Exploring Spacious 2BR Villa • Walk to Seminyak Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Spacious 2BR Villa • Walk to Seminyak Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Spacious 2BR Villa • Walk to Seminyak Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
The villa looks like the photos and was a good place to unwind. We spent most of our time in the fabulous pool. There are some great restaurants in the area, as well as massage spas and we especially loved coffee and smoothies from Local Coffee (3 min walk from villa). The villa staff were super responsive, kind and friendly and rectified an issue we had as soon as they could. Thank you for having us.
We would like to thank everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. This was our first trip to Bali and while it didn’t end as we had hopped it would with our son getting sick we were grateful for our villa that was pristine and the team who were there for us. We will be back 😊
I had a great 5-night stay at Casa Orana. The location is amazing — an easy 5 minute walk to the beach for morning strolls, daytime swims and sundowners. My favourites were Moonlite Kitchen (the view!) and drinks at Chiri Bar every eveing. It was also very easy to reach excellent restaurants and coffee shops in less thatn 15-20 minutes of walking. No scooters needed here! The villa itself is spacious, the pool is fantastic, and the staff are attentive and helpful. The host was also very responsive, kindly letting me check in an hour early and arranging an airport transfer at the end of my stay. The property has a well-loved feel, which adds to its charm. Postscript for digital nomads: there isn’t a powerpoint near the desk area but I found it easy to work from the dining table instead. Wifi was decent.
Nice villa - photos look a little better than reality but it’s big, has a great pool, amazing kitchen set up and the staff were really incredible. Host was nice and we had everything we needed.
Beautiful house at walking distance to the beach and close to the city center. Deep swimming pool for kids so one would need to be careful with little ones.
방도 넓고 관리도 잘되고 매일 청소도 해주고 수영장도 넓고 필요한 모든 물건이 다 잘되어 있는데 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은 매일 새벽 박쥐가 거실에서 뭘 먹고 똥을 싸놔서 아침마다 청소를 요청해야 했습니다. 그거 빼곤 다 좋았어요.
Host is responsive and housekeeper are friendly and nice. Location : very near to the beach However the lane to walk to the beach small and narrow. Villa condition: Floor is a little dirty. Suggest owner to get housekeeper to mop the floor first before check in. Some part is sticky near the kitchen and hall and I have to wear my slippers in the house. Lots of mosquitoes too. House is huge and Bed is clean. Overall a good place to stay if you don’t mind the mosquitoes and narrow roads . If you are into surfing , this is a awesome place to stay. Will I be back ? No, as there are many more newer and better central location villas to stay in.
Excellent villa in a great location and super helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend enough! Great size, useful amenities and the manager Putu was very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Joe’s place was perfect easy walk onto the beach but secluded enough to be nice and quiet. Security on site 24/7 was also an added bonus.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful private villa, which was spotless, well maintained, and incredibly relaxing. A special thank you to Putu, Wayang, and Nina for their warm hospitality and excellent service—they truly made our stay unforgettable. The villa is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from the beach. We also appreciated the flexibility of having a pool fence arranged, which gave us extra peace of mind while travelling with family. We would happily stay here again and hope to return for a longer visit in the future. Highly recommended!

Loved the place, it was extremely clean and peaceful. Very tidy Villa and our housekeeping was done daily. The security and housekeeping team were so friendly and helpful. The location was convenient central to everything. There was a Cafe, Convenience store, laundry and much more all within a couple mins walk. We will be back :)

Beautiful place, worth the money
Place was amazing! walkable to everything in Seminyak if you dont want a scooter! Very close to the beach. When it got hot we lazed in the pool to cool down. Villa was awesome and Wayan was amzing and so helpful organising anything we asked. We will definiley be back!! Thanks to all once again for this amazing Villa!!
Really enjoyed our stay. Villa was amazing, great pool, beautiful rooms. We had a late check in 10pm and we were greeted by staff who took us on a quick tour of our villa. Host was very responsive to messages and offered great recommendations for places to eat. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend.
The villa was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to Sunset Beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets every evening. The team kindly picked us up from the airport and accommodated a late check-in, which we really appreciated. We also had amazing massages at the villa. The area is surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and beach clubs, making it an ideal place to stay. Highly recommended!
We had a great stay at the Villa Casa Orana. It is a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Jalan Camplung Tanduk. We would love to return and stay again :)
We stayed at Casa ORANA for 3 nights and we had a WONDERFUL time! The villa is beautiful, the staff is so gracious and kind. They have security at the main driveway with such kind smiles. Our 8 year old loved the private pool and the amazing foliage and plants. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Convenient store and restaurants are steps away. We ate at “LOCALS COFFEE” every day for breakfast and or lunch. The food was incredible… smoothie bowls, croissants and grilled sandwiches. The beach is a short walk away with fresh coconuts and lounge chairs and restaurants on the ocean front, surfing and horse back riding on the beach! We highly recommend this airbnb for families and couples. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and everything was very clean. THANK- YOU very much for a beautiful stay.

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno dall’inizio alla fine. La villa è molto spaziosa e arredata con grande cura. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la vicinanza alla spiaggia, ogni mattina era un vero piacere andarci a piedi, poi tornare, pranzare al Local Café e rilassarci nella grande piscina. Un grande grazie à Wayan e Nina che sono stati davvero gentilissime. È stata un’esperienza stupenda e torneremo senza esitare!

My wife and I stayed at Georges and Maria’s place for a full month. Our goal was to relax in a comfortable villa near the beach but still have easy access to great restaurants/entertainment and their place delivered on all fronts. The villa is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood but only a five-minute walk to the beach with numerous great restaurants in all directions which were reachable by walking on beach/road or calling a Grab. The pool was clean and a nice temperature and Aircon worked to perfection in the bedrooms. The main living area is an outdoor space but they have fans to provide a nice breeze to cool. By far, the best part of the villa is the great service from Wayan/Nina who were super responsive and kept the place so clean. Georges and Maria were equally as responsive and provided wonderful recommendations for us. It was so great having a local team to help with everything. Overall, it was a wonderful and special stay!

Villa Casa Orana was perfect for our family stay in Bali. Yes the pool is deep but it taught our 5 year old how to swim in the week we were there. Everything match’s the description and pictures. A/C in the bedrooms works very very well. Water dispenser with extra water was supplied. We had a wonderful stay at George’s Villa. He was very responsive. We actually showed up to Bali a day early and he was able to get us an accommodation right beside Villa Casa Orana for the one night. His head of Staff “Wayan” was extremely helpful from lining us up rides, getting our laundry done, keeping the Villa clean everyday and making sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend Villa Casa Orana.
We had a fantastic stay … the villa was beautiful and relaxing. The location was great, easy walk to the beach and all Seminyak has to offer. The house keepers - Wayan and Nina - were incredibly helpful and friendly. The in house massage option is highly recommended 😊 Georges was very responsive and sent lots of useful recommendations and local info. The pool was awesome to cool off and relax. The villa has everything you could want and more. Would highly recommend this place. We will be back!
diese unterkunft ist in einer sackgasse und ruhig gelegen. die umgebung ausserhalb vom haus ist nicht die gepflegteste, aber dafür kann der host nicht viel. das haus ist etwas in die jahre gekommen und viele dinge sollten gewartet werden, aber das preis-leistungsverhältnis stimmte in meinem fall. die haushälterin wayan war sehr freundlich und georges war sehr unkompliziert mit dem check-in.
We had an incredible stay. The location was great, so many good coffee places, easy to walk to different shopping spots and the beach for sunset! Thank you for having us we would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seminyak.
We loved staying at this villa. It was so close to the centre of things and the staff were lovely when we checked in. I will say that the place looks a little more tired than the photos depict but it doesn’t detract from the experience. And for those with kids just note the second bedroom is upstairs away from the first bedroom. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in Seminyak.
We had such an amazing time. The place is perfect for 2 couples…the cleaners came every day and they were so lovely I would highly recommend this place And for dinner we couldnt get a better venue. In walking distance was Chandi. Also highly recommend Thankyou for providing such a great home away from home
Great stay in a great location in Seminyak. Only a few mins walk out to the beach. The pool was a great feature of the stay and the outdoor shower was convenient especially coming back from the beach. Rooms were spacious but the bathrooms I think needed some maintenance. Overall great stay.

Casa Orana was a beautiful villa and we enjoyed our stay. Wayan and Nina were amazing, even providing propane late at night when we ran out. Georges was proactive with communication and always available. The villa was a short walk to the beach or shopping and restaurants, yet was quiet and private. We highly recommend staying in this villa and can’t wait to come back!

Eine wirklich schöne Oase in Bali. George hat uns den Transfer vom Flughafen super organisiert. Vor Ort wurden wir von Yantari begrüsst, welche uns alles zeigte und jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand sowie die täglich Reinigung, wenn gewünscht, vornahm. Die defekte Klimaanlage wurde innert weniger Stunden repaiert. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss und ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum vom Seminyak. Ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden es wieder buchen.
Our best Airbnb experience! a beautiful villa, great location and a generous host. Georges team made the experience feel like a butler experience with daily cleaning, organising massages, transport and even laundry. When we were looking for a photographer for a family shoot, Georges offered his own time to come down and take photos. We couldn't believe how amazing they'd be. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist wohl zentral in Seminyak, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. In 3 bis 5 Min. ist man am Strand zu Fuss. kleiner Markt ist gleich vis a vis. Die Villa selber ist sehr schön dekoriert hervorzuheben ist, dass es 2 gleich grosse Zimmer hat, auf zwei Stockwerken verteilt. Die Kommunikation mit Georges und team war hervorragend.
We loved our time at the villa. great location, close to restaurants, beach clubs, shopping. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, daily cleaning was provided. We rented a scooter which was delivered thanks to the housekeepers connection. (just ask and they will try to help) Superb communication from the hosts thanks for everything. :) We totally recommend it.
My family loved the stay! It’s a short walk to the beautiful sunset beach. Just a short ride away to many cafes and food options!
Lovely stay
The place is very beautiful, exactly like in the photos. George responds promptly and keeps checking on our stay, which is very nice. The housekeeping and security staff are very friendly and polite. They welcome us with a smile and are very welcoming. One small issue is the noise from the outside when there is karaoke or a celebration at night, which can continue until 3 am. We made a mistake by not reporting this to George, otherwise, we would have organized something to keep it quiet. Additionally, due to the villa's proximity to the motorbike parking spots and where the security and housekeeping staff socialize during the day, we can hear everything they say behind the villa wall when we spend a lovely day near the pool. There is nothing wrong with enjoying local life next to the wall, but it would be great if they could keep the noise down if they know there are guests staying in this villa. We had a chance to chat with George, and he is very kind and responsive in solving issue
We had such a nice holiday in Georges' villa. The staff & Georges were so lovely and helpful. The villa itself was so nice and peaceful. Super close to the beach and lots of good little restaurants. Thank you so much for all great stay.
The owners were great and the space was perfect for our needs. Learns to use the App Grab to get a car to pick Us up and take us to local areas. The staff here was fantastic (wayan and nina) and kept the place clean and even helped us with some errands. Bali is a great destination.
Georges Villa was just as described and shown in pictures. The Location is superb. Beach is 7-8 mins walk. Super market and money changer also close. Best places to eat are all located close. Wayan housekeeper deserves special mention, she was so responsive and did all that we asked for. Our AC was not working first night and the team arranged for a new portable AC by second night. Highly recommended.
Wir waren 2 Nächte in dieser wirklich schönen Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wunderschöner Pool und das offene Wohnzimmer laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und nett. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an absolut wohl gefühlt. Sollte etwas benötigt werden, reicht eine kurze Nachricht und es wird sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Sollten wir nochmal hier in die Nähe kommen, werden wir auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

This villa was phenomenal and exactly what you’d hope for from a paradise vacation. The space was well-located and the team even helped to arrange a motorbike, laundry, and even a doctor for us on site. Such a gorgeous property with every amenity you could ask for!

This was such a gorgeous place. The photos don't quite capture it. Lots of space - huge bedrooms, fantastic kitchen/dining area, and the pool was magnificent. Great size and depth. The villa is off the main road and in amongst what i an describe as a village of villas...haha... if you're not a walker, you do need a hire bike, and the the beach is literally less than 5 minutes. Lots of shops spas and places to eat also minutes away. And if you want want to hide and do nothing, this villa is perfect!
This villa was spacious and had a great pool. The location was excellent - just a short walk to seminyak beach and 15 minutes to Seminyak village. The staff were friendly and responsive via phone.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wonderful stay here. Georges and Maria were extremely helpful and responsive (and I asked a LOT of questions), and the hospitality staff (Wayan and Nina) went above and beyond - terrific. Wayan organized drivers for multiple day trips and for our airport transfers, along with an amazing in-home massage. As an unexpected treat, I was also greeted with a gorgeous flower arrangement and balloons, as I celebrated my Birthday during my stay here. It was incredibly touching. The pool was amazing, and if we didn't have such a short visit - needing to cram in some local sightseeing, my family would have been more than content to just stay in the villa all day and enjoy the amenities! The location was perfect - within walking distance to Seminyak square, market, beach and several restaurants. The price was very reasonable, and the villa itself - pristine. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to return one day! Thank you!

Our stay at Georges and Maria’s property was unforgettable. We were welcomed with a fruit basket and a detailed PDF guide with local tips via Airbnb, plus an in-house massage therapist list on the counter. The property was immaculate, thanks to their diligent housekeeping team, and included mosquito protection for the open-air sections. The location was excellent, offering activities like morning beach strolls and access to great dining options. High-speed WiFi made hosting Zoom calls effortless. A minor plumbing issue was swiftly resolved, with vouchers provided as a goodwill gesture, highlighting their dedication to guest satisfaction. When we experienced mild food poisoning, they kindly extended our checkout by several hours, ensuring we were comfortable before heading to the airport. Georges and Maria’s attention to detail and exceptional hospitality made our stay remarkable. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Georges place was better than we expected the neighbourhood was quite so we had a great nights sleep the bed and linens were devine and only a short walk to the beach and action. The staff and communication was easy and quick.
I would definitely recommend George's Casa Orana. Firstly George's communication was always prompt and clear. The villa is safe and quiet. The location is about 8 mins walk to the beach and 10mins walk to the busy shopping street, which is why it is so peaceful. There is a mini mart 3 doors up which has most necessities. The living and kitchen is big with lots of extras. Water dispenser is provide and was the best thing. Bedrooms are big with nice comfortable bed. The staff Wayan & Nina are so nice and helpful. And Ray the villa's driver was honest & thoughtful. We used him several times. Pool was clean and good size. We were 4 women in our 60's and all loved our stay. Big thanks to Georges and Staff. George is one of the best hosts that i have ever met. This is a birthday trip for my friend, have communicated with George before the trip and he has helped to prepare some special arrangements for the celebration. My friend is so happy since she stepped into the villa till we left. Besides, the villa is super clean, no matter inside or outside the room and also the swimming pool. I feel so amazing that even the rooftop is that clean, how can they manage to clean some small areas. Furthermore, there is not many insects inside the villa, that’s very important in Bali. The helper Wayan is very helpful, cheerful and responsive, she lets u feel like home and very welcoming. Had wonderful time in George’s place and can’t wait to come back again!!!! I miss everything in the villa!!! the five mins walk to the beach is perfect too!!!! Thanks George and Wayan and Nina!!!
George hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns gleich über alles orientiert. Er hat uns einige Tipps für die Umgebung mündlich wie auch schriftlich gegeben. Die Villa war wunderschön und wir haben es sehr bedauert, dass wir nur zwei Nächte dort verbracht haben. George war sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Er hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und zeigte sich auch nach dem Check Out als sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen und wir würden sofort wieder buchen! Had a perfect stay in the villa, great location for getting to the beach and local restaurants and bars all in walkable locations. The villa was exactly as shown on the images, nice and spacious and a lovely pool area. George and Wagan were very helpful and were on hand when we asked any questions and even helped us with scooter rentals and arranging transport to and from the villa. Couldn’t have asked for more from the stay.

We’ve got a last minute deal on this villa and we have to say it looks even better than the photos. Everything was great from start to beginning. Wayan was always there to answer all my questions. She and Nina came to clean the villa evry day. Bed in super comfy, so are the pillows. House manager Marija also came to greet us and boy were we happy when we heard she is Croatian. We live next to Croatia so it felt like home far away from it. She helped me get the medical invoice because I needed medical care. Hvala još jednom Marija. The location is also great, peaceful and quiet, yet in a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We recommend this villa 100% and hope to be back again😊😊

This place was fantastic, the perfect location just removed from the hustle and bustle of the main strips but very close to the beach. Some great local cafes for fresh juice or breakfast and the staff were so helpful with recommendations. A fantastic stay in a beautfil home. We will rebook when we are next in town!

Me, my wife & two friends had a blissful time at this wonderful air BnB. It was very clean & comfortable. Maria & George are fantastic hosts. They were very quick to answer any and all questions we had and also providing things to do around Seminyak. I had a very rough massage from a masseuse in town that broke my legs out in a rash/infection and Maria organised a doctors visit at the property almost within the hour of me initially messaging her about it which was incredibly helpful and very impressive! The medicine prescribed also resolved the issue very quickly which again makes the holiday all the more enjoyable. Would highly recommended staying here to anyone passing through or staying in Seminyak for a holiday. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts for a wonderful time in your wonderful villa. And a big thank you to the cleaning staff who were, again, always very friendly and flexible on timings and providing clean bedding or towels. A lovely extra touch.
Absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind. For me the highlight was the property and the staff. I am absolutely in love with this property’. Highly highly recommend it. The best part is that if you order grab orders, they deliver it right in front of your door. There is security at night. Don’t think twice, just. BOOK IT!!!
Oh my goodness this place was pure bliss. The gorgeous Yantari met us and showed us around. We instantly felt at peace and couldn’t believe our eyes. We had left a hotel in Canggu as we were so dissatisfied with it. So our trip to this villa was very last minute and a welcomed gift. Clean spacious palatial. Beautifully styled. Great massage just up the road on the right away from beach. Several fabulous coffee places and great smoothie bowls just around the corner. We are a veg family and although Canggu was missed for us on the food scene we found some delights like Kynd, Bernadette’s and Sol. We would all highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back. Thank you Yantari, Maria and George

Villa Orana exceeded our expectations! This was our first time overseas with our toddler and this space was perfect - clean, tidy and had all the amenities that we could have needed! Georges organised a pool fence, cot and high chair for us, which meant we were able to feel at home and completely relax around the villa. Wayan and Nina were beautiful! They were super friendly and promptly assisted with any needs or questions that we had - including organising transfers, bookings and travel advice. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a toddler :)
Exceptional experience at Casa Orana! Right from the beginning of the booking, Georges was super responsive and helpful with recommendations and travel info. He replies within hours always! Upon arriving, the villa is even better than in the photos! Absolutely gorgeous! Super clean, amazing layout, great AC in the bedrooms, wonderful pool, everything you could need from Hair dryer and iron to kitchen supplies. The location is ammmazing! 4 minute walk to the beach, an awesome coffee spot, CT Coffee that opens at 7AM right across the alley, so many great restaurants, yoga, & laundry service within walking distance. Wayan and Nina, the house keepers, were super sweet, helpful, and detailed. We loved our stay here and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Seminyak. Highly recommend this spot to couples or families! It was wonderful!!!!
What an awesome stay! Great location! Host arranges pick up and the staff was very attentive- hot/cold drinking dispenser- clean pool - great a/c - hope to be back soon. Staff was available to make arrangements and transit. Easy walk to beach and restaurants

Given we booked late the value was fair. Great hosts, especially for organising groceries and the pool fencing. One note is that if you have toddlers or infants won't be able to hear them from the 2nd other bedroom given aircon and distance. This location is away from the mad hustle and bustle treets but be warned Seminyak overall is not a quiet place and sadly even less so now that they have started selling very loud fireworks to traveling goons who let them off from 10pm to 6am every day. If you want to get sleep go north to Changu, the mountains, or to the peninsula.

What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff and fantastic cafe called LOCAL COFFEE just down the street! Host was helpful with any questions and always prompt to reply. The villa was exactly as viewed online. We loved our relaxing stay 😊

From Airport pickup to the moment we left, I cannot fault a thing. Amazing staff that went beyound their duties for us, we felt very welcomed and was such a beautiful stay. The villa was exactly as pictures and so clean. Highly recommend.

Amazing property for relaxation and the location was convenient to the beach and shopping. Wayan, lead housekeeper, was very responsive to our needs to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She went above and beyond with surprising my cousin on her birthday with birthday song playing on the TV before we returned to the villa and having a cake ready in the fridge per request. Truly exceptional with kindness from the entire staff. The open living room and kitchen was nice, I was a little hesitant with mosquitoes and birds but it wasnt bad as long as you had incense burning and mosquito spray handy. Wayan and team ensured the dining area was cleaned up from the bird droppings. Will come back. I'd recommend being vigilant walking in the evening around the streets near the villa area due to dim lighting and vespa drivers constantly badgering to provide rides. We did experience one uneasy experience with a driver grabbing my cousin's necklace on the last day but it was an isolated incident.
This place is even better in person- my partner and I had an awesome and relaxing time staying here and can't recommend it enough. It was great to be close to lots of activities, but in a setting that was private and quiet. It was difficult to leave the villa and explore because it was so beautiful and comfortable. And the housekeeper Wayan was incredible - she was responsive, detailed, and helped us organize in-villa massages and scooter rentals. We hope to return to Bali again in the future and would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location minutes walk from the beach. Shopping and lots of restaurants around the corner. The place has two full bedroom/bathroom units so would be great for two friends or two couples traveling together. Nice to have AC. Host very quick to respond. Polished experience.
My partner and I spent a very relaxing week at the beautiful Casa Orana villa, which is located only about a five minute walk to Seminyak beach - although we loved the pool and space at the villa so much that we didn’t spend as much time as usual at the beach. The villa is not far from all the hustle and bustle of Seminyak but very quiet, peaceful and private. We walked to most of the restaurants we ate at (Mama San Bali was our favourite) The hosts/owners, Marija and Georges, were great to communicate with - fast to respond and generous offering local knowledge. The housekeepers, Wayan and Nina, were charming and hard working. We would be very happy to return to Casa Orana some day.

The villa was beautiful and peacefully tucked away from the busy streets of Seminyak. The rooms and pool were generously sized and well maintained. It is approximately a 10 minute walk from the main street. The birds do tend to drop some leaves and seeds on the dining table at night but we did not really mind and housekeeping cleared it away every morning. The housekeeper Wayan was very sweet, responsive and helpful with organising drivers, laundry and anything else we needed. Highly recommend Georges' place!

Casa Orana was the best decision for our very brief stay in Seminyak - the location trumps everything, it's so close to the beach and 5-6 mins away (by scooter) from all the prime restaurants and cafes. The Airbnb itself was a dream - the living room is so interestingly done up with an open air concept, you can literally bask in the sun in your living room and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are squeaky clean and very beautifully done up. Georges and his wife Marija are impeccable hosts - very warm and helpful and the housekeeper Wayan is very sweet and immediately put us at ease. My kid absolutely loved the place too, we treated it like home and hope to come back again soon!

Must stay here. Gorgeous 2 bedroom with a lovely outside pool, kitchen and living area. Close to beach and to downtown. Local Coffee just steps away. Smart Spa close as well and fantastic. Hosts and housekeeper, Wayan were great for local recommendations and anything else we needed. Wayan came every day. They both met us during check-in and check out. We were warmly welcomed. Very special stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Thank you for a great stay Georges. We stayed here for two nights and it was a great stay. The staff were very positive and welcoming. The pool is amazing and is a great sun trap. The AC in the bedroom was great which made for a comfortable sleep. Certainly would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in Seminyak!

The highlight is the outdoors pool area/living room which was totally private and well maintained. We loved the place and would definitely come back.

Villa exactly like photos and Georges and marija awesome hosts easily contactable. Arranged scooters for us no fuss and the housekeeper was lovely too. Private enough but close to beach and facilities. Great for a big group or a couple of people. Definitely would recommend

It’s a nice villa. Georges is a great and responsive host. He helped us to organise the airport pick up with a reasonable cost. Also he got adapter for us the next day when I asked him if he had any. The housekeeper Wayan is also very friendly and did a great job to clean the place. Just one small thing - I didn’t browse the property images carefully when I was booking. So I didn’t notice the living room and kitchen is an open space (actually lots of villa in Bali is open space). I feel like Seminyak is much hotter and more humid than Ubud. I personally can’t stay in a space without Air Conditioner in Seminyak. But you will be fine if you do not scare hot weather like me.
Absolutely incredible villa it was almost hard to leave and go explore! You will not regret staying here. The staff are beautiful and easy communication throughout the stay. Perfect location but nestled away in a nice quiet street. Definitely will be back, thank you for having us 💕💕💕

This place is solid gold. A 5 minute walk to the beach and all the fancy hotels, not that you need to leave but if you wanted to grab a drink in a cabana it’s right down the street. Very centrally located yet just private enough. A minimart across the street. The place itself is beautiful with the pool and outdoor sitting area. I give it all the stars and Georges and his wife were so nice. Even the driver, Gustou, who picked me up as a courtesy from the airport ended up being my personal driver for the whole vacation and we are now best friends. Stay here if you’re lucky enough to find it available. It’s worth it.
From before we booked the villa, Georges was very fast to respond to any of our queries and this communication continued throughout our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Georges and the villa staff on arrival and were taken care of throughout our 3 night stay. The villa was very spacious and modern and had everything we needed, including televisions in the main area and bedrooms. The pool was great - during the day it was in the sun but there were also shady parts - it catered to everyone! The location was very close to the beach and beach bars but was also quiet. We had a great stay and would return!
