Exploring New ! 5 bedroom Villa close to Seminyak eat street left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of New ! 5 bedroom Villa close to Seminyak eat street was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for New ! 5 bedroom Villa close to Seminyak eat street painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

So i would say this is my worst AirBNB experience ever. Start with wifi is off for the whole trip because the manager refused to pay for the internet bill till the last day, parking space is very small and shared with 2 other villas which make you take turn to take your car out everytime other villa guest wanna go out, the wall is too thin and low, so if you got neighbour who like to party, you cant sleep well :) Manager? Unresponsible at all, unresponsive. Water is dead on the last day, no engineer (he said he silented his phone) which make the whole villa can't take a bath. No compensation at all, manager said to airbnb that he offer us "another villa" which never happen. So if you want to rent this villa? Good luck :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying Villa Zaza nestled in the heart of Seminyak. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt a sense of tranquility and the accommodation itself was cozy and thoughtfully decorated which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Staff were attentive and available for all our requirements throughout our stay. We did encounter a consistent issue with low water pressure, specifically one of the bathrooms where we could not flush and the shower pressure was very low. We addressed the issue with staff and they did come and try to fix but unfortunately the issue still continued. Overall a great space for a group of 5 adults which was well maintained and clean. Thank you!

A great Villa for a family or group. Close to the eat streets and all that Seminyak has to offer.

This villa is a lovely space, matching the photos and description well. The location is an easy 5 minute walk to the main Seminyak strip. The villa host Krishna was very helpful - always replying quickly to queries and requests. They helped with extra mosquito spray and assisted with setting up the TV. The bedrooms were spacious and the shared 2x bedroom/bathroom situation was excellent for our small kids. The pool is fantastic- and everything was very clean :) We did have an issue with a very noisy party at the adjoining villa. The host was sympathetic but I did book this villa as it said “No Parties”, and we wanted a chilled out stay… mostly because we have small children - who did wake up from the party noise! C’est La vie, but it would have been better without noisy neighbours. Not the hosts fault exactly, but all the guests should abide by the rules when staying in the villas under the same management.

The accommodation was beautiful and clean. It was perfect for our stay. A close walk to shops and restaurants and a very short taxi ride to the beach. The pool was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in there and the kids had so much fun. The only issue we had was that the hot water would run out in the family room after approx 5-10 mins so there was only enough hot water for one shower per morning/night. This was a bit frustrating especially after a day out in the heat. All in all I would recommend Julien's villa and would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay ☺️

We loved the location and the layout of the villa. The information regarding Nyepi Day was also super helpful. The bedrooms were all a great size and it worked so well for our group.

Lovely place with a nice swimming pool, central location.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet from the hussle and bustle of the main strip but close enough to all restaurants and bars. The pool was clean and the staff were brilliant. They came in daily and organised a breakfast for us one morning which was delicious. Would highly recommend booking and we will definitely be coming back

We had the best stay! Having 5 bedrooms for our group of 5 girls was absolutely perfect as everyone had their own space. The villa was beautiful, with a lovely pool. We also felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. We'd definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The villa was a great oasis from the bustle of Seminyak. On a quiet laneway with no through traffic, but still walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores, but Pool was always a welcome refresh after being out and about. Flexible check-in and check-out to suit travel arrangements was much appreciated. Would stay there again.

This place is beautiful, great for groups. Julien was an incredible host, he helped us with airport transportation, getting massages at the villa, and having meals cooked by a private chef. All the staff is so welcoming and helpful. The place looks exactly like the pictures, very close to restaurants and shops.

The neighbors were pretty noisy some nights, but I expected this from reading other reviews. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend/stay again!

The property was very clean and pictures on Airbnb were exactly as advertised. One of the 5 rooms is interconnecting which was great and suited to one of our family with children. We had the chef make breakfast each day which was basic but very nice. The location took a couple of days to figure out exactly what was close to us eg restaurants, massage coffee cafes etc There is a mini mart next to the villa driveway and 2 coffee cafes 1-2 min walk which was awesome. The villa is literally one street behind the Main Street for food, shopping etc The pool was beautiful and clean. I asked for a pool fence to be installed and when we arrived the fence was up. So asking for extras was never too much. The only thing I would say was the aircon units in the bedrooms were just cool but not cold. The villa cleaning is done daily and towels changed every 2 nd day. Otherwise this villa is outstanding and I would highly recommend with 5 stars. We have made some beautiful family memories.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Seminyak, Bali. The villa was spotless and beautifully maintained — a huge credit to the cleaning team, who did an exceptional job throughout our stay. Everything felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for. A special mention to Ketut, the villa manager, who was outstanding. His response time was excellent, and he was always friendly, helpful, and proactive whenever we needed anything. Communication was smooth from start to finish, which made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this villa and would absolutely stay again.

Great beautiful place with cleaner daily, which is crucial! Good location too but the only thing I would say is that it’s very close to the other 2 airbnbs they host right beside and you can easily hear the neighbors which is less ideal but should be fine since we were out most the day

Fabulous villa, beautifully designed and had all the amenities you could want! Lovely pool, comfortable beds, great cleaning team and tips for drivers and chefs! Only thing to be aware of is that neighbours are very close so when they party it can be loud!

The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos. Great location. Walking distance to main shopping strips and easy to get in and out of. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Julien was happy to accommodate an early check in and assisted in organising airport transfers.

Julian was great he responded quickly to our questions and requests. He gave the number of the manager Ketut just before arrival and he took care of our needs. The two staff who came each day were lovely and helpful. Great location

Julian’s villa was fantastic so well appointed great for families. We had 9 people and well accommodated. Great kitchen set up and well appointed. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Kids were well entertained by the pool. Daily cleaning service was something we weren’t expecting so that was a bonus and villa staff were so polite and friendly as are all the Balinese. We certainly had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend to other guests.

Amazing Villa with 5 double bedrooms / bathrooms. All centered around the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen / lounge areas. Host and building manager very attentive and helpful. We did raise the noisy guests next door and it was dealt with immediately. Perfect for quick access to Seminyak beach, bars and restaurants.

Julien's place was incredible. Fantastic location, excellent communication and the perfect villa to hang and chill out in. Julien's team were exceptional and did everything to make our experience stress free. I highly recommend!

Just completed a week at Juliens place and had a lovely time . We went as a big family group with a baby and the house had all the facilities we required. Just one issue with noisy neighbours but that was attended to promptly by management of both houses and no further issues . Pool was gorgeous and the staff coming into clean , kind and friendly. Lots of good restaurants nearby .

We had an excellent stay at the villa, everything was easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, tucked away but still close to everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi dropping out a bit at night, but it didn’t impact our stay overall. A top-tier experience that we’d absolutely book again!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa with all my friends celebrating my 50th birthday. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. On one afternoon due to heavy rain, there was smell coming from one of the bathrooms. I contacted the host who was really helpful and responsive and send out a person immediately to attend and fix problem. Overall, I highly recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful time at Julien's Villa. The staff were so kind and attentive and helped us with any request. Julien was also very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. The pool was delightful and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, we were right in town so we could walk to all the restaurants but down a side street so the house was whisper quiet at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay. OMG .... We were so impressed at Villa Zaza, easy to get to and it is in the perfect spot to get anywhere on the island . The rooms were well appointed and clean when we arrived and kept clean by fantastic staff , i fully recommend Juliens place for your family stay in Bali ... Check in process was simple and easy. Villa is suitable for families with young children - baby cot is available + floats to use in the pool!

We had an amazing stay at Juliens place! The location was easy to find and within walking distance to a supermarket and plenty of places to shop and eat. The team that assisted with recommendations and queries during our stay were extremely responsive and helpful, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and did an amazing job keeping the villa tidy and comfortable.

It was a beautiful place and good for groups and families. Rooms are clean and whole villa conditions are excellent. Whole family enjoyed and loved the place. Julien and Ketut were easy to communicate and helpful. No one complained about the villa except the terrible neighbours who turned on loud music till 4.30 am despite we complained. I had elderly parents and they couldn’t sleep well. However it was not villa Zaza’s fault and they tried to support us for this as much as they could and we really appreciated. Overall I highly recommend this villa and my family will definitely book again when we visit Bali next time. Thanks Julien and Ketut from my family, South Korea

This villa was amazing! We had a 11 people group(8 adult, 2child+1infant) We spent lovely 2 weeks in the villa. Everything went fine, friendly housekeeper came every day, pool cleaning was enough and if we needed something, Ketut was answering very fast. Bedrooms airconditions work well. Around the villa you can find many restaurants. Chek-out day, we got later check-out easily, because we have a night flight.

We were welcomed by villa manager Ketut. He is friendly and very responsive to messages and requests. Julien’s place is suitable for large group; my family of 9 adults, 1 children and 1 infant. The kitchen is well equipped and dining table is big enough for pre-lunar new year dinner. Each room has own toilets except 2 rooms share a big toilet. The mattress is comfortable and cleaner came for housekeeping everyday. The location is good, near to cafe and restaurants, hair salon, massage and spa. Highly recommend 👍🏼

It was a perfect stay! The villa is less than a minute walk away from a convenience store. It's a 5-minute walk to the nearby clubs. It's a nearby drive to the popular places in Seminyak. It was a great villa itself! We had breakfast made for one day, which was perfect. They let us check-in 5 hours earlier. We did have trouble with 2 air conditioning units at first, but the villa manager addressed it immediately & was fixed immediately. The staff was very responsive to all our needs, like if we needed more shampoo, soap, or tissue. Will definitely book this again.

the Villa is nice. however 1 of the rooms is not sheltered to the kitchen & common area. umbrella needed. Kids love the pool. kitchen is well equipped. the Villa manager is very responsive and helpful. overall will recommend for families with kids. they have connecting villa for a very large groups.

Perfect location for a group stay with ability to split group up into 4 separated bedroom areas, each with an ensuite, for what is a 5 bedroom villa. Great swimming pool and excellent relaxing/living area. Plenty of amenities to make the stay comfortable. Handy to restaurants and eat street in Seminyak. Excellent housekeeping service with daily servicing except for Sunday. Highly recommend for group booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at Julien’s villa. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home and relaxed. The layout of the villa suited our family of 10 ranging in ages from 1 to 65. The kitchen was well resourced, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very effective, the bathrooms were clean and the private pool was well used and appreciated by all. The villa was cleaned everyday by the housekeeper who was very friendly and proactively responded to our every need, as did Julien. We recommend staying at this villa as it is close to numerous great restaurants, walking distance to the Main Street and market, and is located in a quiet part of Seminyak.

We loved the villa, we were a group of 8 the housekeeper and manager were very helpful they offered to clean the villa everyday. The villa looks as pictured its beautifully decorated. We also loved Saiful who picked us up for the airport and we spent most of the trip with him!! He is very knowledgable about balinese culture and helped us arrange some trips to go to Nusa Penida and Ubud. Overall a great trip the villa is in a good location to explore the surrounding area/restaurants/shops and beach.

We loved our stay, and the villa lived up to our expectations. It's beautiful, well kept and close to everything in Seminyak. Julien got us in contact with a driver who organised lots of trips out. We had a wonderful time as a family of 9 and would definitely recommend Julien's place. Even though it is in the bustling area of Seminyak, the villa itself is peaceful and hidden away.

Geweldig mooie villa, alles keurig verzorgd. De locatie is op loopafstand van het leuke centrum, maar toch is het rustig in de villa zelf en zit je daar uit de hectiek van het drukke verkeer in de omgeving.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Zaza, spotlessly clean, well maintained and great space. The Housekeeper Augus was amazing, looked after us and kept the place spotless. Would love to stay there again.

Julien and the villa team and cleaners were all wonderful and attentive to any of our requests. We had their private chefs 2 nights who cooked the best Balinese dishes and we had their chefs cook breakfast for us 3 mornings. So much food, delicious! They also shopped for our groceries which was great. The toilets have little pressure when flushing but it's Bali so you get used to it. The in room insect plug ins could be replaced every few days as they ran out after 2 days. The villa is private and quiet and there are some great restaurants within a short walk away. There are no real foot paths either way so you had to be hyper focused when walking down the street to avoid bikes and cars. I would highly recommend this villa for a group. We were 5 adults and 5 kids and it was the perfect size for all of us.

Julien was very helpful and accommodating. The Villa Manager was easy to communicate with and responsive. The chefs food delicious and they were extremely polite. The housekeeper was very attentive. The Villa looked just like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa ZaZa is a wonderful place to stay when exploring Bali. The check in is easy and the staff extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations. The Villa itself is clean, beautiful and has everything you need - the kids loved the pool!

Was smaller than it looked in the photos. Was in easy walk to eat street and shopping. Small issue with neighbors partying but they were very proactive and helped sort the issue. No security at night specifically for the villas which we were told there was going to be. Great place for families or groups of friends.

Julien’s villa was wonderful. It was perfect for our extended family as everyone had their own space. He recommended a driver for us and organised a driver. The villa manager was available to us for anything we needed such as transport, laundry and a villa chef if we wanted. The villa was cleaned every day. Walking distance to restaurants and shops with a Foodmart right next door. Would definitely recommend and we hope to come back.

The villa was as beautiful as the photos. The service was exemplary every day. The daily turn down service was lovely. Everyone was helpful and responsive. We loved the laundry wash and fold service. It was perfect before we had to pack up and leave. We enjoyed the private chef option. We went with the Indonesian menu option, super delicious! It was a nice option to have after a long day of tours. We also enjoyed the floating breakfast service. It was tasty! We felt safe, and the location was prime. It was near a lot of places we wanted to check out.

I couldn’t rate this place highly enough if I tried. Krishna the villa manager went above and beyond for ALL our needs, nothing was ever too hard. He even went to the cash exchange to help get our money back. Agus, responding to all our needs when ever we needed and attending to our washing daily. Very grateful for such an amazing accommodation. We will be back.

We stayed at the villa as a group of 9 - it’s a fabulous location with all the amenities you’d need. Everything at the villa was great, and the guest management team were on standby for any issues. There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Julien was very responsive and helped with taxis and a private chef for a birthday dinner at the villa. 100% recommend and would happily stay there again!

We had an incredible time in Villa Zaza. Julien and his team were more than helpful. The location was brilliant as it was extremely close to many markets and restaurants. If I was returning to Seminyak I would definitely stay in Villa Zaza again! ☺️

Was beautiful place to stay. Close to the places we wanted to go and had everything we needed. Ketut and the team always checked in if we needed anything and made our stay enjoyable and easy.

Beautiful villa that felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

We are very lucky to find this villa for our family holiday (7 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 kids). The villa is beautiful, clean and exactly looks like the photos. The house manager, Ketut and Deo, are very helpful. We requested to have earlier check-in, and they accommodate the request without a fuss. They provides us with 3 Aqua gallons (19 L each) which is plenty for us and the duration of our stay. We were greeted with a welcome drink too. The checkout process is also very easy. The pool and the rooms are cleaned daily. Will we back to this villa? We definitely will. Very recommended if you have a large group.

Overall it was a lovely stay… have a glitch on our first night where the garden lamp was off so it was a bit dark and the water was also off. But the villa staff was very responsive and professional in handling the matter. The rest is very good. There is a mini mart that you can reach by walking distance, it was very comfortable for us to buy breakfast, snacks and stuff. Thank you so muchh!! Def will recommend this villa!

There are lots of bugs but the place is very beautiful and perfect for friend groups.

Kondisi vila sesuai dengan foto. Kami dilayani oleh mas Kadek yang ramah. Proses check-in lancar. Parkir terbatas karena berada di gang sempit dan hanya muat 1 mobil. Secara keseluruhan tempat ini menyenangkan dan cocok buat berlibur bersama teman atau keluarga besar.

Suitable for 10-12 guests. Kids and family friendly. Good wifi connection, clean , comfy, and quite complete. Not suitable if you have more than 1 car due to parking area situation. Recommended !

The location really strategic and near from seminyak square where the food and coffee place. For the parking area is limited (only one vehicle ; car) and the alley is to narrow. The place really spacious; living room and dining room are open space, really cozy. Near la favela for people want to have fun at night ; only 5 minutes walk from villa. Only one TV which we not really used it 😁. To many bugs (ants) at kitchen, better keep your food at fridge. Thank you for the hospitality 😁.
