Exploring Spacious 1BR apartment w/ kitchen left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Spacious 1BR apartment w/ kitchen was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Spacious 1BR apartment w/ kitchen painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Not great, just okay

Everything was just perfect ! The house is beautifull and all the staff are so kind. I will come back 100%.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. The villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for the last few days of our Bali holiday. The location was convenient while still feeling relaxing and private. The team was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was always easy, and they were very accommodating when our plans changed on our final day. We really appreciated the flexibility and hospitality. Overall, a fantastic experience and a lovely way to finish our Bali trip. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you to the whole team!

A great place to stay in overall. the admin/host was responsive and helpful, and the security and manager were also great at helping and explaining things to me. Location-wise, the surroundings are quite bland and there’s not much to do, tbh. But Seminyak is only around a 10-minute Gojek ride away, so it’s not really a big deal. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bedroom window directly faces the road, so privacy is probably around 2/10 (if you dont close the blinds lol).

Lovely stay, perfect for couple! Super clean (cleaning done daily without asking) and all kitchen equipment and utensils are complete as we enjoy cooking our own meals.

5 stars for our stay at Baobab Villas⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment is just as lovely as the photos, with a fully equipped kitchen to cook our own meals and a cleaning service. But what made it, was the host, security and housekeepers who were super friendly and accommodating! We felt very safe and were given brilliant suggestions on what the local area has to offer. Definitely recommend!!

Best service i’ve receive

We had an amazing stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and everything you need is nearby. The staff are kind and helpful. They are just a message away in case you need anything. The villa is also fully equipped with a functioning kitchen and it is super cozy. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Bali.

It really feels like a home away from home. We loved the personal welcome-it meant a lot to us. We had such a great stay! The location is also nice-quiet, safe, and with 24-hour security, so we felt very comfortable. They made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely come back!

This was my first space in Bali and I felt so welcomed and cared for from the airport pickup, to helping me load my bags in the car for my next booking. I particularly loved the security right outside the gate & the professionalism of the staff. The villa manager and I had a BEAUTIFUL conversation for almost an hour, and it was so nice to feel that sense of community as a solo traveler. Everything I needed was provided, and they even checked on me daily for a cleaning. The house is STUNNING. If there wasn’t another booking right after mine I would’ve extended, but I get it. It’s really an amazing place. I felt safe, luxurious, and cared for. Will definitely be booking here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The service, security, and cleaning services were top notch. Everyone is extremely accommodating + the villa is super cozy and clean. We moved from a not-so-good airbnb to this one and it was such a relief and saved our trip. Will come again :)

It’s in a great location and have a nice cafe nearby named downtime which I oftenly visited. It’s 10-20 minutes from Canggu, Seminyak & most of the nice places depending on the traffic. Nice to have a 24 hours security guard and they are all so polite and welcoming.

It was a fantastic stay. The highlight was Tropically team, who were keen on offering the best experience possible: daily cleanings, help whenever I needed, responding to any inquiry instantly. Everyone was truly so friendly and kind. The apartment is incredibly clean—had a great setup with a fully stocked kitchen, and amenities in the washroom. Bed was super comfortable too. Would highly recommend this place!

I stayed here with my girlfriend and booked this place as we both work online and needed seperate spaces to work, and it was perfect! The 24/7 security outside our apartment were very friendly and helpful, making us feel safe. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful, only a 10 minute ride into the main part of town. The bedroom was comfortable and well set out. Kitchen and lounge room was also a nice place to hang out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend! The only downside is since we work from home, the wifi connection wasn’t the strongest, and the shower tended to cut out every now and then, but it didn’t bother us much, it was still very enjoyable and worth the money!

Loved the place!! It was very close to a cafe and all things fun in Seminyak. Moreover, the staff ensured our rooms were always clean and would also adjust their cleaning times as per our schedule. They would go above and beyond to organise everything in the room and would also get us water and all from the closed alfamart when asked.

Such a nice and cosy apartment! It looks exactly like the photos, super clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect — close to Canggu, Berawa, Batu Belig, and many other areas. I really enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Location is strategic, easy to get any where. Also with 24h security gives peace of mind. Also has car park space which is added advantage. Place is well decorated and comfortable.

I stayed at Baobab Villas for a month and had a really great time there. The place is super cozy, clean, stylish and comfortable. The location is quiet, peaceful and convenient (easy to get to Canggu and Kuta beach alike). The property manager, security guards and the cleaning staff are super nice and chill, it was always pleasant communicating with them. Highly recommend the place and would stay there again.

The apartments are designed for 1-2 people, they are two-story: downstairs there is a kitchen-living room with a small sofa, upstairs there is a bedroom. The apartments are clean, cozy, stylish, it is obvious that they are looked after. Daily cleaning is included. The mattress on the bed was high and comfortable. The kitchen has utensils for cooking, a blender, a toaster. There are umbrellas. We checked in remotely, the keys were left in the safe. There is parking for a car. The disadvantages are that the first floor was not private due to the fact that next to the front door there are chairs in which the security guard and other staff sit, who constantly talk or loudly turn on the phone. Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom was directed at the bed, at the face, and the blowing speed was not adjustable, so it was noisy.

This is by far the best place I've stayed in Bali. It’s spacious, relaxing, and has a great atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Ми залишились максимально задоволені перебуванням та будемо раді повернутись. Вілла двоповерхова, чиста, сучасна, з комфортною кухнею (на якій ми готували щодня). Було багато місця, знаходяться апартаменти в тихому місці. Дуже любʼязний персонал, який проводжав і зустрічав нас при виході, навіть допоміг вирішити проблемну ситуацію з водієм. Швидка комункація через вотсап, питання вирішувались вкрай оперативно. Зручностей в апартаментах було навіть більше, ніж очікувалось. З мінусів можемо відзначити: Кондиціонер на другому поверсі направлений прямо на ліжко, і це не надто комфортно вночі; Провітрення ванної кімнати іноді було недостатнє - але в сезон дощів це може пояснюватись і зовнішніми умовами. Ще не вистачало якоїсь тераси, щоб вийти і посидіти - але цього і не було зазначено в умовах початково. Готові повертатись та радити іншим.

It was a private and peaceful place, but still accessible to amazing restaurants and cafes around. Hosts are very responsive too

My stay was simply perfect ! I will have to come here again. The apartment felt so homely. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole house was super clean ! they take your security seriously and have a security guard outside always. Agung the villa manager was extremely accommodating. He attended to all my needs and kept himself flexible for me. Cannot recommend this place enough !

Stayed here for 2 weeks and I had an amazing stay. Agung ( the Manager) is responsive and quick to act on any issues you might be having. The housekeeping staff as well as the security staff is very friendly and take their job very seriously. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks!

Amazing place 😍

We had a wonderful stay at David's place. The place felt very homey and just like how we had imagined it to be seen from the pictures and description. The place is also very strategically located and was peaceful during the night (no club noises were heard). The team is also very cooperative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. It was very mindful of them to provide fruits during our stay.

1층의 pool villa에서도 좋은 경험을 가졌었고 이 번이 2번째로 이용합니다. 빨래 건조대가 없어서 불편하였으나 요청하는 즉시 제공해 주었습니다. Baobab Villa는 최고의 숙소입니다.

숙소는 깨끗하고 그럭저럭 만족하지만 주변에 공사현장이 꽤 있고 도로변에 쓰레기가 많아 불을 지르는지 연기 때문에 숨쉬기가 힘들었어요 직원들은 친절해요

Easy access, very friendly stuff, clean apartment.I recommend this place for first days in Bali

Was warmly welcomed by Sri upon check in. She showed us around the apartment and made sure that we settled in nicely. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, toilet facilities were good and housekeeping was done everyday. From 7pm - 7am, there is a security guard stationed which made us feel safe. Even though we faced problems with water supply on the last day of the stay, Sri and her team fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Very good place to stay

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Sri and the staff always responded very quickly if we needed anything. Also, it was great to have access to Netflix. Overall this was an excellent place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone.

David’s place is cosy and comfortable. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s away from the crowd but not far from shops and restaurants. It’s about 15mins away to the beach by bike. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of insects problem at the beginning, but they arranged pest control immediately. And the helpers come to clean everyday, which is very nice of them. The only downside is the AC is a bit loud. I’ll definitely recommend it.

the place was so great, they have a perfect hospitality. there was a problem in bathroom sink at first but they can solve it very quick. absolutely we will go back at David's place when we go to Bali. thankyou somuch!!!!
