Exploring -RARE- villa 8BR 17 PAX-near KuDeTa left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of -RARE- villa 8BR 17 PAX-near KuDeTa was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Seminyak plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for -RARE- villa 8BR 17 PAX-near KuDeTa painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Extra costs were discovered during the stay and we were not advised of them prior. Staff were friendly however certainly not the normal Bali experience. There was nobody really at the villa hosting us to ensure a great stay. I would not use this Villa again.
The villa itself was beautiful however we were slightly disappointed in a few things. The villas were not clean, they were superficially cleaned at best and there was a lot of dust and hairs from previous occupants that remained the entire duration of our 1 week stay. The glass in the shower / bathroom was not clean when we arrived and remained so. Bed linen was stained and towels were stained, thin and mismatched. The onsite staff (4 young men) felt a little intrusive and as we had 8 teenage girls in bikinis (3 families stayed in the villas) we felt a little uncomfortable as they were onsite each day from 8am - 4pm walking around. They did a fair enough job cleaning the rooms but was a basic clean at best. Vince did accommodate our late check out which we appreciated and the villas are in a great location and decent value. A little more attention to detail with the cleaning in all areas would make this villa an amazing 5 star experience!
Vince the host gave us incorrect information about the number of beds in this villa and upon check in we had a guest that did not have a bed to sleep in. When the manager's and owner of the villa had found out what he'd done wrong they were very angry and tried to contact him but he was unresponsive and we were left to resolve the situation on our own. Between the managers and myself we agreed that they had no choice but to bring in an extra bed which the owner was not happy with but we were left with no choice. The bed that was bought in was a very small and uncomfortable trundle bed and he was left with back pain for the week so unfortunately one guest didn't really get their money's worth. To anyone interested in booking this villa, please note that even though the page says it sleeps 21 people, it does not. It sleeps 19 people with one couch that would fit a small child only and a pull out draw bed underneath the sofa which would fit an even smaller child. In saying all of this the Villa was beautiful, very clean, absolutely massive and the staff that worked there were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and attentive, anything we needed they would get for us and they were just generally such beautiful friendly people. I would absolutely recommend the villa but unfortunately Vince the host I would not. Maybe its possible to book this place through a different website such as booking.com or something else? Overall our stay here was amazing!!

The villa was perfect for our needs. We had a large group, family of 13. The layout for our group was perfect. Rooms surrounding the pools, so privacy was available but we could all come together when we chose to. Kadek and the other staff members were friendly, fun and accommodating. We had a night in with the staff cooking which we all enjoyed. We also had breakfast upon request which was delicious and fresh. Vince the owner was very responsive to messages through the booking. The only thing that needs to be considered if you are booking is the rooster next door if you are staying in the second floor room. The walls are very thin and the rooster wakes up at around 3am each day - and he gives it his all for the majority of the day! So if you’re a light sleeper and staying in that room - you will need some powerful earplugs! Apart from that, I couldn’t fault the villa! I would stay again.
Our stay at the Villa was fantastic. It was a perfect place to holiday with extended family ( 14 of us ages 8 months to 72). The staff made it feel like we were in a boutique hotel.. Kadek the Villa manager was extremely helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for him to help us with. Being able to get many meals cooked in the Villa made travelling with the children/ baby so much more relaxing. Highly recommend the Villa for large groups travelling together and especially those with children.

We hired out both Villas for a group of 14 of us both kids and adults. All I can say was it was one of the most enjoyable places I harmve ever stayed at. Nothing was a problem the staff looked after us very well and went above and beyond.
We had an amazing stay at Villa Lashana-Kadali. The description really does not do it justice. The property was spotless, private, and had all we needed for our party of 10. The best part about this property was the staff - Kadek, Gede, and Putu. We had no idea we would have staff to attend to our needs daily. The villa manager Kadek was beyond accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable and our needs were addressed. We coordinated a few breakfasts and dinner to be prepared. Service was amazing, price was unbeatable, and quality was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.
We had an amazing stay with our group of 11 and couldn't have been happier with the villa. It was even more beautiful than the photos, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Kadek and the entire team were outstanding. They were so friendly, responsive, and happy to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the family meals they prepared for us, they were absolutely delicious and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was also perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the main beach strip, making it easy to explore restaurants, cafes, and shops while still enjoying a peaceful place to come back to. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially larger groups looking for a beautiful villa with exceptional service.
A group of 9 of us celebrating our 50th birthdays had a fabulous 7 nights at this villa. The location is perfect, close to the bars at the beach and the main road for shopping and restaurant options. The villa was exactly as described in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and clean and all amenities are well maintained. The staff were friendly and were always keen to help out if we needed. We loved our week here and would recommend for big groups - the perfect holiday!

Vince's place in the heart of Seminyak was perfect in every way! Easily walkable to the beach (5-10 minutes), countless fabulous restaurants, and an amazing local coffee place at the end of the laneway (2 minutes)..! We were a group of 7 people staying to celebrate a milestone birthday. The villas were spacious, clean, and amazingly quiet and private for such a central location. The standout of our stay was the amazing team of staff headed up by Kadek who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was like staying with family rather than having staff. Always on hand, but discrete and private. I would not hesitate in booking this villa again for a group of people and we only wish we were still there!

What a brilliant stay we had at Vince place! The four members of staff that changed the sheets, kept common areas clean and tidy and often cooked us breakfast were fantastic and so hospitable. If you want to relax for your stay this is the place to go, quiet and secluded. And just a 5 minute walk from Seminyak beach and restaurants
Absolutely fabulous stay. We had a group of 8 friends. All had our own bedroom and private space with incredible shared space and pools. I would 100% book this again with a group of friends or an extended family trip. Staff in villa , especially Kadek were friendly, kind and did everything to make our stay incredible. Vince communicated clearly and promptly right throughout the process. Amazing !!
We had a large group of 14 people stay at Villa Lashana and Villa Kadali. Ideal for a group situation where everyone can have their own space. The villas were clean and tidy and Kadek and his staff very attentive. Would recommend to others.
We had both Villa Lashana and Villa Kadali and the location and Villa were absolutely amazing! We cannot rate Vince and the Villas high enough! It was perfect, Vince, kadek and the staff were fantastic and we had the best time! We went for a 50th birthday party and had the best recommendations and help from Vince and the staff to help organise it! Everything was perfect! Massive thanks as well to Villa manager Kadek and his staff! Love love loved it!

As a family of 15, our stay was everything we could have wished for. The staff were excellent keeping the villa lovely & clean without being intrusive. Kadek was very helpful with recommendations & helping with organising drivers for us when requested. The boys made us delicious breakfasts on the mornings requested by us. We would highly recommend this Villa

We very much enjoyed our stay at Vince’s Place. It accommodated our group perfectly, well located to shops and beach. There was plenty of room for our group, the staff were great and helpful. Fresh made coffee in the morning and happy to take our washing out for cleaning. We got breakfast one morning for Birthday celebration’s and it was perfect, even with a surprise Birthday cake. Kadek was super helpful and available via what’s app when needed. Very handy to get shopping done for us so we don’t not have to get grab taxis with our shopping. The Villa was always clean, pool maintenance attended to daily. Our only issue was getting grab to deliver to the correct address… details needed to got to the end of the road. Yes, the rooster does start early in the morning too… We would happily stay at these villas again, Thank you Vince.
The place is better than the pictures reflect. The place was cleaned everyday. Pool was fantastic. Staff were friendly. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

We had an unforgettable stay at Vince’s villa in Seminyak, Bali! With 11 adults gathered to celebrate a 50th birthday, the villa provided the perfect setting—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. There was more than enough room for everyone, and we never once felt crowded. Each of the rooms was exceptional—stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. No one had a single complaint! Kadek and the team were absolutely outstanding, preparing delicious breakfasts each morning and always on hand to assist with anything we needed, all with warm Balinese hospitality. The villa’s location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to the vibrant heart of Seminyak, offering plenty to see and do for everyone in our group. We would return in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it highly enough.
We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Vince’s villa in Seminyak! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and came with a private swimming pool right inside the villa – making it feel like our own private resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The daily service was superb – with rooms and the kitchen cleaned every day, and fresh towels and napkins always provided. While breakfast was paid, it was absolutely worth it – freshly prepared each morning with both Indonesian and American options, all served with care and attention to detail. We also loved the well-equipped kitchen, especially the coffee machine that made really good coffee – a great way to start the day. The location was ideal, close to local shops, massage places, and beautiful sunset beaches. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing stay. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!
This Villa is one of the most amazing spots a family could ever want to stay at. It’s a short walk between two main streets in Seminyak. The coffee shop around the corner is fantastic too. Rooms were great ( although the master bedroom doesn’t have a king bed ) The air conditioning worked really well in all the rooms and water pressure in the showers were lovely. The kitchens were well stocked with plates, cups and cutlery including serving plates which we used when we had the private chef come to the villa to cook. Kadek and the house keeping team were simply superb. They were very attentive to what our guests needed and even though they were there every day through out the day, we hardly noticed them. Hendy the driver that works with this villa is very knowledgeable and happy to help out coordinating trips. We used him and his team for a lot of our trip ( some times needing four cars) We loved our time at the villa and didn’t want to leave. We would totally recommend this villa
We had an unforgettable stay at Vince’s villa! We celebrated our mother’s 60th birthday with our entire family over five wonderful days. The villa itself was incredible, and the staff were always helpful, friendly, and attentive. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!
Super huge villa to accommodate our large group of 12! Great amenities and super helpful housekeepers around to help you out. There’s a local coffee joint for breakfast nearby and a circle K in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again when coming with a large group.
Vince and his staff Kadek were very helpful during our stay. No matter is before checkin conversation or extra requirment for birthday ballons decorations, they were super responsive. We really enjoyed our stay :)

The two combined villas were amazing. We stayed here for a work conference with 14 of our employees. Both villas were perfect for our stay. They looked after us all day and made breakfast every morning. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
Absolutely stunning place. Private and perfect for a large group. Kadek and his team went above and beyond to help us in any way. Great location but not easy to find. Security on the way in though which is good. Felt safe. Only downfall we can pick is the Rooster nearby!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lashana & Villa Kadali! We were a family of 15 and each had our own space and bathrooms. Kadek and his team were terrific hosts and cooked us breakfast (as per our request) each morning. They also purchased food & drinks for us upon request, arranged for our laundry to be done and were always attentive to our needs. The villa is very spacious and has lots of seating areas. It's also a short walk from a great coffee shop & mini mart and a stroll away from Seminyak Square or KuDeTa beach. Would definitely recommend!
This is an amazing place to stay if you have a large group who still require private spaces. The individual rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioning, private bathrooms plenty of storage. Rooms are well spread across the property. We had 16 people from 5 family sets aged from 5 - 90 yrs and had both Villas. 2 central pools 2 well equipped kitchens (coffee machines, fridges, microwave) & great seating areas (dining, lounge & pool) made getting together for meals really easy. Lovely staff of young men led by manager Yuda, available to assist with all our needs incl. grocery shopping and breakfast production on any day we choose. (small fee) Excellent Wifi throughout the premises made using Gojek for transport and home food delivery very simple. It’s a great location, 2 min walk to a top breakfast/lunch coffee place. 15 min stroll to Seminyak Square (2mins on the back of a scooter) Only down side is a noisy nocturnal rooster who lives next door - bring some ear plugs.
Our family of 11 stayed at this fabulous villa for 9 days. We were welcomed by Yuda & his team & right from the beginning we were blown away as to how awesome the whole place was. It’s an oasis & only a short walk to the action in Seminyak. The best coffee takeaway is a 3 minute walk. The villa does have its own coffee machine as well. An absolute bonus was we all had our own bedrooms & bathrooms, with very efficient aircon. The swimming pools we used constantly, the gardens are tropically beautiful & well maintained. 7 different outside areas to sit, read & relax. The large table was great to have family sit down meals. Yuda was exceptional with organising anything we needed. He was great to chat to about all things Bali. An added bonus was he & his team cooked delicious meals as we needed for a very reasonable price. Communicating with Vince was super easy. We loved everything about this amazing Villa & would be very happy to be back there in a heart beat.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et la literie très bonne. Proche de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa et je la recommande chaudement . A fantastic property that was ideal for our family reunion (13 of us stayed there) and it was terrific. Fantastic location, great pool area, good staff and just a short walk to Eat Street and all the cool bars, restaurants, shopping etc. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a large villa in central Seminyak! Rooster next for crowed all the time but we kind of liked that as well - no criticisms at all
I recently stayed at a villa for a week and I am absolutely satisfied. The villa’s interior is stunning, and its proximity to the city center made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The beach is also just a five-minute walk away, which allowed us to enjoy daily beach activities. The villa is spacious, with plenty of room for a large family. Communicating with Vince, the host, was easy, and he responded promptly to any requests. The staff were incredibly friendly. Yuda, the manager, and all the staff cleaned the villa daily and made sure our family had everything we needed. Their kindness and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable, and we became so close that it was hard to say goodbye at the end of our stay. Highly recommended!
We were a large family group of 14 and this villa was perfect for us. Each person/ group had their own room and the communal areas meant that we all had space to be together or apart. The place was clean and nicely laid out. The pool was amazing. The coffee and water machines were great to have. The staff were really helpful. The location was perfect - close to everything but quiet in the evenings and safe. We used Vince’s recommendation for drivers - Hendy- who was responsive and the drivers he sent were reliable and lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely perfect for a large group.
Our family stayed at this fab villa and had an incredible time. The location is good, with a great coffee shop and massage places close by. Restaurants are also a short walk away. The villa itself was great – spacious, & featuring a great-sized pool that our family all loved. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always ready to help with any request. We enjoyed having breakfast cooked by the staff on a few mornings. Despite being around for cleaning and other tasks, the staff never felt intrusive and were always respectful and a delight to have around. However, we did have one minor concern regarding the cameras. While we appreciated the security of certain cameras facing the entry doors, we were uncomfortable with one camera being directly on the pool. Thankfully, the staff were accommodating and covered it up for our privacy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this villa to others. Just make sure to discuss the camera placements if you have privacy concerns
The villa was beautiful, immaculate, clean and exactly like the photos. Vince responded immediately to any enquires. The staff at the Villa were fantastic, Yuda was exceptional, helped us with anything we asked for , we had 17 people and Yuda was able to get food and drink supplies any time we asked and at a great price. If you are looking for a villa in Seminyak this is the one to get, cannot think of anything negative to say , wonderful and thank you Vince and Yuda for looking after us all.
A perfect villa/s for a family of ten people. Highly recommended Yuda and his men were extremely helpful and courteous and we would hardly know they were there. Yuda's knowledge of the area was a great assest to us and made the holiday a perfect one.
Great villa, exactly as pictured and is very luxurious! Vince was very responsive leading up to our stay and his staff Yuda and the other men were polite and helpful. We had a great time !!! The only slight down side would be there is a rooster that lives in one of the houses next door and it crows a lot, often starting at 5am so would bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Was a fantastic stay in a great location with a lovely little coffee shop right nearby. Great communication through and we will certainly be back!
Villa Lashana -Kadali is simply perfect in every way. The location is great, private but close enough to walk into the centre or the beach. Vince was great with his communication and very generous with letting us drop our bags off early before check in at 2pm and accommodating us with a late check out for our evening flight home to the UK. This was very much appreciated, Thank you|! I can honestly say that the villa is better than the photos. All of the rooms were amazing and everything was spotlessly clean. The super efficient air conditioning in the bedrooms was a lifesaver. I have to give a special mention to the villa staff, Yuda and the boys were simply amazing. They always went above and beyond on a daily basis, nothing was too much trouble. Their yummy breakfast each morning was a particular highlight and was always served with a smile. If we are lucky enough to return to Bali, we would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We stayed here in a group of 16. It was superb. The staff were absolutely fantastic and were always around to help and keep things clean and tidy. They cooked us a delicious breakfast every day and a chef came in to cook dinner. The layout of the villa is perfect for so many people because we all had our own space and loads of room. Perfect.,
Wow! What a stunning villa. I was lucky enough to host my 40th birthday with 30 people in The 2 villas. We were able to bring in our own catering and had a 3 person band. Vince and Villa staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was to much to ask and they were never in our space they left us to to our own thing and we were able to get help when needed. Fantastic villa if you have a large group of people. Great coffee shop from breakfast and light lunch just down the road. Had some great massages close by also. Short walk to Seminyak square and the flea market. Very happy with with everything from Vince and his staff. Thanks for making my 40th a day to remember and a holiday i won’t forget.

The location, the layout, the facilities and the best part - the staff. Yuda and the boys were 1000% brilliant!!! WE WILL BE BACK! If you're looking for a luxury stay with a big group of friends or family - you MUST stay here.
I was turning 40 and wanted to do something to mark the occasion and was travelling from Australia with my immediate family (Mum, Dad, brothers and their families, and my closest best friends and their kids and some extended family from the Philippines). I found Vince's place and it was amazing, and spacious, the staff were great and very responsive, the amenities were just what we needed and the layout was perfect for the group we had- small family where 20 month old needed a quieter room for midday naps and the pool right in the centre close to dining and kitchen areas to watch the older kids whilst they were swimming. Vince's place was such a beautiful villa that some of the more older of the group hardly left the place, haha, just lazing about, taking a swim, watching tv whilst in the pool, organising meals with the staff but also ordering groceries and cooking for ourselves. I could not recommend Vince's place more and would likely book it again. Thanks Vince !

The villa was absolutely beautiful, perfect for our big group. It was close to the main strip in Seminyak, easily walkable and the villa staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is better than the photos. Staff are amazing and kind, 8 of us ladies rented this villa for 4 days for our 40th birthdays. We had a fabulous time and the location was perfect. Thanks so much to Vince and the staff for being so accommodating.
The villa was amazing and better than the photos. Great location where we could walk to everything we needed. Massage places, beach, and markets all close including a great coffee shop at the end of the street. Housekeepers (3 to 4 guys all day) were helpful and easy to deal with. Three families with kids stayed and all loved it with lots of room for all.
A great air bnb with good location and excellent staff. Vince was great with communicating between us and villa staff prior to check in
Awesome private villa with ensuites - had a group of 15 adults stay. Villa is as good as the photos! Walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. Great service by Vince, Febry and the team - very friendly and prepared yummy cooked breakfasts. Got used to the rooster calls nearby. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Very clean. Helpful staff. Yummy breakfasts! Walked to beach and restaurants and shopping. Didn’t want our stay to end! Only one small issue. Water is very hot - make sure children are supervised when using bath/shower to avoid scalding.
Fantastic Villa. Had a great stay and the staff were amazing. The recommendation of the drivers was really great too. Lots of early wake ups with next doors roosters. Make sure you have ear plugs 😉
Thank you Vince for allowing us to stay at Villa Lashana and Kadali. This location was fantastic for us, a family of 14 with 3 children 6,7 & 8. Close enough to walk to get our laundry done, get taxis, and short walk to a lovely coffee place that we visited 2 to 3 times a day. Great coffee! Vince assisted us with transport from the airport and was always very responsive when I asked for advised. We even were able to stay later to accommodate our red eye flight back to Australia. We used this venue for our daughters wedding and it worked perfectly. Day of wedding we could slide the wall across to seperate the 2 villas and had the girls on one side and the boys on the other. There is a pool with each villa, when you get both villas you have a courtyard of 2 pools back to back. It really is amazing. Vince has staff on site everyday, they usually arrive around 8 and leave around 4pm. Your beds are made each day and they attend to the grounds. Amazing place!
Great villa in a great location. Private but so close to Seminyak Square for all your eats, shops. Helpful and friendly staff. Thank you so much for hosting us. Extremely clean linen, rooms cleaned daily. No complaints at all really. Don’t hesitate to book. 🇮🇩

Fabulous place with amazing pool and lounge area. Central to Seminyak and all to offer in the area. Staff were lovely and so helpful and friendly. Only thing is the early morning wake up call from the neighbours cockerel- too early some mornings.

Vince is very responsive and accommodating, made our stay very enjoyable... and we never even met him! We had asked for some flexibility, and Vince went above and beyond on his own merits. He has 3 staff members who work during the day and are very nice and helpful. They will help you do anything! We stayed with 9 boys, all wanting our own room (or bed at very least). This accommodation allows for each of us to have our own bed. The 9th room is a sofa bed which I would say isn't adult friendly to sleep on, however there is a room with two queen beds and that is great. Please note some rooms are connected to others but have a door that closes between them so you can have privacy. The layout is great... Villa Lhashana is definitely the better and bigger side, but we had both! The communal hang out areas are also awesome... there are samsung sound bars on each tv, which you can connect your phone to play music. I would highly recommend this place and come back again!!!!

We have just returned from 8 nights at Vince's place and we could not be happier. From our very first contact, Vince was flexible, friendly and helpful - and very accomodating. His staff were excellent and so happy to help us whenever needed. The villas are beautiful and spacious and within walking distance of the beach and shops. The pools were spotless and the gardens were lovely and lush. All amenities provided. We would definitely recommend these grills to anybody looking for plenty of space, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a quiet location for relaxation. One hundred stars ( and maybe some more)!

This was a fantastic Airbnb to stay at. Vince was a great host, made the check in and out process stress free. The villa is in a fantastic location and was more beautiful in person. The staff were incredible, very friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

The most amazing villa I’ve stayed at in Bali! The villa was always so clean, staff were friendly and so helpful. The villa was also walking distance to the beach and plenty of amazing restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again
We loved our stay at the villa and would definitely return. The rooms are beautiful, kitchen and pool are great. I also loved the gardens in particular the stunning bougainvillea that frames the pool. There was nothing too little or small for Kris the villa manager and the housekeeping staff very friendly and efficient. The location is perfect with a walk to all of our favourite Seminyak restaurants.

We stayed at Vince's villa as a group of professionals on workcation. It's a perfect place to work in a relaxed setting. There's ample space for us to use our laptops (one of us even bring mac desktop!), and most importantly the internet connection is very stable. Everything is really close by - the beach, minimarket, food and cafes. The villa itself is even better than the pictures, we enjoyed plunging in the pool both day and night. The kitchen has got everything that you need, we prepare and cooked our meals almost everyday. We came via road trip from Jakarta, there's ample space for 3 cars. Very happy with the staff, everyone is very helpful and nice! They are also very considerate, no vacuum cleaning sounds nearby when we do conference calls. Overall, we are very happy staying at the place and really there's nothing to fault at this place. 100% Recommended!

Beautiful, stunning villa. The pictures are exactly what the villa looks like, even more enjoyable in person. The villa keeper Gede and his team looks after our every needs and keep the villa clean and immaculate. The villa is centrally located and easy to get most places in Seminyak which is convenient. The large pool area is a highlight and we ended up spending a lot of time chilling in the villa. All in all I have an amazing 40th birthday celebration in the villa with 14 guests and everyone agreed it was the perfect place for it.
This place is next level!!!!! I couldn’t fault a thing. The beds were so comfortable, villa is so clean. Staff always on site to ensure everything is perfect. Honestly one of the best villas around. The pool area was just stunning. I’ll definitely be back!!!!

It is a really special and wonderful experience staying in the Villas. The location and service is great, tough we are a little bit late arriving at the Villas, the Villa manager and staff waited us and prepare everything for us. The Villas are as beautiful as in the pictures, but a little bit cozy for us ( 20 adults in total). The Villa manager helped us with extra mattress with a little bit extra charge. We had a great dinner in the Villas and the staffs really helped a lot. Everyday they prepare the breakfast and helped us with the room cleaning , and they are happy to bring us the laundries and help us book a massage. I would recommend the Villas to who want to have a big gathering in Bali. Family or friends, it is a nice place.

We stayed at the combined villa's for a birthday trip and had an excellent time! The location of the villa's is excellent as its only a short walk into Seminyak square and a multitude of dining options. The villa had friendly staff who came in daily to make up the rooms, prepare breakfast and also help with any requests (booking transport etc). Perfect for big groups - we fit 15 people very easily! Only thing to note would be that one of the 9 bedrooms is a 'kids room', which is connected to another room & has a small sofa bed+pull out. Apart from that, everything is as it appears in the listing!

It’s not often that the reality is better than the advertisement but this certainly was the case here. Absolutely stunning villa! Close walk to both the Main Street and also to the beach! The villa itself exceeded expectations in every way. Immaculate, gorgeous decor and very spacious. The staff were wonderful. So kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend more highly. We’ll definitely be back!
As a party of 19 the villas met our every need. The staff were amazing. The location great - make sure to visit kudata 5 minute walk and beautiful food. The straw hut at end of laneway is fantastic they do the best pizzas! Thank you Vince for a awesome stay we would love to come back again!

We rented Villa Lashana and Villa Kadali as the home base in Seminyak for a party of 16 traveling to Bali for the first time from NYC/Connecticut, San Diego CA, and Manila for a post-wedding family reunion/honeymoon. Bottom line: it was an amazing home away from home and a gorgeous and unforgettable villa experience. The Superhost Vince was quick to respond to questions pre-booking, thorough, accurate and energetic, and gave really helpful information to make sure we made the right choice among so many that were available through airbnb. The villas faced each other across two swimming pools, making it easy to hand out and spend time as a family in the common areas but also with enough space, privacy and comfort in the ensuite bedrooms for alone time. The bed linens and towels were crisp, fresh, each room was tasteful and gorgeous, the decor being uniquely Balinese but well curated and minimal without being stuffy (in a word, perfect). The shower pressure, hot and cold water, air conditioning were all in top shape, no issues with wifi. The pools were perfect and the pool chaises plentiful and in thoughtful spots around the property. The check-in/welcome process was painless, personal, easy and straightforward. The staff of four, headed up by Anton, made sure the property was spotless/spanking clean and made sure we had everything we needed or asked for (including getting our laundry done, making coffee and really good cappuccinos, scheduling airport transfers and other car rides/drivers, getting breakfast and dinner catered, even giving a guest a ride on his motorbike to get to the Apple Store as quickly as possible to have her phone fixed!). They left a little treat for us in the kitchen everyday, maybe some cookies or Indonesian sweets, which we thought was a nice touch. Bottled water was always available in the bathrooms and when requested. Location wise, it was a 4 minute walk to Ku De Ta, one of the top restaurant and beach club choices in Seminyak (and therefore to 4 minutes max to the beach), and less than 10 minutes to Seminyak market, tons of great shopping and dining, and even had a small restaurant at the corner/other end of the street for smoothies, and all day dining. We had dinner in Ku De Ta twice, and discovered that it was a good reference point from which to explore other hotels and clubs along the beach (including La Plancha, Potato Head and Alila) and to find our way home. We booked a group tour one day 1 and the tour guides had no problem finding the villa for our 5am pickup! All in, we loved this airbnb. Everything about it was pitch perfect. Thank you Vince and all the villa staff. We would love to come back!!!
We had the upmost pleaseure to stay in these villas for 7 nights we had a group of 19. The staff were so accommodating to all our needs and went above and beyond to help us. The villas them self are amazing and the pics on the site don’t do them enough justice the place is amazing. The villas are cleaned to an excellent standard, I would highly recommend staying here to everyone, an awesome spot an easy walk to Seminyak and beaches. Loved it and was sad to leave this amazing villa.

This place is amazing! Had a group of 13 and easily fit us all. The host staff was great and made trips to the store for us for whatever we needed. They were able to do our laundry as well. The villa is incredible and looks just like the pictures. The location is quiet and great also close to many places.

Our group of 11 rented out the whole villa in January and had the most amazing stay. Vince and his team are outstanding hosts, with exceptional attention to detail. The villa itself was beautiful; clean, well styled, spacious. The pool was lovely with many sunbeds and it received sun for most of the day. The location was outstanding, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Seminyak, and if we wanted a taxi- the villa staff were more than happy to call and book for us. We cannot thank Vince enough, it was such a wonderful holiday. I would highly recommend a stay here!!
Rented this villa for a group of 6 of us for my birthday celebrations. We were all first timers to Bali! This villa was definitely the icing on my cake! The pictures don’t do this villa justice – it looks way better in reality! The rooms are very large and spacious, stocked with everything you could think of. Words cannot describe the kind of service/hospitality we received from the team at this villa: Anton, Mr. G and Tari are so amazing! They are the sweetest people ever and they did everything to make sure our stay was amazing! They cooked breakfast for us each morning and it was simply delicious! The host, Vince, is extremely responsive and helpful. He helped me with recommendations for restaurants, etc. He is very nice and resourceful! Now the décor of the villa is impeccable – the attention to details and the amenities available were luxurious! We had no issues with Wi-Fi during our entire 5-day stay. It was almost sad leaving this villa and we already have plans to return with a bigger group next year. Thank you to your team for the great hospitality! Best Air bnb yet!
