Exploring Scenic 5BR Villa | Sauna, Gym & Rice Field Views left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Scenic 5BR Villa | Sauna, Gym & Rice Field Views was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Scenic 5BR Villa | Sauna, Gym & Rice Field Views painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Мы бронировали самую дорогую Вилу в данном районе, а получили: очень грязное постельное белье в пятнах во всей пяти комнатах, очень грязные полотенца во всех пяти комнатах, шезлонге требуют срочной реновации, кухня очень грязная и требует капитальной уборки, плохой запах полотенец. Цена не соответствует качеству и вила требует срочной реновации. Софа в прихожей была настолько грязная, что на ней нет чистого участка также как и на подушках. Софа требует срочно профессиональной химчистки химчистки. Мы посчитали что для нас не безопасно спать в такой грязной постели, и вынуждены были покинуть жильё в тот же день, срочно подыскивя другой вариант и переезжая в 2 ночи. До тех пор пока не будет капитальная реновация этой вилы я её абсолютно не рекомендую, хотя когда-то вероятно она была очень красивой. Территория и вид шикарный. Вы потеряли гостя который мог бы у вас жить несколько месяцев если бы вы привели виллу в порядок.

The property itself was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed the space and the experience. My only concern was that I specifically traveled to Bali with the intention of having a flower pool experience, which is something many visitors look forward to. Unfortunately, this villa does not allow flower pools, and I was not informed in enough time to adjust or cancel my booking. As a result, I had to book a second villa just to fulfill that part of my Bali bucket list. Because the flower pool experience is such a popular reason people visit Bali, I strongly recommend that this policy be clearly stated in the listing. It would help manage expectations and prevent disappointment for future guests. That said, the team did offer a flower garden setup as an alternative. While it wasn’t the same as the pool experience I was hoping for, it was still a nice and thoughtful touch.
One of group arrived late at night and her driver found it very hard to locate. Signage from the road would assist. A bit out of the way but worth it for the amazing view and fabulous villa. We loved our stay here and recommend the electric bike tour of the rice paddies/ coffee plantation.
Villa was amazing. The communication was great. The place was clean and tidy. Our host was very helpful as well. I recommend people to check location before booking because the villa it’s in a remote location where everyone else is a local. We had some difficulty getting our grab drivers to come pick us as the local did not welcome grab drivers in the area (only local taxis allowed)
I enjoyed my stay. The villa was very pretty and spacious. The pictures does the property no justice. I felt comfortable and at home. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Hospitality and communication was wonderful. Only downside was WiFi was not reliable. Rooms were quiet and beautiful. Amazing pool and massages.
The Tropical Door was a great place to stay. We stayed for one night and wished it was two. The place is huge, the staff are amazing, they are very accommodating, everything was clean.

Our stay at Villa Rosita was nothing short of magical for our family of five. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and everyone in my family was happy beyond belief. The villa offers pure luxury while still providing incredible value for money. We spent hours relaxing by the stunning pool, which looks out over the most breathtaking, peaceful rice fields. The setting is truly a slice of paradise. What really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Every single detail was taken care of seamlessly. If you are looking for a luxurious, beautiful, and stress-free family vacation, we cannot recommend Villa Rosita enough. We are already dreaming of our next visit! Thankyou so much.
We had a great stay at this beautiful 5 bedroom villa in Ubud. It was a great value for the space and amenities, especially for a big group of friends or family. The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The rice field views were amazing, and having a sauna and gym was a really nice bonus. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. Overall, a fantastic place for a group getaway in Ubud. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful Villa just outside all the caos of Ubud, great to start trips around the area. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. I recommend the chef Kadek, really nice dinners.

Great place. Beautiful setting. Amazing staff and service. Lots of room. The only thing was it was about 20 minutes from the centre of town as traffic has become quite bad in ubud area after midday and especially in the evening. This was a only an inconvenience for us as we were travelling with small babies and children. It was actually quite nice to be out of town otherwise.
The villa is exactly like the pictures and everything is super clean. The staff is super friendly and polite. Go to this villa if you want to experience Ubud and relax.

An incredible villa in Ubud! Spacious, beautiful, and perfect for a large group. We especially loved the private sauna, the magnificent pool, and the wonderful atmosphere. Everything was even better than we expected. A special thank you to the staff – they were very attentive, friendly, and always available to help with any questions. Thanks to them, our vacation was as comfortable and carefree as possible. We had a wonderful time and are taking home the warmest memories. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely stunning villa! Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and in a peaceful location. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!
Perfecte verblijf en echt waar voor je geld. De manager van de villa was attent en behulpzaam. Hij reageerde snel op berichten, regelde alles wat je nodig had en bood zelfs de mogelijkheid om tegen betaling een ontbijt te laten koken. Daarnaast hebben we gebruikgemaakt van de massageservice, die ook aan huis werd gegeven en van uitstekende kwaliteit was. Het enige minpuntje is de ligging: de villa staat wat buiten het centrum van Ubud en Grab-chauffeurs rijden niet tot aan de deur. Dit is echter nauwelijks een probleem, want via de manager kun je eenvoudig een scooter huren die rechtstreeks wordt gebracht. Al met al een perfecte en magische ervaring die absoluut zijn prijs waard is.
It was such a lovely place to stay. The Villa was the same that it has been on the pictures. The staff were amazing, very very kind and very very helpful people. I would strongly recommend the Villa for Ubud stay.

L’effet de lumière qui y baigne ainsi que l’ambiance fait une belle surprise 🤩 je vous recommande les yeux fermés car tout y pensée ! Vous ne manquerez de rien on voit qu’il maîtrise parfaitement tout nos besoins ♥️
We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in deze villa. Het uitzicht is prachtig, alles was perfect schoon en de villa is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ontbijt is absoluut een aanrader. Ook de communicatie met de host was uitstekend: er werd heel snel gereageerd op vragen en aanvullende wensen. De villa ligt op een rustige locatie, op slechts een paar kilometer van het centrum van Ubud. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de reistijd met de auto afhankelijk is van het verkeer wat langer kan duren. Met de scooter ben je er heel snel. Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven en zeker een aanrader.

This was an unforgettable family holiday for us. The villa was beautiful and the perfect place to hang out and reconnect. Organising transport into Ubud or arranging tours was very easy thanks to Gede and his team. Highly recommended!
The villa & amenities were fantastic. Friendly staff prepared breakfast, cleaned the villa / made up rooms each morning. The pool is fabulous. Sauna & gym were lovely features. There are quite a few steps leading to the villa, so may not be suitable if mobility impaired. Villa Rosita is a stunning villa perfect for our family of 8

Loom no further for an Oasis in Ubud. Beautiful property with every luxury. Villa staff are amazing, very responsive and accommodating to requests. villa chef was amazing! Varied menu and such an amazing benefit to have. If you are traveling as a family look no further you will enjoy every minute of Vila Rosita.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay in Villa Rosita. It's beautiful, private, & peaceful overlooking a pretty rice paddy field. Very spacious - bedrooms and bathrooms too. Housekeeping provided everyday. Kitchen fully equipped with water dispenser and everything works well. The kids really made good use of the swimming pool everyday. Pool is clean and most importantly we didn't feel/taste any chemicals in it. So made swimming very comfortable as it was easy on the eyes and skin. Sauna was Godsend! Mr. Gedeh was always so responsive, attentive and helpful. He helped us our with all our requests. Top notch service! Although worth noting, getting to the villa can be a little bit tricky as it's quite deep inside the alley ways. Had a little trouble with our food delivery. Also, must walk up to a flight of staircase to enter the villa, which could be inconvenient for those who might not be fit enough. Otherwise everything was perfect. Recommended!

We’ve been moving around Bali and have stayed in quite a few villas. This was our favourite. The views over the rice field, the sounds of the jungle. It was the perfect escape. Water pressure was good, we’ve not had that everywhere. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were huge. The location made it a little challenging with taxis. The locals don’t like Gojeks being used, and have signs up not to enter villages. We used a mix of local and Gojek drivers but be prepared for the occasional dropped pick up if you use Gojek and the local taxis charge more. Allow double the amount of time to get anywhere in Ubud.
Our stay at Villa Rosita was very memorable. The villa was so beautiful and is exactly as pictured. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way and run some errands for us just to make our stay stress-free. The property is well-maintained and peaceful. We had a lot of great things to say about this property and definitely will be considered should we decide to come back. Gede, the staff was just so exceptional. It felt like home for us. Definitely recommends this place!
We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It looks exactly like the photos, very clean and well appointed. Getting rides from this location can be a bit time consuming, so leave extra time if trying to get somewhere.
Villa Rosita was absolutely perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained daily, and the pool was incredible – crystal clear and always pristine. Gede is an outstanding host and truly made our stay special. He organised in-villa massages for us, which were unbelievably relaxing and peaceful by the pool. The breakfasts were delicious, with an amazing range to choose from – Indonesian dishes, Western options, pancakes, fresh fruit, and more. Gede and his team went above and beyond, even helping us with trips to the supermarket and banks, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location is fantastic. It’s a beautiful walk to the Viceroy for a more exclusive dining experience (we spent New Year’s Eve there), around a 10-minute walk to the main street, or just a quick 3-minute scooter ride. The views over the rice fields are stunning, the villa is incredibly comfortable, and the surrounding community is warm and welcoming. Exceptional service, 5 Star.

Apart from the entrance stairway to heaven lol, all is great. It suits if you’re family without ederlies or kids. If it’s kids you may need more caution of the entrance stairs.

This villa was perfect for our group of 10. It is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Each room was comfortable with private bathrooms, AC and a TV. The pool and views are unmatched. The sauna and gym is a huge plus! There is about 30 stairs to enter the villa but this was not a problem for our group. We loved the large glass doors in the living room and feeling close to the elements, the rainfall and being close with nature. You are in the jungle after all, seeing the tree frogs and birds and hearing the jungle sounds is pretty cool. Villa Rositas staff were so friendly and responsive. We did utilize spa and chef services and were so happy with both! Great value! They also kept the villa very clean and helped arrange drivers for us as well. The location itself is close to some great shops and restaurants and it is a short car ride to the main town center of Ubud. The roads are narrow surrounding the villa but all of our drivers were excellent at driving on them. Amazing place!

Stayed 3 nights with family of 9 at the Villa. A beautiful property and more then spacious enough to accommodate the family. Well maintained villa with all the amenities listed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, helped with luggages and made breakfast to order in the mornings. Peaceful location overlooking rice field and tucked away from the main road. However can be hard to find as villa not listed on the Grab app and google maps takes you to a different street. Villa is also competitively priced for the area. One feedback would be for newer towels/beach towels as the ones provided are older towels and some of them with a musty smell.
vi var helt op at rige over boligen, dog er området omkring boligen meget ulig, og veje er totalt utilgængeligelige. Adressen er ikke til at finde, og der er Inge taxa der vil køre til adressen om aftenen, så skal man gå fra pick up point til huset, det føltes ubehageligt, der er mørket og vejene er ekstrem dårlige. Personale og alt det er i top.

It’s was a wonderful stay with beautiful view of paddy fields. GEDE was very helpful during our stay there. Prefect getaway for big family and big groups.
We had a wonderful stay at this villa — it’s perfect for a family staycation with complete amenities including a full kitchen, spacious bedrooms exactly as pictured with fully functional air-conditioning, a relaxing sauna, a beautiful pool with night lighting, plus extras like a gym area, table tennis, Bluetooth speaker, and five king-size bedrooms each with a smart TV, while the master bedroom with its private outdoor jacuzzi truly gave us a top-notch Ubud-like experience; although there are about 20–25 stairs from the parking lot (thankfully the host helped with our luggage), the bathroom mirror could offer more privacy, night access by car requires careful driving as parking space located near a small river, and a foot mop would be helpful during rainy days, overall the villa exceeded our expectations and we would gladly recommend it.

On s’y sent immédiatement bien, comme à la maison mais en mieux ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponible et attentionné, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La villa est située un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre d’Ubud, ce qui permet de profiter du calme et de la sérénité, tout en restant facilement accessible en taxi en quelques minutes. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and delicious, a perfect way to start the day. The highlight for us was the pool — clean, well-maintained, and a relaxing spot to unwind. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was clearly thought out to ensure a relaxing experience. Magnifique maison, l’hôte et le personnel de maison ont été aux petits soins. Environnement très agréable, face aux rizières et à 5’ des rues principales d’Ubud. Je recommande fortement pour les gens qui cherchent un peu de dépaysement et une grande et belle maison en famille ou entre amis.
We were able to reach the Villa with our HiAce, but the road conditions were crappy. We even damaged the front Bumper due to the road condition. Other than that, the villa is just perfect, the crew were friendly and helpful. would love to come again if we visit Ubud again.

Beautiful villa with well appointed layout. Perfect place for a family vacation. The cleaning staff was unbelievable. They are an absolute asset to the villa. They went out of their way to serve us. The pool area is breathtaking and so is the open plan living room. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time at stunning 5BR Rosita villa, we love it so much. Very clean and beautiful view and tasteful decoration. we asked on-site massage services and on-site breakfast and dinner service, we were so satisfied with that. The location is a little isolated in the village, need to take a car to through the rough road. besides, everything is wonderful. Recommended!

Fuimos en familia a disfrutar unos días en Ubud, la villa es ideal para sentirse “como en casa”. El anfitrión G excelente siempre respondiendo con rapidez a nuestras necesidades. Nos hicieron los transfer hacia el aeropuerto y nos facilitaron tb el alquiler de las motos, cuando llegamos a hacer el check in ya las teníamos estacionadas en la villa ya que antes de llegar el Sr G se comunicó con nosotros para preguntar si necesitábamos algo. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue sumamente amable y atento a lo que necesitáramos. Recomendamos muchísimo alojarse en la Villa Rosita!!
A wonderful place to set up camp in north Ubud! Our first time in Bali and it was a great place to come back to after the hustle and bustle of the city. Would stay there again

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Villa auf Bali war einfach unvergesslich! Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen und Erfrischen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die stilvolle Architektur der gesamten Anlage, die moderne Einrichtung und die Liebe zum Detail in jedem Zimmer. Der Aufbau der Villa schafft eine perfekte Balance zwischen der Gelegenheit in der Gruppe gemeinsam zu sitzen und sich in die bequemen Zimmer zurückzuziehen. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Outstanding place to stay! We were 2 families, with 12-14 yr old kids, and everyone had a fantastic stay. Pool was amazing, villa was very comfortable, staff were amazing. We highly recommend getting a chef in to cook dinner, getting in-villa massages and having a breakfast prepared for you. Very lucky to have stayed!

Die Villa war sehr schön, sauber, offen, alle Zimmer gleichwertig, toller Pool, mit Sauna. Etwas versteckt aber dafür ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Gross; größer als erwartet, und gut für eine ruhige Zeit.

Everything was just amazing. The photos of the villa were wonderful, but the reality is even better! The villa is brand new, everything works perfectly and even the most fastidious guests will like it. By renting this house, you risk not leaving it, because it is too nice and there are a lot of entertainment here: swimming pool, sauna, massage (massage specialists can be called to the villa), ping pong, swings. We spent the whole weekend under the motto "It's incredibly good" :)
This was probably the most amazing place I ever stayed in and I have travelled a lot! The James Bond sofa with the glass wall to the inifinity pool was like something from one of my architectural dreams. The rooms, the common areas, the gym, the sauna and even a table-tennis table... what could you wish for more?
This villa was absolutely breathtaking! I came to Bali with a group of friends to celebrate our birthdays. Villa Rosita was beyond our expectations. The staff was so welcoming and did their best to make us feel so comfortable. The villa's pictures did not do it justice. From the minute we got there, we were welcomed and taken care of. It was very clean, and had all the things we need to make our stay excellent. They even surprised me with a birthday cake! Such an attentive team! I 100% recommend this villa. I can't wait to come back!

Very great spot in Ubud with a wonderful host! It was a bit tough to find the actual villa at first / hard to get in and out of but once we adjusted was very convenient. Extremely spacious and generally quite clean but you have to ask for linens to be changed. Highly enjoyed and would highly recommend!
Fantastic surroundings feeling like you're in the jungle. Big pool, everywhere immaculately clean and lovely style. Beds are all big and super comfy (can be two twins or adjoined in all 5 rooms). All bedrooms have very powerful AC that works very well. Living area / kitchen all opens up with good ceiling fans and breeze. Staff wonderfully helpful at organising grocery shopping, laundry, breakfasts and dinners. The private chefs did some fantastic evening meals for us. Also easy to order food and cars with drivers on the App called Grab to get to Ubud / monkey forest / yoga barn / waterfalls / rice paddy walks etc. Traffic can be v bad around Ubud, so we found morning trips out were best before afternoon traffic build up.

They greeted us at 2 in the morning bc our flight landed late, showed us the rooms, the space was amazing and clean, we could actually relax! I will definitely be back
We stayed at the villa as two families, and it was perfect for our group! The space was incredibly spacious, giving the kids plenty of room to play in the pool, while the adults enjoyed both privacy and a large, comfortable living area for gathering. Komang and his team were amazing—attentive, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The in-house breakfast was delicious, and they also helped us organize massages and laundry effortlessly. The villa truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

I stayed for one night, and my only regret was not booking a longer stay. The staff, especially the general manager Dharma, are all incredible friendly and welcoming, plus they provide a cold drink upon arrival, which is a major bonus. On top of that, all amenities listed were in pristine condition, and the space was plentiful. Each bedroom is spacious, has air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom, making it extremely simple to maintain privacy. For anyone that is looking for a quiet escape in Bali, that provides luxurious concierge and a beautiful view, Villa Rosita will provide.

The swimming pool is fantastic, and the view is incredible, providing a truly enjoyable vacation experience. The staff service is also friendly and very helpful, ensuring all our needs were met. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service that kept the villa clean and comfortable. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT We had an amazing stay and it was one of the cleanest villas that I've stayed at in Bali. The villa was not only a picture-perfect representation of the photos we'd admired online but also a testament to the care and attention to detail of the host! The villa was absolutely huge and impeccably clean. The villa was incredibly spacious and spotless, outdoor massage beds were a great addition. The host was extremely friendly, always responsive, and very accommodating, they ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish. A big thank you to the host for assisting me with my small surprise for my girlfriend; it all went off without a hitch, and she was absolutely thrilled We enjoyed the little touches provided such as welcome drinks, as well as soft and hard pillows and cold AC!
