Exploring Spacious and Comfortable Villa near the Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Spacious and Comfortable Villa near the Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Spacious and Comfortable Villa near the Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The house was great and in good location but a bit too narrow for cars. The ACs in the bedroom are very small for the size of the room and it took very long to cool. Given Bali’s tropical climate and since they call Airbnb Plus the bedrooms definitely need bigger ACs.

Beautiful Villa, but remember the house manager told me they would only change towels every 3 days so use them wisely. Pool area was beautiful and we had a good time there.

Not bad. The swimming pool is perfect！No mosquito bite your shoulder when you are in the water. If you leave, pls take care.. The security gonna help you to figure out some problems. It’s very convenient that There is a supermarket nearby.

Good location, helpful host and nice villa

The villa was very spacious and well located. Staff were always on hand to assist and discreetly cleaned and tidied every morning. Pool is large and a lovely centerpiece for the villa. Parking area was very convenient, secure and spacious for our scooters. Only drawback was the aircon in the living room was insufficient for the space, so when the heat really hit the most comfortable spot was in the bedrooms. All in all a great spot, close to Bintang supermarket and within easy reach of shopping and places to explore.

Requires regular maintenance, ac was not functioning properly, the fans in the living room were also not working. It was nice but overall not worth the money

We first want to mention the lovely host and staff friendly and helpful. Lovely place and people but maybe a little money spent on maintenance as some things where broken and needed replacing. Just a little TLC. The pool was fantastic the privacy was amazing the ladies that came to do the massage were some of the best we had. Loved the pond and turtle, loved the large kitchen dining lounge area. We would stay again, location was excellent easy walk to beach and shops.

Excellent location. Very comfortable bedrooms with aircon in each which we valued a lot. Note however the main room has no aircon and is quite warm, which makes it less attractive for everyone to gather in. You sort of retreat to the bedrooms for the aircon. The pool was amazing, and we spent a lot of time in that. There’s one TV for the entire space, which is in the main room. Given it’s warm in this room this may affect your TV enjoyment. Excellent location, very friendly staff. Secure and safe.

The house was big and on amazing location walking distance to everything

Villa was as described. Breakfast prepared daily by staff was delicious - from local mee goreng to pancakes and eggs. Dayu (Villa Manager) was extremely helpful in making our restaurant bookings, arranging for our laundry, etc. Pool and rooms were spacious and accommodated our group well. As with most outdoor bathrooms, expect visits from various bugs. One of the fans in the living room was not working, resulting in the living area tending to be rather warm. However, Dayu managed to acquire a standing fan within the next day that made the area much more pleasant!

A fantastic villa to hang out in or share with family and friends. Lovely rooms and hospitality from the staff, with a great pool and a massive lounge / kitchen / dining area. The villa is located in a maze of streets so quite hard to find but only a 15-minute walk from the beach and close to a supermarket, shops and restaurant in Seminyak. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Loved being in the heart of Seminyak and that close to Bintang and Warung Made. The staff were wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. A couple of relatively minor issues with an air conditioner and a bathroom but most were settled within the day. Olivier was beyond accommodating and responsive and also introduced us to Hani, a masseuse so good that we brought her to our next villa. In short, a traditional and simple but comfortable setting at a surprisingly calm spot in Seminyak. Want ease and location? This is it. Merci, Olivier.

Wir hatten eigentlich eine Unterkunft in Uluwatu gebucht, aber die war von Baustellen umgeben. Wir konnten diese stornieren und diese schöne Unterkunft buchen. Innerhalb weniger Stunden wurde die Umbuchung auf AirBNB abgewickelt und die Villa für uns vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter Oliver und dem Team lief immer sehr schnell, einfach und Kompetent. Alle haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft und der Service waren sehr gut. Es ist alles sehr gemütlich und sauber. Ein Ort wo man wirklich gut entspannen kann und ein idealer Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Ich wollte eigentlich keine so zentrale Unterkunft, aber es ist wirklich ruhig. Morgends wird man eher von Vögeln geweckt als vom Trouble der Stadt. Trotz der Lage mitten in Seminyak findet man wirklich Erholung und hat kurze Wege zu allen wichtigen Dingen. Wir waren viel unterwegs, haben aber die Zeit am schönen Pool und den nicht einsehbaren Innenhof sehr genossen. Wir würden es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Villa Acacias is a fantastically located and equipped Villa right in the heart of Seminyak. Conveniently located for an easy walk to shops, supermarket, beach and restaurants making your holiday in Bali very convenient. The Villa is fully equipped with everything you need, has room and space for 8 people to holiday together without being on top of each other, with separate bedrooms / villas from the main living area. The facilities and pool at the Villa were fantastic, exactly as described. Finally, the staff and host at the Villa was exceptional. Nothing too difficult, very warm and friendly, and always keeping the Villa looking clean and maintained. Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend for groups or larger families.

Our family, 7 adults and 1 baby, had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Everyone had their own space (bedrooms with ensuites and king beds in each room) whilst having an exceptional common area where we could all meet. The pool was the standout, so peaceful and wonderful, perfect to start or end the day with. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the Bintang Supermarket, the beach and all the shops/restaurants. The host (Oliver) and the villa staff (Mia & Eddy)were wonderful and helpful, happy to help with any request. Highly recommend this villa as your perfect home away from home in Seminyak.

Our stay at this house in Bali was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. My extended family of 8 travelled to Acacia's to celebrate Christmas together. Dayu, the villa manager, helped organise two chefs to shop for a prepare a delicious Christmas lunch. The villa staff Mia and her assistant were fantastic and kept the villa spotless and well organised. Nothing we requested was an issue. Dayu helped put us in contact with a lovely driver named Putu who was fabulous. My family ranges in age from 73 to 6 years old and the villa suited all of our needs including the teenagers who loved how close the villa is to Bingtang supermarket and the many restaurants. The pool is stunning and very big. My family would love to return to the villa. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 9 days and had a peaceful stay. The location is great and the staff are wonderful. The pool is great and better than the photos.

Our stay at the villa was just wonderful the staff were very polite and very friendly. The pool was huge, the kids loved it, the family room was big and spacious for the kids. Beds were comfortable and aircon worked a treat. 6min walk to Bintang supermarket so we will be back 😀

Great villa, in a secluded area, perfect for relaxing. Staff were very helpful and attended daily to complete cleaning and help our w8th various things we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this Beautiful Balinese villa with fantastic indoor and outdoor living space. It is a stunning villa and staff made our holiday feel like we were staying in a hotel. Mia would enter the villa every morning with a warm smile on her face and a desire to ensure we were all okay. She made sure we had all we needed and was on hand to make coffee if needed. The availability of cooled mineral water was a massive plus as we were a family of seven people so a lot of water is needed to keep hydrated. Great location close to shops yet still quiet and peaceful. The beach is only a short walk away too. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody considering a holiday in Bali.

Thoroughly recommend Acacias Villa. The location is excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants but quiet and peaceful. The villa is beautiful with everything you need and is well-appointed. The service from Dayu is one of the highlights- she is helpful, responsive and provides great recommendations for local restaurants, days trips, etc. We had a great time and will be back!

We loved our stay at Villa Acacias & Dayu the host was incredible. She helped us with any questions we had, her staff made delicious breakfast, and the Villa is in a great location to walk to the beach or to the store.

Amazing Villa in a great location. Walking distance to everything - beach, supermarkets, restaurants. Tucked away in a quiet lane meant it was so quiet and peaceful. The pool was magnificent. Absolutely huge. Dayu the manager was so helpful- a great host. Was happy to provide recommendations throughout our stay. All staff were excellent and so friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Acacia'a was the perfect "intro" to Bali for our family if 5. spacious, private, peaceful and the perfect place to chill out from the heat and busyness of kuta/seminyak. The photos dont really do it justice and the pool is amazing. good Restaurants, supermarket and shopping only a 2.mimute walk away An excellent host in dayu and daily cleaners made it a favorite stay for our family

We had a great stay at the villa. It accommodated our three generations so well with plenty of space and good facilities for everyone. The pool was fantastic, and the children enjoyed watching and feeding the turtles and fish. Only a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars, the villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the crowds, which we loved. The beach is a short walk in the other direction (short as long as you don’t take an interesting route!) Dayu is the perfect host – very welcoming and very responsive to any requests we had. She organised our transport with the wonderful Putu who did our airport transfers and took us on a day trip, beautiful massages and a family dinner, making our holiday all the more special. Thank you to Dayu and Putu, the housekeepers, the chefs and everyone who made our holiday so memorable.

I stayed in this villa for four days and it was really amazing, the host and staff are very friendly and kind, they are always responsive and they will help you if you need anything. I would really recommend it and definitely coming back again.

We would like to expressly thank our hostess. She organized everything perfectly for us from the moment we arrived at the airport. The very nice driver was there on time with a name sign when we arrived. The nightly introduction to the villa was super nice and efficient. The villa itself is a dream like from another world. The pool is mega big and the water is very clear and soft. The garden is well maintained, the gardener does a great job. Every day, except Sunday, the villa was cleaned and our things tidied up. We were also able to leave money and valuables lying around without worrying. The manager also organized everything we needed for us. Among other things, a good and inexpensive scooter for the duration of your stay, including a children's helmet.

My family loved the stay here. The house is exactly as te photos show and the pool was a heaven sent to cool off in. There is a great shopping district about 5 min walk away. And the beach was only a 10 minute walk. It was nice and private and quiet. Te is was super friendly and as available to ask questions, give recommendations or organise things (in house massages etc).

Dayu and all of the staff were excellent! The place is beautiful and near everything!

Stayed there with my family. The design of the villa gives off a very dzen vibe which we love. The villa is very well taken care of with personnel coming over every morning (except for Sunday) to take care of the gardening, cleaning, maintenance and breakfast. Breakfast is great, just need to effortlessly let them know what you’d like and like magic they will provide just that.

Dayu and the villa team were very kind and hospitable. Easy to contact and timely replies. Would recommended to anyone and will stay again. Suksma Dayu!

We were looking for a few days of beach and shopping after a week in Ubud. This villa was great on both counts. A couple of blocks from the main shopping street in Seminyak. Or a short 15 min. Walk to the beach. We went down every evening to watch the spectacular sunsets. Staff was very polite and the lap pool was great also

We definitely recommend Acacias Villa for your next stay in Bali, Dayu and her team made us feel very welcome. The location of the villa was great, just a short walk to the main st including Bintang Supermarket yet tucked away enough that it was quiet. Dayu was very responsive to any questions we had and also organised a great dinner for us which included 16 family members. Acacias Villa was perfect or our stay (family of 6 for 10 days) in Bali. This was our third time in Bali and we like Acacias Villa best of all the places we have stayed. Ida took care of the airport transfers for us and met us at the villa. She was always very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The bedrooms, main room, pool, and villa grounds are very large. We really appreciated having such a large space. The pool doesn't look very large in the pictures or even in person, but it has a very long lap lane (maybe 20 meters) and another large area. We really enjoyed it and it had both shade and sun all day. The villa also has an empty lot behind it so it was very quite all the time. The location is great, you can get to Bintang Market within 5 minute walk and the beach within about 10 - 15 minutes. Food delivery and taxi all came right to the villa with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again, if available.

We spend a great time in the villa. Everything was as advertised. The place is in close walking distance to the beach as well as to the shopping area. At the same time the place is quiet, since it is far enough away from all the noisy places. The pool is long enough to for having a morning swim, and the garden has a pleasant calm vibe. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed occasionally home cooked food. The hosts Olivier and Ida Ayu were were very helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. We can highly recommend the place.

villa with a strategic location, easy to go anywhere, large swimming pool and complete kitchen equipment. room with comfortable bed. have a smart TV that can be connected to a smart Phone, so we can still enjoy Spotify and Netflix even more. hosts and co hosts who can be worked with and very fast in responding to our needs while staying at the Villa. We recommend that if the next guest rents a car, rent a 5 seater car only, because the road to the villa is a bit narrow when using a car with a capacity of 7 seats. like a common thing in a villa, there must be disturbance from insects and other animals, but this can be overcome with insect spray that has been prepared by the villa owner. If I was asked if I wanted to stay at this villa again, my answer would be, I will definitely come back.

This house was amazing. I’ve stayed in Bali many times, but this one was great. Our stay was flawless from start to end, the cleaning staff and especially Dayu (the manager), really stand out. I will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Exquisite villa! We had such wonderful sleep on the quality beds. The interior design is chique, the pool is so large. All in all you will not ever want to stay anywhere else! We had an attentive host, Dayu, who went above and beyond our expectations! We will ALWAYS stay here when we come back to visit. Highly recommend this villa to anyone with a family or large group of friends. Lastly it’s a great location from the beach and and local spas and accessible for Gojek delivery.

A fantastically stylish home, in a peaceful area, but really close to the bright lights of Seminyak. Amazing decor and pool area, with excellent design. You can tell the home was lovingly built by the host! Easily contactable team who bent over backwards to help. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing villa! Close to everything and very nice place

The villa was large, comfortable & spotless. Heaps of different areas to chill out & relax. The pool is huge compared to most villas. The staff were lovely & friendly. Dayu the villa Manager was exceptional. She arranged transport, private chefs, motor bikes etc. Nothing was too much trouble. I really recommend getting in the private chef. The food was amazing. the location is perfect. A 3 minute walk to the main road & a 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall the 7 of us had a fantastic stay in Villa Accacias. Highly recommend

We had a great stay, location was perfect for us. Everything from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants nearby within 5 min walking distance. Villa area is quiet and easy to walk to the Main Street for restaurants. Day Staff and the manager Dayu were very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Pool area has sun all day which makes it very nice experience.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Olivers Villa. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos sind schon schön, aber in echt, ist alles noch viel schöner. Der Pool ist genug gross um darin zu spielen, wie auch um Längen zu schwimmen. Die Zimmer sind gross und haben ein Schrankabteil mit genügend Platz. Die Betten sind eher hart, aber sehr bequem. Die Badezimmer sind auch wie auf den Fotos, gross und schön gestaltet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wir hatten in 2 Wochen nur an einem Abend laute Musik gehört aus der Nachbarschaft. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es gibt sogar eine Nachtwache. Und Dayu, die Managerin vom Haus bekommt von uns ein grosses Lob, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und durch ihre Art fühlt man sich gleich sehr wohl im Haus. Wir haben von Seminyak aus 2 Ausflüge gemacht. Da es sehr viel Verkehr hat auf Bali, kann man sich nicht auf die angegebene Fahrtzeit verlassen und muss mit mehr Stunden im Auto rechnen. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke Oliver, dass du so ein Schmuckstück erschaffen hast :-) und wir es geniessen konnten!

The Villa is great. We spent several days just longing around the pool, which was brilliant. The location was fantastic. The staff are wonderful. The beds are great and the air conditioning in the rooms is lovely. A few minutes to the main roads with shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the beach which is lovely with huge waves and the sunsets from the top floor of La Plancha bar are spectacular. This was our best ever holiday.

Super great villa in a quiet area but super close to the shops if you want to get out and about, great pool!

We loved our stay here! Great location, 2 minute walk to shops. The rooms were amazing and clean. The pool gets sunlight all day (unlike other villas we have stayed at in Seminyak). The place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We will recommend to friends and family to stay here!

The villa was fantastic. It is very spacious and wonderfully designed. Dayu and the rest of the staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely hospitable and accommodating. She was easy to talk to and always available when you need her. The location was very convenient to great shops and restaurants in Seminyak. We had an incredibly relaxing time in Bali and really enjoyed staying at the villa. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bali.

Great space, close to the main road, positive experience overall

We were 11 adults and the villa was still spacious for all of us! The garden and pool were perfect and Dayu as well as the rest of the staff were really helpful as well!

Great stay

It looked exactly like the picture, and it was clean and tidy when I got back. I was able to communicate quickly and was very friendly. And Market, massage shop, etc. were highly accessible. It would be nice to have a description of the restaurant around how to use Gojak.

Lovely private oasis within walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Large rooms with private bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the pool with our kids, although the pool area needs maintenance. Especially the wooden floor is definitely dangerous. It’s very slippery and it’s also with nails that protrude and with boards you fear falling through. Dayu the house manager is very helpful, just text her on WhatsApp.

The place was nice and as expected. The location was great and pretty central to everything in the Kuta/Seminyak area.

Was a lovely place to stay. Day staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, even organised a private chef who cooked amazing food one night. Pool was beautifully warm. I miss this place already.

We really liked our stay at Villa . It was beautiful and huge and above our expectations . Pros 1. Beautiful pool and perfect size for 3 year old to 10 year old . 2. Ideal for big groups as it is quite spacious and very inclusive . 3. Kitchen is fully equipped for various kind of cooking . 4. Enough plates and cutlery is there . Great villa with bungalow style bedrooms and a nice common area. Was wonderful to have staff for cleaning or breakfast if needed. Location was also perfect and the pool and outdoor area was so nice to have. Definitely recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing villa. Dayu and her staff were great, attentive and responsive, especially the chef. He prepared tasty dishes in the comfort of the dining room which was such a luxury. The property was above our expectations, the rooms were immaculate, beds were most comfortable. The pool was relaxing. You could stay in it all day soaking up the endless and hot sun. We enjoyed our stay in paradise!

The photo’s do not do this beautiful villa justice at all! An absolutely amazing stay in a great location. If you want to be in the heart of seminyak but in a quiet, set back street - this is by far the way to do it. The villa was well cared for with daily gardening and house keeping. Villa manager Dayu, was always enthusiastic and readily available if we ever needed any assistance. I will definitely recommend this villa to anyone traveling to Bali in the future and will 100% book the same accommodation for my return.

A beautiful villa that exceeded our expectations. We loved the location, (close to a supermarket, the beach, nice massage places and both fixed price and bartering shops). The staff were really helpful and friendly. The villa was very clean and had a lovely Bali feel. The pool was a great size and depth. Loved the outdoor bathrooms and was awesome to have a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom off every room. The first day breakfast was an awesome welcome to Bali and made our daughter's 21st even more special. Wish we could have stayed longer to have more relaxing time at the villa. I will definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Bali with a family or group of friends.

Great and lovely house!

We booked the villa for 2 families with kids for a week. Amazing place, really enjoyed our time there. The bedrooms are spacious, each of them with an outdoor bathroom (which is very typical for Bali). The staff and villa manager are really nice and helpful and went out of their way to make our holidays enjoyable, organized a chef for a big seafood bbq, babysitter and transport etc... for us. Pool is beautiful and great for kids, and the fish pond with its fishes and turtles were a great attraction for them too. Location is ideal, very quiet in a small gang but incredible central - 3 mins walk to Jalan Seminyak with its supermarket, boutiques and local restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach, directly at La Plancha to hang out and enjoy an amazing sunset. One of the nicest villa I have ever rented in Bali. Would definitely go back.

Our group enjoyed our stay! Dayu and her team is very hospitable. The place is relaxing and the size is generous for a large group like ours. The pool is way bigger than previous villas I stayed on in Bali. I would rank this as the best villa I stayed so far and would definitely reconsider next time for our group.

We had a great time at Olivier's villa! We were a family of 6 and stayed for 5 nights. Everything was perfect and very well maintained. The manager, Dayu, was very sweet and helpful, and the rest of the staff were great too. They cleaned the villa everyday, and were very prompt to attend to all of our requests. The location of the villa is perfect to explore all of South Bali, right from Tanah Lot to Jimbaran. And the main street close to the villa has plenty of restaurants, spas, supermarkets, pharmacies and money changers. I highly recommend Olivier's villa to everyone on Airbnb!

9 of us spent 3 nights in this villa. We had a great time of just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful environment in the villa. We love the spacious and open living hall, which allow us to gather together and mingle around, play games and talk. We regret we werent able to extend our trips more than that and if we could, we would have just stayed in this villa. Dayu and the helpers are magnificient. They are always available for literally everything we need. The helpers even helped us with ironing and washing of our clothes. The rooms are big enough, the beds are so comfortable and one main thing to note: the pillows and beddings are so clean you can literally smell the fragrance. Overall, we enjoyed the place very much. Its located in a quiet area but a 5 mins walk will bring you out to the main streets. We had a really wonderful time at this villa and being a frequent airbnb user, i prefer to have accessible hosts which can assist us in anything. For this, Dayu and the team has done very well.

The house is more beautiful than the pictures and Dayu is wonderful. She is a perfect manager. I strongly recommend this house.

I arrived to the beautiful Villas with my partner, parents and two sisters to celebrate my 30th Birthday - and we were just blown away! We had a fantastic time being so close to the main road and loved coming back to the gorgeous villa each night. The villa Manager Dayu, Aki and the team were so kind and just lovely towards us. On our 2nd last day I caught the dreaded Bali belly, and Olivier and their team immediately offered for us to stay (at no extra cost) for the remainder of our last day until our flight that evening, so that I could rest. Such a generous offer. The place is just divine - it was paradise! And the staff were just gorgeous :) I would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxed stay in Bali.

We loved our stay at Villa Acacias. The location is perfect - central Seminyak but far enough away from the hustle and noise to relax. The Villa is a private oasis with the most beautiful 15metre swimming pool and the comfiest beds ever! We loved the outdoor bathrooms, and the dinner cooked for us by the private chef was so delicious and good value. Dayu and her staff do a wonderful job of taking care of everything - we were really happy with our decision to stay here. Many thanks for having us!

Our stay at the villa was wonderful and very comfortable! All our questions were resolved easily and quickly thanks to the owner Oliver and the manager of Dayu. Very tasty breakfasts, rooms with daily cleaning, massage at the villa, a large and clean pool. We did not want to leave and will definitely return!

A great manager Dayu!! Extremely resourceful.. She got us a great driver at a very short notice who took us around a lot of places. We were traveling with an elderly couple and a bunch of kids.. he managed the entire group really well.. We celebrated my dad's birthday in the villa and Dayu arranged a great Tiramisu cake!! Great Villa and very central!!

Lovely residence, very spacious and within walking distance to the main areas of Seminyak. Cabs have a little difficulty finding the place so you'd have to walk to a nearby villa in order to get picked up by uber or to the Main Street to get picked up by a taxi. The breakfast was decent.

Très bel emplacement pour une villa encore plus belle que sur les photos. En plein milieu de l'endroit le plus vivant de Bali, mais complètement au calme à l'intérieur. Avec une super équipe qui y travaille. Et même un gardien pour notre sécurité. Un très beau séjour d'une semaine pour notre premier voyage à Bali.
