Exploring Sharma Springs 5 bds Luxurious Bamboo Mansion Pool left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Sharma Springs 5 bds Luxurious Bamboo Mansion Pool was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Abiansemal plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Sharma Springs 5 bds Luxurious Bamboo Mansion Pool painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The place is more beautiful than the pictures. The only reason I am giving it three stars is that they charged me $50 USD for dirty bed sheets, that can be washed easily, but the manager said it is too dirty and I have to pay $50 for a fitted sheet (which I paid her in cash before I left). So just make sure not to dirty the towels or the sheets in the house.

We had such a wonderful and truly unique experience staying here for two nights. The house itself is absolutely incredible and even more impressive in real life. Staying in such a beautiful bamboo house was a very special experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bali. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and very well designed, and the garden and surroundings were absolutely stunning. Everything felt peaceful and surrounded by nature. The food was delicious, and communication with the staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and always responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed something. Everything was well organized and made our stay feel very easy and relaxing. We stayed here as a group and had a fantastic time. It is such a special place and completely different from anywhere else we stayed in Bali. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for a unique and unforgettable experience.

An absolutely unforgettable stay! Sharma Springs House is a destination in itself. Its unique architecture and extraordinary concept make it one of the most remarkable places we've ever stayed. What the listing doesn't even fully capture, is the exceptional level of service. When you order food from the restaurant, the staff actually come to the house to prepare and serve it fresh on site. The team is incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making you feel truly cared for throughout your stay. We couldn't recommend Sharma Springs House more highly and would love to return!

Sharma Springs is incredible and well worth a visit. Be mindful that Sharma Springs is remote with not many local restaurants so plan ahead. The place is simply incredible, the architecture is amazing, the views stunning and the relaxation off the charts.

This place is even better than the photos. Truly beautiful architecture and design. Being able to escape the heat with the AC in the bedrooms and media room was a really nice modern touch that made the experience even more comfortable. Really enjoyed exploring this home with my family and would highly recommend if you want a unique and peaceful experience.

Uniquely beautiful villa in natural surrounding with friendly housekeeper who tailored to our needs. the only downside was the noise from nearby football match (?) and live music every night we stayed there.

The place blew us away! We stayed in the house for 2 days and wished we could have stayed more. It had an open eco friendly design which allowed us to enjoy the Balinese weather and living. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly and ensured that all our needs were met. We enjoyed the pool, massage and complimentary breakfast. Definitely worth the experience.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Sharma spring Villa! The most stunning and unique Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. We loved the bamboo , open spaces, cosy bedrooms and beautiful views. Eva was a great host and very responsive!! We had a great relaxing time there for our first few days in Bali.

I cannot imagine a better plave ever created. This was the most incredible accommodation i have ever seen. Every tiny detail qas an artwork. The beautiful pictures of in the listing cannot convey how truely incredible it is. We were also spoiled by the staff and the kids enjoyed it too! My son does suggest they should have a slipperly slide from the top all the way down to make it even better. 😆 the location was not in a tourist area but it was so good we didnt want to leave it anyway!! It is easy to find towns close by with a car however and the staff were so accomodating cooking us full meals and massages! I will never forget this incredible experience. If you can stay here once in your life you must!

Wow! Sharman Springs is far more beautiful than pictured. This was the most unique, fun and beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Our family of 9 had planned one day to stay and enjoy the place without leaving and were so glad we did. The staff was amazing and took care of arranging everything for our stay. We ended up arriving late the first day because of the weather, and they were incredibly accommodating. They arranged our meals to be delivered from their local restaurant and one night we had a special celebration. We enjoyed massages at the villa. The staff was kind enough to arrange laundry service for us too. The workmanship of the villa is incredible. We enjoyed the pool, the incredible views and natural setting (while having the opportunity to sleep and hang out in air conditioning). Staying at Sharma Springs is truly a once in a lifetime experience not to be missed! Special thanks to Wayan and his staff for making our vacation so special!

Wow! I almost do know where to begin with this review. Our stay here in June 2025 was amazing! It looks even more spectacular than the photos! It would have been difficult for us to find if we were on our own but we asked the host to arrange our transportation there and it was great! The driver they set up for us was super great and professional. Either way when we arrived one of the house managers was waiting for us outside and walked us back to the amazing house. It is through and alley which looks crazy at first but when you get to the very private house , WOW! Check in was great, and we set up chef services through them which i could not recommend more amazing food and the nicest chef and team! Very accommodating with our allergies! The house is middle of no where but it was an amazing escape if you are looking to unwind and relax. We had massages in house, mason elephant sanctuary and chocolate making tour while we were there! House is jungle aka buggy but they clean!

The foods and the scenery are great and we loved the stay! Its heaven and we'd love to come back soon :) Thank you!!!

This place is gorgeous - a real architectural wonder. We were a group of 10 women and we loved exploring all 6(!!!) levels of the home. It is so beautiful and the staff made sure we were taken care of from a smooth check in to introducing us to a local chef to cook delicious meals for us. One thing to note on the home if staying with a group is that some bathrooms don't have doors (or clear glass) so keep that in mind when you decide who to share a room with.

The Sharma Springs home was incredible. Highlight of our stay in Bali. Every time we'd return home or wake up in the morning and walk out to the balcony we'd think, I can't believe we're staying in this place. Such a unique and beautiful home, spacious and open to the jungle but felt secluded and private. We thought with how open the living area was that there would be more bugs but we hardly saw any. Don't think I'll every stay anywhere quite as incredible as this house.

Sharma Springs felt like it should be more expensive than it was - it was absolutely beautiful. I was worried the bedrooms would be less well done as it’s all made from bamboo but I was very wrong - air conditioning was great, bathrooms were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house actually has 5 double rooms, one of the rooms has 2 extra single beds in it as well. This is probably the nicest property I’ve stayed at, grab was good for food deliveries and the local green village cafe was good (first breakfast was included). If you’re tempted - just book this one - unique, beautiful and overall an amazing place.

All o can say is “Wow!” I had the most incredible stay at Sharma House in Bali, nestled in the stunning Green Village. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home, safe, and cared for in the open jungle environment. The food was very good, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that made each meal a treat. The staff even picked some passion fruit from the nearby jungle to give to a member of my party who was sick on our trip and could use the vitamin-C. This is the quality of service that Wayan and his team provide! The entire property was well-organized, and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The bamboo architecture is nothing short of breathtaking — truly a marvel to experience. The serenity and natural beauty surrounding the house made for a peaceful and unforgettable stay. Amazing experience, the attention to detail was next level on the building of the treehouse and the staff attentiveness. nothing was too much trouble to arrange for you. so many areas to use if you want space to your self and also areas to be together as a large group. we had our meals brought to us and the staff unpacked it and set up the table beautifully. would definitely recommend this experience, but prepare your self for the stairs to each level 😃👍

This place was very Unique! I loved how much bamboo there was everywhere! the staff were friendly an amazing, and the aircon was a huge bonus for those hot nights! i loved the views, pools and even the river down below. 10/10 what a fantastic stay.

What a beautiful experience staying here. It's a lot to take in at first and really is an architectural feat. It's a bit of a drive out of Ubud but also a relief to come back to such a calming and peaceful setting. Good communication from the host, 24hr security and an onsite manager during the day. They can organise meals to be prepared at the house, laundry, transport etc. We really felt fortunate to have spent some time in this beautiful mansion.

I travel a lot, and I don't think I've ever stayed at a more fantastic and unique place. The architecture and design of the home are truly remarkable. The area doesn't have a lot near by, but you wont need to leave the house for any reason. The staff is super helpful and can take care of everything from getting food/drink, setting up tours, private chefs, massages. If you have the chance to book here do it immediately its a once in a lifetime place to see!

Everything about this place is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Sharma Springs. The highlight for us was the pool. It was a private, refreshing paradise and the pool was well kept. We ordered off the green village menu, self catered at Pepito and had some amazing chef meals by Chef Ibu - she looked after us wonderfully and was very kind. The other part we enjoyed was the view across to the green village - it was a great location, peaceful and private.

Magical once again! Our second stay was fabulous - Sharma Springs is beautiful. Just book it! But do know you are limited on food choices and the neighborhood is remote. But you want to stay and enjoy this amazing home that is truly a work of art - so don’t plan on leaving too much!

This was a very unique experience in a very beautiful tree house! The pool was heavenly! The service was wonderful and Wayan was super helpful with arranging evening massages at the house as well as a fabulous family yoga session for us our last morning! It was out of control of the host, but we experienced very smokey air while we were there from a local agriculture burn and because you are in an open air house you can’t help but breathe it while in shared living spaces. The villa wasn’t quite as remote as we expected…you are definitely in a lush jungle with views of a river, but house backs up to a residential neighborhood with some barking dogs. Mosquitoes were not a problem for us- didn’t encounter many as we followed instructions on keeping bedroom doors closed. The highlight of the house is the childrens’ play room! They had the coolest hanging reading chair and a beautiful writing nook with pencils and drawing paper. My children spent tons of time reading here! Thanks Wayan!

This is the most magical place that I've ever stayed. We actually stayed at a similar house in the Green Village 10 years ago, and the reality of our second visit was just as good as I remember our first. It is even better than the pictures. As you can see from the pictures, it is huge, has amazing architecture, and views of the jungle. The staff is very attentive--- they clean and make up the rooms each day. They are able to serve 3 meals a day to your listing if you like. So the service is just as a great as everything else. We were there with our kids, ages 7-9, and they were loved it too.

The whole team at Sharma Springs was as incredible as the home itself. Truly blessed to be able to stay at this special place with these special people looking after us. Absolutely remarkable place and experience.

The architecture of the bamboo villa is nothing short of spectacular. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the bamboo construction are awe-inspiring, showcasing a perfect marriage of sustainability and luxury. The host Wayan and team (Eva, Made and Maga) were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also hired Chef Ibu, for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was AMAZING, especially her BBQ New Years eve dinner!      Overall, our time at the villa was an unforgettable experience. If you're seeking a unique and luxurious retreat that harmonizes with nature, this bamboo villa is an absolute gem. Thank you to the hosts for creating such a remarkable haven!

What an incredible adventure staying in this beautiful natural house! Highly recommend staying here, the staff took excellent care of us. We asked for dinner to be arranged for us on arrival as we were a group of 11, all very easy and convenient to organise, the food was excellent. Great breakfast buffet the next morning, just what we needed to end our 4 day family roadtrip around Bali. Even our teenage kids loved roaming around the property and discovering every corner. It feels like a giant treehouse, with all modern amenities available but discretely tucked away, absolutely magical! Immerse yourself in the sounds of the nature you are surrounded by and let go. It felt very strange going back to our 'bricks and mortar' home afterwards. We went to visit the inspirational company that builds these incredible houses the next day. We'll be back! Thank you! :)

We had high expectations when we booked this place but Sharma Spring exceeded at many levels. The place is exceptionally beautiful, showcasing grand architectural features in a private, lush valley surroundings over looking the river. It has all the modern amenities one would expect from a five star hotel, thoughtfully crafted using sustainable materials - think water faucets made of actual stone, copper sink, & everything else bamboo. The house also came with 2 housekeepers who keep the place spotless everyday, help you run errands, tidying up after you cook. We decided to have Christmas lunch at home, and on a short notice, the chef Ibu made a fantastic local feast including the local signature pork dish and completed with a marigold Christmas tree and decorations we had a great time enjoying the lunch watching rainfall over the valley. We had a great time at the deep pool too, great for diving and swimming in crystal clear water. Overall a very happy group and would love to be back.

Special architecture and unique stay. The house is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious. If you choose to stay here, make sure you give yourself enough time to enjoy the place. Hiring a chef to cook dinner for us was definitely the right choice, as it gave us more time to experience the house. A quick tip is to bit to close the curtains as you’re going to bed because by the morning the first thing you see will be the mesmerizing greens of the surrounding forest. The pool is relatively small but cosy. The staff is helpful. Access to the house is a bit hard as there is an extremely narrow road leading up to it and most drivers don’t want to or physically can’t get in. You are separated from the rest of the Green Village by a river which gives you extra privacy but makes it a bit more challenging to request things on the other hand. However the staff is very helpful you get over this minor inconvenience.

There are many beautiful and comfortable places to stay in Airbnb, but none like Sharma Spring house that would overwelm us with WOW. There is WOW in the architecture, indoor/outdoor living, surrounding nature, magnificent views and 5 stars service. There aren't many good restaurants close by, but one can order some nice meals on grab or gojek. Very special place and certainly one of the best place to stay in all of Airbnb properties around the world

Our stay at Sharma Springs was nothing short of amazing, the construction of the property is awe inspiring and the outlook and views are breathtaking, The staff, Ava, Desak, Madi, plus chefs and help were 5 star quality, friendly, helpful and created and peaceful and calm energy which matched the property. Beautiful location, beautiful home very unique. We were greeted by the host who made us late at night. Felt safe as there was a security 24 hours a day. We were greeted with breakfast in the morning, and were able to accommodate my setting up breakfast in the pool at our request. I will definitely stay here again.

I am not sure where to start. Usually, I don’t leave reviews. However, after staying at this treehouse, I feel I would do this injustice by not expressing my experience. Let’s start by saying wow, unbelievable, impeccable, exquisite, luxurious. These words do not give the treehouse justice for our experience from check-in to check-out; every detail and accommodation was out of this world. By far the best Airbnb location I have ever stayed at; the staff, chef, and house manager were easy to communicate with and great to work with. Every need we had was accommodated, even last minute details for celebrating a birthday and anniversary. They found a way to make our celebration a success. I am forever thankful for the opportunity to stay in such an incredible treehouse.

Sharma Springs turned out to be as magical as it looked on TV and in pictures. And our second trip to Green Village – this time staying at Sharma Springs instead of admiring it from across the creek – was likewise enthralling from start to finish. The daring and imaginative architecture and exquisite interior are matched by a exceptionally kind and gregarious staff, particularly Milna, who stayed way beyond her finishing hours to help us care for the baby. We had a wonderful and mystical time amidst the peaceful yet evocative space that transcends the liminal boundary between nature and home.

The villa is an architectural marvel and is one of the most stunning and unique properties you’ll ever stay in. Make sure ask for a tour of the green village, where they’ll explain to you a bit of the construction process and show you some of the other bamboo villas. Eva and her team are marvelous. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

Unwind and put your feet up at this spectacular tree house in the forest. The architecture is out of this world and the staff are so happy and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend a family or a group of friends experience this one of a kind accommodation 10/10.

What an amazing experience at this bamboo architectural marvel. The pictures don't do justice to all of the details in every room and around the grounds. We loved our two nights here. The Green Village team took great care of us and the meals ordered from the Warung, prepared in the kitchen were great. On our second afternoon we had a wood carving class in the living room from Nyoman, a master carver. We enjoyed the class and gained an even greater appreciation for the craftsmanship that the Balinese put into the art and architecture. All in all a rewarding once-in-a-lifetime visit to Sharma Springs.

This has to be one of my favorite places in the world! It’s honestly breathtaking how beautiful this place is when you first walk up to it. I spent some of the most peaceful days here and the staff was just amazing! I will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! My kids have so much fun. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The bamboo factory visit was very informative and definitely make you appreciate the house and all the furnitures in the house even more.

The bamboo villa was a masterpiece - a unique spectacular experience. We have never been to such a place - in a midst of busy suburbs you suddenly land in a magnificient villa located in a beatiful jungle. The hosts were very welcome and helpful. This place is higly recommended. During our stay there were no mosquitos, pleasent wind and spectacular views. We enjoyed evenings in common areas. The staff very helpful, drivers available at all times. Close to nearby attractions in Ubud, Nusa Dua and other places.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sharma Springs!

I dreamt of coming here for years because I am a huge fan of the hardy family’s bamboo work. I’ve been in a number of bamboo houses including the laputa villas and the Bambu indah hotel and needless to say there’s nothing as impressive as sharma springs’ architecture. Yes it is alone on the other side of the river (there’s no bridge anymore, you need to drive to green village) but every room is equal in size, air conditioned with full en-suite bathroom, their own balconies. I have gone on the green village tour and visited the temple and river house, they were all pretty amazing but some rooms in these houses were completely open with no glass and air con, that just seemed kinda unfair lol. sharma springs was located higher with its own spa room, yoga pavilion, its pool is the one that’s actually big enough to swim in not just dip in, that entrance bridge alone is a piece of art, the height overcomes the hot humidity of the valley. It is the ultimate wilderness experience.

Magical structure with such carefully thought out details. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Made ("Mah-day") was very friendly and attentive with his service.

Truly amazing villa, a treat to stay there. The food they will cook for you is superb and I would really recommend getting the traditional musicians to come and play for you in the evening and Lili’s yoga classes. Hope to be back!

Absolutely amazing place. The treehouse was something out of a movie. All meals were exceptional and housekeepers went above and beyond with service. We had a massage whilst we were there and I have never felt so relaxed on a holiday. Thank you so much for giving me and my family some amazing memories in Bali

WOW, WOW, WOW!! Absolutely incredible. This place was definitely a dream! From the entryway, to each floor, then to each room.. stunning! Everyone is so accommodating, attentive, & friendly! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Things to keep in mind, it is in a small town but has a jungle feel. It is quite a bit of commuting if you want to go anywhere. However, they do provide you with a private driver if you need one. Make sure to contact the host for a driver ahead of time to pick you up from the airport for less hassle. An amazing experience, perfect place to spend with friends. We were able to enjoy the luxury of the experience and the serenity of the surrounding area. A great place to hunker down. Enjoyed in house food and massages, outstanding quality. A friend was even able to organize a home cooking course.

Most beautiful house I have ever seen. It is not as secluded as you would think, it is next to other eco friendly houses and streets with smalls shops and restaurant are just in front of the house. Cleanliness was perfect, everything is very comfortable. The staff is great.

This place is amazing!! We stayed here for our honeymoon and have talked about how it would be so great to bring friends with us and really soak up all Sharma Springs has to offer - simply magical!

Amazing place.Host Wayan is a great person..He looks after all our need. The pace is very clean near to beach though beach was not that clean but property is amazing.

This is a gorgeous place. Villa was spacious, articulated designed and breathtaking 😍. The services where professional and incredible. The staff are well trained and great with communication and are helpful. I will definitely come again for a longer stay and highly recommend it.

Such an amazing home. The view is gorgeous and the house is wayyyy better in person. Eva was so helpful with everything we needed and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We had the chefs come in and the food was great. We also had massages one of the days and the ladies that did them were amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Truly magical house and space!

We had a great time at the Sharma Springs, it's a wonderful bamboo paradise nestled amongst the forest, where you can have a full nature immersion. The staff was super helpful and cooked delicious meals for us (we specially recommend the Indian menu). It was super relaxing and inspiring, the perfect way to start the year! We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it to other guests!

The home is absolutely breathtaking.. a true architectural masterpiece and the management is lovely, attentive and responsive. *A note to those who book the home- there is staff on site that will be entering the home unannounced throughout your stay so it would be advisable to ask for a bit of privacy if you are using the home for more of a romantic getaway.

I have delayed this review long enough. I just have no words. This stay was an experience like on other. The beauty, hospitality and overall cultural touches were like none I have seen. The onsite staff were attentive to our needs and available when needed. We had a couple of minor communication breakdowns, but nothing worth turning a brow up about. The house is gorgeous, well-kept and well staff. The local team helped coordinate 7 in house massage therapists, petal baths, floating breakfast. It was just an epic experience. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much for making my 40th birthday such a defining moment in my life. 🖤

This villa was absolutely breathtaking , everything about it was just so beautiful! We stayed there for 2 nights 3 days and didn’t leave to villa as the location is quite far away from the main attractions. Do take note that the living and dining area is semi outdoors so there are a lot of insects and mosquitoes

Almost every villa in Bali is a adventure but this one crowns them all for the authentic but innovated bamboo structure, all custom made , exquisite furniture, carefully layered master plan, above all, a classical swimming pool to make everybody happy under the hot, humid weather. The breeze at the living room with the valley view is a burden reliever. There are water in every room. If one order food from their warung, the staffs who bring the food here will warm it up. There’s a lady who will clean up the dishes after every meal. Wayan who helps manage the place gives u great help beforehand. It is outrageously pricy for ordinary people. But of course, this place is not for the ordinaries.

Our work team of 5 stayed at the house for only one night. Wish we could have stayed longer. Eva, the host we communicated with, did an amazing job with logistics. The entire villa team was warm and caring. The bamboo house is stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Words cannot describe what one feels when when first entering this villa. This bamboo home is absolutely incredible. My family and I had a planned itinerary to explore Ubud and accomplished nothing because we just wanted to stay and explore/ soak in this beautiful bamboo castle and wouldn’t change it for the world. Thank you to the host for superb communication and being so kind. It’s been a pleasure and truly an unforgettable experience.

Love/Passion for nature, for architecture, for service... for every minute details from the coordination before the trip up to when we experience the house and its amenities and till we bid goodbye... Absolutely gorgeous with amazing views!

Our group of 10 stayed at Sharma Springs for 3 nights and all wish we had more time there. The home is beautiful and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The mansion is as magical as it appears in the pictures or maybe more magical. The attention to details is mind blowing. We loved the atmosphere because it took us all far away from our normal lives. As my sister says the mansion itself was an adventure in its own. It was so inspiring to spend time in the place. However, to be more useful in my feedback: I would like to emphasize on the stairs. They are many and they need little strength. So, if you have someone with medical condition in their legs or back or pregnant. The place won’t be so convenient. Also, I would encourage you to bring snacks and some food with you to stock the fridge because if you need something after 6, you have to get out and bring it yourself. Any service is available before six.

The villa is very beautiful, definitely a one of a kind. Eva is an amazing manager, who really helped us coordinate small and large details for a perfect trip. The staff are also lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The moment we stepped into the Sharma House we were blown away. This mansion made of bamboo is just spectacular. I have stayed in many amazing places but very few have given me that “take your breath away” reaction like this one did. The way this place lights up during sunset is beautiful. It’s a great space to just enjoy and relax. The bedrooms all have AC and a bet around the beds to keep bugs out. We also love that there was someone there each day to take our food orders. Staying here was a unique experience we will never forget.

Wow... just wow!!! I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. My friends and I were only able to stay here for a night, and we pretty much locked ourselves in the whole time because you’re not going to want to leave! The pictures are exactly what it looks like, only there is so much more to the “bamboo castle” to take advantage of. You feel like a little kid again that can’t decide which seat to sit in or which room to play in! Eva is easily reachable via WhatsApp to place any food orders/spa treatments that come to you/local recommendations, you name it. The kitchen and living room floor is the perfect spot to just hang out, listen to music on surround sound, play cards or board games, watch the sunset and eat, drink, and be merry! The media room is cozy and homey and a perfect spot to rewind with your friends for the night in front of a movie (which they have tons of). Be sure to go down to the river via their private entrance- it feels like you have the whole Ayung River to yourself! Wayan was also an incredible host- there was a scheduling issue with another one of his homes, and he was super helpful and able to work out pricing in order to accommodate us to stay at this one. Highly, HIGHLY recommend everyone stay here and will definitely be back!!
