Exploring SEMINYAK Dream home, beds flexible, luxury + space left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of SEMINYAK Dream home, beds flexible, luxury + space was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for SEMINYAK Dream home, beds flexible, luxury + space painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
It’s was comfy and clean with great staff
Putri and Tini的服务很热情，每天把villa都打扫得干净。对住客的要求都尽量满足，很耐心很专业。 可能因为我们是从海边的悬崖villa搬到这里，落差比较大。villa的照片拍的太漂亮了，但实际入住后发现，villa比较小，客厅小、厨房小，泳池特别迷你。对于我们一行十人来说，这家villa的泳池就像鱼塘，没法游泳。另外，不知道villa种了什么植物，特别招惹毛毛虫，villa花园里、游泳边、大门口爬满了黑色的毛毛虫，很吓人。还有毛毛虫在泳池里，孩子们都不敢下水玩。建议屋主把惹毛毛虫的植物更换掉。villa的工作人员每天早上7点就上班了，但住客还在休息，工作人员每天都大声说话聊天，特别吵。请以后改进一下哦。 villa的位置很便利，车子进出也方便，是villa的优势。

The villa situated on residential area, which don’t give the feeling of holiday resort, from 5 bedroom only 3 unsuited which we only know a week after we pay , we found some left over French fries in the oven two days after we stay there , the floor also dusty , especially in the common area, backyard and the swimming pool look smaller then it’s in the picture, they also say that we make a little damage on the pool bench by the cigarette but there is no proof about that, the good things only the airport transportation, they always came early.
Villa was great, check in was smooth, staff was ready with our lunch and Puteri was clear in explaining the process. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, kudos to the housekeeping team, Tini, Ceipra and Yudi! They were friendly n accommodating to our request. Driver Putu was great too, able to see to our needs. Overall the stay was enjoyable, breakfast was nice. Only thing that fall short was the kids/baby pool. It was too small and dirty.

Senang sekali bisa liburan di villa Susan , apalagi dengan pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan diberikan 2 orang mbak yang ramah dan selalu senyum , datang setiap hari memasak dan membersihkan menyapa kami semua yang menginap. membuat kami merasa sangat bahagia setiap hari terasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Dan pelayanan laundry gratis setiap hari 😊saya akan kembali menginap di villa susan kalau ke bali nanti. juga mbak Putri selaku manager yg baik sekali sukses terus.
One of the most welcoming and calming places. The staff were so helpful and kind. Very clean and tidy. Putri and Yuyun was what made the whole experience of staying here so lovely. They made us feel so special. Nothing was a problem. Beautiful pool, comfortable clean beds. So much room for the whole family. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much again!

A perfectly beautiful villa. The accommodation was peaceful and very private — exactly what we needed. Everything we needed was well prepared and ready for us. The host was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We are grateful to everyone who took care of us during our stay, and a special thank you to Ariska for her warm and welcoming hospitality throughout our time here. Highly recommended!
Susan's place really is amazing. We chose it based in the excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. It is hands down our favourite kid friendly Bali villa. We were picked up from our previous villa with the complimentary transfer and were welcomed at the villa by the lovely house staff; Ariska, Carolina and Rini. They looked after us throughout our stay, helping with washing, cooking and daily housekeeping. They made us feel comfortable and it was a real treat for me particularly (a mum of 8) to have a real break. The daily breakfast was fantastic, the little kids loved the pancakes in particular. The pool area is the highlight of the property with a huge day bed adjacent to it. A perfect spot to relax and supervise the kids. The bedrooms were all really nice, better than the photos I would say. Last but not least, the manager Putri was alway available to organise whatever we needed at lightening speed. Highly recommend Villa Ingenia and will definitely be back!
Awesome place to stay with big family. Housekeepers are top notch! Always going above and beyond to make sure everything was ok! Big shout out to all of them Putri Dwi, Tini, swan and Arta were all awesome! Thank yous so much.

It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)
总体来说体验感不错，服务人员微笑服务态度热情。别墅的设施也都比较齐全，可以说是拎包入住。就是毛毯数量比较少（也可能是我们人数比较多），以及最后水阀出了一点点小问题，但是很快就解决了。总的来说是很不错的体验。
Our holiday was turned around after having a horror experience with our prior accomodation before booking Susan’s villa. After contacting Susan, she made us feel so welcomed and allowed us to view the property before booking. The staff were amazing, the villa was immaculate and exactly as described. Thank you Susan for saving our holiday with your amazing villa and even better staff! We will certainly be back.
The most incredible stay. Susan and her wonderful staff took incredible care of our crew, and truely made our time in Bali. A special mention to the wonderful manager Putri, and housekeeper Tini - we would have been lost without you so thank you so much. I would truely recommend this place to anyone visiting.
Fantastic staff that took great care of us. Putri, Tini, Carolina, Rini and Arta were all super helpful and helped us with all our needs. Our drivers Guesti and Mang Tri were awesome as well. Villa was nice, and unique in that it has an indoor common area (with AC and away from mozzies), vs. the outdoor ones that are common in Bali. The L shaped room upstairs was good for putting four kids into one space. All bedrooms are onsuite, except for one upstairs that you have to exit the room and open the next door for the full bath. There is also an extra full bath downstairs, which came in handy. Outdoor backyard swimming pool space was tight, and we would not be able to fit our group of 14 out there at the same time. Neighborhood is away from the busier sections of Seminyak, there are pros/cons to this. We didn't mind this, as we could still walk to the local ATM/Minimarts/a few restaurants/a few shops. We just used Grab delivery for the meals when we wanted to stay in.
There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is. It isn’t just the cleanliness, the welcoming ambience and location, it’s the genuine care we felt from the staff from the moment we arrived to the day we left. Putri, Tini, Rini and Yuyun all made sure that everything we needed was taken care of and were super responsive with all enquiries and requests. They went above and beyond to make sure my group and myself felt at home and reminded us to focus on enjoying ourselves and they would take care of the rest. Even the days we chose to stay in and do nothing was fun as we utilised the pool and spa and hung out in the huge common areas. Thank you Susan to yourself and your team for such an amazing stay. We will all be definitely returning after such a wonderful experience! Wishing you all the best and see you soon.

We travel with big group of 10, and this villa was amazing. super helpful with 3 standby staffs. we had our laundry done on time and bfast was superb. the location are perfect to go around kuta n seminyak. we even spend most of our time relaxing in the villa and book the massage services. Thank you Susan, Ayu and the staffs. Definately the best villa out of 3 villas we rent during this Bali trip. Will book for our next vacation. See you around!
Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived to our check-out, everything was taken care of. The staff were all so attentive and helpful with anything we required. A huge thank you to our villa managers (Putri & Dwi), the amazing housekeepers (Tini & Suwan) and our lovely nanny (Yuyan). Anytime we required anything from transport, housekeeping, recommendations and arranging a nanny to look after our 10 month old son; there was no issue at all. We would highly recommend this villa looking for a gorgeous family stay. We will back!! Thank you!
Wow we just arrived home after staying at the villa/house, and we have not a single complaint. i highly recommend. if you are looking for a luxury stay that is squeaky clean, super private and quiet tucked off the street in a cul-de-sac with security staff, and well staffed house with friendly beautiful souls, so you don’t have to lift a finger this is the one for you. Missing our amazing morning breakfast and efficient included laundry service. Host is very responsive, thank you to the staff for making our stay perfect in every way Toni, Yuyun, Ariana, you were amazing 🤩 there our many services available to come to the house, and we made use of the in house spa menu omg 💯 % we traveled with our children who loved this stay, especially with youtube and netflix on the main tv 😊 we also needed somewhere quiet with our neurodiverse kiddos too, and this was perfect they were so happy and regulated. we will return in the future and stay again for sure. Thanks for the best stay ever!
This place is an amazing stay and the staff are wonderful, they well and truely go above and beyond! Putri, Dwi, Tini, Ark, Yunyun and Gusti (the staff) were all very helpful and great with recommendations. Highly recommend a stay here, you won’t regret it!

14 stayed at the villa for 10 nights, it was a big family group with lots of varying interests. Before we arrived Susan was incredible at answering all my questions, we organised everything from activities, bedding in rooms and dietaries, they were able to organise it all. While we were at the Villa we were all able to get a proper holiday, breakfasts cooked each morning, laundry done, coming home to a beautifully cleaned villa meant that we were able to truly relax and enjoy! Tini, Yuyun, Putri & Sukma took incredible care of us, they were able to cater for our dietaries which is always a concern of mine when travelling. Definitely recommend Susans place for a stress free holiday.
we travelled with a group of 8 adults and 5 children - the staff and Vila were excellent, so helpful and the Vila was a real delight to come home to every night with the kids. The only point to consider is the location is quite far from the beach (30 - 45 mins Kuta in traffic) and the location is very hard for cab drivers to find for some reason, several times our cab rides home had issues finding it. BUT if you are looking for a space for a large group, amazing staff and a beautiful home this is an excellent option.
We had a big group stay here the house was perfect, we had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and comfortable. The thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks and access to drinking water. The local recommendations for the house keepers was much appreciated. The house keepers made our stay even more enjoyable the house was always clean. Our drive Darna was AMAZING always on time and always happy to drives us to different places. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a place to stay!
What can i say. It was amazing and more for our Family of 11 of us. Accomodation was as expected with the Villa Managers Putri & Dwi and dedicated staff Tini , Risti , Sri , Darna , and Mangfri providing dedicated warm welcoming services with nothing to much for them to provide to make our stay a memorable one. Thoroughly recommend the daily breakfast option provided by the Villa and the staff that did wonderfully job providing tasty breakfast meals , especially the Balinese breakfast. Our daily outings and tours was made easy by our 2 dedicated drivers Mungtri and Dee and options suggested by them on places of interest that catered for our family to see and do made it easy to decide on . This was topped off with our celebrated 50th Wedding Anniversary dinner provided and cooked at the Villa by their dedicated Chef Sugi and Oka. It was outstanding in presentation and very appetising. There was 14 of us staying in this villa, we had Putri our villa manager during our stay and was extremely helpful. Whenever we needed anything all I had to do was send her a message and she was right onto it. Tini our housekeeper was also amazing, kept everything nice and clean and got what ever we needed for the villa. Some of us got sick and the staff of the villa organised for doctors to come and give us medicine so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. We had a chef come every morning to make us breakfast and was accomodating to us if we wanted to change anything. Our driver Gusti was very friendly and helped organise a day trip to Nusa penida for us. I would recommend this Villa for anyone looking to enjoy a holiday without the stress of cooking and cleaning.

Tiny and the house staff were amazing we couldn’t have been any more impressed with them they bent over backwards to make sure we were all accommodated for and the kids loved how friendly and inviting they were. Just, WOW! My family and I arrived to Bali and the AirBnb that we were originally staying at did not meet our standards. Thankfully, I found Susan and she was able to accommodate my family of 6 within 10 minutes! When we arrived we were BLOWN AWAY! Not only was the Villa GORGEOUS, her staff was PHENOMENAL! We had breakfast prepared every single morning and it was delicious! All we did was pay for the groceries (which were very cheap, by the way)! We even had a complimentary dinner our last night and it was phenomenal as well! The staff was so professional and friendly and we could not have asked for anything better. Purti, Dwi, Tini, Arik and Sukma were outstanding!!!! If you are in Bali, YOU MUST BOOK WITH SUSAN. DO IT. NOWWWWWW! 5 stars all around.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Susan's lovely Airbnb in Bali. My experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during my trip. From the moment I made the booking, Susan was an exceptional host. Communication was prompt and clear, and they were always ready to answer any questions or offer suggestions about the area. Their warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. The Villa itself was a true gem. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was evident in every room, and I truly felt like I was in a home away from home. The comfortable living space and cozy bedroom made for a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
Comms were excellent leading up to the holiday with all questions answered quickly, we were also given some suggestions for excursions that the drivers would take us on. The Villa manager Putri arranged everything for us whilst staying at the Villa and was in regular contact. Drivers met us at the airport as planned. The driver Gusti was with us all holiday and arranged and took us on several excursions. He was very friendly and helped us have a great holiday. The Villa was great, very clean, spacious and with all facilities well maintained. The House keepers, Tini, Sukuna, Novia, Kadek and Arik, were all very polite and made a great breakfast every day. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and it was very luxurious to have them do our washing, shopping and maintain the villa. We had great dinners in the villa on a couple of occasions.
From the moment we stepped into the villa, we all felt like home away from home. Villa Intenia excelled all our expectations and it’s well maintained. Special thanks to villa manager Putri for great communication and always there to assist our needs. We really appreciate and thanks to Tini, Sukma and Ketut for making our stay so special and their attention to details care. Our driver, Mangtri is very friendly, helpful and always gives us helpful advices. Overall, I really recommend Susan’s villa who like to stay near distance from the heart of Seminyak but also want to have a nice and quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely be staying there again.

We had a great stay, home is modern, clean and air conditioning works well. Staff are lovely, putri and her team are very welcoming, accomodating and helpful. Getting a driver organised from the villa was great (Gusti, Dee and Mangti all excellent). Breakfast (western) was always prepared well and on time, we never left hungry! We had 4 kids (under 5) and 4 adults and the accomodation suited us well, the pool is kid friendly and we had a great time. Location is probably ok for most and although it’s a lovely neighbourhood it’s not in the heart of Seminyak which with young kids meant we had to use a Grab/or driver instead of walk, probably the own downside (not a big issue) Would stay again if we were in Bali
We were very lucky to have booked and stayed at Villa Intenia this August. This villa excelled all of our expectations and was the very definition of a home from home. Not only was the villa beautiful and well maintained, but also came with the most caring and attentive staff. We must pay particular attention to Darna, Tini, Arta and Eva, who ensured our stay was 5 star and a holiday we will remember for many many years. Darna took us on many day trips ensuring that we saw the best of Bali and experienced the most amazing excursions. Darna was the most friendly and welcoming driver who made sure all of our needs were covered! The villa staff were always there to help with any questions or queries we had. We thank all of you for your help and special attention! Highly recommend this villa as it is a short walk/drive to restaurants and shops as well as the beach! 10/10 experience!🥰❤️
A group of 11 of us had recently stayed at this villa and honestly have no complaints. Special thanks to the villa manager Putri and the house keeping team, chef, security guards as well as our driver Gusti, who made our trip memorable. They were very accomodating to our requests and made sure our stay in Bali went by smooth. The villa is maintained really well and is central to Seminyak and is the perfect location when heading to popular beach clubs and places to eat.
We were a group of 16 who flow in from all over the world - we were 3 x family of 4 plus another 4 singles. Whilst a tight fit it worked for us and everyone loved the villa and the pool. Especially the kids! The place was spotless and the beds were so comfy! Despite being in busy Seminyak you couldn't hear a thing once inside the villa. It was a wonderful week and we were so well looked after from the staff at the villa. The breakfast cooked every morning was amazing and plentiful. My kids all ready miss the daily pancakes and syrup :-) . We also had a couple of dinners cooked by the chefs at the villa and they were so tasty. There is plenty of choice and they can accommodate what you want. The drivers were also super helpful in planning day trips and just generally getting us around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone - you really will have an amazing holiday.
We were 13 friends visiting the villa for one week and had a really good time there. We got excellent service from the first to the last minute. The housekeepers Tini, Risty, Arta, Ketut and Arik met us with a smile and a good breakfast every morning. They also kept the villa clean every day. The villa manager Putri was also very helpful and service minded. She helpt us with transport and everything else we needed. The drivers were also really polite and fun to spend time with. The location is also great. You can either walk or take a sort taxi trip to get to the beach, beach clubs og centrum. Both me and all my friends recomend staying at this villa. Everyone was so amazing, helpful and friendly. We were a party of 10 with 6 children under 10 & the place was perfectly suited for us all. Putri accommerdated all of our last minute requests, even letting us stay at the house late on our last day while waiting for flights home. Special call out to Tini, Risty & Arik for looking after us, cooking us breakfast each day & baby sitting. Thank you Mangtri for driving us around & showing us some great places.
Our recent stay at this villa was 11/10. Everything describe in description was spot on even better. We were amazed by the place as we thought it won’t look as good as the photo. But WOW WOW this house was beautiful. The aircon was perfect for the heat as we needed. Our beautiful housekeeper were so beautiful shout out to tini, risty, Eva, and Astr for always helping us and coming back to amazing clean house and most of all a good breaky most morning. Thank you dana for our car rides, waiting patiently for us, and most of all putri villa manager for quick response on what’s app when we needed something for the next day. Last thank you to wiwi our beautiful security guard that always protected the villa when we were out and when we were home. We definitely would come back and stay at this place as a big group ♥️
What a great villa with spacious living room and the pool also very big. Enjoy our stay and definitely will comeback again. Very nice Villa! The Villa was centrally located and just a short grab ride away from great restaurants and night life. The beds were comfortable and the layout of everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff there was amazing, Tini and Risty did a amazing job cooking our daily breakfast and making sure the Villa was spotless. They were very friendly and helpful through the stay. Our driver Mang was a great host for the day and showed us around UBud. Will definitely stay again.
Excellent villa, nothing to fault at all. Quiet but very central location, 5 mins walk to restaurants and bars. Putri and her team looked after us beautifully, up there with some of the best service I’ve ever had across Asia. Breakfast every morning, daily laundry and housekeeping, in-house spa services. Lovely ambience in and outside of the villa. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us and we hope to return.
Great place to stay, our Manager Putri was amazing, fast at actioning things we asked and needed, always there to help, she was such a nice person and really gave it the special touch, we were very spoilt. Tini was our butler and she was amazing, always helpful and so friendly, my son loved having her around to talk too. Tini was so helpful and was able to support us with all our needs. Caroline was great too, my son thought she was so much fun and would look for her everday to say hello. Our driver Mr D was so good, and helpful and showed us many things we did not know about. The place was great for our big family, five adults and one child aged 7. it was clean, tidy and was like a luxury home away from home. I would come back in a heart beat. thanks so much Susan was the perfect get away for our family.

This is second time we are staying with Susan/ Wayan. I wouldn’t recommend any other host! If you’re staying at Bali, please check them out and the various options they have. They have a rockstar team that caters to every need of yours, managed effectively by Putri! Excellent communication from the get go, in person pickup by Darna and arranging for travel and places to see… Darna is the local friend and guide you need. Iluh, Tini, Ni Komang Sukma are the best housekeepers/ chefs you would ever need. They make your stay very special and cater to you every day. A huge shout out to chef Bapak Sugi for cooking a sumptuous meal with customizations that we asked for. Lastly a big thanks to Bapak purna, security chief at the Villa. To summarize, if you want a well maintained, beautiful villa in and out with the most amazing staff that would make you feel like living in paradise without a worry in the world, please go ahead and book with Susan’s team. It was quite a comfortable and joyful staying at villa Intenia. Especially, I would like to thank the PM Putri. She really made us feel at home. All the services and convenience she provided has largely enriched our originally unplanned journey. The housekeepers Tini, Arik, and Dian also did a great job. The breakfast was inviting and the cleaning is timely. Also, they helped us do the laundry which is very important for our continuous staying in Bali. In all, we would definitely choose this villa if we go to Bali again.

Wir haben insgesamt 11 Tage in der Villa verbracht und haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Bei der Anreise wurden wir vom Sanur Hafen abgeholt und zur Villa gebracht. Der Check-In ging Reibungslos und wir wurden der Hotel Managerin Putri und Butler Eva und Tini vorgestellt. Die Damen waren rund um die Uhr immer für uns da. Die Villa ist riesig und wir als 6x Köpfige Gruppe hatten jeder ein Zimmer für sich. Die Villa ist sehr schön ausgestattet und wurde täglich gesäubert. Wir haben jeden Tag Frühstück zubereitet bekommen und es war sensationell. Die Villa bei haltet viele Vorteile wie Massagen, Frühstück oder Abendessen. Wir können diese Villa jedem empfehlen und werden das bei unserer nächsten Reise wieder berücksichtigen. Wir möchten uns noch mal bei den Damen Putri, Tini und Eva bedanken. Sie haben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich bereitet.
The villa was great, spacious, and so sparkling clean. They even provide laundry 🫶🏻 Susan responses quickly & provided info accurately. The manager, Nengah Dwi & Putri were so helpful & quick response. The helper, Tini & Eva were so nice, they stay at the villa for 8 hours and help clean the villa. Overall we were so happy with the villa & we will definitely stay here again when we go to Bali next time! ❤️
Wonderful stay with our family. Would come back just for the hospitality from Ms Putri, ms Tini, risti and Ketut and Arta. They were so accommodating with our requests with kids, they even added baby gates in short notice. I was amazed by their kindness and level of detail they showed with everything. We enjoyed our breakfasts every morning and planned a few dinners with Chef, only regret is we did not have more dinners planned at the Villa. It was so convenient and at the same time delicious. They even accommodated the type of rice we wanted. Kudos to the chef and team. Our stay in Bali came with a lot of challenges (unrelated to the Villa) but the whole team helped it make better. Thank you for doing multiple pharmacy and laundry runs for us.
The staff was wonderful! The property was amazing. The area is perfect for being convenient almost everything. It’s on a very quiet street. Putri, Dama, Tini, Eva, Caroline… everyone! Was amazing!!
This place is truly a dream house. Not just the accommodation itself but the level of service you will receive starting from booking with Susan, from the managers and team leads and everyone that works for Susan is pretty close to perfection. Amazing villa, by far the best place i have ever stayed in Bali. The house is amazing, it’s in a gorgeous location. The staff are lovely and accomodating. The beds are comfortable. It’s very hard to find a flaw. Special mention to Putri, Tini, Arik and the pool man for being incredibly accommodating and kind during our 8 night stay. I highly recommend!!
Ketika kami sampai d villa, kami disambut dengan baik dan ramah sekali. Villa sangat bersih dan rapi, bahkan mereka menyediakan jasa membeli kebutuhan kita setiap hari ( jika dibutuhkan ). The villa is very well maintained with daily housekeeping, butler service and much more. From our pickup to the last dropoff to the airport, the housekeepers, drivers and everyone else were very helpful. It's a beautiful place to relax with a good size pool all services and hotel like luxury
the place to stay is very comfortable, the air conditioner is running well, cold, tourist attractions are close to everywhere, highly recommended if you want to stay here, thank you for the amazing service

This villa was really amazing. I am 19 years old and 13 of my friends and I traveled to Seminyak for spring break. A lot of us were not experienced traveling on our own and it was my first time using Airbnb. They made the process incredibly easy and answered all of my questions and recommended activities for us to do. The head housekeeping was so amazing and would do absolutely anything for you. The villa was clean and safe and I would 100% recommend this place.

Susan’s villas are all amazing! Very clean and warm. The team members are well organized and professional. We booked 3 different villas from Susan’s team and the experiences are all very good:) Villa intenia is dream house indeed with more modern like furnitures; with super nice housekeeper Tini; the villa is kid friendly wiz baby pool.. walking distance to supermarket. Perfect for a family trip:)
I don’t know where to begin! But I’ll start by thanking the host and all the staff from the bottom of my heart, everything they have done for me and my family. We had an exceptional time at this villa. The hospitality of everyone is outstanding. Thank you to our fantastic driver (highly recommend) and the chefs as well. The space is detailed and more beautiful than in pictures. I highly recommend this villa for anyone with large groups, as this perfectly suited my family of 12.

Our family of 7 including our 8 month old granddaughter recently stayed at Villa Intenia. The villa was spotless and spacious , the staff were amazing specially Tini and Ariki , excellent organisation by Putri and nothing was a problem . Breakfasts were like Clockwork and amazing , looked after our vegan contingent . Pools cleaned daily , dinners arranged to order we really enjoyed family villa time .
Susan’s place is amazing. Spacious, comfortable and everything went beyond expectations. It’s located along the happening street of Seminyak but the neighbourhood is quiet. We (16 of us) felt so at home! Villa comes with amazing helpers and they kept the place super clean!
We are a big group of 8 adults, 7 kids and stayed at Susan’s villa for 7 nights. From the day of booking, Susan was quite responsive for all our enquiries. She provided complimentary lunch on our arrival and the hospitality was very good. Putri, our guest relations manager helped us with all our questions during our stay. She provided cars with drivers and good massage therapists too. The staff Tini, Cipra, Dian, Teddy and Rini were lovely, friendly and helped with all chores by the time we return everyday. They have such a big pool and the kids enjoyed swimming every evening. We had a pool side party too on the last day. Overall, we loved the villa and had a great, comfortable stay at Susan’s home. I highly recommend tourists to stay there specially as a big group.
Thank you Susan for the most wonderful experience of my life. It was the occasion celebration and a surprise birthday party of someone very special. In Villa surprise party begins with a beautiful Balinese decoration followed by Balinese Dance and then the Bali Fire Dance performance. It could not have been more better then what you guys did to make that very moment into a memory. The Villa Intenia is so family oriented and friendly that we never felt away from home. The amenities as par excellence and the interiors are so beautifully organised. The rooms are spacious and so neatly done. My sincere thanks to Ms Putri, Ms Tini, Ms Arik, Mr Surya, Mr Dharna and Mr Mantri for their care, excellent service and hospitality. I would definately recommend this place for people travelling in a large group. This Villa has 5 bdrs and most with ensuites. The housekeepers, mamagers and drivers were very obliging and would go out of their way to ensure you're satisfied at all times. The breakfast was delicious and the house was kept sparkling clean everyday. Location from main street was about 200 -300 meter walk .
The villa was beautiful, our staff and drivers were friendly, we had an absolute ball.
This villa was our home for 5 days while we celebrated my best friends hen in Bali. The location was great and super quiet at night. All the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The living room and dining room were the perfect spaces for all our group gatherings whether it be for eating or simply socialising and the pool is fabulous!! Our stay wouldn’t have been what it was if it wasn’t for the fantastic help from Tini and Vivi ❤️ they were soo so lovely and so helpful and tended to all our needs!! Every morning they cooked us a beautiful tropical breakfast, the banana pancakes were THE BEST! Thank you so much for everything! Lastly to Feri, our driver! Thank you thank you!! Feri took us anywhere we wanted to go and knew all the great local spots. Feri was so lovely and so funny! Even though there was quite a bit of traffic to tackle, he always got us from a to b safely and would happily play us music to keep us entertained! Great villa, great memories, great holiday!!! Our first trip to Bali was so incredibly wonderful thanks to this amazing villa and fabulous staff. The villa was a perfect space for our group (5 families!) and by the end of our 5 nights, Tinni, Teddy and Yudi and of course your wonderful manager Putri were family to us - warm, caring, friendly, helpful AMAZING COOKS ☺️- they quite simply were perfect! We also chose to have the Festive Banquet in villa one night as a birthday/wedding anniversary celebration - it was a wonderful night with fabulous food which was made even more special by the surprise rose petal arrangement in our room - a truly decadent experience! Susan, you have truly complimented your incredible villa with outstanding staff - we will not hesitate to return and have already recommended you to many friends. It was wonderful stay at beautiful 5bed room pool villa! All the room was so spacious and clean. Also there was a lots of space that we can organize our clothes for a week. I liked the living room which is separated from outside by door(Usually large pool villa has outdoor living room just covered by partitions or blinder). I loved all the staff at intenia! Manager Dwi was kindly introduced the villa and their service and tini was housekeeping so perfectly every single day like we just arrived at the villa! Because of intenia staff’s service, it was so relaxing stay at Bali.
This villa was amazing! Everything was beautiful and spotless. The staff were friendly, professional and did an amazing job cooking breakfast daily, cleaning, and making sure we had everything we needed . They went above and beyond. If you want a place where you can relax, be spoilt by the attentive, always smiling, genuinely beautiful staff this is the place. Huge thank you to Putri, Tini, Sugi, Yuyun and the rest of the lovely staff. Location is perfect walking distance to everything. But if you don't want to walk the drivers (Darna) are fabulous with directions and tips. Definitely do the in house dinner... the food and chef were amazing. We will be back.
We had great experience in the villa stay and will highly recommend friends and family to come back. However we will not recommend using their driver for daily transportation.
We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is beautiful, very clean, and decently located to Seminyak Square and Sunset Road. The real gem of this place is the staff, especially the villa manager Putri and the Housekeeper/Magic Maker Tini. The listing is accurate, the communication was good, Putri went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. Would book again without hesitation.

Its a nice and clean villa with full amenities. Manager Putri is very friendly, as well as the housekeeping team Ms Tini and the driver. Groceries purchased on behalf very reasonable. Breakfast and dinner well prepared for our group of 13. We all enjoyed the stay in the villa.
We loved our 24 nights stay at Villa Intenia. The villa is beautiful, equipped with everything you could need but what made our stay truly special where the amazing staff that looked after us. So Many things to mention, but here are a few: Mr Gusti - brilliant driver. He became our friend and we shared so many laughs! He knew how to organise our days so we could fit everything in, recommended some great lunch spots. He was there every morning with a smile to take us on our outings. Tini and Vivi - amazing hosts! Wonderful breakfast prepared for us every morning. No request was too much (we have lots due to dietary requirements and allergies) They were so caring and kind towards us and our children loved them too. They were so fantastic and their little personalised touches really make you feel special. Chef sugi - what wonderful food! He made dinning in at the villa not only easy but also lovely as he really did create restaurant quality dishes. We felt like royalty being spoilt with the wonderful Balinese banquet he prepared. The villa was amazing just like the photos. Had everything we needed for our 24 night stay. And spotlessly clean every day. We never had to ask for things to be tidied away, they were done before we even noticed. The pool was a winner with the kids, we loved the privacy of the pool area and our youngest daughter learned to swim in the pool without armbands. My only tweak on our experience would be the tiles around the pool when wet are really slippery. Tini and Vivi do their best to lay towels and keep things dry but naturally it impossible to get them completely dry and we did have a few slips. Other than that we highly recommend Villa Intenia.

Stranded in bali with a very disappointing airbnb accommodation that is unsafe for young kids and old folks. Had to find last min alternatives and luckily susan reached out and helped us out, offering her beautiful villa. Drivers so kind to help us move in an hour's notice. It was fantastic and the villa turned a disappointing bali holiday into a great one

Thanks to Susan and her entire staff (Putri, Yuyun, Tini, Gusti, Udi and Bayu, and our chef) for such a memorable family vacation and we really enjoyed your villa. There are many shops and ATMs within walking distance. This place is spacious and comfy with lovely landscaping, nice swimming pool, excellent AC, laundry, fast internet, TV with Netflix and chromecast. We also purchased the Spa package and that was an excellent choice and we highly recommend it. All the staff are friendly, energetic, hard working, and a big smile. We'll definitely come back in the future.
Overall the stay was fantastic! We celebrated my 30th birthday and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. All our needs got fulfilled ... grocery shopping, cooking and organising drivers everything worked very smoothly. Would book it again!
