The virtual preview of Pool Villa near Bali Pulina, Tis Coffe, & Cretya was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tegalalang plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Pool Villa near Bali Pulina, Tis Coffe, & Cretya painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Dit is een locatie die je moet leuk vinden. Allereerst; als je de tuin binnenkomt, voelt het alsof je in de jungle bent, maar dat is niet zo. Je bent nog steeds 20 meter verwijderd van een hoofdweg met veel verkeer vanaf 06.00 uur 's ochtends. Je kunt de plek betreden via een ingang direct vanaf de hoofdweg of via een ingang in het restaurantgedeelte waar de villa bijhoort (Warung d'Alas). Het enige jungle-effect dat je krijgt, is de vochtigheid, de slaapkamer is vochtig, ruikt ook vochtig. We hebben de slaapkamer boven niet gebruikt, maar ik denk dat het minder vochtig is, maar wel luidruchtiger. Daarnaast is de trap niet heel makkelijk als je met je slaperige hoofd naar beneden moet. De badkamer ligt achter de woning en daardoor is midden in de nacht naar het toilet gaan minder makkelijk. Het enige dat uitstekend is, is het personeel! Ze doen er echt alles aan om je tevreden te stellen en je verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken, vooral Citra is een superhost. Het ontbijt is goed.

Overall good stay at the villa Citra is a good host that answers all your needs and her personnel is very welcoming. Having restaurant next to the villa is a real advantage as view from there is beautiful... Restaurant a bit pricy but acceptable. Villa is average standard a bit rustic but good enough for short stay and base to visit beautiful Ubud.

Citra is a great host. She was present at the check in and made sure we were comfortable. She was quite responsive to our needs and was available over a message for almost everything. The place itself is located in the heart of Tegallalang, close to the rice terrace, Happy swing and Cretya Ubud. They serve good breakfast. Just a note that the living /dining room and toilets aren't connected to the main house in case that is a deal breaker for you.

We stayed at this airbnb for 3 nights. I want to start off by saying that Citra is an amazing host. She was super responsive during our entire stay, very warm, friendly and welcoming. The airbnb was clean and looked just like the pictures. This stay was also only an hour away from Mount Batur and 2 hours from Ulun Danu temple which was spectacular. We rented a grab taxi each day for 10 hours to do sightseeing and it was flexible considering we have 2 kids. There are a few things that can be improved, first was the food. The pancakes were great but the omelete and other breakfast items including coffee was mediocre. The pizza and spaghetti for dinner was good, but smoothie and curries were watered down quite a bit. I’d skip eating at the restaurant. Next, the staff was friendly but also came across somewhat nosey. They wanted to know where we were going, when we were coming etc which made us feel a little uncomfortable at times. A more private setting would have been perfect.

Det var fantastisk at få lov til at være private gæster i Citras villa. Helt unikt at villaen ligger lige op af Citras restaurant, med egen indgang imellem villa og restaurant, og restaurant med den mest spektakulære udsigt over rismarker. Vi havde nærmest restauranten for os selv morgen og aften, da det primært er et frokoststed, så vi følte at stedet var “vores”. Personalet er fantastisk, og Citra det sødeste menneske som er behjælpelig med alt. Skal man opleve Tegallalang og Ubud skal man sørge for transport, eller booke en tur. Vi bestilte en dagstur igennem Rbnb, hvor vi oplevede Abeskov, rismarker, elefantpark og kaffeplantage. Kan kun anbefale Citras villa og restaurant D’Alas.

We enjoyed our stay at Citras villa. It is within walking distance of the rice terraces which we enjoyed. There is a restaurant next door to the villa too which we had a few meals at, as well as the complimentary breakfast, which we very much enjoyed-looking out onto the lovely view. Citra also arranged transport for us with a lovely driver. Thank you for having us.

Nice villa with 2 bedrooms, an outdoor space and kitchen, next to the restaurant with great food selection and swings. However the place is a bit noisy from the road and the restaurant, and there were some bugs inside the house.

사진처럼 '정글 속 집'에서 숙박하며 자연과 동화되어 지낼 수 있음. 수영장도 깨끗하고, 청소도 깨끗이 해주나, '나는 정글에 적응하기 어렵다' 생각하면 어려운 집. 청소와 별도로, 나무집이라 개미들이 어디서든 발견됨. 바퀴벌레도 개미도, 온갖 날벌레들이 침실로 침투. 야외에 있는 거실은 그냥 벌레와 함께 밥도 먹고, 몸으로 기어 올라와 귀찮게 하면 손으로 잡아서 튕겨버려주는 용기가 필요함. 도시에서만 자란 딸아이는 내내 기겁을 하며 지냈고, 아들은 간지러우면 팔에 붙은 개미를 잡아 휙 던지고 밥도 먹고, 게임도 하는 적응력이 생김. 자연인 느낌을 살려 지낼 수 있다면, 여유롭고 색다른 발리를 편안하게 경험할 수 있는 숙소임. 또한, 호스트가 운영하는 멋지고 큰 식당을 경험할 수 있는 것은 이 숙소의 최대의 장점. 우리 숙소와 문 하나로 식당 D'alas와 연결되며, 아침식사는 고급 레스토랑에서 멋진 뷰를 바라보며 레스토랑에서 제공하는 식사를 하였음. 물론 우리 숙소에서 먹을 수도 있고, 수영장 물에 띄워서 먹을 수도 있음. 아침식사 뿐 아니라 모든 레스토랑 음식을 편안하게 주문해서 먹을 수 있음. 빌라 담당 매니저도 있지만, 문 열고 나가서 필요한 무언가를 부탁하면 레스토랑 직원들도 모두 우리의 호스트가 되어주며 하나같이 친절해서 숙박하는 동안 편안했음. 빌라 위치도 큰 길가에 있고, 충분한 주차공간이 갖추어져 있음. 숙소와 잘 꾸며진 고급 레스토랑을 동시에 경험해서 좋았음. 정글 속 생활이 어렵지 않다면 신비하고 즐거운 경험이 될 것임.

Citra made us feel like we are home!! Everyday our room was cleaned. Accommodation provided was 110%! She will help you achieve what your plans accordingly and will make it easy for you. Thank you Citra and all the staff for everything! I would go back here again.

Ich kann nicht in Worte fassen, wie schön dieser Aufenthalt gewesen ist. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir das sofort Gefühl, im Paradies angekommen zu sein, so wunderschön ist die Villa mit Garten und das riesige Dschungel-Paradies am angeschlossenen Restaurant. Wir haben gefühlt 1000 Fotos gemacht 😃 um diese Schönheit einzufangen. Citra ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, herzlich, super engagiert und 24 Stunden erreichbar. Sie hat uns kurzfristig einen wunderschönen Tagesausflug mit privatem Fahrer ganz nach unserer Vorstellung arrangiert. Ihr ganzes Team ist äußerst freundlich und der Service ist perfekt. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts hat Citra uns noch ein persönliches Geschenk zur Erinnerung gemacht. The most incredible place we had ever stayed at. You have private access from the main road, while the back of the property is next door from the absolutely breathtaking D’Alas restaurant. We were able to have room service, floating breakfast brought in for us along with cocktails. The host was beyond words can explain , she helped us find the best offers for the local attractions, she was always easy to reach and communicate with. She organised house keeping every day, had mosquito repellents for each room including the outdoor kitchen. The sheets were made of the highest quality cotton, the softest ever, way above hotel standards. The views from the D’Alas restaurant are magical, the staff is friendly with great English and the food is excellent. If you come to ubud you MUST stay here for at least a few nights.

We had an amazing stay! Great Host!!! Citra communicates so well that you wont have to worry at all! Great staff so freakin friendly!! And it just felt like a home away from home!! Food was yum! And the place is just pure beauty!!!

Happy happy in Bali! Umah D'Alas ist ein ein traumhafter Ort. Citra und ihr Team sind immer hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich. Citra hat uns immer geholfen. Buchung von Fahrern, Ausflugstipps und vieles mehr. Sie war immer für uns erreichbar. Der Service ist herausragend. Als wir eine Massage gemacht haben (in unserem traumhaft schönen privaten Garten) hat Citra mit den Kindern Canang Sari gebastelt. Die Kinder haben diese dann im Haustempel abgelegt - ein schöner uns spiritueller Moment. Haus, Garten, Pool - alles übertrifft in Realität die Fotos und Beschreibungen. Besonders schön: Früh und am Abend ist es extrem ruhig im Restaurant. Man kann die wunderschöne Umgebung genießen. Es gibt auch Schaukeln, welche schöner sind, als in den Reisterassen (inkl. Discount für Gäste). Zum Schluss gab es noch ein sehr persönliches Abschiedsgeschenk von Citra - Nochmal vielen Dank! Insgesamt ein wirklich wundervoller Aufenthalt, den Citra uns ihr Team besonders machen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ons verblijf bij Citra was echt bijzonder. De accommodatie is prachtig: een hutje midden in de natuur, waardoor je echt dat heerlijke buiten- en junglegevoel krijgt. Natuurlijk horen daar ook insecten bij je verblijft tenslotte midden in de natuur dus daar moet je wel op voorbereid zijn. Voor ons maakte dat juist deel uit van de ervaring.Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een prachtig bloemenbad dat speciaal voor ons was klaargemaakt. Zo ontzettend mooi en bijzonder! We voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment heel welkom. Citra was ontzettend vriendelijk en attent en checkte regelmatig of alles goed was en of we iets nodig hadden. Ook het floating breakfast was een hele leuke ervaring. We konden ervoor kiezen om dit in ons eigen kleine privézwembad te doen of in het grotere zwembad. Alles voelde heel persoonlijk. Citra kende ons bij naam en juist die kleine details maakten het verblijf extra speciaal.Als afsluiting kregen we ook nog een prachtig, persoonlijk cadeautje. Dankje , ontroerd !

Honestly, Umah D’Alas blew us away. The whole place is tucked right into the jungle, so as soon as you step in, it just feels super peaceful and chill. ​The food at the restaurant was spot on. Every single meal was delicious, and eating with those wide-open jungle views right in front of you never got old. ​The swimming situation was amazing: ​The Infinity Pool: The views over the canopy are just unreal. Perfect spot to kick back and take it all in. ​Our Private Pool: Having our own pool in the villa was absolute heaven. Nothing beats starting the day with a quiet morning swim in total privacy. ​The absolute best part of the stay was Citra, though. She was an incredible host and treated us so well. She even took the time to surprise me with a sweet birthday cake and some yummy snacks, which totally made my day. ​If you're heading to Tegalalang, do yourself a favor and book this place. Big thanks to Citra and the awesome team.

I can honestly say that Citra’s place is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. She is the most sincere and kind person. She makes you feel like you are staying at the Four Seasons Hotel. It’s all about the finer details. She and her staff have that in spades. I will be back and I am lucky I got to stay there with my family. This is a magical place!

Thanks to the amazing care of Citra and her team we had an absolutely unforgettable stay. We stayed for 6 nights with two adults and a toddler of 2,5 years old and it could not have been better. In the villa you have everything you need plus the perks of having a great restaurant literally next to your front door. Especially with having a toddler it was a huge plus to have the ability to get your food served from the restaurant in the villa. Citra thanks again for your endless hospitality and we will definitely be back!

Amazing host

Citra was an amazing host and my stay at Umah D’Alas was absolutely amazing. The Airbnb itself was stunning and unique with picture perfect views without the crowds, I loved the wooden house and gorgeous outdoor bathroom, but it was also so nice to have the amenities right there at D’Alas such as the restaurant, swing, etc. What stood out the most was how hospitable and helpful Citra was, as someone who often stays at luxury hotels, sometimes im weary of Airbnbs, but this stay felt 5 star to me and anything I needed Citra was extremely helpful with and attentive. Umah D’Alas is a true hidden gem in Bali.

I don't know where to begin with how amazing our stay at Citra's place was. We stayed in two of her villas in Ubud and both were gorgeous, proper tropical paradise. Citra and her team were so responsive and their hospitality was beyond words. We landed super late, and when we asked about airport transport she arranged a driver (Dewata) who knew the property, so it was stress-free. She even stayed up to welcome us with yummy drinks and crisps. The pool was dreamy and falling asleep to the sounds of the plants and insects was pure magic. Breakfast was included and so good we looked forward to it daily. Her restaurant was fantastic too, with discounts on food and the famous Bali swing. She arranged everything: tour drivers (Dewata and Denik, both so kind), in-house massages at great rates, help with bags, and a thoughtful gift at the end. I'm an anxious traveller, but Citra had usually sorted things before I'd even finished worrying. Can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much, Citra

This woman is one of a kind. So loving, treated me and my friend as family as soon as we arrived with our ride. And so so thoughtful with so many things.. I enjoy thinking of my stay there. Beautiful accomodation, comfortable and great hosts who are really kind. Views are spectacular and great breakfast choices. Had a late check in and was welcomed with drinks, nibbles and a petal bath from Citra. Always smiles from staff and left with a personalized coffee mug as momento of our stay. Highly recommend

We had such a fabulous stay at Citra’s place! It is a villa with a private pool attached to a beautiful restaurant looking over the rainforest with delicious breakfast and Balinese dinner. It was perfect for our family of 4 to use for a relax and a base to explore Ubud surrounds. And our every need was taken care of so well and we were made to feel right at home. My kids still talk about the delicious welcome drink. Thank you so much for a great stay.

It was beautiful and felt like a dream being here. The staff was very kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the place was overall beautiful. Of course there were bugs outside, it’s the jungle. But i had none in my room. It was the perfect stay!

De gehele omgeving, het restaurant en het resort was echt geweldig Ik zou daar voor altijd willen blijven wonen. Ook citra en hasr team deden er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken en de kok heeft ook mijn vrouw in de watten gelegd ondanks al haar allergieën. Het puntje op de I was een prachtige gepersonaliseerde foto mok bij het vertrek. Citra en het team nogmaals dank.

We loved EVERYTHING. Miss Citra could not be a nicer person. Everyone at the establishment was helpful and happy. If you need something, they will bring it asap. Someone was always there to greet us when we arrived home for the evening. The accommodations were clean and beautiful. Thank you miss Iluh! The floating breakfast is a must do. The food is outstanding. The porridge was my favorite. The welcome drink was so good, we got the recipe for it. I stayed in the upstairs room. The stairs are a bit steep, so those with balance or knee issues should stay in the downstairs bedroom. I liked that everything from the room to the outside full bathroom is covered, so I didn't get wet when having to make a trip during the rainy nights. Two doors down is a coffee place. It doesn't open until 9am, but it is worth the visit. Sit and have a cup of coffee or tea as the view is lovely. This is the place to stay! Don't hesitate, reserve now!

Our stay at Umah d alas was a magical experience with your own private pool . It was a perfect 5 nights with an excellent caring host Citra and her support staff. The place is well maintained with Citra making sure that her guests are well taken care for, be it special request like I did and asked for a surprise birthday message for my wife, Citra surely made it special. The breakfast was really good and lots of choices, plus with her restaurant Warung d alas right next to it, lunch and dinner became easy. There is the jungle swing as well as infinity pool to make use of. Everyone at the restaurant is polite and show genuine care for their guests. Citra definitely added peace of mind when she arranged for pickup from the airport to the villa plus and gave us a bit of a good insight into Balinese history and culture. We would love to return to this place in future. Thank you Citra for such great hospitality.

We had stayed in this Villa for 4 days and everything was perfect. The Villa is outstanding. I love how huge and clean the bathroom is. The pool is just perfect for a nice quick splash in the morning. I love how cooling it is at night, thus, we seldom use the aircon. I was also expecting a lot of mozzies and insects but I never had a single bite during my stay. Citra, the host, was very accommodating, kind and provided everything what we needed during our stay. I was also injured because of riding ATV and it was really kind of her to buy me medicine to the nearest pharmacy free-of-charge, that’s how she is and I can’t describe how grateful we are to have her as our host. Lastly, the food exceeded my expectations. Their Mee Goreng is a must try! I would definitely miss it when I go back. We will definitely go back Bali and stay here again! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you 🙏🏻

Citra went above and beyond as a host. We have never been greeted in such an amazing manner as she did in her beautiful villa. The location is outstanding. The convenience of her restaurant nearby made us feel at ease and relaxed, including the super friendly staff like happyhappy. The villa is a hidden gem, the garden is gorgeous, and the facilities are super comfortable. Citra prepared the bathtub with flowers prior to our stay and made sure we felt at home right away. We only stayed for 1 night because of our travel plans, but we wish we would have stayed for longer and we're definitely panning to come back. The house has everything you would ever need for multiple people with ample outdoor space, private pool, outdoor kitchen, balcony, and two very comfortable air conditioned rooms. We had a great time in Umah D'alas and highly recommend it for anyone, especially if you want to have a private space while still being connected to the vibrant Bali community.

Citra was there for us whenever we needed her. Exceeded our expectations every time. She is very likable, friendly and personable. The staff and everyone on the property were very kind to us and we felt welcomed the whole time. If you have any doubts whether or not to stay here, they will disappear immediately after you arrive to the property. It was a true paradise. Citra was the perfect host. The property was clean and as advertised. There were two bedrooms and two outdoor toilets, one of which felt like sitting in the middle of the jungle 😆 but that was an experience in itself! The rooms were cozy with aircons. One room was upstairs. The living area was outside along with pool with a kitchen and filtered water dispenser. The pool was nice and the pool breakfast we had during one of the days was excellent! Citra herself came to set it up and she was amazing with local guides, linking us with a reliable driver and helped in booking for Gecko tubing adventure! Walk to the terrace fields is only 10 mins away. Worth a visit there ofcourse The inhouse Alas Warung was nice with beautiful views, and a pool as well! You can have breakfast here as well. Lunch/Dinner can also be delivered to your room. Explore the property, get discount on the swing, with Bali Polina next door serving the Civek excreted beans (Lowak) specialty that I tried three times😆

We were so we'll looked after here. Citra and all the staff at D'Alas Warung treated us like friends. The little villa was set in a stunning tropical garden and they had even prepared a complimentary flower bath for us. We loved it!

Citra & her staff were extremely friendly, they went over & above to welcome us, assist with booking a couples massage, shared a welcome drink as well as a snack platter that was over & above. she allowed us to have an early check in as well! Everyone on the property were professional, and extremely friendly! I would 100% recommend the Dragon Bowl or French Toast for breakfast, they both were 10/10. We really enjoyed the flower tub she prepared in advance for us. The finishing touches of allowing us to leave our luggage at the desk while we ventured into town to tour the rice terrace. Citra even presented us with a thank you gift when we returned for our luggage! You will not regret staying here it was worth every penny! We will be back! THANK YOU!

Absolute best place to stay with an amazing host. Hospitality of this place was through the roof, which reflects the passion of Citra, the host. It ripples down to the complete staff of the place, from kitchen to housekeeping. Attention to details to take care of the guest comfort, I can only explain by example. During check-in, we were talking about things to do and local fruits. My wife mentioned if Mango Stem was in season, as she loves them. Next day morning, we had a full basket of Mango Stem. This is not just about taking care of Guest comfort, it goes way beyond that. Place looks better than photos. Perfact blend of Home Comfort with 5-Star resort service. Food is fantastic. Bali Swing, a must do here. Once again, I can't explain the depth of hospitality. You must visit to experience it.

Once again, we’d like to thank Citra and the staff at Umah D’Alas from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful stay we had there. Everything felt special from the moment we arrived and every detail showed how much care and love they put into this place. The food at the restaurant was delicious, varied and we appreciated the opportunity to have a pool breakfast and to use the Swing, without tourist hustle. BEST STAY BY FAR. If anybody’s looking for a stay in Bali, I am basically threatening you if you don’t stay at Umah d’alas Citra is the greatest host and she’ll spoil you with her hospitality. The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was that I had to check out eventually. The breakfast is Great The ambience, the swing, the villa are exceptional And the staff is so kind and ready to help you any moment. I cannot recommend this place enough guys.

This is the only stay that has exceeded our expectations both in terms of location and service in our trip. The home is inside a tropical paradise. The forest/rice field views from the restaurant are breathtaking. Citra and staff (Vintari & Iluh) were extremely accommodating, friendly and welcoming. They all were very responsive and went above & beyond to accommodate our requests. Our pool and rooms & bathrooms were cleaned every day. Even at 5 AM, Citra made sure to send us off in person and packed some breakfast for all of us. We will definitely come back here in our future trips.

Love love this beautiful home surrounded by beautiful flowers and tropical plants. We also love how we were welcomed with drinks and appetizers and desserts when we checked in. The host Citra is extremely friendly and helpful. The staffs were awesome. They went above and beyond to help. They even went out of their ways to go buy me a new set of sarong so I can wear to the Gate of Heaven temple. An added bonus, the home is right next to the rice field with the flying dress swings and many other photo op. To top it off, Citra sent us home with 2 great souvenirs. I would definitely highly recommend this paradise if you’re coming to Ubud.

This was our favorite spot on our trip to Bali. We could have skipped other places and stayed here the whole time. The staff were amazing. It felt private yet accessible with the resturant and other activities right outside the door. The amenities were top notch. We loved the breakfast they served us every morning in our common area. The checkin process was great. She went over everything. They had a flower bath waiting for us which was unexpected. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom was amazing. we wanted to stay several more days. we've stayed at many airbnbs but this one has to be one of the best. highly recommend it won't disappoint.

Citra is experienced and amazing host! We had a pleasure meeting her in person - she was very warm, welcoming and gave us tips for surrounding area and things worth visiting. D’alas is great one stop for multiple things: excellent food at D’alas warung, great staff - perfect English, helpful, responsive, you have Bali Swing in the area with great staff and beautiful dresses to rent for an amazing photos/videos, staff knows the best angles and they look really professional in such a short amount of time. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking, there is a shared infinity pool - great for a photoshoot. Walkable distance there are multiple great rice terraces for a visit (Mupu was our favorite). Villa is like from a dream with bednets, stone bath, outside shower, private pool and quite big area to relax.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! What a beautiful place with wonderful surroundings! Citra is AMAZING and had welcome drink and food for us. The restaurant food was delicious and all the staff were wonderful!!

Citra and her team super warm and welcoming and feel like being spoiled at her place. She created an impressive welcome phrase on our bed for our honey moon via using the local leaf and also provided a flower tub upon our arrival. Cintra was an incredible hostess who welcomed us so kindly to her beautiful paradise up in the Tegellalang rice terraces 🌾 After being welcomed into our own private villa (off of the stunning D’alas restaurant with gardens and an infinity pool) we walked through the most beautiful private garden and we were then brought welcome drinks and a traditional Indonesian welcome meal! Cintra was full of local recommendations and truly the kindest, most caring host I’ve ever had. You have access to your own rice terraces, Bali swing, infinity pool, amazing warung restaurant all on the same site. There’s so much to see in gorgeous Tegellelang we wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!! Xx

I just want to start by thanking Citra for her wonderful hospitality. We arrived late but she was there to personally welcome us and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed at the start of our trip to bali and the bar was set very high. The villas were in a beautiful location and we wouldn't have asked for more. We stayed with our 2 children and they loved exploring the property, a favourite was the infinity pooland bali swing. We were sad to leave as we had a wonderful time and Citra personally said goodbye to us and gave us a parting gift. Definitely momories we will cherish.

Our stay here for our honeymoon was incredible. It was so cool and private. We enjoyed the Bali swing and also the floating breakfast and flower petal bath. Everything about the stay was amazing. The drinks and food were also very good. The dragon fruit smoothie bowl was our favorite and also the spring rolls. We walked to the luwack coffee next door and it was so yummy! We will be coming back from the USA to visit this place again. Thank you!

During our Ubud stay, we looked for a place that felt the most like Ubud — in touch with nature, secluded and peaceful. That was Citra’s villa. We experienced what Ubud had to offer as first time tourists in the area. The villa was even more beautiful than the photos and Citra made the stay as comfortable as possible. She was always responsive and accommodated our needs as requested. We had an early morning for a booked trip and needed breakfast earlier. Citra allowed us to have breakfast early, even before the restaurant opening hours. The villa also had all our possible needs, from towels, mosquito repellent (lotion and spray), shampoo, conditioner and even earplugs (for the nature sounds but honestly didn’t need it, the sound of nature was the perfect way to fall asleep). We even had a flower bath set up for us upon arrival. Check in and check out was smooth, we definitely will come back!

We went here to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday, and Citra did everything to make my mom's birthday special. She handed her a gift, served our floating breakfast, prepared a flower bath, and even sang happy birthday for my mother. I'm beyond grateful for her genuine service. we got way more than what we paid for. we were even welcomed with food and drinks the convenience of the place having its own restaurant, baliswing, and being near the ceking rice terraces is a plus. we will never forget the day we stayed there. and we will definitely go back! best airbnb we ever had!

This was the most amazing place my friend and I have ever stayed at! Great food, wonderful service, beautiful scenery, nearby walking distance from rice terraces and good restaurants (but hard to leave d’Alas as there is a beautiful rice terrace view right there with the best food next door to the Airbnb). Everything about this place was magical. Host was very hospitable and helpful in arranging a great local taxi driver.

This is THE TOP Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Yes, the lodging is stunning, the location is great ( short walk to rice terrace hike), the private and public pools were amazing, the restaurant was great, the floating breakfast was exceptional, and the swing was way better than the big touristy one, but the thing that blew us away was Citra’s hospitality. Citra was such a lovely lady and personally welcomed us when we arrived. She was always there on the phone if we had a question and even helped us to organise a trip to the Elephant park. We spent our Honeymoon there and Citra made it her priority to make it a memorable one. Citra greeted us and escorted us into the villa personally and gave us a grand tour of the property. The host was so proactive… She helped me arrange transport from the airport, met me at the door and explained the history of the location, and arranged a massage for me (best one I’ve had in Bali!). Dewata was my driver, he even helped me get around Bali for the next stops on my trip. Of course the food was very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt right at home. Where do I start ! … I literally have nothing bad to say at all!. We were welcomed in the car parking area where are bags were taken directly to our villa. Citra welcomed us on arrival and explained the gardens and grounds and showed us all the different plants . She sat us down in the restaurant and then brought out a cold drink and beautiful canopies that were delicious. We had arrived early but only sat for a short while before our room was ready… we checked in early. The villa was incredible and attention to detail was so special I actually cried. Flowers in the bath, flowers and chocolate on our bed, beautiful designs with the towels it was breath taking. Citra had also made sure we had electric mosquito plug in too. Communication was amazing , we had her direct what’s app number so we could order any food or drinks to be brought to our villa. Food and drinks were delicious , the staff were super polite and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone. Love it

What an amazing place. From when I booked the airbnb, Citra was so fast in responding, very friendly and accommodating. Everything that the airbnb described was exactly what you get, even the photos were spot on. You won't be disappointed. The first thing we did as soon as we checked in was the swing - amazing photos and videos and plus you get 25 percent off!! Much affordable than the other "swing" places. We also had the floating breakfast and basically had the entire swimming pool overlooking the beautiful lush greenery scene to ourselves. It was beautiful. Conveniently located to Cretya Ubud, rice fields, and many more. Definitely recommend. And the final touch - Citra gave us souvenir mug with our personalised photo on it!!

Amazing place to stay, out of the world experience. Hearty Thanks to Ms. Citra and all her staff members who were so caring in each and every thing they did for us, there were so many minute things they cared about, I can't even count right from Welcoming us, showing the villa and explaining all the details, welcome drink and snacks, outstanding room decoration, etc.. Property in itself is so amazing that we wanted to stay few days more there. Infinity pool, Breakfast basket serving in the pool.. The place is really nice, it’s peaceful and perfect for relaxation. There’s a lot of things you can do there, watch netflix, you can also cook your own food, picture taking, if you love eating they have restaurants that serves delicious food weather you’re local or foreigner, the villa has swimming pool too yet I recommend to try the restaurant’s swimming pool it’s really breathtaking. If you are a nature lover you’ll be satisfied to stay here. And lastly the staff there are very friendly and accommodating too.

This is the most beautiful villa we have stayed in our Bali trip! The space was beautiful, well furnished and very romantic. The nature was breathtaking. The staff were very kind and very accommodating. I cant recommend it enough!

There are not enough words to describe this place! The Villa was beautifully situated in privacy from the rest of the public areas on the property. The outdoor washroom was a wonderful experience. Citra provided all the required amenities (filtered water, kitchen, etc) and protection against mosquitos. The view is lovely and peaceful. The whole property is available to our use in peace before the lunch time rush. Citra was so kind to provide a warm welcome and smiling face along with a welcome drink and delicious food. All the support staff were friendly as well. Citra was responsive and answered all our questions/concerns.

We stayed at Citra’s place for two nights, and it was easily one of our most enjoyable stays ever. The place was beautiful, and the complimentary food was both delicious and offered at an amazing price. One night, we accidentally got locked out late, but Citra was incredibly responsive and helped us get back in quickly despite the hour. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially when serving us food. After long days of sightseeing, it was so relaxing to return to such a welcoming environment with great meals waiting for us. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Great location, slightly outside of central Ubud. No traffic congestion, making our journey much smoother when we travel out from our accommodation. Love the serene and peaceful home, amidst the nature ❤️ perfect for family with young kids like us! Citra and friends went above and beyond to make me feel soo special as I celebrated my birthday. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons and a birthday message in leaves. Expertly folded decorative towels. The outdoor bathroom was an oasis, the granite tub was huge, I enjoyed an amazing flower bath!! The outdoor eating space was unique! There is also an onsite restaurant that hosts views of the adjoined rice terraces. Many ornate walkways to explore the property, they even have pools and the popular swinging activity. This stay was another highlight of my trip to Bali.

This was by far the best experience we have ever had at any Airbnb across the world. Regretted not staying longer at Citra’s place. This is not your ordinary Airbnb experience but a complete wholesome package. It’s a beautiful villa with the best outdoor shower and an amazing garden and pool. Villa is connected to their restaurant which again had the best food in entire Bali. We ate all 3 meals here. It was clean, fresh and delicious. Our stay at D'Alas was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for by the amazing staff. What a find! It’s a private 2 room villa in a tropical paradise but attached to a restaurant which has the bali swings etc. once you enter your private door it’s serene. We had take our beagle with us and she absolutely enjoyed herself. Highly recommend this place, we would definitely be back. Welcome drink and snacks were a pleasant surprise and breakfast is included. And to further the experience Ibu Citra meets and comes personally to see you off with a little surprise gift. Anyways who wants to enjoy Ubud’s tranquility worth staying here for a couple of nights.

Mrs Citra is very personable,she received us and showed us around the property. Umah d Alas is a beautiful place near the rice terrace . Has a swing to take those beautiful pictures with the flying dress . It has a phenomenal restaurant with excellent custumer service. Mrs Citra made us feel special. This experience was above any 5 star hotel that we have stayed before. She accomodated us with a floating lunch because we had missed our breakfast . Assisted us with an amazing day trip to Nusa Penida and I also had a wonderful massage in the villa . Mrs Citra also arranged a beaufiful flower bath. Our stay exceeded our expectations and left us with unforgattable memories of Bali. Her goodbye had a special touch as everthing she did during our stay. We highly recommend Mrs Citra and Umah D Alas is a magical place .

my Mom enjoyed her stay at Umah d’ alas for 4 days, she was amused by the place for its serenity and peacefulness. Ms. Citra was very responsive on her requests from having a personal driver Mr. Wayan which was also very helpful. and Ms. Iluh who accompanied my mom and assisted her during the tours because she was alone. they also insist in cleaning the room and arranging everything everyday. the food in the restaurant is also top notch. activities such as bali swing, swimming pool and rice terraces viewing was also available in the place. she was most surprised when she received a souvenir from Ms. Citra, a mug with her picture and thanking her for her stay in umah d’ alas, over all. i would recommend to stay at her place and would definitely go together with friends and family in the future. We cannot express how wonderful our stay was. From the moment we were greeted warmly upon arrival to the moment they walked us to our taxi. The villa was absolutely stunning. We had our own private kitchen, cozy pool, and two rooms. The rooms both had AC, mosquito nets, and were very, very comfortable. The grounds, pool, and kitchen were well taken care of. We could access our villa through the restaurant or access the street through our private entrance. We had the chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast. The fruit was fresh, the juice was amazing, and the hot breakfast was our best meal in Bali so far. We had the eggs/sausage, bacon option and the noodles/rice as well. However, above all of these wonderful amenities, it was the service and warmth of the staff that made the biggest impact. Everyone, including Citra, was helpful, flexible, patient, and pleasant. If you are reading this, trying to decide whether or not to stay, this is me telling you to stop thinking and book it!

Citra was such a wonderful host, really just a such a great person! She waited late in the evening for us to check in, showed and talked us about the place and even brought us some food and drinks.She recommended some great local places to visit as well ,she was so friendly, warm, and welcoming, it all made us feel very comfortable at the villa. It is a lovely private property with beautiful gardens ,nice little pool ,outdoor kitchen . The villa is in the grounds of the restaurant which is serving very tasty food and there’s some breathtaking views of rice terraces and you can dip in the infinity pool or experience rice terrace swings . The staff working at D’alas complex are very friendly and caring. It was easy to reach the center of Ubud and other places by taxi, and we even did some walking in the rice fields ,local shops and restaurants. The property is stunning, very beautiful, pictures really do not do it justice. We highly recommend Citras place !!!

Citra is an amazing host. She was able to check in my family and me earlier as we were arriving from another accommodation that had a 11am check out. Her place is just beautiful and you can tell she really cares for her property. Her staff is great as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone that would like to feel the outdoors. The gardens in the property are well maintained with a large size pool. She has a good breakfast selection and you get discounted rates for the restaurant and swing. Citra also gave us a gift when we checked out which we were so grateful for. She's a wonderful host and person. The only item to caution are for light sleepers. The room is off of a busy road and early traffic might be louder for some.

Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Villa hat einen eigenen Pool und es gibt einen öffentlichen Pool, in dem man sich sehr privat fühlt, da es dort nur 3 Villas gibt. Auf Wunsch bekommt man einen sehr leckeren und reichhaltigen Frühstück entweder im Restaurant, in der eigenen Villa oder gar als Floating breakfast im Pool. Von der Anlage hat man einen super Blick auf die Reisterassen. Für die Schaukel mit Blick auf die Reisterassen bekommt man als Gast einen guten Rabatt. Es war die beste Unterkunft die wir je hatten. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Bei der Abreise gab es ein sehr persönliches Geschenk von der Gastgeberin persönlich,die uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wow what a stay..I was lucky to get a night stay at Citra’s place and everything was made special. Great location it has everything close by from Bali swing to Coffee tasting. Our welcome drink and food was amazing, breakfast was amazing and Citra also helped me to find a great driver to take us around different locations. Umah d'alas was was truly the highlight of my family's trip at Bali. Citra was super accommodating from when you started booking your stay to her from when you check in. She and her staff provided excellent service here and really made us feel at home. One of our favorite parts of staying here was having breakfast by the main pool and most importantly, Citra oversaw all the details at the villa making it very picturesque and beautiful. This is my first Airbnb experience with family. My wife came across some videos of Citra's Airbnb and booked it for our stay in Ubud. It turned out to be a pleasant stay for us. Citra was very responsive from the beginning of the booking till the day we checked out. Top rating for her hospitality. Her team was also very responsive, alert, courteous and caring. Their restaurant offers great food and they have a customized set menu for their villa guests. We enjoyed their breakfast every morning. They made sure every night when we came back from our outing, if we had food or wanted to order anything. The surroundings of Umah d' Alas were beautiful and private. Citra also suggested some places we see around in Ubud, which turned out to be great tourist attractions and worth seeing. She gave us a parting gift, which was so sweet of her. Would definitely go back to stay in this Airbnb if we visit Bali in future. Definitely worth booking if you are planning a holiday in UBUD.

We arrived very late and hungry. She got us snacks while the chef prepared dinner. We had dinner at our private outdoor kitchen area. The staffs were all attentive, courteous, and super helpful. This was such an experience, the Villa, the restaurant and gardens were more than we hope for. Absolutely stunning views from any position in the restaurant. The Villa was a tranquil getaway from the hustle of the Ubud area where you can truely relax. Citra and her team always made us feel welcomed and met any need we had, we will definitely be coming back to Umah D’Las or Citra’s other Villa. Citra's place is like a beautiful home away from home, the rooms are clean and you have all amenities, place is pretty and service is awesome. You feel spoiled by the team...on the day we had to go for tour 4:30am, Citra was ready with our packed breakfast by then...it was more than what I expected. I loved the place, the people and overall how friendly and kind Citra is...will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Bonus point - they have Bali swing, infinity pool everything at their property so you don't need to go anywhere for those insta worthy pics...plus if you like Alas Harum that has these and more insta spot just 10mins drive away.

Words cannot describe how much love and care are in this villa. Citra and her team are incredible kind hosts, and we would definitely stay again. Citra went above and beyond to make our stay a most memorable one. What she has done for our family, we will always be thankful for. The Villa ist absolutely adorable, very comfortable and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The adjoining Warung, pool and its breathtaking views makes the villa feel like a resort. The great selection of various delicious food is a perfect bonus. If you have chance to book this villa, don’t hesitate!

Our stay here was above our expectations for sure. Once we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff and met Citra who gave us a full tour and explained everything in great detail. She was even kind enough to pack us an early breakfast as one of our tours left prior to the breakfast star time. The property is secluded but once you step into the main area the restaurant and views are very nice. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of. The food here is so good we ate dinner here every night. Our kids had a really good time with the private and community pool. Citra always made sure we were safe and comfortable and even gave us a personal family gift upon checking out. If we ever return to Bali we will definitely stay here again!

We all loved the accommodation and service was amazing. The location was astounding and we asked to stay another night. we used Citra other airbnb just as good a little different set up. Well worth the price. restaurant and infinity pool, giant swing all within 100 metres and the view was priceless. The food and drinks were fantastic. I am going back and use this place as my retreat from exploring the area. I have nothing negative to say. I had the best experience here. jaw dropping location all to ourselves. Thank you Citra.❤️😁

I just want to say thank you to Citra for accommodating us during our stay, she is very nice and very responsive to our requests. She exceeded our expectations, the price of the accommodation was more than the worth of what we paid for. They have a restaurant, and the view there is amazing. The public pool is also nice where you have a nice farm view. They also had a Swing wherein we were able to get at a discounted and lower price, compared to the famous Bali Swing which is very expensive. She had given us welcome food and a takeaway gift during our stay. We had a daily tour and we're just a bit sad that we left the villa early. When you stay there it is a must that you enjoy the beauty of their place and what they can offer. Thank you Citra and hope to see you again. I will definitely recommend your place.

It was such a lovely experience staying in Citra’s villa. The place was beautiful and all her staff were amazing. We felt at home with their warmth and friendliness. I normally don't leave comments on sites after the trip. but this time I want to make a comment to deliver my thanks to Citra, the facility's owner. she is very supportive and kind and well managing the place. The location is not next to a big village but is more nature-friendly and still easy to use Grab service or rental bikes. also, you can use the next-door restaurant which has great service and scenery. it has very many excellent photo points in it including great Swings. The house and restaurant were built with the traditional style but combined with modern amenities that will give you exotic and comfortable. my kids loved this place.

I’m normally not gushing in an Airbnb review but Ibu Citra and Umah D’Alas was by far the best Hostess and Airbnb place I’ve ever stayed. Ibu Citra is so friendly and responsive. Her friendly smiles would make your day. The transitional house complex we stayed at was just beautiful and comfortable. There’s only one house in this location which makes it difficult to book. It’s so chill and beautiful that we didn’t even leave the place. One huge bonus was it’s part of the Bali Top 10 restaurant Warung D’Alas where we had all our wonderful Indonesian and Western meals. When we left, Ibu Citra gave us a cute present and waved us goodbye. Book far in advance if you’d like to stay here.

OMG this place is so much better than the pictures. The facilities are magical. You sit by an infinity pool and gaze out to nature with big tall trees right next to the pool and the views across the valley are simply stunning. Citra and her staff are so helpful. The accommodation is beautiful and clean. We had the most relaxing stay - a piece of heaven.

Wir waren zu 4 in Bali und wohnten für 2 Wochen in Citra's Villa. Es war wirklich wunderschön dort. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind klein aber fein. Wir fanden das untere Zimmer besser. Im oberen Stock ist es sehr laut, man hört die Roller und Hunde sehr. Wohnzimmer und beide Badezimmer waren sehr schön anzusehen, vor allem das große Draußenbad mit der riesen Badewanne. Der Pool war ziemlich kalt, gut für eine Abkühlung aber nicht um eine Weile drin zu verweilen. Der "Whirlpool" ist wie wir ihn kennen, kein Whirlpool. Er besitzt keine Düsen und ist nicht heiß. Ist nur eine Sitzgelegenheit im Pool. Citra war super freundlich. Sie hat sich steht's nach uns erkundigt und immer geholfen. Wenn wir uns einen Roller mieten wollten, hat sie dafür gesorgt, dass er am nächsten Tag vor der Tür steht. Auch als wir einen Unfall hatten war sie sofort da und brachte uns zu einem Arzt. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Citra jedem nur empfehlen. Die schönen Reisterrassen sind von dort aus zu Fuß erreichbar. :)

What a beautiful villa! Highly recommend. Travellers: family with 2 older kids. Lovely breakfast daily to start the day. Breakfast can be served at villa, main pool or adjoining restaurant. Floating breakfast also available at no additional cost. Citra, Iluh and other staff were all very welcoming, accomodating. They helped with scooter rental, helped dropping items to local laundry, suggested local taxi drivers, suggested nearby temples /places to visit. Mupu rice terrace only 10-12 min walk away. Bali Pulina next door. Suggest lunch at TIS cafe followed by stroll at Mupu rice terrace. Top floor bedroom seem a little noisier than lower ground as close to main road. Did not bother me but those sensitive to noise, host provided earplugs as well. You can also have lunch & dinner next door at Alas Warung however we also tried a few local cafe to support other local businesses. In all, a lovely stay, lots of great memories made and surely would love to come back again.

Großartige private Unterkunft mit Pool, einladenden Wohnzimmer mitten in der Natur und Outdoor-Badezimmer. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Gastgeberin ist sehr liebenswert. Wir hatten eine Magenverstimmung und sie kümmerte sich mit Suppe und Ingwertee um uns. Gute Lage, direkt neben der Kaffeeplantage, die Reisterassen und der Beachclub Cretya sind auch nicht weit entfernt und die Gastgeberin kann bei der Mopedmietung helfen. Das traumhafte Areal und gute Restaurant ist der perfekte Ort um in Ruhe den Aufenthalt genießen zu können. Der neue Infinity Pool, der frei zugänglich ist morgens mit einem floating breakfast ein absolutes Highlight mit Blick in den Jungel. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr, danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Ultieme gastvrijheid; alles klopt. Je hebt een eigen privé verblijf, met zwembad, keuken en tuin. Het is groter dan de foto’s doen weergeven. Bevindt zich naast het restaurant met eigen ingang. Je mag gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van het restaurant waaronder het prachtige zwembad. Het ontbijt wordt verzorgd door het restaurant en is heerlijk en biedt veel keuze, ook kun je bestellingen uit het restaurant laten brengen in het huis. Maar onderscheidend is de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van gastvrouw Citra, ervaar het zelf ;) P. S. Zoals de tekst aangeeft is het wel relatief ver bij Ubud vandaan, wel te doen maar echt wel een stuk met de auto.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und hat die Bilder und Beschreibungen noch übertroffen. Sowohk Citra als auch das Personal vom D'Alas Warung waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einfach einen Traumhaften Aufenthalt. Die Reisterasse und die Kaffeplantage haben wir zu Fuß erreicht. Einfach nur ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank für alles, wir würden sofort wieder kommen :)

Citra was amazing and the place is SO MUCH BETTER than the pictures. The villa is stunning and the restaurant, facilities, view, swing were out of this world. Everyone is super kind and nice, place was impecable and Citra was always making sure you had everything you need, recommendations and was super flexible. She really makes you feel at home. Will definitely come back. The pictures don’t do justice to how amazing this place is. 1000% recommend.

Séjour très agréable. Tout était parfait! La réalité dépasse même les photos. Le personnel est très disponible et accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre service. L’accès au restaurant est un vrai plus ! Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et la vue du restaurant magnifique ! Citra est très réactive dans ses messages, très à l’écoute et disponible. J’ai eu la chance de fêter mon anniversaire sur place et j’ai été gâtée. Un vrai plaisir ! Une entrée et une piscine privée. Un chauffeur à proximité très sympathique. Si nous devons revenir à Bali, nous y retournerons ! Lieu incontournable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit 🥰

Definitely recommended. It was an awesome experience to stay there. It's in the middle of a rice field area and you can enjoy the whole countryside from morning til night. The house was cozy and clean. The whole staff prepared carefully and were always ready to help us. The host is also the owner of the restaurant. So you can easily access the pool, restaurant and the swing. ( I liked all food there) There's one indoor toilet and one outdoor bathroom. And it is not a big problem to use an outdoor bathroom. (you can experience the traditional Balinese style.) I can get there easily by GRAB from Ubud. 자연속에서 지낼 수 있는 최고의 경험입니다. 도심보다 벌레가 많기는 하지만 걱정할 정도는 아니었습니다. 수영장, 스윙, 라이스필드까지 한번에 경험할 수 있다는 것. 숙소와 레스토랑 및 수영장을 모두 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 점이 큰 매력입니다. 걸어서 인근 카페도 갈 수 있지만 숙소 내에 모든 것이 있어서 그럴 필요가 없었네요. 자연을 충분히 느끼기에 부족함 없는 곳입니다. 그리고 모두 너무 친절해요! 시간 내어 숙박할 가치가 충분합니다!

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen in den Reisterrassen. Im angrenzenden Restaurant kann man ein sehr gutes Frühstück bekommen und auch gut zu Abend essen. Das Haus mit Pool ist toll eingerichtet und liegt idyllisch in einem Garten. Weitere Restaurants sind fußläufig eher schlecht zu erreichen aber mit einem kurzen Trip per Roller oder Taxi ist man in 5 Minuten bei allen möglichen weiteren Restaurants. Citra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Citra’s. The grounds are stunning and clean. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive and went above and beyond with our young kids. Food was great too! There is another pool on the property that isn’t pictured - an infinity pool looking over rice terraces. We also really enjoyed that one. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

What a beautiful property and amazing host ❤️ our family fell in love with this place - well maintained, clean, comfortable with beauty of rice terrace just next door. Citra and team is amazing and always reachable. They arranged floating breakfast and bali swing for us. It is just next door so you don’t have to travel or go anywhere. Eliuh helped us with all the requests related to cleaning or food etc. This property is a must visit on our list now whenever we go to Bali. Citra is very warm and welcoming, she gave us some awesome recommendations to see around too.

This is a wonderful hidden gem. Close enough to Ubud but also out of town so you are away from the bustle. Pictures don’t do it justice, especially the adjoining restaurant which is delicious and has a beautiful pool and view. Citra and her team are also wonderful and welcoming. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach grandios und perfekt! Citra und ihr Team sind extrem nett, das dazugehörende Restaurant serviert leckeres Essen in die Villa, es wird jeden Tag geputzt und die Villa ist noch viel schöner als beschrieben und als es auf den Bildern scheint. Citra war immer sehr hilfsbereit, hat schnell geantwortet und hat uns auf Anfrage viele Tipps gegeben. Die Villa ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt von den Tegallalang-Reisterassen - hier kommen aber nur wenige Touristen hin, obwohl es viel schöner und vor allem ruhiger ist. Wir empfehlen einen Roller um die Gegend rund um Ubud zu erkunden. Der private Pool sowie der öffentliche Pool im Restaurant sind erfrischend. Das obere Zimmer ist etwas laut, da man die Strasse hört, wir haben aber einfach die zur Verfügung gstellten Ohrstöpsel genutzt. Im unteren Zimmer ist es sehr ruhig. Wir waren mit einen kleinen Kind 10 Tage hier, haben es extrem genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke Citra, Iluh und das ganze Team!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the villa is great , very beautiful surroundings, the restaurant nearby is very convenient as they have good food and very close. Citra and her staff very helpful and nice. The only thing is that the villa is next to main road and sometimes you can hear the traffic or loud bikes passing by. It’s a very good Airbnb and I would go back

Breathtaking paradise villa in the jungle of Bali. Pi8do not do this villa justice. Truly an awesome experience. 5-star service from Citra and her attentive staff. Too many thoughtful touches to list, but 1 that made my stay perfect was trying local fruits. We mentioned we wanted to experience the fruits we did not have in the States while eating breakfast in the restaurant. A few hours later, Citra surprised us with an assortment of delicious tropical fruits and even taught us how to properly open and eat them. If you love nature and 5-star service, D'Alas is a stay you will never want to leave.

Le logement est exceptionnel, dans un cadre magique nous nous attendions pas à cela c’est encore plus magnifique, le restaurant sur les rizières ! L’endroit est complètement dans la jungle, la villa est juste à côté du restaurant de ce que j’ai compris vous serez les seuls à loger là, en toute intimité avec piscine privée. Vous serez à 10klm du centre de Ubud. Le lieu est magique, vraiment incroyable. Nous avons été tellement bien reçus ! Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous. Et le plus du plus : Citra ! Citra est une personne magnifique comme on en rencontre rarement, elle vous fera vous sentir comme chez vous et saura répondre à toutes vos demandes. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu rester jusqu’au bout du séjour car nous devions faire Nusa Penida, Citra a su nous aider même dans cette situation. C’est vraiment une hôtesse exceptionnelle, gentille, accueillante, rayonnante et réellement attachante, nous en garderons un excellent souvenir 😍

Citra was very helpful and responsive in the lead up with our questions. The villa was clean and tidy. We felt very special staying in the villa next to their restaurant and basically having whole area to ourselves in the morning and evening. Food and drink at the restaurant was delicious and cheap. Staff were very helpful and attentive, and even arranged a flower bath for us at request. Only small thing is that the villa is made of wood so not particularly sound proof to the outside world so you could hear motorcycles etc driving past. Overall, we loved our stay. If we come back to Bali we would definitely come again!

This is the best Air BNB I have ever stayed at. Citra’s villa is so magical and is the perfect place to experience the different things Bali has to offer. The villa is even more beautiful and unique in person. We stayed almost a whole week for our honeymoon and were comfortable in the villa with it’s amenities. It’s also attached to the restaurant, which made breakfast and meals easy. Also, the infinity pool and swing at the restaurant is less busy than the one in town so highly recommend you try that out. The best part was Citra and the staff. They are so caring and thoughtful. Citra also can help with suggestions of things to do in the area and arranging transport. My husband and I loved getting to know everyone and were so sad at the end of our stay. We are looking forward to coming back and staying with Citra again.

Dieses Airbnb is ein MUSS! Ich war so begeistert! Schon beim Eintritt gelang man durch den wunderschönen Weg entlang einer wundervollen. Aussicht zur Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr privat, ab 9 Uhr ist das Gelände sicher verschlossen. Das Haus erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und bietet oben einen Balkon, unten POOL mit endlosen Garten! Die Küche ist super schön, essen kann man direkt aus der Küche bestellen. Ich will nicht übertrieben, aber wenn ihr in der Gegend seit, bitte bucht diese Unterkunft! Es war zu schön, um es in Worte zu fassen! Alles makellos, sauber, der Service war 10/10. ich fühlte mich wie in einem 5 Sterne Resort!

The villa is so beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The rice fields are just 10mn walk and the view from the restaurant in beautiful. Citra is so nice and accommodating. She helped us arrange a driver and even dropped our charger that we left at the house in our next destination. I really recommend this place .

Citra is one of the best host I have ever encounter in airbnb, she is very responsive in all my inquiries even in little things. She help and arrange a driver in a budget price, very informative even send me a video introduction in advance about the thing i need to know in the villa since we arrive late in the evening but even we are late I still feel welcome in her place, got a very refreshing drink and tasty snack, I never met a host as nice and amazing like Citra I feel so at home and comfotable. Her villa is very beautiful much more nicer in real site. A dream vacation come true for my small family l. Dont forget to try their generous floating breaky. Citra have a very nice restaurant as well just right outside the Villa and if you stay here you can have a door access to the restaurant where all her staff is friendly and the view of nature plus the swing is breath takingly beautiful. Great stay. Private and a large space for a group of four. Great food, staff and host are very helpful and friendly. Close to a lot of places in Ubud. It beautifully sits overlooking rice terraces making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

This is an absolutely lovely place, Citra is a great host who goes all the way to help the guests feel at home. She specially shared banana chips that she had made from the fresh harvests. Staying in Umah D'Alas is way beyond our expectations of the Air BnB unit. Living in Australia and having experienced our local Air BnB and other places throughout the world, this is the first time we have had five stars hotel' service and hospitality in such a beautiful Balinese-jungle style unit and ground. With that top-notch hospitality, facilities, a variant of delicious breakfast and beautiful places to enjoy it (Yes, you can change the breakfast scenery every morning as you wish!) - Umah D'Alas deserve to be called a five stars Boutique Hotel. Love Umah D'Alas! Many thanks to the wonderful host, Citra, who always did her best to ensure we had a worry-free holiday. It means A LOT to our family who travels with two children!

We stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon and loved our stay! We picked the place for the privacy and it was exactly that. We felt like we had our own little home. The garden and pool are so beautiful but not without its critters if those bother you. We loved the nature and embraced the critters, and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend. The customer service was amazing as as well, anything we wanted they made it happen when we wanted it!

Truly amazing place to stay! I can only recommend it, we spent 8 nights there, but we were still sad to leave. Breakfasts were our favorite parts with the amazing view from the restaurant and calming environment it's really relaxing and also delicious with great variety to choose from! Everyone was really nice and always ready to help with anything we wished for. Location is also great we found many places to visit close by.

Beautiful place to stay. Citra and her staff was very welcoming and nice. She is really responsive and accommodating. Anything that you would like to arrange, she can help with that. She helped me arrange for airport transportation, massage at the Airbnb, floating breakfast which is complementary with your stay there. As a solo traveler there, I felt safe. Right in front of the Airbnb, there is a restaurant which is also owned by Citra and there is wonderful views of nature.

Really really nice place. The two rooms are minimalistic but cute, there is a nice outside living room area and of course a private pool. The bathroom was outside and had this beautiful boulder bathtub. From the restaurant there is a nice view of some of the rice fields. The private area around the villa is big. Citra was a phenomenal host. She helped us with renting scooters, booking transfer tickets to Nusa Penida and getting a taxi early in the morning. The staff was also always available and helpful with any questions we might have had. Would recommend if staying around the Ubud area!

Tout y est magique, le lieu nous laisse sans voix du début à la fin et il est difficile d’en repartir! Le restaurant, la piscine à débordement dans laquelle nous avons pu déguster un petit déjeuner flottant, tout y était incroyable ! Le rêve serait d’y vivre toute l’année! Set inside a magical jungle resort is a secret 2 storey wooden house. Open your double wooden doors to your private oasis.. Swimming pool, sunbathing lounges, tv in outdoor/indoor kitchen and lounge area. Deliciously comfy big beds incased by beautiful mosquito nets. Private garden and private back exit.

Citra was wonderful, along with the whole staff! Made sure we were comfortable and offered help during our stay in Ubud. The place is great. Away from the central area, but we were aware of this beforehand. It was also nice to get a discount on the swing and the rental dress.

We have been in a lot Airbnb accommodations, this was one of the best we have ever been in. Citra was lightning fast answering any question, she has promt solutions for any requests. You got a very nice restaurant right at the Villa with extremely kind employees and good local and international food. The location is in middle of a paradise, away from crowded areas like ubud and Kuta. Citra organized a transfer, the driver was so kind, too. He showed a lot of places and was a perfect guide for our stay. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Our stay was exceptional - we have been in 2 other villas in Bali and none had the charm of this one The reality is better than the photos we have been positively surprised to discover the surroundings of the villa, the adjacent infinity pool, the exceptional view from the restaurant. We loved everything, from the design of the villa to the fitting of the rooms the very intimate garden with pool and the generous breakfast Citra's help and recommendations have been very useful and her team have been going over and beyond I wish we had stayed longer and I strongly recommend the place

Citra was a wonderful host who made our stay feel like paradise. She reacted very quickly to our wishes and organized a few things for us. Also we had an emergency at night where she immediately stood by us and did everything possible for us. Thank you again so much for this! The villa is much nicer in real life then on pictures and the restaurant area is also very beautiful. If you wish you can enjoy a nice swing there, too. Everything is clean, there is a very rich breakfast to choose from and the staff took very good care of us. We have felt very comfortable here. Since it is a bit away from the center, you can enjoy the peace and quiet. To go to the city, you should rent something to move independently. Even if it was okay to drive a car, I recommend a scooter. A stay here is absolutely worth it and if there is a chance, we will come again.

Beautiful space and awesome to be on site with gorgeous views and access to warung. Loved the comfort and privacy and gorgeous stargazing at night. Was a little loud being close to the road, but not too much of an issue as comfortable beds. Lovely and friendly staff too! Recommended!

The accommodation was amazing. It’s an entire villa with two floors and two different beds. The outdoor bathroom is gorgeous as is the pool. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The owner and the staff definitely went above and beyond for our entire stay. I would highly recommend this place!!!! Also, wonderful food and breakfast is included.

We had a very pleasant stay at Umah D'Alas. The experience was not limited to the villa, as it is connected to the Umah D'Alas restaurants, swing, playground, and infinity pool, all overlooking the forest and rice fields. Citra went above and beyond to take care of us. She helped us arrange transport, tours, hiking up Mt Batur, floating breakfast, etc. We were pleasantly surprised when we came back from Mt Batur hike to a bathtub filled with refreshing flowers and lime. She also gave us a surprise birthday celebration at the restaurant. Thanks to Citra and her team for the warmth and hospitality!

Citra & her team were wonderful hosts, the accomadation was beautiful & cleaned daily to the highest standard. Location suited us a little out of Ubud but easy to get to if needed ! It was a little tense being mid March with global travel issues occurring but Citra & team with their care & concern made a difficult time very easy!

Citra's place is amazing but something even more is the way she treats her guests with a touch of Balinese kindness. Absolute value and highly recommend !

What a wonderful surprise to find this little peace of heaven behind the private gate in Warung d'Alas! The place is luscious, stylish and unique. We were there for a week to explore the surroundings and do some online work in the meanwhile. Both Citra and Iluh took great care of us and were very responsive to our needs. We were really touched to find a nice bath full of flowers and epsom salt on returning after a long day. The ricefields are wonderful but don't miss out other, less touristy paddies just around the corner!The view from the restaurant is magnificent, the staff very kind and polite and the food was excellent. Just one small remark: the villa is right next to the extraction installation of the kitchen of the warung, which is pretty noisy (a bit like you're on a plane). Not so much it influenced our stay in a negative way, though. We loved every minute of it!

I cannot think of a kinder, more hospitable environment. Citra is one of the nicest people I have ever met along with any of the staff that you interact with. Everyday, the AirBnB area is meticulously cleaned. Citra and her staff went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make us feel valued and cared for (eg. filling up the bathtub with flowers so when we arrived from a long day in town it was unexpectedly all ready for us) The food is excellent at her restaurant especially her complimentary breakfast options. The location is quiet and relaxing but close to an excellent coffee growing place with free sampling and fantastic view. There’s a phenomenal vegan restaurant near by and Citra makes it easy to rent a scooter for cheap to go into Ubud (approx. 30min ride). I cannot recommend this place highly enough! You will not be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our staying in Citra's house. We had a honeymoon here and it was wonderful! Citra and Ilue always help us for our needs. We also enjoyed the honeymoon suite that they set for us. And when in the morning, we always enjoyed birds singing. Breakfast also very good and the staff in the restaurants they were very friendly with a smile. At the night you can also enjoying the house with beautiful light and music. Enjoy!

Good host. The host Citra realy has taste. The wooden door and decoration are beautiful. Swimming pool is big and clean. The best is that the villa also connect to a restaurant which is famous and has a good view. The swing is nothing less than the Bali Swing.

The villa was absolutely outstanding with clean rooms, outdoor living room and a beautiful pool. We were welcomed by our wonderful host, Citra who explained everything with lots of detail. We were also given welcome drinks and a few snacks. Citra also helped us arrange trips to activities and transport. It had an outdoor bathroom that was clean and had a nice stone bathtub. The bathroom was special and had plants that made us feel connected to nature. They had a big restaurant next to the villa. The food there was tasty and we ate there several times. The breakfast was also really nice. We were given the choice to have our breakfast in our villa, at the restaurant or in our pool. We preferred to eat our breakfast at the restaurant because it was right next to the forest. Overall the villa had a nice calming environment and very helpful and welcoming staffs.

Wow! I can’t recommend staying here enough. Our stay with Citra from beginning to end was more perfect than we could have imagined! We were greeted with welcome drinks and a snack, everyone on the property was very nice and helpful, and Citra was an outstanding host. I traveled and stayed with a friend, and we had just the right amount of privacy at the house, but when we needed anything at all, someone was there to help (ordering food, organizing a motor bike, recommendations on local spots, etc). I hope to visit again!

Beautiful place with thoughtful gestures. Citra and Iluh definitely go beyond their way to make our little ones welcome with a tray of sweets! We came with two kids aged 2 and 5. Breakfast is unbelievably good with great selection to choose from. We had such a hearty start to our daily activities with fruits, juices and delicious main courses. Do try out the floating breakfast which obviously is a huge star for our kids! Food from restaurant is good too. Beautiful premises! We had our family photoshoot in and around the vicinity of the restaurant and villa. Try out the swing! Nothing to complain as all expectations are exceeded. Thank you once again to Citra and Iluh for being such beautiful hosts! We will definitely recommend highly for anyone else to stay at this beautiful villa.

Citra’s place was beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived we were never disappointed. She was extremely responsive and made sure to give us all necessary information at check-in. Her and the staff were so accommodating and kind throughout the entire stay. She also arranged motorbikes for us during our stay as well as our transportation and boat tickets for our trip to Gili T. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling to Bali!

Very nice territory, very very clean, cleaning room and changing towels every day, great views, good restaurant but a bit pricey. Very helpful and pleasant staff. We had a late arrival after excursion and we texted to Citra asking to prepare dinner after restaurant closing. Everything was served at villa! Villa is close to the road and it was noisy at night. Location is quite far from the center and it was difficult to order taxi online. Generally we had a wonderful time while our staying and recommend this place.

This Villa is a dream! Citra is the best host! She explained us everything about the Villa and the sights. What a great job she did and she really took care about us all the time. Nothing can fault this place! It’s exactly what we were looking for. The hospitality is incredible! They do their absolute best to please you, are so patient and kind. There are so many thoughtful touches. The restaurant food is so delicious and you can eat whilst looking over the rice fields or eat in your private pool/dining table. We felt so safe and well looked after, cannot wait to come back during our next trip to Bali! Keep in mind it is about 20 minutes to Ubud’s centre, however our stay in Ubud was to be close to the jungle/rice fields and it was exactly that. They also can recommend you a driver called Wayan, who goes above and beyond for you. He has so much knowledge on the culture and the Hindu religion, he was super interesting as our guide! 100% recommend and we will definitely be back for our next stay in Ubud.

On arrival, we were greeted with a wide smile by Citra, the resort manager who was extremely courteous and an excellent hostess. I can say like family, very supportive and always there for you. We were stunned by the lush greenery and the scenic views all around as she took us to the 2 bed room villa we booked in the resort. The villa was even better than what we expected by looking at the pictures. 2 bed room cottage with a clean pool and a lavish dining area with authentic balinese decor. The rest of the area had a green cover which made the entire setting look exotic. The staff was extremely polite, always smiling and ready to help so a hands down 10/10 to the customer service.The look and feel of the villa totally justifies the name of the resort "d'alas" which as we were told means "in the middle of the forest". We were welcomed with some delicious drinks and canapes and given every assistance we asked for. I had mentioned to Citra about my wife's bday while making the booking. She and the staff went out of the way to make it special. When we returned to the villa tired that evening, we were taken to the restaurant with a table decorated with flowers, fresh and handmade cakes and desserts to surprise my wife, all of which was complimentary. This experience made our stay in ubud one of the most memorable things from our trip to Bali. We had the best time. Terima Kasih (thank you) once again. 100% recommend!!!

Here is my very detailed review: Location: It is located in a small village minutes away from the iconic rice terraces of Tegalalang and about 20-30 minutes away from Ubud where Goa Gajah and Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary is located. The villa and restaurant is surrounded by lush greenery which offers beautiful views. Host: Citra is an amazing host. She is very good at communicating and making sure you get what you need. She was very thorough with the information we needed to know. She speaks great English so communication is easy. She also can give you recommendations on what to see or do around the area and assures to you that you do not ever have to worry about your safety. She even gives u a phone to call her if needed! She is very organized and always prepared. I can’t forget also very welcoming. Transportation: Grab/Taxi/GoJek/Bus isn’t common here. However, you can rent a scooter with Citra or have Citra call you a local taxi. We rented a scooter to go to the rice terraces and shop around, and we had Citra get us a local Taxi to drive us to our next destination in Sanur. Food: We were welcomed with some delicious lime ginger refreshers and some small bites which included sate ayam and corn fritters. For breakfast she offers two breakfast packages, continental and Indonesian. We opted for the Indonesian breakfast which came with options of juice, coffee, mie goreng or nasi goreng, and fruits. She even gives u 3 options to enjoy your breakfast, the restaurant, the villa, or a floating breakfast (so cool!). We went with the restaurant to enjoy the views. We didnt eat anything else in the restaurant but I would imagine everything is delicious. Staff: Cintra’s staff are also very nice and polite. Some can speak little English but they are quick to find someone who can help you. Amenities: Where do I even begin lol. You get everything and more here. The two story villa, the private pool, the outside lounge are (this is where the dining table, kitchen, and tv is), the outdoor toilet, shower, and bathtub (all covered), and the small garden. The villa is located right behind the restaurant so a door separates the restaurant and there is a gate to the outside. The rooms are air conditioned, and every place in and around the villa is spotless! The only thing that was a bit of a pain (not really) is if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to walk out of the room, around the corner to the outside toilet. Which isn’t that big of a deal I feel like it adds to the ambience of the place. Overall: If I ever come back in the future I would spend more than a day here to enjoy this place to the fullest! Everything and everyone is amazing and exceeds expectations!

This place is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. Huge private garden area and great beds. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. You have direct access to a main road (which you can’t hear) which is great for taxis or scooters. Loved it.

An exceptional experience. Our stay here was wonderful and couldn't have been better. We were welcomed very warmly and personally. The staff is extremely friendly and yet never annoying. Citra和她的员工都非常的贴心，房子和网页描述及其他评论里说的一样。总体来说性价比很高，我们在那里度过一段愉快的时光。唯一不足就是虫子多，晚上睡觉被褥潮潮的，但在丛林里的房子这是无可避免的。我和我的家人都非常满意这个房子。

This place is absolutly amazing. The hospitality also. We spend wonderful 7 days at the house. Our three children loved the pool, which is also very clean, like the whole house. They also loved Iluh, der young lady who take cares of the house, who made different attractions with the kids. She also takes care if you Need something, a massage, a driver, or something else. Besides the house is the beautiful restaurant, which offers very tasty food. You just have to go out of your backyard door. The stuff is also extremly friendly, they want you to feel good and welcomed. If you want to See some turistic spots, some of them are really close to the house, f.e. the rice terrace ceking. But if you dont want, just stay in this beatiful house with the pool and enjoy it! A huge thanks to Citra, Iluh and the rest of the stuff.

Citra and her assistant are amazing hosts. The place itself is amazing. A small secluded oasis that’s still so accessible to many sights and a gorgeous restaurant just outside the door. Juste parfait! jardin privé avec piscine, salon extérieur très confortable, bungalow en bois typique, salle de bain extérieure. Juste un peu bruyant la journée avec la soufflerie du restaurant et la route qui est aussi très passante la nuit. Il faut se déplacer en taxi, environ à 20-30 minutes d’ubud. Nous avions le restaurant à nous tout seul le soir ce qui était très pratique ac notre fille de 17 mois qui court partout. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et très sympathique. Bref nous sommes partis avec un pincement au cœur. Je recommande!!

Si je devais m'exprimer avec un seul mot je dirais, WAOUW. Waouw pour leur gentillesse, leur hospitalité, leur authenticité. Comme par exemple, nous étions parti en balade un peu loin de l'adresse et nous sommes revenus plus tard que la fermeture de Umah d'Alas. Dans la voiture, j'ai commandé mon repas du soir en m'excusant pour le retard et pas de problème. Un super dinner nous attendais à notre arrivée. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons à Bali ma femme, mes enfants et moi et dans deux ans, c'est à cette adresse que je reviens. Merci au personnel comme cette charmante dame qui faisait une coiffure différente chaque jour à ma petite fille. Quelle attention envers les locataires. On se sent comme à la maison. Super séjour ! Service digne d’un grand hôtel! Le chalet avec 2 chambres est très confortable. Super originalité avec la salle de bain ouverte sur l’extérieur et sa grande baignoire. Salon extérieur très confortable et bien équipé. Le service est simplement excellent avec le restaurant juste à côté et la possibilité de manger et petit déjeuner dans la villa. La vue sur la nature depuis le restaurant est très appréciable. Repas et petit déjeuners variés et très bons. Situé à quelques minutes de marche de Tegallang rice terrace. Les autres déplacements nécessitent un véhicule mais Citra s’est montrée disponible pour nous arranger un chauffeur. Rien à redire, un séjour 5 étoiles !

这是我们来巴厘岛住的最舒服的一晚，Citra和她的员工给了我们最好的服务和体验，虽然我们来的这两天一直在下雨，但是我们在Citra的别墅过的很开心，这简直是我们在外面度假体验过的最好的服务，别墅的环境非常好，像一个秘密花园，进来的路上种了很多桔子树和花草，感觉像世外桃源，步行几分钟就到了梯田，田园风光尽在眼中，路边有很多手工小店，价格比市区便宜很多，如果时间多的话我还想在Citra的别墅多呆一段时间，因为我从来没有体验过这么好的服务，谢谢Citra以及可爱的员工！

Cirta is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is top quality. The villa and the surrounding area is a great representation of the heart of Bali. I definetly recommend this villa.

The place was beyond my expectation, Citra and her staffs was amazing. They know how to satisfy their guests and make them feel at home. The place was relaxing and clean. The floating Balinese breakfast was superb. We really regret that we only booked it for a day. Thank you Citra for making our stay exceptional and letting us experience Bali at its finest.

Citra, her staff, her villa and the service we received was unbelievable. Myself and my partner were treated like absolute royalty. The villa was immaculate and maintained every day by her staff. The restaurant next door was exceptional and provided us with an amazing breakfast every morning either in the villa or in the restaurant to enjoy the unbelievable views. We received complimentary afternoon tea every day, our drivers were booked for us whenever we needed and Citra & her staff were always available for recommendations on what to do and where to go. We had massages by the pool for an exceptionally good price and whilst we did that, Citra went to the effort of running our bath filled with petals, candles & complimentary drinks. The villa is a short walk from the Tegallalang Rice Fields (amazing) but getting into Ubud and any other excursions will require taxi’s or scooter if you’re comfortable in doing so. All taxis where a very good price though. Everything from check in, our stay through to check out ran so smoothly. I couldn’t recommend this villa or Citra and her team anymore highly. We loved absolutely everything about this place, it is really great, the rooms were perfect, clean, comfortable, better than in the pictures. Citra is a wonderful, amazing host,both with Iluh very helpfull. Very Good location if you plan to visit Tegalalang rice tarraces and Ubud. Oh and floating breakfast in the pool was just wow! We had a really good stay, absolutely beautiful place. Thank you Citra.

We totally enjoyed our stay in the villa! The pictures on airbnb can‘t show how beautiful this place really is. The view is incredibly amazing! Citra and the staffs did everything to make us feel really special and made our stay here unforgettable! The house is really clean and we had everything we needed! Also the food in the restaurant is very good and Citra gave us good advices for planning our day in Tegalalang. We can absolutely recommand to visit this place and stay here for a couple of nights!

Umah D'alas is so beautiful, even far more beautiful than the pictures on airbnb. But most important Citra and her staff (Ilou) made us feel so welcome en really spoiled us. They are all so lovely and kind. The best! The restaurant d'Alas Warung has the most spectacular view and real nice food! Thank you for a great stay!

We, family with two girls (6/9) had a great time at Umah d´Alas. Everything was perfect and organized with love. We had missed nothing, but Citra had overwhelmed us with many things and the extraordinary hospitality of Bali. We also want to say a special thank you to Iluh, who made our children very happy. She was so sweet and sensitive, it was just beautiful. In the short time we were allowed to Citra´s guests, we found a real home. Many thanks also from our girls and very kind and grateful greetings to the lovely and funny staff from the nearby lovely restaurant. We will never forget our time, spend in d´Alas! :-))

If you want to be with the nature during your Bali vacation this place is for you. It’s been a great experience. The staff of the villa and the restaurant will surely give you your best time in Bali. The floating breakfast and the flower bath is a must try. 😊 The host Ms. Citra will definitely take care of all your needs and concerns. The place is just few minutes walk away from famous Bali swings , rice paddies , coffee plantation and some shopping areas.

After our 20 hour flight from Holland we arrived in the middle of the night at Umah d'Alas. Citra was waiting for us! We were still a bit confused and sleepy from the flight so we fell into a deep sleep in the comfortable bed. When we woke up and came to our senses we stepped outside into paradise! The garden around the house is very lovely, natural, green and romantic with Hibiscus flowers falling into the swimming pool. The shower behind the house feels like a waterfall in the jungle and often kittens greeted us on the high wall next to it. Our tip is to get up early and have breakfast in the restaurant in here. The garden and view into the valley are incredible and the food tastes very good. The people who work over here are very friendly and happy! Citra is a person you can trust and will help you!

Encore mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Très facile d’accès à pied ou en voiture (pas négligeable pour nous, nous n’avions pas de scooters), le Umah d’Alas est le combo parfait entre authenticité et modernité. Chaque chambre est au calme, la salle de bains est en extérieur mais toilettes couvertes (ce n’est pas toujours le cas ailleurs, méfiez-vous, surtout lors de la saison des pluies), piscine impeccable, espace de vie totalement ouvert où vous pourrez vous faire masser... Le restaurant sur place est délicieux et le personnel adorable. Après une longue journée de rafting ou de trekking, c’est un plus, et nous en avons d’ailleurs bien profité. Citra a été très réactive par messages, on ne peut plus arrangeante pour notre horaire d’arrivée et nous la remercions mille fois pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Elle a été discrète mais présente du début à la fin, là pour nous accueillir autour de tapas et de cocktails et là aussi pour nous dire au revoir et s’assurer que tout allait bien le jour du départ... à 5h30 du matin ! Pour ma part, LE logement coup de cœur du séjour. MERCI.

Die Villa ist perfekt gelegen an der Reisterrasse von Tegallalang. Auch die Bali Swing ist sehr nah... obwohl Citra im Garten des Restaurants eine eigene Swing hat, die gegen einen Preis von 150k IDR genutzt werden kann. Der Schwung hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt und es war ein toller Ausblick! Die Villa an für sich ist sehr schön, das Zimmer angenehm und auch der Pool ist sehr erfrischend. Citra hat eine großartige Gastfreundschaft - es war sehr angenehm bei ihr Gast zu sein.

This is the first time I live in a homestay. I am very grateful to the homeowner for providing us with such a good environment and service! It makes me feel very comfortable, the homeowner is very warm and patient, a perfect travel experience, if there is next time, go to Bali, I think I will stay here! Really beautiful ~ The landlord also provided us with a free upgrade to a floating breakfast!

We came as a family and really enjoyed the stay at this villa! Great service, great food at the restaurant, cozy rooms, and we were happy to be back home every evenings! We really recommend !

Fantastic place. Really great service and very organized. They were always helping out in various ways but we had plenty of privacy also. Awesome bathroom . The location is right by the Tegalalang rice fields As I mentioned in another part of my review that these are really saturated with tourism and I would not really recommend visiting there. That being said, if you are staying in the area, I think this is a great place to stay. It is very convenient and it’s nice to be next to the restaurant which had great views. It was very serene and an excellent choice for southern Bali. In general, southern Bali is pretty busy with tourists and certain spots have become tourist traps. For the price I think the restaurant could have better food. It was a little bit watered down , needs a bit more local flavor.

Expect warm hospitality and a beautiful relaxing environment. Perfect for families. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Magnifique villa, accueil chaleureux, tout était plus que parfait, le restaurant est délicieux, la vue époustouflante, nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour chez Citra, le must: le personnel est adorable aux petits soins pour nous ! La villa est tout près des magnifiques terrasses de riz, d'une plantation de café ou vous pouvez déguster le café luwak.

Citra's villa offers a perfect slice of luxury set in the most gorgeous jungal surroundings. We were pleasantly shocked at the size and range of amenities available, particularly enjoying the outdoor bathroom and refreshing pool. The room was clean, fresh and felt firmly secure. We ate at their restaurant which was fantastic, some of the best food we ate on our holiday. If we ever return to Bali, we will make sure to return to Citra's villa!

Great hospitality

We stayed here for three days and had a fantastic time. Citra and Ilhu are great hosts and take great care of their guests. The place is unbelievable beautiful and having a in house restaurant makes it very convenient. The Villa is beautiful and is a joy to stay in. Can't wait to go back there someday.

Umah D'Alas is such a great hideaway located very close by the famous Tegalalang rice terrace. With a great lay out, lush tropical garden and 2 bedrooms this villa is perfect for family or group of friends. I really enjoyed breakfast with amazing view of misty cinematic rainforest with the backdrop of calming Balinese music. This villa looked much better in real life than the picture which rarely happened. Not to mention the hospitality offered by Citra and her staff is beyond amazing. I'd definitely love to visit again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay at Umah d'Alas. Citra and her staff are wonderful taking such good care of us and the kids. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and the restaurant is fantastic as well. Everything we ate was delicious and the surroundings are just beautiful, overlooking a green luscious valley. The accomodation was super, with one bedroom upstairs as well as downstairs. Beds and pillows are very comfortable too. The outdoor shower and bathroom were beautiful and the separate lounge area was nice too with candles lit up in the evening. The swimming pool is great, with a small pool for the kids as well. We very much enjoyed our stay and would warmly recommend it ! Thank you Citra and Iluh!

- The villa is located in beautiful area, on the jungle and all green view. - Including private pool, outdoor living room, Bose speakers and different kinds of breakfast menus. - The restaurant is just to the nextdoor, neat, the view from there is amazing, and presents delecious food in very nice prices. - You may find many tourist attractions just few minutes walking, rice terrace, tea&coffee farm, flying fox, public swimming pool on jungle view, air swing and many gift shops are around. - Citra is very helpful, here language is perfect and she can provide driver for full day in attractive price.

Me and my friends enjoyed during our stay in our Villa. Rooms, facilities and washrooms are all clean. Breakfast was superb. Amazing environment within the area and just 3-5 mins walkaway to the not so famous Tegallaleng Terraces.

Citras Stay is one of the most beautiful places I‘ve been. The pictures already show the special environment, in reality it‘s even more beautiful. Not only is the Villa beautiful, but Citra and her warm-hearted staff let us feel so welcome and really as if we were at home. Also we could swing upon the jungle and garden, which gives the Umah d‘ Alas a wonderful surrounding - flowers, greens and herbs are mostly harvested from her own garden! All in all Citra made us feel special and welcome and I would love to come back to this beautiful place and nice people. Thank you Citra, Iluh + Staff!!

This is our first time experience stay in villa. Ibu Citra is very welcoming and show us around the villa even we arrived at late night. She serve us special made welcoming drinks and we really love it. 😍😍😍😍🙏🙏🙏 Include with breakfast package, our favourite menu is Nasi Goreng come with choice of juices, and choice of hot drinks compliment with mixed fruit. 😊 Activities around that you MUST try when you stay Rumah D'alas Villa is the Extreme Swing which is the current hype of Tegalalang. We really like the spactacular view while we play the swing and having our breakfast there.😊 We really look forward to come again and definitely will stay longer. We started to miss Rumah D'alas Villa hospitality. 😢

Place is lovely and clean. Beautiful garden and villa. The lady who looked after the place Uluh is so sweet and helpful in every way. Close to many tourists attractions.

We had a massive flight delay but still our driver was waiting for us at midnight to pick us up from the airport and in the early morning hours we were greeted by Citra at the house. The place is so beautiful in fact surrounded by beautiful gardens, jungle and rice terraces and of course the restaurant and Bali Pulina next to it. It’s half an hour drive from Ubud. Citra and Iluh were so attentive to fulfill every wish and interact with our kids too. We were treated like royalty. They were very helpful in organising cost effective transport when needed. We will be back!!!

The welcome is very good. The logement is really nice and pleasant.

We had a great time in this villa! It is in the rice field, at 20 minutes, with scooter, from Ubud. It easy to rent scooter and they are very cheap. The villa is very silent, clean and tidy. The pool is fantastic and the staff is very available!

This Accomadation goes above and beyond. The rooms, dining and lounge area were very clean. Anything we needed was just a call away. Cita was very professional and friendly. The food from her restaurant was delicious!
