Exploring Pool Villa- 1Bdr Between Seminyak & Canggu left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Pool Villa- 1Bdr Between Seminyak & Canggu was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Pool Villa- 1Bdr Between Seminyak & Canggu painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
처음에 도착하자마자 수영장 물도 매우 깨끗하고 숙소도 사진과 똑같고 에어컨도 잘 나오고 쾌적했습니다. 피오나도 매우 친절하고 환한 미소로 반겨줘서 기분이 좋았습니다. 3일을 있다 왔는데 수건을 안갈아줘서 3일 내내 똑같은 수건을 사용했고 두번째날은 청소하시는 분이 갑자기 아프셔서 청소를 안했습니다. 필요한게 있으면 말하라고 메시지가 오긴 했지만 늦게 확인했을뿐더러 기본적인 수건도 교체되지 않아서 찝찝했고 아픈건 어쩔수 없고 이해는 하지만 그래도 최소한의 청소가 이뤄졌다면 좋았지 않았을까 실망감이 들었습니다.
Very non responsive host. No one is at the apartment, property is managed by a lady who doesn’t stay there. In case of any issues, communication is a big problem and takes too long to be resolved. Otherwise, the property is spacious and clean. There could be fewer hangings on the wall
The accommodation is located in Kerobokan. Might not be the most convenient location if you want it to be in Seminyak. The average travelling time from accommodation to seminyak or most of the restaurants is around 20mins by car, not walking distance. The host is very helpful thoughout the whole check in process, there is someone waiting at the accommodation to pass you the key so there were no delay. She also recommended a driver (Mr. Bono) for airport transfer. I would recommend Mr. Bono if you need to travel around Bali 👍 One thing I didn’t like about the accommodation, there isn’t any street light on alley towards the accommodation, the walkway is in complete dark. In summary, the host and the team, including the driver are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any trouble checking in etc. The photo of the accommodation is same as the unit. The unit is clean.
Had a great stay in Kuta! The host was incredibly responsive and always ready to help, making the experience even smoother. The location is fantastic, with great surroundings and easy access to everything. The host also provided excellent recommendations and useful tips, which really helped in planning the itinerary better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay with a supportive host!
The property was in very good condition, just as shown in the pictures. Our host Fiona was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Fitri, the housekeeper, was particularly accommodating and kind. The security measures, such as the security gate and access code, provided us with a sense of safety during our stay. However, there were a few minor criticisms. The nights could get a bit hot and noisy. Additionally, guests who are afraid of dogs might encounter difficulties with the neighboring dogs. While these dogs are not aggressive, they do tend to bark when someone walks by. Overall, due to the good value for money, we would recommend this accommodation.
Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit tollem Pool zum abkühlen, inmitten der Einheimischen Nachbarn. Auch der Wasserspender war bei der Hitze sehr hilfreich. Das Personal und die Gastgeberin sind sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Unsere Restaurantempfelung ist ganz klar Watercress, welches 3 Gehminuten entfernt von der Unterkunft ist.
This place is in a great location. Conveniently located between Seminyak and Canggu. It has its provate pool and the amenities are new and the place is clean. Fiona and her staff for housekeeping are very friendly and responsive as well which is great. The place is a little on the smaller side. One suggestion is to have a desk to add a bit of surfaces. Overall satisfied with our stay! Thank you!
Good location if you are looking to be between Canggu and Seminyak. The villa looked exactly like the pictures, but I do wish it was cleaner. The floors was pretty dusty, toilet bowl wasn't clean and towels also had specks of things on it. Be warned that being a tropical country there'll be lots of mosquitoes around, however the toilet had a lot ants which was quite icky. I must say though that Fiona and Fitri were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We did inform them about the towels which they changed for us really quickly, but we figured there wasn't much to do about the rest of the issues - just unfortunate. Will be a better experience if the place was cleaner IMO!
Good place to stay...accessible to main happening spots yet secluded from the crowds. The place was neat and a lot of small things were thought of by Fiona in setting up this place. The only small drawback which can be subjective is that the lane this is situated in did not have any street light hence it was pretty dark at nights but it was barely 100 meters from the buzzing main road. Overall a good stay
Fiona was an amazing host, incredibly helpful and responsive. She was there to welcome us on the first day and ensured we settled down comfortably. The villa had everything we need and was nice for a short stay.
신축 건물이라 그런지 깨끗하고 깔끔해서 좋았어요 벌레도 거의 안보였구요 보안도 잘 되고 호스트 께서 같은 빌라에 머물고 계셔서 소통도 잘되고 좋아요. 다만 스미냑 메인 도로에선 거리가 멀어서 위치가 조금 애매했어요. 그 외엔 모두 만족이에요:(

We had such a great experience staying at this villa in Bali! The villa was beautiful, clean, and the perfect place to relax. Fiona was an amazing host and was always just a text away whenever we needed anything. Fitri, who looked after the villa, was also absolutely lovely and did an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. The service throughout our stay was unbelievable, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Fiona’s recommendations were all great, watercress was our favourite for breakfast each day! Everything is walkable and the provision of safe drinking water from a cooler means there’s just one less thing to worry about. All in all a perfect getaway- thank you for the late checkout!
love the space, the gate made us feel safe as well! we had early check in and late check out so really grateful for that as well! great location, walking distance to the gym and laundromat and other shops. not a busy street so i like that too! thanks fiona for the stay and for accommodating to our needs!
My 16 yo daughter & I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Villa 101. Fiona's comms were amazing regarding locating and checking in. Plus her recommendations of where to eat and how to get to the beach, etc. The spacious was gorgeous and perfect for rest but not far from shops, bars, etc. Fiona was very responsive when we had a question for her regarding her villa. Said villa is located down a lovely, quiet lane among local's houses. A 5 star stay. Thank-you, Fiona
Perfect stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured, in a great location close to bars and restaurants but still peaceful. Fiona was quick to reply and great to deal with. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!
Villa 111 was fantastic! We enjoyed everything the villa had to offer including the location which was walking distance to Batu Belig beach, cool shops and yummy restaurants. Clean space, very friendly cleaner who helped do my laundry, decent size fridge and functioning filtered water dispenser was great to use. It was hard for drivers to find the lane as it is nestled in between shops but give clear instructions and meet them out front of the villa and they will find you! Would recommend this villa to anyone who visits it feels just like home.

Very clean and tidy villa. Putri and Fiona were amazing. Worth the money. The villa is a short walking distance to petitenget Street and all amazing restaurants.

firstly, Fiona is without a doubt the best & most responsive Airbnb host I’ve ever been in contact with. She was always quick to help us if needed. her villa is absolutely beautiful and was so perfect for my partner & I. The place was so perfect presented. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience here. Situated only a short walk from strawberry fields (restaurant) & think pink (massage & beauty salon) this was the perfect location for our Seminyak leg of our bali trip. Fitri was so kind and welcoming to us and did an amazing job with the maintenance & cleanliness of the villa. the amenities here are perfect, comfortable bedding, amazing showers, quick and efficient air conditioning. this place is hands down a 5 star stay. we can’t wait to come back!!! book this asap!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cozy one bedroom apartment with a private pool and sun bathing deck on the border of Canngu and Seminyak. This is a wonderful indoor/outdoor space and perfect for a solo traveler or couple. It's tucked down a private alleyway so away from the noise, but also walkable along a main thoroughfare with restaurants, bars and massage houses. It's also a 5 min walk to the beach. Newly renovated, it has a large, airy bathroom with new fixtures and large sliding door to separate the outside from inside. Great AC and a lovely attentive host.
The villa was fantastic. The beach was in walking distance, there were plenty of places to eat, and it was private and relaxing. Would stay here again

De ruimte was geweldig: schoon, comfortabel en precies zoals verwacht. Het contact verliep snel en soepel, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte. Een speciaal bedankje voor Miss Fitri, die ons hartelijk heeft verwelkomd en onze kamer iedere dag prachtig schoon heeft gehouden. We voelden ons echt thuis dankzij haar zorg en vriendelijkheid!
Fiona was very responsive and gave very clear instructions on check in and provided recommendations for restaurants in the local area. I had a great time staying at this villa which was also very secure.
Fiona was an excellent host! Place was just as described, very clean and comfortable. Had option for daily cleaning by a local who was just lovely. My partner was unwell during our trip and Fiona linked us in with the doctor which saved our holiday. She also was very considerate, checking in to see if we were okay. Would definitely stay again

My stay at Villa 111 was great and surpassed my expectations. The villa was so clean and in a great location close to the beach. Fiona and Fitri were so friendly and always responsive and helpful. This will be one of my go-to places in Batu Belig for years to come.
We had a great time at Fiona's AirBnb. Perfect size and location for a couple looking to stay in Seminyak or Canggu surroundings. Everyone made our stay very easy and enjoyable!

Money changer , f45 gym , walking distance to beach with a really great place to eat! Love the added security with gate and door to suite making me feel safe during our stay. Super fast wifi! Fiona and her staff were very helpful and responsive. When my partner and I got Bali belly Fiona’s staff were happy to organise a Dr to come review us in the villa. The villa was exactly like the photos and made us feel at home. The villa was in a quiet stress but not far from main attractions and areas near by. Would definitely recommend Fiona’s villa to friends and family! :)

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. In der Gegend konnte man sich flexibel einen Roller ausleihen, sowie zu Fuß einkaufen oder Essen gehen. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Klima im Bad, die es auf Dauer sehr schwül gemacht hat und die dünne Bettdecke im Schlafzimmer. Letzteres haben wir angesprochen und direkt eine zweite Decke bekommen. Fitri war ebenfalls sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie hat versucht uns bei all unseren Wünschen zu helfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Amazing. We stayed here for three nights. It was the perfect location for exploring the south of the island with some excellent breakfast spots on the doorstep. The place was just as described with the bonus of a private pool. Our flight in was delayed a few hours meaning we didn’t arrive until midnight but bono and fitri who manage the property came and got us from the airport and waited up for us to settle us in. Great place !
Awesome place overall. Lots of restaurants and services available nearby. Fiona was a great host and responsive to our inquiries. We availed the airport pickup services offered, the driver, Bono is also knowledgeable about the spots and offers private tours to your liking. I recommend inquiring about this services first before booking your tours.
Absolutely loved our stay at this property. In the perfect location between Canggu and Seminyak on a peaceful laneway off the main road. Fiona was such a friendly host, messaging all the details and providing recommendations. Meet by the property manager late at night upon arrival for check in which was much appreciated. Highly recommend Bono the local driver who provides services to the guest for airport pickup/drop off and all other day trips you have planned, such a happy friendly guy. Highly recommend booking a stay with Fiona at Villa 111.

Honestly one of the most accommodating airbnbs I have ever experienced. Fiona was always available for communication and would promptly respond! Also, Fitri was such a lovely person and there for your convenience. Lastly, if you need a ride from and too anywhere you want to go their driver Bono was great! Everything about this place was perfect.
This listing felt like home! Had a TV and functional kitchen amenities. Working air conditioner and fan. The furniture was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was well maintained and daily room service was provided by the lovely Fitri. Sunscreen, wipes, bug repellent, tea and sachets of coffee were provided and was so thoughtful. Instructions for checkin and checkout were super clear. The walkpath to the villa can be a bit dark but there are sensor lights that flick on with movement. I’d still recommend bringing a torch but otherwise felt safe because the villa is located in a local neighbourhood. The location is perfect and is walkable to some places. Otherwise getting a grab/gojek to explore the centre of Seminyak was super easy from this location.
Fiona was really friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was clean and quiet and close to everything. The cleaning lady was super nice and helpful as well. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.
The villa was great in a central location to some beach clubs like Mari Beach Club and close to some great restaurants. The host Fiona was responsive and provided clear and easy details to check in and made checking in simple. nil issues and would happily stay again

Had a fabulous stay at Fiona’s place. Everything was clean and well kept. Location was great, everything is within a short scooter ride away. Fiona’s place is perfect. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, but not in a crazy busy area. She is a wonderful host and so willing to help with anything we needed. The villa is beautiful and private, and very clean. We had Bono pick us up from the airport and this made it very easy to get to the villa. Highly recommend staying here and Fiona is an amazing host.

Fiona’s villa was just what we needed - walkable (close to loads of restaurants, shopping/mini marts, and the beach), private, great pool, comfy bed, good AC, drinking water, and a super friendly and welcoming host. We were traveling with our 6 month old baby and were very comfortable there. Highly recommended!!

Such a beautiful villa with the best pool and sun exposure day round! We loved out stay and found that the location was a perfect distance from the bug beach clubs and party spots without being too overcrowded. Also, so close to a beach for a beautiful sunset watch ❤️ Fiona was so helpful and very responsive and Fitri the housekeeper was the sweetest, definitely recommend!
Honestly this place is the best stay for a couple. Always was in walking distance to a lot of places food, markets, tattoo parlours etc. I 100% would recommend Fiona to anyone wanting the best stay.

Fiona’s place is exactly as described. The location is great. Near the beach and amenities like mini marts, eateries and Pharmacy etc. Place is equipped with all you need. Also it’s not often you get not only him/her sinks but you’ll get him/her showers. Communication was great. Check in was a breeze too. Overall I’d recommend her place to anyone especially with the price you’re paying.
This is my second time staying at Fiona’s — everything was great once again. Great pool depth, comfortable bed with soft linen, clean bathroom with double showers and lovely toiletries (we especially love the body and hand soaps!), smart TV was a plus. Location was fantastic, quick walk to the beach, and great restaurants just 10-15 min walk… we loved it. Bono and Fitri were so friendly and helpful too, it was lovely meeting them. Fiona was very prompt and in all her communication. Thank you once again for offering such a pristine and cozy villa to your guests! We felt right at home, and rejuvenated for the work year ahead. Absolutely blown away by our stay! Was offered an airport pick up service and the driver Bono was superb, very friendly and had a few laughs, also available for any other pick ups you may need Fitri who came each day to clean the place was great, super friendly and approachable Location was great for a secluded getaway, lots of eating places nearby, beach close by as well, for shopping a bit of a walk but as we picked the stay for a private getaway was not a priority for us Will 100% recommend to anyone else and will stay again when needing another getaway! 10/10 great stay perfect host!
By far the best place I’ve ever stayed in Bali. I’d recommend it for any couple who wants to stay near the beach whilst also having your quiet own private space. 10/10 would recommend.
I would like to say how great Fiona and the team who work with her are. We opted for the pick up service with Bono as we landed really late and he was super helpful and welcoming. Fitri was also waiting for us to arrive and gave us a tour which we really appreciated as travelling really late at night to a new country can be overwhelming. Fitri always made sure we was happy and there if we needed anything. The Villa is exactly like the photos and it had all the amenities you could need. During our stay the Villa next door hosted a wedding, so we got to enjoy the transformation and see what was the side alley way turn into a beautiful wedding venue. We even got invited by Bono as it was a relative of his which was really kind. Only thing that would be an improvement is additional sun lounger and the bedside lights being fixed, other than that this was such a perfect way to start our trip in Bali and we would 1000% stay again Thank you Fiona and your amazing team x
Fiona’s Villa was immaculate and 100% as per photos. The very friendly locals that took care of us from arrival at airport to welcoming us at the villa was very hospitable. The villa was homely and had everything you needed for a relaxing time. The pool was a welcome escape from the heat, and the patio was a good place to cool off, while having a cold drink from the provided water dispenser, or playing card games (provided as well). The bedroom and lounge chairs were so comfortable in the evening and I found myself dozing off earlier than I would like! The bathroom has plenty of amenities and the double sinks make me feel like royalty. The villa is located in a quiet alley, few meters from the main road, and is very quiet at night, no loud bar music etc. it’s walkable to nearby dining options and about 10-15min drive (Grab) to Seminyak Village. All in all, a very relaxing stay and definitely a place should you crave tranquility and privacy. Terima Kasih Fiona and Team!!

An incredibly lovely stay. Right in the middle of the chaos yet somehow completely secluded, quiet and private. A really great location, so easy to get to everything. Everything was so easy from check in to check out, Fiona and Fitri were extremely helpful and our stay was the perfect end to our honeymoon. For both check in and check out, Fiona was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and then keep our bags in storage as our flight was delayed 6 hours! We highly recommend Fiona’s place and will absolutely be back!

Villa 111 was AMAZING! We throughly enjoyed our stay at Fiona’s gorgeous villa. Fiona was efficient and was always responsive with communication. Fiona has set up an incredible villa with everything you would need. Big shoutout to Fiona’s crew Fitri and Bono who were both incredible. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Bali.

Villa 111 was an excellent start to our Bali vacation, as the space itself was amazing & the staff was absolutely perfect. Right from the airport we were greeted by Bono - the driver & guide that Fiona had connected us with to bring us to Villa 111. To say that Bono was amazing is not enough - not only was he kind and expedient, but he was generous with advice of where to go, what food to try, and how to have a safe and fun time in Bali. Fitri greeted us at Villa 111 and gave us a tour of the space, and showed us where everything was. She would continue to be kind and generous throughout our stay, and was a welcome part of our morning. Upon our departure from Villa 111, we again utilized the services of Bono to get to our next location and he provided an amazing tour of Ubud (artists, coffee, cultural locations). Fiona has put together an amazing experience with Villa 111, accompanied by some truly wonderful people. If you want to do Bali right, choose Villa 111 with Fiona.
This villa was well situated, in a private area just off a main road. Bono and Fitri were great, and Bono also took us to our next destination at the end of our stay. We loved the pool and were able to sunbathe here for a good few hours in the middle of the day. Little details were appreciated, such as a Bluetooth speaker for music! The villa was a bit of a walk to a main area of good restaurants and bars, but generally 20-30 mins max. It would be easier to get around on a scooter. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here😊
Excellent all round. The villa is beautifully decorated and was spotless on arrival. It was then cleaned daily to a high standard by a friendly and attentive housekeeper. The location was great. Plenty of good places to eat in the immediate vicinity and you’re walking distance (or a Gojek) from anything else. Lots small details considered by the host and you really wanted for nothing. Little details like European sockets and umbrellas make you feel like the host cares about you having a seamless experience. The only thing that was slightly irritating is that there are several roosters tied up outside and they literally crow constantly from dawn to dust. It’s worth noting that this is kind of just a Bali thing and there’s a good chance you’ll encounter it elsewhere. Nothing the host can do about it really. As far as the place and host is concerned, 10/10 and great value.

The villa was superb and exactly as presented. Comfortable , stylish and relaxing. The host Fiona and her staff have Airbnb down to a fine art. Literally every detail had been thought of, right down to international electric adapters and umbrellas in case it rained. The communication and full process from check in to check out was very slick. We chose the airport pick up option which was also excellent, Bono the driver had excellent English and island knowledge so we also hired him for our day trips at a very reasonable price. This villa can be booked with total confidence and we would return in the future without a doubt.

Fiona's Villa war unsere erste Anlaufstelle auf Bali und wir waren total begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist so wunderschön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der vereinbarte Flughafentransfer hat einwandfrei funktioniert, trotz längerer Verspätung unsererseits. Der Pool ist super schön und für eine Abkühlung bestens geeignet. Trotz der nahegelegenen Straße war die Villa auch sehr ruhig und perfekt für unseren Start in die Flitterwochen. Schade, dass wir nur so kurz da waren. Gerne wieder.
This Airbnb was perfect! Felt very safe and private. Was super clean and such a good layout. Location was awesome, very short walk to the beach and very close drive to right into the heart of Seminyak. Would 100% come back again. Loved it!
We had a lovely time staying at Villa 111. Fiona was very responsive and helpful. Fitri was lovely and always on-hand to help. Bono was brilliant for transport. We continued to use his services after we had left. The villa itself was conveniently located. It was very clean and well equipped. An ideal bolt hole to explore the area from.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Fiona’s place. Conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood, it has a great cafe in the vicinity and is merely a short walk to the beach. The villa is well furnished and has all the necessities, and even includes universal power adaptors. Prior to checking in, Fiona contacted us and assisted with the airport transfer and check-in process. Her staff, Fitri and Bono, were also extremely responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend Fiona’s place if you’re looking to stay in Seminyak!
What an amazing host Fiona is! I had the best stay at the Villa. She was always so quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations or anything else I needed. The Villa is great with a large comfortable bed, air conditioning, tv, great bathroom and a great pool. The kitchen has all you needed and the Villa had a lot of great extras. It was so comfortable. There is a ton to do in the area, very easy to walk to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. Fiona’s guestbook was so helpful with all of this. Fitri the cleaner who came everyday is also so kind, helpful and made everything so perfect. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and would for sure stay again! Thank you so much Fiona for a wonderful stay! I had the best vacation and felt so comfortable and relaxed.

The villa was absolutely perfect! It was a lot more spacious than it appeared in the photos, the bed was super comfy, and the pool was wonderful! Fiona was an amazing host who took lots of patience and care in answering our queries. The villa is spotlessly clean, with all amenities provided! Super comfortable bed and quiet lounge area by the pool to come home to — the area is quiet and safe, and very comforting. The pool is small but deep enough for a nice swim/soak. The location is great — walkable to both Seminyak and Canggu, lots of great cafes and restaurants around! Ketut, our driver, was easy to communicate with and took us around very safely and joyfully. I really liked Villa 111. A great location between Seminyak and Canggu in a small laneway off the street. Lots of local restaurants and a very good French patisserie. The relatively compact space is well designed. A nice plunge pool area with a small kitchen combined with a good size bedroom with good AC. The bed is very comfortable. Good internet. Someone came to clean each day I was there. The pool was very clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Linens etc good quality. Fiona was very easy to communicate with. Friendly and warm. I would happily stay here again.
Gorgeous little oasis of peace in the chaotic Seminyak, was beautiful coming back home and lounging by the pool. Very close to everything you may need. Definitely recommend and will be back! Special thank you to Fiona for being such a great host!
Very beautiful villa in a peaceful location. Not far from the beach and restaurants, but away from noise and bustle. I enjoyed every minute been there. Fiona is very responsive and friendly host. Staying at the villa for our first visit to Bali was such a good way to start. Fiona is very warm and responsive and her lovely lady Handa came daily to do a clean and tidy for us ( and while there, topped up our complimentary snacks and coffee sachets as well as the big water bottle in the dispenser. ) The location down a little side street was within a walk of everything we could wish for, including a handy little market/shop where we bought some yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruit for breakfasts. Fionas guide book full of suggestions for her guests helps to narrow down the best spa to go to (Bening Spa is wonderful) from amongst the many surrounding this place, and a few restaurants and traditional eateries (warungs) to try. We tried quite a few and were never disappointed. Best of all was Fiona’s offer for her driver Bono to meet us at the airport and transfer us to our Villa. So helpful we have used his service for day trips as well.

Everything was so good. The villa is as clean and tidy as shown in the pictures. Moreover its really close to the market, everything was accessible so easily. The cost per night could have been reduced a bit. But it was a great experience staying in that villa.

Great place to stay at in Seminyak. The Airbnb is 5-7 minutes away from the hustle of Seminyak and Eat Street and falls in the way enroute Canggu. The host is amazing and really friendly. She communicated very well about all things necessary and the private pool is quite nice too. The place is a bit smaller than expected as there is no kitchen and living room space as such but the overall vibe is quite cute & cozy. Perfect for a couple. The cleaner comes every morning and does a great job making the Airbnb squeaky clean. Only negative perhaps is that the approach to the Airbnb at night is dingy and dark and it's better to exercise caution but it's not that much of an issue. There are scooter rentals, money changers and spas just right outside the lane. Overall, a great place to stay when in Seminyak. Kudos to Fiona too. Great, great host!

2 nights here were way too short for this villa. Everything is exactly as pictured. It is well-equipped with everything you would possibly need to pull off that "digital nomad" life in Bali! Fiona was prompt to respond and very kindly provided an additional chair upon request so both me and my partner could use the dining table to work during the day. Worth mentioning that an F45 studio is literally down the street, within 5 minutes - which is perfect for keeping up with a fitness routine while vacationing/workcationing :) Def will come back again! Our stay was AMAZING! Comfy bed and great private pool. Fiona was easy to contact if we needed assistance and had heaps of helpful tips during our trip. The private driver was great and was available for day trips at request. Felt very safe and secure the entire time and loved every minute. Lovely place in Canggu about a fifteen minute walk from the beach. The private pool is nice and the villa has lots of nice touches. There are some restaurants, motorbike rental, and tour agencies a short walk away. Highly recommend.
Wow! Truly an amazing stay! For me personally, it's the small things that count & Fiona went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Upon arrival, Fiona had prepared a box of ice blocks in the freezer, there was mosquito spray, instant coffee with milk and snacks. Fiona then sent us a Bali Guidebook with all the best spots to eat & drink, in the area and it did not disappoint! The villa is tucked away down a laneway so you feel like you are away from the bustle of the busy streets but it was also so close to everything. There were bikes that we borrowed and easily rode down to the beach (less than 700m away) to watch the sunset at the local beach bars. There was a cleaner than came every morning & she was LOVELY - she gave us some hot tips about where to go and what to do in Seminyak. Fiona also mentioned that she had a friend who could drive us up to Ubud for the day and we had the best day with him, exploring Bali from a locals perspective. We ate at a local restaurant and did some shopping around Ubud. He really made the trip a wonderful experience for us! Fiona was always available to help or answer questions when needed & the Villa was truly beautiful. Also, the King Bed in the Villa is SO comfortable! 10/10 for everything! We will be staying again on our next trip to Bali 🙂 Thank you Fiona!
The villa was at a perfect location. It was very near to the beach and at the same time it had very good restaurants around the area. She was a great host and easy to coordinate if ever you need anything.

The Airbnb was located in a central but quieter location which was perfect for us. There are 3 convenience stores just down the road and a laundry place as well. The villa was clean and well stocked with any essentials and luxuries provided by lovely Fiona. A cleaner also comes everyday during the week for the pool and house. The filtered water cooler was especially handy and Fiona even provided filtered ice cubes. The water pressure in the bathroom was good but keep in mind the villa uses a septic system (toilet paper needs to be chucked into a seperate bin). The bedsheets were luxurious and soft and the TV had Netflix. As someone who is prone to mosquito bites know that there is a slight gap in the door between the bedroom and outdoors that cannot be sealed however insecticide spray is provided. Fiona was a lovely host and answered all our queries promptly, even going out of her way to store our luggage for us after checkout. She also organised transport for us from our previous accommodation. Overall, I would highly recommend her place to anyone!

The dip in the pool is just awesome! Although there are other places you can go for a pool dip, it’s so cool to have it right outside your door and it’s private. When you go out to the main road and make a left, there’s a nice cafe about 3 minutes walk that is really good! Directly across the street is a sugar waxing place I need to that was great as well.

The plunge pool is also quite large and perfect for swimming night or day. Fitri was also really sweet and cleaned every day. We absolutely loved this place. Fiona was fantastic from start to finish. Every request I had was met with a helpful response within seconds. The villa is lovely, and is kept clean every day with a cleaner while we were out which was a great touch. The location is great being on the Canggu side of Seminyak making everything accessible. Internet worked well, the pool was nice, Bathroom modern and clean. Can’t fault anything! Thanks again Fiona, we wouldn’t hesitate to book this once more and come back.
Villa 111 is better than expected, it was located privately between Seminyak and Canggu (you got the best of both world). The villa is maintained and clean everyday, big outdoor/kitchen space with private pool, comfortable bed, tv and speaker ready, big shower room with two shower head (if you like to shower together with your S/O), and if you're tired after travelling don't worry there are free refreshment and snacks waiting for you. Fiona and husband are very friendly and accomodating, they answered all our questions and gave recommendation on what to do, where to eat, where to rent bike etc.. Fiona always give fast replies when you have questions and she also helped us arrange pick up and dropp off. Highly recommended Villa 111.

Fiona was an amazing host. She was very quick to respond (within minutes) when we had to reach out for something. Her place was just as amazing, with a nice outdoor space for chilling and swimming by the pool. The room had a super comfy bed where you would get a good night sleep. My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first two nights on a 16 day trip around Bali. Fiona made everything super easy from having a driver pick us up at the airport to greeting us when we got to the Villa and at checkout. The room itself is amazing! Clean, organized, comfortable, and homey. The surrounding neighborhood is fantastic, and easy to navigate. We enjoyed our walks to the beach, to breakfast and to our massage down the street. I used the pool every morning for a quick swim, which was fantastic. Fiona gave us recommendations for renting a moped and we ventured further out for cocktails etc. Would highly encourage people to stay here!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Bali. Super cute and modern - my kind of style. The place had everything you could want while on vacation; cute little kitchen with a sink, fridge and freezer with ice, drinks provided in the fridge, a water dispenser. The bed is comfy, room has lots of space, bathroom is large with double heads, good water pressure, lots of towel racks and counter space - which we loved. The outdoor space is amazing and large. Towel rack for wet clothes, awesome pool to lounge in, which is a lot deeper than it may look. The place is so close to the beach and restaurants, walking distance. Cleaning lady comes daily and is very sweet. Fiona is very quick to respond and is very helpful with providing a driver for your activities and fun. Bono was the BEST driver. He speaks English very well and provided so much information during our tours. We loved it. Fiona is an awesome host and we loved chatting with her during our stay.

It's a beautiful cozy villa for 2 in a great location which is close to everything Seminyak has to offer. It was very clean with a great pool and good WiFi. Fiona is a great host that replies quickly and can help you with anything you need including transfers to and from the airport. We would definitely recommend staying to our friends and we will be back again next time we come to Bali.
Fiona was a great host! She greeted us as we were checking in and gave us all the info we needed to know about the place. The villa was better than we expected. There was a lot of privacy, and the unit was very quiet, yet it was a very short walk (down the alley) to shops and restaurants. We toured Canggu and Seminyak on foot, stopped by some amazing restaurants and went swimming in the ocean which was very close by. There were also some very thoughtful and enjoyable amenities in the villa which made us feel right at home. Also, everything was very clean! 10/10 recommend!

The villa was amazing... a beautiful and stylishly decorated oasis in Seminyak. Close to some great cafes and a short walk the beach and some great beach bars. Fiona was superhost! She responded extremely quickly to all our enquiries. The accommodation was sparkling clean, modern with good quality finishes. It felt like home away from home. There was a water dispenser where we could access cold bottled water, good size fridge for us to store drinks and pre-made ice packed in a air tight container. Fiona orgniased a driver to take us to the villa and pretty much did everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. The villa is 10 mins walk to the beach and shops and restaurants is 1 min away. Great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend booking with Fiona. Lynda & Luke

Fiona was an excellent communicator-every time I had a question, I got a response within a half hour or less. The place is sparkling clean, it’s new, the private pool is deep enough to swim in (about two meters), and the place is well designed.
