Exploring N2 1BR Modern Townhouse 12 - near Canggu Beach! left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of N2 1BR Modern Townhouse 12 - near Canggu Beach! was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Canggu plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for N2 1BR Modern Townhouse 12 - near Canggu Beach! painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
good location quite used villa to use the projector, you will need your own account of netflix and others. broken table wasnt fix I couldnt enjoy the pool because the water pump wasnt fix during my stay. The manager didnt follow up with the technician.
Villa was modern and clean. Location was a little bit tricky to find but overall OK. No need for interaction with staff. Could have used a few extra touches to make it worth the overall cost. But nice enough and alright for a short stay
Great villa, great surroundings, very secure and safe. However the faulty smart home in the place made it quite frustrating especially in the middle of the night when things would start to turn on or off unexpectedly or curtains would open/close or the projector blind would raise or lower in the middle of the night. Certainly quite a fright whilst sleeping. Other than that not much to fault
Great
Really nice place. Great set up and attention to detail. Really spacious and good value. 4 stars not 5 because not perfectly clean and the pool draining was really noisy. I would stay here again though
Great location, walkable to a lot of great restaurants however the place could be a little bit cleaner. All the towels were stained. Uncleaned pool
I would not stay at Canggu again when I next visit Bali. It was hard for all drivers to find this villa during our stay and we often had to walk to the main road to meet them as they could not find the villa.
Location of place was very central in Canggu, walkable to most cafes and places of interest. Yet was Quiet and peaceful as it’s tucked away in between the alleys. Be great to have lights and proper pathways leading into listing. Place needed some proper maintenance, living area was dusty with insect repellant powder, pool had some insects. Second floor was incredible. Host was responsive on check in and laundry service. We unfortunately had an incident with one of our clothing item being ruined and they tried to fixed relatively quickly. Price was high to pay for the level of apartment despite considering the accessibility of the location.
Ours best time in bali 🏄🏻♂️🤍
Prachtige villa.
Would stay again based on the location. Easy to get around walking.
Super séjour je reviendrai !
Très réactif en cas de problème. Emplacement stratégique dans la ville. Logement propre et agréable
Highly recommend
Amazing location, great street full of popular restaurants and cafes. The villa was easy to find in a peaceful quiet lane, and always had friendly staff and 24hr security. The place was beautiful however our pool had bugs in it (as anywhere in Bali would). The community pool was great and relaxing as it was only us there. Would stay again! Thank you.
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was great, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. We’d happily stay here again!
good!
Had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property was clean, spacious, and very peaceful, with everything kept in great condition. It was comfortable, private, and easy to settle into. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire stay smooth. I would happily book this villa again.
Parfait
This place was a quaint bnb tucked away behind a busy street in Canggu. It’s a townhome complex with a handful of units. The pictures look just as described, the amenities are nice and Alex’s staff was super nice. We felt very safe and had plenty of space. Alex accommodated our early check in, so we got inside the bnb 20 minutes early, they also hold luggage as well. The staff gave us a tour which was very sweet. They also clean your unit which was unexpected but so nice. My only note is the smart home light system has a mind of its own. The lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night around 3AM, terrifying at first but we got used to it. It was inconvenient because they would come on even if we turned them off, specifically the bathroom. Overall though I would stay here again!
Lovely aesthetic, perfect location, definitely would buy again
Loved this place. Super well done and comfortable throughout. I made a mistake with my booking dates and the host sorted it out without any fuss. Really appreciated that. Friendly and helpful the whole way through. Would 100% stay again.
Very good location and staff
Alex’s place is absolutely amazing in every aspect! Starting with its ultra modern design , sparkling clean all around, the best location you can possibly imagine in Canggu that only steps away from the beach and all main restaurants and beach clubs . The stuff is very friendly!!! The community is gated and has great facilities and free parking . I can’t wait to go back there again .
the property was very beautiful, and the staff was very helpful.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié ce logement. C’était très propre. Je recommande
Such a good villa
Alex was a great host and very responsive. The location was right in the middle of all the hustle bustle and walkable to the Canggu central area. The place was clean and well-maintained. Would highly recommend!
Amazing location and such a wonderful experience overall. The staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. This was our second time staying here and it definitely won’t be our last
Our stay was excellent
Great location, very clean and a great place to stay.
Very good location, is my second time there and always a great spot.
Top villa, super team e super esperienza
We had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely incredible — super clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to everything but still very calm and peaceful. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay, always available when needed. We also felt very safe thanks to the security guard on site, which made a big difference. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again!
Great place to stay! we would love to stay again if we ever go to Bali.
Security on duty to attend to issues.
I had a great stay here! Amazing villa — clean, easy to find, and in a great location in Canggu. The staff are very responsive and reply immediately whenever I needed anything; just a simple message and it was sorted. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Bali. Thanks, Alex Villas 🙌
We had a great stay at Alex’s place, can’t fault a thing.
Great location, a short walk from seminyak, hotel amenities was great, fantastic decor. This was an amazing villa. Great value for money!
its a very recomended villa. location is very good. villa is verry good..
Very nice place
Great location! Considering in the heart of Canggu, you couldn't hear anything. Very private, clean and the staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
We loved our stay here! The location of the Airbnb was so close to everything. Would recommend :)
Absolutely loved our stay at Alex’s villa. Couldn’t have been in a better location, right in the centre of our favourite part of Canggu and very short walk to the beach. Loved the shared pool and loungers which had sun all day and was super peaceful. Also liked the privacy as it was down a long driveway and had 24 hour security so felt very safe. Will definitely be back
This lil villa was very well located. Close to many shops and restaurants. It had 24 hour security and it was a really cozy and beautiful place to stay . Thank you for hosting me
Amazing location. Minutes walk from great restaurants. Very friendly and supportive staff. 10-15min walk to the beach.
such a great stay at Alex villas n2. Alex arranged room decoration for us so last minute, and was always helpful via the app. Great location right in the heart of Canggu everything is so close but still tucked down a long driveway so it’s quiet. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back to one of the Alex villas soon!!
Nice Villa! Good Location.
Loved our stay, excellent location, walking distance, excellent friendly service. The bed was a hard for our liking but everything else was perfect would stay again if traveling to Canggu. Thank you for a pleasant stay
Loved my stay here! Stunning place, very clean, beautiful helpful staff, amazing location in the heart of everything! 100% recommend! 😊
We had such a great stay at Alex’s villa that we cancelled our next accommodation just to come back! The space was beautiful, clean, and peaceful the perfect mix of chill and luxury. The location in Canggu was ideal, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Alex was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Couldn’t recommend this place enough
Alex was a fabulous host and always responsive and helpful! The property was great and just like the pictures, it was in a great location we walked practically everywhere and there was lots to do! The room was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful! Would recommend to anyone!!😌
Vielen dank an Alex!
This was the most amazing place I stayed at, it was so private and had beautiful space, it was easy to get to a lot of spots as it was close to a lot in Canguu!
Alex villa was great! Very kind and friendly staff. Lady at reception is always happy to help even to arrange tickets to different things. The villa was so nice, the projector and the small pool was such a great plus and checkout at 12pm was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again
Great place in Canggu! Walking distance to tons of food spots and party venues—super convenient location.
Very comfortable modern place to stay, worth every penny :)
Great place to stay, clean, close to lots of night life and great staff
Great place! Definitely worth experiencing.
Really enjoyed the room, thank you team!
Friendly and responsive staff, reception was helpful. Also was nice to have the security at the front of the villas, they were very nice. Very walkable area - 10-20 minute walk to lots of surrounding cafes/restaurants !! Lovely space, felt right at home.
Modern Villa très bien placée
We had a great stay! The home was spacious, it was cleaned everyday and had everything we needed.
modern villas
Alex's place is an amazing spot in the middle of Canggu but is peaceful and quiet. The space itself is nice and big, with all the amenities you need making it a great spot to work but also chill from. Alex and the team were very responsive and answered any questions we had efficiently. Highly recommend staying here!
Nice place to stay.
Looks exactly like photos. Really nice place and will be staying here next time we’re in Canggu!
Great location, very helpful and friendly staff
Great stay overall! The accommodation was fantastic, and everything was as described. The only „downside“ was the path to the property, which became almost impassable on foot when it rained. Otherwise, a perfect experience!
Absolutely loved this villa. So gorgeous, clean and bigger than the photos. Very unique with the projector and great location in Canguu. Would definitely stay again!!
Absolutely stunning villa, beautiful and welcoming host. OnSite staff made check in a breeze. I stayed at Alex’s for one night to visit Canggu whilst in Bali, I wish I stayed at Alex’s for my whole trip. Highly recommended, will certainly come back.
Would absolutely recommend this lovely little villa in a perfect and safe location, I already can’t wait to come back!
This place was perfect, walking distance to so many lovely restaurants and shopping. The reception was super helpful and we loved that after we got to check out we could still use the pool and amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
Best!
Lovely stay the perfect location in canggu nice and modern felt comfortable staying there
obsessed with this villa, couldn’t be a more perfect location with everything we needed walking distance. I will definitely be back and have already started recommending this villa to friends. Loved the villa style with the communal pool area giving us everything we could have wanted from staying at a hotel. We will be back!
Great place, prime location!!
Great place to stay. Positive friendly staff .
Would 100% stay here again! The place was exactly the photos beautiful, clean and good location. All the staff were friendly and had great communication during our stay would definitely recommend.
Had an amazing stay :) Beautiful villa, very helpful and friendly staffs. Will definitely come back again!
loved our stay! would definitely go back here. i appreciate how responsive alex was and his staff. 100% recommended! 😊
Perfect villa in a perfect location! Well worth the price paid. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to book a place in Canggu.
chill and cozy house. lovely experience at there.
Really enjoyed staying at this Villa ! Great features and felt at home. The main pool in reception is a peaceful space that gets a lot of sun during the day. I will definitely be staying again. It’s in a great location, making it easy to walk to popular cafes/restaurants and do shopping. However when using Gojek/Grab, drivers would get confused.
Sensotional time staying here at Alex Villa, Alexis communication, what's on point always very responsive. The staff were exceptionally friendly. we both much enjoyed watching movies on the big screen.
Great place and location!
Alex was a great host. Staff on site couldn’t have been more helpful. Villa was just like photos
Really nice and modern villa, great location in Canggu
Alex's place is very comfortable! I had a very pleasant stay during my Bali trip. Will definitely come back again.
Nice place, very comfortable. Thank you for having us!
I absolutely loved staying here! I loved the staff, the rooms, and the location. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
Had a great stay at Alex Villas such a nice safe space and a great villa with everything you need. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I would definitely stay again
The townhouse was perfect for what I needed. Great location, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. It was like new.. everything was clean and modern. Water pressure in the shower needs a bit of work but that’s like most in Bali. Wifi was excellent. I would 100% stay here again.
this place is recommended for staying in Bali the price is worth with the place gonna stay here for the next trip to Bali
Place was very nice in a great location!
Loved the place. Was at a strategic location - near the beach and also restaurants. Looked exactly like the pictures and would highly recommend!
We had such a great stay at the Canggu Alex Villas. Spacious one bed villa and very aesthetic pool which are well looked after by the staff. All staff on site were very accommodating, helpful, and promptly responded to messages. Alex was also very prompt at responding to messages and kindly assisted us by organising transport to the airport which was very helpful! There was some construction noise during the day which we were notified of before our stay. However, a quiet location during early mornings, evenings and nighttime. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and the coast. We will definitely be back!
