Exploring Seminyak - Private Pool Villa - Parking - Netflix left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Seminyak - Private Pool Villa - Parking - Netflix was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Seminyak - Private Pool Villa - Parking - Netflix painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
this is just bad, from the image we thought this is a great villa, but when we came by, there is dust on every side of the houses .. the room and the bed is so dusty.. everywhere i walk around, it makes my feet turn black there is some bad odor on the kitchen, bad odor on the cutlery, glasses and plates a bad place to come and stay
The only nice thing about my stay was the open communication I had with Jay. His response was prompt, pleasant & honest. I would have recommended jay at drop of a heartbeat if not for the property. Location wise - it was great & that’s about it. Furnitures were dated. The cushion on the sofa was stained yellow and so were all the rugs & towels. The electrical appliances appeared to be in dire need for a change. The garden in the en-suite bathroom had leeches crawling out on the last night of my stay! The pictures were stark difference from actual. So, while I highly recommend Jay, I cannot say the same for the property.
this place is getting a bit tired and needs some tlc. Having said that it's a great location

Great location. Rooms comfortable, bathrooms nice, outside overall needs updating, decking all needs replacing, all uneven and just not safe.
Overall is good. However, I found 2 leeches in the bathroom.
Great host, was very communicative and helpful. The place was in a good location, but compared to the other villas we stayed in this trip, this villa needs a bit of maintenance.
Location was really good however the cleanliness and picture is slightly off, not complaining as it might be due to it being used multiple times. Overall not a bad experience.
This is a nice villa- typical of the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, the outside pool and living area is of perfect size for a small family, in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything! Unfortunately we did have a couple of events we could have been without like leaking roof, internet falling out night after night, rotten sun chairs, exploding air condition and rats in the kitchen. However: the host an staff were very responsive and quick to fix the problems, and did everything they could to make it right. We did get a new router for the wifi, the roof was fixed and also the aircon - in no time! In this climate things will rot and rust, so totally understandable. And as for the rats, it is outdoor living, and we did get visits of other cute crawlers and bugs that we appreciated 😊 We’d love to visit again🌟
The villa was nice enough but worn down and not like the pictures. Fair bit of wear and tear on the walls. Split system wasn't great, room was still warm. A little disappointed.
The place was okay, looked similar to the photos however we felt like it hasn’t been well maintained during the covid period. I few things to note were, the bathroom sink and shower drains clogged quite easily, which isn’t pleasant when showering or brushing your teeth. Also the shower head was full of limescale which made me feel uncomfortable while showering. The pool was clean, however the pool beds seemed old like it had been sitting in the sun for too long. Everything else was not too bad, however we do think the place looks much better in photos than in real life.
fake good reviews.. i booked this villa noticing that there are lots of very positive reviews, but in the end it’s not that fantastic.. we wouldn’t forget the beds, looks like the owner don’t really pay attention to the beds.. the beds are cracked and very noisy.. couldn’t sleep at all.. we booked for 2 nights, in the end we only there for 1 night coz we can’t sleep at all due to the beds.. no refund being made for the 2nd night as well..
my family enjoy to stay at the villa, but condition of the furniture is a little bit dirty
Location is good, in the middle of seminyak. Near kilo restaurant. Parking space for 1 car only and bit hard to park cause of small alley. Towel and linens need to change to new one,i think. Beds are not comfortable. Many bugs inside room and ants outside.
Villa Kim is in a very quiet location and within easy access to most places in Seminyak. Ketut was a fantastic housekeeper and always smiling. The rooms are large and the cleaning was done regularly. The place could do with a little bit of an update but all in all very nice.
We had a lovely stay! The place was nice, clean and in a quiet area. Jay was an amazing host and was always so quick to respond and really helpful. We had one minor issue with the pool and within 10 minutes he had the pool guy there to sort it out for us. We really appreciated how helpful and accommodating he was throughout our stay 😊
Villa Kim Seminyak was great accomodation for our needs, although quite dated we enjoyed the location, pool and size of the villa. The response from Jay (host) was always prompt, friendly and productive. The cleaning staff too were outstanding in all aspects and very friendly. Unfortunate during the wet season with the rain the villa had its downside as it is very open and there are very slippery tiles which we slipped on more than once. Overall we enjoyed our stay Thanks so much Kriso and Dee - East Coast Australia
호스트의 신속한 응대로 별 어려움 없이 2박 잘지내고 갑니다 시설은 년식이 좀 있어보이지만 저힌테는 크게중요하지 않아 사용하는데 큰 불편함은 없었습니다 중심가와 그리 멀지않지만 도보로 가기에는 좀 거리있어 그랩이용했구요
일단 빌라의 첫 이미지가 너무 좋았습니다.아늑하고, 편안한 분위기에서 충분히 휴식을 즐길 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요.또한 수영장도 넓어서 가족이 같이 물놀이를 즐기기에 최고였어요..그리고,도보로 빈땅마켓이나 스타벅스 등 먹거리나 쇼핑을 즐길수 있는 최고의 위치였습니다.모기기피제까지 준비해주는 센스도 있고, 하우스키퍼 역시 친절하며, 조식도 가격대비 훌륭했습니다.다만, 침대 매트리스가 너무 삐걱삐걱 소리도 나고,좀 불편했습니다.그래도 2박만 이용하고 오기 너무 아쉬운 숙소였어요..다음에 발리를 가면 다시 이용하고 싶은 빌라였어요~
This villa was a comfortable choice for our stay—it had all the basic needs, was reasonably clean, and in a good location. The host was polite and communicative on Airbnb, and the housekeeper was very responsive and proactive over text. The door keys/locks took a bit of getting used to, but overall, we had no major issues. Would recommend for a hassle-free stay!

Verblijf was een leuke ervaring op een top locatie op wandelafstand van allerlei leuke winkeltjes en restaurants! Het huis is deels buiten wat we leuk en gezellig vonden. Het mocht voor ons iets schoner, maar over het algemeen zeker aan te raden! Communicatie met de host ging zeer vlot (ik was iets vergeten en ze hebben mij zeer goed geholpen).

Had a great stay at this villa. Great location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and main "strip" of Seminyak. Quiet area and very private even though it's in a strip of other villas. Excellent communication from host - proactive from the moment we booked and helped us also organise someone to come and cook us breakfast - thanks! Appreciate an enjoyable stay.
Jays communication skills are excellent. The Villa is located in a great location around Drupadi. Easy to get transport but also back from the street so it was quiet. Had everything you would need. The place needs a lick of paint.
Jay’s staff was very responsive and fixed whatever we asked for. We had problems with locks. One door looked on its own and another had the key broken inside the lock. I’m sure this can be fixed in no time. Beautiful breakfast every day. Beautiful space. Thank you, Hilde, Nina and Hanne

Jay was extremely attentive and helpful. He arranged everything for our stay, scooters, rides etc. The villa was clean and quiet. Good area, 10 mins max walk into Main Street in Seminyak. Everyone (maid and cooks) were so kind.
The hospitality was nice, friendly staffs and easy to reach, location and parking area was great, everything just okay. It was not luxurious, but I can come again when I'm in need of nice villa but not too expensive.

The nice part for my family and I was that it was a private villa. This made a change from hotel living upto then. The pool was very enjoyable (although giant white purification tablets left in the bottom of the pool gave the water a citrus taste oddly) . It is close to gorgeous restaurants like Kilo and Zibiru (the latter is fantastic with live Jazz). The furnishings and electrical amenities are a little tired and a refurbishment would lift and benefit the stayers experience. Communication was easy and Jay quick to respond. We had an initial difficulty as first time users of Airbnb with booking as a single person and then introducing our family in the pre-message changed the price by 30 USD. The representative who waited for our late afternoon check-in was helpful and departed after showing us a few aspects concerned to the property. We just slept and early in the morning decided to check-in to a hotel again; missing the in person customer service.

호스트부터 숙소를 도와주시는 분들, 숙소 자체 모두 훌륭했습니다. 숙소 자체가 깔끔하고 조용해서 말 그대로 쉬기 최적의 장소였고, 한 15분정도 걸으면 스미냑번화가(카페, 상점 등) 를 갈 수 있어 위치도 좋았습니다. 생각보다 도마뱀은 자주 못 봤고, 그대신 모기는 좀 있습니다. 모기향는 구비되어 있는데, 각자 모기밴드나 전자모기향은 준비해 가시는 게 좋을 듯.

This villa is so new! Everything is well maintained and organize just like staying in a hotel! Location is great, a bit walk to the main Street of Seminyak. But it's a bit far from the beach. Could have more entertainment facilities in the villa but in all is wonderful. :)
Photos and the actual villa looks almost the same. Some areas like the toilet could use some cleaning, hot water quite limited but other than that the overall experience was excellent.
Well maintained clean place. Private villa pool is a great place to relax. We enjoyed the local vegetable market. It's in walking distance. mr

Great stay! The place was spacious, with nice rooms and a good location. Check-in was very flexible — we arrived at around 1am and the housekeeper was still there to welcome us. The host was also very responsive and helped resolve any issues promptly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I cannot recommend this place more highly. Very stylish and down a no through road so very quiet. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were all really large with a wonderful open to the sky kitchen and sitting room plus a glorious pool and sun loungers. We walked to some fabulous restaurants and enjoyed a morning run to the beach and alongside the seafront. A perfect last night in Indonesia.
아이들과 발리3주중에~ 마지막숙소로 정했습니다! 호텔만 다니다가 빌라로오니 집에온것같은 느낌으로 마지막주를 편하게 보낼수있었어요!! 숙소모습은 사진과거의 일치했고 매일 룸클리닝 해주시고 하우스키퍼분께서 불편사항 체크해주시고 응답도잘해주셨어요-!! 저희는 숙소에서 조식신청해서 매일먹었는데 사먹는밥보다 꼬망이해주는 집밥을 너무맛있게 잘먹으며 지냈습니다-!! 호스트분께 정말 다양하게 질문드려서 저희가 숙소근처에서 할수있는것들 여쭤봤는데 빠르게응답해주시고 친절히 알려주셔서 지내는동안 정말 편히지낼수있었어요~ 조용함이 좋기도하지만 혼자다니기엔 앞 골목이 살짝어둡긴했어요 적응되니 별거아니였구요 골목앞편의점이 있으니 그것도 매우편했어요^^
Centrally located in Seminyak, only a short walk from shops and restaurants and the Main Street, but in a location that is nice and quiet and further enough away from the hustle and bustle. The villa itself was fabulous, exactly as described, with a TV in each room. However probably not ideal if you have very young children (we were travelling with our 1 year old), as you can't close off the main living space to the pool. Jay the host and the villa staff were great and super helpful and easy to communicate with.
Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Exactly like the photos, and very close to restaurants and stores without hearing traffic and noise constantly. Staff were very friendly and responsive, cleaning after us, changing trash bags and new towels every day. The staff arranged motorbikes and taxis whenever needed, and did so with a smile on their face. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay again in the future.
A comfortable villa with 3 almost identical standalone villas opening up to a central court yard, kitchen, dinning and pool area. A short walk to a main street where there is lots of hustle and bustle, but lots of restaurants really close by. great spot, great place!

Beautiful cosy perfect stay, I have stayed in other places in Bali but the bedroom the place felt soo safe and the bed is the cosiest, very modern amenities and perfect area, and couple mins walk from the shops too, and not far from the seminyak beach Very nice owner

Jay was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Early in stay there was an issue with the AC in main bedroom and techs were there with in the hour to fix. The problem persisted and 24 hrs later AC was replaced. This is an example of Jays control and coordination skills which allowed guests to continue their holiday without interruption.

初めてのバリ滞在にぴったりのヴィラでした。 プールはいつも清潔で、水温も心地よく毎日入りました。タオルも必要な分だけ用意してくださいます。 全室にエアコンがあったり、キッチン家電が充実していたりと自国と変わらず過ごせたところも嬉しかったです。 またレストランやマッサージ、コンビニなどが徒歩圏内にあり、とても便利です。 ホストの方が親切にご案内してくださったおかげで、安心して旅行を楽しむことができました。 お世話になりました。
Bardzo polecam! Willa była przede wszystkim piękna i zadbana oraz wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba. Otoczenie było ciche i spokojne. Kontakt z gospodarzem był szybki i bezproblemowy.

Jay's villa was a peaceful oasis in the heart of Seminyak. It is located in a quiet lane off the main strip. An easy walk to busy Seminyak shopping, restaurants bars etc. It is a beautiful villa, just as the photos depict. Cleaning and pool staff came in every day and the entire space was pristine. The bathrooms are amazing with open roof and palm trees incorporated. An outstanding feature. The pool was beautifully cleaned daily and the day bed by the pool was a lovely sunny spot for lazing around. Highly recommend !

Super séjour ici ! Nous n’y sommes restés qu’une nuit car nous étions juste en transit à Seminyak, mais c’était parfait ! À l’abri du bruit de la ville car dans une petite rue privée, mais à 10 minutes à pied de toutes les animations de la ville ! Les chambres sont extrêmement confortables, et la piscine très relaxante ! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !

We verbleven slechts 1 nacht in dit mooie huis. Het was een cadeautje. Echt een mansion. Zeer ruim opgezet met mooie sfeer, meubels en faciliteiten. Mooie ruime kamers en heel fijn zwembad. Iedere kamer had een eigen ruime badkamer. Die hadden wel wat schoner gemogen. Het was zeker niet vies maar ook niet sprankelend. De bedden sliepen goed. Het contact met Mister Jay was erg makkelijk, onderhoudend en helpend. Dankzij hem ook een chauffeur geregeld vanaf haven Bali (vanuit Java). Een luxe waren de koks die de maaltijden bereidden voor ons. Wij kozen deze plek omdat het dichtbij het vliegveld is (30 minuten) voor onze doorreis naar Lombok. Een volgende keer zou ik zeker langer blijven en meer van de omgeving bekijken (oogt wel toeristisch). Kortom, het huis en mister Jay zijn een aanrader en het geld meer dan waard.

We had fantastic stay Villa Kim. The villa is beautifully maintained and perfectly located in Seminyak—close to great cafes, shops, and the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The pool area was a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The villa attendants were wonderful—friendly and responsive. The daily upkeep really made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Communication with the host was seamless, and everything was well organised from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely recommend Villa Kim to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay in Bali. We’re already looking forward to returning on our next trip!

Villa sesuai deskripsi, dan relatif dekat dengan pantai, restoran maupun minimarket. Rishton sangat responsif membantu dalam check in, menerima paket maupun saat pompa air tidak menyala. Kami akan kesini lagi saat ada kesempatan ke Bali.

What a fantastic stay. Jay went above and beyond to help us organise things for our stay. If you have small children and need a cot or pool fence this villa provides it all with a very cheap fee. We really enjoyed our stay and there was nothing negative or annoying about our experience. We highly recommend staying here and will be staying here again next time we visit the area.
Jay was a great host for my friends and I when we stayed in Bali. The villa was great and we regularly communicated with the housekeeper if we needed anything. Super responsive and easy to communicate with.

I stayed for one night for a business trip and Jay is very polite and responsive. Risithon, the housekeeper is very helpful as well. The villa is matched the picture in ads and very comfortable, no noise and peaceful. Very recommended
Geweldige villa met zeer groot zwembad, drie zeer ruime kamers met half open badkamer. Alles op loop afstand, wij waren er en mei, en dan is het mega druk in Seminyak, maar daar merk je in devilla helemaal niks van, 150 meter van de drukke straat afbmaar toch heerlijk rustig. Het kontact met de schoonmaker was meer dan prima, hij gaf nog wat tips. Al met al FANTASTISCH !!

Villa Kim has been our best stay yet, very serine and spacious but still very homely. Definite Bali vibe, big back yard and big pool very bright and good for tanning. TV’s In all rooms with Netflix in master room. Staff were lovely and so helpful and kind, and Jay response was always very quick. I would definitely love to stay again.
Jay's place was strategically located, near restaurants and bars. His PIC, Risthon, was also super helpful. We really appreciate his help throughout our stay.

Extremely last minute booking and were able to secure an early check in. Jay was so responsive and easy to communicate with. A driver was organised last minute as well with a helpful photo sent of what he looked like to ensure an efficient pick up. Punta, the driver was flexible and took us to run a few errands before taking us to the villa. The place was nice and private and exactly as the pictures depicted. A list of recommendations was sent by Jay to help us have everything we needed on hand. Would definitely stay again and especially at the price and the location. Jay is an incredible host!

If possible to put some kitchen clothes, floor mat and a first aid box will be good enough. Will revisit during my next trip.

The place itself was super clean and just like the pictures. We made a short pitstop before our flight but honestly wish could’ve stayed for longer. It has a supermarket right outside the lane and many places to eat in walking distance. The lane leading to the villa is a bit narrow, so some cab drivers may refuse to go in. But otherwise the place is perfect for your getaway!
Really awesome cleaner who came every day and helped us check in. Place is just as described and all 3 bedrooms are equally nice. The place is spacious. It’s just a bit hard to find and order cars from. Outside of that, super great.

This Villa was perfect, offering a cozy home away from home. The host was great! Jay provided us with everything we needed and offered extra services such as breakfasts and massages, and was only a text/phone call away if you needed anything. We only spent one night here but would have loved to spend longer (hope to come back someday). With a perfect location, we would definitely recommend this villa for your stay!
Beautiful place! Each room was incredible, great pool area and entertaining area. Very clean. Perfect location to the shops and plenty of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Wish we had another day or two there. Fantastic stay and location.
Jay was An amazing host, he always responded quickly throughout our stay and leading up to our stay, Jay was very helpful with anything we needed. The villa was perfect, the photos do not do it justice, the rooms were large and clean, the bathrooms were very modern and always clean, the main area was perfect with a beautiful kitchen/living area, the pool was spectacular, very big and clean. The location of the villa was perfect, just a small 3 min walk to the Main Street of Seminyak, the villa has a Circle K located at the end of the street, I can not recommend Villa Kim enough, if you ever have the opportunity to stay here I highly suggest you do

We LOVED our stay at Villa Kim. Jay was so helpful and responsive. The villa was beautiful peaceful, relaxing and just a walk away from great restaurants and coffee spots. 10 mins to beach also. The villa was spotless and we loved the Balinese style living space. Risthon kept the villa immaculate each day. We had a wonderful breakfast prepares one morning. Jay helped us find a doctor for our little one and even checked in to see how she was. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

The house is centrally located and walking distance to all restaurants and bars. We did not hear or see any geckos or were ever troubled by mosquitoes! Jay was a wonderful host, kind and had great communication. The housekeeper went out of his way to make the stay special for us and decorated the villa for a 30th birthday, he was also friendly and helpful and kept the villa very nice and clean. There is a Circle K just up the street which is convenient and the location is about a 15 minute walk from a popular street. It was wet season so we struggled a bit with the rain and the humidity of the outdoor living area. Overall the villa was exactly the same as the photos and we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you Jay and crew!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kim. The Villa was spacious, beautifully designed, conferrable, clean and everything we were hoping for in our trip. The host was very accommodating and responsive. While staying at the villa you can order a beautiful floating breakfast, which is served in beautiful floating trays deigned with flowers. This was an amazing experience. The host made this experience easy and it was very well done by the staff. We really enjoyed the layout of the Villa, and we enjoyed spending time all together in the common area of the Pool and TV. The Villa is very clean and well organized and the rooms, beds and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The Villa is located in a great location, close by to many restaurants, cafes and shops.
Jay was very pro active and handled communications well before the trip (in English too). He arranged for transport from the airport and was also transparent with the cost of the transport. Gave and shared links and places to go and eat around their Villa too. We booked his place as it is one of the few around Seminyak area that has three proper rooms, all with large queen/king beds. Place was clean and Rishton the house keeper was around daily to come and clean up in the morning. Towels changed daily too and the pool is cleaned daily. Villa Kim, is nearby the main Seminyak area; within walking distance (1.5km away) and some days better off walking. There is a small M Mart (convenience store) 200-300 meters away and with enough stuff to fill up the fridge during our stay. There are many better places around the Villa to dine or have breakfast instead of the ones along the main strip. Overall great stay if you need proper 3 rooms, and thanks again Jay & team.

Amazing villa in a great location - we had a 1yr old and 3yr old they loved the pool. It was super easy to book taxis to get around - on the last night we got dropped at Ku de Ta beach club (food was great) and then walked all the way back to the villa. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We had such a great stay, beautiful villa in a great location, everything was very walkable but when we wanted to rent a scooter jay organised it for us and it was sorted within the hour. Villa was cleaned daily and even the pool too. We wish we stayed longer!
This place is what an Airbnb should be. Beautiful place in a quiet location. Within walking distance is all the shops you can ask for. Always helpful staff. The layout is beautiful and incredibly beautiful. I will return.

The location is really convenient, Circle K supermarket at the corner is open 24/7 .. walking distance to the main hype streets , restaurants and shops . the host and the housekeeping team were all so hospital and welcoming, the hist very responsive and polite . the villa was always clean , the water of tge pool always fresh.. overall stay was amazing 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Me and my partner are expats living in bali, we stayed at Jays villa because we wanted to stay around the hot spots in Seminyak for a few nights. It was honestly the smoothest Airbnb experience I have ever had. Not only did Jay have the villa ready for us within a few hours (as we booked last minute), the villa was clean, walking distance for me to get my nails done and a massage. The bath tub was a great addition and my partner being a surfer, loved that there was an outdoor shower. Was a short but really wonderful stay!
Jay’s place was absolutely perfect for a stay in Bali. The communication was quick and excellent at all times and anything we needed was taken care of. The place itself is well located and extremely clean. I really could not recommend it enough!

Great location. We chose this villa mainly for its proximity to all the restaurants and pubs around. Jay was sweet enough to help with an early checkin. Great living area to relax and have some fun in the afternoons. Pool area may need cleaning from time to time but staff is extremely helpful and prompt. Rooms are spacious with separate closet area. Very conveniently located close to a mart for supplies. Will book again!
We have a very lovely weekend stay in this villa. Excellent locations we can walk to the street and find a lot of nice restaurants, Kilo, Conner House, Boy n Cow The house very clean always change towel and clean things for us. The living room space is peaceful and relax. Jay and Risthon is very responsive. Very recommend 🌟🌟
Great place, we had an amazing time here. The pool was clean, we love how they make the same bathroom for each room. The only problem was the smelly water, so each time we open the faucet we had to wait for couple of seconds until the water smells normal and 2 of sink in the bathroom leaked so there’s water everywhere. But besides that, we’d like to come back and stay here!
Jay is a very responsive and friendly host. From the start, he’s been super helpful and goes above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. His villa is centrally located in Seminyak and close to restaurants, cafes and the shops! A little bit hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for but Jay was very proactive in sharing location information and directions to the villa! It’s clean, exactly how it is in the photos and he has a villa keeper that cleans the villa daily and makes sure everything is in order. Highly recommended stay!

Our stay at Villa Kim was a terrific family holiday with our two teenagers. The separate rooms and bathrooms were perfect and the common zone was great for watching movies and family dinners. The kitchen is also very functional, with most of what you need. Jay was a terrific host, arranging for small requests before hand like coffee plungers and airport transfers and nothing was too much trouble - including dropping off some cooking basics like salt and pepper. Fresh drinking water is provided through a bottle filter system weekly, which was great to top up bottles of water for the day and reduce the single use plastic situation. There was also daily housekeeping at times to suit you. We didn't need/want it every day, so asked to skip it a couple of times. The pool is a perfect size and the cabaña a great spot for an afternoon by the pool. Risthon (the Villa Manager) was a delight to deal with and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was presented as a clean and tidy villa. Jay was very good with communication and answering any questions we had. The villa was in a quiet street within walking distance of restaurants and shopping areas. The villa was cleaned each day and new towels were supplied which was a lovely touch. My only feedback was the overall property was a little tired, there was paint on the wall in the master bedroom peeling off, the deck needed repairs and the outdoor shower didn't work. However, I could see the host had started repairing the deck prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend the villa to other people.

The place is really nice and well located. We usually walked to the cafes and restaurants nearby and for longer trips rented a scooter. The service people come every day, are super friendly and do a good job keeping the place clean. Nice pool, good kitchen. Negative aspects: the A/C in the master bedroom gradually stopped working so we could not use that bedroom anymore for the last 2 nights.

Jay is an amazing host, 5 star concierge service! from booking in house chefs, massage therapist, cleaners etc. the place was beautiful. well-kept, clean, private, and very safe. The location was peaceful, quiet and tucked away, but just a moments walk from the beach, shopping, bars, restaurants, cafes, gay clubs, spas, gyms, ATMS etc (everything is 2-10 mins walk. We can’t thank Jay enough, we would highly recommend his place!

Достаточно большой бассейн. На кухне все есть для готовки. Территория сделана так, что на ней ощущаешь себя комфортно, уютно и в тоже время свободно. Все максимально круто! Обязательно вернемся!

Staying in this villa was an absolute delight! Both Jay and Risthon were amazingly accomodating to anything we needed, and we such lovely people. The villa was divine, and lounging around by the pool was just delightful. All amenities were very well looked after, beds were comfy and bathrooms very clean. Each room had a safe which was very handy. The location of the villa was perfect! Walking distance to Double Six Beach, Seminyak Square and Sunset Rd, we were able to access everything that we needed with ease. The villa location was very quiet at night. We had an absolute blast as 3 couples in our 20’s here, especially having Coco Loco in Bali coming out to the villa - this was an amazing day! I couldn’t recommend Jay, Risthon or Villa Kim more ✨🌴🥥

We’ve stayed all over the world and Jay’s customer service is second to none. It’s no surprise that he’s a Superhost. Jay goes above & beyond to take care of your stay from start to finish. No question is too hard and he always responds quickly, going above and beyond to take care of his guests. The cleaning and maintenance team also do an excellent job, and like Jay, nothing is too difficult for them. More importantly, they are very thorough and super easy to liaise with. The chef (Konami) is a real sweetheart. She comes to the house, cooks a beautiful breakfast, and even cleans up, all for just $6AUD per person. What’s more, the toiletries are lush & the baths are just stunning. So too, the pool is as beautiful as the pictures! On top of all this, Villa Kim is very conveniently located. There are very good restaurants nearby, a Crossfit gym just around the corner, great beauty spas within walking distance, and even a convenience store just 100m from the Villa. A trip into the heart of Seminyak takes just 5 minutes by taxi. In fact, the location is ideal because it’s very quiet yet not too far from Seminyak centre. Thank you Jay and your excellent team for taking such good care of us!

All I can say is, WOW. The villa was just beautiful and everything and more that I could hope for during my vacation! The staff was so helpful and so quick to help when I needed anything. Bathrooms should have their own review page haha most beautiful bathrooms I’ve ever seen. I could sleep in there and be happy! Stores were very close by, definitely walking distance for everywhere you need to be. Shopping, food, etc. I would recommend this villa to anyone going to Bali. You will not regret it!! We stay 2 night in Villa Kim with 2 puppies. The first day we had to check in very late at midnight. So we contacted Jay through Airbnb messenger and He always responds in the blink of an eye whenever we have questions. We've been using Airbnb for quite some time and Jay is the quickest responder of all. The Villa is very comfortable and large enough for 5 people and our 2 puppies. Every corner is clean. We had trouble with the tv and asked the assistant for a help and He came to fix it in less than 15 minutes. We enjoy our stay very much and would definitely stay again in the future.

Villa was homey and very comfortable. The host and staff was thoughtful and gave fast response. We had a great time. We definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone and would stay here again in the future.

The villa was amazing, super clean and super comfort for the beds. The lighting at night also amazing. All the electronics (AirCon, TVs, etc) went well. Located in the center but very quite in day and night, and yet near to Kayu Aya where we can find good places to eat and shops by only walking distance. The only room for improvement is only on the tv channel in the rooms as it is only provided with dvd player only without any tv program. But overall are amazing. Jay is a fantastic host, always reply my msg within minutes and always try to accomodate our needs while we stay in the villa. Definitely will come back again for my next trip.

We definitely enjoyed our stay on Villa Kim. Jay, the host were very friendly, and communicative and the staff help us through the check in /out process. We stayed for 2 nights , but its just not enough.. we’ll be back for sure!

I will all my thumbs up for the host... Jay is really nice to communicate with, he was responding everything so fast and in an orderly manner. Pak Ketut was also nice and helped clean out everything at times when he asked him to come. The villa is located in a strategic location at seminyak, pool was nice as well.. however more maintenance is needed for the garden area & a few areas around the villa (maybe because the villa was established a few years back then)... Thank you Jay... 😊😊

Jay was a great host. My family and I arrived earlier than expected and Jay had no problem with that last minute change. Ketut was wonderful and welcomed us as we arrived. Villa Kim had the toiletries we needed and the sheets were clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and was great for the children. Jay was easy and quick to communicate, which made our stay great. Breakfast menu was sent to us and the next day Komang was cooking our breakfast. Excellent. Overall, we are happy to have found Villa Kim and will come back. The location is great too.

2 things that I found exceptional about this place: 1. The host, Jay, went over and beyond to communicate and attend to our needs during our stay; for instances: taking care of the pool when we requested it to be cleaned, giving recommendations of where to go, pleasantly talk to us and make sure that we are taken care off. 2. The thoughtful design and amenities of the villa. The villa looks brand new, we love the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen area is fully equipped and we spent a lot of time cooking and hanging out in the living room. Other things that we think can be improved (perhaps out of the host's control) 1. There are some safety concern as the wood veranda is rather old and some wood panels are sticking out exposing nails. 2. Loud noises from partying neighbors. At midnight my wife and and mom were awoken by loud music from next door.

처음으로 숙박해본 에어비앤비 plus! 비싼건 비싼가격을 한다는것을 제대로 느꼈습니다ㅎㅎ 스미냑까지 산책하며 걸거가기에도 딱 알맞은 정도고 수영장도 정말 크더라구요! 굳이 이렇게 좋은 풀빌라에서 나갈필요가 있나..생각이 들었네요ㅎㅎ 너무나 친절하신 호스트님께서 궁금한점 금방금방 알려주셔서 너무 좋았구요~ 무엇보다 대접을 받는다는 느낌이 역시 최고!! 푹 쉬고 갑니다! 대박 짱좋음 담에도 또 와야겠어요~

We booked this villa 2 hours before arriving. The place was spotless and better than the photos showed. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. It’s in such a good location with all the best restaurants and bars a short walk or a quick moped away. We’ll be returning here for sure and have passed on the details to our friends that are heading over soon. Thanks for all you did Jay & Ketut
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Kim. The rooms were spacious and the place had everything we needed. The pool is big and is a perfect way to cool off during the day. House keeper Ketut was also very nice and friendly, helped us with everything we asked. The Villa is located away from the noise of the town, but close enough to the main street and the beach, both just 10 minutes away by foot or 2-3 minutes by car. All in all, I definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend unforgettable time in Seminyak

Amazing villa!! Jay was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Ketut, the housekeeper, was very friendly and was very thorough with his cleaning and meticulous attention to keeping the garden and pool looking like the pictures. Great aircon and bathrooms for each room. Highly recommend staying here.
Very nice place to stay, the pool was larger than other villas I’ve stayed in. Everything was exactly as pictured, only stayed for one night but everything was great.
Had the pleasure to stay at Jay's private Villa and it was absolutely stunning and they were absolutely welcoming, they allowed us to check in earlier as we arrived earlier than planned, and anything they needed they were more than happy to help with, the place is absolutely stunning and very big, can't wait to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Jay's villa. It's super private, located down a quiet road so there was no noise. The pool looks exactly like the photos, is huge, and perfect for the hot Bali weather. There were two of us staying so the third room was closed off. The shower had excellent water pressure and was hot. The living area/table was very comfortable. At our previous villa we had an issue with mosquitoes, but here we didn't see a single one! Wifi was strong and the AC's in the bedrooms were powerful. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Jay was super friendly and Katut (his assistant) was the perfect host.
Do yourself a favour and stay in this villa! Jay’s villa is such a hidden luxury from the hustle bustle but still central to everything you need. It has absolutely everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in Bali. Of course I can’t forget Ketut who is the villa manager/cleaner - he is so helpful and friendly. We will be returning (soon I hope!).

We had such a great stay at the villa. The communications with the host were absolutely excellent & all my questions were answered really quickly. We loved the villa, the bedroom/bathroom spacers were perfect! We stayed with 3 adults & 2 toddlers (aged 1 & 2) and the villa was perfect for everyone! Loved the pool morning, noon & night! We used the kitchen/dining area a lot as we had 2 little ones to feed & everything worked really well. Jay & his team were so accomodating. They answered all my questions and helped out in so many ways, thank you!!

Spending 1 night in this villa was a great choice! Jay kept on maintaining us and so helpful. The ambience is great. The pool is quite big, great place for chillax. My friends and I really enjoyed our holiday in Villa Kim and felt so sad when we had to go back home because this place is so homey! This place so strategic, also close to everywhere. And worth for money for sure!

We stayed at Villa Kim for 5 nights in Sept 19. From the moment we booked out reservation we knew we had booked the perfect place. Communication from Jay and daily from Ketut was exceptional. Nothing was a problem and Villa Kims proximity to Seminyak was brilliant but the privacy that the villa provided was exactly what we wanted and needed. It was quiet, very well equipped and just a perfect place for our holiday. 5 Stars, highly recommended Villa and A+ service from Jay , Ketut and Budi the driver who was sensational. The house was beautiful! Great pool and lounge area for during the day - amazing location. Really easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go! Jay, Ketut and Budi were so helpful for the whole stay. We absolutely recommend this place & can’t wait to come back and stay again! Excellent airport pickup. And we also organised massages at the house which were really great.
The staff was very responsive and attentive. My friend and a small accident in the city and the staff jumped in to help out. They were very thoughtful. Jay is a awesome guy and would most certainly stay with them again.

Great Place to stay! Would recommend to others! Very quick and easy communication with host. They provided transport to the accommodation which was great. They were flexible with check in/out times. The place was very comfortable and clean. It is close walking distance to many shops and cafes, but despite this the house itself was nice and quiet so had a great sleep every night.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday recently and we could not have been happier with our choice of accommodation. The villa is beautiful, in an excellent location and with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. What blew us away even more was the incredible hospitality shown to us by Jaeyoung and Ketut. From the moment we made our booking, Jaeyoung was very helpful and welcoming and when we arrived at the villa we were thrilled to see that they had arranged happy birthday balloons and even a personalised birthday cake for our special occasion. This kind of generous and thoughtful hospitality meant the world to us and we would certainly recommend this villa to our family and friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful time in Seminyak!
入住体验很好 像小时候在装修杂志里才会看见的房子 室内卫生也很好 唯一的建议就是公共区域床榻和泳池那里那里可能用太久了？ 毛巾啊 充气玩具啊 都不太干净 泳池水不太清 可能没法改善？ 似乎看起来和周围的人家的用水流通的？ 总体来说还是性价比很高的 两个人住有点冷清 但是这样私密性更好 哈哈 我们的下一拨入住客人是两个三人之家来的

We only had one night here, but wished we had many more. Great location. The gazebo by the pool was so lovely and the open plan living was superb. Felt like the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of town. Great communication and support. Great bed and shower! We will definitely go back.
Nice place！ 绝对值得的地方！ 起初房东发给我的找路信息我没看到，但看到后很快照着路了！ 每个房间都宽敞 都各有特色 唯一不足的是有老鼠出没 还有在餐厅吃东西稍微不注意收拾第二天会有很多蚂蚁 其他基本都很赞！ 性价比很高！

Clean place some how they do a great job of keeping away bugs, they’re weren’t any inside and even in the outside kitchen and living room I didn’t see any fly’s or mosquitos. Its a quiet place clean rooms plenty of soaps towels pillows and toilet paper and very quick on responses, i would definitely stay here again

Awesome place for a great price! This vacation spot has a large pool, a large patio and kitchen space as well as very clean rooms. Not to mention, the location was next to so many shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a 20 min. Walk to the beach or 2 min grab ride. Would highly recommend!
A very beautiful villa in a modern Balinese style with a lovely pool. Great touches such as the water cooler which was great for cold and hot tea and coffee (which were supplied). Plenty of shampoo, shower wash, and loads of towels as wells as beach towels we could take to the beach. Prompt communication with host. Altogether a wonderful stay and would definitely go back!

Location was good, within walking distance to good food. May have a little trouble finding the place when you first get there but once you get your directions in order, there will be landmarks that will lead you home. Nice and big space, suitable for big group of friends or family. Love the hospitality of the staff in the villa and the quick response from the host!
I was very impressed with this villa. it was close to main strips but far away enough to feel private and secluded. the housekeeping was perfect and responses on the AirBnB app were always quick. not to mention the place was beautiful!
Jaeyoungs place is very nice. I liked the bath tubs :) Perfect also for families with small kids, they can play in the garden. Within 3 minutes walking distance you are in the middle of restraurants , massages etc. Thank you Jaeyoung

La villa est tout simplement fabuleuse, un petit coin de paradis idéalement placé à Seminyak. Proche de toutes commodités (supermarché juste en face). Deux chambres parfaitement entretenues, une piscine privée qui me manque déja avec des transats à disposition. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et l’accueil a été chaleureux.
Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben schön offen und sauber. Unser Ansprechpartner Hendra war sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen . Alles wurde super organisiert von Roller mieten , sim Karte besorgen , Abholung vom Flughafen und Wäsche waschen. Im Fazit: absolut zu empfehlen ! :)

Loved the villa! Definitely one of the best airbnb we've stayed in. Amenities were complete. Outstanding service too :) the minute details from welcome party and drinks to daily changing of laundry are impeccable.
Jaeyoung's villa was amazing. Location is very convenient for shopping and food. Also, the hospitality given by his staff and the housekeeping service was superb! The only little problem was having insufficient hot water when taking showers. Other than that, I strongly recommend everyone to visit and give this villa a try!
The place is excellent for our family. It looks exactly as we expected, it is new, clean and are very well maintained. The pool is modest in size but very clean and good depth. We can relax in the villa in the morning and venture outside in the afternoon and night. The place is very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The manager is very helpful and courteous. Jaeyoung is a good host and was in communication with me during check in and check out. Thanks Jaeyoung for letting us use your place. Highly recommend it for small family travelling to Bali.

Jaeyoung's place in Seminyak was beautiful and very well kept. His house is super clean and as good as the pictures. The location is great too as it is in the heart of Seminyak. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the private pool and the privacy this place offers. Would love to stay here again. Lastly the staff was good and Jaeyoung was only a message away.
