The virtual preview of Stylish 3 bdrm Berawa villa closeby Atlas & Beach. was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Badung Regency plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Stylish 3 bdrm Berawa villa closeby Atlas & Beach. painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Be warned: Evening noise is now a massive problem in this area due to Atlas next door breaking noise laws nightly. If you're here to party, or be out & about every evening, then you'll be OK. If you're looking to spend evenings in the villa, relax or sleep before midnight, then avoid. "Atlas Beach Fest" is across the road. It pumps out EDM music from 5pm until 15mins after midnight every night of the week. The volume peaks at 9pm-midnight. The bass is the worst part, double glazing make no difference. Many evenings I couldn't think straight or sleep due to the pounding bass. Anna, the host, was also very difficult. She struggled to communicate clearly, kept repeating herself & refused to amend our stay (with > 1 months notice) after Atlas was reported for breaking noise laws. However, the villa is pretty & matches the photos. Bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious, air con works well, living area gets loads of natural light, internet is fast & the local manager Dini is lovely.

Overall i would rate this stay a 3/5 Pros: Location - central to a lot of food places in canggu Layout of villa - good amount of spacing not small Friendly cleaners - cleaners come to the villa promptly and clean the rooms nicely Cons Showers: we had a stay with 4 guests however the villa caters for 6. After the 1/2 people showered the rest of the individuals would get cold showers and low pressure - this was very annoying and inconvenient. On the first night we found a fair amount of bugs in the living area, bedrooms and bathrooms - we highlighted this to the owner who promtly sent a cleaner which resolved the issue in the rooms and bathrooms. However in the living area especially the sofa seems as though they may need changing to resolve the issue as they were present and quite a few bugs there throughout our stay. To some concerns there was resolutions however we felt as though to others it was more of an explanation to the problem then a resolution.

If you’re a party goer who is into very late nights in and around the beach clubs then this place is perfect for you (unless you get sick or want a night off). We stayed over the new year period and it pumped music through to about 3am each night. Location great for all things Canggu and close to the beach. Not the sexiest Balinese Villa and on the small side but clean, neat, tidy and our villa manager Dini was awesome.

Everything was A++ except the noise, did not realise how close it was to atlas beach club which makes noise every night until midnight, the noise is moderate at the Villa and you can hear it in your room. The daily cleaner was amazing and worked around all of us waking up at different times etc. Very good spot if you are wanting to spend time at the beach clubs and the pool area is a very good social gathering spot.

The villa is as good as what is shown in the picture! It is so close to Berawa beach where you can enjoy the mesmerized sunset view ✨ The villa is also full-furnished. Its white and classic style make the ambience so bright, which we love so much. The villa is also clean but since the pool is located near the tree, the leaves were always fall and make the pool so dirty. However, don't be surprised that this villa has a long list rules for you to stay here. One thing that quite weird is where they locked the bedroom number three since we came there with four person only, like why tho; we have paid the amount for the entire villa but they did not allow us to use the facility. Not a big problem, but it sounds so strange to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this villa.

Location is fantastic! Just a short walk from the beach. Kitchen is great and stocked with everything you need to cook at home.

I have been to Bali many of times. The villa is located in a great location in Canggu. We were welcomed by a very friendly villa manager who was extremely helpful in everything we needed. There were welcome drinks too. We however expected better cleanliness. The towels and pillow cases in 2 of the rooms had stains on it and the bed netting in 1 of the rooms had a dead fly stuck in it. There were also many lizards, a crab and a centipede in the villa which we were informed is a very normal thing as the villa is situated very nearby the beach. The cleaners helped remove the centipede upon us informing. Slightly disappointed with the cleanliness especially with the amount paid for the villa. I do note that the villa is beautifully designed :)

Communication was very good! We were only there for two nights so it was perfect. Nice cafes around and a little hidden from busy streets.

In the morning, the beautiful sky and the sun come in, and at night you can admire many stars. The internet is very fast, the bathroom water pressure is low.

Spent 3 nights here. Perfect location for anyone wanting to go Finns or Atlas, which are both less than 400m away. Close to shops and cafes. As noted can be a bit loud at night with bass from Atlas but this was noted prior and for me, no issues at all. If you are used to super quiet areas or sensitive to noise maybe not. Rizky was super friendly and helpful putting beers in fridge for arrival. Definitely recommend if you’re here to enjoy the nightlife and energy of Canggu.

We spent 10 wonderful days at this villa and had an amazing experience. The villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy Bali while still having a peaceful place to relax. A special thank you to Ayu, the villa manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always available whenever we needed assistance. She made our stay smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The entire team did a fantastic job, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Had a great stay at this location, there is a beach club across and the location is supreme.

We had a wonderful week at this home. There was construction happening when we checked in but the staff greeted us kindly and communicated clearly about when to return. The house was cleaned daily and was a close walk to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Would highly recommend this home!

Flawless Experience

We had a great time staying at Anna and Elize’s place. Very convenient location and walkable to many great restaurants and bars. Ayu the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Was a very pleasant stay, the sounds from the nearby beach club’s were a lot less noticeable than we feared. Would definitely recommend!

The place was close to almost everything. We love the place despite a bit of minor defects on the shower head but attended immediately by Ms Ayu the PIC for our stay. Friendly and always wear a smile. Because of the nature surroundings , expect some small bugs and ants. I’m fine with that as we were given insects pesticides spray. Definitely a great place with young teens as 3 rooms are not connected.

This was SUCH a great Airbnb experience! I usually stay in hotels, but I decided to go out on a limb and try Airbnb — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, Ayu was amazing. We stayed in touch through the App, and she was always so helpful, responding at any time of the day and answering all my questions. She made me feel safe and welcome, and even arranged daily transportation for me with wonderful drivers (Gusade and Eka) at very reasonable prices. I also communicated with Anne through the Airbnb app and she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. This spot is also within walking distance of Atlas and Finn — you really can’t beat that! I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Booked this place as it was really really close to Finns and Atlas beach club. Also with many Cafes and restaurants nearby. Villa was beautiful and clean. Widya ( villa manager) was very accommodating. Wifi was good. The rooms were so cosy. Toilets were clean. AC was cold and nice. Pool was clean and deep . I only have good things to say about this place :))) would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Excellent place to stay! In the heart of all you need: restaurants, beach and nightlife. The villa was beautiful and clean. We only stayed one night but wished we had more time there to hang by the pool and enjoy relaxing in the living room. Rooms were nice a cool and quiet. There is a BIG club across the street but to be honest, we were not bothered by the music at all. I was in bed by 10:30 and didn't hear a thing, but I do sleep with white noise. If you are a light sleeper you may not want to stay here. If we come back to Canngu we would consider staying here again. Anna and her manager, Widya, were great communicators and very pleasant!!

The villa was beautiful! It had everything we needed and it was very close to nice cafes and restaurants. If you want to be close to the party scene this is the place, you will be right next to the Atlas beach club and Finn’s is a 5 min walk away. You will have a nice private and secure villa with a beautiful pool to cool down in.

It was a great experience during our stay in Villa. Beautiful garden, nice pool and clear water in it, also deep enough. Really liked all the kitchen cabinets and stuff for cooking. Very friendly staff and house maid. Fast reaction for any request and really helpful. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back

Anna place was a great stay close to Finn’s beach club, there was plenty of Great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The villa looked exactly how it did in the photos also the beds were so comfy! the cleaning lady is great she did an amazing job keeping the villa spotless, Tari the manager was also very helpful and lovely to deal with, good value for money

We just had a great week at Anna’s. Villa is spacious enough for 6 of us and all basic amenities were provided. Hosts are super responsive. Special mention for Amy who kept the place tidy and helped with every need, super sweet lady indeed. More than the villa itself, I’d say the service was spot on, and location is very hard to beat. Walking do distance to great eateries, the beach, shopping.. thank you for having us!

Some Friends and I had an overall good stay at this villa. A Few hiccups in the beginning but Villa Manager Ms. Rista was very attentive in fixing those issues and took care of them immediately! She’s the sweetest person ever! Location in a busy area but we loved that we had access to many cafes , restaurants, beaches and even the gym! So it worked out great for us! The Villa is right next door to Atlas beach club , you can hear the music from the villa but it didn’t bother us much. We went to check it out definitely a good time! I would come back to this villa !

Great location directly next to atlas. The property manager Dini was very responsive and helped arrange everything needed for a great stay in Bali. Also highly recommend using their preferred driver Gusti to show take you on fun adventures throughout the island.

The location of this place is unbeatable. Very close to the beach and to great stores, restaurants and a pretty cool breakfast spot. Anna, is a very responsive and attentive host. Her and Maria made the check in and check out processes run smoothly and made sure that all our needs were met. The vila is comfortable, modern and well decorated. It's is also very close to a big beach club and, the music can be heard from the rooms until late night but, it was something that didn't bothered us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of this listing cannot be beat!! It's literally a five minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to some of the best restaurants and bars. The place itself was super private and spacious. Overall, had a really great vacation at this listing and would recommend!

i was stuck in a heavy traffic and reach bali very late night but July the villa manager arrange it so its easy for me to check in the villa is clean and nicely arrange, its just the bed ans the pillow in the room that i stay need a little bit upgrading the villa is perfectly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the air conditions all working really well the water condition and the shower is good too! location is PERFECT, near a lot of nice cafe, jogging track nearby, beach is very near overall a super nice stay

My family and I had a great time at Anna's place. Check-in and check out were smooth and easy. The manager was very communicative and easy to reach. Location was perfect: easy to find and very very close to the beach (eventho it got crowded on the weekends). Decor was very modern, simple, which you can tell the host has great. They also provided baby chair for my little nephew and the place was baby-friendly because of the glass doors all over, which is a plus. Overall, everyone felt comfortable and peaceful staying there. Would definitely come back for our next trip.

We stayed here for a week with my two children. The house had a nice, comfortable atmosphere! It was quiet and no traffic/neighbour noise so we enjoyed sitting in the garden and we slept like babies. All was superclean and the manager was easy to reach if we had questions. We for example could discuss the times the maid could come clean and ask for extra towels. Everyday we walked for 2 min to Berawa beach to swim in the sea and eat a nasi goreng and drink a coconut. What more do you need? It was lovely to could have spend time in the house, the garden and dip in the fresh, deep pool. Anna, thank you for everything and we hope to come back here soon!!! Thanks Astrid

Anna’s Place was just perfect. The villa is very well maintained and clean. The fact that the place is only 2 mins away from the beach making the whole stay is even more perfect. Near restaurants as well. Seriously, look no more. If you need to stay in Bali, Anna’s place is the one.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved lying on the floating cushions in the pool. The inside is very comfortable. Really loved the dining room table and the ability to open all the sliding doors to the outside. Beds with mosquito nets were really comfy. Location is fantastic. Awesome location, lovely villa and Rizky the house manager was very helpful and kind. We were 3 people in a 3 bedroom property and it felt spacious enough - my only recommendation would be some more seating / lounging beds (they do have bean bags but only 2 lounge chairs) and better umbrellas as the existing one is rather an aesthetic object more than functional. We experienced no issues during our stay and would stay here again - there is privacy and it's in a quiet neighbourhood in Canggu. Thanks again!

I booked Anna’s villa for a family holiday and it was a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the villa, it was very near cafes and restaurants and the beach itself. We loved swimming and relaxing in the living room area. Kikie the villa manager was very quick to respond to any queries and gave us a very warm welcome. All the rooms are on the ground floor which was nice especially for my mother who has knee issues and can’t walk up stairs very much. The only issue was it took almost 2 hrs to get to the villa due to the traffic, so do keep that in mind (best to travel not during rush hour) Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!

Check-in with Kikie the villa manager was very easy & friendly; she helped us out with all our queries including phone card & bike rental. The villa was spotless and our cleaner Kadek was lovely & very thorough. It was a great location near to beach & restaurants (very close to Finns beach club). Would stay there again.

Perfect villa!!! Really newly if you measure with another villas! Very good service! They responded for all my requestes!!! Pool is nice and you fill privacy at villa!!! Parking just in front the main villa’s door. 1 minuet to amaizing Berawa beach. You have to look sunrise over there....I was with my girlfriend but you will have enough space for 3 couple cause you can get 3 separated bedrooms. And kitchen is a close stile , not as a most summer open kitchen at bali villas.

The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a common space that was enclosed and air conditioned to relax and get a break from he heat when needed. The pool is private, good size and gets lots of sun! Location is great, close to many restaurants and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It is beautifully designed, the cleaner came 6 out of 7 days and keeps it in a lovely condition so you can enjoy your holiday! The pool was warm and clean. All bedrooms are big, have comfy beds, good a/c and are all ensuites. You can walk to berawa beach in five minutes or the cafes are even closer! Some noise with construction in the day but for the central location is generally very quite.

We absolutely loved staying in this villa. As a family with 2 young kids, it was the perfect space for us. With the lounge, kitchen/dining and 1 bedroom inside with the closing floor to ceiling glass doors, it gave us a safe space to relax and enjoy the aircon at times while still having the garden/pool outlook. The on-site manager Rizky was extremely friendly and helpful and always available to help with any questions. The location is also amazing as you could walk up to the beach, and you have great restaurants and cafes only metres away on the Main Street. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Had a wonderful stay at the villa. Anna was super prompt in her responses and accommodating to our schedule. The wonderful villa manager, Rizky, also made sure that we are all settled in and communicated well with updates and even pictures of the cleaning & maintenance crew to ensure our safety. Really clean. Fully furnished. All appliances we used are working. Peaceful as the parties are quite far away and only the occasional distant fireworks can be heard. TV has Netflix and YouTube installed. That's all that we needed. No satellite. TV. Sound system has bluetooth so that is really convenient when playing off our Spotify playlist in the phones while lounging around the pool. Gojek riders had a tendency to get lost coming to the villa. So the detailed instructions provided by Anna and Rizky helped.

Jalan Segara Perancak, Villa 7B. Its an amazing spacious villa with a private pool and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. Smart TV and a bluetooth speaker system with a wonderfully arranged living room. Our family had a wonderful time at this villa. Would definitely recommend

Anna’s place is perfect for a relaxing getaway and was regularly maintained to a high standard during our stay. The villa is located circa 5mins from the beach (walking) and is surrounded by excellent eateries, shops and amenities. Anna’s housekeeper, Rizky, was very attentive, flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this villa.

Really comfortable home in beautiful Canggu neighbourhood. Great division of private and shared space in the house. The bedrooms are generous in size, each with their own bathroom. Our villa manager, Rizky, and driver, Jack, were super friendly and made our stay most enjoyable. The host, Anna, responded very quickly to the questions I had at the time of booking. Thanks!

Lovely place to stay. A decent shop is quite a long walk away so stock up on snacks before. Unfortunately the tap water is not drinkable but there is an unlimited water fountain to use.

Amazing villa very roomy and comfortable. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms and it was awesome. The villa manager was awesome and super friendly. Everytime I needed something she responded right away and was extremely helpful.

My stay was so good. Villa every thing just perfect. Location is in the thick of useful healthy cafes, to the beach 3 minutes. Many shops, pharmacies near you. very nice helpers at the villa. Rizky always been in touch all questions were resolved quickly. Hope I will back soon us possibly.

The villa is located in strategic location, near the Finn’s Beach Club/Berawa Beach (few minutes walking), many good restaurants around. It’s clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated as seen in the photos, the kids love the pool, and air con in the living room is such a blessing. The host is very friendly, helpful, and give a fast response. We really recommend this villa. Thank you Anna and team, we really enjoyed your villa and our holiday in Bali.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Loved the villa, the privacy, the decor, and above all the hospitality. Mosquito repellents, cooling cucumber water and cool towels upon check in, I felt super pampered! Super close to Berawa beach, in the quieter side of Canggu, close to several really great cafes and restaurants and all the surf you want. Mega great deal. Thanks for making my first stop in Bali a magical one:)

We have definitely enjoyed our stay at Anna’s place. The villa is brand new, nicely designed and offered everything we needed. The location is very nice and allows for a short walk to the sea, finns beach club and some bars and restaurants close by. The communication was very easy and we received some good tips based on our desires. Would recommend going here!

This villa is really great, we feel like at home. Villa is brand new and crystal clean Beds really comfortable, ac units powerful and quiet in every room, comfy sofa, the kitchen is big and well-equipped. Anna and Rizky was really helpful We stayed for 9 days with our 3 year son, and it was great time!

This villa is super clean, the attention to detail is amazing, it’s got the most comfortable beds and did not have mosquitos around. I have my 3 and 5 year old with and they loved the villa and pool. The kitchen is equipped properly with good quality cooking and eating utensils.
