Exploring Secluded 3BR Vacation House Near the Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Secluded 3BR Vacation House Near the Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Secluded 3BR Vacation House Near the Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
I booked this after reading a lot of positive reviews. I will say the location was great and overall, it was a good price to pay for what we got. However, having two teenage boys the pool table was initially what drew me to this place to keep them occupied. The table was not level, didn't give you the balls back and was just dodgy. The pool upstairs was great but so noisy and it seemed to run 24/7, we all struggled to sleep because of the constant noise. There was no curtain on the bedroom downstairs and there must have been a light on a property behind us which lit up the room and it never got dark in there at night. No aircon in the main areas others than the bedrooms which was fine for us. We left food outside of cupboards which the mice loved and we learnt to put it away, but the cupboards had mice droppings throughout. My kids enjoyed having their own space and again it was great value, but I would not stay again due to the cleanliness.
pros: Great location, peaceful despite it being in the middle of it all, very friendly and responsive owner, clean cons: The place needs a bit of a facelift, pool isn't always working and the switching it on is not very accessible, no hangars in the wardrobe, air conditioning needs to be serviced, the common area with the pool tables is not air conditioned nor has a TV making it unsuitable as living room during day time.

The location of this property is great for restaurants, shopping, the beach and convenience stores. However, the laneway is narrow and it is difficult to get a vehicle right up to the property. It would not be easy if you had a lot of heavy luggage. Suitcases with wheels are fine for the 50m walk to meet your driver on Jl Padma Utara. The property has three bedrooms. One large bedroom downstairs and a large kitchen. There is a large pool/games room downstairs too. There are two smaller bedrooms upstairs with small kitchenettes. The pool is also inside, upstairs with tricky access steps and the floor can get very slippery when wet! There is a small outside sitting area. No garden. The stairs are steep! Overall it is quite good value for money if you are travelling with family or a group of friends.
Majeed lodge is beautiful and large. We have a great stay here and a very prompt communication with Majeed without doubt. Much appreciated for his help especially when there’s a power tripping.
Excellent place. Was only 2 of us but could comfortably accommodate 3 couples. Great little restaurant and laundry next door was very convenient. Everyone in the area was so friendly. Host very responsive and helpful.
Mr.Majeed is a good host with quick response for any clarification. Ideal for 03 couples or adult children. We stays for 04 nights. Access to market and transport.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The house cleaner also did an amazing job and kept the villa immaculate throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Bali. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable!

Wonderful place, great location, the pool was amazing and very well maintained. definitely a steal for the price given the location! Majeed was super responsive and helpful! the alley you are staying in is too small for most cars so you just have to walk the couple mins to the main road on either side. very close and easy, but not good for anyone who has mobility issues. Power points are spotty, slow and often not working/poor, we only found one in the bottom room that was actually able to charge our laptop, so if you were staying as a group that may be an issue. there are lots of water coolers, which is awesome, but only one cooled at all, which again is fine, just be aware and make some ice. wifi is very slow, just download things when you are out if you want to watch TV. All in all it was a wonderful stay, the place is fantastic and close to everything! we would definitely consider if we came back to Bali!
We really loved our stay. Majeed is very quick to reply and communicate. The villa is in a great location and we will return. We also really loved to warumg next door, great people and atmosphere and the food was yummy
very big 3 level house if you include the roof plus an extra viewing tower on roof . self sufficient kitchen next to every room and every room has ensuite plus extra toilet in garage with pool table . good house for big family or group of friends. not too far walk to the beach maybe 5-10ish mins .would stay again

Easy walk to everything, loved the pool. Good villa to have with the boys.
We had a great time at Padma Lodge…. Perfect spot to stay and explore Legian and surrounding areas. Any issues we had were fixed that day when housekeeping came through. Majeed and his team were very helpful.
We stayed at this villa for 7 nights and was really enjoyable we have a 6 month old and majeed made it easy for us with him making sure our housekeeping was up to date and water was provided the rooms were very nice and cool , such a great idea to have amenities in all rooms and the pool table and pool on the second floor !! Would definitely recommend :)

First of all your home away from home is a 3 story house, from garage with pool table and mini bar, to each bedroom having own bathroom, to second level having your own swimming pool to the rooftop that over looks the beautiful location, highly rate this stay, local restaurants are in every direction and if your keen for a small walk you'll find the beach not far away, majeeds place is a good escape for friends or for family's, cleaners are very friendly and keep the place spotless, great deal, thanks again majeed. 🙂

Wat een fantastisch huis en overal dichtbij! Een heel groot appartement met drie badkamers en keukens, erg veel privacy! De host reageerde heel snel en had overal een oplossing voor. Via “Ossotel” dat is een hotel kon je daar een steeg nemen en was je ook zo op het strand! Op strand kon je heel goed surfen en heerlijk eten. Ook zijn we naar het waterpark gegaan, erg leuk voor de kinderen en voor ons! Dit is echt een aanrader!

An absolutely stunning hidden gem. Clean and comfortable. We cooked, we swam, we played pool and we chilled. Wish I could have stayed longer. A beautiful home.

The cleaners were very nice and efficient. The home has a great vibe and it was a great overall experience. The location couldn't be better and we made tons of friends in town. encountered a few electrical problems during our stay but it did not affect us that much as majeed was very quick to respond and send electricians to fix the issue. the airbnb is large and spacious. slightly stuffy but the aircon more than makes up for it in the room
Good stay
Phew! This was a good place, the host was very helpful on guiding us how to access the spot. The only thing that did not go too well is the location, since its within a tight alleyway, cars can't come in especially grab cars, so if you go home at night you will require to walk on a dark alley way which is not easy. Thanks!

Perfect. 1 The water pressure is strong and warm water comes out well. 2 Check in is very easy. 3 Lots of infrastructure around. 4 The swimming pool is very large, clean and has a moderate water temperature. 5 The villa is kept in excellent condition. 6 Safe from all kinds of bugs. 7 My family is very happy here, everyone is satisfied and keeps praising this villa. I feel very proud to have chosen this villa. If you are having trouble deciding which villa to choose, try this villa first.
Great place to stay , exceptional host always answers within 20 minutes and very helpful , place was extremely clean and cleaner came everyday. With the warung right next door made it even better! Definitely would recommend!

tempat yang menyenangkan kami ber enam menginap tiga hari, ada meja bilyar dan kolam renang tidak terlalu besar tapi cukup untuk mendinginkan badan dan bersantai. di lantai 2 setiap kamar ada kulkas dan kompor seperti apartemen type studio lokasi sedikit jauh dari jalan utama dan agak menyusahkan kalau hujan tapi tuan rumah menyediakan 3 payung cukup besar untuk berdua. saran saya perbaiki kebocoran dari atap lantai 3 yang menyebabkan air bocor ke lantai dan tangga yang kadang muncul ketika hujan besar bisa membuat orang terpeleset. dan kotoran anjing di teras harus dibersihkan teratur, teman saya dua kali menginjak nya. satu lagi pot tanaman dekat pintu masuk lebih baik di hilangkan kalau tidak berniat ditanami karena membuat suasana seperti rumah tidak di rawat. thanks

Hello welcome to the only review you need!! Majeed was a great host now his service is 5 stars and the place technically could be 5 stars but there were a few issues, pool table the balls kept getting stuck, the bathroom on ground floor sort of I would say has leaky roof which allows some small flies and mosquitoes to sneak in. the cleaner is very kind and responsive but is not available Sundays. unsure what the reason was but the power sometimes trips which is an easy fix, luckily it never happened at night time. the rooms are clean but it's much bigger place than it seems and has some outdoor features which means some lizards can get in but the rooms all have isolated doors so as long as you shut the doors you should be fine. all in all I would actually give this place a 4 stars, it's a good location, clean but just these few issues. only reason I have put 5 star is it was cozy, good price and the pool is great and constantly cleaned, host and cleaner response! fix and great!
Le logement est situé dans une petite ruelle au calme et proche de tout. Les lits sont très confortables. La piscine est parfaite. Climatisation dans toutes chambres. Je recommande vivement ce logement parfaitement situé à Legian.
This was perfect in every way, the location was quiet yet close to all the shopping and restaurants the accommodation everything you could want comfortable beds the indoor pool a real treat to cool off as the days were really hot, a warung just next door where they have the most fabulous food and very friendly welcoming staff. I highly recommend this stay.

This villa is exactly what we needed for a Big family. Great shared spaces but also lots of privacy and independence with the rooms with their own kitchen. Location is great, walking distance to lots of restaurants and to the beach. Beda were extra comfy and eventhough the house is located in the middle of Kuta, the gang where it is located gives Ita lot of privacy and calm at night. Cleaning service every day was also a great surprise. The owner is very friendly, helpful and proactive.

The villa is located at the heart of the city, yet it is secluded from the outside crowd and noise. The location is perfect, you feel like you have privacy as well as access to many shops just outside. The place was clean and well maintained. Majeed is a highly responsive and helpful person. He has helped me in all possible ways. Highly recommend this stay!

The place was near and tidy. The pool was beautiful and clean. Icy cold air conditioning in rooms
Majeed has been an incredible host. He was very clear with his instructions and easy to reach at all times. Usually would respond to my messages in less than a minute. The villa is great. air conditioning was on no issue, rooms were very clean, the pool was refreshing and each room had a kitchen area nearby. Also, bedrooms were enclosed so no geckos or insects during my 4 day visit! I was able to sleep in peace (geckos in my room are a phobia😅) If you are in between villas, come here. It’s near Legian beach by many shops. The only con is that the villa is in a narrow street and grab taxis will not wish to enter the alleyway. If you’re using a scooter, however, you should be fine.
Nice place to stay
The place was fantastic! Super confortable and the pool was a nice touch. Majeed was very responsive and super helpful. The kitchens were fully equipped and clean. Definitely would stay there again 😊
The place far exceeded our expectations. We each had our own bedroom with bathroom and 2 of the 3 have their own kitchens as well, functioning like separate units + the main kitchen. Everything was spotless. The location is very handy, with shops, restaurants, beach right there. Security is very high. Trying to find it though, google sent us on a wild goose chase. The lane way is only accessible from the beach side, not the main road. Majeed was flexible with our check-out time and organised for our luggage to be stored. We loved our stay and will book with Majeed again. Thanks for all your help Majeed
awesome place in a fantastic location if you’re looking for a chill place to return to every day, or for a couple days in. it’s right next to a good (and safe to eat) Warung and within very close walking distance to many shops and minimarts to stock up on supplies. the place itself is honestly BETTER than the pictures, and the people who cleaned were really nice. the street itself is pretty quiet but within walking distance of a couple bars, a very nice bar, and close (by car) to streets with good night life. highly recommend!

Majeed was an excellent host and the house was presented as expected. He responded promptly to my calls and recommend his place especially if you are looking for something a little bit different. The cafe' next door makes excellent food and freshly squeezes' their range of fruit juices.

The host Majeed is really nice and gave us clear instructions to the Airbnb. He also let us check in early :D Really clean and beautiful villa with a pool table and indoor swimming pool! The air conditioning is cold and hot water is very hot. 10/10 would come back again when back in Bali!

On a vraiment bien dormi dans ces chambres insonorisés de tout bruits extérieurs. majeed est un hôte d’exception , il nous a dépanné en nous faisant livrer un article scolaire manquant pour nos enfants et il a assumé les frais ! Il est exceptionnel ! Il faut savoir que la cuisine et salle de billard est à aire ouverte donc nos amis les lézards et moustiques sont bien présent mais pas dérangeant (Majeed fourni le Chase moustique !) ! Nous aurions voulu prolongé!! Nous y retournerions c’est à 8 minutes à pieds de la plage. L’homme de ménage est vraiment gentil et respectueux!

We extended our stay in bali and stayed at Majeeds Villa in Legian. It was very close to main part and Legian beach. Villa is very big and nice with and indoor pool and pool table, Majeed is very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay at his villa again

We miss this place already… This was by far, one of our best Airbnb’s we’ve ever booked. The location is great & located next to “Warang Bule”(cutest restaurant ever). There, we enjoyed drinking, eating, and the great staff!!! The building itself is a gem, 3 little studios with their own kitchen & bathrooms gave us privacy. Playing pool, swimming, and sunbathing were fun. But most importantly, Majeed is very prompt in answering any questions, comments, etc. We specifically loved getting picked up & dropped off at the airport. Thanks again, we’ll be back—- 🌼🌺🍀🌸

Majeed was the best host we’ve had in Bali. He was very attentive and helped us with any request we had. I’m very grateful to have found his beautiful place! The layout of the place is so nice, with all bedrooms getting their own kitchen. An indoor 2nd story pool to enjoy, and a top floor area with a beautiful view of Kuta/Seminyak. I loved it so much that I had to recommend it to my friends! Thank you Majeed!!
Masjeed was a great host and provided us with suggestions and replied to us promptly about our queries. He also helped arrange airport transfers when requested. The area initially is pretty hard to find but after the first day, u will kinda get used to it. The area is very clean and it matched the airbnb photos very well, The pool is also well maintained and met our needs of having a nice cold swim. One thing to note is that there is a person that comes in everyday in the afternoon to help clean and pack your items as well as maintain the pool hence if you are worried about security it may be compromised in that aspect, However from my great experience, it did not bother us, it was just surprising initially but also good to know there is someone frequently maintaining the place. Thanks for the great stay, will definitely consider staying here again in the future
The place is in a great location, warung right next door for food and drinks, walking distance to the beach. House itself is lovely, 3 en suite rooms all clean and great air con, lovely pool and rooftop. We actually had an issue with the pool drainage on the 1st day we were there but Majeed was right there to fix it very quickly and even gave us a nights stay for free to apologise which was very lovely - great host! Sorry you had this problem when we were there and thanks again :)

Majeed is a one of a kind host. Extremely accommodating and responsive to all inquires. He went above and beyond by coordinating the transport for my guest and I from the airport (30min drive). Upon arriva to the villa, the driver brought us to the listing and ensured we made it in safely. The villa also located on a quite ally which includes a restaurant/bar, laundry facilities and small convenience store next to the villa. The place is located within 10 minute walking distances from plenty of shops, restaurants and etc. The place is well maintained and equipped with anything you may require during your stay. Recommend scooter rental too. Lastly the employees located at the restaurant are beyond friendly and made us all fell like family. The even went to the extend to arrange flowers and birthday cake for one of my guests. When I visit Bali again this is were I plan to stay every time. Definitely a 5 star rated experience from the host and accommodation... Hat's off to the host.

We loved our stay here! The place is located in a quiet area but a short walk takes you to the busy street of local shops, pubs, restaurants and so much more. Great place to stay at. Good location but not the best. A little difficult to find at first though. Near to the beach, couple of bars and food places. Rental of bikes are easy as well with lots of places beside the home. Home was generally clean and tidy with house keeping coming once in a while. Was taken aback though when I exited my room and found someone maintaining the pool and house without my knowledge. Maybe host could inform guests about when housekeeping/pool maintenance is done. Overall, not a bad place to stay

We had the glorious good fortune to be the first to ever stay at the house. It’s a real FIVE STAR place, that would suit 3 couples wishing to stay together, or, of course, a family with children. Great quiet location, yet just a 1 minute walk from Jl Legian. Majeed is a Super (duper) host and was attentive to all our needs. The support staff were excellent and pre-agreed with us the times for cleaning. Highly recommended. We’ll keep an eye out for this, the next time we’re back in Bali…
