Exploring New & Modern 3BR Villa, Self Checkin, Walk to Ubud left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of New & Modern 3BR Villa, Self Checkin, Walk to Ubud was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for New & Modern 3BR Villa, Self Checkin, Walk to Ubud painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

浴室的淋浴间是个很大的问题，水会溢出来，早上很早就有人用音响播放音乐，使用话筒喊话，不知道是哪里的声音，没有睡好！

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa Zen. L’emplacement était vraiment excellent avec possibilité de se promener à pieds dans un quartier très paisible avec beaucoup de locaux! Les restaurants proche du logement sont de très bonnes qualités. La villa en elle même était parfaite et nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et la pièce de vie aussi. Tous les équipements étaient bien présents. Le staff était adorable et venait tous les jours nettoyer et faire les lits. Dans l’idéal on aurait aimé un extérieur plus grand mais vu qu’on peut facilement sortir à pieds ce n’est pas forcément un problème. Vraiment nous recommandons à toutes les personnes souhaitant venir près d’Ubud! Nous avons regretté de ne pas rester plus longtemps!! Vraiment un coup de cœur.

We loved the villa and the location! It’s a quite area of Ubud, but still walking distance from the center. Many good restaurants and cafes right out the door. We loved our stay here, and certainly would recommend it!

We spent a couple of days at Zen Villas, and it was a wonderful experience. The villa itself is stunning, beautiful, modern, yet it feels warm and intimate. It is exceptionally well-located and proved to be absolutely ideal for a family traveling with a toddler. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to detail and the high standard of service. The housekeeping staff was highly attentive to our needs, ensuring the entire villa remained impeccably clean throughout our stay. Additionally, the hosts were fantastic, highly responsive and extremely accommodating to our requests. We loved every moment of our stay and cannot recommend it highly enough for families looking for a flawless, comfortable getaway in Ubud.

Very cozy and clean place to stay in Ubud. Great location, close to cafes and most spots, and the host is very helpful 💛

Our stay was great and enjoyable.. the villa is comfy and homey.. we like the design.. host was very responsive and helpful.. Amenities, toiletries, kitchen sets, are very complete, even they provide proper audio tools and big safety box.. We don’t need to bring your shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, they provide it (Sensatia).. Tea/coffee also provided.. Literally just bring body and clothes, they provide anything else.. Neighborhood is peaceful, and we can find some restaurants in a walking distance.. We hope they can solve the parking area soon since they have 2 villas 😊

Amazing location in a quiet walkable neighbourhood of Ubud with excellent restaurants and cafes. Villa is relatively new with high quality furniture, very comfortable beds and linens and fully equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Very nice house in a great location. It is new and nicely decorated. There is all you need in the house and if not, the host will help you immediately. They were very responsive and super helpful. One note: if you sensitive to the noise, the bedroom on the ground floor is a bit noisy because of the swimming pool machinery that is right next to it. We were two couples with kids and it was convenient that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We recommend this villa for your stay in beautiful Ubud!

I've stayed in A LOT of Bali Airbnbs, this one really stands out. It's not your basic vanilla villa. There are thoughtful touches galore. The bedrooms are all equally luxurious, felt like a decadent holiday hotel in the bedrooms, with a cozy and comfortable house to hang in. Eco touches like replaceable coffee pods. Beautiful toiletries, Aircon everywhere, but also fans. Sweet tv set up, super simple check in. I think it's the best 'hood in Ubud for walking to great cafes, evening music, fab dining. And so quick to get to central Ubud. I'd live here, in this villa!!!

We had a great stay! The place is new, so everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—convenient and close to everything we needed. Komang was very responsive and shared lots of helpful local recommendations, including an electric car rental, which was such a fun way to explore the outskirts of Ubud, visiting cafes and rice fields. The host really does try to think of all the details, making the stay even more enjoyable. There are just a few small things to refine, like ensuring extra water for the dispenser, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!
