Exploring Nusa Dua Beach | Aku | Dream Mezzanine left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Nusa Dua Beach | Aku | Dream Mezzanine was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Nusa Dua Beach | Aku | Dream Mezzanine painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
The property itself is good and has potential, but unfortunately we felt that it wasn’t maintained well cleanliness wise. The surfaces were very dusty and felt worn out, and the ceiling fans were super dusty as well. The surrounding area has construction which we didnt know about, so it was a bit annoying. And the water supply had been cut off once which was super inconvenient after coming back from the beach. The host did a good job trying to be proactive and suggest places and things for us to do, but didnt communicate to us the water issue when it did happen. Overall an okay stay for us, but definitely can be better.
A wonderful host couple and we felt safe and secure the space was beautifully decorated.

Хозяйка очень доброжелательная, прислала много рекомендации, ссылки на карту с точками достопримечательностей, ресторанов, нужных мест. Проводилась уборка виллы раз в 3 дня, что очень хорошо.

It was my first time in Bali with my partner and I’s birthday get away for few days. The place was peaceful and beautiful and the owner was pro-active and very helpful to us. I didn’t felt like a tourist, I felt like we’re just home. <3

Nini was a great host. She got us whatever we needed and was always available. Also let us check out late as we attended an event the night before our checkout and weren't able to wake up early. Loved our stay.
Yunita was very professional host! The villa is in wealthy area of Nusa Dua, the pool is amazing. A great value for money, definitely recommend 👌
I spent a week in Bali there and Yunita was very nice and reactive. The pool is a great addition and the mezzanine gives a cozy vibe. Definitely recommend !

Wir haben zu zweit das wunderbare Haus von Yunita besucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war wundervoll und der Pool direkt vor unseren Fenster ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin hat uns schon vor unserer Ankunft zahlreiche Empfehlungen für eine schöne Zeit auf der Halbinsel geschickt. Einige davon haben wir gern genutzt. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch der persönliche Kontakt vor Ort war wundervoll. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis. Vielen Dank.
Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Sie sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und ist einfach nur gemütlich, sauber und schön. Vor allem die Einrichtung ist zu erwähnen, da diese eine erholsame Atmosphäre schenkt. Der Gemeinschaftspool und der Außenbereich sind umgeben von sehr schönen Pflanzen und Blumen, die einen wunderschönen Ort schaffen und Ruhe bieten. Uns wurde es ermöglicht, früher einzuchecken und wir wurden sehr freundlich von Nini empfangen. Sie war sehr lieb, jeder Zeit erreichbar und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Hilfe. Wir empfehlen Nini und die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

Beautiful place and helpful host! Had a great stay in a quiet expat/local area in Nusa Dua. Nini was super responsive throughout our visit, even though she wasn’t there. Really appreciated the maps with recommendations, especially the one with the beaches. The place itself is spacious and beautifully furnished. It‘s got everything you need and feels really comfortable. Only small thing is that you can see it’s been up for a bit - there are some minor wear spots here and there and things like the water bottle could probably be refreshed. Nothing major, just little details that show it’s been hosting guests for some time. Overall really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.
We had a very pleasant stay at Yunita s place. I loved hanging out at the beautiful and tranquil pool area in the morning. The place is nicely decorated - with good eye for detail. Communication was the host was perfect - I would def recommend it.
Logement très joliment décoré et très agréable !! C’est vrai que la mezzanine fait son effet :) L’appartement est cocooning et très lumineux ! Nini a été génial de notre arrivée à notre départ, un super accueil, pleins de conseils et de bonnes adresses, très réactive et arrangeante !! Nous avons pu louer un scooter par son intermédiaire qui est arrivé directement au logement peu de temps après notre arrivée. Je recommande sincèrement cette adresse 🙏🏼
Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison durant ce séjour ! L’appartement est spacieux et très bien agencé, un vrai plaisir ! Yanita est très arrangeante et elle aide beaucoup : recommandations, très disponible au besoin. Merci pour ce super séjour et à la prochaine ! :)
From the very moment I saw the advertisement, I knew I wanted to stay here. It's an amazing place, quiet and peaceful. Everything you need to relax after long walks or intense surfing. There’s a massage parlor, laundry, shop, and everything else you might need in close proximity. And it's still very calm. Thank you, Nini! Coming back very soon!

Nini is the kindest person! I felt very cared for while there and knew if I needed anything at all she was there, which is nice as a solo traveler. I was there for work and had very long days but was always excited to get back to the space and I liked that it was removed a bit from the convention center/hotel beach scene. Thank you for all of your help, kindness, and love! See you in the dry season for fun that time! ❤️🙏🏽🙋♀️
Beautiful stay. Place exactly as described. Nini was the perfect host and the mezzanine is wonderful with everything you’ll need for your stay. From landing to leaving, Nini was incredibly responsive, warm and helpful.
Nini was a super friendly host, super proactive and aways responsive. The Airbnb is quite spacious and was in a peaceful neighborhood, though bear in mind that if you don’t use a motorbike or a car it’s far away formt he beachside. The garden was lovely, the swimming pool was super nice to have and I really enjoyed the view of all this green small jungle through the windows. Should you need anything Nini is aways there to help and support, her insights were quite helpful. The kitchen was also fully equipped should you want to prepare a meal 😊
What a amazing place. That house is built with a lot of heart and with care that you cannot imagine. We loved boho balinese style of whole place, we feel really comfortable and pleasantly during whole stay. House is really cosy it's true, but there is a lot of good things which help you staying. Long ceiling and beatiful canopy make upper floor really amazing for evening. Ideal for honeymoon <3 We also loved swimming pool which looks amazing, was amazing clear and using it was fun during night or even during evenings. We used our house to trips for Nusa Dua, Geger or Melasti beaches on eastern coast. Next we were going to beaches on western coast, but for western coast it far away and can be too long driving of scotter for a lot of people. Last thing which I want to mentioned is our host Nini, which is so cool and good person who spent whole her heart to that house so you have to feel there really good and comfortable.

Nini was a fantastic host! She communicates perfectly, is super kind and flexible, and helped me arrange a motorcycle rental directly at the villa. I'd recommend driving to make the most of your stay here, lots of places are a short 10-15min drive including beaches. The villa itself is super cozy, I used the kitchen to cook a few times and worked from the apartment, the wifi is also pretty reliable. There was daily cleaning from Vina, which also made the stay extra comfortable. Thank you for being my first stay in Bali!
Très beau logement proposé, hôte à l’écoute et très investi, que des bons points le logement 10/10 , hote 10/10 , le seul bémol est la piscine partagée pour 2/3 villas mais ce n’ai pas vraiment un soucis . Merci pour tous je recommande fort !!!!
Stay at Nini’s was perfect. It’s a very clean, cute and spacious place with helpful and friendly host. We were provided with great recommendations for scooter rental, money exchange point, lots of places to visit nearby. We are very thankful for a pleasant stay 🙂

Nini and Nuno were the best hosts! Their place is located in a very residential area so it was very peaceful. However there is currently ongoing construction across the road so bear this in mind if you’re a light sleeper! I arrived very late but they were there to greet me when I arrived and take me through all the necessities and anything I needed. They also provided some great recommendations for my stay! There aren’t many places walkable there as it’s a residential area, but it’s about 5 mins in a gojek or grab from some great places! Thanks so much for looking after me during my stay in Bali!

Nini really was the perfect host. She took care of everything, she organized a scooter, gave us useful tips for cafes, restaurants and beaches and made us feel so welcome. The appartment and the pool are really beautiful. It offers everything you need, including a working space and high speed internet. The place is decorated with love. She took care of everything and we enjoyed our stay. We are so happy that we chose this place and would come back any time! Nine and her friends were very welcoming. She was very proactive and even sent us a list with great restaurants/cafes/bars/beaches etc. which was very nice!! The house was great as well, you have everything you need :)

This Air bnb is a place to connect with nature, and with yourself. It's a place to remember why you travel in the first place. The place is comfortable and cozy, and we found that we rested deeply there. It has all the essentials we could need and those we never even knew we needed (like a handy water dispenser tap on the water jug provided). The best part is the garden, which is lovingly maintained, and contains a small jungle surrounding a swimming pool, big enough to swim some laps. I especially enjoyed watching a small pineapple grow during the duration of our 2 week stay. Nini and Nuno are more than just hosts, they are storytellers. They told us about many of their adventures and shared with us traditional Finnish pastries that they prepared for Christmas, which were delicious. They made us feel like friends, not as guests. Would highly recommend staying at their place, to experience something authentic, something with soul, something more Bali. You won’t regret it.
We had a wonderful stay at Nyoman’s place, which exceeded our expectations in every way. Nyoman was a gracious and attentive host who greeted us personally and gave us helpful tips on how to enjoy the area. The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a highlight, as it was always clean and refreshing. We also loved the sound system, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Nyoman’s place is better than any hotel we have stayed at, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect Airbnb experience.

It was a dream and the best place I have stayed in Bali so far in 2023! For me it was truly the perfect place to heal, expand my work and just be. Nini and Nunu, the owners, put so much love, thought and care into every single detail. I just felt so blessed in this quiet place where there was hardly anyone around. Tiny details I loved: Balian Water, bowl of fruit, homemade portuguese bread, dragonflies, squirrels, bats, wild cats, beautiful birds, little jungle around the pool and the lighting in the evening, palm view from my bed, so so much space, perfect internet connection to work and so much more... The time here was everything I had wished for and so much more. Thank you Nini and Nunu for all the love and gifts I received from you. With much love, Asina

Nini and Nuno are wonderful hosts, always responsive with great tips for trips or restaurants to eat at. The place looks exactly like in the photos, it is being cleaned everyday and feels peaceful, great for retreat or vacation for couples.
Everything is just perfect.
Right from the get-go, Nini was very responsive to all our queries. She even shared a comprehensive list of things we could do, places to go etc. When we were there, both Nini and her husband Nuno were so hospitable and immediately attended to us when some things came up even late at night. Their service was impeccable and we are very grateful.
Nini’s place is amazing and we highly recommend others to stay here. The place is very spacious with large space in the living room. We love the pool area and during the day you can sit outside to enjoy the sun. This place is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Nini is very helpful in providing guidance regarding how to get around and she recommended various shops/restaurants/beaches for us to visit. She’s also super responsive to questions/requests. We have really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back!
I had the most amazing experience - the apartment/studio was immaculate , unbelievably clean and the hosts were so welcoming and warm. I would 100% recommend staying here , the hosts give plenty suggestions on things to do - as well as convenient stores you may need (Shopping etc.). The apartment is in a well situated quite neighbourhood , with plenty of activities to do nearby! 10/10 !

Great place to stay, hosts communicate extremely well - offering recommendations of places to eat and experience which is great. We honestly used it as a place to sleep mainly as we are the kind of people to keep ourselves busy and active during the day - it was great nonetheless! Aircon is super cold which is great as we love a cold place to rest our heads in the Bali heat! We didn’t utilise the pool unfortunately as we really love the ocean and that’s where we find peace but it’s great that it is there! The Airbnb itself was super clean which is what my partner and I always look for - we are ocd and enjoy a clean space so that was fantastic! We had a nice welcome drink and a fruit basket prepared for us which was amazing. As a vegan I thoroughly enjoyed that touch and the fruit was delicious! Overall was a great experience and we highly recommend. If we were staying in Bali longer we would’ve definitely returned if time allowed. Thank you.

Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort nach der Ankunft wohl. Wir würden das Appartement auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

I am very glad that this is where I spent most of my trip. For me, it is important that the energy be soft and clean, which I found in this house. I really liked that this place is in a beautiful area where there are no tourists. But only 10 minutes by transport and you are already on the magical beach of Nusa Dua. You can get to many places. The owners are wonderful and bright people who do their job with love. highly recommend
The most amazing place to stay! Looked exactly like the pictures and the hosts are so sweet - a short drive to most places - also nice and quiet for when you just want to stay home by the pool. Everything was clean and tidy, and the cleaners did an amazing job everyday - the hosts recommended amazing places to go during our trip and helped us find easy ways around while we were there. They made us feel very much at home during our stay :)
Nini’s place was absolutely beautiful. So dreamy & such a vibe. Perfect place to relax. The pool was great for a cool morning dip or in the afternoon to catch some sun! So convenient having a desk to set up our laptop & screen on to work from. Super comfy bed & enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning in the cute kitchen with everything you need. Nini & Nuno were very welcoming from the moment we arrived, really helpful, communication was easy & recommendations they gave us were great. Hands down the best AirBnb I’ve stayed in. This townhouse is the best accommodation we’ve ever been! I love it so much! It’s really clean and nice inside, outside is a great pool for swimming and place for relaxing. Everything is like it’s shown on photos! There are all necessary things for living: kitchen with everything needed for cooking, good Wi-Fi, TV, table, sofa, bathroom, comfortable bed. The atmosphere is so lovely! You feel there like you are at home. And I appreciate that a lot:) Also the cleaning lady cleans the house every day, she is also really nice! Nini and Nuno are really hospitable! They told us about everything, and also shared recommendations for what to visit in Bali. All places that we’ve visited from this list are incredible, including cafes and restaurants. I will definitely come back to this place because I really like it!
I would definitely come back and stay again. Beautiful calm and relaxing oasis, lovely pool, and thoughtfully designed and styled with everything you need. Great wifi, AC, fans, whichever you prefer. Convenient central location for exploring Nusa Dua, Benoa and the Bukit in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Great for solo travellers or those needing a base to explore from. The hosts are exceptional. They think of everything and are so helpful and responsive, from the moment you make the booking. From advice on transport options to really helpful lists of places to eat and things to do. My best AirBNB experience so far.
5 Stars across the board! Nini and Nuno are the perfect hosts, always helpful, attentive, and gracious. The place itself was tastefully done, had all the amenities of home, and was in the perfect location to boot. Will definitely be back.

Great Stay! Due to unforeseen circumstances, this stay occurred with a last minute, after hours, booking and check in. The period of time from the first message with Ni to entering the apartment was 45 minutes which included a 15 min taxi ride which she arranged since I was in a dilemma. Communication – I sent Ni an urgent “contact host “message. She responded within minutes. While I understand Air BNB is a business to make money, I interpreted her quick response as someone trying to help me out as well - which proved correct. Throughout the stay, she always responded promptly. Accommodations - modern apartment, extremely comfortable bed, wonderful pool, nice kitchen, modern refrigerator, great aircon with ceiling fans, 1.5 baths, safety deposit box, and most importantly a feel good design/layout. For the cost for the room, this place is a good deal and 5 stars. Knowledge - Ni was able to provide info on inexpensive transport and food, verbally told me about the apartment info (wifi, kitchen items,etc) as well as had an organized, easy to read laminated paper with additional info for referencing. Staff - Lucy is trustworthy and polite. She was good at cleaning the apartment and helped arrange to have our laundry done. Location - quiet area, short car or scooter ride to busy areas, & for the adventurous you can walk to he 3-4 kilometers to get to the business district (Jalan Siligita) or 5 kilometers to the beach. (I preferred walking for exercise as well as stopping at local vendors for food and drinks.) Overall, this place is comfortable, quiet, safe and relaxing. I would recommend it to family and friends as well as book a stay here in the future.
We were very happy to live in this Mezzanine. There was very cozy, and really like a nest. It's a great lucky that we found such a cool place for our first 3 weeks in Bali. It had a positive effect on the first impression! Fabolous house with kind owners ❤️🔥
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Ninni und Nuno zu Gast und würden am liebsten für immer hier bleiben! Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön, eine eigene Maisonette Wohnung mit Bädern auf beiden Etagen, Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich mit offener Küche. Alles hier ist so stylisch und liebevoll designed. Die Gastgeber, zwei absolute Seelenmenschen die wir bereits nach unserer ersten Begegnung 2019 in unser Herz geschlossen haben und den Kontakt halten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen. Bukit bietet so viel Sehenswertes und ihr bekommt beim Check-in eine ausführliche Liste mit den besten Spots in der Umgebung. Besser geht es nicht!
We had the perfect stay! The space looks exactly like the pictures and Nini and Nuno were so thoughtful, friendly and always so responsive. We appreciate all the little touches that made our stay so convenient and comfortable. The apartment is in a safe neighbourhood and is a great base to explore the Nusa Dua and Uluwatu area if you can manage your own transport. Highly recommended!

Nini was really caring and a real lovely and kind person. The stay looks like in the pictures and it’s a very relaxing feeling there. It was quiet and we could rest after a long flight. The only thing that we did not liked so much was the bed, you could feel the springs through the mattress. She also welcomed us with a delicious welcome drink and the cleaning lady was really nice overall it was a wonderful apartment and you have everything you need in there :)
We had a great time here, the apartment is located in a very quite and peaceful neighbourhood, it is amazingly accessorised and cute, the house is very well equipped especially the kitchen with all the things you would need for an extended stay. Also do-not miss their amazing amazing lemonade that they serve, it’s one of the best in Bali….
Great apartment with a nice shared garden/pool. Hosted by the most wonderful hosts you'll find in Bali. Nini and Nuno will make you feel extremely welcome. We will definitely go back if we find ourselves in Uluwatu again next time we visit Bali.
