Exploring Ocean View Luxury Villa - Bingin Hills - Uluwatu left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Ocean View Luxury Villa - Bingin Hills - Uluwatu was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Ocean View Luxury Villa - Bingin Hills - Uluwatu painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Nice view and central location, but could have been cleaner.
Fantastisk og smuk villa - udsigten var magisk. Flot indretning og ren. Eneste ting som generede os var støjen fra den vej, som lå tæt på. Kan man se bort fra den, er det et paradis. Kommunikationen med Dewa og team var rigtig go - der lå en fin mappe med instruktioner og anbefalinger af restauranter og massagetilbud i det lokale område.
Place was amazing, clean and modern. I was there with some friends and the only thing was that in comparison with other villas we stayed, we did not had daily cleaning and the price was the highest between all the villas. I’ll suggest to anyone to go there anyways cause it’s beautiful
This place is amazing! It is everything you need: view, nice pool, space rooms, fully equipped kitchen, chill out areas, AC, central located. Host was responsive. We had a last minute booking and were missing a high chair. But the house is new and they didn’t had such request before. Same for the baby cot but the manager arranged one last minute. Note that if you stay with small kids (toddler) the rooms are connected via an outdoor corridor. We ended up using the garden furniture to block the way to the pool. Our son (4 years) sometimes wonder around the house at night looking for our room. Some optional fencing had be ideal but we didn’t know the situation. But in the end all good and we really enjoyed it. Ps. If you are worried about the outdoor corridor, don’t hesitate to book this house because it’s everything you look for. Just gogle in advance; Bali Bamboo Pool fence and have them come over to set up a temporary fence to avoid your kids entering the garden at night.
Such a lovely place to stay! Everything was really clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and would happily stay again!

Le logement est superbe, très bien décoré, avec un salon et des lits très grands et confortables. La piscine, la terrasse et la magnifique vue sur la mer rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. La maison est également entièrement équipée, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons eu un petit contretemps durant le séjour, mais la propriétaire a été très compréhensive et nous a remboursé une nuit en dédommagement. Elle était disponible à tout moment et nous a également accordé un départ tardif, ce qui nous a permis de prendre notre temps avant l’avion. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et son hôte !
Loved this Villa. It’s absolutely stunning and nice and private. Use grab to get around which was so easy. Would happily stay again such a stunning space to be in. Thank you for letting us stay here.
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war toll. Es sieht alles so aus wie auf den Fotos. Wunderschöne Einrichtung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Kiki hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet und uns bei der Organisation eines Fahrers und für Massagen in der Villa geholfen. Danke, es war alles perfekt. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Für Ruhesuchende ist eventuell die stark befahrene Straße ein Störfaktor. Man hört den Verkehr leider sehr gut. Check-in & out war unkompliziert. So wie man sich das wünscht! Wir haben vor allem die Privatsphäre sehr genossen und würden die Villa sofort wieder buchen!

This place is great. Good AC, great beds, good pillows. Quiet at night. Some of the best WiFi I’ve had while in Bali. And the view is better than the pictures. Definitely recommend staying here
We had a fantastic stay at Dewa and Kiki’s Airbnb. The place is gorgeous and pristine, has an amazing view, and is a short drive to many places in uluwatu. They were also very helpful and able to coordinate in house massages for us that were lovely. Thank you so much ❤️

Amazing view and very peaceful. It was great good cafes and shops nearby. The stairs are quite steep, but totally fine if you're fit. Highly recommend!
Awesome villa with everything you need. Would stay there again. There is some noise from the closest main road but that is everywhere in Bali.

An absolutely amazing stay! The villa was beautiful, quiet and had the most breath taking views of the ocean. Super close to everything but still peaceful and felt secluded with the forest surroundings. The beds were comfortable and the villa was absolutely spotless. 100% recommend.

Jaw dropping as soon as we walked in. The villa, the views, the pool, the rooms all 5 star, all amazing . This is one of those places that is a bike bike ride away 5 /9 mins tops from restaurants beaches and bars, whilst remaining that little bit out of the way to appreciate the views and lushness around you. Truly spectacular. Staff were also amazing , on hand but also discreet. we just had a ball Wish we were back there now 😀. thanks so much for having us xx Nicola and The Dunn's
В первую очередь хочу поблагодарить хозяев виллы за гостеприимство! Отдых был замечательным! Прекрасный вид, ухоженная территория, террасса, скма вилла были на высоте. Однако, хочу отметить несколько важных моментов. После Убуда на этой вилле было очень шумно, так как рядом с виллой проходит оживленная трасса, которая расположена в гору. И шум от проезжающих машин был очень сильным. Что мешало спать и отдыхать. Имейте ввиду, чтобы добраться до двери виллы вам придется спустившись вниз по крутой лестнице примерно на 2-3 этажа, что не очень удобно, если тяжелый багаж. В целом-хорошая вилла. 👍 Хорошо укомплектована для больших компаний. Очень много посуды, соль, перец, приправы, соусы-все необходимое было в нашем распоряжении. Кроме того, в холодильнике были напитки безалкогольные и алкогольные практически по цене магазина. Это было удобно. На вилле было очень чисто. Посуда, ковры, диван, стулья-безупречно. Было очень приятно получить в подарок от хозяев виллы Prosseco. В целом, все 👍
非常令人满意的民宿。每天都有阿姨来做清洁。出门grab很方便。三间客房，每一间都有独立卫生间+淋浴。其中最里面那个卫生间是双台盆+双淋浴。客厅是下沉式，很有设计感。正中间的岛台很适合跟朋友一起吃早餐做饭。空气炸锅，烤面包机，微波炉一应俱全。燃气灶可以放三个锅。隐藏式大垃圾桶很好的规避了味道和美观的问题。双开门冰箱很nice！我们在这里玩的很开心。天气好的时候，景色非常迷人，远处的印度洋很美。

We spent a wonderful 10 days at this villa, a quick ride to everything.. plus very good delivery food options. We loved Lola’s and Nourish. Exceptional villa, with excellent hosts. We even received a treat (special birthday scrolls from ‘Sinnamon’ bakery). Also, The NYE fireworks display was amazing from our villa. Thanks Kiki and team.. for such a wonderful stay over New Year’s week.

We had an amazing stay at this villa!!! Highly recommend, so close to everything but felt out of the busy areas. Looks more beautiful than the photos we were so excited when we arrived. The responsiveness of our host was amazing, and helped us book a private chef and replace our shower heads the same day after we noticed the pressure wasn’t great. Our cleaner was beautiful and did an amazing job.
Super nicely designed vila, perfect for hanging out with a group of friends. Also easy to rent scooters and explore uluwatu! Would highly recommend!
Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben: sehr sauber, gepflegt und einladend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage war ideal – zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu vielen schönen Cafés und Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing stay at the villa as a family of five — plenty of space for everyone to relax. The master suite was especially luxurious, and the kids loved spending time in the pool. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view each morning. As mentioned in other reviews, there are no footpaths, so Gojek is the easiest way to get around — which was super simple and convenient. We’d happily return!

Great property, nice view. And got everything that we wanted. Including there is washing and drying machine. Very handy. Also the host is very responsive to all of our needs with clear instruction how to reach the unit. Just a note that the unit is located by walking down stair and no lift access. Just need to be carefull when rainning and wet.
The host was amazing from the initial booking process right through to the end and was so attentive during our stay whenever we needed to communicate with them. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend staying at this villa!

The villa was amazing, it had gorgeous views and was super clean. Dewa was super helpful and the cleaner was lovely. The villa was just off the main road which meant it was nice and quiet, however wouldn’t recommend walking to the main strip as it’s quite hilly with no footpaths. The taxi/scooters are super easy to get so not being able to walk down wasn’t an issue.
We were definitely wowed when we walked in , I think the villa is better than the photos.. especially the view! Everything was lovely and clean, we really enjoyed our stay

Dewa’s place is an absolute treasure! I cannot express how beautiful this home is…the views are just stunning! The villa is bright and spacious, very clean and welcoming. Made came in every day to clean and she was very friendly, always happy to provide suggestions or chat to my family. Dewa was a great host, with recommendations on where to eat and which spas to visit. He also organised massages at the villa, which my family said were the best massages they had in Bali! Please do yourself a favour and book this place - it will be a highlight of your trip like it was ours.
The villa is absolutely beautiful. We had 4 of us stay and there was so much space. We loved the open pool area and views of the ocean. I’d highly recommend and we’ll be back when we’re in Ulu again.

The location of the villa was hidden in a quiet street but still central to the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu. The villa looked even better in person and the view was amazing! All rooms had a bathroom and had everything you need. We really enjoyed the living room space and kitchen. I have already recommended my friends to stay at this villa - one of a kind! Dewa was very helpful and even allowed us to check out later and there was even a cleaner that came everyday to clean the rooms.
The villa exceeded all expectations! Ideally located near the main strip, it offered breathtaking views and a modern, vibrant atmosphere that felt very luxurious. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and we appreciated being able to check in early as an exception when the previous guests checked out early, making this experience even better. Overall, it was an amazing getaway!
Beautiful and better than we expected. Just a few min outside of town and have beautiful view from almost everywhere from the house. I felt that they have thought of everything we need.
El alojamiento de Dewa era impresionante, habia unas vistas excepcionales. Por poner pegas, la zona no es peatonal (como casi toda la isla) y se oia un poco el ruido de los vehiculos. We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Very well located, 5-10 minutes by scooter from the main restaurants and shops. Our host was very kind and responsive to our various requests. We advise you to book scooters before you arrive to make sure you have some available.
Beautiful villa! I would highly recommend this villa for groups looking to stay in Uluwatu. Quiet location in the Bingin Hills but a short ride to all the restaurants and shops. Villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. We will be back!

We never wanted to leave! Our family had the most wonderful stay at Casa Allure. Dewa created a beautiful space with spectacular views, had a printed brochure with recommendations and the casa is just perfect! We rented scooters for our stay and had so much fun driving around for delicious meals in the area, surfing and enjoying beach time, the Kecak Dance at Uluwatu Temple and local market pop ups. It could not have been better. We also cooked a few meals in the house and it was perfectly set up for our family of 4. We would highly recommend this very special place!

Gorgeous home - more beautiful than the photos even show! All rooms are lovely and with a calm color palette - very relaxing. Dewa is extremely responsive and helpful - we never met but he's fabulous! The kitchen is the best stocked I've ever had at an Airbnb- it has containers for storage, wrap for food, pans, spices, olive oil - literally all you need! House is close to main road but far enough away it's very private. Outdoor shower at the pool, portable speaker, comfy furniture - truly a wonderful stay! Hope to go back and stay longer at this home. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories in Bali!!

Dewa’s place was incredible. It was better than the photos. We loved hanging out in the pool and on the patio. Private but still close to all the places in Uluwatu.
We enjoyed our stay Dewa’s villa, especially the breathtaking sunsets. However, be aware of a few bugs and a long staircase to the entrance as well as in the Vila. Overall, a satisfying stay with more pros than cons!

Amazing stay, made our trip to Uluwatu unforgettable! Beware, the villa is so amazing we rarely wanted to go out 😄 Coming from another villa nearby that was the same price and a big letdown, Dewa has surprised us with how accurate and perfect his villa is! I think even the photos don’t fully do it justice, it is truly remarkable and highly recommend for short and long term stays in Bali. Quite, peaceful, beautiful views, spectacular sense of design throughout all living areas, attentive host, feels brand new and makes you want to stay forever!

The property was beautiful and had an amazing view! We enjoyed the view every day by having morning breakfast and coffee outside with an expansive ocean view. The three rooms were all clean, large enough and had bathrooms of their own. Everyone slept well. It’s also built to a modern standard and has the creature comforts of the West — really good air conditioning, Netflix, USB C charging slots in the wall, dish washer etc. My only complaints are that access to it goes through very small roads which get backed up easily, but in exchange you get amazing restaurants nearby. The other is that it wasn’t clear from the descriptions and photos that you had to walk down several flights of stairs to get to the property, and my 76 year old father was on this trip, so this made it a lot scarier. 100% would stay again, but not with elderly guests.

Dewa, bedankt voor ons verblijf. Het was het eerste verblijf waarbij de woonkamer binnen was en dus ook airco had, dit was een verademing. Op het verblijf zelf is niks aan te merken. Het enige minpunt is, is dat er niet echt een supermarkt binnen loopafstand is. Verder hebben wij ons prima vermaakt!

Dewa’s home was absolutely amazing. There were 6 of us staying for 3 nights and it was unreal. The photos don’t do it justice, we were all in awe when we walked in. The place looks heaps better in person. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here. Close to restaurants, bars, the beach and the pool was so nice to relax. We loved our stay, thank you Dewa ☺️

This villa is paradise! We had the perfect 5 day stay here. Villa is beautiful, stunning interior and pool area - exactly as photographed. Just a ten minute drive from all of Uluwatu’s best spots but super peaceful and relaxing. Dewa was really helpful and responsive with organising our stay. Including putting us in touch with a chef (Buda) who prepared breakfast and lunch for us each day who was fantastic and we would also highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back again soon!
We had a beautiful stay with Dewa. I really can’t fault it. Location was peaceful, just on the edge of all the restaurants / cafe. It always felt like a sanctuary coming home after being out. The beds were so comfortable to sleep in , clean linen / towels etc. Beautiful open plan house , super easy , great flow and lovely comfortable feeling. I really can’t recommend highly enough. I am so looking forward to going back to stay. Finally , Dewa was so lovely . He was always so attentive and would go out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Any correspondence was answered immediately. A really lovely friendly man who honestly wanted our stay to be special. I would go back in a heartbeat . Thank you so much Dewa. You definitely contributed to making our stay one I will always remember .

it was a great experience. in reality the villa is even better than in the photo. the house is very clean, the pool is perfectly clean, the lawn is mowed. the house is located in an excellent area on a hill with wonderful sea views. 10 minutes drive to the best white beaches in bali, the best shops and restaurants. everything that is important for me in the house - a good mattress, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable pillows - everything was great. i asked for a lower pillow, the owner provided it the next day. In general, all communication with the owner was excellent. we quickly received answers to our questions, received the best recommendations.

We were the first guests at this villa, and we are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. The photos of the view don’t do the ad enough justice. Blue ocean views by day, and endless fishing boat lights lighting up the ocean like a city on the water by night. The villa is secluded, and you truly get the feeling that you are in a vacation paradise location with no neigbors around. There are international plugs already set up in all the rooms, we didn’t even need conversion plugs. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen and set up, was a great way for me and my family to be able to cook and enjoy a meal at home. Great place, great hosts and communication
