Exploring Océa Amed - beachfront private villa left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Océa Amed - beachfront private villa was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Abang plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Océa Amed - beachfront private villa painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The location is truly stunning with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The host was responsive & the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, the place is more like a glamping hut than a sealed home. Insects were prevalent indoors, especially after sunset when lights were on—mosquitoes, moths, ants, spiders, beetles, etc., kept coming in despite closed doors and windows(we later realized the roof soffit is open). As avid campers and hikers, we’re fine with bugs outdoors, but having to constantly swat around our faces, bugs landing in our drinks, & crawling on the couch & on us made relaxing impossible. We also spotted 2 large geckos(common in the tropics, we know) but found their droppings in the kitchen & living areas, which added to our discomfort. We had hoped to love it and stay the full booking, but it didn’t meet our needs for indoor comfort, so we relocated. Perfect for those totally okay with open-air tropical wildlife—less ideal if you prefer a bug-free interior.

Maison neuve vue superbe, proximité de la mer et des restaurants de bonne conception. Amed est très agréable et les gens accueillants. 2 chambres parfaites , bien agencées la 3eme est en décalage plus petite et au niveau inférieur de la maison sans possibilité de ventiler . Il manque du mobilier pour profiter de la terrasse à côté de la piscine .. transat par exemple. on est obligé de rentrer dans la maison pour s’assoir pas terrible en sortant de la piscine … petit bémol pas de petit déjeuner proposé.

Tout est propre et bien tenu, les employés sont serviables et la vue est exceptionnelle ! Seul hic c'est qu'ils devraient fermer les ouvertures sur l'extérieur car il y avait des lézards assez gros dans une des chambres et le salon ainsi que des moustiques dans les chambres a l'étage sans aucune protection donc on s'est fait piquer beaucoup. Sinon 100%

We had a lovely stay in Amed. The villa was beautiful and spacious, and Gustaaf arranged a great driver for our airport drop-off. He also gave us a heads-up to leave earlier because a local ceremony was expected to cause extra traffic, which we really appreciated. The group created for the stay was a great touch. The team helped us book massages, and we also had our first scuba diving experience with Euro-Dive Amed Bali. Sara was a fantastic instructor and made us feel very comfortable in the water. We’d highly recommend this villa and location for a stay in Bali!

This villa is absolutely amazing! It offers a beautiful ocean view and a perfect pool for relaxing. The location is quiet and situated close to a few restaurants. A big thanks to the host for arranging a car with a driver for us, he was incredibly nice and helpful. The villa has a partially open-air concept, so it's closely connected to nature. That comes with the presence of geckos, which you simply need to respect. Great experience, highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Empfehlung! 🌴🌊 Eine wunderschöne Villa direkt am Meer mit Infinity Pool – genauso, wie man sich eine Villa auf Bali vorstellt! 😍 Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war von Anfang an super und unkompliziert. Kurz vor unserer Ankunft wurde eine WA-Gruppe erstellt, über die wir jederzeit Fragen stellen konnten. Wir fragten zum Beispiel nach zwei Rollern – bei unserer Ankunft standen diese bereits vor der Villa bereit (ca. 4 € pro Tag). Auch bei der Organisation eines Taxis von Amed nach Sanur wurde uns sofort geholfen. Wir bekamen einen Kontakt, konnten alles über den Chat klären und hatten innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen zuverlässigen Fahrer. Die Villa selbst ist einfach ein Traum! Natürlich lagen im offenen Badezimmer mal ein paar Blätter – aber das gehört bei einem Badezimmer unter freiem Himmel einfach dazu und hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! ❤️

La villa est incroyable, la vue et la piscine coupent le souffle à votre arrivée. La vie depuis deux des chambres situées au niveau du salon et de la piscine est magnifique puis il y a une troisième chambre (que nous n'avons pas utilisé car deux couples) au niveau inférieur au a également une vue, mais moins époustouflant. La villa est bien équipée pour passer des vacances magnifiques, le restaurant Legong à côté de la villa est excellent et livre à domicile. On était trop tristes de partir.

הוילה מושלמת נראת בדיוק כמו בתמונות, זה היה חלומי לקום לנוף הים ובריכת האינפיניטי, הצוות היה מדהים עזר לנו בהכל, אם זה כביסה, עזרה עם אופנוע או כל דבר שביקשנו. החיסרון היחיד זה המרחק, הכביש באמד מלא בורות ויש חלק קצת מאתגר בדרך לוילה אבל אם רוצים את הנוף ולהישאר באזור הזה, זה שווה את זה. יש 2 מסעדות ממש טעימות צמוד לוילה שגם עושות משלוח לוילות עצמן אז בכלל נוח, וגם גישה ישירה לחוף הים .

Villa paisible avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan. Merci pour votre accueil. Nous recommandons. Petite point important, la villa est à 15-20 min du centre d’Amed. Parfait si on veut être au calme.

Séjour Exceptionnel à la villa Océa, vue à couper le souffle. Décoré avec beaucoup de soin et de détail. Accès à une plage privée où le snorkeling est possible. Le restaurant du dessus propose des petits déjeuners d’une qualité rare ! Nous avons adoré merci !

Magnifique vue et calme absolu

De villa en terras met zwembad zijn prachtig, van alles voorzien en het uitzicht adembenemend. Naast de villa loopt een trap naar het strand vanwaar je zo de zee in kan lopen om te snorkelen. Handig om te weten met (kleine) kinderen : de 2 slaapkamers liggen boven aan het zwembad, de 3e slaapkamer is beneden en alleen buitenom te bereiken. De villa ligt net iets buiten het levendige gedeelte van Amed. Daardoor natuurlijk erg rustig, er zijn genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt maar verder niet zo veel. Het is handig om eigen vervoer te hebben omdat Grab hier niet werkt. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Uno dei pochi casi in cui la realtà supera la raffigurazione! La casa è ancora più bella delle pur bellissime foto. Davvero spettacolare! Il salone e le camere hanno vetrate ampie che si affacciano direttamente sulla bellissima piscina a sfioro e sun panorama tropicale davvero mozzafiato! Non perdete tempo a cercare spiagge nei dintorni perchè quella sotto casa è senza dubbio la migliore e la meno affollata! Il personale è accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Partire è stato davvero un dispiacere per noi! Grazie!

Villa magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. Accueil et réactivité de l’équipe parfaite. Il y a un distributeur d’eau potable dans la villa, la climatisation et des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce. La plage, accessible par un escalier est adorable avec de beaux fonds marins à observer (possibilité de louer du matériel de snorkeling sur place). 3 restaurants accessibles à pied à moins de 5 minutes pour des repas variés à des prix très corrects. Ce serait à refaire, on reviendrait ici.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning cliffside villa in Amed. The views are simply breathtaking—you wake up to the sunrise, uninterrupted sea views and the sound of the ocean, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The infinity pool was definitely a highlight. It overlooks the sea and is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, enjoy a swim, or simply take in the incredible scenery. The villa itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a memorable stay. The kitchen was especially well appointed The peaceful location made it feel like a private retreat while still being close enough to explore Amed and its fantastic diving and local restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with spectacular views. We would happily return!

Staying at Ocea Amed Villa will be a truly memorable experience. The combination of the villa, the ocean, and the surrounding hills provides incredible comfort. The villa's interior is also stunning; three nights were not enough. Ocea Amed Villa will certainly be at the top of my list for future vacations to Bali.

What an absolutely phenomenal peaceful location. The villa is absolutely like the pictures, actually better in some ways, its more expansive and open. 2 rooms on the upper floor and one on the lower. Each room as an on-suite, the kitchen is pretty decently stocked with salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee. The fridge is also stocked with drinks (you pay for whatever you use). There is a mineral water dispenser which is very very helpful. The beds are comfy, the aircon works perfectly. The bathroom are open air (just the roof) and so sometimes there will be small geckos and tiny insects but it is really not an issue. There is a cleaning pan and duster which makes tidying up and removing bugs easy. The pool is wonderful and the view from every corner of the villa is gorgeous. The host was very quick to respond and the staff Mrs. Wayan and the others were very polite, discreet and responsive.. There is also direct beach access to a small but lovely black sand beach. lots of stairs!

我们在这里度过了非常难忘的两晚，我们其实是专门为了这个房子前往amed因为我们不潜水。事实上这个决定很好，他拥有令人难忘的风景，房子也十分漂亮！！然后非常感谢房东团队，让我们感受到十分暖心，我们第一天凌晨三点才到达，团队热心接待我们，而且我们有什么问题也快速回复我们积极解决。我们第二天想租摩托车闲逛，我带着我的妈妈和妹妹，没办法骑一辆车，但是老板真的非常热心！！！！骑车带着我的妈妈和妹妹去了日落点，真的很感动，本来我们都以为没办法前往了，真的很感谢他们。 在这个房子的生活很美好，早上能看到超级美丽的日出，在床上就可以看到美丽的大海，还有舒适的躺椅，我们洗过澡后，晚上躺着椅子上吹着海风，客厅的沙发很舒适，躺在上面，打开窗户吹着海风，十分惬意。卫生也很干净！尽管我们花了三小时前往但真的很值得！！

5 * 5 * 5 * This villa was incredible. Exactly like the photos! We enjoyed our stay very much. The food delivery to the villa was incredible, I'm still thinking about a burger I ordered. The view, superb!!! One tip is to take them up on their offer for a driver. We had a much more comfortable and speedy drive back to Seminyak using their driver. A stay to remember, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Ocea Amed. Watching the sunrises and sunsets from the villa over Lombok was particularly special. The villa is incredibly spacious and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and time in Amed which is a very laid back and special place.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Sagenhafte Aussicht und wirklich unglaublicher Service. Die Villa liegt etwas unterhalb auf einem Berg, sodass man einige Treppen hinunterlaufen muss, dass Service-Team hat bei An- und Abreise das komplette Gepäck abgenommen und in die Villa/ins Auto gebracht. Da mein Mann einen Bandscheibenvorfall hatte, war das wirklich gold wert. Auch ein Tagestaxi wurde innerhalb von Minuten mit minimaler Wartezeit organisiert. Nochmal zur Villa selbst, sie war sauber, alles wichtige war vorhanden, es gab sogar Mückennetze um die Betten, was ich sehr toll fand. Die Villa liegt nicht ganz im Zentrum, sodass man ca 15-20 Minuten mit dem Roller einplanen sollte, aber war für uns kein Problem. Die Aussicht und das Wellenrauschen haben das wieder ausgeglichen. 10/10 Punkten und große Empfehlung! Für den Preis eine der schönsten Unterkünfte die wir auf Bali hatten.

This villa was honestly one of the highlights of my Bali trip. The view over the ocean was absolutely breathtaking , I kept stopping throughout the day just to admire it again and again. The villa itself is stunning, peaceful and beautifully designed. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always giving great recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly. The staff was also very warm, attentive and caring during my stay. I truly felt lucky to experience a place this beautiful. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Amed! Das absolute Highlight war definitiv der Pool mit dem traumhaften Meerblick – einfach perfekt, um zu entspannen und den Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Die Atmosphäre in Amed ist ruhig und authentisch, ideal zum Abschalten. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this villa. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The villa itself is beautiful, with a real sense of privacy that made it feel like our own peaceful sanctuary. The beds were also super comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax. The location is the real highlight. Set in the quiet, laid-back area of Amed, it’s the perfect place to unwind while still being so well positioned. With direct access to snorkelling right at your doorstep, plus two fantastic restaurants, a spa, and a beach bar with daily happy hour all just steps away, it honestly couldn’t have been more convenient. It was truly the perfect place to rest and reset. We created some very special memories at Ocea and will absolutely be returning.

Beautiful place with exceptional amenities and an infinity pool that comes with direct ocean Amed' view. The place is walkable to a very delicious italian restaurant (Trattoria) that we couldn't expect would be available in Amed. The host is very responsive and communicative. Excellent worth of money.

This was by far one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed at, using AirBnb…and believe me, we’ve been to many. The views are simply stunning. What glorious sunrises! The infinity pool, the bed, the living space, outdoor bathroom…. I mean we’re at a loss for words! Great staff took such good care of us; restaurant recommendations; snorkel gear rental; scooter rides to town. We got to spend Nyepi in this perfect space to slow down; let the soul be smoothed. Highly highly recommend!!

Me and my three sisters had a 3 night stay on the way back from Australia. It was a beautiful place to stay the photo’s do not do it justice. Communication was excellent and they arranged drivers to collect us from the airport and the drivers were very friendly. Once we arrived Wayan and her team were super friendly. It was rainy season but Wayan arranged for some ladies to come to the villa to give us all massages which was great, the girls were lovely. Water dispenser which provided hot and cold water was a lovely touch and the fridge was stocked with drinks at a reasonable prices. We ate several times as the restaurant two minutes away called Trattoria Amed which was fantastic, the staff were absolutely lovely and food was great. Beds and bedding was also very high quality. The only thing is you do need to hire scooters or have a driver to get to any shops or nearby villages. Would highly recommend

Magnifique séjour Nous avons été très bien accueillies

确实是出乎意料的喜欢，每天醒来可以看到海景和日出，是很多其他地方体验不到的。适合纯度假，在这里待上几天，游游泳。里面的内饰跟图片上也没有任何区别，可以放下来。

We had a terrific stay and wished we had more time to enjoy the fantastic indoor/outdoor living, the infinity pool, and the VIEW! The host was very responsive and very helpful and truly worked hard to make sure we had the best time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The views are beautiful, and the space is clean and stylish. It's a little bit far out of town, but there are a number of good restaurant options within walking distance, and Wayan and the other house staff made sure we didn't want for anything. In fact, the staff was one of the great things about the place: super friendly and responsive, and they arranged meals, snorkeling, massages, and a scooter trip to the market and ATM. I read a few reviews complaining about the bugs so I was a little nervous but it was fine. We came from a five-star hotel and there were geckos and bugs there too so I don't know what people expect. The bedrooms are spacious and air-conditioned and the mosquito netting kept us comfortable at night. Also the beach only a short walk down the stairs is great for swimming and snorkeling. Overall a really great value.

Arrived at the place already greeted with such a beautiful scenery of the Amed’s Beach just from the parking lot of the villa, beautiful staircase, and garden are well maintained. Greeted by 3 staff that are ready to help our luggage and lead us to our villa, such lovely people also. The villa really met our expectations, absolutely stunning, everything was perfect. Couldn’t wait to come back again.

An incredible stay! The housekeeping service was fantastic—proactive and attentive, keeping the space spotless and fully stocked with fresh towels. The property itself is pure perfection and an excellent value. The ocean view, combined with the immaculate infinity pool, is stunning. I especially loved the natural lighting; the house is flooded with sunshine all day, creating a bright and energizing vibe. The location is wonderfully convenient, with great cafés and spas just a short walk away. This is a true steal! Highly recommend this stay.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft! Alles war perfekt und die Leute die vor Ort für uns zuständig sind sind immer verfügbar und helfen einem überall wo es nur geht. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, ich denke man sieht auf den Bildern genug. In echt sieht es noch besser aus ;)

This stunning sea view villa in Amed is a real gem, even more beautiful than in photos. It’s newly built and well-equipped, with superbly friendly and helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great villa in a less-known part of Bali. Everything here is perfect: the room arrangements, kitchen, living room and especially the pool. We often spot boats in the morning and the pool is equally beautiful in the rain. Just a short walk from the villa is a lovely beach. We’re giving it a perfect 10 and can’t wait to return.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus ist toll und die Aussicht ist der wahnsinn. Man ist dort für sich und sehr privat. Eigener Zugang zum kleinen Strandabschnitt ist vorhanden und durch Treppen leicht zugänglich. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Service für Unterstützung, Wünsche oder Taxi ist sehr sehr gut und hilfreich.

Na prawdę miły pobyt, dookoła raczej nie ma za wielu rzeczy. Jest to miejsce na totalny relaks przy morzu plaża była pusta podczas naszego wypadu. Domek bardzo urokliwy

From the moment we arrived to when we checked out we could not have asked for a better experience. The residence is beautiful and offers an exceptional setting, the accommodation was perfect. Waking up to watch the sunrise right from our bedroom was amazing! Having easy access to the beach for snorkeling was great. The management team was incredibly attentive and responsive, making everything seamless. A special thank you to Komang, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We will stay here again when we come back to Amed.

房间非常好，小朋友整天泡在泳池里玩。对面就是龙目岛，早上看火山日出很壮观。 在悬崖边，所以搬行李不是很方便，但是管家和工作人员会帮忙搬。 蚊子还是挺多的，但是也提供了蚊香和蚊帐，所以也没怎么被咬 艾湄湾整体交通很惊险，全是陡峭又窄的山路，酒店民宿也都是建在悬崖边，过来的话一定要租车或包车

Le logement est magnifique ! La piscine qui donne vue sur la mer est de toute beauté. La villa est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Néanmoins, nous aurions apprécié que le service sur place soit plus réactif (notamment suite aux plusieurs coupures de courant). Un prêt ou un prix arrangeant pour la location du matériel de snorkeling aurait été un vrai plus. Merci aux équipes qui nous ont accueilli dans ce havre de paix ! 🙏

La résidence est magnifique et offre un cadre exceptionnel, le logement était parfait, propre et les employés sont gentil et a l’écoute, ce fut une très bonne expérience.

We had a very nice stay at Gustaaf’s place Gustaaf was just the owner, so as everytime in this case, we never talked with him or with the co-owner We were taken care by Beni, who is not the person who usually takes care of the guests But Beni was really great, always kind and proactive. The accommodation was exactly as described, almost private beach since there are very few complexes in this area so if you are looking for peace, quiet, amazing vue and a more typical Bali than around tourist complexes, I recommend this accommodation Of course, the peaceful has a price: the road to access is a little bit hard but it seems it will be redone soon

This place is perfect. Exactly what we wanted for our holiday. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out we could not have asked for a better experience. The villa is spotlesslessy clean, the pool is beautiful and the views are hard to beat. Komang and his team do an amazing job to make you feel at home, always close by but never intrusive. Komang, quant à lui, a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour : réservation de taxis, organisation d’excursions,… toujours disponible et réactif, ce qui a rendu nos vacances tellement faciles et agréables. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Komang und sein Team waren immer erreichbar, haben uns Driver gebucht und Trips und Schnorchelausflüge organisiert. Die Villa war perfekt für uns 5 und die Lage fanden wir auch perfekt.

非常棒的体验，与图片上没有任何区别，甚至更加美丽。由于是第一次来巴厘岛，我们向房东询问了很多情况，房东都非常友好和迅速的回答了我们的问题。除此之外，管家非常细心的向我们介绍了房间的各种设施，我们到的时候已经非常晚了，他给我们提供了非常有用的信息。

Villa absolument incroyable! La plus belle villa que nous ayons fais à Bali pour notre famille de 5! La vue sur la mer est magnifique, on ne se lasse pas de la regarder c'est envoûtant! Les prestations du logement sont parfaites: beaux mobiliers, grand confort des lits et oreillers, salle de bain dedans/dehors si typique de Bali.. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Komang et son équipe et ils sont disponibles si besoin de quoique ce soit. Vous pouvez descendre à pied sur la plage en 2mn, restaurants à proximité parfait: warung locale, Trattoria italienne excellente (parfait petit déjeuner également : pancakes 👍) et environnement très paisible. Le logement n'est pas à proximité de la baie de Jemeluk qui esr le centre d'Amed(15 mn de voiture), il faut un chauffeur pour se déplacer mais à Bali ce n'est absolument pas un souci (et très peu cher) et le logement en vaut largement la peine! N'hésitez pas ce logement est une merveille 🤩

Pure class! Amazing villa, stunning views. Komang the manager was very helpful and easy going. The fridge being stocked with well-priced beer and soft drinks was much appreciated. Lovely location and good access to eateries

What an incredible place!! The views are amazing, and we loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. We had everything that we needed and more for our stay. Highly recommend!

Me and my brothers stayed here for three nights and we loved it. The check in was very smooth, the local manager helped us with laundry, scooters and great advice for restaurants nearby. The place itself was very beautiful, just like the pictures. One thing to note is that the location is a 15min scooter or 25 car ride outside Amed, and it was hard to keep mosquitos out of the bedrooms on the main floor. All in all we highly recommend this place!

Prachtige woning met een schitterend uitzicht op zee. Alles was super netjes en schoon. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en raden het iedereen aan om hier een keer naartoe te gaan. Een perfecte plek om tot rust te komen!

la villa est magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. komang,le concierge est très réactif et à l'écoute. les lits sont confortables. un peu éloigné du centre d'amed. il faut louer un scooter pour se déplacer mais komang peut aussi vous trouver un Taxi. nous avons passé un très bon séjour. je recommande

Villa magnifique !!! On en a pris plein les yeux avec la piscine à débordement vue sur mer. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. De beaux espaces et salles de bain très joliment agencées et décorées. Nous avons été accueilli par Mr Komang qui a été adorable. Toujours présent pour la moindre question. Location de scooter et même les taxis pour repartir de la villa Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour Nous recommandons vivement et nous y reviendrons lors d’un prochain passage par Ahmed

Logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et confortable. L’hôte était super réactif et attentionné. L’emplacement est idéal avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Un vrai havre de paix, je recommande à 100 % !

L’emplacement de la villa était juste impeccable avec une magnifique vue depuis la terrasse, les chambres et même la pièce à vivre. Je recommande fortement.

We stayed for 2 nights to enjoy Nyepi Day. The villa is brand new, a simple design that blends traditional and modern elements. Ocean view as far as the eye can see. The bed was very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The perfect spot and fully recomended place to stay in amed
