Exploring NEW! 2BR Villa on the edge of Berawa Beach Canggu left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of NEW! 2BR Villa on the edge of Berawa Beach Canggu was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for NEW! 2BR Villa on the edge of Berawa Beach Canggu painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Great location.

房间在苍古的位置还不错，出行比较便利。oka 人也很好，基本所有问题都热心帮我解答。但美中不足的是，比较嘈杂。早上会被装修以及外边的摩托声吵醒

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa was absolutely stunning, clean, comfortable and had everything we could have asked for. It felt like a little piece of paradise and was the perfect place for our family holiday in Bali. ❤️🌴 A huge thank you to Oka, our wonderful host, who was so kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and made us feel so comfortable and looked after. We honestly didn’t want to leave! We had such a beautiful experience and would absolutely stay here again when we return to Bali. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing and welcoming place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa. The pictures are extremely accurate, the property was well maintained and perfectly clean. We enjoyed walking distance to many shops, cafes and spas and easily used GoJek to get to the beaches.

개미가 가끔 보이긴 했지만 정말 마음에 들었던 숙소였습니다!청결하고 깔끔했습니다! 수영장이 약간 작은느낌이었지만 다음에 또 발리를 온다면 다시묶고싶은 숙소였어요! 청소해주시는 직원분도 너무 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았습니다👍🏻

A great stay for four people, Oka was extremely prompt to respond for anything required and very friendly cleaning staff also. A little noisy next to Main Street but apart from that great.

Stayed here with my children. The place is amazing. It is exactly as advertised. The kids loved the pool and tub so much. Oka was really friendly, and responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were seamsless. He even helped to carry my big suitcase to the bedroom upstairs. There are many shops within walking distance. Our personal driver can drive his van to the property easily. We stayed for 3 nights, our towels were changed after the second night. So thoughtful.

We had the most amazing stay here and honestly wish we could have extended our trip! The villa is absolutely beautiful, so spacious, and in such a great location. Close to everything while still feeling peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept on. The bathrooms were gorgeous, and every part of the villa felt clean, well looked after, and thoughtfully designed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and we’d love to come back

Die Unterkunft bei Oka war einfach super. Look und Einrichtung sind einfach nur großartig gewesen und hat unseren Aufenthalt aufgewertet. Wenn wir nochmal nach canggu kommen würden wir sie definitiv wieder buchen.

We had a great stay. The villa is beautiful and very private. Great location and we loved spending evenings on the terrace and by the pool.

My friend and I stayed in Canggu for my birthday for 3 days (wished it was longer) from the moment we checked in the process was seamless. Oka helped us with our luggage’s to our rooms. He was very responsive to any issues we had. It is convenient the host lives nearby. Let’s talk about how CLEAN the air bnb was and BEAUTIFUL. My friend and I kept talking about how we should have extended our stay with Oka in Canggu. Our rooms were spacious, living area was cozy and the pool was beautiful. It is a 5 minute drive from the gym, the night life was close by and honestly great if you are looking to celebrate and try great restaurants. I will be visiting Canggu again and we will be booking with Oka! Thank you Oka for being great! 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful villa in a great spot! Close enough to walk everywhere but private enough that you didn’t hear noise from the Main Street. The villa itself is stunning and has all the amenities you need. I would highly recommend.

This apartment is super stylish, with beautiful decor and lighting. Firm but comfortable beds, perfect little pool, and a quiet location.

Oka's home was perfect for the 5 days we spent in Canggu! Such a beautiful Villa located right near the center of the town. The fact that it was two floors and had a large bathroom attached to each of the two bedrooms made us feel like we were living in luxury! There's even a large, outdoor balcony area off the end of the second floor with outdoor seating. The pool was also so relaxing, and I found the foliage placement throughout the house to be quite thoughtful. It looks exactly like the photos in the listing. I honestly wish my apartment back home looked like this—I was so sad to leave! The location was great too—about a 5-10 minute Grab ride to the center of town depending on traffic. For things at the edge of Canggu, I spent maybe 15 minutes on a Grab bike maximum. I would 100% book this Airbnb again in the future, and would recommend to anyone taking a trip to Canggu. Well located villa in the heart of Canggu! The villa is true to the pictures and description. However theres a gap in the sliding doors in the masters so it was not fully sound/mozzie proof. Otherwise it was overall pleasant stay and Oka is super responsive!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect — just steps away from great restaurants and bars, making it super convenient for evenings out. The place was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive; they did a great job keeping everything tidy and communicated promptly and clearly throughout our stay. Oko is a wonderful host! Everything felt cared for and comfortable. We highly recommend this listing and would happily return!

The landlord is very friendly and the environment is great.

Tempatnya comfy, bersih, dan exactly looks like photo. Akses masuknya lewat gang bisa untuk mobil kecil, ada parkirannya juga. Amenitiesnya lengkap, kalau butuh something juga bisa minta ke host nya, langsung disediain. Host very friendly and responsive, even waktu check in ditungguin di depan gang takut kita nyasar 😃 Tempatnya ada di canggu, bisa jalan ke minimarket / resto / toko roti / cafe dll ada banyak di deket situ, very convenient.

good place, nice and clean in general but if you open the glass doors flies may get in which can be quite annoying. The drain in the shower upstairs was partially clogged.

Our stay in Canggu was absolutely incredible, and Oka was a huge part of what made it so special. The villa itself was stunning, even better than the photos. Beautifully designed, spotless, and thoughtfully put together with such a relaxing Bali feel. It’s tucked away in a super quiet, peaceful area, which made it the perfect escape, yet still close enough to everything Canggu has to offer. Waking up there each morning felt like a dream. What truly stood out was Oka’s hospitality. We had a small issue with the hot water during our stay, and after I messaged Oka, they responded within two minutes. Within five minutes, someone was already at the villa fixing the problem. I’ve genuinely never experienced that level of responsiveness before. It was handled so quickly and professionally, and we were so impressed. Oka was amazing, incredibly helpful, kind, and always available if we needed anything. You can tell they truly cares about their guests and their experience.

Our stay was amazing. The villa was very aesthetic and pleasing to the eye. The pool was the perfect temperature and the downstairs shower had very nice warm water. We absolutely loved the lounge area, watched some of our favourite movies on the nice TV. Everything was just so good and we will definitely be back another time! The perfect retreat for our little family. Oka and Risma (the housekeeper) were very responsive and made us feel right at home. When we return, we will definitely book again.

Excellent location in the heart of Canggu/Berawa. Very stylish and new amenities. Oka was able to organized what I requested for our 11month old baby. The rooms were exactly the same as shown on the pictures, pool was clean. There was drinking water dispenser provided, and all essential supplies. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting a central area for your visit.

整体设计很好很舒服，离主街道很近但是比较安静不会听见摩托声。 周围餐厅和咖啡厅都很多

위치도 시내 근처에 있어서 짱구, 스미냑 등 이동하기 너무 좋았습니다. 가장 좋은 건 도보로 갈 수 있는 유명한 브런치 맛집이 많은데 그럼에도 불구하고 숙소는 굉장히 조용했어요. 집은 2층으로 이루어져 있는데 방 모두 깔끔하고 쾌적하고 에어컨도 작동이 잘 되었습니다. 거실 공간도 생각보다 넓고 이용하는데 전혀 문제되지 않았어요. 또한, 호스트가 굉장히 친절합니다. 밤 늦게 도착인데 도착 시간도 미리 체크해줘서 체크인에 문제없게 핸들링 해주었고 매일 숙소 청소가 가능한 점도 너무 좋았습니다 .다음번에 발리를 가게될 경우 다시 한번 머물고 싶습니다.

I had a very short stay, check-in in one evening and was out by check-out time the next morning, and was traveling alone, but my feedback is definitely positive! When I stayed it was still relatively quite new, I think the caretaker mentioned the villa had been opened just a couple of months prior. It's just down an alley and a quick short walk from one of the main roads so very pedestrian friendly. If I'm back in the area, I would definitely consider staying again.

Stunning villa , looked exactly like the images and had everything you needed, I will be staying here again can’t fault a single thing, host was also very responsive and the lady who came to clean everyday was lovely aswell.

정말 완벽한 빌라 입니다. 에어비앤비를 통해 2박 예약을 했습니다. 체크인 체크아웃 모두 얼리, 레이트 해주셨습니다. 다만 체크아웃 때에는 다음 게스트를 위해 청소를 시작해야해서 청소스태프인 친절한 아주머니께서 와계십니다. 이점만 괜찮다면 최대한 있을 수 있게 조정해줍니다. 그리고 집주인이 바로 옆집에 살고 있어서 뭔가 도움이 필요할때 신속하게 반응해줍니다! 저희는 여자2명이어서 걱정했는데 옆집 주인이 계셔서 안심했어요~ 동네는 진짜 조용합니다. 상권이 좀 죽어있는 느낌이었어요. 그래서 번잡하지 않습니다. 골목안까지 택시가 들어올 수는 없지만 고젝은 충분히 들어올 수 있어요. 다만 아직 지도에서 위치를 잘 찾을 수가 없어서 부르고 꼭 빌라 이름을 메시지로 알려줘야해요. 빌라는 진짜 너무너무 아름답습니다. 샤워기 필터 교체 가능한 사이즈 입니다. 물은 필터는 챙기시는 것이 좋을 듯 합니다. 티비는 구글 티비여서 미러링 가능합니다. 가장 좋았던건 세탁기. 세제까지 준비해놓아서 전 숙소에서 못한 빨래 잔뜩했네요~ 2층 발코니나 수영장 옆에 말리면 금방 마릅니다. 다만, 단점이라면 2층에 야외 발코니가 있는데 이곳에 중문이 없습니다. 그래서 집안에 모기가 많아요 ㅠ 잠자리 1마리, 도마뱀 1마리도 보았습니다. 근데 이상하게 애들이 집안에 들어오면 힘이 없어지는지 잘 안 물어서 불편하지는 않았어요. 약을 받아서 방에 잘 뿌려놓고 방문은 잘 닫고 생활해야합니다. 하지만 단점은 진짜 일부일뿐 진짜 천국같은 곳이에요. 이전 숙소가 5성급 리조트였는데 못지 않게 너무 좋았어요. 적극 추천합니다!!

Highly recommend this villa! We stayed for 4 nights and really love our stay here, very comfortable yet very pretty.. Oka also very responsive, such a nice n helpful guy.. all amenities are there and in a very good condition, located in the heart of canggu, walking distance to some good cafes & restaurants, details like decorations, sanitary fitting equipments, hardware choices, hot water, water pressure, all we can say is everything was just perfect! We’re glad we found and chose Casa Luxia for our stay in Bali 🥹

Ubytovanie bolo naozaj nadherne. Citili sme sa ako v palaci. Boli sme druhi ludia co sa mali moznost prave tu ubytovat. Uzili sme si to. Architektura je neopisatelne krasna so zmyslom pre detaily. Vsetko nove a krasne, bol to naozaj luxus. Ubytovanie sa nachadzalo pri skvelej masazi a restauraci. Blizko vsade. Bolo par drobnosti ktore by sa dali vylepsit ale svet nemoze byt dokonaly :) Hostitel bol velmi mily a pohotovy, dokonca nam aj na konci pobytu zahral na balinezkom nastroji hudbu. Bolo to velmi mile Dakujeme za vsetko Oka a aj velmi milej upratovacke ktora nas denne navstevovala.

We were the first guests to stay at Casa Luxia after it was built. It is an absolutely stunning home that looks just as good, if not better than the photos! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, has quality furnishings, a great sized pool that we swam in multiple times a day. It also has a washing machine which was super handy. Because we were the first guests there were a few things that needed addressing but Oka was very responsive and quickly sorted any issues out. The location is quiet (not near many clubs, bars or significant construction) and has some lovely eateries and shops in the area. Finns and Atlas Beach Club, as well as a myriad of bars and restaurants is about a 5min bike ride away. If you have kids, please be aware that there is an open staircase and no door between the inside of the house and the upstairs outdoor deck area.
