Exploring Seminyak Apartment 3 Bedroom left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Seminyak Apartment 3 Bedroom was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Seminyak Apartment 3 Bedroom painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
The location is good and the treatment is nice, but it needs to install air conditioners in the living room
Accurate photos. Good space for 3 people. Nice bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We didn’t have a problem with the lounge that doesn’t have AC as the fan suffices. Having on-site staff was also helpful. However, we found ticks and bugs in the bed in one of the bedrooms. Ronny and team were very responsive in coming to change the linens but one of us ended up not able to sleep in that bedroom. We suspect that the mattress could be infested as several bugs kept coming out. Unfortunate situation. It’s a very nice place with a responsive hosts, aside from this bed problem.
المسكن و محتوياته ونظافته والدخول و موقعه للقرب من البحر و الخدمات 9 من 10 لكن عيبه شوارعه صغيره و مظلمه و تشعر بالخوف عند المشي بها ليلاً يحتاج الى صيانة مراوح الشفط في الحمامات و تقوية الإضاءة لأنها ضعيفة جداً ويحتاج أقفال لأبواب الحمامات
Everything is good except the electricity went out sometimes.
Overall we had a great family-stay at Ronny's place - the apartment was clean and spacious, located just a short walk from the beach as well as cafes, a small minimart and a great laundry-service. There is parking for a car - the roads leading to the apartment are quite narrow, but we didn't have any issues getting in and out. It's also close to Seminyak Square where you have plenty of restaurants and nightlife options. Unfortunately in the first night the AC/ remote in of the bedrooms didn't work properly, so we couldn't use that room that night - this was resolved next morning by the staff who were on-site during the day and very friendly. We also had two electricity-outages one day, which can be quite common in Indonesia (it was a bit stressful for us, having senior parents along) - but big plus here for Ronny being reachable quite late at night and managing to resolve the issue for us :) Overall we enjoyed our stay and the availability of staff to ask and/or solve problems!

Good location, 5 mins walk to the Seminyak Beach
The good thing about this place, We really like the apartment with very spicy rooms and air conditioners worked really well except the living room and kitchen do not equip with air conditioner, so it is a bit hot even there are ceiling fan. The bad thing is the kitchenware provided is not sufficient enough to have home cooking like no rice cooker, frying pan and even plates provided just for the number of guests stayed. No spare set provided as an extra 😔😔
This apartment was perfectly fit for us, as we needed three rooms with bathrooms. All of three rooms were wide enough and clean. Especially, the spacious bathrooms were very satisfied. But the location was a bit uncomfortable for me. The street, Gg. Drona No.9 was not so organized. Also, I felt that it was too dark to walk in the evening. Overall the apartment was good

It was very good experience to stay there. The room was so clean and stuff was also very kindness. There's no air conditioner in the living room, but each bedroom has one, so if you open the door, it'll be a little more comfortable!

Walking distance to the beach, the rooms are nice. No AC in the living room area, but they have fan, we open the door of the room to share AC. Our room was located in the 2nd floor, the staff helped us move our luggage. The main bedroom was very big. The alley could be a bit challenging for cars to enter during busy traffic.
Nice, quiet and walking distance from flea market plus many more things to see and do. Highly recommend staying here.

The place is beautiful, clean, spacious, and strategically located! The road to the villa is small, but it is still easily accessible by motorbike or car. The villa is as shown in the photos. I am very satisfied with the service, I feel helped. Everything went smoothly and without any hassle. Thank you.

The most thing I impress in Ronny house is the peaceful and private the apartment; giving you a real relax vacay. As it’s in resident area and small alley, no many car/motorbike pass by at night, so we have a real deep sleep. 3 bed room with separate bathroom suite us for 3 friends travelling, so we have our own space. The facility is very well maintained. Living area has no air con, as many people mentioned, but there are 2 celling fans and you can open the windows, that’s enough for us. Apartment is close to mart, beach, bunch and laundry service. (Free pick up/drop off for laundry) There is staff help you clean the room, but need to inform them everyday before you go out, otherwise they will not come in and that could create a smell trash. (Trash can in room quite small) As it’s located in small alley, it’s quite dangerous to walk at night, esp for girls. Just take grab bike anywhere. Also quite hard for grab car to access in. We would come back here again :)

The accommodation is in a residential neighbourhood that makes it slightly hidden from the main hustle and bustle of the area, which makes it a very peaceful stay. The host is very attentive and proactive with communicating on maintenance works for the accommodation but was still able to accommodate to our requests which we appreciate a lot.
Second time staying and overall really clean and has the necessary amenities. Great location and easily found on Grab.
Ronny’s place is in the neighbourhood, but using grab can easily get you anywhere. Have convenient stores nearby; Ronny is extremely responsive and helpful too

I’ve stayed at this place twice now, once two years ago and again recently, and I’m happy to say the quality has remained consistently excellent. The property is clean, functional, and even comes with a bathtub, which is a nice touch. Everything works perfectly fine, so you won’t have to worry about any issues during your stay. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Seminyak, making it easy to get around. It’s perfect for those using bikes, though car access can be a bit challenging due to the narrow roads. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Bali. Highly recommend!

非常好，一出门就是稻田。入住这儿要么需要步行要么就最好租辆摩托车，因为往里是条羊肠小道车根本开不进去。 房东回复的很迅速，还可以选择漂浮早餐，就是当天早上下雨没漂成…… 房间照片都是实拍，入住很chill。美中不足的是有一个花洒的把手坏了，我装了半天才安上去。建议后期更换一下。 以上。

The villa is great yet the location is near to Seminyak. The property is clean, Pak Wayan also helpful. But the hot water on the bath up is not working at the bed room - kitchen.

Ronny’s place is what i exactly imagined to be living in a home away from home. The balcony opened up to an open green lawn which is also provided us with privacy. The rooms were spacious and nicely decked out with industrial elements. If in a big group of 6, i’d strongly recommend this spacious accommodation. Thanks for being a great host!

Die Wohnung hat wie beschrieben drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sind sehr stilvoll. Alles war sehr sauber und perfekt hergerichtet bei unserer Ankunft. Ich kann Ronnys Apartment voll und ganz empfehlen und würde ohne Zögern wiederkommen!

It was satisfying staying at Ronny’s place. Very big, 3 bed rooms and even 2 bathtubs. Peaceful surrounding and easy to go to the beach. It was quite dark at night walking near the apartment but he prepared the flashlight and it was helpful. Thank you.

It's a great place to stay, the pictures matched the real room. The place is also clean and the very complete with its amenities. The surroundings is also pretty peaceful. The only challenge is just the road to the unit, it's pretty confusing if you bring your own car to the unit, and the road is pretty small. But it's only for the first time getting there, once you get there it's actually pretty clear. Also the living room doesn't have any AC, just ceiling fans so it could get pretty hot in there. Overall it is a great place to stay.
Great apartment just minutes from Seminyak beach. It is located in a quite lane way about 10 mins walk from Main Street of Seminyak where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment is big with three large bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Ronnie is easy to communicate with and checkin was easy. The staff working there clean the apartment each day and are always downstairs if you need them.
There was ample space for our party of 3. The apartment has three fairly large bedrooms and each comes with an attached bathroom. Two of the rooms even had bathtubs! We the loved the industrial feel of the rooms. Ronny / Wayan and team were very helpful and answered our queries promptly. Hairdryers were made available upon request. They even helped us store our bags when we requested a late check out! The apartment had some minor shortcomings though. It was warm in the living room as there is no aircon. Our bed linen had some stains. Some insects in the apartment. Also some instructions on how to operate the TV would be helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this location for our future trips to Bali.

For a girl group of friends, we felt safe being in an apartment. We knew we weren’t going to spend a lot of time in a villa since we had an itinerary. So not having a pool in bali didn’t matter. I loved this airbnb!!! We each had a bathroom!!!! And the bathroom was huge. The staff were nice too and offered to clean every so often. The place is walkable but the streets getting to the place is really tiny so that’s something to consider of you’re traveling with some family. I’d book this again with friends! Best value for money and staff :)

Amazing place! Was actually huge, and the amenities were awesome. Big tub in two of the rooms, gorgeous interior, industrial vibes. It was easy to communicate with the host too, and there was cleaning as per requested. Love this place, would definitely come back!

Rooms were big and clean, each fitted with an ensuite bathroom. Living and dining areas were very spacious as well. A great stay for families, friends and couples travelling together. Also very conducive if you’re working remotely. Peaceful as the location is not on the main street and it was easy enough to call a car to get you around the area. Ronny and staff were friendly and quick to accommodate to our requests and needs. All in all a great stay and would recommend to fellow travellers!

Rare find in Bali's Seminyak area. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. Very convenient location to get to other areas of Bali. Host is super friendly and responsive, and the on-site staff are awesome. Was very surprised to see how nice the rooms are, definitely a high recommend

Ronny was very responsive even before we arrived in Bali. We’re a family of five and this place was more than enough for us. It was definitely a steal, for the quality of the place. I will definitely stay here again when we’re in Seminyak/Kuta area. The bath tub was also a plus and the pressure of the water was superb! 👌🏼👌🏼

This Air BnB was exactly how it was described in the listing, the interior was excellent and was very spacious which significantly helped our family of 5. The staffs service was extraordinary, with them offering to clean our apartment every 2nd day, constantly replaced towels and had a great attitude. As well as this, the Air BnB is in a great location as it is only a 5 minute walk away from the Marriot and other essential shops. Overall, our stay here was excellent and I would highly recommend it.
I stayed in Ronny’s place for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant 2 nights. Here are my memorable story: 3 days before we stay, their staff proactively contact us for check in schedule and it was very flexible (they really adjust the check in schedule with our itinerary). The staff also helped us to provide any of our needs because we are on the prewedding trip. Then, when we check in we were amazed with the place, the staff is very helpful, it was very clean place, and the place has a very great furniture. We hope to stay much longer in Ronny’s place but due to our work schedule we can’t. I wish I could stay in Ronny’s place again in the future for a longer period of stay.
1 woord, GEWELDIG! Wij hebben zo’n fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. De ruimte is super schoon en heel erg nieuw. De foto’s doen geen eer aan hoe het er werkelijk uit ziet. In 3 maanden tijd is dit veruit de beste accomodatie waar we zijn verbleven! Complimenten!!!
Ronny’s apartment is located 10min walk from the beach and 10min walk to the restaurant and shops area in Seminyak. It is on a quiet lane so great for sleeping bit close to amenities during the day. The photos are accurate and there is aircon in all bedrooms. The staff are lovely and even took our laundry for us and returned it clean within 4 hours for $2USD. There is a courtyard on the roof with great views and the water tank is heated by the sun so best to have a shower at night. I would easily stay again. Ronny can also help you with a private driver who can pick you up from the airport and take you to different attractions.
my friends really enjoyed their stay here. the place is bigg and the pictures provided are accurate. the staff was standby, and communication was easy. it was a little bit hard to get into the villa through the narrow road, but overall it was a great place. def recommend!
Had a pleasant stay in the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. Communication with our host, Pak Rony was great and responsive. Fuss free. We had to check out early in the wee hour and he happily accommodated. Overall a recommended stay if you are in Seminyak area. The only caution is that the alleyway is rather small, so drive a smaller car if you are inexperienced.

Great location with 10-minute walk to the Seminyak beach, away but not far from crowded street. Good food, bars and well-decorated traditional places to enjoy and have photoshoots. Clean, elegantly organized furniture and amenities. Definitely worth the value!

This is a huge, aesthetic, and well-equipped apartment for groups of 3-6 that's extremely value for money. Located a short 5-10min walk from Seminyak beach, and a short 5-10min cab ride to Seminyak's major nightlife spots. The staff are very friendly - they accommodated our late check-in request and even offered to clean the apartment daily! I highly recommend this airbnb :)

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve had in Bali! The hosts were so kind when they greeted us, as they walked us through everything in the apartment and offered help for our luggage. The place was incredibly clean and beautiful, we could not have asked for anything better. It was so close to the beach as well! I recommend it to everyone.

Loved this place. Pretty accurate to the photos. Place is big, clean and very chic! Staff were always very warm and willing to help out in anything! Housekeeping done daily! Only downside we had were the location as it’s a bit secluded for just the 2 of us ladies especially at night, otherwise everything else was great!!

Villa/Apartemennya sangat bagus, bangunan tertata dengan baik dgn sirkulasi cahaya dan udara yang baik, kamar-kamar luas dan bersih, kamar mandi juga bersih dengan bathup yang minimalis n terasa lega. Dapur simple tapi sudah cukup untuk menunjang kita ber 6. Ruang keluarga luas dengan penataan yang simple tapi TV tidak silau walau nonton di siang hari. Secara umum sangat recomended buat liburan di Bali dekat pantai seminyak dan petitenget, gak perlu kolam renang private, karena kita siangnya jalan terus menikmati Bali. Overall Great...Puas
Tempatnya cozy banget... bagus banget... kamar modern... kamarnya super bersih juga, pelayanannya cepat tanggap... bangunannya masih baru.... sesuai foto lah pokoknya... ada smart TV juga kalo mo nntn netflix bisa... staffnya juga ramah"... parkiran mobil juga ada.. aman... the best dah pokoknya...

Amazing place, all things exactly the same as described and showed. Ronny and staff had been very helpful and easy to reach. Definitely will come again innext visit.
nice place to stay! the living room is an open space so there is no AC in living room. overall, the place is clean and modern. worth every penny :)

We had an amazing stay at Ronny's! Great location (3 mins walk to Kayu Aya), very clean, and spacious rooms all around. Ronny and his team also give amazing service and was incredibly helpful. Will definitely come back next time we are staying in Seminyak.
