Exploring oceanfront beach house left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of oceanfront beach house was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Abang plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for oceanfront beach house painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Tout s’est très bien passé dans la Villa et le staff a été parfait et à l’écoute. Les services sont impeccables. La villa est superbe et très bien équipé rien à dire. Pamela a été très claire sur la tenue de travaux dans le voisinage et comme annoncé, aucunes nuisances n’ont été à déplorer. Le seul bémol très léger est le fait que la salle de bain soit très bruyante lors des nuits aux fortes rafales de vents.
Amazing villa and stunning surroundings. Pam and Putu were very responsive and friendly. This is - exactly as described - a real home, so do not expect a hotel vibe, but more to feel as guests. The current construction noise is a small factor for anyone who is not an early riser, but this again is as described and only temporary. Thank you Pam 🙏🏼
Excellent séjour à Amed. Le logement était conforme aux photos et à la description : propre, accès direct à la plage, piscine… La gestionnaire du logement nous a organisé de nombreuses activités et était toujours disponible. Enfin, le quartier est paisible avec quelques restaurants aux alentours.
We had a lovely stay in Amed. The villa is a short drive into the main street of Amed but far enough from the main road that traffic noise is not an issue at all. The outdoor area is a fantastic place to watch the ships & world pass by and to watch the sun rise in the morning. The Villa had a bit of charm to it and felt a bit more homely than some of the other accommodation we have stayed in across out 3 months in Bali. There are a couple of cafes a short walk away which are excellent (highly recommend Om cafe) and Pam, Putu and Komang were excellent communicators and very helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking for accommodation in Amed.

Waouh! La maison de Pam est magnifique, l’accueil admirable et la localisation juste à côté de la plage incroyable. Bref, un séjour qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires. La communication avec Pam et le reste du staff s’est très bien passée, tout est à recommander.
Loved the location and home, and Putu and team were excellent hosts for our family, helping us sort scooters and snorkels with ease.
Absolutely outstanding. The villa was so comfortable with the most gorgeous view, ocean to the front and Mt Agung at the back. The staff were wonderful and looked after us so well. We had 6 nights at the villa and didn't want to leave. There are local eateries within walking distance and when we needed a driver, one was made available to us. Amed was a great place to visit. Definitely a 10/10 for us. Cannot wait to return.

The villa and surrounds were gorgeous. The images capture the beauty of the house and garden. Putu was a lovely host providing us with information about anything we were looking for or wanted to do. We had a lovely complementary breakfast cooked by Komang and she ensured the villa was spotless each day. Wayan tended the garden and outdoor areas. These special touches added so much to the experience. Amed itself was lovely and a quiet spot amidst the hubbub of busier towns.
Feels like a real home. I slept very peacefully here. And you can't beat the location, right on the beach and just down the road from some local cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay in Amed! Pam’s house felt very clean and homey. We enjoyed our time outside and used the dining table and pool often. You can also climb over the wall to have direct access to the beach. You can easily walk to a few restaurants and a coffee shop. A motorbike would be ideal for anything farther — Putu, the property manager, was great and helped us rent one for the day and it was very fun. I highly recommend staying here your next time in Amed!
This home is perfect!!! The location is something dreams are made of. Everything is so beautifully decorated. Communication was replied to straight away and if anything needed done it was actioned so fast. Thank you so much.
The Villa was beautiful and overlooked the sea , it was just like the pictures and the garden was gorgeous. We felt right at home. The staff were all so warm and wonderful and helped to organise motorbikes for us and a private boat trip to snorkel and were so kind. It was a perfect location situated on a small quiet lane and even though there was construction next door it didn’t affect the environment and we never wanted to leave the property as it was so idyllic. The bedrooms were beautiful with lovely balcony’s upstairs and the kitchen well stocked with things left for us to use. It was a lovely stay.
We had an amazing stay at the villa – 5 out of 5! The place was beautiful, very comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for. The housekeeper was fantastic and so helpful, arranging things for us like scooter rental and snorkeling. Everything was smooth and easy, and we felt really well taken care of. We would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend this villa!
The villa is the perfect place to relax. Many cute cafes in walking distance. The housekeeper was lovely. We enjoyed her pancakes the first morning. Perfect place for couples traveling together with private spaces. Can’t wait to come back.
We had a great time at Pam’s house, the house and the garden are beautiful and the direct access to the beach is priceless. People working there are very nice and Putu is very helpful for everything we may need. We really enjoyed our stay!
The villa is right on the water and beautifully cared for- clean, and easy! We had a great stay, wish we had stayed longer. The only downside- there is construction next door and we were told it was stop at 5pm (on both nights we stayed they were working until 9.30pm), which was hard to get to sleep. After it finished it was quiet and peaceful, a beautiful place to stay with turtles playing in the ocean in front of the villa. Thank you for a great stay!
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour ! Le logement est conforme à la description, propre et très grand. La communication avec l’hôte a été très simple. A marée basse, nous avons pu nous baigner dans la mer au pied de la maison.

we absolutely loved our stay at Pam's place! The place is a real gem - wedged between Mt Agung behind and the black sand beach right in front of the house - the perfect place to base yourself for exploring Amed. Putu was on hand to help with anything we needed - definitely recommend the massages at the house which Putu arranged. we swam with turtles right out front. And there are plenty incredible restaurants all within walking distance / short drive. Absolutely recommend this house!
Fantastic villa in a great location with great service. We couldn’t have asked for more and I would highly recommend.
It was really a privilege to stay at this spacious villa. The garden was beautiful and the Balinese furniture and decor were wonderful. The local manager is extremely responsive (e.g., to arrange massages, a driver for day trips, or a fishing boat for snorkeling) and the property is tended daily by a housekeeper and gardener. While it's a short walk along the beach to Amed, we spent most of our time relaxing around the different spaces in the villa. You can't go wrong with this place, book it if you can!
We had a great few days staying here. The house is stunning and has a great garden with very easy access to the beach for snorkelling/swimming. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wir haben uns als 6 köpfige Familie sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, auch viele Extras (Yogamatten, Malsachen, poolspielzeug etc..)
It’s a perfect house for my family of 6. So many spaces in which to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bali. The decorating is fabulous. Thx Pam!!
We found a true piece of paradise at Pamela's. The house was even better than the photos and the location was so peaceful. The daybed overlooking the ocean became our favourite spot as well, the perfect way to enjoy a good book on a lazy afternoon. It was short walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops, including a delicious new cafe that opened while we were there. It was a fairly easy walk down the beach as well to the edge of town and some delicious warungs. Most importantly, the people who take care of Pamela's place were the absolute best. Komang made us the most delicious banana pancakes our first morning there, and kept the house immaculate during our stay. Putu was there for anything we needed, from transportation to massages at the villa. We had a forgetful morning the day we checked out, and Putu hopped on a scooter and literally chased our car down to make sure we got our belongings. Thank you Pamela and team for making our week in Amed the highlight.

Great place with pool and access to beach, a bit lack of parking for car, but could be parked near. Very nice kitchen with stove which is rare in Indonesia. Helpful staff. The construction nearby still ongoing unfortunately but since it was raining season it was not intense during rains. Overall it's great value and we were happy to stay there.

Beautifully furnished, spacious house with lovely garden and access to the sea. Everything was as described on the listings if not more luxurious. Sea views from the upstairs bedrooms were great. There is a building site next door, as we were kindly warned ahead of our booking, but that did not affect our stay much at all. Scooters are a must to see the local area and Putu arranged these for us right away. All the staff were very helpful and responsive. We loved the floating platform in the sea, swimmable from the beach in front of the house, plenty of beautiful fish there to see.
Le séjour dans la villa a été incroyable. Nous avons adoré la maison et l’accès direct à la mer. Un vrai havre de paix où on se sent comme chez soi. Le chantier à côté n’était pas bruyant du tout et nous avons pu rester tranquillement dans le jardin pour profiter de la maison. Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais une vraie maison. Le personnel qui vient plusieurs fois par jour (jardinier, entretien piscine et nettoyage) est vraiment sympathique. Les propriétaires et leur manager ont toujours été réactifs ! Nous aurions finalement rester plus longtemps dans cet incroyable lieu. Gros coup de cœur pour nous!
This place exudes so much love and respect for Balinese culture and its people. The house and especially the garden is absolutely stunning, filled with frangipanis, waterlilies, and bougainvilla. We looked forward to the gardener coming daily—it felt like being in a peaceful oasis. Komang was such a delight! She welcomed us with a beautiful breakfast on our first morning and offered paid breakfasts for the rest of our stay, which we happily enjoyed. The bed was incredibly big and super comfortable. Waking up early to see the daily morning offering was a serene experience we cherished. We appreciated the outdoor bathroom, as well as having a washing machine on hand. One evening, we had a minor issue with a fuse, but Komang and Putu were quick to come over and fix it—fantastic service! We highly recommend Suzy’s Café, just around the corner, where you can take a fun cooking class, and Wanwin Silver Jewelry for a great silver jewelry workshop experience. Highly recommend staying here!
Magnifique villa où nous avons séjourné en appréciant la disponibilité de la manager et de la jeune femme qui nous a préparé des petits déjeuners délicieux. La maison est très jolie et bien décorée avec un jardin superbe et bien entretenu le tout face à la mer. Idéale pour quelques jours de quiétude loin de l’agitation des villes balinaises. Merci pour cet accueil !

We loved staying at Pantai Rumah. The house, the decorations, the view, the breakfast of Komang. It was just all perfect! It has a great energy and that’s definitely because of the owners. Had a fantastic few days at the Villa. It’s a stunning property and we were very well looked after during our stay. Hard to say which view was the best, the volcano at the front or the ocean at the rear! Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely book again!
We had a fantastic stay at Pam’s place. We walked in the house and felt right at home. Everything about it was exceptional, including the staff. We especially loved having meals at the dining table and being in the outside spaces. The garden is beautiful, and the little hut overlooking the water a wonderful place to watch the sunrise from and while an afternoon away. Thank you, Pam, you were a wonderful host! And thank you to your warm and efficient staff- Putu, Komang and Wayan! 🙏🏼 We will hopefully visit again!

Mooie villa direct aan aan zee. Hele chille surf vibes. Zwembad groot genoeg om even af te koelen. Pamela gaf snel antwoord op vragen, maar Putu was de daadwerkelijke host ter plekke en regelende alles minutieus en super snel. Via haar hebben we alles kunnen regelen waaronder een fantastische kookcursus op locatie in de villa bij Susie van ‘Amed Balinese Cooking Class’, een absolute aanrader!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour la villa était magnifique et décorée avec beaucoup de goût! Tout était très propre. Putu était très réactive à toute demande que l’on pouvais faire et komang était d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme incroyable! Je recommande vivement cette magnifique villa!
We verbleven een lang weekend in het huis met 2 kleine kinderen. De communicatie was hartstikke goed, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het huis, de tuin en uitzicht zijn fantastisch! De inrichting van het huis voelde allemaal heel warm aan. Het is 20/25 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Enkele restaurants zijn echter al veel dichterbij te vinden. Er zit bijvoorbeeld een goed Italiaans restaurant op de hoek van de straat. Vanuit de tuin kun je zo de zee in. Mooie snorkelplekken vind je op 20 tot 30 minuten met de auto. Wij hebben een lang weekend genoten!

Absolute Empfehlung. Die Villa ist gut gelegen, direkt am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Es gibt jegliche Extras wie Yoga Matten und Frisbee Scheiben. Die Zimmer waren alle super gut! Einziges Manko ist die Dusche im Badezimmer, da läuft sehr wenig Wasser raus. Vielen Dank für diese atemberaubende Unterkunft. Für den Preis unschlagbar!
C’est une très belle maison que nous a proposée Pamela. La maison et le jardin sont particulièrement bien décorés. La proximité avec la plage et le lit de jardin avec vue sur l’océan donnent à la maison une atmosphère très relaxante.

Superbe maison au bord de la mer ! Spacieuse, joliment décorée, propre, calme et bien équipée. Une parenthèse enchantée à Amed. Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !
