Exploring Renovated Calming Villa with Pool & Panoramic View left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Renovated Calming Villa with Pool & Panoramic View was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Renovated Calming Villa with Pool & Panoramic View painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Ночью видно, как взлетают самолеты, а днем пляж джимбаран и, если повезет с погодой, вулканы острова. 2. Собственник оперативно отвечает на сообщения в общем чате. "-": 1. Состояние виллы и оснащенность. Вилла на фотографиях – это вилла 8-10-летней давности! В действительности все пришло в запустение. Усугубляет это полное нежелание (или отсутствие возможности) у собственника привезти виллу в порядок. Паутиной покрылось все, куда не дотягивается вытянутая рука хаускипера. Ручки на кухонных шкафах вываливаются, стоит за них потянуть. Где-то и вовсе дверка шкафа закрывается только благодаря сложенному в двое куску картона. На этой вилле нет никому дела, как себя чувствует гость. Это очень заметно в деталях: кухонное полотенце с дырками размером с ладонь; вместо кулера (они были на всех других виллах, которые мы посетили) бутыль воды с ручной помпой; сломанный чайник (его, конечно, заменили нам, но только по нашему запросу), проблемы с освещением в ванных комнатах (опять же это устранили только после нашего замечания); оранжевые лежаки, покрытые плесенью; на кухне и в столовой точечное освещение заменили одной тусклой лампой и тд. 2. Расположение спален и их особенности. Все три спальни находятся в одной части дома и отделены стеной друг от друга. Мы жили с тремя маленькими детьми (две семьи) и это было жутко не удобно. Кроме того, санузел есть только у одной спальни. Для двух других есть санузел в общем коридоре. В "бамбуковой" спальне над кроватью зачем-то сделали вставку из стекол, то есть как бы вы не закрывали плотно шторы, с восходом солнца в комнате будет светло. Во всех спальнях кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. В большой спальне чуть полегче, там только по ногам. И в заключение история о тарелке. Дети разбили на вилле тарелку. Хорошая добротная керамическая тарелка. Конечно, сказали, что все возместим. Нам предложили заплатить на вилле, либо съездить самостоятельно в магазин. Выбрали первый вариант и получили товарный чек на Rp 130. Окей, но после по дороге заехали в указанный магазин на чеке магазин. Там такая тарелка (правда в другом цвете) стоила Rp 30. Хочется верить, что разница в Rp 100 обусловлена цветом, но разум подсказывает, что это не так.

First of all the view from the villa is really beautiful and it's really quiet, even when you are in the middle of everything. Unfortunately the villa was pretty run down and didn't see renovation for quite some time. We live in Bali ourselves and know that the climate is quite intense for buildings, therefore its important to stay on top of things and do minor renovations regular. The roof was also leaking at several spots in the living room and even one of the bedrooms. One of the electric plugs started smoking while using it, probably cause some water leaking behind the wall and causing a short circuit. When we complained about the circumstances and the condition of the house and asked for a partial refund, we were offered to check out earlier but no partial refund will be offered.

Good communication, they were efficient when solving problems. The place is quiet and AC works well in all rooms. Ketut (cleaning lady) was very nice with us. However, the house was not as clean as you could expect. Showers don't work very well as low water and pressure gets out. Breakfast was very limited and we had to go out for breakfast some days because we didn't like it... They also have a partnership with a taxi driver, but the tarifs they gave before renting the house didn't quite match with the driver's ones. Overall, our stay was comfortable but a bit disappointing... high price for what it really is compared to other villas in South Bali.

The place is amazing, the location is amazing, the people working at the villa are amazing too. Unfortunately, I experienced a rare incident thus my stay was not as good as it could have been. While I was away exploring Bali, the place was robbed. The overall security must be improved and I hope the future guests will not go through what I had to.

Delivery cannot deliver food to the villa as its quite deep in and the place is pretty dark not enough lighting. The hosts were excellent. They tried their best to make us feel at home and offer us help if we needed any.

This place is a winner. The price is reasonable and it's located close to shops but far enough away that it is peaceful and you don't really have to see other people! A much more serene experience than a hotel. The area is not too far from GWK, on the way to Padang Padang beach. There are supermarkets, tourist restaurants (though not Kuta size) and lots of local food to try. There is a water park very close by. There's not many bars around but it's a chance to get away from all that. The house is mainly an outside house (not the bedrooms) but we enjoyed it and there were hardly any mosquitoes. The thing that makes the place is the view. It's breathtaking, and the pool, gazebo, rooms are in perfect position to see it all the time. The only problem we had was with the location, my advice is to double check the address before following the directions. I didn't find the breakfast basic, it just leans more toward Indonesian style, but you can get omelette or eggs. It includes juice, fresh fruit, pancakes and a main breakfast choice; better than some hotels I've stayed at. Overall I would go back and I would recommend it.

The view was beautiful. We loved seeing the local kids play & watching the cows roam. the photos are just as advertised & the pool was very refreshing. Our only con is the cleaning lady/manager was quite rude during our stay. I'm assuming it is because we have kids & she doesn't enjoy being around them. It was a bit odd trying to enjoy our holiday while she stood in the kitchen glaring at us most of the time. However, I'd still recommend this place.

We stayed seven nights in the villa and had a great time. It is located in a vey busy area but is quiet at night. You can find different Warangs, Cafes and Restaurants in 10min walking distance. The streets are very crowded and its not so easy to walk through them overall with a baby but its manageable. There is also a supermarket close to the villa. The villa was super clean with a lovely pool area and comfy beds. Ibu Ketut came every day to make us a nice breakfast and cleaned the villa. She is a wonderful person. The villa is pretty nice, we only have a few things that could make the stay there even better: We had a lot mosquitos in the bedroom and our little daughter had over 20 stitches after the first night. We managed to hang our own mosquito net over the bed but it would be nice to have nets in every room. And Mr. Made the driver is very friendly and drives you wherever you want but you have to book him for minimum 6 hours. So even if you just want to go out for a dinner you have to pay the 6 hours. It would be nice to have another kind of arrangement.

While the place is decent but located in Centre of south Bali which makes it quite a bit far to reach any of the beaches or visit worthy places. Drive to Nusa Dua, Dreamland beach well above 20-30 mins. Getting to Jimbaran / Kuta is even longer. This was the first visit to Bali so went wrong on selecting the location. Villa is nice and comfortable and follow up was good with hosts.

Lovely hospitality and great home. For my partner and I, the location was far from where we wanted to be but for families, it is nice. Think the bathrooms could do with a really good clean like the shower doors (we might just be overly clean). Mrs Ketut and Mr Made both lovely and very accomodating. Breakfast made each morning and villa cleaned. We had a great day tour also provided and an Indonesian dinner to experience. Mrs Ketut organised a massage but was more expensive than we paid in Canggu. Media, the host was quick to respond and answered all questions. Would recommend.

Great place. Huge pool. It can be very quiet in the area especially during night time. Perfect for those who wants privacy. Transportations are included with separate charges. Arming and Media are always only a call away.

A great villa in a lovely neighbourhood. The pool is wonderful and has great views of the paddocks below and the coast and city beyond. Really good for our small, young family, but we did have to organise and pay to have a temporary pool fence set up.

这是位置比较好的一个房子，看是在比较深的小路里面。但是客厅的风景非常好，晚上可以看到整个机场和海湾。前面有一片农田随当地居民的住宅总体感觉很好但是如果对卫生特别挑剔的。建议还是选择酒店，这次行程没有遇到房东，但是管家和司机都非常友好热情。

非常好，夜景不错，需要增加晚上室内的灯光。

何と言っても景観が素晴らしく、特に夜の空港の灯りを眺めながらのんびり過ごせてこの値段は価値があります。 Villaへの道もわかりやすいので迷う事はないと思います。 メイドさんは2時間位しかいませんが頼めば昼食や夕食を買って来て届けて貰えますので宿に籠っていられます。 のんびりしたい人にもおすすめです。

The villa was great - large and clean with a great view. We got great help and assistance during our stay!

We were 5 people including 4-years old kid. Good experience overall. Although villa is not new, it is well maintained. We especially liked the view over Jimbaran and Ngurah Rai airport from the pool area. Big supermarket and several decent cafes in 5-mins walking distance. Basically there is everything you might need. However, if you want to explore numerous beaches of Bukit, you will definitely need a car/motorbike. The only minor drawback is that if it rains heavily, the water leaks into the house through windows forming small puddles in bedrooms. Overall, I can recommend this villa.

This place was a hidden gem. Well, its literally hidden because it's at the end of the rocky road. But its all worth it because you can get the greateat view after you stepped into the villa. Villa Sebelas is really beautiful, spacious, clean and neat. Pak Made and Bu Ketut are nice and helpful. Media too, tho she's not around but communicative and try to fulfil our needs. If you look a place to rest, quiet, and inexpensive then book this place. Hope i can go back here someday.

Me and my family loved staying in this villa with my brothers family. The villa is spacious, the location is perfect and the view is awsome! The kids loved the pool and we loved all the space we had in the living room/kitchen area which is competely outdoor/open. We loved our breakfast each morning and Ms. Ketut was great, very acommodating and kind. The only minus (which was not a big deal for us, but is still worth noting) is that the villa is not new and could use quite a bit of renovation/upkeeping. We also felt like there was a lack of cooking pots if you would want to cook lunch/dinner in the house. Regardless of this, we would recommend this place to any family/big group looking to have a great time in a great, calm villa in Jimbaran:)

Mediawati’s place is truly an underrated gem in the heart of the Bukit Peninsula! Great clean and quiet energy. Spacious, clean, peaceful with a great view and relaxing vibes. Media and her staff are so friendly and helpful and they take really great care of the place and guests and it really makes a difference! Overall a wonderful place with great energy.

Meda's place is such a refuge in the heart of Ungasan and the Bukit Peninsula. At the end of a road with a beuatiful view, fresh air and a quiet and peacful vibe. The location is great as it avoids the busyness of either Kuta or Uluwatu but you can go any direction easily in 15 minutes. The space is very clean and serene, spacious and calm. Super easy to access any of the Bukit surf points like Balangan or Green Bowl and Padang Padang or Uluwatu is just a short drive away. The area is also very convenent for good restraunts, supermarkets and laundry close by. Most of all the staff makes you feel like it's your second home and they take care of the place with sincerity and love. If you're looking for more than just a random stay and something that feels like home for your time in Bali, look no further!

Over the past couple of years we have stayed at Media’s place a several times for extended stays. We can’t speak enough about how much of a peaceful sanctuary Villa Sebelas is. It sits at the end of a road and faces a nice field with no other houses blocking he view. You can see Mount Agung and Mount Kintamani of a clear day and the ocean in the distance. It is peaceful and tranquil and always a comforting reprieve to settle in after spending time in traffic or order busy areas. Villa Sebelas just always feels peaceful and rejuvenating. Media and her staff are extremely kind, sincere and very responsive. No matter we need they come at a moments notice and the cleaning and house help are so genuine and kind after no time they feel like family. The house itself is a blend of traditional Bali style but because of renovations feels new and is very comfortable to stay in. Spacious, good airflow, and the kitchen is very easy to use. Villa Sebelas is truly an Oasis.

We often stay at Media’s place when we come to Bali. It truly is an oasis in the Bukit peninsula and is an energetic refuge for when Bali gets too much. Their place is clean, spacious, quiet and very expansive while also feeling very grounded. It is one of the few places my wife and I come to time and again for a deep sense of peace and tranquility. The location gives you perfect access to Uluwatu and the rest of the Bukit peninsula while also being a short drive to Kuta and day trippable to Ubud or Canggu. More than anything, Media is always very warm and helpful and her whole staff from cleaning to a driver on call are all very genuine and warm people that give a wholesome vibe of Balinese warmth and hospitality. The villa itself is very spacious with a traditional Balinese open floor design where half the house is exposed to a beautiful view and a refreshing wind. It is at the end of a small road that gives it a special private feel. It really is a Bali Gem!

The house is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the Bukit Peninsula. There’s a gym and supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, and within 10 to 15 minutes on foot, you can find several excellent Southeast Asian restaurants and spas. It’s also a quick 30-minute drive to any destination south of the airport (without traffic), offering both tranquility and convenience. The open-plan common area is spacious, and on clear days, you can enjoy beautiful views of the western coastline of Bukit Peninsula and the volcanoes in the north of Bali. The housekeeper prepares breakfast for us every morning and tidies up our room. The host also confirms the service times with us every evening. They offer an in-house massage service, which we didn’t have time to book, but it’s a great option. However, the kitchenware and pool didn't look as clean as we had hoped, and the open layout mean I’ll definitely choose to stay here again next time and plan for a longer stay!

This is the second time we stayed at Media’s place and it is by far our favorite place to stay in Bukit Peninsula. The location was perfect for us as we could easily access Balangan beach, was close to Nusa Dua, a 15 minute drive to Uluwatu and even not so far if we wanted to go to Kuta. Her place is very clean and quiet and is at a beautiful and peaceful location at the end of a road overlooking nature. More than anything Media and her tram take care of the villa with tender love and care. It simply has the warm and safe feeling of a place taken care of with consciousness and love and for us, that makes all the difference. It is kept very clean and organized and it is also spacious and has an elegance to the villa layout that makes it easy to relax and also enjoy nature. If we ever had any problems Media and her team were always quick to respond and take care of anything we needed almost immediately. Just a great stay overall!! Highly recommend!!

Nice villa with large living room and big swimming pool. 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people, we were just 3 and a small child. Location is in the Center of south Bali, with Grab or Gojek you can easily reach in 15-30 minutes all main attractions. Nice view over the sea (far away). Every was good also the service. The Villa is not new and some renovation could make it shine again. Pillows were not so comfortable. There should be a choice of soft, hard.

Spacious villa with a good pool and a great view .. Location is a bit out of the way - it's on the hill quite close to the giant Garuda statue that dominates the South of the island. It's within walking distance of a good selection of local restaurants/shops so not too inconvenient and getting a taxi isn't difficult ( though traffic at the local junction can be a bit hectic, but that's not unusual in Bali ) The villa is at the end of a row of houses so has an unobstructed view down the hill towards the sea ( the view is North towards the coast at Jimbaran, the Airport and Kuta ) .. below the villa there's wasteland where locals fly kites sometimes, but it's pretty quiet really and doesn't impact your stay. If you're looking for a modern villa this isn't for you, it's a little old fashioned ( kitchen especially ), but it's clean, spacious ( 3 good sized AC bedrooms ) and the staff will look after you well .. Good place to relax

The place is amazing for a quiet stay with ammenities accessible. Never really had to leave the house if you didn’t want too. We forgot our card on this trip and the hosts helped us obtain cash which was amazing. We bank transferred money to the host and they withdrew for us. All requests were met, including two high chairs, two cots, breakfast times, breakfast requests really outstanding. Hosts were always available for local knowledge and tips, just need to ask! Wildlife/bugs are quickly attracted to any food scraps left uncleaned. Ketut was amazing and so lovely. Put in special requests for her Balinese pancakes. yum!

Great location for a base in south Bali. Excellent house keeping team, and very proactive in making sure everything went smoothly. Beautiful breakfast provided each morning at time of choice.

This place is exactly as pictures describe the villa. Beautiful and serene. You get a beautiful view of beaches and sunrises. Local mart is there if you want to pick up anything and restaurants nearby. It’s a real Balinese experience. Ketut was our help. She early every day to help prepare breakfast which helps us as we were jet lagged:) she was amazing and kind.

AMAZING villa and exceptional service! The view, peaceful setting, comfortable luxurious Balian furnishings, beautiful artwork and thoughtful pool seating (equal shade & sun) with a large backyard park overlooking Gimbaran Bay was exceptional! With the elevation of the entire pool, deck and living area combined with ceiling and floor fans we were able to tolerate the heat rather easily. The Villa is perfectly situated in the town with everything easy to get to. As many previous guests have mentioned, Ketut and Bayou (our personal driver and tour guide:) made our stay one of our best travel experiences ever! Truly beyond measure! We came as guests and left feeling as if we were family. My companions and I honestly could not thank you enough. Terima kasih ~ We hope to return again one day!

Villa looked exactly like the photos. Clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast prepared was an amazing start to each day. Loved the serene and quiet neighbourhood. Grab & Gojek had some trouble finding us though.

We had a lovely week at this villa, it’s definitely one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The villa is a beautiful traditional Balinese villa with indoor outdoor living, a great pool and even better views over bali at night! The rooms and beds are big and super comfortable too, we all slept like babies. The housekeeper too was the nicest person and took such good care of us! Breakfast was really good, when asked if she could help us with our laundry, she took it to a shop and brought it back the next day, whenever we needed fresh towels or something else, she was always super helpful! Thanks a lot, we had a great stay!

Great place and location!

We had wonderful 7 days at the villa. The place is just a sanctuary of piece and well-being. Our two small daughters loved the swimming pool and the very nice breakfasts prepared by Bu Ketut. The staff was always polite, helpful and very accommodating. We were put in touch with a driver, Pak Bupi, who brought us across the island to nice beaches, beautiful temples and show us local food. The house was meticulously cleaned every day by Bu Komang always with a smile. Our linens and towels were regularly changed and if something wasn’t working it was fixed immediately. We came back home sad to leave the villa and our wonderful time there. We purposely spent more time here than at the beach, just to enjoy this beautiful and “feel like home away from home” sensation. Can’t wait to be back for a bother high quality holiday!

Very nice villa with the most accommodating and friendly hosts. Beautiful views of the city/sunset/mountains from the infinity pool. I would recommend the hosts to add some photos of the views from the pool as that is what makes this villa so incredibly beautiful. I would pay double the price to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Such a great stay! We were so well looked after! Some examples of the amazing hospitality: - staff made a groupchat with everyone in so we could communicate easily - we got lost on our first night and forgot where the location was and someone on the groupchat responded within seconds to send us directions - made Diana made us breakfast every morning which we were not expecting when we booked (noodles, pancakes, fresh fruit, omelettes) - we had an accident on the bike made Diana kindly rented to us and she kindly took it to Honda to get a quote and repaired. - place was super clean and beautiful! We were also working from home and wifi was great. As it is open plan the bugs come out in the evening so we worked in our rooms (both have desks so wasn’t a problem and wifi worked well in both rooms). Overall so pleased with our stay and would recommend!

My wife and I live in North Bali and come to the south end of the island a couple times a month. We have stayed in many AIRBNB Villa howe ver none of them lived up to this place. It was clean, great location, quiet and amazing view. We will be using this villa on future trips.

We stayed for one night. Place is calm and quiet, good view of airport and nearby areas at night .we used kitchen in the evening which is well equipped. Overall value for money.

Great view … good layout and a very helpful team. I had some initial concern about noise near the villa but the staff quickly worked on it and resolved. Pool is of good size which is a plus for me . Overall a very satisfying stay !

Had a great 4 night stay at this villa. There were 4 guests and we were made to feel welcome as soon as we checked in. Mrs Ketut went above and beyond, was very responsive and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast cooked freshly every morning, which consisted of an omelette, sweet option (pancake, French toast, coconut roll) along with coffee and juice + fresh fruit. Motorbikes were provided for a charge which was a big help. We also had our laundry done through Mrs Ketut and returned before the eta. Villa was clean and had everything you need. All in all a great stay. Thank you for having us.

the villa is marvelous with beautiful view in the night. the attention of media is the best, when the tv had a trouble she changed to a new one. ms komang and ketut served nicely.

The house is beautiful. Wherever you are at you have a great view. There is always a breeze so even though the house is open it isn't hot. The view is amazing! At night it is beautiful to see the lights. Ibu Ketut is wonderful and great cooking breakfast and will help with anything needed including helping take your laundry get done. Highly recommend this villa!

The place is phenomenal and appears exactly like it is in the pictures. Close to the South of Bali, Pandawa/Ulawatu/Padang Padang beaches. The villa was quiet, and pleasant and breakfast was included. We even asked for an Indonesian breakfast and got that too. I have no con to mention at all. Just a fabulous place.

Ibu Medi is the real star of this accommodation. If it weren't for her, we would not have found this place or would not have had the chance to experience its beauty as well. She was very communicative and goes out of her way to help with our arrangements. The place is well kept and is fully equipped. It is spacious and is next to an empty field, so the view of the ocean is unblocked. Bonus: Breakfast is served every morning that comes with tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. Although during our 3 days stay, we were offered the same yellow rice, some noodles and a quarter of an egg each time, we were still grateful. It was unfortunate though that on our last day, the whole experience was nearly placed to disaster when we've been accused of ruining a pan. The helper told us we were asked to pay for it. She insisted we ruined it because it was newly bought and the black non-stick was still there prior to our coming and that she had a picture of it before we came. This truly took us off guard and disheartened. We've never been accused of ruining anything from the places we've stayed until that morning. She insisted I send a message to the WA group where some of the staff were to explain myself. We only used the said pot twice to fry pork with oil, so as to why the black non-stick has fallen off, we also did not have any clue. As far as we remember, it was already there when we used it. Anyway, I would still give this place a commendation because that one experience cannot put away the beautiful impression Ibu Medi made. She is after all our host and this review is with regards the accommodation. Just make sure to check the things there before you use them or you'll go through the same scenario we did. For the record, we were not asked to pay eventually but the accusation has already done me damage. :(

I stayed in Villa Sebelas with my husband and two kids, aged 7 and 9. We had the most wonderful, relaxing, and comfortable stay here. I 100% recommend staying here!! It is accessed down a quiet lane, next to a field with grazing cows and children flying kites, and overlooks Jimbaran Bay, the airport (far enough so you can't hear it but you can see the planes taking off and landing), the volcanoes, and Bali to the north. The view is stunning, and the villa is beautifully quiet. The hosts clearly thought about the details that make a stay comfortable - clean white sheets, comfortable beds, enough towels for the bathrooms, a clean pool and pool towels for all guests, enough dishes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cutlery and cooking utensils to cook at the villa, drinking water, etc. The staff came daily to make us breakfast and clean the villa which was such a treat. They are all absolutely lovely and helped deliver/pick up laundry as needed as well. When we noticed a new bee hive starting to form, we contacted them and they responded immediately and got rid of it within the hour. The service was excellent. The location of the villa is also really great. It is walking distance to delicious restaurants and grocery stores and many amenities. We rented motorbikes to travel in Bali, and the Villa is a great location for being close to surf beaches on all sides of the bukit peninsula. Our favorite lunch spot was Solo Via for nasi campur and fresh fruit juices. :) When we come back to Bali, we will definitely want to stay here again! Many thanks for your hospitality!!

We had a pleasant stay at the villa. It's comfortable and clean, made us feel at home. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and clean, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool every afternoon looking at the city lights view. The surrounding is also very quiet, made it a nice place to relax. We were allowed to bring our 2 small dogs (thanks Media!) and they were so happy running around the place all the time. Media, the host, is a good host. She is very flexible and is willing to do extra things to make sure that we have a pleasant stay.

Bliss! Location is great with easy walking distance to supermarket, coffee shops and cafes. The pool is divine and i wish I had a few extra days just to spend the entire day in the pool. Our hosts were wonderful to communicate with, even checking on us after our flight was delayed and it was 2am in the morning. Very thoughtful. Mr Made and Mrs Ketut a pleasure to deal with. Great spot and having breakfast cooked for us was a delight. Villa is quiet considering it is close to main road. Location means it’s difficult to get anywhere without vehicle but Mr Made is available as driver. Locally ‘Secret Spot’ is great for coffee. ‘Wildflower’ for dinner. Or cafe at end of road. Also good pizza opp Wildflower who deliver. Super comfortable beds and smiley maid make it a good place to stay.

We had a great time at the villa, it was beautiful, perfect with 5 kids plenty of room and loved the pool. Ketut was wonderful she cooked amazing breakfasts and dinners for us and organised anything we needed, Mr Made was always available to drive us all anywhere we wished!

This villa was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and well maintained throughout, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. BEfore our arrival, Media created a text group with all the staff especially for our stay and made it convenient to communicate any needs. Special thank you to Mrs. Ketut (chef) and Mr. Made (driver) who accommodated every single one of our requests with a smile, even if it was last minute or out of the way! The villa is upgraded and spacious, the pool is clean, and all the bedrooms had good AC. If you’re like us and it’s your first time in Bali, we were a little hesitant at first to the open-concept kind of house (the living room/kitchen spaces are open to the backyard), but we quickly accustomed to this layout when we found it in most Balinese hotels, restaurants, and villas. We did feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay again!

The villa was a gem away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough by car or motor bike. The staff, Mrs. Ketut and Mr. Made were great. Mrs. Ketut was friendly and very responsive and easy to schedule breakfast and cleaning. We even rented a motor bike from Mrs Ketut very easily and it was one of the nicest motor bikes we saw. She also cooked delicious breakfast and even a dinner on request when we arrived - all meals were delicious. Mr. Made was easy to arrange transportation with and drove us to the beaches and transported us to our next stay with a stop at a great restaurant he recommended. They were both delightful. The villa was quiet and tranquil. The pool was perfect and we had a nice view and got to see some local people and animals (cows, roosters, dogs) which was interesting. Nice view of the beaches, mountains, and main statue of uluwatu. There is coffee shops and restaurants walking distance to the villa but it is away from the main tourists areas. If you want a secluded feel and a place to relax, this villa is a great option! I recommend the villa highly.

This place is wonderful! The communal space is large, airy and comfortable. Ni ketut was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed! She cooked us a delicious Indonesian dinner and breakfast. I recommend staying here.

This house is awesome. It’s away from the hubbub of the beach areas like Kuta, etc. it’s restful and has a lovely view. The pool is wonderful. The cook/cleaner Ketut is very nice and makes good breakfasts and is very sweet. Really enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are communicative and very accommodating.

Fantastic place to stay. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. Mr. Made is very generous and kind and drove us all over Bali while Ms. Ketut exceeded our expectations for daily breakfasts. She even cooked us lobster dinner one night, which was delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay away from the crowds in an authentic location with amazing views. I felt safe here. Ms. Ketut and Mr. Made took care of all of our needs even arranging massages poolside or helping us order food. There is a nice little restaurant down the street that delivers amazing food and the staff there were very helpful as well. Everyone in Bali is so amazingly kind. This place certainly lives up to the name "Calming Villa." Thank you!!

Incredible spot, I can not recommend it enough. The pool and the views are enough to make this large condo overlooking the Bali Straits and Garuda Statue worth it. But on top of that, the hospitality of Mr. Made and Mrs Ketuk was over the top and really made our experience, from the food to the transport. Really felt like a vacation when everything is taken care for you by such great friendly people.

Villa was beautiful and comfortable. View was also picturesque, especially at night as the city lights in the distance could be seen clearly. Surroundings were also quiet and secluded, and there wasn't any disturbance from the neighbors. Pool was also nice for a dip and chill session. Special shoutout to Mrs Ketut, who was our housekeeper throughout our stay! She was extremely positive and helpful in making our stay the best ever. She cooked our daily breakfasts, which was delicious (noodles/rice and juice and tea) and also cleaned the villa every morning. She was also extremely jovial and smiley, exuding a positive vibe which was nonetheless infectious. Overall, our stay at the villa wouldn't have been the same without Mrs Ketut and her hospitality. :)

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos, está muy bonito y espacioso, el desayuno que nos hicieron fue muy bueno y si no llenábamos nos hacían mas! la villa siempre estuvo limpia, la ubicación es un poco alejada pero Media siempre nos llevó a todos lados, nos recomendó buenos lugares, rentamos masaje en la villa y fue estupendo, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, wifi perfecto, todo en general estuvo excelente, recomiendo mucho está villa, el único detalle es la privacidad, la gente te puede ver mientras te estás bañando en la piscina, si no te molesta esta muy bien!

This was one of the best, if not the best, Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. It’s very rare that you hear that a place is nicer than the pictures, but that was definitely the case with this stay. Every morning Mrs Ketut made a lovely breakfast and cleaned the property immaculately. Mr Made was able to accommodate all our transport needs including for larger groups where necessary. They were both lovely people who made our stay special. The hosts quickly responded to any concerns that we had. For example, they were able to quickly fix the wifi when it did not work on arrival. The property is open plan but surrounded by barbed wire. It has an iron gate and additional wooden door for security. The view of Jimbaran beach during the day is spectacular and at night the view over the area is breathtaking. Alcohol with the sunset is amazing, and morning meditation on the day bed is also recommended! The pool water was clean and fresh. The bedsheets were luxuriously soft and crisp. It is hard to fault anything with the property. Will hopefully be back!

Having stayed at this air bnb only two nights, my only regret is it having stayed longer. The place it’s self was stunning, it was by far the best place we stayed at throughout are travelling of Indonesia, the pool and view was exceptional. The rooms/ kitchen etc where are spotless and amenities wise had everything you could hope for including a clean water cooler. Breakfast was made for us and the pancakes were very good indeed! Location wise, it was a ten minute taxi from jimbaran it’s self, you can see the GKW statue from the balcony. Would HIGHLY recommend a stay here ( at least 3 nights). Thanks to everyone for our stay.

Mrs Ketut culinary skills are second to none and she's happy to try out new dishes if you can provide the specifics. Very friendly and helpful service from both Mr Made and Mrs Ketut. Mr Made gave helpful tips on our itinerary and provided some good massage recommendations. We were very well taken care of. And everyone was prompt in addressing questions etc.

As the name itself says, the villa was so calm and peaceful that we turned out spending most of our time in the villa than outside. The interiors and everything inside the house has got a special Bali touch which makes our experience even more beautiful. Also have to say that we had an amazing time in the pool which is well maintained and apt for anybody who is looking for a total chill vacation. Special mention to Mrs.Ketut who was so helpful with everything and being there a call away anytime. Also the breakfast was amazing. Thank you Media and Arming for being our host. Had a very good time at Bali. Until next time, Cheers...

A great place with great location and hospitality Great value for money

The place was really pretty with a really great night view. The place is very spacious and the common area was a really wonderful place for all of us to chill and relax. The host is very responsive and helpful. The hospitality of Mr Made and Mrs Ketut is really great too. My friend left her specs after checkout and Media is so helpful to arrange to send the specs to us before we depart for our flight at the airport.

This property is breathtaking and peaceful. We stayed here our first two nights in Bali and it was true paradise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Breakfast by Ms K was delicious and Mr Made is an excellent driver and guide.

Just like others, I have read the reviews...seen the pics and it still does not do justice for this villa. I am HUGE on energy. Mr. Made (the driver) and Mrs. Ketut (the house unicorn) energy was so infectious. They made sure we were MORE than ok each day. Catering to all of our dietary needs and making sure that we saw Bali in a true authentic way. And even though the host were not present, it was not ONE time they were not available for me. The villa is REALLY convenient to grocery stores, cafe shops, local street vendors and even a waterpark is around the corner from the house. The only “bad decision” I made with this villa was switching to another villa and not staying here the entire time. Going to miss the view, pool and Mrs. Ketut banana pancakes! This is a rare gem for many reasons and now I have found my “permanent” vacation home when I come to Bali.

Mr made as well it was great not having the hassle of having to get a cab or find out how we would get from one location to the next I’m glad they came with the house. Every house should have personal drivers and or a cook!!! Overall great experience we were happy!

The villa is so good. It has traditional style with big place for family holiday or honeymoon. Service is the best I met in Bali. I give 5 stars for house, while 10 stars for Made and Ketut, driver and housekeeper of the villa. They are kind and with warm heart. They helped us a lot during our staying in Bali.

It was an amazing experience at the villa. We were very warmly welcomed. Airport pick up, through out the trip transportation were arranged as requested. The bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and swimming pool were so clean. The breakfast were ready at 9am every morning. Most of all the hosts were so friendly and helpful, we felt like home. Definitely going there again.

This place was great. Perfect location, it is near of all the nicest beaches and attractions but still a very private and quite spot. The communication with Media and Arming was the best ever, we got an immediate response everytime we contacted them. Mr.Made had an answer for each question we had, and also took us around for an extra charge and Mrs. Ketut prepared breakfast for us, everytime we wanted to eat at home and cleaned the Villa everyday, they both were great. The Villa is near some nice restaurants, we really recommend the Wildflour Cafe and the Pizzeria right across the street from Wildflour. There was nothing negative about this place, we really hope to be back soon, Thank You ! :-D Ps: Thanks for letting us check in earlier and check out later than we were supposed to, it made our life much easier.

The place is perfect for families who want to have more privacy and enjoy an unobstructed view of Bali straits. Guests can come here to relax and avoid the crowd in Seminyak. However, since the property is a little far away from the main attractions, you can always get a Grabcar conveniently. Overall, Media's home is just perfect for my family vacation.

This is an excellent place to stay especially for a young family. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a great common room combining kitchen, family room and dining room. It has swimming pool that we did not have time to use but would be great for kids. The breakfast is included and the hostess goes out of her way to please everyone and fulfill all demands. This is indeed a place deserving of 5 stars.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Ulluwatu! The villa was absolutely stunning. Our boys loved the pool and the breakfast that Mrs. ketut made us were great! Media was so helpful with all of our questions about the area as to arrange a driver for our days there. The location was great we walked to a few restaurants close by as it was nice to have a supermarket closer as well. it was perfect!

It was a wonderful ezperience at this villa. It was a clean and well maintained space. Amenities were good. Soap and shampoo and towels everything was there. We even had Mrs. Ketut come over and make breakfast and Mr. made to take us around :) good hospitality! And their pool is quite nice. We enjoyed pool time. Good possitive vibes and they were very responsive to our messages. You can definitely opt for it. Value for money!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. der Pool ist riesig und man hat von dort einen tollen Ausblick auf den Jimbaran Beach und den Flughafen. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag frisch für uns zubereitet und war sehr abwechselungsreich. Die Kommunikation war perfekt.

Hi Media and Arming, thank you for your warmest hospitality during our stay. Ketut and Made are such a big help for us! The villa has three spacious rooms fits for our group perfectly. The swimming pool is big enough for us to do a real swimming :D The censored lamp next to the pool made us feel safe; but maybe it'd be great if you put a brighter lamp around the pool so we can swim and chat at night too (or maybe, it's just a Jakarta people thing who love bright lamps :D). Overall, we'd recommend this villa to anyone who is in a group and look for a tranquil place to stay.

Great location with a market and restaurants within walking distance and many crowd-free beaches within 20 minute drives. But good luck getting out of the villa. With its spectacular sweeping views of Bali and its volcanos, you will struggle to leave the pool and deck.

We loved this beautiful house. In particular the pool was our favourite. Being animal lovers we loved watching the cows in the park that the pool overlooked. Our other favourite thing was the GREAT cafe at the end of the lane. Cafe Balagan ?? We made friends with the lovely staff and the cute and friendly kittens there. We ate there every night. We also lunched at In Salt Warung just down the hill. 5 min walk. It was FANTASTIC...would have loved to go back at night for cocktails. Visited the nearby big supermarket every day more than once. Very handy. Also sells alcohol if needed. Went to the waterpark at end of street. Very cheap...not quite Water Bom but had the whole place to ourselves. Good cheap entertainment for a few hours prob best for kids under 12. Lovely staff at the Villa. Our breakfasts were great and our driver Made was excellent and saved us when we locked ourselves in...oops. We felt safe and looked after at this Villa. Beautiful view as well and great light's at night. Would recommend totally....

Our stay was simply amazing. Many thanks to Media and staff for the great hospitality. The villa itself is in a convenient, central location close to local eateries and market. It's important to note that a majority of the villa is outdoors except for the bedrooms so if you're sensitive to bugs make sure to pack extra Deet, but the setting was beautiful. The most amazing part of this location in my opinion was the staff. Mr. Made, one of the staff associated with the property, helped make the entire experience by coordinating multiple travel arrangements for us, including a pickup from the airport. Morning breakfasts was a great touch as well. All around great experience.

And Mr. Made who is like an encyclopedia when it comes to navigating around the island. The vibes at the villa are like no other! I told Mr. Made and Mrs. Ketut that my husband and I would return and I meant every word! This was the ultimate honeymoon!!!

Frau Ketuth hat jeden Tag alle Zimmer gereinigt, was mit Kindern auch nötig war. Der Pool wurde ebenfalls regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Boden in der Villa ist sehr rutschig wenn er naß ist. Hier muss man etwas vorsichtig sein. Ansonsten gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Padang-Padang Beach und Jimbaran Beach sind ebenfalls schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

這間別墅打理及保養得好好, 一到屋內满屋的兰花香味散漫小屋的每个角落，屋子很干净，床上被子很舒服，每个细节都体现了主人的用心，提供的餐食都是当地姐姐给我们精心准备的，很丰富，很用心，很好吃、姐姐很淳朴，很亲切，浓浓感受到家的温暖！但別墅的位置在南庫塔郊區, 地點較偏遠, 附近只見一所簡單店舖, 沒許多東西賣。

Villa Sebelas is a lovely villa in a quiet street. It is an open, yet cozy home, with a view over Jimbaran bay, and Kuta/Seminyak in the far distance. The bedrooms (and beds) are nice and clean as are the bathrooms. Breakfast is basic. The villa is perfect located to explore the bukit area. Mrs. Ketut and mr. Made were very helpfull with arranging transport, laundry service, and all other questions we had.

Everything and everyone in villa helps me fell in love with Bali :) For Russian visitors: Вилла с прекрасным вечерним видом на аэропорта Нгурах Рай, наслаждаться которым можно прямо в бассейне после насыщенных приключениями дней. Рядом с виллой находятся два супермаркета: большой - Nirmala (5 минут пешком), круглосуточный - MiniMarkt (7 минут пешком); так же в пяти минутах ходьбы есть кафе с очень большим выбором блюд на любой вкус (много различных кухонь представлено в меню). Мистер Мадэ помогает организовать поездки по достопримечательностям/пляжам/спа, попутно предлагая остановиться в местах, где можно приобрести подарки/сувениры с оптимальным соотношением цена-качество. Он отличный водитель, во всех долгих поездках было комфортно спать на заднем сидении :) Так же он может помочь определиться с местом для обеда или ужина в зависимости от ваших предпочтений. Каждый день к 9 утра приходит славная девушка Кетут, которая готовит вкуснейшие и сытные завтраки, после чего приступает к уборке виллы. Она всегда открыта для общения и рассказывает много интересного про местный быт. Медиа всегда остается на связи и в случае возникновения каких-либо проблем на вилле, оперативно устраняет эти недочеты. Сам район, где расположена вилла, достаточно спокойный, но при этом не скучный и всегда можно найти развлечения по душе.

Majoitus oli todella loistava! Iso uima-allas ja näkymä kaupunkiin oli mahtavia! Aamulla oli ihana makoilla aurinkotuoleissa ja käydä altaassa viilentymässä ja illalla istuskella bungalowissa katselemassa kaukana näkyvää merta ja kaupungin valoja. Monet rannat olivat lähellä eikä skootterilla mennyt kauan niihin päästä. Joka aamu saimme pöytään katetun aamupalan ja villa siivottiin. Henkilökunta ja majoittajat pitivät meistä loistavaa huolta ja yhteydenpito sujui todella vaivattomasti. Kiitos, suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa! Kunpa olisi voinut jäädä vielä pitkäksi aikaa.

We loved everything about Villa Sebelas !! It has a huge pool with great view over Jimbaran & Airport. Special thanks to Ibu Ketut & pak Made who took a really good care of the guests. Every morning ibu Ketut served us a very delicious breakfast and cleaned up the villa which made our stay even more comfortable. We would defenitely come back again !!

My friends and I couldn't have loved this villa more! It was just magic to wake up to the view and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast made for us each day by the lovely house keeper. The pool was a very welcome relief from a long day of activities and we were so thankful for Mr Made who drove us around each day that we stayed. It was incredibly spacious and perfect for a couple plus our two single friends with 3 huge bedrooms, air conditioning and two bathrooms (one ensuite and one separate bathroom). Our group of four would definitely book this again!

The villa is perfect, quite, clean with great view. Super close to Pandawa Beach, Uluwatu Temple, Padang Padang beach, etc. The pool and outdoor area are awesome. Quick response from Media for all my requests. Special thanks to Ibu Ketut and Pak Made, both of them take good care of us from transportation, breakfast, clean up and many more make it a lot less stressful especially for a family with small children. Just a very nice overall experience, would definitely stay there again.

This Villa is a Real Gem in Bali. Had a great stay here, felt like a Home abroad. Media is a great host who arrange everything. The Driver who is available with the villa called Mr Made was Brilliant felt like a member of the family who showed us around Bali's Top places with very good day rates. Of course the breakfast made by Mrs Ketut was amazing. The villa is a small walk away to the supermarket and near restraunts and cafes where you can get everything you need. Would always stay here if in Bali. 😁

Villa encore plus belle que sur les photos, la vue est magnifique autant le jour que le soir! Personnel adorable malgré quelques difficultés de communication en anglais. Il est important de donner des points précis au chauffeur de ce que l'on veut faire.

Honestly, we were pretty worried that the villa wouldn't be exactly like mentioned in the photos but when we actually reached there, we were amazed by how nice the villa is. The service was good with the delicious breakfast provided. And there's a Swimming pool for you to relax after a tiring day at Bali. It was also a quiet place so that you can fully rest at night. Overall, I'd love to recommend you to stay there and I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it 😊

The location is quiet but the road not so good and narrow enough for one car only. When we first arrived, we think we have chose a wrong place to stay when see a small and unclean garrage. But, after going upstair, we got what we want, the View from the villa's very great, and the pool is very clean. The Bed room was great too, fully with good aircond. Local housekeeper, Mr Made and Mrs Putut was helpfull and very friendly. Many thanks also for Mrs Media. The Villa Sebelas will be our first choice when we going back to Bali.

The host, even though wasn't in the country, is very helpful. The place is secluded with great view. The road is kinda bad but it's worth it. Too bad there isn't any rice cooker available.

这是一座景色秀丽的房屋，坐落在金巴兰的山峰，最喜欢的是可以一边享用晚餐一边看着Bali全城景色，有三间卧室，4张床，都非常的宽，最突出的是每张床上用品都非常的舒服，像真丝面料，特别舒服，房东回复也非常快，从巷口出去有一个很大的Nirmala生活超市，所以您非常值得来这里，附近的景点非常多，去那里都非常方便，一座伟大的别墅！
