Exploring Private 4BR Family Villa + Breakfast left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Private 4BR Family Villa + Breakfast was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Private 4BR Family Villa + Breakfast painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Andy and Ayu are very responsive hosts and would go out of their way to get you what you need! A+++
Le logement est spacieux et les hôtes nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur. La maison est immense, avec une piscine vraiment impressionnante — parfait pour se détendre en groupe. En revanche, quelques points nous ont déçus : le petit-déjeuner n’est offert gratuitement qu’un seul jour pendant tout le séjour, ce qui est dommage vu la présentation initiale. Le service de taxi est annoncé comme gratuit, mais l’hôte demande en réalité 150k de pourboire par trajet, ce qui nous a semblé exagéré. Côté équipements, plusieurs choses seraient à revoir ou réparer : des remontées d’égouts dans certaines salles de bains, des éléments cassés ou non fonctionnels (terrain de tennis sans filet, machine de musculation hors service…). Ce sont des détails, mais quand ils sont mentionnés dans l’annonce, on s’attend à pouvoir les utiliser. Sinon, très bon emplacement, avec plein de warungs accessibles à pied (10 minutes environ). Un cadre agréable malgré les quelques points à améliorer.
Great place! Really amazing if you're looking for space. It has to be one of the largest villas in the area. Full size pool and multiple master suites. Hosts are really helpful and easy parking. ~3min walk to a superb breakfast at Ula, and Dinner at Wet Plate as well as easy access to nearby food stores. Thanks for a great stay!
Geweldige RUIME villa, omschrijving klopt en de villa is schoon. De communicatie met Ayu & Andrew verliep erg goed en zij denken proactief mee bij alle wensen/vragen die wij hadden. Wij verbleven met 12 personen en de villa bied daar ook ruimte voor. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. 1 pool stok brak doormidden maar werd binnen een uur vervangen. Ayu & Andy zorgden voor een zorgeloos heerlijk verblijf. Wij hadden een jarige en ze kreeg zelfs een taart en ze hielpen mee met het regelen van de versiering. Ik kan de villa voor iedereen aanraden. Als wij weer naar Uluwatu komen zal dit zeker onze eerste keuze zijn om te verblijven.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Ayu und Andrew waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, großzügig geschnitten und absolut sauber. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war die liebevolle Überraschung zum Geburtstag: Sie haben uns mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Diese persönliche Geste hat unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht und zeigt, mit wie viel Herzblut sie ihre Gäste empfangen! Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit, wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!
Had a really great stay with my family members at this villa in Bali! The place was clean, spacious, and felt super relaxing—perfect for a family getaway. The rooms were neatly done with access to pools, bathrooms and towels were provided on time. The frequency of cleaning is also sufficient. The pool and tennis courts were definitely the highlight, especially for the kids. Location was convenient, with shops and cafes not too far away. The cleaning staff and driver Dekno were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, a lovely experience and would happily come back again!
The villa was great, with so much to do nearby and amazing restaurants all around. Everyone was super helpful and very flexible. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The space is perfect for larger groups as well.
Andrew and Ayu were very welcoming and hospitable, allowing to settle us within minutes! Place is huge and there are lots to do in the villa 😊 We had a fun time here 👍🏼👍🏼 Cherry on top was the delicious and healthy breakfast!

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Villa with Andy and Ayu. We were a group of nine, including two toddlers and one person in a moon boot, and the space worked perfectly for all of us. The location was peaceful and private, yet still close to great cafes, massages, salons, and restaurants, with easy access to explore Uluwatu. The pool was a standout — large and perfect for our group — and we also loved the added facilities like the tennis court, pool table, table tennis, pickleball, and the karaoke setup, which made for a really special birthday night. Breakfast on the first morning was generous and delicious, especially the fruit platter, and we enjoyed the fried noodles and fried rice options. The housekeeper was lovely, and communication with Andy and Ayu was easy and responsive throughout. We’d highly recommend this villa for larger family groups — great space, great facilities, and a really enjoyable stay.

Upon entering the room, we received a detailed explanation and all our questions were answered. The explanation was easy to understand, and even those of us who aren't good at English could follow it perfectly. Furthermore, all the rooms were clean, and we were able to stay very comfortably.
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Bali! It’s absolutely perfect for a friends or family getaway, with so much to do right inside the property. The villa is packed with great amenities: BBQ pits, a spacious pool, pickleball, billiard, ping pong, and even a huge tennis court located on the second floor. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. We spent New Year’s Eve here, and it was truly the perfect choice. Andrew and Ayu were incredible hosts, very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. They personally welcomed us and were always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay in Bali, this villa is a fantastic option. Highly recommended!
Beautiful big house with all the amenities you could have! Andrew and the staff were very accommodating and responsive to our requests and we had a pleasant stay!
1. The place is exactly the same as the photos, great and spacious swimming pool, tennis course, table tennis. They even offer three hours of free night lighting for the tennis courts. You won’t feel boring in the villa 2. They have four rooms, two are good for 4 people, two for 2-3 people. 3. The location is near from no where. You’ll need grab to go to any place. Walking is not gonna work. 4. The toilet in my room ( the one which is close to the main gate) is not really functional. It can’t flush down the toilet paper.
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits et ce logement était vraiment extraordinaire, nous étions 11 personnes et avions loué les 4 chambres. Les chambres sont grandes ainsi que la piscine et la cuisine. Le propriétaire nous a donné un service hors pairs. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.
가족 11명이 편히 묵을 수 있도록 침대가 구성되어 있었습니다. 침구가 편하고 조식도 어른과 아이에 맞춰 따로 준비해주셨습니다. 체크인 때 호스트가 친절히 설명해주셨고, 체크아웃할 때도 이른 시간이었는데 직접 배웅해주셔서 매우 감사했습니다. 즐길거리가 많았지만 일정이 짧아 많이 누리지 못한 점이 아쉽습니다.
We had an incredible stay, thanks to the amazing hospitality of Andrew and Ayu. They are not only fantastic hosts but also excellent commentators, adding a personal and insightful touch to our experience. Ayu went out of her way to provide us with great local tips and recommendations, and she prepared a fresh, delicious breakfast for us every morning. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained we returned each day to a cleaned villa. The property is impressively spacious with a large cool and clean pool. And oversized bedrooms that added to our comfort. All staff were friendly and helpful contributing to the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Villa. My kids really loved it. The place was very spacious, honestly even a bit too big for our group of six plus one toddler 😃. Andy and Ayu were so friendly and served us delicious, home style breakfasts. There was some construction next door, which made me a little uncomfortable swimming since the workers could see the pool, but it looks like the project is almost finished. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone traveling with a large group.
Andy is the idea of what we call a Superhost. He is there to explain everything you need to know about the villa or the surrounding. He helps you get there and take care of your breakfast if you want to. The villa is amazing! 🤩 The rooms are so vasts, everything there is made to make you comfortable. Maybe it’s not walking distance from a beach but it is very central so it makes it easy to explore the all the beaches around. I would have plan to stay longer if I could. Thank you Andy!
Ayu und Andrew waren wirklich außergewöhnlich tolle Gastgeber. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit bei jeder Frage. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber, da alle zwei Tage Angestellte die Räume reinigten, und mit dem großen Pool, Billardtisch, Tennisplatz, Tischtennis, Fitnessgerät etc. hatte man in der Villa zahlreiche Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Mit Dekno - dem Fahrer und Guide - hatten wir sehr viel Freude und Spaß. Er kennt alle lohnenswerten Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Bali. Er ist ein sehr guter und sicherer Fahrer, und wir hatten viel Freude während der Ausflüge mit ihm. Auch wenn die Grab Fahrer vielleicht günstiger sind, ist es mir wichtiger jemanden zu haben, der freundlich, vertrauenswürdig und zuverlässig ist. Meine Familie und ich haben es sehr genossen hier Gast zu sein und können einen Aufenthalt in Ayu’s und Andrew‘s Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir wünschen beiden und ihrer Familie nur das Beste für die Zukunft.
La villa d’Andrew et Ayu a été à la hauteur de nos attentes , nous avons pu profiter des nombreuses activités qu’elle proposait ( ping pong , billard , piscine …) entre amis . Nous étions 10 et nous avons tous profitez d’une literie de bonne qualité et la villa est tellement grande que cela nous a permis de profitez de tous les espaces sans se marcher dessus . Nous recommandons !! Cerise sur le gâteau …les petits déjeuner d’Ayu , un régal !!
Our family had an unforgettable stay at this incredible property! We are group of 9, 7 adults and 2 children. The place is absolutely huge, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We were thrilled with the variety of facilities available, including a tennis/badminton court, table tennis, a swimming pool, and a billiard table, which kept us entertained throughout our visit. The spacious dining room and well-equipped kitchen made family meals a breeze. The hospitality was top-notch, with the host going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed at this BnB in Bali and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Ayu, our host, was beyond wonderful – incredibly personable, warm, and genuinely hospitable. She made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. There were six of us on this trip, and the accommodation was perfect – everyone had their own comfortable bed, which is a rare find for group stays. The house itself was beautiful, with a great layout for socializing and relaxing. The location was also ideal – peaceful and scenic, yet just a short distance from amazing food spots and lively bars. This is the perfect villa for big families. Ayu, Andrew and their family were so helpful and kind. We really felt right at home. Ayu even lent us her personal karaoke set up when we asked about a karaoke machine. Their hosting was truly above and beyond. I totally recommend this place for groups with kids or people who are quite active since there are a lot of things you can do in the villa. This villa really set the bar for us. I daresay it’s the best place to stay in in Bali.
We were a family of nine staying at this beautiful villa, and from the very first moment, everything went perfectly. The property is incredibly spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout that truly made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the large, sparkling swimming pool — perfect for both relaxing and enjoying fun family time. We also made full use of the tennis court, billiards table, and table tennis, which kept everyone happily entertained. The recreation room was another great bonus, complete with gym equipment that made staying active easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just five minutes from a huge variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and local markets — everything you could need is right at your doorstep. Some of Bali’s most beautiful beaches are also just a short drive away, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.

We had the most amazing time at this villa! We booked a 7 night stay with extended family with 9 children and 8 adults and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and taken care of. The space is even more beautiful than the photos – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully styled. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids. But the Indonesian breakfasts came in at a close second thanks to Ayu! Andrew, Ayu & the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything but respectful of our privacy. Everything was spotless, and the daily housekeeping made it feel like a luxury retreat. The location was perfect – tucked away for peace and quiet, but still close to cafes, shops, and attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring Bali with our family. We honestly didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Just completed 10 days at Andy's and Ayu's villa. I booked it based on all the great reviews it has received and I can now see why. It is a beautiful villa but Andy & Ayu make the place so much more special. They are very attentive, super responsive to any questions, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Ayu's breakfast is superb, very delicious and includes local dishes, lovely fresh fruit and very, very, very. tasty 100% fresh juices......unbelievably tasty. Ayu also cooked us dinner on our last night, which was not only very lovely of her but it was great having her and Andy join us for dinner. I also have to mention Dekno (the driver) who was the nicest most knowledgeable and unbelievably patient tour guide who took us anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. He also took us to some amazing restaurants that he recommended. He really is a star and also helped make our stay unforgettable. I can't thank Andy, Ayu & Dekno enough.
Had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Ayu’s place! The villa is huge with so many activities that there were days we didn’t need to leave and were well entertained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was always clean and ready for a swim. The staff is very helpful and Ayu’s breakfasts were delicious!! The location of the villa has a great cafe close by which we walked to regularly. Grab drivers could also easily find the villa for food delivery. Overall we had a fantastic stay :)
Beautiful, big place. The pool the biggest we’ve seen in an airbnb. Ayu is so helpful and a very good cook. She even bought over home made goodies and treats for the kids. Would recommend for a big family or groups.

We stayed for 4 nights for a group of 14 people. The house is beautiful with awesome facilities. The swimming pool, recreation room, pool table, tennis/badminton court, everything you need is there and exactly how it is described. Amazing hosts, Andy and ibu Ayu. Great communication right from the booking stage, leading up to check in and throughout our stay. Special thanks to ibu Ayu, such a legend! very helpful and accommodating (sorry for the mountain of laundry on our first night!). The kids love your house, and the breakfast! Hands-down, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Andy & Ayu were excellent hosts! Their villa was perfect for our family gathering. So clean. Loved having our laundry done. Beds are comfortable. We stayed cool with AC. Breakfast the first morning was delicious, Ayu is a wonderful cook. the fresh fruit platter & fresh juice were amazing. The kids were in the very clean pool every day. & played table tennis. They learned to play billiards & badminton. I got to play pickleball with my brother. Top notch restaurants nearby. Great to have the option for a driver. 3 of us had massages that Ayu set up in the villa, twice- great value and great body work.

We had a lovely stay at Andrew's place. The place is perfect for big families. There are things to do for everyone. The kids love to swim everyday in the pool. In fact, it's the first thing they did before even having breakfast. The place is spacious. The room is spacious as well. What an amazing time we had at Sunset Villa!! For our family group, 14 in total, every aspect of the villa catered for us.. Our grandchildren had a ball, our adult children had space to do their thing and also come together in activities they all enjoyed. We thoroughly recommend staying here. Ayu, Mei, Elou and Andrew made the difference- considering our needs, catering for different occasions and just being down right super stars… We would not hesitate to return just for the fact that they cared about us. Great stay at this villa. High hospitality services from the host. The host is very responsive and helpful especially Mrs Ayu who help us a lot during our stay. The villa have many facilities such as big swimming pool, tennis court, billiard, trampoline. The main bedroom is spacious and all room is very clean. We recommend this villa if you are travelling with families and friends. we plan to use this villa if we come again to Bali with families and friends.
Andy and his wife ayu was very friendly and the house was very good. Breakfast can be improved but still was very good House is quiet spacious and good for people who like to party. It's good for people who wants to have a peaceful atmosphere and love to relax rather than exploring and going out

The place is great. We enjoyed our stay here. You can do a lot of activities because they are well provided. The hosts are very accommodating and always responsive to our inquiries. They are always ready to assist when needed. Many thanks to Andrew and Ayu for making our first stay in Bali smooth and fun.
We had a wonderful time in Ayu and Andy’s house in Ungasan. The place was perfect for my family of ten. We had my parents over the age of 70 and my family and my sister’s family. Children in the ages between 13 to 25. It fit all our needs. The kids were always entertained as there was billiards, a swimming pool and a tennis court. It was very comfortable for the adults as it had a large kitchen where everyone could congregate during meal times or when lounging. They have a nice set of drivers and cars that we used. The drivers knew their way around and were very accommodating. One of the drivers even had WiFi in the car and a dongle when you were around and about in Bali. So you always had access WiFi. We appreciated that so much. The rooms had air conditioning which was fabulous. If you need a fan there was a fan in the kitchen which we moved to one of our rooms for some extra air circulation. Since we were all from India we didn’t need fans but I did require one since I live in the U
Andrew and Ayu have a very nice house with swimming pool in the courtyard. The kitchen is expansive and the rooms are nicely furnished. Most notable is Ayu's hospitality and friendliness. Ayu helped us a lot in the kitchen with cooking and cleaning. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place because of the friendliness of the hosts, the nice layout of the house, the beautiful kitchen, a large area to play games, and a nice, large swimming pool.

Loved our stay at the villa. Perfect for a large group. The pool and other amenities are really incredible. We felt like royalty. Ayu and Andrew went above and beyond to help us out with any requests. The housekeeping was lovely as it enabled us to relax waking up to spotless kitchen every day. The pool is especially large in comparison with most villas. The kids just lived in the pool. Ayu even kindly organised a birthday cake for my daughter on her birthday.
Andrew, Ayu and Mei were the best hosts ever! From the moment I booked the airbnb to the final day of our stay, they were helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Prior to our visit, Andrew gave lots of recommendations on places to visit and how to get ard. Ayu took the initiative to contact me about room arrangements and answered all my queries patiently as I had 11 people to cater for :) the villa itself was impressive and as described! All the amenities mentioned were in good condition - pool, table tennis, billiard, tennis court, badminton, trampoline, video games, etc. both kids and adults had a great time!! It was also extremely useful that all the bedrooms were ensuite - super rare find!! Ayu is also such a great cook - we did bbq together and enjoyed breakfast and lunch cooked lovingly by Ayu. Everyone enjoyed it, especially the Sambal! We were also grateful to have Dekno, who help us get to and fro airport and around Bali. We had a great time and will definitely be back :)
Andrew and Ayu are fantastic host. Probably amongst the very best I have had the chance to meet. Sunset villa is absolutely great for big groups. There’s table tennis, a sheltered court for casual game of tennis and badminton. In addition, others in the group also played pool, used their gym. Traveling to Kuta area is easy with Grab/GoJek ride hailing services. Our host makes every attempt to keep the accommodation as clean as possible and to make our stay in Bali comfortable with little and appreciated touches turning on the lights before you arrive back at the villa, or giving good recommendations on Grabfood and itinerary suggestions. Andy and ayu are not only lovely people but are so accommodating and helpful. Amazing food cooked and very clean villa. Quick on response if you have questions. Great size pool with a dip. Lots of fun had and would definitely recommend and come again
Perfect place. Private when you wanted, yet not too far away from Kuta and the airport. Always got a gojek quick and cheap to anywhere we wanted to go. Lovely pool. Recreation room was great for the kids.

WooW we loved this little paradise ! Ayu & her team took care of us, thank you very much to make our stay perfect ! all my family loved it. the place was really cleaned and you can find everything you need for your stay. swimming pool is huge, my kids ( 5 & 7 years old ) loved it. facilities: pool table, badminton & tennis court. we recommend the breakfast as well. their driver is also very nice. Sunset villa is such a beautiful place - the house is absolutely stunning, stylishly furnished and decorated. There is entertainment provided for every age - a pool, outdoor cinema area, table tennis, pool table, tennis court and even some gym equipment. Ayu - Andy’s wife was extremely helpful and very kind - gave us so many great recommendations and even helped us buy some groceries. We also tried the in-house massages which were one of the best I had. There is also a nice new coffee shop just 2min walk away and a muay thai outdoor gym for the exercise fans. I would highly recommend Sunset villa to anyone who wants a private and quiet house and surroundings that is a short drive to many tourist attractions and beaches.

We spent 5 nights at the villa which was bigger than expected. We were 4 kids and 4 adults with ample space for all of us. Kids clearly enjoyed the large swimming pool. And more importantly, our stay would not have been so pleasant without the hosts. They made our stay very easy and comfortable thanks to their warm welcome, kind help and recommendations. Ayu cooked us nice breakfast and Andrew took us to buy groceries for our BBQ. Thank you so much Andrew and Ayu, you’re the best hosts i have ever encountered! I had an amazing stay at this villa with my friends. we were with a group of 14 and it was definitely big enough. I would recommend it to book this and have a great weekend in Uluwatu!! His wife Ayu took really good care of us and was always around if we needed her!
Our family and friends (8 people) stayed at Andrew and Ayu's airbnb. It is one of the best place we have ever stayed. The place is big and very comfortable especially the kitchen where we bonded every night and morning. Ayu is the best host, she is very attentive, thoughtful, friendly, and very responsive (and even cooked delicious snacks for us). One of the best and friendliest AirBnb we ever stayed ☺️ Highly recommended! Prior arrival, Andrew & Ayu were very thoughtful to plan out our beds configuration. They ensure that all of us were well taken care of, especially when we requested for wheel-chair friendly assistance. It so happened that we checked in late at almost 10pm+ due to flight & rain, Ayu and Mei waited for us and sheltered us with brollies 🥹 greeted us with their friendliest smiles & showed us all around their lovely sunset villa (despite that it was so late already?!) All of us (young & old) enjoyed sunset villa very much 😍 Badminton/tennis court; PS4, Ping pong table and swimming pool, the kids are never bored in here. Mei even came to play together with our kids, they had so much fun! Everything was well provided for; the kitchen & amenities, BBQ & breakfast, all great! 😍 Will definitely be back again next time, thanks again for taking so good care of us, going the extra mile & beyond, appreciate it!
Andy and Ayu's place was perfect for our group of 10. The pool was big and we really enjoyed that there was table tennis, a badminton/tennis court and a pool table available. Our family got to bond every night because of this, instead of us being cooped up in our own rooms watching TV. Though it was tempting too as the rooms were big and comfortable with strong AC. Ayu was also the very best Airbnb host we've met. I arranged for balloons and decor for my son's bday from an external vendor but they messed up the dates. While I was feeling disappointed over the mix up, Ayu took over to liaise with them to setup the very next day, let them in and out during setup and take down, let cake delivery in, offered to buy a cake on my son's actual birthday and so much more. Nothing is too much for Ayu. This place definitely stands out from the other villas we've stayed in Bali and we wish we could have stayed longer.
Absolutely loved staying in Andy and Ayu’s vacation property. We’ve been to 25 countries and we can confidently say that the service provided by this host is unmatched. The property itself is beautiful and bigger than we expected. We used the pool everyday and having the ping pong table and second floor tennis court was such a treat! To top off this experience, the hosts were exceptional, from helping with transportation, to arranging laundry, a daily house keeper, and a wonderful breakfast made from scratch. We stayed at Andrew's place for 3 nights, we were a large group. Even before checking in Ayu proactively shared relevant details about the place to ensure we faced no issues. The place is as it looks in the pictures, big, beautiful and clean. Great pool, good rooms a huge kitchen, and other amenities mentioned are also great But apart from the place what was more endearing was the hospitality that Ayu extended to us, she was there to ensure that we felt at home, suggested all the right things to do and visit. Andrew and Ayu's place was perfect for a big family of 10. We arrived in three batches, one past midnight, but they still managed to pick us all up at the airport free of charge. The place was just as described. It is very spacious and clean and offers numerous amenities. Best of all was the hosting team's care and attention to detail. They made sure we had a great stay from start to finish. They went out of their way to iron out the kinks, offered extra services, and were always responsive and quick to address any concerns. Love the place, The host are both great. Everytime we need something they will reapond and come to the villa. Very friendly and they want you feel at home. My family loves it and very clean. Amenities are great specially the pool and the karaoke area.
This villa is truly a hidden gem. Swimming pool, gym equipments, ping pong table, tennis/badminton court, billiard table, Netflix in each room, Play Station in the kitchen, huge bedrooms and bathrooms, complimentary breakfast, fresh juice or fresh coconut water. What else can you ask for? Ayu also catered to our request such as providing butter and eggs for our breakfast. The whole place was kept clean a few times a day, pool being cleaned too. Gofood/grabfood is also convenient Thanks Ayu for hosting us. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
Definitely one of the best air bnb experience! Ayu and Andy were really friendly, very helpful and responsive to any of our request. They made us feel really welcomed and were always kind to us. Our group consisted of 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids), the bedrooms were really big and comfortable, air con made sure we were kept cool in the hot weather, and they provided cleaning and laundry everyday during our stay. We would definitely recommend anyone to give their place a try if they were to visit Bali.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Andy and Ayu’s villa. Andy was very prompt and informative when we were booking the villa. When we arrived, Ayu was very warm to welcome us in the villa and showed us the facilities and amenities and explained the Dos and Don’ts clearly. She became a friend of us, taking us to the local markets and nearby restaurants. Her breakfast was very authentic and value for money, delivered promptly in villa with freshly squeezed fruit juices. When we tried to cook some simple dishes in the kitchen she was very helpful to provide the ingredients and joined us in the cooking and tasting. Swimming pool was very clean, with good speakers to play the music of our own. Kids loved the PS4, Pool table and table tennis. We also played tennis & badminton. When we wanted to celebrate the birthday of one our members, Andy and Ayu joined the secret planning and delivered the cakes to us in the midnight. Great hosts! Great villa! Great experience!

We stayed at Andrews accommodation for two days for a wedding and we had the best time there. The location is hidden but it is on the grab so getting food delivery and cars to get around was very easy. The Villa looks just like the picture and more - we did not anticipate a full -sized tennis court on the second floor, and a family theater (which we did not get to use due to our schedule) but nonetheless, we felt right at home and Ayu was super helpful during our stay. The hosts live right around the corner so whatever we needed they were able to accommodate immediately. Anyway would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking forward to a warm and lovely stay in Bali 10/10
okay, I don't know where I should start to write about Andrew and Ayu's beautiful villa. because all I can tell you this villa is huge and beautiful! if you looking place for spend time just with your family and you have group more than 14 people, here the diamond place in South Kuta! it very close to GWK, all great restaurants, groceries and beaches! I loved talk with Ayu, she is beautiful, very sweet, kind and her cooking was amazing! her niece too. my youngest son 6 yo accidentally put disc to play a game on playstation without knowing that there was disc inside it already. I still feel bad till now but Ayu worried more about I yell to my youngest son than playstation. the place is huge and gorgeous from inside. there is a lot to do inside. my sons loved this place and keep asking to come back when visit Bali again. thank you Ayu and Andrew! next time I'll make sure to book earlier so we can stay longer! 3 nights are sure not enough!! ps: I hope the disc can get out from the PS

We stayed with 2 families and young children in Andrew and Ayu's house. Everything in the house is super and spacious: from the rooms to the kitchen, bathroom, pool and play areas. Really special and unique! When you see the photos you doubt it's real, but it's real. Andrew and Ayu live next door to the house and are very helpful and responsive. They are friendly , down to earth people with whom I also had some fun life story conversations. Ayu provided delicious breakfast and we are grateful to her for our fav snack "pisang goreng".
The villa is simply magnificent, even more beautiful than in photos, equipped with every accessory or convenience to make your stay perfect. The thing that impressed me the most is the helpfulness and kindness of the hostess, Ayu, who was always so ready to meet our every need. In addition to that she is also an excellent cook, the dinners prepared by her were delicious. Honestly the best place ever found on Airbnb. Truly highly recommended.

This host treats guests like family. Our son had a Bali Belly and the host was checking on us every half hour and arranging stuff / medicines / food and took good care. Overall very responsive staff. Ayu runs the place like a boss .. she is superb and made our stay extremely satisfied. Next time we are in Bali— we are here and no where else .
Way beyond expectation, the Villa was superb, a nice hideaway and in secluded area. But no worries, lots of restaurants and warungs nearby, simply order it through Gofood or Grabfood, and they will deliver it to your door. Very recommended, surely will be back here next time we plan to go to Bali. Mrs. Ayu n Mr. Andy were very responsive to our needs, impeccable service and hospitality.
The Sunset Villa was simply AMAZING. We were two Families with teenagers and younger kiddos. Andrew and Ayo were superb hosts. Great hospitality and responds very quickly to queries and needs. The place is the best airBnB i have rented to date. Spacious, clean, sophisticated interior design.. Just imagine having a pool, table tennis, billiard table, full court tennis court all rolled in one. Quite impressive. Kitchen was perfect for us who like to whip up our own meals.. The complimentary breakfast was also a bonus.. Quite yummy. They even tie you up with a local driver Decno who was very kind and helpful. Right from the booking to the check-in, Andrew and Ayu made it an ease for us. An absolute dream come true. Our experience definitely surpassed our expectations. The amenities available at the villa provided sufficient entertainment, from video games to sports to swimming or even simply chilling out. A fully equipped kitchen with bedrooms that are spacious, each with its own private bathrooms. The Host, Ayu, was there on location to receive us and did a walk through the villa with us. She even went out of her way to accommodate our request for dinner and massage recommendations that were kids-friendly. The location of the villa was private, while there were not many amenities near the villa, but it was the least of our worries because Ayu was just a call or text away. The complimentary breakfast and the dinner prepared by Ayu were delicious. Overall, we enjoyed and would definitely be back again. Amazing hosts and amazing villa.
Sunset Villa is just the place for you if you are looking at a tranquil vacation home with great amenities & a wonderful host & staff ! We were 3 families with 5 children & must say that the place is very child friendly as well & just the right place to feel at home. The pool area is where we all used to spend our evenings & had a lovely time. Ayu is a very responsive host & her recommended driver has been a great support to us through our entire Bali trip! andrew & ayu place was perfect, i have big family group of 15 peoples but the place still fit us perfectly, the children and adults both are happy with the facilities they provide, they have big swimming pool, gym, tennis table, pool table, badminton/tennis court, playstation & relaxing place with big screen. they also have a nice & complete kitchen that function as gathering area, clean villa but need a little bit upgrade, i love they put a lot of paintings & aesthetic decorations. overall it is a perfect place for big group. the check in & check out process very smoothly with andrew & ayu greet us themselves. we are all very happy and hope we can stay there again next time. thank you andrew & ayu.
Our stay at the sunset villa was excellent. Our group of 14 people arrived at different times and we were all picked up at the airport, and brought to the villa. The hosts Ayu and Andrew were very responsive and accommodated our requests. They were even able to arrange for masseurs to come to the villa and give personal massage to our group. Our stay at Sunset Villa was perfect! We stayed there 2 weeks; 3 children and 6 adults. Children enjoyed the pool very much, it’s really big and deep enough to swim and children to dive. Ayu and Mei were amazing! They helped us for everything we asked for, did our grocerys, bought for us swimming toys etc. Villa is perfect for big families to get together and spend time there together. Very private and hugh place for a family and friends to enjoy holiday and vaccation. Our family enjoyed everyday staying here, espically a big pool. Ping pong table and pool table were plus. Big kitchen, Ayu and her staff were very helpful cleaning and maintaining the kitchen everyday was awesome. We were mostly cooking for a big number and was mess all the time. Her team member was there twice a day to clean. And we appreciate that very much. Overall, very nice, quite, specious, rooms with open bathroom was a different experience for us. We loved it overall. Thanks Andrew and Ayu!! We will definitely live again if we have to visit Bali.

Great property if you're visiting as a big group of people. Lots of space and activities to do in the house. We're a young family and the kids loved the villa. Location is set away from the main road so nice and quiet with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. The hosts (Ayu and Mei) were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us purchase some things for our baby. I'd recommend taking up the in-house dining options - the Balinese curry is delicious!
Had a great stay at Sunset Villa. Place was huge with all the facilities listed. Ping pong table, mini gym, swimming pool, pool table, tennis/badminton court. Netflix is available for all rooms and there is even a PS3 for gaming. Lots to do in the Villa. Andrew and Ayu were great hosts, super responsive and extremely helpful.

Just had an amazing stay at Andrew's villa for my extended family of 12. special shout out to Andrew's wife - Ayu for her great hospitality and tasty homecook dishes were a delight and feast for my family. There were many amenities (pool, table tennis, badminton, tennis, gym) to keep the young and not so young occupied for days. The villa was well kept and pool well maintained. This villa is truly a gem in Bali and highly recommended, esp for those with large families.
Great space to be at with big family. We went with family of 15, there are tons of activities that we can play with our kids. Table Tennis, Pool table and even tennis and badminton. Where can you find such villa? It was our dream villa. The pool is huge and its depth is leveled, so it is great for family with kids. The place was maintained very well, and very clean! Not to mention, our host Ayu has been very responsive and friendly. When we check in she walked through with us all the rooms, facilities and kitchen! A very detailed and responsive host. In the night, there was a gecko that pop into our toilet, messaged Ayu and they immediately came over and spend close to an 1 hour searching and catching the gecko before releasing it in the wild. Incredible host and very helpful staff! Highly recommend anyone who is planning to stay in Bali to check out this villa. We will definitely come back here whenever we visit bali. Would like to begin by saying Andrew and Ayu’s villa in Bali is the nicest property me and any of my friends have stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice, you really need to see the place for yourselves. There were 12 of us and there was more than enough room for everyone! They were extremely accommodating and me and my friends can’t thank them enough for the help they gave us while staying at their villa, they were there to clean up our mess twice a day and were incredibly kind even when we kept them up at night! You really made our stay one to remember and wish you all the best for the future! Once again thanks so much to you both and your family for everything and for really looking after us and making us all feel extremely welcome! Very nice, huge and luxurious villa! Me and my families really enjoyed our 5 days stays there. The, Ms. Ayu and her niece were very nice and always tried to accomodate your needs. She even helped me to buy 'salak' from the local market :) The villa is definitely a nice place to relax in Bali. with all of the amenities (such as big swimming pool, tennis court, etc). I will surely book this villa again if I get a chance to revisit Bali next time.
5 stars all the way! Andy and Ayu were great hosts and they’re easily reachable when we needed to contact them. The villa is very clean and we fully enjoyed ourselves with all its facilities (especially the ping pong and pool table). The rooms were huge and really cosy, all of us felt like home in the villa. We also highly recommend the dinner (check with Andy) as it was delicious!! Thanks again Andy and Ayu for hosting us, we really enjoyed our time there and hope that we will be back again in the near future.
we occupied the entire villa. relatively quite surrounding that suits a big family vacation such ours. complete facilities such as tennis court (that also could be used for badminton, all the cock/ball and racket also provided), small gym, billiar, table tennis (pingpong), kitchen, swimming pool, playstation. big kitchen, so we always enjoy pur time when we stayed at the villa. around 15-20 mins to melasti and pandawa beach.. very friendly host (andrew and ayu). they even provided a big bucket ice cream so the kids so happy.. a very recommended place to stay..
I don't think I could find much to gripe about even if I tried. The villa was spacious for our group of 10 (can easily fit more), very clean, comfortable, and located next to South Kuta. The hosts and drivers were very accommodating and helped us with everything. Definitely enhanced the stay.

Good facilities and hospitality makes us to enjoy more our family vacation for the past 4 days in the villa. A highly recommended villa for people who come over with a very big family. We had an amazing stay at Andy’s villa. We were a group of 14 people travelling for a company trip. We worked from the villa every day and the internet connection was sufficient for 14 people having video calls. Andy and Ayu made sure that we had comfortable stay throughout the week. Every day we had tasty breakfast, the villa was spotless clean, and they were able to help us with multiple requests. There are a lot of great facilities like swimming pool, table tennis, tennis court, some gym equipment. Kitchen is well equipped too and overall the villa is very spacious. The communication with Andy was wonderful since the moment I made the booking, he helped us to arrange everything and prepare for our arrival. Nothing but a great place, totally recommended!
The villa is huge and clean. Same as picture. We really enjoyed the facilities. All perfect. Both Ayu and Andy are great host, very helpful and communicative. We’ll be back again next time visit Bali.

I had a very extraordinary experience staying at this villa. Super hospitality from super host and super service. the owner, Mba Ayu is super friendly and super nice, providing super service for us. Talking about the place, it was very very clean, and a cozy place to stay and chill. They even have PS3 for the kids to play. I would definitely recommend and stay at this villa again if I ever go to Bali again. Once again, thank you Mba Ayu for your lovely hospitality and service, wait for our next visit.
Everything was in perfect condition. The host is very friendly and respond fast. The villa is great, very clean and convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and chill. TV channel is fantastic and great such as having netflix, etc. The breakfast is also good. Complete entertainment like big swimming pool, table tennis, etc. Me and my friends really enjoyed this villa. Great experience in here, will come back next time. Many thanks to Ayu and Andy!

10/10. We are a group of 8 people, and we had our best time staying on this beautiful place. Internet connections is excellent. We tried every facility stated in the description and photos and we love it. (unfortunately the keyboard is in repair). This is the perfect place for a group. Every room is clean and smell nice. Definitely will return, soon.

I enjoyed my stay at Sunset Villa, the photos and what you get is exactly as written . The villa is amazing, very spacious with lots of activities. Breakfast was delicious and the housekeeping was attentive. The pool is very big and clean and the Games room offers ping pong And believe it or not, you have your very own Tennis Court which doubles as a Badminton Court. What I enjoyed best is the host Andy and Ayu who were available to help us when required. Overall a great Villa experience.

Big & spacious villa perfect for family gathering with private pool & complete facilities such as table tennis, pool table and even tennis court. There’s 2 large bedroom, with 2 king bed + 2 single bed. 2 other rooms is smaller, but still comfy for 2 people. Every room has private bathroom & Netflix. Andrew & Ayu are so helpful & friendly. They greet us on the 1st day, and continue to ask is there anything we need. Mei is helping us to tidy up & clean our room and entire villa during our stay. She’s very nice & friendly too. Definitely will going back here in other occasion. 👏🏼 we’re all so happy during our stays. Thank you Andy, Ayu, and Mei. you make our stays so wonderful.
Great place for up to 10 peoples group. 4 big bedrooms with ensuite baths. Bath and pool towels, a new toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Love the smell of the bed linen and towel. Tv with Netflix in every room. Huge kitchen with big fridge, hobs, microwave and oven. Big pool with day beds and a really good speaker with Bluetooth connection. We get one free nice breakfast. Mei, Andy's niece, greeted us during the check in and check out. She's also taken care of us during our stay. She cleaned the kitchen every morning and asked to clean the bedroom. Overall, Andy's villa is a great place to stay. Andy and I are always making sure that we have everything we need, including grocery shopping. Strongly recommend this villa; wide range of facilities and amenities, great host/manager team; excellent location. You could spend all day relaxing in location, or use it as a base to explore the local region or further afield. The staff response is outstanding - very patient and flexible. The villa is very well suited for an extended family or group to hang around or explore - some of the local cafes and restaurants, and access to local beaches etc are hidden gems. Andy's knowledge and insights are terrific, and Mae is highly responsive and capable. The food was a particular highlight - our family was adamant it was the best we had in Bali - the breakfasts were great, but the dinners were amazing. Do a welcome dinner, a farewell dinner and in between, too! The driver support is highly reliable; whether local trips or futher afield. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

We were travelling as a large group (4 families) and needed a place that can house all of us and provide that balance between privacy (between the families), and space to do all the family bonding stuff. Andy's villa was the perfect choice - beautiful setting (great Balinese zen feel), ensuite bedrooms for each family, large kitchen for meals, and a pool and plenty of space for the kids to be kids. And Netflix on every TV (something that some of us can't do without). But the villa aside, the thing that made it a great (and not just a good) holiday was Andy and his team's hospitality. They were always contactable and entertained each of our requests (for a BBQ, help with booking spa and salon visits, customising breakfast for the picky eaters), and the services provided were timely (laundry, breakfast and pickups for day trips to the beaches and sightseeing/ shopping). Big family trips can be challenging but with a host like Andy, everything went well and everyone got to do what they wanted to do and had a great time. Thanks so much, Andy and team! You have made our first time in Bali unforgettable.
Andys place was a great stay. Really nice large swimming pool, comfy beds, Tennis court and Table tennis makes the experience really enjoyable. We stayed there for a month, and the hospitality was fantastic. The cleaners were there every day and Andy was close by at all times and quick with responses on Airbnb. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I'm sure we will be back :)
Sunset Villa- A true holiday destination to escape. The villa- is everything and more that you could possibly imagine. A long corridor greets you from the moment you step through the big double doors with 2 fully air conditioned rooms, own TV with Netflix, and beautiful ensuite bathrooms in each. At the end you look over a beautifully large pool with outdoor heated shower, greenery, and beautifully coloured trees that add to this picturesque scene. There are 2 large bedrooms that are accessible to this view in the mornings that come with it's own little living area, TV with Netflix, HUGE walk in wardrobes, and a big shower (with shampoo and soap), and a toilet in each. An entertainment room also overlooks the pool and has a playstation, gym equipment, table tennis table, and a set of drums in it. Up the stairs you will find the pool table, the undercover tennis court, around the balcony you will also find another private bathroom which makes for beautiful showers under the moonlit sky. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A nice little touch is Andy's landline where, at the push of a button, you can contact him to order your food, OR he will come and meet you at the kitchen window with whatever you need. Andy and his family are super accommodating and catered to all of our needs. Mei did an excellent job at ordering and delivering our food, Andy cooked a beautiful breakfast for us on our first morning, and Dekno was really helpful with our transport. A would recommend hiring a scooter for the day if you wanted to shoot back and forth from the supermarket or any nearby shops. We had amazing massages at a place just around the corner for 90000RP for an hr, it didn't look like much from the outside but it was the best we had around the place. Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua were all about 20-30min away so having a driver for those with our big group was necessary. The location- You are staying in the Ungasan area. We scootered to Kuta/Legian in 20-25 mins =) Yay!! Definitely beats having a car trying to navigate through all of the traffic. Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua were all about 20-30min car ride away (depending on traffic) and was no problem moving from to and fro. All in all a holiday destination and villa we will never forget. There is not one thing that I regret about choosing to stay at Andy's villa and we can be sure to visit again.
If your destination is South Kuta, just go ahead and book this beautiful "HOME". One of the most spacious 4 BR Villa's with some facilities that even a Five Star hotel property would not have. Most importantly, it's the host Mr Andrew and his family who are such amazing hosts. We enjoyed every moment of our stay as a family and the next time around, it is surely going to be a two day vacation at just the Villa alone. The breakfast was yum and the most memorable for us at Bali was our stay here and the hospitality of Mr Andrew and his family.
The place is well design, especially the swimming pool and game room. Environment is more quiet compaired to other places nearby. Bedroom and dinning room are pretty capacious, not to mention the roof tennis court. The host Andy and his families are all friendly and helpful. He provided all I need as possible.
