Exploring Private pool one-bedroom Managed villa · Uluwatu left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Private pool one-bedroom Managed villa · Uluwatu was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Private pool one-bedroom Managed villa · Uluwatu painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Not the best experience. Only after we arrived they let us know that we will be getting a different Villa, because of a problem with the pool. The other Villa they gave us was the same as the one we ordered, so we asked if we can stay there, to which they insisted that was not possible. It bumbed us because we have been travelling for many days and moved around a lot, and we wanted to finally stay at 1 place without packing and moving again, but they insisted on us having to move, even though it’s the same Villa, for which we had to wake up in the morning for. When we checked in to the villa, there was a problem with the lock so we had to wait till it got fixed and the water in the shower had a strong scent of sewage. I then went to the lobby and complained, seeking compensation, expecting either a discount on the final price or the price of the motorcycle, or a free massage perhaps. Their compensation summed up with a fruit basket, which was fine, definitely not what I was expecting
Beautiful villa with a private pool, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful setting. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for beaches and restaurants. Great value and a very relaxing stay. Would recommend!
As usual, I’d highly recommend. Family nest is a lovely property that we’ve been going to for months!
Really Nice place, Service Like a hotel
This villa was absolutely gorgeous and gave us a full hotel-like experience in a private villa setting. The property was very well equipped, with a huge private pool, spacious layout, fully furnished kitchen, and all the necessities provided. Every corner of the villa felt luxurious — from the beautiful sunken living area to the amazing bathroom and overall generous space for two. With 24-hour security and staff always on standby for any requests, the service was impeccable. You truly get what you pay for here, and we would definitely stay again! We were truly in awe of the villa from the moment we arrived — it was even more amazing than we expected. The place was absolutely beautiful, and honestly words can hardly describe how amazing it felt to be there. We were so comfortable and enjoyed every moment so much that we genuinely did not feel like leaving. It was a truly memorable experience.

This villa is beautiful, with very kind and responsive staff. It is definitely worth the price I paid. As the name suggests, the property is very kid-friendly, so I highly recommend it to families traveling to Bali with children.

Amazing stay at Family Nest. The villa was so clean, very big for two people and an easy grab away from the centre of Uluwatu. Would definitely return. Despite warning of construction noise we heard nothing during our stay which was brilliant. It’s also next door to a great spa which is fantastic after a long flight!
Such a wonderful stay! I visited during my birthday month, and the staff went above and beyond with a sweet bed decoration and a personalized birthday message on the chalkboard. The villa was even more beautiful than I expected, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The pool was always the perfect temperature and kept very clean. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you for making my birthday trip so special!
Love this villa. Visiting uluwatu for a business trip and this place exceeded all expectations. Already looking at when I can return with my kids

This Villa is a great stay. It feels like you are living in your own community/neighborhood. My wife and I felt very safe and comfortable. The staff on site are very nice and accommodating, and the villa itself was beautifully done and well maintained. The housekeeping staff kept it feeling brand new every day. Having breakfast delivery on site is a very nice perk. Location is very ideal, can access anything you would want to do in Uluwatu within 30 minutes, perfectly located in the middle of both sides of the island. Would highly recommend!
We stayed here for our honeymoon - thank you so much for our flowers 🥰 Our villa was very nice, clean and spacious! We also loved how villa was being cleaned daily. It’s a bit far from the restaurants but it’s easy to get around via Grab which is affordable. Would love to go back!

Great from start to Finish. Rampin the Concierge is the truth. Made sure I was fully accommodated day in and day out throughout my entire stay. Start to finsish, food was great and service was 5⭐️

Beautiful kid friendly space, great incredibly immaculately clean with new appliances and decor throughout. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other with small or younger children. The villa could do with some pool loungers by the pool as the seating provided was a little awkward and not super comfortable. The pool also didn’t get much sun at this time of year, great for the kids tho but it made it chilly! The villa itself is soooo big for a 1 bedroom, and just very comfortable. The toys provided, high chair an cot were much appreciated. The kids club next door is a must visit if travelling with little ones, my 2 year old went for 1 hour and loved it. The playground onsite is absolutely stunning but it would be great if there was a few toddler things (like a smaller slide). Some plug covers by the chalk board wouldn’t go amiss either - although the chalk board was also a massive hit. Only very minor things but overall a great way to kick off our trip and glad we stayed.

We absolutely loved our time at Family Nest villas! The villas themselves were gorgeous, with kids toys and books and floaties, as well as a stunning treehouse and play area, as well as the play centre (around 20AUD per child per day). My only issue was that the area wasn’t very walkable with a toddler/ pram however getting a Grab/ Gojek into uluwatu was between 5-15 minutes and only 3-5 AUD so still super accessible! Overall an absolutely amazing time.

We booked this Villa for our honeymoon, we were hesitant as there were only a few reviews but we had an amazing experience in this Villa. Brand new, spotless, very well thought out Villa. Very aesthetic, very spacious, we loved the pool they even gave us floaties after I asked. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from main strip but very accessible with( bike bike) about 10mins on bike. We would definitely book family nest villas again! Would be great to come with family.

Le personnel du complexe a été tout simplement incroyable, aux petits soins pour nous du début à la fin. Lorsque mon mari s’est blessé au pied, ils ont fait preuve d’une réactivité exemplaire, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Toujours arrangeants, disponibles et d’une grande gentillesse. La villa, quant à elle, était un véritable cocon d’amour, exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe — tout était juste parfait.

This villa is absolutely stunning 🤩 The design is amazing, it’s very beautiful and comfortable, has everything you need for the perfect vacation. We were welcomed with big fruit platter, which was a great touch and much appreciated. The villas complex is 7-10 min drive from Uluwatu’s busy area with restaurants, shops and beaches, but it gives a private feel. The host is very responsive and caring, amazing service at the reception. We are definitely coming back 😍
Incredible stay at the villa to kick off our time in Bali. It is immaculately designed, well equipped with everything you might need and a super responsive team communicating via Whats App to meet your every need. We loved having so much space and a separate kitchen, living and bedroom felt luxurious because we could put baby to sleep and enjoy the TV or pool. We also appreciated that the team had set up the room with a crib, books and toys for baby. We will be back for sure!
We had an amazing stay in our villa. Our host was friendly and very responsive. They were always available if required. There were multiple QR codes in the villa with recommendations and complimentary fruit! The villa itself is beautiful and as described. The outside area was lovely and the pool good to cool off. All amenities as described. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again ☺️

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed! Besides the villa being 10/10 amazing, we were given fresh fruit on arrival, daily cleaning + fresh towels, and wonderful attentive / friendly staff. We didn’t hear any of the construction during our stay either, despite being pre-warned and offered a reduced price for this! The villa is in a quiet but central area of Uluwatu so I would recommend renting a moped which you can do with reception. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Ein Traum… Wir waren sehr froh diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. Es ist ruhig, trotz dass es erstmal ein Pre opening ist und da sehr viel noch gerichtet wird aber man hört nichts davon. Die Villa ist blitzeblank. Das besondere ist hier das Team. Alle sind sehr nett und bemüht mit allem zu helfen. Wir kommen wieder 🤍
Our favourite Bali accommodation by far! The location is perfect for families and couples! Quiet outskirts of Uluwatu but a short ride into town! The villa was absolutely perfect. No issues and very beautiful. Would highly recommend and will return for sure! Host was a legend and helped us many times!

We have the absolute pleasure of staying in Villa N. Rampin was an amazing host who met us personally when we arrived, showed us to our beautiful villa and couldn’t have been easier to deal with! The villa it self is breathtaking, gorgeous outdoor space with a swing chair for relaxing and pool for cooling down! The sunken living room gives a cosy feel and perfect for relaxing after a busy day! The bedroom was spacious, bright, beautifully decorated and had an added bonus of blackout curtains. Bathroom offered a double sink feature, waterfall shower and a feature bath, again beautifully decorated and absolutely pristine! The cleaners were super accommodating and would check when cleaning suited. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed and it was made extra special as we got engaged while here! Asides from the villa the staff are amazing here, from the security, grounds men and Rampin himself we felt so welcomed and loved every second we stayed here!
