I found the tour for New luxury private room 20 seconds from beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The Villa is a spa business on the ground floor and rooms to stay on the first floor. This makes for a lack of privacy and there was constant movement. The pool was unkept and unusable as it was outside the massage rooms

Thank you to Nyoman for the MOST wonderful 14 days. The place was as described and pictured. House keeper was so lovely and helpful. In a quiet location with great cafes and restaurants close by. For the price was a great place to have for the entire stay and then overnight trip elsewhere when we wanted. Suited to more a single or couple. Spa down stairs was on point!!! Great service and price. Would recommend staying here and away from the hustle and bustle.

Good homely place to stay if you want beach vibes but no food and water options so you need to depend on nearest shack or mart for daily needs.

Staying at the Jepun Beach House was relaxing and private. It is right next to the beach, which is great for sunrise / sunset. The room and the villa was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the location in terms of getting to the main road. You have to go through the W or Potato Head on foot to access the main road, or otherwise go all the way around on Batu Belig on scooter which takes a very long time. Overall a great place if you don’t want to move around too much!

The place is right beside W hotel. But we took awhile to find it. Please just key in Jepun Beach Beauty & Spa on map. Is way easier to locate the place like that. Overall, very nice and friendly people that will offer daily room make up. And you can literally just do a massage downstairs if your room.

This was a lovely stay, perfect for a few days in Seminyak. There is a shared pool, a few private rooms and a spa on site. It is very calm and quiet. We had one of the Balinese full body massages which was lovely. The place was very clean, fresh towels and water every day. Very kind and friendly staff.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij Jepun beach. De kamers zitten boven een spa, waar je met korting een behandeling kan boeken. Je deelt een zwembad en een keuken. De eigenaren waren super aardig en behulpzaam. We konden een scooter huren en ze hebben een puck-up geregeld vanaf het vliegveld. Op loopafstand van het strand waar we heerlijk genoten hebben van de sunsetbars. Ook ben je zo bij de drukte van Seminyak en vanuit Jepun beach spa heb je daar geen last van. Zeker een aanrader!

Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich ein Hotel abseits der Hauptstraße gefunden habe, aber es ist trotzdem nicht laut. Normalerweise ist es dort wegen der vorbeifahrenden Motorräder sehr laut, wahrscheinlich weil es eine Sackgasse ist. Obwohl es an einer kleinen Straße liegt, können Autos direkt bis zum Tor fahren. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich. Ich durfte mein Gepäck im Gepäckraum aufbewahren. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Wasserdruck und Warmwasser funktionierten einwandfrei. Gleich nach meiner Ankunft habe ich den Spa-Bereich genossen. Hotelgäste erhalten 10 % Rabatt. Der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem W Hotel. Vielen Dank, Nyoman!

Had an amazing stay here. The location is excellent - super close to the beach, and a cheap ride away from some great places. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere around the apartment was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a place super close to nightlife, but tucked away enough to remain relaxing.

Staying at jepun beach home and spa is a great choice if you want to stay one minute from the beach, enjoy ocean sunsets every night, surf, and get a well done spa treatments. It’s between canggu and seminyak so it’s easy to access those busier areas. Using the beach to walk along the coast is best. Batu belig beach is not too busy in April. The home and spa is truly an oasis by the ocean. Thank you to Nyoman, Eny, and their team. Terima kasih!

We stayed at Jepun Beach Home & Spa for 4 weeks. I honestly don’t know where to Begin…if I could give 10 Stars I would!! We absolutely loved Everything about this location with nice large units above a Wonderful Spa. Nyoman was an AMAZING Host. When we arrived he went above & beyond filling any requests we made. His residence is on site so is always around if needed. He is super quick to respond to any communication…..a Truly Fabulous guy. The staff at the Spa are Superior in every way, the Best treatments in all of SE Asia!! We felt like Family there. Units are spacious with comfortable bed & the Best Shower. The grounds are well manicured, with a lovely pool. There are only 6 units in total located above the Spa, so Very Private & yet literally 100 steps from the incredible Batu Belig Beach, which you can walk Several Kms in either direction & easy distances to the towns of Canngu & Seminyak for shopping.Convenience stores & laundry a very short 10-15 min walk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed every second! We were literally 20 seconds from the beach and close to some of the best beach clubs Kuta has to offer. The property was clean and quiet, perfect for a few rest days after a busy Ubud. Our driver was a bit late to pick us up for the airport but the desk staff kindly let us stay an extra hour while we waited & came to get us when he arrived. Central, tranquil, and met with kindness - we look forward to staying here again!

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es wurde täglich gereinigt sowie neue Handtücher/Wasser gebracht. Die Massage vor Ort kann ich auch nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist super, den Strand kann man in wenigen Minuten zufuß erreichen und es gab auch leckere Restaurants in der Nähe.

this place is tucked away on a dead end street but google maps is accurate so we found it. 50 yds from gorgeous sand beach with many restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. i think there are 6 rooms. He included beach towels, sunscreen and insect repellent (not needed) in the room. There is a spa on the first floor, rooms upstairs. prices are great and services superb. The only complaint would be no electrical outlet in the bathroom, which my friend would have liked. that's MINOR! Outlets were on both sides of the bed and water provided daily.

I had a great stay! The room was always clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very sweet, attentive and caring. I had several massages at the spa and they were SO GOOD, one of the best Balinese massage I tried while I moved around Bali. The location is very close to the beach, there’s restaurants, M Marts, coffee shops, etc walking distance!

Staying with I Nyoman was great! Major pros were proximity to the beach, privacy, quiet away from the busy roads, and the amazing service in cleaning & providing clean towels every day! There are even some nice little cafe's & bars in easy walking distance for a quick meal. That being said though, there are a few things to note about the location, it's surprisingly far from the main areas of Seminyak & Canggu, so either be comfortable walking good distances (we found walking the beach was the best route) or rent a motorbike if you're comfortable with it.

I had trouble finding the place and they were able to help me out with a quick response time. Everyone was so nice. Loved that well priced massages were available downstairs. Beach couldn’t have been closer without staying at it. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and loved the fresh flowers everywhere. Highly recommend this stay.

A beautiful place, immaculately clean, and very peaceful. We had a lovely stay, thank you. Downstairs is the spa, which provided the best massages we've both had. Upstairs, the rooms are spacious with huge beds and excellent air con. The rain shower was perfect after a day in the sun. The place is really close to the beach, and plenty of restaurants, and a short walk to the main shopping areas.

Great value for money. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Clean, hot and good pressure for the water which can hard to find in Bali at this price. Staff really friendly and staying on top of a spa with amazing massages is a big bonus. Loved it and will be staying here definitely when we will return.

I had a wonderful and very quiet stay. everyone was so friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. It was literally footsteps to the beach which I thought was fabulous. My room was cleaned everyday and there were fresh little flowers here and there when I arrived. there is some construction on the beach and it looks like they are building more restaurants with a beach view. I found a wonderful oyster bar with excellent food right on the corner. there is also warung cantina right next door. It was a wonderful introduction to Bali during my first 3 days. I will stay here again.

This was a really relaxing stay. My favorite part is the in-house spa where you can book massages, facials, and treatments for a very fair price. I’ll be back one day for sure!

Great place so close to the beach! Staff were so kind and helpful, my daughter had a surf lesson with Nyoman on her birthday and it went so well. They also had a small birthday cake brought to our room as my daughter was celebrating her birthday while there. We loved the pool, small but refreshing! Thanks for a great stay!

Allez y les yeux fermés! Merci à Nyoman et Eny pour ces 3 jours à Seminyak. C'est un havre de paix au milieu de l'agitation de la côte Balinaise. La chambre est propre, grande et très confortable. La salle de bain est très propre et récente. Le SPA sous le logement est un vrai plus avec des soins variés et très bien réalisés. La piscine est un confort supplémentaire très appréciable Et que dire de nos hôtes, gentils, accueillants, souriants et toujours là pour nous aider. Le cours de surf avec Nyoman et Rio restera un sacré souvenir pour nous. Merci encore pour tout et peut être à bientôt !

Unser Aufenthalt im Jepun Beach Home & Spa war fantastisch! Nyoman war ein großartiger Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Als mir das Kopfkissen nicht gefiel, hat er am nächsten Tag extra für mich ein neues gekauft, und meiner Freundin zum Geburtstag einen Kuchen und einen riesigen Rosenstrauß geschenkt – einfach toll! Wir nahmen auch Surfunterricht bei ihm, Rio und Madi, die sehr geduldig waren und uns motiviert haben, weiterzumachen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig (danke, Christi!), der Pool wurde regelmäßig gepflegt und die Massagen im hauseigenen Spa waren klasse. In Gehweite gibt es viele Warungs (Pantai, 707, Luhron, Jembung) und Beachclubs (W, Potato Head, Mari Beachclub). Leider wurde am Strand gebaut, das soll aber bis Dezember fertig sein. Toller Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten wunderschöne 4 Tage hier verbracht.. Die Unterkunft sieht in echt noch schöner aus wie auf den Bildern und der Pool ist wunderschön. Wir hatten einen netten Empfang und uns wurde direkt ein Eistee nach der Anfahrt angeboten . Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt . Die Lage ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und Restaurants entfernt und bis zur Stadt ist es auch nicht weit . Er hat uns geholfen einen Roller zu mieten .. alles verlief super . Als es uns einen Tag nicht so gut ging hat er uns Getränke gebracht und uns Tipps gegeben, dass es uns schnell besser geht☺️ Die Massage kann ich auch sehr empfehlen es war wunderschön!! Das ganze personal ist super lieb .. Und sie haben 2 liebe Hunde die einen immer herzlich begrüßen 😊 Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen . Vielen Dank nochmal !!

Die Unterkunft war super schön und der Pool war wirklich gut. Man kann dort auch Massagen bekommen, die sich wirklich lohnen und das Personal war sehr hilfreich.

Detta boende är perfekt om man vill bo nära stranden. Det tar max 1-2 min att gå till strandpromenaden där det finns restauranger, beachklubbar och fin sandstrand. Massage finns på boendet och även en mindre pool som var toppen efter en dag på stranden. Rent och stort rum med fint badrum. Väl värt pengarna! Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Great place to stay near Seminyak and Canggu. The location is beautiful, just near the beach. It just gets a bit deserted at night as it’s dark. Otherwise everything about the place is amazing!

We had such a wonderful stay at Nyoman’s apartment. The place is right next to the beach and really good restaurants. The accommodation was as described, rooms spacious and very clean. Also, downstairs you can get massages and facials so we really appreciated that. The host was responsive and kind, so as the staff present there everyday. Great value for money. Totally recommend the place!

Thank you for having us in your clean place. It is recommended to have a motorbike during your stay to avoid the traffic, since it is quite a busy neighborhood, just like anywhere else in Bali. They have two dogs which can be barky, but they are very kind and listen to you.

Nyoman war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit gegeben, wenn man Mal fragen hatte. Schöne Unterkunft, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Roller mieten vor Ort möglich. Das einzige was ich negatives auszusetzen habe war, dass bei der Ankunft flecken auf der Bettwäsche waren. Trotzdem gebe ich der Unterkunft 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank Nyoman! Nur zu empfehlen.

The location can’t be beat! A very short stroll and you’re at the beach, with several bars and warungs strung along the path for convenience. (Highly recommend Warung Cantina for all meals!) The room was clean and looked just like the pictures, and the bathroom is nice and modern with a big rainfall shower head. I feel like the price is a steal compared to the big hotels, especially considering you’re so close to the ocean you can hear the waves at night. I Nyoman communicated with me prior to arrival about ongoing construction behind my room, which I appreciated. Admittedly it was quite loud, and I had to have the curtains on the back window shut because the workers were _right there_, but nothing earplugs couldn’t handle. Wifi was spotty sometimes, but it’s Bali. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Nice to have a fridge in the room as well as a kitchen. Morning time was lovely, as many birds roosted in the lush greenery. Spa services on point. Highly recommend!

Ganz liebe Grüße auf diesem Wege an Nyoman und seine Frau. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind gut gekühlt, der Pool ist nett angelegt und auch der Spa verdient einen Daumen hoch. Auch der Kontakt zu einem gewünschten Fahrer verlief reibungslos. Wir sind begeistert über so viel Freundlichkeit. Gerne wieder.

Ienjoyed my tay very much. the accomodation is very close to the water and next door to a 5star waterfront hotel where you can access the pools, bars and restaurants and gym for a fee. I also easily walked along the beach to Seminyak central in one direction and to Canggu in the other. The spa below the rooms made it easy to get a little pampering for a very reasonable price. The internet works well for normal use though I had to use my mobile wifi modem for smooth running video work calls. Nyoman was a very helpful host and quick to respond. Overall a great stay!

Nyoman’s place is fantastic, very close to the beach yet quiet and serene, everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. Had a wonderful 4 days and I’d certainly recommend staying here. It was wonderful relaxing experience.

When I had questions about the accommodation, they always responded quickly. The host was a friendly, bright and smiling person. This is a facility that I would like to stay at again. Even when I requested transportation to the spa or to the airport, they responded with a smile. The location is good, so if you want to relax in your own space, you should definitely stay here.

Nyoman was very friendly. He offered to take our laundry for us and had his staff bring it to our room. The spa was amazing will definitely be back for sure! Awesome places to eat nearby and beach is beautiful :) only thing was we got lost arriving and took us 15-20mins to find the place as the place is under a different name on gps maps so our driver was also lost and confused. But overall Nyoman was very lovely and his staff were also lovely :)

My partner and I stayed at this place for 2 weeks and it was exactly what we needed. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly! Always enjoyed chatting with them. We had access to a kitchen, which we cooked in almost every morning. The room was so comfortable!! Exactly as described. We also took advantage of the spa and pool below. Every dime spent here was well worth it. Better than a hotel or resort! Felt like a home away from home.

Nyoman was a lovely host who was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The place was clean and in a nice area. A little hard to find, as it’s located on a gravelly stretch right in front of the beach.

Nyoman and Eny’s place is truly magical. Words can’t even describe it. You’re less than a 30 second walk to the ocean and restaurants. The place itself is impeccably clean. Lush garden atmosphere. I got a few spa treatments right downstairs and they were a great value and some of the best treatments I’ve received in Bali. Unfortunately they were sold out for additional nights or I would have stayed here forever. They were also kind enough to approve a refund for one day when I arrived later than expected. A/C and internet work great, there is a mini fridge, and the bed is very comfortable. Also the shower was nice and hot with great pressure. Definitely book here instead of a commercial hotel!

This was ideal for me. I wanted a place very close to the beach, no traffic or noise to contend with. The pool was awesome and I had a hard time getting out of it. The massages divine. The early morning beach walks were the best! I will be back!

Amazing place that is a 20 second walk from the beach. Upon walk in, the room smelled amazing and was thoroughly clean. The spa is right underneath and the massage therapists are amazing! I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Our first stop in Bali was made very special by our host and their amazing staff at the spa. We came in sore and tired from our long flight and by the time we checked out we had been fixed up and ready for our next adventure. Very quiet and peaceful, bed is comfortable, pool was kept clean. Beach is indeed close as well as lots of food options. We recommend getting some surf lessons too, it was a blast!

Die Kommunikation verlief sehr freundlich und ich habe stets eine rasche Rückantwort erhalten. Nyoman hat den Transport vom Flughafen organisiert und mir auch einen Termin im Spa, dass sich direkt im Erdgeschoss der Unterkunft befindet, vereinbart. Das Zimmer war sauber und beinhaltete alles, was man braucht - sogar ein Strandtuch war dabei :-) Ich komme gerne wieder!

Highly recommend this location. Very close to the beach and restaurants/bars and of course the Bali sunset. Very peaceful very clean and hassle free. We arrived in the early hours via a car laid on by Nyoman. The key was left in the door of our room with no signing in stuff to bother about. Didn’t see the owner but his place is terrific and he communicated really well with us via the Airbnb messages. A massage package in the location is a must as it’s absolutely amazing with bonus of being downstairs from your room. Thank you Nyoman

I was over a month in this apartment and it was just perfect! You walk 1 minute to the beach with absolutely stunning sunsets! Most of the time you can hear the waves inside your room! There are several options where to eat. Many local restaurants with lower prices. So the location is absolutely perfect! Nyoman was available any time. Also if you are traveling. So we had several apartments while traveling and none of them felt like his apartment. He can also arrange a driver from the airport. And even if there is no possibility for breakfast in the apartment, the next local restaurant is like 2 minutes away. There are so many options for food, surfing, traveling, parties, the diving school is only 30 minutes by foot, 10 minutes by scooter. Also Nyomans wife helped us a lot with grab or with arranging a scooter. I would totally recommend Nyomans apartment! And any time I will come back to Bali, I will come back here. It really felt like a safe space. Hope you will enjoy it one day too!

We had a quick stay as we arrived late into Bali. Nyoman was able to arrange a driver for us who was waiting for us at the airport and drove us tot he hotel late at night. He had the key for the room and we were quite pleased to have a clean, very affordable room right on the beach. It was a short stay but if you need a quick place for a launching point from Denpasar this is a great choice. As per Balinese custom, all the staff was lovely and very nice. We took a stroll on the beach in the morning, had breakfast right on the water at one of the little beach cafes before our drive to Ubud.

Amazing! 30 seconds from the beach and you can walk into town from the beach without having to get a grab. Such a nice place to stay and would definitely stay again! ☺️

My stay was excellent. Nyoman was an incredibly responsive and a gracious host. I felt welcomed and comfortable for the duration of my stay. It was really affordable whilst still feeling luxurious. The location was perfect, a short stroll across the beach and you’re at potato head - 5 minute walk only! I would recommend for anyone to stay at Nyoman’s place - I will definitely be back!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, Die Unterkunft liegt etwas versteckt. Dennoch ist man sehr schnell am Meer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Massage die man vor Ort buchen kann, ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez I Nyoman, le logement était très propre, placé idéalement à proximité de la plage. La piscine est très agréable et les massages proposés sont géniaux. je recommande sans hésiter !

As soon as we walked in everyone was so friendly and the place was super clean and the rooms smelt beautiful so did the linen. Decided to have a massage there and it was amazing. I highly recommend. When you walk on the beach super close to potato head and other cool places.

Our stay was great, the room was very clean, it was very quiet although in a busy area. The area was the only thing that let our stay down due to the amount of trash and dirt but that’s out of our hosts control. Nyoman went above and beyond to help us as his guests, we felt comfortable even when we were unwell and the stay was great.

we were picked up from the airport with no problems. The airbnb has a fair price and is very clean. The location is beautiful and there are many small restaurants at the beach.

The personal was very kindful. The beach was great and the location is near to good beach bars and local food. The room was beautiful and clean and the massage was very nice. The pool is not really sinful but it’s okey, cause the beach the near.

Very nice place and people

we had a lovely time here and loved the location. the accommodation is above a spa and we had a couple of very good massages. There is a kitchen if you want to cook for yourself, we did our breakfast and ate out at the beautiful beach warungs so very close by. the pool was wonderful and it was quiet but very close to action if you want it.

Loved our stay!

We had a great stay !! Everything was just as described and the room was even bigger than we imagined! It was also a bonus that there was a spa downstairs, we made sure stop in there as well! A little hard to find at first but once found it is a great location, close to the beach and just a short walk from many restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

This place is beautiful! It’s right by the sea, but enough distance to the bars and restaurants that it is quiet. The spa treatments are great as well!

Very nice people and very close to the beach

Nyoman and Eny were gracious hosts, very flexible and accommodating. Absolutely love my stay, the location was perfect for my needs, peaceful, tucked away from the hecticness 10-15mins from canggu and 10mins away from the main areas of seminyak. The beach was literally at the end of the street and is one of the best places to watch the sunset. Also right next to the W and Potato head if you're walking along the beach. The spa downstairs is great, the ladies downstairs are so friendly and the spa itself is so well priced. thank you for having me Nyoman and Eny

I thoroughly enjoyed my staying there. I arrived very late at night but they helped organise a driver to pick me up from the airport and show me my room. The place is idyllic. Close to amenities and beach. They offered me a discount on Balinese massage as there is a spa centre within the building: the best massage of my life. Would recommend it to anyone!!

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Ich war mehrere Tage dort und für mich war es ein perfekter Einstieg in den Urlaub. Das Zimmer ist sehr ordentlich. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Bett ist gemütlich, das Bad sauber und verfügt über eine große Dusche. Es gibt auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der alles wichtige zum Kochen vorhanden ist. Durch die Küche kann man perfekt mehrere Monate bleiben und muss nicht immer auswärts essen gehen. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind aber auch gut und es ist eigentlich für jeden was dabei. Die Restaurants sind direkt am Strand und man braucht nur zwei Minuten um hin zu laufen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Noyman, der Gastgeber, hat mit mehrmals einen Fahrer organisiert und mir immer geholfen und gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Selbst als ich spontan einen Fahrer brauchte hat er alles mögliche gemacht, damit ich einen bekomme. Besonders für Solo-Female-Travelers kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!

Great experience! The accommodation is amazing and very well located! 2 minutes walk to the ocean and next to small restaurants and beach bars! The supermarkets are 5 minutes away by motorbike! Moreover everything is very clean! The staff is amazing, extremely nice and helpful! Nyoman was very kind and responsive to each of our exchanges and helped me a lot! A big thank you for this beautiful stay!

Nyoman's place is beautiful! You are literally on the beach super convenient walks to different places on the beach. It's a 5 min beach walk to Potato Head Beach club. Staff is super friendly and willing to help. He is very responsive and always available. Super cute details. He made us a small cake to celebrate our honeymoon. We loved the location and the price we will def be coming back.

Le logement était propre et conforme aux photos L’arrivée autonome est une vrai plus quand on a un vol qui atterrit tard. Nyoman s’est montré très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande pour le rapport qualité prix :)

Amazing place. The whole team at Jepun beach spa are so friendly and welcoming and hospitable. They are also great massage therapists. The beach is 50 meters away, so nice. Great value for money. Nice A/C, king size bed, nice pool, and super clean. My room is as cleaned almost every day and I had fresh towels every day. I will recommend it to my friends.

Die Unterkunft ist in Wirklichkeit viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber, akkurat, ruhig, alle Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es liegt nur einen kurzen Gehweg entfernt vom Strand!! Fast schon unmittelbar davor. Nyoman ist ein super Host und hat sich um alle Anliegen und Fragen meinerseits fürsorglich gekümmert. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft herzlichst.

A very understanding host

Ce séjour pourtant court restera longtemps dans nos pensées! La maison de Nyoman et Eny est a 50m de la plage. Cela permet très rapidement d’y accéder et de prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou encore l’apéro sur un des bars de la plage en regardant les vagues, les surfeurs, ou encore le coucher de soleil. Les chambres sont situées au premier étage et tout le rez de chaussé est dédié au spa tenu par Eny. Les soins sont de qualité et l’ensemble du personnel est très agréable! Nyoman nous a même aidé à trouver un professeur pour que nous puissions prendre un cours de surf! C’était inoubliable! Merci beaucoup Nyoman et Eny! 🙏🏼

This trip was memorable for me as this was my first solo trip, and Nyoman and his wife, Eny, made my travel feel enjoyable and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious. The staff always greeted me with a smile and was very accommodating. The spa they have is a must-go-to if you are staying with them. I felt like I was in heaven!! The location of this place was perfect! Only walking distance to the beach where I could find rows of cafes, warungs, and restaurants to visit and enjoy. Overall, I am very, very pleased and satisfied with my staying with Pak Nyoman, ibu Eny, and the staff. I am looking forward to coming back again in the near future.

Our satisfaction is beyond words. This accommodation right on the beach makes it possible to enjoy Bali to the fullest. The beautiful accommodation of a local family includes everything we love Bali for. An incredibly friendly and familiar culture and life only a few metres away from the beach. Every morning you start the day with the sound of the sea, incredible. the service and efforts are also worth mentioning, as the owners are immediately there for you with any problem and help where they can. As we were in Bali for several months, we also used other accommodations for short trips and were always very happy to be back. Even much more expensive accommodations were in no way comparable to this one. There are many more positive points to mention, but there is not a single negative one. We will never choose another accommodation in Bali and are already looking forward to seeing the accommodation, the location and the family again. Thank you!

We highly recommend this place. Everyone is is very friendly and the room is perfect. The location is perfect too, only a few steps to the beautiful beach and some warungs. But you can also use a kitchen nearby the rooms. There’s everything you need. We had many troubles with our flights but everyone helped us and tried the best we can calm down. When we’ll visit Bali again, we’re coming back. Thanks for everything.

This place is absolutely great! The staff are wonderful, the spa service is great, hanging out by the pool was lovely and the shared kitchen is good if you feel like making your own food. You can walk along the beach to Canggu if you’d like and surf a few different breaks within a 10-20 minute walk. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend!

We stayed in a lovely clean room above the owners spa. Even provided a discount on treatments for us! Also very quiet considering the beach is so close with all the bars and clubs. Would recommend staying here if you want to be close to the beach!

Excellent location with an amazing room. The ground floor has an awesome spa with awesome therapists. Nyoman is quick to respond to messages, and is very accommodating. Our flight was late in the evening, so Nyoman let us leave our bags first. He was also kind enough to let us use the spa’s shower even after we checked out. I highly recommend that anyone going to Bali stay here. You really can’t beat the location! If you walk along the beach, you will easily reach Double 6 Beach, and Seminyak Beach.

10/10 rating for Nyoman’s place! The best thing about this place would be its location - the beach is only a short walkway away! Along the beach is a whole stretch of restaurants & bars with more cafes & shops around the corner. Plenty of massage places & convenient stores around too. There’s also a beach club minutes away for the party animals! Great place to put up with plenty of options within walking distance & not having to travel (bad traffic in Bali). Despite what’s around, it’s not noisy as it is at the corner. Room & amenities were basic, but clean & bright. Host & his staff at the spa were very nice & helpful. Lastly, great value for money! Highly recommended!

If your wanting something more affordable and still close to everything this is the place. Right next to W and a good stroll down to potatoe head, mrs sippy on one side with eateries and bars all around so you always have places to eat definitely a great place to stay.
