Exploring SeaBreeze villa- Surf, sunset views, uncrowded left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of SeaBreeze villa- Surf, sunset views, uncrowded was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tabanan plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for SeaBreeze villa- Surf, sunset views, uncrowded painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The SeaBreeze is a great property - the staff Agus and Weedy were absolutely delightful and are a great asset to the house. Jamie was initially great and super welcoming. However, despite being 'cat people' we really struggled with three local strays that were coming into the house and making so much noise that we couldn't sleep. They also jumped on all the kitchen surfaces and in our babies' cots. Neither Wendy or Jamie seemed terribly concerned or apologetic at how much this had disturbed us - Wendy seemed more upset that we'd put the cat in the next door house for some peace at night, rather than apologising how much we'd been inconvenienced by the cats' presence. We have been hosts in the past on Airbnb and we would have been mortified if any of our guests had as poor sleep as we did during our stay. It's a lovely place, beautiful beach, great set-up but we felt our hosts could have done a lot more to address the cat problem that blighted the week.

Meilleur endroit de Balian avec une vue vraiment super 😀 Maison toute ouverte c’est agréable, l’air circule bien et il ne faut jamais trop chaud. Nengah et sa collègue sont adorables et discrètes. Elles préparent tous les jours un excellent petit déjeuner avec au choix des jus frais, thé, café, œufs, pancakes, yaourt maison avec muesli (très bon !), bananes frites, fruits frais. Bref super à déguster sur la terrasse en regardant les surfeurs/ses :-) Gazebo en plein soleil l’après-midi jusqu’au coucher du soleil 😀 La plage à pied en 3min par un petit chemin. (On regrette les déchets 🥲) La maison est bien mais vieillissante et mériterait un petit coup de jeune et un entretien plus poussé. La piscine n’est pas claire, la bonde de fond a été condamnée donc il doit y avoir un souci. On peut reprocher peut être à la terrasse d’être un peu exiguë. Et surtout, facile à améliorer, l’accès à la terrasse avec une marche un peu trop haute et une arrivée dans des galets…un peu casse figure 😅

This is a lovely quiet location about 2.5 hours from the airport up the west coast. there is not much to do here except relax and enjoy the scenery and listen to the crashing waves. For us this was bliss. The size of the place is just right. Not too big, not too small. Although I think the photos make it look bigger. My only complaint would be that this place is in need of some maintenance and love. The pool pump is barely working and the pool was not clean and was full of little swimming bugs. The rooms have peeling and bubbling paintwork and the bathrooms need a bit of live as well. The rooms were clean though and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful relaxing stay overall, the staff is excellent, kind and helpful! The only negative about this place are the critters, they are everywhere all the time! We were unfortunate enough to also encounter a poisonous snake in the bathroom. Nonetheless, the pool and the privacy of the villa made the entire stay worth it!

Great location for a peaceful holiday and the villa team are fabulous. However, be careful about getting to the airport. I thought I had a huge buffer but traffic was a nightmare on Boxing Day. After four hours, I was still no where near the airport. Had to resort to a GoJek motorbike taxi which was stressful and ‘interesting’ as I was travelling with a suitcase!

Nice villa with a great outlook in a beautiful natural location. Excellent host communication and local advice, with lovely friendly staff. A wonderful place to escape and explore, away from the tourist crowds.

Staying at the sea breeze is nothing short of amazing. Truly breathtaking views and the hospitality provided by Agus is absolutely amazing she is the house keeper and prepares a beautiful breakfast and an amazing dinner upon request at an additional charge no request is too much for her The only niggle we had and the reason this is not five stars is because upon arrival we were told the speaker system was not working and we did turn down the opportunity to borrow a Bluetooth speaker because we checked the listing and were relying on using the speakers. If we had been told on advance we would be prepared with our own speaker Also Netflix does not work in Indonesia so I advise people to bring their own laptops with downloaded movies so that they can watch if required

Sea breeze villa is just fantastic, brilliant views over the ocean, 2 big double bedrooms and a stylish living dining kitchen. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and great cooks!!

My family and I love the calmness of the villa, we rested but had fun at the pool. Didn't do much but that was the whole point! And the dinners by Agus were absolutely delicious. Had a memorable time at SeaBreeze.

the villa is wonderfull, well decorated and furnished, brand new, well maintened. the staff is friendly and professionnal, we appreciate a lot in house breakfast and dinner well prepared by the charming Agus. the bea ch is secluded part of Bali, with very few tourists and surfers. The hosts were always present when needed. So everything is perfect exept one thing that disturb my stay, this is the sound of the waves which is very present and loud, you feel like in Wuthering Heights. the first day you don't pay attention, but the days after ut become more and more present. I know that you can't turn off the sea, but for me the house is too open to the sea.

Vores værter Wendy og Jamie stod klar da vi ankom. Vi havde aftalt afhentning af hos via dem med en lokal chauffør. Stedet et meget stille område med fantastisk udsigt over vandet. Stedet ligger landligt med græssende køer og andre dyr som de lokale holder. Der ligger en strandbar lige nedenfor huset hvor man spiser godt og utroligt billigt. Morgenmad serveres dagligt af Augus og Putu som også kan lave middage mod ekstra betaling. Her er absolut fred og ro og det eneste du kan høre er havets brusen. Hvis du surfer eller vil lære det er stedet perfekt. Svømning/badning skal man passe lidt på da bølgerne er store .

My wife and I were looking for a private place for our honeymoon, we weren't hoping much in terms of services, since we thought it was not a hotel, and boy were we wrong. Jamie and Wendy simply arranged everything, On the day of of arrival they organized a driver to pick us up from the airport, took us to the supermarket and showed us a place to exchange our money. After we arrived at the villa, we were so tired from the flight we went straight to bed, only to be waken up by a delicious breakfast of fresh fruits, omelets and fried bananas. Everything could be organized by just asking, Yayen (The chef of the before mentioned daily breakfast) would ask if us if we want a dinner, manicure & pedicure or a message for that day. They also organized a driver who took us for a sight-seeing trip across Bali, on a very short notice, with just a text message! The only downside we could think of is that the Villa is kind of far from the main touristic areas in Bali, but this is easily solved by asking Jamie & Wendy to arrange a driver to take you wherever you need.

Picked up at the airport by Katut, a very experienced driver, who drove us the 21/2 hours to our wonderful escape. We were welcomed at 3am by a very perky and happy Augus, she opened the house and showed us around, gave us a quick intro to the place and left us to sleep in gorgeous rooms. Waking in the morning to one of the best views I have ever seen. The rooms were clean, and always tidied each day. Well appointed furniture, and the Bali bathroom was a delight (although water pressure in the shower was a little light on). The bed was firm and comfortable. It was definitely a break away from the hassle and bustle, and demanded you rest up! We had 4 lovely daysof sun and beach, breakfast was always fresh and served with a smile. Thank you

We had an unforgettable holiday at this villa. The view is absolutely stunning, the in-villa dinners were delicious, and the service was fantastic. Wendy and the team took great care of our family. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bali!

This location and villa met all expectations and were as advertised. The hosts contacted us well before our arrival, and the check-in instructions were clear. The host recommended an airport transfer driver who was very knowledgeable and ensured a speedy transfer from the airport (despite the traffic). The villa is at the end of the road and private, with the property next door belonging to the same owners. The staff were wonderfully friendly and flexible, and kept the place in tip-top condition. The roar of the ocean is always present, and the beach is a three-minute walk from the villa. This is a fantastic spot away from the hustle and bustle of Denpasar. This villa is highly recommended, and I will return on my next visit to Bali.

this has been by far the best airbnb i’ve ever stayed at. it’s your own private villa, with a private pool, and steps away from Balian beach - which is a very beautiful and peaceful beach away from all the business of Bali. i’d like to give a special shoutout to the staff at the villa (Agus, Fitri, Yeyen). they were so extremely friendly and made our stay perfect. from cooking a superb breakfast with fresh fruit daily, to driving us around on fun day trips, to sharing local history & recommendations - the staff took our stay to the next level. i highly recommend taking advantage of the day trips, private villa dinners, and massages - they were all so amazing! Balian beach has a small town that’s around a 10 minute walk from the villa via the beach with a decent amount of cafes and restaurants. very chill. if you do feel like heading into busier areas like canggu (around an hour away by car), you can easily arrange with the villa’s driver. we were able to truly relax and unwind!

We had an incredible stay at Seabreeze Villa in Balian Beach. The villa is beautifully designed, spotless, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the ocean views from the pool was unforgettable. Jamie and Wendy were welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The daily breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Balian is the perfect place if you're looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a slower pace of life. Whether you're here to surf, unwind, or simply watch the sunsets, this villa is an amazing choice. We left feeling completely refreshed and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Jamie and Wendy's property (Sea Breeze) was simply wonderful. From the moment Agus (our driver arranged by Jamie and Wendy) picked us up from the airport to when we left, our stay was perfect. Amazing views, easy walk to the beach with very comfortable bedrooms and lounging areas. Fitri prepared for us the best breakfast (cooked with fresh fruit) each morning as well as some amazing evening meals (well worth doing). This is a highly recommended stay and something to look forward to doing. Richard

I can honestly say this is the best place I have stayed in. Amazing view, walkable to beach and low tide into Balian, amazing sunsets. Incredible massages and food all at the villa! No traffic noise. Host and staff so responsive and helpful. Any information you need is supplied. I honestly felt totally taken care off. Would highly recommend.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay with very attentive and always smiling staff available. The view is very nice of the ocean below with a lot of surfers visible. It was a very relaxing and peaceful stay with a good amount of warungs within driving distance.

Our stay at Wendy and Jamie’s villa was so lovely. The location is off the beaten path but the views and quiet are certainly worth it. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging spa treatments, drivers, and meals. We had breakfast each day and 2 dinners at the villa that were so delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend this stay if you are looking for relaxation and a break from the busier towns!

Our stay here was nothing short of phenomenal. The property itself is incredibly serene, but what truly set this experience apart was the hospitality and all the thoughtful extras. We felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. If you’re considering booking, I highly recommend splurging on the massages, manicures/pedicures, and in-unit meals. Every service was exceptional and made our trip feel luxuriously effortless. The day trip they arranged was basically a personal tour of the island, and we didn’t have to plan a single thing. They took care of every detail and made it seamless. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was peaceful, pampering, and perfectly curated. We can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing and peaceful few days at this beautiful location. Yenen and Fitri were absolutely amazing and looked after us so well. The massage therapist they recommended was one of the best I have ever experienced, and we ended up with daily visits from her. The beds and furniture were really comfortable, and we loved the uninterrupted views of the ocean. We felt so at home we barely even moved during our stay and got local food delivered. We just ate, walked, slept, and enjoyed. The restful break we both needed. This place comes highly recommended and is a perfect retreat from the world.

Super tolles Beach Haus mit tollen Blick. Der Service war top und es wurde schnell auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Das Essen was uns serviert wurde war toll und es wurde eine schönes privates Umfeld geschaffen.

Staying at Seabreeze was the best airbnb experience we have had. These people do ot right! Included breakfast daily and also a menu to select from for dinner that was very affordable. Not overwhelming. Everyday we saw the ocean from our view.. there is a constant sound of waves - crashing - growing up on the beach i had forgot how much i had missed hearing it. The wifi was great. My husband and i did video visits with no issue! There are 2 bedrooms - each with their own open bathroom . We were very comfortable . The pool is a highlight. Swam everyday. Wendy can arrange a driver for when u need one. We did a couple of daytrips including a stop to the grocery store. This area is lovely and peaceful and away from tourists. No loud construction anywhere nearby!! Thank-you for a wonderful stay!! And a big shout out to the girls that kept the villa clean daily, washed our clothes and prepared our meals!! Outstanding!!!

Our trip went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. The location was absolutely breathtaking, but what truly made the experience exceptional were the services available to us throughout our stay by the incredible staff. Our hostess welcomed us with such warmth that the SeaBreeze felt like home. Her cooking and cleaning went beyond our expectations, and a special mention goes to Mano — he was an outstanding driver and guide. Incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and patient, he made getting around effortless. Communication with him was always easy and prompt, and he was consistently available whenever we needed him. From picking us up at the airport to being our full-day driver throughout the trip, Mano truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay in Bali was comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb on the coast in Bali. The location was absolutely stunning just steps from the beach with incredible views and sunsets! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the host was responsive, and helpful throughout. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We loved Wendy and Jamie's place. The location was spectacular with the beach a walk away. Their villa was super nice and the pool just perfect. The house staff were friendly and helpful. The airport pick up Wendy recommended went seemlessly. It was also so good to arrive to a delicious meal being prepared for us after such a long day of travelling. Their fridge is stocked with some nice drinks and the prepared breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended!

La villa est superbe : spacieuse, décorée avec goût, très bien entretenue, avec une piscine privée entourée de verdure. Le cadre est propice au repos total. Mention spéciale pour les massages proposés sur place – un vrai moment de détente ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponible tout en restant discret. Entre nature, confort et activités bien-être, tout était réuni pour un séjour inoubliable. On reviendra sans hésiter !

Great place to relax and chill for a week. Clean & tidy. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to assist you. Massages at the villa are a real treat. Great view point from the daybed watching the surfers doing their thing. Knock out sunsets. Wendy & Jamie are easy to communicate with and are on hand if needed. Very happy!

This Airbnb is such a gem in Bali! We loved the quiet area. The outdoor area was really nice. Indoors it is not the newest villa but for us this was not a problem at all. It was very clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious :)

My friend and I stayed five nights at Seabreeze. We were looking for a nourishing, peaceful escape from Bali tourism mania, and we got it! The villa is well designed and very homely, the infinity pool is divine, and the uninterrupted ocean views are captivating. The sound of ocean waves was the only sound; it lulled us to sleep each night. We were well taken care of by Fitri. She arrived each day to make breakfast, a delicious array of treats always served with a smile. We chose to dine at the villa each night, a small menu on offer, but always fresh food, and so delicious. Add to that in-villa daily massages by experienced therapists and, quite frankly, we were in Bali heaven! We hoped to do yoga each day, but 2 of the local studios were closed. The Pondok hotel was a short scooter ride away and offered 2 beginner-level classes daily. Thank you to Wendy and her fab team for curating a wonderful, soulful experience. We will return!

Cannot fault this place. Views of the surf were exceptional. Accommodation was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in all my years travelling Indonesia. Jamie and Wendy are very friendly and approachable people. Well done. Extra special mention to the staff. Fitri, Sari and Yeyen. You girls do an outstanding job, keep it up. And the pool guy keeps the pool spotless. Transport dude Agus was also a very nice guy with a positive attitude and well kept vehicle. Absolute legends! We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay in Balian Beach. The staff were amazing (Yeyen and Fitri). Always super helpful and friendly. They really made the stay extra special. Morning breakfast was delicious. Pool area was a real treat. View is stunning, and couldn't get enough of it. Agus one of the drivers really made our travel as comfortable as possible. And they gave us as much local knowledge as possible.

It is very unusual to fine a place that is almost as it was described. To me the best thing was the stunning view that was offered. I also got great pre-trip communication from Wendy. She also came by the first day to check on us. The two ladies that fixed breakfast and cleaned daily were beyond great and brought us needed items during the week when we asked. Due to the distance from the airport, we asked that their driver pick us up. A very wise decision and I would suggest that anyone do that. If I ever go back, that is where I will stay. A true piece of paradise! We feel so fortunate to have been able to spend 5 nights here. Wendy was so responsive and proactive in helping to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, even with dinner options for the NYE holiday. We mainly stayed at the house other than for some walks along the beach and an excursion to see some rice terraces and waterfalls (amazing - highly recommend). From Wendy to the drivers (thank you Agus!) to the staff that cooked meals for us and gave us Balinese massages - everyone was so kind. Couldn’t recommend this listing enough. Thank you, Wendy!

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy and Jamie's place. This place is ideal for individuals, couples, friends or families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and really relax. The place is absolutely beautiful and serene. Wendy was so responsive and helpful with local recommendations and connections with drivers / restaurants. The house staff (Fitri, Yeyen and Iluh) were so friendly, cooked delicious breakfasts and made our stay very comfortable. We had a spa treatment everyday - the therapists were great and very skilled. Despite being away from 'central bali nightlife', we did a lot in our days - walking along the beach, taking surf lessons, doing day trips to various places in the region, and relaxing in the villa. Would definitely recommend this airbnb experience!

Belle villa avec une très belle vue sur la mer, j’ai adoré le bruit des vagues, la piscine est grande et se baigner avec cette vue quel plaisir. Possibilité de réserver des massages à domicile, de la nourriture … Villa au top, mérite juste un petit rafraîchissement, un petit coup de rénovation au niveau de la déco ça serait mieux et un meilleur nettoyage. Sinon tout le reste était au top, l’accueil juste parfait merci à yenyen pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité.

Отличная вилла с видом на океан. Рядом можно увидеть гуляющих коров. Шум волн особенно ночью расслабляет перед сном. Но кто не любит такой шум - это может доставить неудобство, так как иногда шум волн очень сильный. Чистая кухня и мебель. Особое удовольствие это Fitri которая приходила делать завтраки. Эта девушка вносила позитивные вибрации в каждое наше утро 🫶. Очень хороший массаж который можно сделать прямо на вилле, мы это делали каждый день и это были замечательные моменты. Бассейн очень теплый. На террасе каждый вечер можно наблюдать ящериц разного размера. Почти нет комаров. Несколько типичных ресторанов в 10 минутах на байке. Но если вам нужен активный отдых, развлечения, шоппинг - это находится в других районах, и на байке это будет забирать минимум 1,5 часа в одну сторону. Учтите это.

Heerlijke villa die uitkijkt over de zee. Helaas wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Sochtend word heerlijk ontbijt klaargemaakt en schoongemaakt. Niks te doen in de buurt maar dat staat ook duidelijk omschreven Super om even helemaal bij te komen

If you are looking for complete relaxation in a beautiful setting, want to feel spoilt and looked after this is where to go! There are local restaurants to walk to. Wendy is the most helpful and responsive host we have ever had. It is a couple of hours from the airport due to the terrible Bali traffic but worth it. The in house meals are beautifully cooked. Fitri looked after us so well. Would love to comeback

If you are dreaming to go sleep and wake up with a roar of waves, it is a perfect place! I spent all my three days here watching the mesmerising ocean, without my phone and iPad. My husband and I walked along the beach for hours and there were just few other people so there was a feeling that the ocean was for us only. There was a beach restaurant in a 1min walk from the villa with a simple fresh food, highly recommended. There were 2 massage tables on the villa and the host booked massages for us, that we really liked! A housekeeper cooked a nice breakfast for us every day, then bought fruits and vegetables per our order so we could cook by ourselves for the rest of the day. We also ordered a takeaway food from a cafe provided by the villa, it was very convenient, thank you for that option! We booked a transfer to the airport provided by the villa, a clean car and a careful driver for a reasonable price. And Wendy changed au cash dollars to rp for us, such a nice service!! Thank you!!

Wer mal komplett entspannen und abseits des hektischen Tourissmus auf Bali seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Als wäre hier die Zeit stehen geblieben. Aber trotzdem hat man alles Annehmlichkeiten wie gute Restaurants, Wassersport und Wellness direkt vor der Haustür. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und hoffen eines Tages nochmals hin zu reisen. Wendy und Jaimie sind auch tolle Gastgeber. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ins sehr wohl gefühlt und danken euch an dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichst für eure Gastfreundlichkeit 🩵

Balian Beach and Wendy and Jamie’s place is one of the last peaceful places in Bali. We fell in love within a second and would have loved to stay even longer than 6 days. We’ll come back for sure! Lovely house, staff, awesome breakfast and astonishing sea view… nothing to improve…. We just love this place!!!

I had the most amazing stay here! It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and very private which is exactly what I hoped for. The house was immaculate and breakfast every morning was beautiful, fresh, and delicious. Wendy and Jaime had the fridge stocked with everything I needed and more. Their amazing team was kind and helpful with transports, meals, and making sure I was well cared for which meant a lot as I was traveling alone. Wendy was super responsive and very patient with all of my many questions from booking to check out. I was very sad to leave and cannot wait to return!

thank you jemmie and Wendy for the hospitality, the place was great as it was on a cliff where you can a stunning view of the sea , sunrise and sunset, and the river on the side made it even better , surfing and beach walks were the best activities there . the only issue was hard to order from grab because it's a bit far but other than that the staff the food and beverages were amazing . I would recommend it for beach lovers who like to stay away from the noise and d have a great holiday specially at night where you get to do star gazing if the weather was clear . I give it 8 out of 10 and would love to visit it again .

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten 12 schöne und erholsame Tage in der Villa, schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit viel Charme . Das ganze Mobiliar ist bequem, insbesondere die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die Abendessen, vor Ort zubereitet. Unbedingt die Massagen mitnehmen, ein Genuss! Die Location ist toll, ruhig und lädt zum Erholen ein. Auch wenn etwas abseits gelegen, hatten wir Ausflüge in den Osten und Norden unternommen. Den Fahrer hatten wir uns unabhängig vor der Reise gemietet. Dauerte zwar länger, war aber machbar. Vielen Dank an Wendy, Nengah und Fitri für ihre Unterstützung und Hilfsbereitschaft in vielen Dingen! Wir vermissen Bali!

Cozy stay. I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a pleasant experience overall. The villa was cozy and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Nengha (staff) made sure we have all we need and treated us as her family. I enjoyed my time at this Airbnb and would consider staying here again in the future. Overall, a good value for the price.

I have stayed in many Airbnb before I can easily say this was possibly one the best if not the best stay I have ever had. They set up a diver for us they pick us up at the airport. We were greeted by Jamie and have all the listed restaurant to try to some even deliver to us when we didn't feel like going out. They also have list of things to do around the area. They also set up a scooter for us to rent and had beer and wine in the fridge for us for extra cost (prices was very good) The 2 wonderful ladies that came in everyday to make us a good breakfast are the star of the show. They made us feel so welcoming and special which made our trip even more amazing. Breakfast was amazing and the cleaning was spot on! If there ever a place you are thinking to stay in Bali and you want a quiet place with less tourist, choose this place

Beautiful private villa with excellent service and stunning surroundings. A few pittoresque restaurants to choose from further down the beach along with a Yoga hotel, and smooth take out options. We also booked dinner cooked in the villa one night which was delicious and felt very private and exclusive. The area is peaceful with an “off-the-beaten-track”ambiance - you will likely have the beach to yourselves. Amazing breakfast served by the pool everyday and daily cleaning of rooms. If you want a place to wind down and be taken care of this is the villa to pick. If you need anything the staff can help you get it! We spent 8 nights here and would definitely come back!

Wir waren im Rahmen unserer Elternzeit fast vier Wochen in der Villa mit unserem einjährigen Sohn. Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Bildern und wie beschrieben wunderschön gelegen hat einen tollen offenen Wohn und Essbereich zwei sehr sehr saubere Schlafzimmer. Einen tollen Pool mit gigantische Aussicht und direkter Zugang zum Strand Das inkludierte Frühstück ist reichhaltig und kann jeden Tag neue variiert werden. Es steht in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Warung delivery Service zur Verfügung wie auch die umliegenden Lokale bieten Lieferdienste an, wir empfehlen allerdings einen Roller zu mieten und die Umgebung zu erkunden. YEYEN und ihre Mannschaft haben überragend Job gemacht, morgens bei der Zubereitung des Frühstücks immer tolle Gespräche hatten sogar während des Frühstücks aufgepasst und wir konnten in aller Ruhe frühstücken und die Aussicht genießen. Wir können Seabreeze für einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We had a very nice 4 days at Villa Seabreeze. It's a bit remote, but that's exactly what we wanted!! There are several restaurants in the area that deliver the food or you can also reach them with a short walk. Down to the sea, there is a staircase in front of the villa. The breakfast was delicious!! Fair prices for drinks! And the massage was really good! Don't hesitate to book this accommodation, we loved it

Wendy and Jamie’s villa was incredible. The privacy of it all is what really appealed to us. The beginning of the week my wife and I set up an itinerary and Jamie helped set everything up for us. The staff and our driver went above and beyond for us and always made sure we got what we needed. All around, we had a great time during our stay.

This was the highlight of my trip - so relaxing, so in line with what was promoted. I would stay for 1 week instead of 3 days next time. Incredible

Words can’t begin to describe how beautiful Wendy and Jamie’s place is! Stunning views of the ocean, excellent villa staff, amazing food…the list goes on and on! Wendy and Jamie were excellent hosts. Very responsive and helped arrange transport so that we could fit in scuba diving on our way to their villa. Jamie was there to greet us personally and give us the rundown at checkout. He also provided us with recommendations of local activities and help arrange surfing lessons for my husband. The villa staff are amazing and provide an exceptional breakfast and clean the villa daily. You can also request dinner in the evening which is wonderful and would highly recommend the in villa massages. Overall a wonderful experience.

Everything about the trip was perfect.The ladies served us delicious food with fresh fruits and vegetables every morning.The driver was very accommodating with our short notice schedule so we could see the beautiful temples. I loved the scooter rental, but the driver needs to be careful - I slipped and hurt myself on a bumpy mountain road, and the female staff was so kind to buy me a band-aid and medication.Despite this, the place was so beautiful and fantastic. Ants and wholesale snakes appear

The views and the sound of the ocean is hypnotising. You get the feeling of the power of nature around you while you enjoy the comfort of this wonderful villa. Wendy has always been helpful and the breakfast was a great addition to this very restful stay. We got great help from a very reliable driver called Mano who took us to the wonderful spots around Balian Beach. This was overall a great experience and I would definitely highly recommend this place to people searching for a previlaged stay in this part of Bali.

Extremely convenient villa away from the traffic and city life. The privacy of villa was immaculate and couldn’t ask for a better location. It was maintained extremely well, gave off a perfect island feeling. Wendy and Jaime were incredible hosts and very easy to talk to, informative and very personable. Agus, the local drive, turned our trip into something special. He’s extremely nice, friendly, easy to talk to, and cared tremendously about our experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

Coming back for a second time in 4 years we were not disappointed, this villa is just perfect and felt like we had never left. It was a great time staying at Jamie and Wendy’s villa. Our host Jamie was easy to be reached. We got lost when heading to the villa and Jamie came to pick us up very fast. We had the pleasure of staying at Seabreeze Villa in Bali and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful and it was such a great spot to relax and take in the views. The open plan living space meant we were always listening to the waves crashing. The villa itself was gorgeous and the friendly and helpful hosts, Jamie and Wendy, provided us with everything we needed for our stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The staff were always available to help in any way they could. Agus the driver was available to bring us to the local village in the evenings as well as airport runs. Iluh and Fitri prepared an amazing breakfast for us each morning. The food was delicious - locally grown and freshly cooked and being able to get massages and spa treatments at the villa just added to the relaxing vibe. A fabulous experience all round!

The week we spent at the SeaBreeze villa was quite simply one of the best holidays we have ever been on. The location is private and the area is very quiet, so perfect for a relaxing break. The photos really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa is. We were wonderfully taken care of by Wendy, Jamie and their team and enjoyed breakfasts made for us every morning by Nengah and her colleagues by the side of the pool. Evening meals were available every day for very reasonable prices as well, and all of the food was absolutely delicious. Wendy and Jamie were incredibly helpful arranging additional activities such as massages, yoga classes, and drivers to take us to other areas. We had just the best time here, and are already planning a return visit.

Our stay at The SeaBreeze was great. Everything was just as described. It is quite expensive but worth the money. Balian Beach is not very touristic. The Villa offers a lot of privacy. The pool with the beach view is wonderful. The only downside was the open space, which invited bugs and lizards inside the house. However, the bedroom was closed so that wasn’t a big problem for us. All in all a wonderful and peaceful place for a relaxed vacation in Bali.

Es war traumhaft! Als erster Stopp unserer Reise perfekt, um zu relaxen und anzukommen. Der Pool, die Aussicht und die Villa an sich sind fantastisch. Unser Fahrer Wayan war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets überpünktlich. Fitri hat uns morgens mit einem leckeren Frühstück verwöhnt. Und die Massagen, die man buchen kann, sehr professionell und entspannend. Wendy und Jamie haben alles perfekt organisiert. Wer Ruhe und keinen Massentourismus möchte, sollte sich unbedingt für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

Our stay was just incredible. Jamie and Wendy have thought of everything. The villa is comfortable and has the most magnificent view. We had the most wonderful spa experience in the villa. Very nice place to stay if you want privacy and awesome ocean view.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa! The location of the house is fantastic. The view from pool deck is even better than the pictures. The outdoor space is perfect, the pool is a nice size and the furniture comfortable. The bedrooms are comfortable and the 4 poster bed with mosquito netting is romantic and keeps out any wayward mosquitos. Air conditioning in bedrooms works really well. The bedroom entrances are accessed from the pool deck and each has a en suite. The ensuite has an open air component to it, the shower pressure was nice and the bathroom is very modern and clean. There is also a tub but we did not use it. The main living space and kitchen are open to the outdoors, so we did find we got a few mosquitoes and moths in that area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The staff are wonderful and the breakfasts were amazing. Best omelette’ sever. Also highly recommend getting a massage, they were wonderful. Overall we highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was wonderful. Its a beautiful place in a licely quiet environment. The villa had everything we required for a comfy and relaxing stay.

One word: Amazing. Everything was perfect: delicious breakfast , take-out food from local Warung Deki’s for lunch (and dinner 😃), Breathtaking view from your pool, walking distance from the beach, peaceful surroundings (not a lot of tourist 🙏🏾) Communication with Wendy went smooth and she was so helpful. Don’t get me started about Agus, Fitri & Nengah, the Villa attendants…..so helpful, friendly and a joy to have around. Me, my husband and 1,5 year old son enjoyed Seabreeze so much, would love to come back in the future!

We have been there for the 3rd time and if we are in Bali and need a beach getaway we will always choose Balian Beach especially Wendy&James house. The stuff is so super friendly the make the best breakfast on earth with fresh greens from the garden. The energy of this place is so special, falling asleep and waking up with the sound of the ocean is so calming. When the tide is low you can walk along the beach from bay to bay for hours and hunt little treasures.. Its so quiet and chilled a place you can rarely find in Bali now that the tourists are back. Thank you for having us!

My husband and I decided to go on a much needed holiday after covid. SeaBreeze stood out from the rest of the villas as it looked like paradise. When we arrived we were not disappointed. In fact, it is far more beautiful, calming and truly special than any photo could possibly capture. The owners Jamie and Wendy have found the most idyllic setting overlooking the ocean and the villa is very impressive to say the least. It’s a huge space and has been done to a tasteful and high standard. We loved waking up every morning with the most gorgeous view, watching the surfers and wildlife. We lounged in the infinity pool most days or rented a scooter to explore the area. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the hosts, our lovely house helper Yeyen came everyday to prepare a delicious full breakfast and tidy up the villa. She was always available if we had questions or wanted to organise anything. There is also a lady chef (Agus) who can prepare you dinners from their set menu. The food in Bali is good but wait until you try Agus’s cooking - her food is DELICIOUS! We also had a driver (Agus) we could arrange to take us on tours or into the main city who always made our car journeys great fun. If you are trying to find a slice of authentic beautiful Bali, in a quieter less crowded area, look no further. We enjoyed our stay so much we were very sad to leave. The owners and staff were so helpful and all such lovely people. Thank you Jamie, Wendy, Yeyen and the two Agus’s for making our Bali trip so amazing and unforgettable. We will absolutely be coming back to Seabreeze as soon as possible!

What a magical place! I loved every moment of my time at the Seaview Villla. It is such a peaceful and tranquil part of Bali; so easy to be at one with nature in this fantastic setting. The villa is beautifully decorated and designed. Everything one needs is there to make the holiday easy and comfortable. At all times of the day and night, the view from the villa is incredible. One of the highlights of my trip was the gorgeous sunset on the first day of my visit. Wendy and Jamie were wonderful hosts throughout my time at Balian Beach. They were very helpful in all of our interactions before and during my vacation. I experienced wonderful Indonesian hospitality throughout my time at the villa. In particular, Agus was very friendly and warm during her daily, morning visits. She makes a wonderful breakfast from organic produce. All the food was very fresh and tasty. I feel so grateful to have experienced such a wonderful part of Bali. I did not want to leave! I highly recommend the Seaview Villa. It is absolutely stunning.

An amazing villa in a beautiful location with a peaceful vibe and a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean The place is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and we got a delicious prepared breakfast for us every morning. A sweet haven in Bali!

The SeaBreeze villa is a perfect getaway place from the hectic and stress of big cities. We stayed here for a month and enjoyed the sound of waves and birds 24 hours. The villa is very cozy and private. The staff is very warm, friendly & attentive. Because we were here during the pandemics, the single-woman staff fits our need to feel secure. A perfect spa with the beach scenery is also provided. The host are also very attentive to our complaints, making us feel very much at home. We left this villa with a very heavy heart.

I simply cannot fault this place. The hospitality of Jamie and his team (Agus, Prima, Kadek, Wayan) was just outstanding, the one which takes your holiday to another level. It's also one of the reasons we would like to visit Bali again. It's a bit of long drive from the all other touristic places but the quietness and amazing views of this place, makes it all worth it.

My husband and I didn't want to leave the Seabreeze. We felt totally pampered and spoiled. From the stunning view, gorgeous pool, romantic bedroom and full services from maids, to meals to drivers and massages... It was truly a spectacular experience!

WOW! This villa is one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! We can’t rave enough about it but to give a few examples.... 1) Jamie and Wendy were extremely laid back and friendly. They were very accommodating with last minute transfer requests to/from the villa and even helped us with organizing baby gear rentals at our next place. They also arranged payments for dinners/massages through Airbnb so we didn’t have to worry about having a lot of cash with us 2)Agus made us some of the best breakfasts and dinners we had on our trip and was so thoughtful and went out of her way to make everything according to our dietary needs (all made from Jamie and Wendy’s organic farm across the street!). Even the bread was freshly made by them. The food was so amazing we didn’t want to eat anywhere else! (There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance) 3) the pictures do not do the villa justice. It was a little piece of heaven that had ample options for day beds and multiple seating areas throughout the home so we never felt cabin fever in this remote location. We cannot stress enough how amazing our experience was at this villa and how wonderful and special the staff were. We would’ve stayed longer if it hadn’t already been booked! Thank you, Jamie and Wendy - we will be back!!

If you are wondering whether to book this gorgeous place, wonder no more. If you are trying to get away from the world, for whatever reason, whether it is a honeymoon or a place less stressful, then this is the place for you. Although there are nearby restaurants, we opted to eat in. Agus cooked us a meal every night which was gorgeous – for seven nights we never had the same thing twice – except for the requested coconut sugar and pandanus leaf pancakes which were out of this world. We needed to get away, and get away we did. Just sitting on the terrace, watching the tides go in and out, watching the surfers navigate the waves, watching the weaverbirds make their nests in the frangipani trees, or just watching the changing patterns in the sky was exactly what we needed. The place is homely And beautiful and we could not fault it. We left feeling super relaxed, and totally chilled in our hearts. Full of gratitude for a wonderful stay. Even though it was the rainy season, it rained only three times during our stay, twice at night and once during the day for only five minutes. Don’t let the rainy season put you off. Thank you to Jamie and Wendy for providing such an extraordinary place to stay. We will be back.

I couldn't recommend staying here highly enough. We had an incredible time. Moments from the amazing beach and a few yummy local spots but you'll struggle to leave the splendor of the villa and Agus's wonderful cooking!

From start to finish we had an amazing experience. The location of this villa is fantastic and the views of sunrise & sunsets are beautiful. The staff are beyond helpful especially Agus who is just a wonderful person. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Great private location overlooking the beach. The villa was clean, the breakfast was great, they provided laundry services. They had private drivers to get us from the airport and drive us around anywhere we wanted to go. They provided anything we needed for the trip. They were easy to get ahold of anytime we needed anything at all. We’d definitely stay again if we ever travel back to Bali.

If you’re looking for a place that provides peace and quiet and is away from the tourist areas of Bali, then this is the place for you! My sister and I absolutely loved this villa and did not want to leave! If I didn’t have to get back home for an important appointment, I definitely would have stayed longer. Wendy and Jaime provide everything you need and are so easy to get in contact with. They arranged airport transfers, transportation to popular attractions, in-villa messages, and meals. Waking up every morning to fresh fruit and cooked breakfast with an amazing view was truly a treat. Agus and Prima were so sweet and we absolutely loved Agus’ cooking! Everything was soo delicious and fresh! They provide a menu for several different dinner options and I highly recommend having it at least once during your stay. You won’t regret it! I am very picky about the cleanliness of places I book and this villa was spotless and was cleaned everyday. As someone who is afraid of bugs, the bugs around the villa were not too bad and I got used to them quickly. You have to go into it knowing that it is Bali after-all, so it’s tropical and there will be bugs and small geckos around. The bathrooms and living room area are open air, but the bedrooms can be closed off. Being diligent about keeping the doors closed and the lights off in the bathroom while not in use definitely helped keep the bugs to a minimum. There is a small restaurant down the hill along the beach where you can eat as well. We went there for lunch twice during our stay. The food was great and such a bargain! You can hike up/down the hill like we did, but it is a workout! Definitely recommend walking along the road if it is raining as the hill gets a bit muddy and slippery (I fell haha!). I miss waking up to that lovely view and my sister and I are still gushing about our stay. I would love to come back with my family one day and would definitely stay here again :)

My sister and I had an amazing time at the SeaBreeze! It was more than we expected. Jamie and Wendy's villa is not near tourist attractions, so it was peaceful and quiet. We ate breakfast every morning and watched the surfers. We appreciate the organic foods Jamie shared with us. The villa is truly remarkable! We appreciate the toothbrushes and tooth paste in the bathrooms. It came in handy. Also, there were shampoo, conditioner and soap so we didn't have to buy any. We appreciate the mobile phone that we can use to call or text to order food from near by restaurants, and also we can communicate with Jamie since we didn't get a Sim card for our phones. We walked down the hill to the beach and it was beautiful! Clear water and charcoal color/black sand. One night, we ate at the restaurant at the beach. The other two nights, we had one of the villa staff, Agus, cook dinner for us and both times, the food was outstanding! Agus is an amazing cook! Prima and Agus both went out of their way to get what we asked. The swimming pool was big and just right out the bedrooms. And watching the sunset every night was pure relaxation and beautiful. We were in the pool, just star gazing. There's so many more to say about how great it was but I'll stop here... We stayed at this beautiful villa for 3 nights and wow it blew us away. The welcome note and drink plus the spectacular view from the villa of the sea made the welcome here unforgettable. Jamie and his team did everything to make our stay perfect. We had been to 13 other villas in Bali moving around and this was probably our favourite. It is a little secluded but if you are after peace and quiet plus amazing sunsets this is the place for you.

What a beautiful place with such beautiful people. Agus & Prima we thank you for looking after us everyday and Agus your food is sooo amazing x Wayan who drove us around was so kind and always helped out when we needed supplies. My wife and I spent 7 days at The SeaBreeze for part of our honeymoon. It was perfectly secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. Located about 90-120 minutes from the airport, Wendy arranged for a driver to pick us up outside the Denpasar terminal - It couldn’t have worked out better! The SeaBreeze property is exactly as the pictures indicate. The infinity pool is where we spent the majority of our time - We enjoyed watching the surfers, the crashing waves, and the 5-8 cows that grazed in the yard. Agus cooked breakfast every day and dinners at the villa most nights. Her cooking is fresh and fantastic! She even went off-script for breakfast and cooked a traditional Balinese breakfast for us! The days we wanted to explore Ubud and Tanah Lot, Wendy arranged drivers for us. The drivers, Sonar and Wayan, grew up in the village and are very knowledgeable about the area. They shared about their family and lives in Bali, which we appreciated so much. If you are looking for a fast-paced area with a large choice of bars and restaurants, The SeaBreeze is probably not for you, which is okay. If you’re looking for a more relaxed way of life, breath taking views, a gorgeous property, and personalized service, this place is for you. We loved our stay here and could not speak more highly of our experience!!!

Amazing!!! Jamie and Wendy’s Balian Villa was a perfect place to end our vacation at. Such an amazing location, right on the beach and easy walk to near by restaurants. Their staff was so kind, they really made the stay. The best part was the delicious breakfast and highly recommend to add on their dinners as many nights as you can! Best food we had in Bali! Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back!

We wish we could give this place 6 or more stars. Truly the absolute best Airbnb stay experience we have ever had. The details put into making this place a home are just so thoughtful, we felt like we were on vacation from our vacation! We stayed for 3 nights and Agus cooked for us every night with ingredients fresh from their farm and WOW- do not miss out on her cooking. Everything from a perfect red snapper to homemade coffee ice cream- it made for an even more memorable experience to enjoy these meals by the pool every evening. We were also grateful for the stocked fridge of wine and beer- no need for a wine run to enjoy with our meals! Agus also helped out when we needed a little bit of medical attention thanks to a little fall on the beach :). AC worked perfectly when needed in the evenings, and we didn't really have too many mosquito issues! They even did a load of laundry for us before we left- SO thankful for this after unpacking from a 2 week vacation! Thank you Jamie and Wendy for sharing this wonderful space- we are dying to come back already!!

We chose SeaBreeze after an extensive search of places in Bali as we were planning our Honeymoon after 30 years of marriage and we wanted to get it right. We were delighted with our experience as Jamie and Wendy we're very responsive to any questions we had and were able to pull together offsite experiences that were unforgettable with very little notice. As attentive as they are they also know how to step back and let you relax at SeaBreeze without any intrusion. Agus and Prima are amazing and treat you like royalty as they feed you bountiful breakfasts and make sure everything you need is well stocked and exceptionally clean. The messages we're exceptional as well !! The views of Balian beach and the sounds of the Indian Ocean's waves are alluring and relaxing. We highly recommend SeaBreeze and the hospitality of Jamie and Wendy et al.

Le premier risque avec ce genre d annonce est d être déçu à l arrivée car les photos sont flatteuses..alors aucune inquitude..la réalité est bien mieux encore..le deuxième risque est que lorsque vous être trop bien à un endroit..vous n avez plus envie d en bouger au risque de délaisser les visites aux alentours..c est ce que nous avons fait et cela tombait particulièrement bien après 3 semaines de déplacement continu entre Singapour lombok et bali..tout simplement l endroit idéal.. accueil et organisation sobre mais particulièrement efficace..personnel de maison très agréable et serviable..et ce cadre..pour fuir avec le trop touristique et trop bruyant bali..j adore..merci..

My husband and I have stayed in many Airbnb's, and this was BY FAR the BEST place we have ever stayed. Do not hesitate to book this villa- in fact, book it for longer than you think you should! We stayed here three nights and man do we regret not staying longer. The views and the villa itself- unparalleled. So clean and modern with amazing amenities. What sets this villa even further apart from others is the hospitality of Jamie, Wendy, and the staff. Breakfast every morning out by the pool while watching the surfers was something my husband and I will cherish forever- Prima provided us with freshly made fruit juice, tropical fruit, coffee, and you are able to choose from a lovely menu each morning- ranging from farm fresh eggs, to pancakes and french toast, and much more. All fresh and delicious. We were also able to schedule a dinner at the villa- which we enjoyed at sunset with the amazing view- unbelievable. Jamie provided us with a scooter rental and we had a wonderful few days exploring the countryside, seeing lots of rice terraces and amazing views. The fridge stays stocked full of a range of beverages to enjoy throughout your stay- which was a great touch and we wished other villas did the same. So convenient when you are unsure of where to find beer, wine, cider, etc. in Bali. I cannot say enough positive things about the Seabreeze at Balian Beach- we will most definitely be back!

This place is AMAZING! Jamie and Wendy were the perfect hosts, super helpful, quick to respond to any needs and no task was too much. Prima and Kedak who cooked our delicious breakfast every morning were wonderful- such lovely people and always greeted us with a smile. The house was perfect and equipped with everything you need. Jamie and Wendy even gave us a smartphone to communicate with them and drivers etc. The house and the pool were clean and the breakfast from Agus and Prima was delicious!

Jamie and Wendy’s villa was absolutely amazing. The 4 days we spent at this villa was the highlight of mines and my friends Bali trip! Agus and prima treated us so well with delicious breakfast, and dinner cooked by agus was amazing!

Jamie and Wendy's Seabreeze Villa at Balian Beach, Bali, was a highlight of our two weeks in Bali. A not too distant drive from Canggu, organised by Jamie and Wendy, to the Villa overlooking the expansive West Coast Balian Beach. Incredible to wake up to the surf each morning and be prepared an amazing breakfast each day by their wonderful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the in-villa massages and other treatments, our day trip to the Munduk waterfall and local rice fields, a well-stocked fridge, courtesy laundry, superb local dining options (especially the Sushi Surf Balian), and not least, the pool - what a view! Special thank you to Agus and Prima, and Agus our driver. A special occasion place, in a beautiful part of the world...

This is a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and clean, handy to the beach and local restaurants. It is ideal for those wanting to get away from the crowds of Kuta/Seminyak. We don't surf but enjoyed watching those who do from the deck and wonderful pool. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Seabreeze, from the quiet location and the cows, to the fabulous staff. The little warung right in front of the villa (Balian Surf Camp) was handy for some cheap and delicious local fare, but it was only a very short walk across the creek/river for more options (we tried Tekor - yum). We enjoyed our daily massages by Ayu - thanks Ayu! - as well as our dinner the staff cooked us on our last night. We couldn’t fault anything, except the weather, but we’ll be back so maybe next time the sun will be shining and the waves pumping! Thanks to Jamie, Wendy and the lovely staff at Seabreeze 🙏🏼

Jamie and Wendy were superb hosts. The communication was outstanding. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We especially loved the beautiful space with breathtaking views of the sea. The locally grown organic breakfast each morning and fresh coffee was delicious. It was so nice to eat on the terrace watching the waves crashing onto the beach each morning. Agus is an amazing cook and we thoroughly recommend having dinner prepared at the villa. It was so sad to leave this beautiful place. We wish Jamie, Wendy and all the friendly staff every success in the future at Sea Breeze.

It's hard to know where to start to describe what a wonderful experience we had on our honeymoon at Seabreeze. I think the most memorable part has to be the hospitality. Wendy greeted us and oriented us to the house and responded quickly to every question and request. But their staff was what made it truly amazing. Prima and Agus made us feel like royalty, from the amazing breakfasts of local fruit and eggs, keeping the house immaculate, doing our laundry and especially Agus' incredible dinners. We had dinner in house 6 of the 8 nights we were there. The freshest fish and tasty Balinese and Indonesian dishes left us wanting more. And what can you say about the setting. Enjoying all those meals, poolside, overlooking the Indian Ocean is an image I will keep seared in my brain for the rest of my life. Then there were the extra touches. When my stomach was bothering me a bit, Agus made me ginger turmeric tea every morning. When we said how much we liked the fresh coconut water she brought us more without us asking. The drivers were extremely professional (Wayan, Mano and Agus). They were always on time, navigated the frenetic roads of Bali with ease and catered to our schedule with multiple stops. The in-house massages were amazing and so inexpensive.We loved talking to all of the staff about life in Bali which helped give us such a rich experience that we've ever had in our travels before. For future guests some things we learned: the bugs were not as bad as we were warned. The ocean breeze keeps most of them away. Even inland, minimal bug spray was needed. The beach access was not as difficult as some reviews said. If the hill in front of the house is too steep for you it's easy to walk down the road from the house. It was easier to cross the river over to town than we thought. Within a couple hours of low tide it was only ankle deep. We will be back!

Expect to find a gem of a location with accommodation that offers brilliant views, staff and a villa that is better than the photos ! Hosts Jaimie and Wendy are so lovely, and on standby when and if needed.The cooked breakfasts are superb..and if you are fortunate enough to have Agus cook you an evening meal it will be one you never forget.Our stay was fantastic!

Let me start by saying there are many many beautiful villas in Bali, so if you are having trouble picking a place, THIS is the place you should choose! I suffer from OCD, so I need to stay in clean places, and this place was spotless! The view is something out of a magazine, as you see the ocean, cows, and tons of stars at night. But the biggest draw this place has is Agus’s cooking! Honestly the best cooking I’ve ever had in my life! All the ingredients she uses, she sources fresh from Jamie and Wendy’s farm. Homemade ice cream using farm fresh eggs and milk. Pie, and fresh squeezed juices from the farm’s fruits. Even rice from the farm’s rice patty. Not to mention Agus is a true chef at how she expertly prepares and decorates each plate to perfection. We stayed at 4 separate villas in Bali but this one was the clear winner for us!

Our stay at Balian Beach was 100% perfect! We had booked our stay for 8 nights, two adults and our two girls. We came from Ubud, and thought 8 nights could be a bit much given the location is a bit far from busy Ubud and Kuta, luckily we where wrong. So wrong! We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful, relaxed hidden gem. 5 minutes down to the best surf location in Bali. Fridge stocked with beer and soda. TakeAway delivery nearby. The staff was so kind, helpful and made the worlds best breakfast and dinner to us and the kids! So helpful with booking guide, grocery, massage. Thank you so much for the best stay and best and caring staff ever! Miss you! Eirik & Silje

This Villa is so beautiful. The staff is very hospitable and the food, oh boy, it is beyond amazing. Host are quick to respond and cater to your needs. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

We had high expectations for this property and it did not disappoint. The property is in great shape with a fantastic view. The service that we revived during our stay is what stood out most though. Agus, the house cleaner/cook, greeted us the second we arrived and treated my wife and I like family and her cooking is some of the best that I have had. Jamie and Wendy also help arrange drivers and anything else you might need. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was the best trip to Bali we could have ever expected. The home is beautiful, overlooking the beach with an Infiniti pool that we swam in every single day. Our daily breakfast was the tastiest we’ve ever had and when we chose to stay in and eat dinner at the villa it was just as amazing. Jamie and Wendy were easy to get in touch with and massages, day trips (highly recommend snorkeling) and dinners were easily arranged in less than a days notice. We highly recommend spending your time in Bali at the sea breeze, we hope to make back again some day!

If you are looking for the most relaxing time of your life. This is the place for you. My husband and I stayed here for 12 days. Wish we could have stayed for 12 more! We never got sick of waking up to that view. It’s even better in person. Breakfast every morning was amazing. One bit of advice is to order dinner through them. It was the best meal we had in Bali. Wish we hadn’t waited so long to do it. I can’t begin to describe how amazing our time here was so just stay here and see for yourself!

这里确实是一个安静又贴近自然的地方，相当适合休息，只有海水和小动物的声音。如果想要“修仙”，那么这里再好不过了。房东也提醒了我们宅子位置相对偏僻，所以去之前买了好多食材，我们自己做饭很有意思，厨具什么的很齐全(西式厨具)。当然还有管家Agus大姐很随和也很负责，她早饭做得非常好吃。房子附近很适合饭后散步，或者傍晚的时候去海滩溜溜，惬意！

Jamie was exceptionally helpful with everything we needed on property and on the island. The level of service, communication, and the ability to organize everything was really superb! The property was really amazing - just as on the photos or better. Absolutely worth the money!

In a word: INCREDIBLE – the house, view, hosts and staff made the stay what it was and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you're looking to get away from it all and enjoy peace, quiet and serenity, this is the spot for you. There's no reason to leave as the fridge is stocked with beverages (at cost and you'll tally up your expenses in a book) and their amazing housekeeper, Agus prepares a gourmet breakfast each morning and is able to cater to your tastebuds for your dinner selections. You could even arrange for in house massages so there is never a reason to leave. If you do decide you want a bit of activity, Jamie and Wendy are able to help arrange a variety of excursions, from snorkeling to surfing to waterfalls to shopping. You decide as much or as little as you'd like to do. Something to note: Balian is 2-2.5 hours from Ubud and other major tourist areas in Bali so plan your trip accordingly. There is no where else quite like this and we're plotting when we can get back out to visit :)

We loved our stay here and would stay again. The villa staff were so hospitable and kind. We really appreciated everything they did to make our stay comfortable. Two things about this place. It is really far from Ubud and the main tourist locations. So if you are looking for that experience everyday it will be hard to do from this location. We were looking to get out of the tourist areas so this was perfect for us. The one thing we probably should have requested was the cleaning of the pool. We still used it but we wished we would have asked ahead of time. Other than that the house is amazing and it really is as beautiful as the photos. We would stay here again. Thanks so much to Jamie, Wendy and the staff for their hospitality!

I don’t know where to start, we had a wonderful few days staying here! The villa was perfect, everything we needed and more! What a setting. The food we had from Agus was delicious!!! Don’t bother eating out. We had a gorgeous dinner and each breakfast was perfect. The pool, the view , the room were unbelievable, we had such an amazing Christmas stay. Also a great service of being picked up from where we stayed before (Seminyak) and then being dropped to our next location (Ubud). Nothing was too much trouble! Thanks again :) This villa is a must book!!!

This house, the view, the hosts, the cook & everything was amazing. Most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. It’s away from the main tourism. So it’s quiet & private. The ocean takes about 2 mins to walk to & there’s a little restaurant that has delicious local food. We thought it was much better than the restaurants across the river. The cook was amazing, we tried almost everything & had no complaints. The Indian fish curry was our favorite. The red snapper was also great. There’s not much shopping or things to do nearby but you just send Wendy a message & she arranges a driver to take you anywhere you want. We took a few tours & mostly relaxed by getting massages in home. Balinese massage is the best massages at the best prices you can ever receive. As an experienced massage therapist myself I was delighted! Tip those ladies! They deserve it for all their hard work! Our family highly recommends this safe & beautiful location! It had all the perks of a resort but the privacy of your own home!

The Villa was beautiful, very peaceful and quite, not much to do, it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean or if you like surfing it’s the perfect spot, however, there plenty of things to see and do within a short drive, snorkeling, beautiful waterfalls, shopping, restaurants and plenty of other activities, Wayan was a great person and take us anywhere we needed to go and and show us the island, strongly recommend having him drive you places. Agus was our chef, breakfast and dinner daily, Amazing food!! At first we’re thinking of eating out but after our first dinner at the Villa we had dinner every night ... amazing food, beautiful sunset and most important the people are the best!! Anything you need, they are there for you.

Villa absolument magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. La villa est situé à Balian, environ à 2h de l’aéroport (selon le traffic qui est plutôt dense). La localisation est parfaite si on souhaite être au calme et loin de l’agitation de seminiak, Kuta et Jimbaran. L’accueil du personnel (agus et pitri) était juste parfait, elles sont vraiment à notre écoute. Leurs petit déjeuner est divin avec tous les matins des jus différents avec des produits locaux. Notre chauffeur (sonar) une personne formidable et très attentionnée et également à notre écoute. Il nous a fait partager sa culture et il est de très bon conseil si nous souhaitons découvrir des endroits plus locaux. Jamie et Wendy sont d’une gentillesse ainsi que d’une grande disponibilité si nous souhaitons organiser une excursion ou autre. Il est possible d’organiser des massages à la villa qui sont juste incroyable. Notre séjour a durer 10 jours. Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous êtes à la recherche d’un endroit calme pour du repos.

I booked this three days before I booked it as I needed complete alone time. And it was just perfect. I was overwhelmed with the view as you walk in - the crashing of the waves and the gorgeous pool. Massages twice a day were in order and Ayu was amazing! Dinners in the room were nice and walking down to the Balian surf club was also great - two lobster for $10. Would be great place for two friends to lounge around. Truly, this place is magic!

The SeaBreeze does not disappoint. A great place for a memorable time with a significant other, best friends, or family. Surfing available (for the big dogs). Agus makes the best food ever!!!!!

非常棒的体验，除了离市区比较远之外，其他都还好。俩回的路遇到了堵车，因为双向单排车道遇到大货车真的很难超车。房源非常棒，附近很少看到中国人，大多是当地人或者来冲浪的白人，非常安静，当然要除了海水声。厨房设备非常完善，所以建议带多一些食材来自己做饭。有一只小黑狗，好像是wendy家的，很好客，跟我们要东西吃，泳池干净，每天早上会来清理。保姆每天早上会来做早饭，很棒，还会提供水果

Our stay was Oct 2018 for 10 days - it was fabulous!!! I was thinking it was located RIGHT on the beach but instead it was up a large hill, which was better because the view was spectacular!! Agus along with cooking a gourmet breakfast every morning, was hired out for dinner almost every night of our stay. She is a wonderful cook and caters to your various tastes. Thanks to Jamie and Wendy for a great vacation. You two were so attentive and helpful.

Incredible place. The villa and pool are pristine. The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking from here. Such a peaceful location. The beach is beautiful and great for surfing. Jamie and wendy are great, very communicative, and the staff are just wonderful people and they cook amazing food. At the bottom of the hill there is an awesome little warung, grab a bintang there and relax and watch the waves crash. Cannot say enough positive things about this place! Highly recommended.

What should i say...our stay at the villa was just AWESOME!!! Everything was as described, and of course, in live much better than the pics! Communication with Jamie & Wendy was excellent. Also the staff did their job perfect! Breakfast and dinner were super:) The stay was exactly what i and my family was searching for after a crowded (but also very cool time!) in Cangu. A stay at villa Seabreeze is highly recommend!!!!!

A house that you only dream about until now. This house is stunning with views that will last you a life time. After the overcrowded Ubud this made up for that and quickly became the stress free Bali vacation I had hoped for. Agus is a dream and her food is spot on. You can organize in house massages so there is never a reason to leave. Pure perfection.

Awesome place with awesome views. very relaxing to get away from the busy streets of Kuta/legian. Local drivers can take you to the local cafes. our favourite was the cafe at Pondok Pitaya - it has great food and view over beach, very clean, good staff, something for everyone on the menu. Also visited Istana Cafe for dinner - again excellent food and service. Thanks again to host Jamie for making our stay so easy. As mentioned by others, not a lot to do if you dont surf, but if you are looking to get away and just relax and unwind (which we were) , I can think of no place more perfect. We would have happily stayed longer if we could.

Super endroit , cadre magnifique, tranquillité ( le bruit des vagues peut parfois être assourdissant), service. Tout est là pour passer des moments agréables, Angus qui s’occupe de la villa est très gentille et très serviable en plus d’être une excellente cuisinière . la vue sur l’océan est juste magnifique, c’est un vrais paradis pour les surfeurs, attention toute fois à la plage, des courants très forts peuvent rendre la baignade très dangereuse.

Everything you've read in the other reviews is true! If you're looking for somewhere to relax and unwind, you will not find anywhere better. The villa and its views out over the ocean are stunning. The hospitality provided by Agus is out of this world - breakfast every day and dinner options, cleaning, laundry and generally being lovely and making our stay really memorable. As hosts Jamie and Wendy were available whenever we needed help organising something, and respected our privacy otherwise - which really helps you feel like it's your own home away from home. We tried out most of the restaurants in the local town (10 mins walk down the beach) but none of the food there compared to what Agus cooked for us! No complaints at all, this really is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or honeymoon.

Everything was as advertised. We had a wonderful time at Jamie's and Wendy place.

This place was absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The cooking is amazing, especially Agus’ cooking. We also had Sonar for the week as our driver who took us to multiple places for us to explore. He was so helpful and sweet! Jamie and Wendy were super easy to get in contact with throughout our stay when we needed them and helped make arrangements for us. I would stay here a million times over again!

This villa is perfectly located to allow a relaxing holiday and to wind down with all amenities close at hand. The home cooked food is simply delicious, the massages first rate, and all staff super friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend for a special trip.

We had a lovely time disconnecting and relaxing at this peaceful retreat. We loved being immersed in nature and hearing nothing but the sound of the waves day and night. Agus and Sarah were so helpful and welcoming and really added a ray of sunshine to our stay. It was the perfect ending to our honeymoon and we would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, skip the busy schedules and appreciate the company your in and the setting. There are adorable cows roaming around in the backyard, playful puppies that come to say hello and extraordinary starry skies at night. Make sure to pack insect repellent as there are many creatures around. The evenings were quite bad with the mosquitoes. Agus is an exceptional chef and we still drool over her creme brûlée!!! Try to have her cook you dinner one night if you want to really indulge ;) This place was like a dream and we already miss it!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was awesome! Great view, quiet area, the locals they provided us with for meals and transportation were extremely welcoming. Everything went smoothly and the hosts can help you with just about anything! The villa is right next to the beach and watching the sunrise and sunset everyday was breathtaking. Will definitely stay again next time!

Vilket ställe! Vi hade förstått att boendet var bra efter tidigare omdömen men trots det överträffade boendet våra förväntningar. Det ligger jättefint, nära stranden, avskiljt och med kor runt huset. Jamie och Wendy är otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi hade med oss en treåring och de hade förberett med barnstol och extra säng/soffa som de hade vänt på så hon inte skulle riskera att ramla ner på golvet. Behövde vi chaufför hjälpte de till med det och det var enkelt att kommunicera med dem genom husets iPhone. Frukosten saknar vi! Fräsch frukt, juice och god omelett eller äggröra. Ta gärna chansen att låta Augus laga middag åt er. Vi gjorde det tre kvällar och det var fantastiskt gott! Vi pratar fortfarande om hennes mat. Poolen var jättebra för barn med en lång del som var hyfsat grund.

What an amazing place to stay. The oceans waves were beautiful to see and fall asleep too. The drivers that were set up for us were great and very friendly. And the breakfast with fresh duck eggs and fruit is worth it!

What an amazing place! We stayed 5 nights and loved every minute. The view from the villa is mesmerising... We could've stayed for ever! This is a really lovely place to stay for a vacation, Wendy helped a lot for organised driver and massages. Also the breakfast is great, the stuffs who works there are great. everything is perfect. This is my first time to book on Airbnb, super happy. We will definitely go Jamie and Wendy's house again, when we have time. ^^

We stayed at Jamie and Wendy's place at Balian Beach for five days in mid Oct 17. From the moment we arrived we were supported in every way. Beautiful breakfasts and dinners, organised transport and trips when we required. Fridge full of drinks and a great swimming pool! Wifi and iPhone connectivity to the home speaker systems. What else do you need? The bedrooms were great (air-conditioned) with outdoor shower and bath. We visited local restaurants, highly recommend the Sushi bar! Also did a day trip (organised by Jamie) to Menjangan Island where we snorkelled and spotted a large variety of fish (nemo, unicorn, parrot, angel etc). A lovely place to stay and drop and flop, exactly what we desired. You can do as much or as little as you wish, without the hussle and bussle of Kuta/Seminyak. Wendy and Jamie will ensure you want for nothing.

We had a fantastic stay at Seabreeze and can highly recommend this property. Wendy and Jamie are excellent hosts and offered great communication prior to a during our stay. If you are looking to relax then Seabreeze is just the place. The house is wonderfully appointed with everything you need. We really enjoyed the excellent breakfasts prepared by Widi and Agus while watching the early morning surfers followed by walks on the beach and a swim in the ocean or the great pool. We highly recommend that you get Agus to cook dinner for you at least once as her food is amazing using local ingredients from the local market and Wendy and Jamie's garden. Access to restaurants and the main section of Balian is somewhat restricted, however, you can cross the river at low tide or just get one of the friendly drivers to drop you in. The secluded nature if this property is one of its most appealing features. Again we highly recommend Seabreeze and would happily return soon.

My wife and I stayed at SeaBreeze for 6 nights at the end of our honeymoon. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The villa is a 2-3 hour drive from the airport depending on traffic (Wendy can schedule a driver to pick you up from the airport). When you arrive in the rural area, you will get to truly experience Bali instead of the touristy areas. My wife and I wanted an intimate and local experience away from the resorts while still having all of the luxuries of a resort and this greatly exceeded our expectations. The villa is gigantic and the views are stunning. Everything but the bedroom is open air so the living space areas can get a little buggy but there are lizards that will eat bugs and some incense that can be lit to help. We noticed it was a little buggier after rain and was the only minor drawback for us of the entire trip. Wendy was extremely responsive and helpful with assisting in setting up our massages, yoga session, surfing lesson, private horseback riding on the beach and sending a driver when we needed one (and all of which were extremely reasonably priced). She also provided a house cell phone to use in order to contact her or the driver when we were ready to be picked up which was extremely useful. One thing my wife and I were worried about was the food since, as Americans, we had never had Indonesian food before and because my wife doesn't eat meat and we are pretty picky about seafood. Our anxiety quickly subsided after our first meal cooked by the amazing Agus. Agus is one of the sweetest people we have met in our travels and is an absolutely amazing cook. For breakfast, you start with a huge platter of local fresh fruit, a fresh fruit smoothie and coffee and then you select your breakfast from eggs and bacon, to french toast. While you eat breakfast, the girls clean the place and are extremely meticulous. For dinner, Agus will come to the villa and personally cook a huge dinner for 250,000 idr per person (appetizer, main dish, 2-3 side dishes, and dessert - we were never able to finish a meal because it was so big!). After our first meal cooked by Agus, we knew we wanted her to cook for us every night. We ended up just asking her what she thought we should have because that's how much we trusted and she never disappointed. All of the fish dishes were some of the best we have ever had. Agus is such an amazing cook that we immediately googled Indonesian restaurants when we arrived back in NY. As far as lunch, there is a small restaurant at the bottom of the hill on the beach which serves amazing fresh food and is very well priced. We had an amazing time at the Seabreeze! Wendy and Jamie were also helpful before we arrived in coordinating our pick up from the airport with a driver. We arrived around 7 or 8p and Agus, greeted us warmly and with a meal that was amazing. The home looks exactly like the pictures. Each morning we had yummy breakfast options all prepared by Agus. We also ate 90 percent of our meals at the villa because her meals are better than those at any restaurant we visited during our time there. Seriously, eat at the villa!!!! And she makes so much food we often had enough for lunch or late night snacks. We enjoyed trying new fresh fruits and the three course dinners. Also much of the food comes from Jamie and Wendy's garden. They are both very accessible during your stay. The view of Balian beach is gorgeous and the pool is nice and relaxing. We also enjoyed getting spa treatments several times during our stay. If you are looking for a place to relax and/or if you like to surf, this is the place for you! We did the day-long snorkeling trip which is totally worth it and a day trip to a local waterfall and Tanalot temple. We had the same driver, Wayan throughout our stay and he was very nice. The bedrooms have ac and the rest of the villa is open air. You will see geckos often but they stay high up on the walls and don't bother you. We saw a couple of frogs too. 😁The outdoor shower is awesome and there is a half bath inside the villa too. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!

It was everything I could have wished for and more! The villa is perfectly situated over the beach, so that every morning as you're having the deliciously prepared breakfast, you have an amazing view enhanced by the occasional cow and/or surfer. Jamie and Wendy saw to our every need, including excursions and massages. And the food was just absolutely amazing! What truly made the experience special were the people.... from the ladies at the house to our fabulous drivers, all were a delight to be around. Warm and friendly. Best location I've ever stayed!

Everything about our stay was just perfect, amazing views, very private, quiet, and a perfect place to relax and be away from noise. You could easily spend hours outside relaxing by the pool or day bed, watching the surf. Agus was incredible, so warming and cooked the best meals, product from the local markets and also Jamie and Wendy's organic farm. You really cannot beat her dinners, and breakfast was very generous. Communication was great, Jamie was always on call whenever we needed to book services, both our drivers were fantastic, as well as the spa treatments that come to the villa. Would highly recommended Seabeeeze if you're after a relaxing holiday, day trips are easily accessible if you wanted to do Kuta or Ubud.

We loved everything about our stay at the Sea Breeze. We spent every day relaxing by the pool and on the day beds and walking on the beach. The food is wonderful, and we had all our dinners cooked for us- everything was delicious! Agus was lovely and accommodating of our meal requirements. Jaime and Wendy were really easy to reach and helped us schedule snorkeling and hiking trips. Stay for as long as you can!

The SeaBreeze was great and a really good place for relaxation as everything can be catered to your needs with food and massages provided whenever you wanted them. The breakfasts and dinners cooked by Agus were really good! Only slightly downside is that it is pretty far out from the city but we were told about that beforehand so no complains. All in all, it's a great place if all you want is to relax by the beach away from the city (:

The beach house villa was perfect. My husband and I travelled there with our three month old baby and they made it so easy for us. The description of this place does not do it justice!! We had messages everyday and I even got a facial! They have menus available for you for food and activities as if it were a hotel. The dinners that they offer are a must. Totally worth every penny. The staff that they have were also incredible. They even helped watch our baby so my husband and I could eat dinner! We plan on trying to come back soon!

The seabeeeze is a little piece of paradise in Bali. We went for the last few days of our honeymoon for some relaxation after doing some traveling around Bali. We absolutely loved the off the beaten path feel and location of this villa. The villa was clean and beautiful, we still can't get over the view. The villa is close to a great restaurant that Jamie and Wendy had recommended. Jamie and Wendy were so helpful setting up surf lessons and rides to and from The airport. All the ladies who worked with them were also amazing! We would highly recommend staying with Jamie and Wendy and if we ever come back we will be for sure be back To the seabeeeze !

We stayed in 4 different villas on our honeymoon in Bali. This was by far our favorite villa and we wish we would have booked it for more nights! Jamie was a great host, staff was awesome, and the views are unbelievable. Food is great, the small restaurant down by the beach was stupid cheap! Will be back for sure!

This home is absolutely amazing with an incredible view! Our family spent 3 days here surfing, playing in the river, and taking walks through the countryside. The house does have wifi, but it's so beautiful, you will want to disconnect and enjoy the beach life. Jamie and Wendy are great hosts who made our stay even more special.

Words cannot express our love for this villa. Everything from the house itself to the surroundings was perfect. The villa is clean and huge (much bigger than the photos show!), the view is incredibly beautiful, and pool is the perfect size, very clean and refreshing. The bed even has a mosquito net, which not only looks awesome and romantic, but also gives us a worry-free sleep! There are cows roaming in the back hill, chickens and ducks (zero noise fyi) in the front, blue skies above and the gorgeous ocean just below us. What more can you ask for? The staff are all so kind and friendly and giving, you instantly have a warm family feel with them! The breakfasts every morning are so thoughtful and delicious (I had tears in my eyes!), and a relaxing massage is just a text away! Wayan the driver has really made our trip so happy and convenient. We had great conversations, and he even took us to have local foods at the night market (~5 mins away) with his adorable daughter! He didn't even charge us for that trip... he was just so happy we loved the food and enjoyed Bali. I highly recommend Sea Breeze! I can't say enough about how great this listing is. My friend and I were looking for a quiet place to enjoy the sun and the ocean, and this villa delivers. It is a far trip from the airport, but is totally worth it. The owners are amazing and very accommodating. Any needs we had were taken care of by the staff. We elected to have dinner cooked for us every night because the food was just that good. Definitely worth the price. We took surfing lessons and had massages done in the home, all easily arranged for us, I didn't have to lift a finger. In summary, this is a great place to stay if you are just looking to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Great hosts in a very relaxing and beautiful villa! The villa is up on a bluff overlooking the ocean, which makes it so special to view the coastline and listen to the waves from the property. It was a great place to unwind and had the weather been better we would have surfed too. It is very remote so plan to come with groceries or to eat at the little surf snack below or at the villa unless you have a way to get to the store and if you're staying more than a few days, bring a book:) The owners are very accommodating and friendly and live close by making it easy to communicate or get help as needed. Massages at the villa were great and we were happy to stay and enjoy part of our honeymoon there!

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the spectacular view, it is truly amazing and in 4 days we never got sick of it. The property was very clean and the hosts Jamie & Wendy were lovely to deal with. They had a staff member Agus, who was lovely and very helpful - she also cooked us some amazing food (the Lemongrass Dory Fish meal she cooked was to die for). I would highly recommend this place as we could not fault it.

We absolutely love love love the SeaBreeze at Balian. Absolutely beautiful place where we can just relax, rest and admire the view. The whole place is just perfect. Cannot speak more highly of it . Jamie and Wendy are charming and great hosts and attend to all your needs. It is just as good the second time around and hopefully a third soon.

Everything about it was amazing! I stayed for about a week with my mom and we couldn't have asked for anything more. It really had all the amenities of a hotel but you got to be totally private and secluded which was exactly what we wanted. Jamie and Wendy are great people and are always there if you need help with anything. Their whole staff are the sweetest people! I would strongly suggest staying at their villa! I will most definitely be back!

This place is simply amazing - have been travelling to many places on this planet already but this place is very special!!! If you're looking for party and a place where always something is going on with a lot of people - you're definitely not at the right spot - it's super quiet - you feel the vibrations of the ocean right in front of the house and every morning you hear the friendly voices of the 2 maids out of the kitchen which gives you a real feeling of the balinese-culture!!! Everything is super clean and even if there isn't any shop or attraction close by - if you have any wishes just let jamie/wendy know and within a few minutes everything is arranged!!! For surfers - Balian is a great place (maybe not for beginners because the waves can get really BIG) but not many people out there in the water - so enough waves for everyone!!! I could write an other 100 things I/we have liked but just go there and enjoy this great experience!!!

Seabreeze is as good as it looks on the pictures. The place is extremely quiet the only noises we heard were the sound of the waves in the background. The woman who came and cooked breakfast and dinner were awesome and loved playing with our baby daughter. The whole stay was excellent.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the seabreeze for 8 nights and loved it. It's secluded and queit but Jamie and Wendy made sure we had a driver within minutes if we wanted to go anywhere. Also, a scooter ride in the mountains near the house are beautiful and perfect day trip. The ladies cooking breakfast and other meals are wonderful and extremely skilled - the food was amazing!!!

Our stay at Seabreeze was a wonderful escape in comparison to other busier areas of Bali. Wendy and Jamie were very responsive and accommodating when we needed to arrange transportation or day trips--we appreciated the add on items such as dinners ordered in or beverages stocked in their fridge as well as their network of staff. Being able to swim in your own private pool while taking in the stunning views of the ocean was one of the best parts as well as waking up in the morning to the sound of the sea. The service from the staff at the house was unique and special, the ladies are very welcoming and nice and cook really great complimentary breakfast as well as dinner for additional cost (Agush is a great cook)! If your looking for a low key relaxing place to unwind this is a great place to be.

Jamie and Wendy have an amazing place here - it's very remote, but they've got a wonderful community, a farm that supplies food, and terrific folks helping them out. Ms. Agus was absolutely wonderful, and our breakfasts and dinners daily were phenomenal. Duck eggs from the farm were delicious, and fresh foie gras kicked off our final dinner quite nicely! Pro tip: you're across the river from the town (which Jamie properly suggests avoiding). If you *do* cross, going further downstream on the beach will limit the depth of the water (there's a sandbar you can use so you only walk in a few inches of water at low tide). Also - the warung down the hill serves delicious food very cheaply, and has extremely cheap surf lessons that include the board (but they will not rent a board to you outside lesson use).

If you want to have a quiet holiday, it's a perfect choice. Wake up every morning, you can see the beautiful blue sky and white clouds and the sea, as well as Agus made a delicious breakfast, we all like it! Near the villa，the small market can buy some simple fruits and vegetables, if you need to go to the supermarket，you can contact Wendy to hire a driver, drove an hour to a large supermarket. Agus is very carefully and patiently, when we are ready to go to snorkeling, she prepare fruit and towels for children, thank you for Agus's caring and every sincere smile! If you are afraid of bugs and house lizard, you need to consider, because they will appear in sight at any time, but don't worry they would stay quiet, won't hurt us. I think we'll be here again!

Where do I start... we cannot recommend this place highly enough. We stayed at the stunning SeaBreeze on our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for more. We were met at the airport by the lovely driver, Wayan, who was more than happy to stop on the way to the Villa for us to change money and pick up some essentials from the supermarket (all of which were already supplied by Jamie and Wendy). The drive from the airport was about 2 hours (very reasonably priced) passing through rice fields and beautiful countryside, such a wonderful way to see the country. We arrived at the Villa in the evening and the view is simply breathtaking. Jamie was there to greet us which was lovely and he explained everything we needed to know for our stay. We had asked if we could have dinner prepared for us when we arrived and it was delicious. This was the same for every meal we had during our stay, everything was freshly prepared, home grown or selected from the market that morning, even the bread was baked that day. We had the pleasure of being looked after by Agus who took great care of us throughout our stay. She is simply wonderful and made such beautiful breakfasts and incredible 3 course dinners. She treated us so well, we chose to eat in the Villa most nights as no where else could compete with her food, high standards and wonderful, friendly service. Whilst the location is rural and secluded, there are plenty of day trips and activities for those wanting more than to relax and unwind in the private vista pool. We went on 2 half day trips and on both occasions were delighted to return to Balian and our gorgeous Villa. We preferred the local area and walks down the beach, popping into the Balian Surf Camp cafe which is run by the local community and somewhere we loved to stop for a quick bite to eat and a drink. It is difficult to explain how amazing The SeaBreeze truly is. Jamie and Wendy are excellent hosts who are easy to contact and always ready to help with anything you need during your stay. All of the staff are wonderful including Wayan who taught us so much about Balian culture and the ladies who came to the Villa to give us massages. They are so friendly, professional and give great massages. Agus is simply delightful and made our stay even more perfect. The SeaBreeze allows it's guests to experience true Bali. So, if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind in stunning surroundings, do not look any further.

We had a great stay at Jamie and Wendy's place. The staff were wonderful, cooked lovely dinners and even entertained our baby girl! The house is spacious and clean with a really nice outdoor patio and pool overlooking the sea.

The villa was incredible and the service was great. The only downside is that the villa was in a small village. Not much touristy things to do. Great if you want to be secluded. All tourist areas are about 2hrs away.

Jamie and Wendy are superb hosts. It's wonderfully secluded if you're looking for some rest and relaxation. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Jamie and Wendy evengrow allot of their own produce around the property, so it's all very fresh. We highly recommend ordering dinner in one night, it's very romantic. All the locals who work with them to help keep this place pristine condition, and aid in providing delicious meals, speak very highly of them. It's obvious that Jamie and Wendy really support the locals and treat them with great respect.

My husband and I recently stayed for 7 nights for our honeymoon. The villa is beautifully kept and everyone we encountered who helped us were wonderful and kind. The infinity pool offers an amazing view of the ocean. The villa is steps away from a local surf camp that offers delicious food at a cheap price. One thing to note is the distance from major tourist hot spots and the more popular cities like Seminyak, Kuta, and Ubud. This is a perfect place for peace and relaxing. The housekeeper, Agus makes you feel right at home and is an amazing cook. The drivers were wonderful people and could take you to the major cities that are about two hours away, if that is what you want. Overall, we had an awesome and memorable experience.

This was the perfect choice - right from the moment we stepped off the plane and into the drivers car. This Villa is approx 2 hours from the city, meaning it's a hidden gem-but still in a great area for anyone looking to hit up the beach, do a yoga retreat, surf, etc. The Villa is as beautiful as the pictures; the drivers were amazing; our maid was absolutely perfect and felt like she was family; the sounds of the waves and water were perfectly soothing and the food was heavenly and often grown on their land. Exactly what we needed at the end of our journey through Thailand and Bali. Thank you Jamie and Wendy

Staying 6 nights at absolute beach front Jamie and Wendy's villa, we are really happy that we made the right decision. Enjoy hearing waves day and night; sleep with lizards around; listening to birds and watching the cows & chicken. Everything we enjoyed happened in this totally isolated private place. Very thoughtful hosts + never found in other place best food & service Augus + enthusiastic local driver Wayan = our unforgetable priceless memory. We appreciate that Jamie & Wendy provides us a perfect location for our holiday. We deelpy fall in love with Bali now! Don't hestitate to go to this area especially if you enjoy nature like us.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures are not close to the actual beauty it holds. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that I didn't get to stay long enough. The staff was incredibly kind and eager to please. The food was some of the best I had in Bali. The massages were incredible. I will recommend this place to others.

Where do I even begin... First to all those reading this review - BOOK THIS VILLA! Worth every penny ... And you will not find a better villa and a better experience at this price anywhere. The view from the villa is one you see in the movies, you fall in love as soon as you enter... The sound of the waves and the sea breeze at all times makes you feel completely at peace. The breakfast is amazing.. The girls cook great. Jamie was always available and had great advice whenever we needed. The villa is a 2 hour drive from the airport, but worth the effort. It's away from all the crowded and touristy areas... Perfect for couples... And I am so glad my wife and I chose this place to be a part of our honeymoon. Will be etched in our memories forever.

What can we say??? What an amazing and beautiful place. After spending the first 2 weeks of our holiday travelling around Thailand the peace and tranquility of The Seabreeze at Balian Beach was exactly what we needed. As soon as we saw this place on AirBnB we fell in love with it, and we wasn't disappointed. Infact the pictures really don't do it justice. Although we never met Wendy as she was out of country, Jamie was an excellent host who was always available and offered great insight into getting most out of our stay. Wayan the driver was a super friendly and funny guy. The lady's Agus and Putu took great care of us and the breakfast they cooked us every morning was out of this world. This place is ideal for couples and families. This beautiful elegant place was a place of dreams and we will always remember, especially as I proposed to my partner during our stay. Thank you Jamie, Wendy, Wayan, Putu and Agus for an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful visit at the villa. Jamie couldn't have been more helpful arranging drivers and recommending a local bar to watch State of Origin! The meals were fabulous and Augus' omlettes are still a topic of conversation. If you get a chance do visit the surf bar as it's a community support activity and the food is good and the people lovely. A special thanks to our driver Wayan who was infinitely patient and accommodating. All in all we had a fabulous time it was restful and warm and everything we were looking for. We are watching with interest for Jaime's new villa next door as we had a sneak peek and it looks to be very sumptuous!

I'm home and I miss being at the Villa! Wendy and Jamie were both really great at answering all of my questions prior to my arrival. The Villa was such a relaxing place! It was very beautiful and peaceful, just what I needed on this vacation to unwind. My favorite place was the pool and the day beds! The views from the house is just stunning! Agus and Putu kept the house clean, and their breakfast were just delicious!! I miss them so much!! Seeing them every morning just made my stay just that much more enjoyable. Our driver, Wayan, was great as well. He was so nice and took me exactly where I wanted to go. I can't wait to come back!

We had an incredible 5 day stay at The Sea Breeze, Balian Beach! VERY relaxing and quiet stay in this lovely, clean villa. Jamie and Wendy were fantastic hosts who were readily available if we had any questions or requests. The staff at The Sea Breeze were especially enjoyable. Wayan our driver was very helpful and friendly and the ladies who took care of our cooking and cleaning were an absolute delight. Putu and Agus prepared fresh, delicious breakfasts each morning and fantastic dinners at our request. A fabulous way to get away from it all!

Without Jamie and Wendy, our trip can't be perfect. Location is little far away from main city in Bali, so it is super quiet, but this beautiful house with the awesome beach view would give you an awesome experience. Jamie and Wendy also are very helpful on day trip, maids cook perfect breakfast. Just come to this villa and enjoy, you'll know you make the right choice when you come.

The SeaBreeze connects you to the nature, one step away the pool you will be at another world. I sincerely thanks the host Jamie & Wendy, the cooks Agus & Resya, and the drivers Wyan x 2 as their helps and smiles make my trip perfect. I spent most of my time in the Villa because the view inside and outside are just amazing. Each morning I started my day with eating a wide selection of home made breakfast, I specially like the freshly grabbed fruits and the lovely Indo coffee. Massage, and swimming inside or at the beach were the best activities in the afternoon. I had dinner in the villa for two nights and Wyan took me to local restaurants nearby for dinner on other nights. Jamie & Wendy have put a clear price list of foods, drinks, massages, transportation and day trips, and they are all in a very reasonable prices! I will definitely come back again!!!

We absolutely loved every second of our stay at Jamie and Wendy's Seabreeze Villa. The villa was exactly as the pictures showed and it did not disappoint. The pool and access to a nearly empty beach were amazing you relax in. Most of our dealings face to face were with Jamie and he was very friendly and helped us put a lot. They helped us plan day trips while we were there and also helped us with bookings. The best part of our stay was the staff and especially the driver, Wayan. We spent a lot of time in the car doing day trips with him and you cannot find a nice, more humble person than him. He was a fantastic tour guide who went out of his way to make sure we maximized our day trips away. The house staff, Putu and Agus, were super friendly and nice and made the best breakfasts ever. High recommend this villa for your stay in Bali:)

From the moment Wendy & Jamie greeted us to the minute we left, we felt so priveleged to stay at The SeaBreeze. All,the small touches made us feel so welcome - Putu and Ayu were excellent cooks and we ate in each night. Jamie arranged a scooter for us within half an hour of being asked. And when my husband was sick, Wendy sent antibiotics with our breakfast! From the initial booking through to final payment of our tab the communication was open and transparent. We will not hesitate to return to The SeaBreeze or any villa that Jamie and Endy operate. Thanks guys and well done.

My wife and I had an amazing time at the villa. Everything was better than the pictures show. We were in the pool most days watching the surfers. Putu and Agus made us wonderful breakfasts every morning and dinner 2 of the nights and they were some of the best dinners I have ever had. We would give this place 10 out of 10 if we could.

This place is just amazing! We chose this place because of the view and it just felt like paradise while we were there with the pool and sun deck overlooking the beach and sea which are very sparsely populated most of the time (but great watching the surfers in the morning!). Very relaxing. There's a really good and basic restaurant just on the beach or the house staff can cook as well. Agus and Putu who came and cooked and cleaned daily were the nicest people and Jamie and Wendy were both fantastic hosts. Wayan the driver was also fun to chat with and Ayu's massages were very very good. The place is quite remote, but thats exactly what we wanted, we did a day trip snorkelling and that was good for us. We didn't want to leave!

The Sea Breeze is a beautiful villa and the pictures don't do it justice! It is everything it was described and more. Wendy and Jamie were fantastic about fining us drivers, giving suggestions of sights to see and finding the best guides for all of our trips! The two house girls, Agus and Putu were fantastic also and we felt as if we were leaving family members by the end of our stay. They cook breakfast to order but also will do fabulous multi course dinners. If you want privacy, excellent service and steps to a beautiful uncrowded beach, this would be the stay for you! We loved it!

We had a fabulous stay at Jamie and Wendy's sea breeze. The villa is gorgeous with amazing views. The pool and surrounds just perfect for relaxing and the beach so close for lovely morning walks. The breakfasts were delicious attentively made by the lovely Putu and Agusha . We recommend staying in one night too and have the girls cook a feast . There are plenty of warungs nearby . Everything runs smoothly from pick up at the airport by Wayan and return to wherever you want to go. Jamie and Wendy friendly and delightful. Thoroughly recommend this place as a perfect bolthole to relax . We loved it and will certainly be back.

We had a great welcome into the property - Jamie and Wendy had arranged for a pickup from the airport and met us at the property to orient us. The property will take your breath away the moment you enter with wonderful views of the ocean, a large spacious living space and pool. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and even better. Jamie helped us plan our trips when we wanted to go site seeing and the maids Agus and Putu made us wonderful breakfast every day and we also requested for dinner a few nights which was wonderful as well.

The listing is very accurate! You get what you see. You get a beautiful villa overlooking a fairly secluded beach . Very comfortable bedrooms and absolutely safe! The infinity pool is amazing and we spent quite a lot of time there. The comfortable cabana provides you an opportunity to laze around a bit in the evenings. What the listing doesn't describe is the star filled sky you get to see on clear nights. All those astronomy fans, this is where you need to go! The lovely chirping of the crickets and the soothing waves will lull you into a blissful sleep. The villa is about 2 hours drive from the airport and far from the usual shopping/tourist attractions but Wayan, the driver would take you wherever you need. Just budget your time for the distances in Bali where everything interesting seems at least two hours drive away and leave accordingly. Agus and Puto made absolutely outstanding meals. We loved the breakfasts so much that we had dinners at the villa too and they were just as delicious. We had an opportunity to meet Jamie and he was there to welcome us and give us a nice tour of the house and just make us aware of the options we had. A very graceful host who's there to help you with anything you may need. When we wanted to rent a bike, Jamie got those filled and ready to go standing outside the villa. All in all, we are very pleased to have stayed here and can't wait to visit again! Definitely recommended, especially if you are considering staying here for your honeymoon.

Absolutely fantastic experience in Seabreeze for 4 days. Jamie and Wendy were fantastic hosts and even went to the trouble of arranging cake when I mentioned it was my girlfriends birthday. Agus and Futu (Reysa) the maids were absolutely excellent, charming and fantastic cooks. Location is great and the sunset is unmissable. Well up there among the nicest places I have ever stayed, and I hope to be back as soon as possible. For once somewhere that looks as good as the photos!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Bali. We really wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing and away from the busy areas of the island, and this place delivers!!! Jamie & Wendy made us feel very welcome. They thought of everything so we could just unwind and relax. Agus & Putu are simply amazing, breakfast was great every day and we loved getting to know them. The village has some decent restaurants with some good choices of Indonesian & Western cuisine, and Agus & Putu cooked some amazing dishes for us on a few of the evenings. Jamie & Wendy organised a driver for us to be able to explore other parts of the island. We would highly recommend The SeaBreeze.

What a beautiful spot! We loved it so much we didn't want to leave. The ladies Agus and Putu looked after us fabulously cooking delicious breakfasts, organising our massages and even bringing me Aloe Vera for my severe sunburn (and applying it for me!). We would definitely go back. It is remote though, not close to any major shopping or tourist spots but that's what we loved about it. We ate at the local Warung a number of times and enjoyed each time. Food was great and very cheap. We were also surprised by the selection in the village! Though only a few places they really cater for everyone with local dishes, authentic Balinese and Western options. We also came across a few snakes whilst we were there so beware! But all in all fantastic spot and beautiful house we loved it. Thanks Jamie and Wendy

The villa is just the same as the pictures. The staff are very good at cooking and cook us very delicious breakfast and lunch. Jamie and Wendy are both hospitable and gave us a lot of help. Anyway, everything went well except for the weather. We think we will go back to Bali again during the sunny days.

The entire Seabreeze experience from booking to checkout was a dream. The Villa is even better than the pictures - private, quiet and with all the amenities you can think of. A perfect place for people who want to escape the tourist crush of Ubud and Canngu. Great for surfers, beach combers, families and people who want to see the real Bali. Oh, and the breakfasts - I miss them. Putu and Agus are amazing - what a great way to start each day. This is by far my favourite place in Bali - both the beach and the villa.

Perfection. Without question the best AirBnB experience we've had. If you're reading this just book. You won't regret it. We were a group of four (two couples) with differing interests and vacation styles and everyone raved about our time at SeaBreeze. The laid back vibe of Balian Beach combined with the impeccable service and beautiful accommodation at Jamie and Wendy's place exceeded all our expectations. Surfing, massages, pool time, exploring the beach and the most amazing food from two genuinely kind-hearted women....like I said, perfection. If we had any advice for future guests it would be to just get all your meals at SeaBreeze. You will not find better food in Balian Beach.

We had an adorable stay in Bali at Wendy and Jamie´s place. Everything was like the description and as shown on the pictures. Jamie always supported us with amazing tips for our stay and organized a transport from the airport. He also managed a scooter for us, to explore Bali on our own. The beach villa was an amazing place to stay, it was like Jamie said, one of the most wonderful spots to kill time :)) The two maids Agus and Putu were amazing, they hosted us perfectly. Gorgeous breakfast and we had two wonderful dinner prepared by Agus and Putu in the Villa, which were fantastic. So, we can rate 5 stars in all categories with no doubt, thanks again for the great time we had in Bali!!

After a long day of travel it was great to arrive at the villa. They had done a nice touch and put orchid flowers throughout the rooms to welcome us. The villa was just like the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. Jamie and Wendy were awesome, helping us arrange drivers and excursions, and changing currency for us. The breakfasts each morning made by Augus and Putu were excellent. They made whatever we asked for off the menu. I loved that the bedrooms had air conditioning. It made sleeping so much more comfortable. The girls loved the DVD movie selection in the living room. The infinity pool was awesome, and was a great way to cool off. It was a great design, as any bugs that landed in the pool would be swept over the edge and filtered out, so the pool stayed very clean. The restaurant on the beach was convenient for impromptu meals. While the selection wasn't extensive, the prices were very cheap. I will definitely come back!

Shhh, secret location – amazing villa set on top of hill with incredible views out to sea. This beautiful piece of paradise surpassed our expectations as soon as we walked through the front door – we were absolutely gobbed- smacked at that picturesque view and hypnotic sound of the ocean before us. Our wonderful hosts, Jamie and Wendy, greeted us upon arrival. They debriefed us of the local area and were exceptionally helpful when we requested additional services, i.e. car and driver, in-house massage and pedicure services or local places to visit and eat. We enjoyed five peaceful days at this tranquil property. Our days involved early morning walks along the near deserted beach before breakfast was provided by two delightful young women from the local village (i.e. Putu and Agus) who served us a creative platter of fruit, along with a healthy juice and then your choice of something savoury or sweet along with a hot beverage (i.e. coffee or tea). Dinners were organized a couple of nights by the girls and are highly recommended! With its stylish decor and perfect layout of the villa with a fabulous infinity pool overlooking the ocean – you don’t need to go anywhere! This is a great spot for those who like to surf or enjoy yoga/meditation. It’s perfect for those who are looking for a serene getaway from the crazy tourist hotspots of Bali. Thank you so much Jamie and Wendy for the most peaceful holiday we’ve ever had in Bali!

This was a terrific place to stay. Quiet location; direct view of the surf right along Balian Beach; a stylish, modern, functional and luxurious design; very nice pool; friendly owners and staff; awesome awesome breakfasts. I wish I could have booked for more nights.

I am a host myself and I have learned what a super host is like, and that is Wendy and Jamie. I couldn't be happier that my husband and I chose to spend our honeymoon at the Sea Breeze! Jamie and Wendy were incredibly hospitable, as were the staff, who made us feel right at home. The nearby town is small and quiet, there are a few restaurants and small shops for the necessities, but we found the best thing about the Sea Breeze was how peaceful it is. We took a day trip to go snorkeling off Menjangan Island-- it is about a 2 hour drive, but I highly recommend it. Jamie and Wendy helped arrange all the transportation, and well as offered advice on things to do. I would recommend the Sea Breeze to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in paradise!

What a wonderful experience! The owners Wendy and Jamie have created a beautiful place and together with their staff, Putu and Agus, really made us feel like part of the family. It was the perfect beginning of our Bali experience. Massages and transport were organized within minutes and the dinners we had were simply divine. Thank you so much!

We had such a lovely time with jamie and wendy! They met us on our arrival and thought of everything to make our stay special - a meal our first night (as we arrived late), a phone to contact drivers etc., free wifi, breakfast every morning, child minding when we wanted it, in house spa treatments, mozzie nets and more. All we had to do was relax. They even sourced a replacement bodyboard strap when my husbands broke saving us a four hour round trip into the city. The accomodation is spectacular and the beach very accessible. We had our 9 month old daughter with us and the place was very child friendly for balinese standards. The location is not close shops and traffic so if you want the hustle and bustle of a city, best to stay closer into the city.... but if you want to get away and truly relax, do yourself a favour and book this place. 5 stars for the setting, 5 stars for the service.

It was just a wonderful stay!!!! Everything run perfect thanks to the care of Jamie and Wendy who make everything happening smoothly and nice: Their staff make great breakfast in the morning a la carte and take care of laundry, Jamie and Wendy also provide you all the needs you might have as driver, arranging massage, dinner, etc, etc. The house is absolutely perfect, and very well equipped, having all those details you might need that in other houses you would never find. I also have to say that our stay of four nights, finally it was too short!!!

I will start by saying that this was the holiday of a lifetime. Not only for the place itself, but by the vila itself and Jamie and Wendy. We arrived quite late and both were at the Vila to greet us with an amazing dinner on the table ready for us. They were super friendly and accommodating. The Vila is absolutely out of this world. Incredible views and top notch accommodation. I cannot fault it in any way. The ladies that prepare the breakfasts every morning are incredible. their cooking skills are excellent, but their attention to details was the most important thing, and they were super friendly. The area is fantastic for a relaxing holiday, with a great beach and enough restaurants around. The house itself is very clean, very well decorated and very comfortable. Jamie and Wendy are not intrusive at all, but if you needed anything, they were very quickly always ready to help. They provide a mobile phone to keep in touch with them at any time. When we requested extra dinners, they always deliver, perfectly cooked and very tasty. If you have any dietary requirements they are more than happy to cater for that. Overall, best holiday ever and both the house and the hosts delivered well above expectation. Thank you very much. I will highly recommend this villa and hosts to anyone. And if you want to get around the island, speak to them, we were recommended a driver, Ketut, that is very knowledgable of everything that needs to be seen in Bali. Do not keep looking, book a stay in the Seabreeze, you will not be disappointed. Thank you!

Incredible villa with idyllic scenery located in a peaceful and relaxing part of the island. Before arriving, the hosts contacted us in order to arrange airport pick up and food. Upon late arrival, Jamie and Wendy were present to greet us with diner ready on the table. Both of them are very friendly and ready to help at all times with an impressive quick response (e.g we did not receive our luggage at the airport – the next day, Wendy arranged for a driver to go there and pick them up for us!) The villa is absolutely amazing at all levels with a huge living area allowing you to have breakfast, lunch and diner overlooking the ocean, making the experience incredible. Both bedrooms are identical, massive with first-class furniture and designs (open bathroom really is an experience!)The outside area is also perfect and allows you to chill at home and a short climb down the hill lets you enjoy the beach. The ocean is great for surfers but also for people like us just loving to jump and take the waves. Agus and Putu, the two loving and amazing ladies cooking for and cleaning the villa are adorable, nice, accommodating and extremely professional. They have added even more smiles to our faces when staying at the villa and some kilos to our waists with their amazing Balinese food (being a veggie, they have accommodated my diet exceptionally well!) The location is ideal if you really want to live Balinese style – there is no big resort, not a lot of tourists at all allowing you to think that you have a private beach in front of the villa. There is still a strong community that you will love to respect and contribute to when going out for a drink down at the beach warung or in the local restaurants and shop in the village. All touristic places and activities are about 2 hours drive away but yet again, Ketut the driver will make these hours a pleasure due to his impressive knowledge of Bali. He is a ‘living Bali-Bible’ and not only is he a great driver in the Balinese traffic jungle but a tourist guide ready to answer every single question you might have. Massages, trips, requested diners, answers to any questions, surfing lessons etc are just a finger tip away thanks to the mobile phone left for you to contact the hosts and great staff working with the villa. All in all, there is absolutely nothing to fault about the place, location, hosts and staff and we can only highly recommend you to book this place as will never regret it! Wow, in all aspects! At arrival we were overwhelmed by the Seabreeze and the area. The view and area are magnificant, peacefull and relaxed. The welcome at the Seabreeze on Bali was beyond on what you hoped for, saw earlier on the pictures and have read in the reviews. We felt immediately in love with the house that felt like home. Lucky for us that we stayed 3 weeks! My husband, son (7 years old) and I woke up every day with a big happy smile. During our stay we wanted to experience the genuine Bali. The location of the Seabreeze made it happen. Nice walks on the beach, watching the surfers at the warung on the beach, crossing the small river for a visit at other nearby small restaurant. We have met and been invited by nice (Balinese) people, who learnt us more about the Island. Wayan Risma, the driver, drove us everywhere if we wanted to do something more touristic. We knew upfront that the cities were at least 2 hours drive one way. But with the lovely conversations and laughters with Wayan, the trip became another unforgetable Bali (traffic) experience. Augus, Putu and Ayu spoiled us every day! The food and massages were wonderfull, but above that their genuine hospitality, friendlyness and helpfulness are heartwarming. Jamie and Wendy are superhosts: relaxed and friendly and very hospitable. Clear communication and quick responses, not a question was too much. A complement for their eye for details, like e.g. the phone you may use for texting the driver. This place is incredible! Perfect for a secluded holiday. The view is amazing. Everything is taken care of for you by the maid who is super nice. Breakfast was always delicious. There are several restaurants nearby which is also nice. A wonderful experience and a great value. We are all planning on coming back.

Serenity and beauty. Arrived at night, and when I saw the property and the waves crashing on the shore below on waking, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. This place would be in the $1000/night range if it were in Ubud or Seminyak. Will definitely be back in the future. The hosts were fantastic and the house staff were perfect.

We had the most amazing time at Seabreeze. Wendy was really helpful before our arrival with transfers and then on arrival she greeted us to show us around. The maids (August and Putu) were so so lovely and organised surf lessons and massages, they came every morning and made us the most amazing breakfast.. Nothing was a problem and they bent over backward to make sure we were happy.. Plus they noticed when we didn't eat something on the fruit platter and replaced it with something else the next day. The villa and pool were just as they look in the photos if not better. The location was exactly how you expect Bali to be... beautiful; jungle meets beach and barely anyone around - untouched tropical paradise. There is no resort in Balian which means no commercial / touristy annoyances. It still has a very strong community feel which was so lovely to see! This meant cows grazing on the grass next to the pool which was such a beautiful sight! To get to shops/restaurants you have to cross a river but it's not a problem and the food & view is really good over the other side of the river. The surf in balian is amazing and although we didn't do yoga a we heard it was really good & apparantly the banana pancakes in the restaurant directly below the villa are the perfect post surfing snack! We had the most amazing stay and I would go back in a heartbeat.. I also want to reccomend this villa and balian to any one coming to Bali .. But don't tell too many people because there is something so Magical about balian exactly how it is!!

Jamie & Wendy were wonderful hosts and were available to help with any query. They had a great knowledge of the area and the Villa was just beautiful with the most amazing views, true to advertised picture. Fantastic location for great surfing with endless waves. A short walk along the beach and you have a variety of small restaurants to choose from. Agus and Putu were friendly and always had a smile. They made the most delicious fresh breakfast offering a great selection on the menu, don't forget to have a homemade meal by Agus in the villa. Our family had a wonderful relaxing stay and would recommend traveling to Balian to The Seabreeze.

I just recently stayed for 8 nights at Balian beach with my best friend and I must say that the only negative experience about staying at Jamie and Wendy's property was the fact that we had to leave. They go above and beyond to make sure your entire stay at their home is a vacation and experience in itself. All the staff from the drivers they arrange for you to the girls they have to cook and attend to the house are absolutely delightful to be around and extremely kind. Everyday the breakfast was out of this world, and any other meal they arranged for the girls to fix was absolutely phenomenal. Also the fact that Jamie and Wendy provide laundry service daily was great and extremely helpful with trying to pack light. Jamie and Wendy also helped us arrange any activity or site that we were interested in seeing. It took a lot of stress from trying to figure out what to do or what tour companies to go with. The house itself is immaculate with beautiful décor and furnishings and has breathtaking views over Balian beach and the pool was so fantastic. The layout of the home has you waking up with gorgeous views of the ocean and village at the hill below. It was an easy walk to the restaurant at the bottom of the hill, and meeting people from the little community on the beach was so amazing. I would absolutely without hesitation stay here again and recommend this property to any of my family or friends. Thank you so much again Jamie and Wendy for making our vacation perfect!

The Sea Breeze is simply amazing. We wanted to stay by the sea, in a quiet area without mass tourism, and it all came true. The house is very tastefully furnished, everything works including wifi reliably. The pool is excellent and clean, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The place is quiet, around you will only see surfers and sometimes cows that graze in the meadow below the villa. Breakfast is excellent, with lots of fruit, a selection of omelets, pancakes, yogurt or fried bananas, all according to your liking. Drinking water is available throughout your stay. They cared for us two local ladies, both were very nice, careful and helpful. Twice they cooked us dinner, traditional Balinese cuisine and the food was great! The village can occur along the beach at low tide, it's just a few houses and pensions for surfers. The sea was not much to swim, the waves are high, but if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet stay, this is the place for you. We love to come back, because such places like this, it's just a few.

The SeaBreeze villa was an absolute perfect ending to our Bali trip! Our first 8 nights on the island were spent in hotels in Sanur Beach and Ubud. That was great, but I felt like we were somehow missing the full Bali experience with the magic that people always reference. Then we arrived to SeaBreeze and I knew our trip would be complete. Between the villa, people, and location, I imagine this is what more of Bali was like 20 + years ago before sprawling resorts became the norm. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found SeaBreeze. I could go on forever, but here are the highlights. Location: loved that it was off the beaten path in a non tourist area, yet still enough small places to eat within minutes on foot or car/motorbike. Remote sparkling black sand beach just down the hill. Day trips for temples and shopping easily get the sightseeing fix when you need a "break" from all that relaxing. Villa: Better than a hotel in every way. Spacious and private with ridiculous ocean and sunset vistas, indoor/outdoor feel and we basically lived on the patio enjoying the pool and peaceful views. The "Bar" setup with really well priced wine, beer, and soda for purchase assures that the vacationing is never interrupted. Brilliant idea! Hosts/Service: Jamie and Wendy seem to live harmoniously with Bali and their local village and have mastered the art of hosting. It is like a personal concierge service from friends. The included iphone gives you quick access to them for all your needs and questions. They've built up an amazing local staff. Yayen's breakfasts were delicious and filling. She went out of her way to go to the village food market every morning for my husband's tasty traditional Indonesian breakfast since he doesn't eat eggs and requested some other form of protein. One night Wendy made us a dinner reservation at an upscale resort where we had Sunset views of Tanah Lot temple - way better views than we had from the tourist area. Our last night was a fresh whole fish dinner on the patio with yet another idyllic sunset and later a sky full of stars and even a lunar eclipse. Truly magical. If you want to unplug and reconnect with nature, your travel partner, and local culture, then Sea Breeze is the place.

This place was pure heaven!! We stumbled on this listing on AirB&B knowing nothing of the area but instantly fell in love with the view off of Jamie and Wendy's deck. The hosts themselves were not there during our stay but they still went to every effort to make sure that we got there smoothly and that our stay was comfortable. The incredibly sweet staff cooks you breakfast each morning, and are there to speedily arrange massages, transport, motorbike rental, and anything else you could think of. Note to travelers: It can be tricky to find the place if you are arranging your own transport (the dirt road you think couldn't possibly be right IS indeed right), but that just made us feel more tucked away in this wonderful beach community. A short walk and wade down the beach is a cool yoga retreat that has a wonderful restaurant open to the public. Their resident yogi Bianca is AMAZING and welcomes outsiders to her class (10:30 am every day) for a very reasonable fee. If you stay too late over here (the cocktails make this tempting) you will find the wade back to the villa to be more of a swim- there is a tributary into the ocean that blocks the path back and claimed my Ray Bans the first night, but hey, the ocean demands it's sacrifice. If you are looking for the ultimate vacation escape perched on the edge of the world, look no further.

My husband and I were so excited to stay at the Seabreeze at Balian Beach and we're so thankful for everything that Wendy and Jamie had to offer. Our stay ended up being a great secluded honeymoon experience and we wouldn't have had it any other way. The house was perfect, with fresh breakfast, fruit and coffee provided every morning and the housekeepers Ayu, Agu, and Yeyen were all very nice and did all of our cooking and cleaning. It was the perfect honeymoon spot for us! The black sand beach was incredible and the little beach cafe near by seriously had the best chicken curry ever! If you want to travel a bit of bali, they can have a driver for you for the day or afternoon and show you around, let you experience what the bali city is like and the drivers even wait for you! If you're looking for a great out of the way, relaxing vacation, getaway or just for the hell of it visit, you won't regret staying with Jamie and Wendy at one of their luxurious homesteads. Great price, great quality, great people. We couldn't thank them enough for our experience. And you wouldn't regret your stay with them either, guaranteed!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Vila war fantastisch! Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendrot, die Maids haben einen verwöhnt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, von Handtüchern über Trinken bis hin zu einer zu einer Riesen Auswahl von DVDs. Der Kontakt mit Jamie und Wendy war durch ein vorhandenes Handy Super einfach und sie haben sich um zusätzliche Angebote wie Pediküre, Massage oder einen Fahrer gekümmert. Die Qualität dieser zusätzlichen Angebote war auch sehr gut! Insgesamt gibt es keinen Kritikpunkt, wir können nur positives über unseren Aufenthalt berichten und kommen gerne wieder!

Our entire stay and experience with Wendy and Jamie was amazing! Wendy answered my many questions before our arrival and Jamie helped us with everything once we arrived. He was there to greet us, explain everything offered during our stay and had great recommendations. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The staff was wonderful from the driver they helped us hire, to the ladies that cooked a delicious breakfast each morning and cleaned the house to the spa staff that came to the house on request. I would recommend this place to anyone. Loved every minute of it. Not a single complaint. Also it was a great area. We hired a driver for 3 days and and we got to see lots of great sights! It was a bit of a drive but we enjoyed being away from the busier tourist locations.

My husband and I stayed at The Seabreeze for 3 nights after spending the first part of our Bali holiday in Seminyak. Wendy and Jamie arranged for a driver to pick us up at our Hotel in Seminyak to transport us to Balian Beach for a very reasonable rate. Jamie met us at The Seabreeze and our jaws dropped when we entered the house. Indeed we had found an absolute gem! Jamie was so friendly and arranged for the 'ladies' to bring dinner to the house that night, again for a very reasonable rate. After an amazing chicken curry we decided we would have dinner in every night. The breakfast is delicious. Fruit platter to start, duck egg omelet, homemade bread, fried bananas (you must try the fried bananas!) homemade yogurt and granola. Yummy! The Bali coffee is brewed fresh and is perfect for coffee lovers. Breakfast was served at 8 am and was included in our rate. The house is a short walk down to the beach and that is about as far away as we got for the entire stay. Jamie and Wendy would have arranged day trips had we wanted them, but we were quite happy relaxing and enjoying the Villa and the breathtaking view. The entire experience from booking the villa and the emails with Wendy beforehand was seamless. I would highly recommend this lovely place in paradise. We already want to go back! Thank you to Wendy and Jamie for such a fabulous stay. P.S. Make sure to get the hot stone massage. Both my husband and I thought it was one of the best massages we've ever had!

We had the most relaxing and wonderful time at SeaBreeze. Jamie took care of anything we needed. The staff are amazing and kind and beautiful ladies. Do take advantage of their amazing local food for dinner and lunch! Ayu gave the best massages too! A remote spot, SeaBreeze is beautiful, private and the pool is fabulous. We felt we had a real local experience away from the bustle of busy tourists areas like Kuta. One suggestion would be to get out any cash you need for the duration of your stay beforehand as limited access to ATMs! We will be back - thanks for an amazing holiday experience!

We stayed at the SeaBreeze for 4 nights with our two boys aged 5 and 7. It is more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts, Jamie and Wendy, were excellent in their communication from the start and have thought of every little detail to make their guests comfortable. Balian beach is close to the river so there is a bit of rubbish that washes up during the rainy season, but we spent the majority of our time in the magnificent pool. The food cooked by the staff was amazing. Would highly recommend the SeaBreeze to anyone, and thank you to Jamie, Wendy and their wonderful staff.

Amazing!! We are a couple with a 9 month old baby and it was a perfect getaway for our family. If you want to experience Bali without the crowds, this is the place. Ok, I'll list the pros - The staff and hosts Jamie and Wendy were so accommodating, nothing was any trouble at all. The breakfast is incredible, with a variety of fruit, fresh coffee and then a menu option for your eggs. They also have sweet options like French toast and fried bananas. They have staff who clean and attend to you every morning, they adored our baby boy and loved playing with him and feeding him. It was a welcome break having the ladies around! We also organised lunch and dinner which I cannot recommend highly enough. The food is some of the best we've had in Bali. My husband also arranged for massages pretty much every day, he said they were fantastic. The Villa - WoW! Beach front, spectacular ocean views, quiet, rustic outlook with cows and locals surfing and fishing on the beach. The villa itself is beautifully designed, you can rent it as a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. The place is full of Balinese furniture and is very private. Jamie and Wendy had supplied us with everything we could possibly need from toiletries, baby needs, dvds, kids pool toys etc etc. The pool is fantastic, we spent most of our days either in it or beside it. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, fridge, stove, microwave etc so you can bring food and groceries with you. They also provide mosquito nets, coils and spray which you'll need to use as Bali is rampant with mozzies. The area - My husband had some surfing lessons with Ketut, the local surf instructor. I would highly recommend him if you want to learn. The beach itself is perfect for surfers but it is also a good swimming beach. There's a small walk to the beach, just down a little hill but it only takes a couple of minutes. There are local shops and other accommodation about a 5 minute drive away, you'll also find plenty of places to eat if you want to get out for the day. It's very easy to organise with Jamie and Wendy a trip into town for groceries or if you want to go out for lunch/dinner. But as I said the food they cook you for dinner is fantastic, we didn't want to go anywhere! This was our second trip to Bali and we've decided for our future trips to Bali, we'll be heading straight to this place. If you're thinking of staying here, book it, you'll have no regrets. The photos and description are accurate. The SeaBreeze was just the paradise we were looking for. The location is quiet with a short walk (3 minutes) to the water downhill. We had no trouble walking up and down it with a surfboard and a 3-year-old. Cows are sacred to most on the island and some regularly graze next to the house- it made for fantastic atmosphere. There are many small restaurants nearby including one at the beach in front of the house (try the Special Noodles) but nowhere for shopping or odds and ends so you will need to do this on the way in or during a day trip. The local staff is fantastic. We booked many massages and dinners-in, enjoyed fine Balinese food, and some of the best yellow curry we have ever had. At the end of two weeks our son told us that he did not want to leave. "Grandma can come here," he said! We recommend the location and plan to return.

The villa is spectacular. No picture can do complete justice to it. The villa staff, Agus, Yeyen and Ayu were really really awesome! They made us feel very comfortable and their food was really delicious(especially the barbecue chicken). The view from the bedroom/pool is out of the world. Everything was just perfect and to be honest, it really exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended and would definitely want to come back! We stayed at The SeaBreeze in September for part of our stay in Bali. If you are looking for a quiet escape then this is a great spot! The house is beautiful and the view from the infinity pool is breathtaking. The location of the house allows for total privacy. There are a few restaurants located just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Jamie and Wendy were really accommodating and helped us arrange transfers and an excursion which was greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed dinners made by the staff at the villa which were great. We would highly recommend!

This place was definitely the highlight of our trip. We have both been in bali before and found Balian an amazing escape, not only for the surfing but to spend some time in a much more tranquil part of Bali. The sea breeze was beautiful - on a hill overlooking the beach - we could check the surf from our bedroom. Jamie and Wendy were fantastic - they helped us with whatever we needed and really ensured that we didn't have to worry about anything. The staff were excellent and the daily breakfast was incredible- make sure you ask for the fried banana!! The infinity pool overlooking the beach really set the scene for a very relaxing experience. Balian was a lovely town - some great places to eat and experience a laid back vibe. Jamie and Wendy can organise anything from a massage at the house, to motorbikes, and advice on the local surf break.

Jamie made us feel incredibly welcome, arranging a private driver from the airport to the villa, greeting us on arrival, and leaving us with a long list of activities that we could do locally and plenty of tips to make our stay in Bali wonderful. The villa itself was in a beautiful location with a range of Balinese and Western restaurants in close proximity as well as a surfing and yoga retreat. The villa was incredibly comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in with well appointed living areas, bathrooms and a kitchen that featured a nice balance of a local feel with high standard finishes. A delicious breakfast menu allowed us to also decide what we would like to sample from Jamie's farm each morning - the duck eggs were a real highlight and expertly cooked for us each morning. We would highly recommend the SeaBreeze at Balian Beach - it was excellent value for money and a wonderful break for my husband and I. There was no request that Jamie couldn't expertly fulfil!
