chirping every morning. If you like to be close to nature, this is a great choice! The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring my plug adapter and one of the staff, Kadek, he came to me and took me to buy one. Unfortunately, the ones they have didn’t fit my plug. We came back and I gave up on it and was about to just live with that. About 15 minutes later, Kadek got the correct one and gave it to me! That surprised me a lot. Thank you so much Kadek for being so helpful and kind. I truly appreciate it and it made my first day in Bali very happy and beautiful!!!! The location is great as well, just around 5-10mins drive to the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. I definitely will come back again!!! Thanks again Kadek, much appreciated!

Very lovely cottage in a beautiful garden - located off the busy streets of Canggu. Perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle to relax but be close enough to everything you could need. Lovely room and outside bathroom. The staff were very kind and helpful! A very nice cafe is just next door which is always busy with good food! Would go back!

Es war unglaublich schön dort! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Alles ist wunderschön angelegt, wie auf den Fotos oder fast noch besser. Jeder ist lieb und hilft sofort und die Unterkunft ist ruhig aber man ist schnell an der Straße mit den Cafés, Bars, und Shops. Außerdem nur 20 Gehminuten zum Strand. Wir würden immer wiederkommen. Amazing stay! We arrived around 8pm after a long travel but luckily the checkin was super quick and friendly! The room/cabin was very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the outside shower! The location is perfect: it’s near the mainstreet with all the shops and nice restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here!

Unfortunately could only stay for one night wish we were here for longer! The 3 staff members I met are all so lovely and friendly the places itself is beautiful so green and has such s good vibe. Rooms were so cute and cosy and I love the outside bathroom There’s an amazing strip of restaurants,clothes,bags,souvenirs shops, little markets less than a 10 minuet walk away and at the end of this road in the beach.

Loved staying here!! The settings / location was perfect, close to canggu but just bit out so you’re not in the middle of all the noise. The bed was the comfiest!!! The private pool on your doorstep was a place of tranquility and bliss. Also the amazing crate cafe was next door!!

It was perfect. I stayed for 29 nights and would do it again. I came here to take part in a Yoga Teacher training and this was my home and it really felt like home. It combined everything I needed with beautiful typical Bali things like an outside bathroom. If you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in busy and vibrant Canggu and you like nature instead of a TV, that’s for you. I will definitely book it again if I ever come back to Canggu. It’s perfectly located, I could walk everywhere within Canggu and the plants and the pool and the little wooden huts were just amazing. It’s small, cute, private, cozy, for nature lovers and traditional. Book it!

Es ist schlichtweg atemberaubend schön hier! Willkommen im Paradies. Eine kleine Oase mitten im trubeligen Canggu - so surreal, dass ich es noch immer nicht ganz greifen kann. Meine wärmste Herzensempfehlung! Perfekter mag ein Urlaub kaum beginnen können. Mein persönliches Highlight sind der kleine Pool und die Außendusche, alles umringt von Pflanzen. Das ganze Gelände ist ein einziger grüner Dschungel, so liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Alle Menschen hier sind unbeschreiblich freundlich und aufmerksam. Von Herzen Dankeschön! Amazing stay! Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, and beautiful garden. Great communication and super friendly host. If not this place, I think it would be difficult to enjoy busy Canggu. Hidden gem. It's a walkable distance to pretty much everything. We walked to beach too with no problem.

This place was absolutely amazing! I stayed only for 1night, but I wished I could stay longer. I would highly recommend this gorgeous stay. Everything felt so zen and peaceful as soon as you walked in. The garden and pool is also just perfect, lovely warungs, restaurants and shops just around the corner, can’t wait to come back here again.

The place is truly amazing. It is so beautiful and definitely as seen in the pictures. We only stayed one night in Canggu, but can definitely recommend it even for a longer stay.

Le logement est conforme aux photos : l’endroit est très bien entretenu avec un joli jardin qui coupe de l’agitation de la rue. Le seul petit bémol est que l’isolation phonique de la chambre n’est pas parfaite. Il est accessible à pied du centre, même si le scooter reste plus pratique. Les hôtes sont tres accueillants et peuvent organiser pour nous transport, location de scooter, ect. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais agréable, servi sur la terrasse. Niveau rapport qualité, prix, c’est parfait !

In der Nähe der idyllischen Unterkunft liegen zahlreiche fußläufig erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Allerdings ist der unvermeidbare Verkehr auch nachts zu hören. Ein großes Dankeschön nochmal, dass ich aufgrund von gesundheitlichen Gründen, später auschecken durfte.

Suprana’s place is great. The room are big, with comfortable bed and a mosquito net that is very useful. The bathroom at the back of the room is outside but partially covered, and quite beautiful. The place is surrounded by nice restaurants, cafes, shops and ATM so you will probably find what you are looking for. Despite being near a small busy road, we were not bothered by the noise of the scooters. Don’t hesitate to book there.

De beste plek om te verblijven in Canggu! Lekker zwembadje, goed bed en prachtige buiten slaapkamer! Er wordt wel rondom veel gebouwd dus je hoort wel soms bouw geluiden. Wij hadden slaap oordoppen dus hadden in de ochtend nergens last van! Mega lieve mensen en een warm welkom!

The room itself was beautiful, although a little dark at times but is understandable as it is entirely wooden. Wir können dieses Homestay ohne Probleme weiter empfehlen. Es war sauber, das Badezimmer wunderschön und das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, wird jedoch mit Liebe auf deine eigene Terrasse serviert. Der Pool war sauber und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Die Lautstärke von Canggu ist in dem wunderschönen Garten kaum wahrzunehmen. Hervorzuheben ist der eigene kleine Supermarkt um die Ecke und das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal . Wir können dieses Homestay ohne Probleme weiter empfehlen.

The staff was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful. They we’re extremely helpful and friendly when we first arrived and all throughout our stay. I personally love staying at places where the people make you feel at home. Not only was the staff accommodating but they had put in a great effort towards making our stay the most comfortable it could be. Every day they turned down our room and was extremely flexible with the morning breakfast. Not to mention the beautiful location of the place, we found it was the perfect distance from the main street/beach. I absolutely recommend staying here, my husband and I even referred to it as our own personal “Garden of Eden”.

Great place! With lush green trees and a pool, Melati Homestay was a little piece of heaven in the middle of the bustling Canggu. The room was cosy and comfortable, and match the descriptions. The washrooms have their own trees and open up to the beautiful night sky. The staff is courteous and friendly. For a homestay they are quite professional and helpful in the best possible ways. It’s easily accessible from the two main streets of Canggu. Well worth staying if you’re happy to see the photos of the place.

Loved the homestay experience. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Especially loved the outdoor style shower and they had a nice pool to just lay by to do work or just enjoy the sun.

It’s a nice, pretty little green place to stay with very helpful staff, really nice people. Just one small feedback, it would be great to have some breakfast options. But the place is close to everything and transportation is easily available. Very enjoyable

너무나 발리 느낌나는 평화로운 숙소였어요. 야외화장실도 색다르고 조경도 예뻤어요. 다만 습한 곳이다보니 침구에서 약간 꿉꿉한 냄새는 날 수 있습니다. 개미가 침대에 올라오긴 하지만 이게 발리 아닐까요. 어딜 찍어도 예쁘고 어느 시간에 있어도 평화로운 숙소였습니다. 너무 친절한 스태프들 덕에 편안히 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 예약이 꽉 차 있지 않았으면 3박 모두 묵었을 거예요.

The perfect getaway in Canggu! Very peaceful and tranquil; tucked away in a lush of green. I absolutely loved my stay here and Suparna and the team were very sweet and accommodating. They take great care of their guests. I would definitely stay here again !

I can only say wonderful things about this place. Beautiful Balinese style bungalows, lush tropical surroundings, peaceful yet very close to one of the main streets of Canguu, and very friendly and helpful staff. This accommodation is especially good for people who don’t want to hire a scooter as the main street (which is very close) has sidewalks where as many streets in Canguu don’t (it’s a 20 minute leisurely walk to the beach via that street). I definitely recommend this place!

Les petits déjeuners avec des fruits frais et des viennoiseries sont simple et bon. Notre meilleure logement durant notre séjour à Bali.

First of all, we would like to thank the whole team for our nice stay at Melati Homestay, we actually felt like we were in the forest even though we were in the center of Canggu. Our room, garden and pool were very enjoyable with everything. Every morning, our breakfast was delivered to the sitting area in front of our room at the time we wanted and it was delicious. There is only one issue that we can criticize, which is that although Wifi service is available, there was a problem with automatic connection. We have to enter the username and password each time. Apart from that, I can definitely recommend to stay here :) Thank you for everything and Sampai Jumpa <3

It was a great place to stay in Kuta! Fully as it's described on the site and you can enjoy the little oasis with a swimming pool in busy Canggu. Fully recommendable!

We had the best time staying here in Canggu! The location is perfect, many nice restaurants and shops right at the doorstep. I especially loved the garden and the pool, such a serene place. The room was well equipped, with a strong aircon, comfy bed and comforter/cushions, the prettiest outdoor bathroom and a cute little patio. Check-in went smooth as well. Wish we’d stayed longer!

Super schöne Häuschen inmitten von Canggu! Super Lage, direkt mitten im Geschehen. Dennoch sehr ruhig, wenn man dort schläft und Zeit in dem super süßen offenen Badezimmer verbringt. Man hat in einer Stadt dennoch ein richtiges Balifeeling in der Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter sind super lieb. Wir haben es geliebt.

Amazing oasis in the middle of busy Canggu! Beautiful gardens, nice pool, and comfy hut. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We rented scooters and had a flat tire - even in this case the staff immediately helped us out.

Our stay was fantastic, just like paradise! It is close to restaurants and shops and the streets are fullwith scooters b as soon as you enter the garden you can hear birds and relax at the pool!

A beautiful stay and great start for our first trip to Bali. The accommodation is in a side street, next to Café Crate, therefore not such loud and trouble. It is a small, lost Dschungel in the middle of Canggu, we loved it! Suparna was such kind and helpful and supported us, where he can. We would definitely come back!

We had a very wonderful stay at Suparna for our first few days in Bali. The very nice room we stayed in, the bathroom was with a tropical garden inside, just gorgeous. Outstanding garden and cool pool. Every morning we were served a nice breakfast (fruits, coffee and eggs or pancakes) very delicious. The communication was easy and prompt, Suparna solved all our requests. We'd love to come back again.

We stayed here for two nights. It was a very lovely place with a comfortable huge bed. A highlight was the outside bathroom. A simple but tasty breakfast was provided every morning at the table in front of the room. The location is super with lots of stores and modern restaurants nearby.

Wunderschönes Anwesen, draußen sind viele Pflanzen, ein kleiner Teich mit ein Parr Fischen drin, das Zimmer hat ein sehr bequemes Bett und ein Badezimmer draußen was erst ungewohnt aber trotzdem wunderschön ist. Alle waren sehr Gastfreundlich und haben uns alle Fragen mit Freuse beantwortet. Morgens gibt es ein süßes Frühstück vor das Zimmer mit Leckerem Obst und Gebäck. Außerdem ist es nicht weit vom Strand und tollen Läden entfernt. Wor haben und hier sehr wohl gefühlt, Nur zu Empfehlen!!

Suparna's staff was very accommodating for us - staying up late for our very late arrival from the airport. This place has very beautiful surroundings with the garden leading to timber units. The outdoor bathrooms are an absolute highlight. Probably a 20-30 minute walk to the beach - a good opportunity to walk off all the food you eat in Canggu! Next door to CRATE cafe which has really good coffee to start your day. Would recommend. This is a really nice place to stay if you don't mind travelling a bit further to the beach.

This homestay is great! It is just a couple of metres of the main street of Canggu but still very quiet. We loved our bungalow with the little terrace where you get breakfast every morning. Breakfast was different every day but good and always with fresh fruit. The bed is really comfy, the aircon works really good and the outdoor bathroom is awesome, feels like being in a little jungle. Would stay here again, can just recommend this airbnb.

Beautiful room with probably the greatest bathroom I have ever seen. The location was great; it was just off the main drag so it wasn’t too loud or busy but it was still very close to lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast delivered to our room every morning was a special little touch! Melati felt like a perfect escape away from the craziness of Canggu!

We had a great stay at Melati Bali Homestay. Our cottage was in the middle of a beautiful garden. So it was nice eating our breakfast in the morning in the front of our cottage. Love the Balinese decorations and plants in the garden, the cottage is basic but cozy. The outdoor toilet is well decorated with healthy plants, love it. We arrived Suparna’s place in the midnight and they waited us. He provided us every details that I need to know. It’s a great experience and definitely will recommend it to my friends.

The place was better than expected. The place has two cats who were always there with us in our room. Lovely environment and a good host. Recommend this place.

Wir waren 1 woche bei Suparna und Melati in ihrem wundervolle Garten mit tollen kleinen häusern. Das frühstück war immer nett hergerichtet und kam sobald man aufstand. Suparna vermietet auch Roller. Die unterkunft ist der ideale ausgangspunkt und liegt nicht direkt an der stark befahrenen lauten strasse sondern in einem kleinen idyllischen Dschungel wunderschön!!

Suparna and his entire staff were so kind and helpful and the place is absolutely STUNNING—even better than pictured. From the gorgeous outdoor shower, to the large comfy bed, to the morning coffee & fresh fruit brought right to our front porch, to the beautiful tropical garden setting—my husband & I could not have been more pleased that we chose to stay here for our honeymoon. It’s also well located near great restaurants, shopping & the beach and they made everything easy as far as car service & skooter rental, as well. We cannot say enough—this place was a dream!

We loved our stay! The garden setting is absolutely beautiful, a little oasis. Very good location, short 5 min walk to the shady shack (amazing cafe) and 15-20min to the beach, we didnt use a scooter, just walked around and found it to be well located. If you turn left then right you can walk out of town to a beautiful rice paddy area, nice for an afternoon stroll. Thank you for having us, we will be back 😊!

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angereist und wurden dennoch direkt am Parkplatz in Empfang genommen und bekamen Hilfe. Es ist eine richtig außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich sehr sehr wohl. Leider fehlt mir an dieser Stelle ein Pool. Ich habe mich vertan und dachte es würde dort einen geben. Zum Frühstück gab es jeden Morgen Croissant und Früchte. Ich hätte gerne mal was anderes gehabt. Roller konnten wir super günstig dort leihen. Haben uns leider nie wirklich in Canggu aufgehalten. Vielleicht erkunden wir den Ort nächste mal mehr.

Nyoman house is a wonderful property close enough to Batu Bolong Beach and Echo Beach. The garden is amazing and the property is value for money. Communication is fast, room is cleaned every day and there is always a genuine Bali smile waiting for you.

We really enjoyed our time at Suparna's homestay. He is very friendly and happy to help you whenever you need something. The rooms are clean and a highlight is the outdoor bathroom. Once you get used to it, it feels like having a shower in the middle of a jungle, amazing. Also you can get a scooter to rent directly in the Homestay for a much better price than in usual rentals. Very recommended to everybody who loves to enjoy some nature as the garden around the cabins is beautiful!

We had such a beautiful staying! It is very close to a lot of bars and restaurants and also close to echo beach! We walked to echo beach and it took us around 30 minutes! It was a lovely walk where there are lots of cafes and restaurants! Suparna was amazing and also his brother, who drove us around to see what we wanted to see! I’ll for sure book with them again!

Meine Freundin und ich sind aufgrund einer flugverspätung von 7 stunden mitten in der nacht angekommen. suparna hat uns ein taxi organisiert und ist nachts um 4 aus dem vett gekommen um uns wärmstens zu empfangen und in die zimmer einzuweisen und uns noch 2 bintang zu spendieren. die lage ist super zentral und man ist in 5 minuten mit dem scooter am strand, die zimmer sind sehr sauber und die dusche unter freiem himmel ist der wahnsinn! wir empfehlen das home stay sehr und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine Nacht bei superna übernachtet. Das Zimmer war toll und vor allem das Badezimmer draußen war ein Erlebnis ;) man kann von dort aus zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Ein toller, offener Host der gerne mit einem quatscht und Tipps gibt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr weiter an Reisende die nur 1-2 Nächte in canggu verbringen.

Melati Bali Homestay was fantastic :) Our little cabin was surrounded by beautiful greenery so the walk home was always a dream. I loved the open air bathroom so much! So far my favorite bathroom in Bali; I felt like I was bathing in the middle of a forest. The locations great because it’s next door to Crate Cafe, which has incredibly cheap but large plates of food and the only good coffee we can find! Ilu took care of us and she was so great. She helped us find car rides, surf lessons, etc and for very cheap. Can’t wait to stay at Melati again soon :)

This place is as good as it seems! Amazing location (15 min walk to beach and good restaurants and shops nearby). Extremely friendly staff who helped my boyfriend get medical attention when needed. I can not recommend this place enough for a stay in Canggu!!

“It was over the top!” Bei der Ankunft konnte Suparna aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht anwesend sein. Es war jedoch nicht weiter schlimm, denn wir wurden von den Angstellten wärmstens in Empfang genommen. Sie waren so freundliche und haben uns ebenfalls ohne weiteres früher ein-checken lassen. Der Gastgeber hat an alles gedacht: Informationsmappe mit wichtigen Infos und Tipps (beliebte Strände, Restaurants, usw.), Anti-Mücken-Spray und Willkommensgetränke. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Unterkunft war in einer Nebenstrasse und war daher etwas ruhiger. Zudem war es gerade neben dem beliebten Crate Cafe, “the place to be”. Darüberhinaus waren alle guten Restaurants zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder zurück kommen.

We had a great stay at the Melati Bali Homestay! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and were available to answer all questions we had! They helped us arranging a very nice driver, too. Staying at the Homestay is really special, feels like being in a little jungle while being close to many bars and cafes at the same time. The breakfast was okay, maybe a bit too small for two tall Germans ;-) All in all, it was a great place to stay when just arriving from the airport and fighting the jetlag. Thank you again for everything!!! :-)

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time a lot. The little houses are beautiful, especially the outside bathroom. We had a very nice breakfast on our private terrace in the morning. The staff was super friendly and everything was in walking distance. So would definitely recommend to anybody!

Great Host next to the Crate Café in Canggu.

Beautiful oasis conveniently located in Canggu. Canggu is a much busier place than I expected. This lovely homestay is top notch, with cold a/c, clean, well appointed rooms in modern Balinese style. The washroom is absolutely gorgeous and the beautiful rainhead shower makes you want to shower forever. The hots are beautiful, accommodating, helpful people. A light Breakfast and coffee is served right to your front porch. I truly loved staying here. This is right beside the trendy Crate Cafe and is a five minute walk to a ton of restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to the beach, but sitting across from a rice paddie, it has everything. Now I was not prepared for the busy traffic of Canggu and I am not sure where in this beach town you could escape the noice of traffic if you wanted to, but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I would highly recommend Metali Home Stay to anyone traveling to Canggu. Thank you to Suparna, his lovely wife and beautiful staff 🙏🏻

Beautiful!!! The place is stunning with a jungle setting and very convenient location for exploring local shops and restaurants. Suparna is very flexible! We had a nice stay at his host. The shower outside was special and great :D the location is a little bit away from the beach (20 minutes by feed) but direkt by the crate coffee. :)

We had a magical time here! Our hosts were so lovely and accommodating and gladly arranged laundry service for us on request. The villa was very special - we loved the outdoor shower! Very quiet location but close to the action. The resident cat was a highlight! We will be back.

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The room was great and the outdoor bathroom & shower were amazing. They served a private breakfast of fresh fruits, pasties, coffee and tea every morning which was a great way to start the day. It’s right off the main road in Canggu, next to Crate which is a really cool breakfast/lunch spot (and very popular too) and there are also several other great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It’s approximately 15-20 walk from the beach, which means it’s within walking distance of everything but far enough away to avoid the late night party noise etc. Suparna, his wife and their staff were all super friendly and helpful.

This is probably the best homestay we have stayed at in Bali. Suparna and his wife are the perfect hosts. Right from check in to cleanliness to local tips, everything was perfect! They have cold bintangs and bike for hire, all at the best prices. The location is very close to the beach and restaurants yet peaceful and cut off from all the hustle and bustle. They have a beautiful garden space too. We will definitely stay here when we come back to canggu!

Thanks for helping to book a ride from the airport and to our post destination. Such nice service and even let us store our bags after we checked out and keep our drinks in their fridge. Free filtered water all day! Love when I can refill my own water bottle and not have to buy bottled water so often. Great room for a great price and loved the private backyard shower.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the perfect home base to explore Canggu. The location is off the beaten path, but is conveniently just a few steps away from the popular Crate Cafe and a short walk to the main street Batu Bolong, which has many cute cafes and shops and leads straight to the beach. Suparna was a wonderful host and his staff were very attentive and kind. The room itself was clean and large, and featured powerful A/C (a great relief from the hot days and nights), a very comfortable bed, and a lovely outdoor shower/bathroom. The grounds were covered in beautiful plants -- it truly felt like a jungle oasis in the middle of Canggu!

I just spend some lovely days in Canggu. The place is exactly as beautiful as on the pictures. A well curated garden with traditional stone statures and a fishpond. My wooden house and especially the bed was very comfy. The open-air bathroom with the hot rain shower was delightful. Breakfast served on the terrace -dragonfruit, papaya, ananas and watermelon- what a nice way to start the day. Suparna and his wife Ilu are warm-hearted and genuinely welcoming. They assisted me with all my plans and ideas. If you are looking for a nice accommodation, here you are in good hands. Ps: The best restaurant in town -crate- is just next door. In the evening it closes at 5pm so you have great food at hand and a very quite night too.

The place was absolutely amazing! We stayed there for a week and it was just like living in the green jungle with comfortable bed and an awesome and unique outside bathroom! The staff were super helpful and super attentive. We highly recommend this place, and hope to come back again some day.

This place is truly one of a kind. It's a quiet place where you can relax among the greeneries and ponds. What I like about this place is that the nature part and the accommodation is built in harmony, complimenting each other. The bathroom is open air and there is literally a garden at the bathroom itself. The bathing experience is really one of a kind. Although be warned that since it's nature, when you are taking a bath you may have companion e.g birds, butterflies. Which for me is actually a positive point. Location is amazing. You can reach anywhere in Canggu in 15 mins. And yet it's a bit off the main road so it's not noisy at all. The host are amazingly nice. They assisted with car booking and they even have motorbike rent at their place so you can easily return the bike after your trip there. They kindly provided us with hot water for tea or coffee and breakfast are also provided. Having breakfast while sitting on the garden at your doorstep is truly one of a kind experience. For the price, I can say it's one of the best valued accommodation in Canggu. Sure, it has no swimming pool, but why swim on the pool when you can reach the beach in 15 Mins.

Hands down our favorite place in all of Bali and we went to Ubud, Gili T, Nusa Penida, Uluwatu and then Canngu! Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay. The hosts were very welcoming. The place is close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was very good and the open bathroom is just amazing. The garden and a little ponds of fish make this place pretty magical. Our hosts let us stay even after check out (as our flight was at midnight) which was very kind of them. Much recommended!

Eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten! Alles hat einfach gepasst. Suparna war ein zuverlässiger und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war noch besser als erwartet und das Outdoor-Badezimmer war einfach ein Traum! Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft war tadellos. Auch die Lage ist wirklich gut. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es ein tolles Café/Restaurant (Crate Café) wo es gutes Essen für einen guten Preis gab. Bei Suparna konnten wir uns zudem einen Roller in einem guten Zustand leihen. Besser als in manch anderen Unterkünften. Alle haben sich um unser Wohl bemüht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Danke!

Melati homestay is truly beautiful. The design touches make for a luxurious stay without the expense. The outdoor bathrooms are a dream, it feels like walking around in a home style magazine, and the gardens are like something from a film set. It is very central, so it is not far to walk up to the main street and then down to the beach, but it is just far enough not to hear too much noise. We also hired a scooter while we were there for a very reasonable price, so everything was super easy. I absolutely recommend Melati to stay if you want to visit Canggu.

So this is a outstanding place to live in Canggu area. The garden is in a great shape, the tiny homes have all the basics you need and you are getting taken care of. It’s ideal to plan and start your trips.

Awesome location just next to the popular ‘Crate cafe’. If you like traditional Indonesia style with outdoor bathroom, this is the place you will enjoy so much. I was impressed with the queen size bed, was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable, but if you’re picky about the noise, better chatting with Suparna before you booked his rooms. He has 4 rooms which’s is 4 separate houses, I stayed there 2 times in 2 difference room, both are so adorable. Suparna was super friendly and helpful on everything, of course we became friends after I stayed, so definitely will stay at his house when I next in Bali:)

If you like nature and gardens you will love this place! Set in the middle of a lovely garden complete with mini bridge and pond. This is one of the few places which looks better in real life than the pictures! The accommodation is gorgeous with the open bathroom and a cosy comfortable room with a front porch perfect for hanging out in the morning with breakfast served to you. Simply super! Highly recommended and superb value for money! I will definitely be back!

Melati Bali Homestay is located in a beautiful lush garden. The compound and the rooms are very clean. I really liked the open air bathroom. Free waterfill and brekkie is also included. The entire Melati Bali Homestay family is very friendly and welcoming. Some ear plugs can help to minimize the motor bike noise. All in all, its a perfect place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. I also enjoyed the outdoor bathroom. Only the address was very difficult to find, so please check out in advance how to arrive at Melati Homestay.

What a great find. The perks include a nice porch to sit on while you enjoy your fresh fruit, pastries and instant coffee for breakfast. The gardens are lovely and if you need a trendy coffee, the cafe next door makes great coffee. You can buy beer from the host if you want to relax on your porch with a cold drink. It’s not close to the beach but the surrounding rice fields give it an authentic Bali feel. Very comfortable bed and insects were never an issue.

Excellent spot just besides a very busy Street of Canggu, with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. I totally recommend it.

Die Hütte und das Bad waren schön gepflegt und sehr sauber. Um mobil zu sein, hat uns Suparna seine privaten Räder umsonst geliehen. Insgesamt war es sehr schön in der Unterkunft.

The room we were in was clean, tidy and beautiful. We especially loved the outdoor shower that made you feel like you were in the middle of the jungle. The location is fairly close to many major cafes, restaurants and shops. About 15-20 min to the beach. Staff were outstanding and treated us like family. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone searching for quiet serenity with amazing hospitality.

We loved our stay at Suparna’s guesthouse. Our little cottage was so cute, surrounded by a lovely garden. We loved the outdoor bathroom and showering under the stars. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They help arrange moto bikes for us to use and gave us suggestions on places to eat in Canggu. Create next door had the best breakfast! They helpful In arranging transportation for us when we went to our next stay in Ubud. We highly recommend staying her to anyone wanting a quite place to stay that is away for the business of the shops but close enough to get there within only a few minutes.

This place was a wonderful, lush and cool place amidst the chaos which is Canggu. The room was beautiful traditional wood and the plant filled outdoor bathroom just wonderful. Suparna & his wife were very generous and accommodating-gifting my favorite fruit and helping arrange transport from the airport and up to Amed. Very conveniently located as you can walk down one of the more quite streets to the beach rather than only along he main drag (which is just around the corner). If I were to go back to Canggu I would certainly stay again.

The place is surrounded by green, the host pais huge attention to the vegetation around the bungalows, creating a beautiful quiet oasis right next to Batu Bolong's attractions. All you can hear is the relaxing rustle of the wind through the palms and of the water from a little fountain. The toilets are roofless, making every trip to the washroom an open sky pleasure. This lack of ceiling might although let you hear your neighbours visiting the services too, but that's a little price to pay to enjoy a hot shower under the starred sky. Loved it. The host and his wife are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s in Canggu. Perfect location right next to Crate Cafe, the room is super cute, clean and nestled in a mini jungle. I had an extremely late arrival and Suparna accommodated perfectly. Highly recommended for travelers looking for stylish and cozy living at great price. Will come back again.
