Exploring Stylish Downtown Seminyak Walk to Sistefields left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Stylish Downtown Seminyak Walk to Sistefields was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kerobokan Kelod plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Stylish Downtown Seminyak Walk to Sistefields painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

I arrived to do the check in 3:30pm and has two guys working on the water system/pipes, etc. (no notice, nobody informed me about it) The house is pretty small, so no privacy and I could not use the pool , bathroom until 6pm when they finally left the house. Poor communication, not respect for the amount paid and offered a 20% discount, I proposed at least 30%. Answer was no. Take 20% or nothing. For me the overall attitude was bad and it is not worth the money. NEVER come back.

Although it was a short stay, I found the price a bit high for the area. The room and overall setup were okay, but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear, including some water damage on the ceiling and along one of the bedroom walls. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not as great as I had expected for the amount paid.

All was good but we had two issues: First of noticeable bad smell coming under the kitchen counter, if AC was off it spreads all around. Second one is the toilets for nearby villas is located next to the bedroom, so late at night if someone is taking a shower we felt like he was in the room with us. Wife woke up because of this and thought someone broke in.

Great location and only a stones throw to eat street! The staff were very welcoming and friendly 😊 If you’re a couple looking to escape for a week then this is definitely the place for you.

Clean, nice pool and near lots of major spots in Seminyak. Recommend for people who can tolerate street and neighboring villa noise.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool is nice to sit by during the day. The place was clean when we arrived and we were greeted with a welcome drink. We did find it to be quite noisy at night time. In the photos, it advertises the property with Netflix on the tv however there was no Netflix and no way to connect our devices to the TV which made the tv in the bedroom a bit redundant.

Nice aestethics. The advertised photos are accurate. The space is super clean. Three areas for improvement: the Google listing of the villa, the Chef situation, and the bed. The location is not listed on google which makes it difficult hailing a car back to the location. The local drivers are not familiar with the location or name of the villa. The necessity for purchasing groceries when booking the private was not clear. We booked a Chef and purchased groceries. The Chef cooked with his own ingredients which left us with a refrigerator of unused groceries. Finally, the bed is ridiculously hard.

A private and peaceful place yet it's right on the main road right in the heart of all the action.

Everything was great. The villa looks exactly like the photos, is beautifully designed and very practical. We didn’t use the kitchen or the pool, but both looked very clean. The location is excellent — only about a 2-minute walk to Eat Street and around 10–15 minutes on foot to Seminyak Beach. Thank you for everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Best place to stay in Seminyak

Great location with lots of restaurants around, a mall 5 minutes away, beach 12 minutes away, I was expecting the bedroom itself to be small, but it was larger than expected, the large suitcases fit under the bed, the pool is great, kitchen had everything we needed, would stay again!

Great spot and easy to walk to the main street. Nice private pool to call off during the day after market shopping. Bed was super comfy. Felt right at home.

We absolutely loved our stay here for our honeymoon! The villa was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and honestly so comfortable. We had some of the best sleeps of our lives here. The hospitality was what really made it though. We arrived really late after a red-eye flight, but the team still waited up for us to show us around and make sure we were settled in. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared that we had everything we needed. They were also super easy to reach whenever we had questions and went above and beyond with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We ended up discovering some of our favourite spots because of them. Thank you for making our honeymoon in Bali 100x better. It felt like a little home away from home, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Bali!

Very nice and equipped villa for your needs and stay. Location is good too right in the middle of junction. May get a bit noisy at night as it’s by the road side but overall it’s normal and no problem for me. The staffs were all friendly and welcoming and prompt reply when I message them for something. No worries about staying by here. Thank you!

We had a great stay and the property met expectations in all sense. The overall experience was good and large part of it was driven by location of the property. It is close to local shopping area and two prominent beaches. The villa itself is compact, with good amenities and beautiful. There's a 24 hour on call support if needed and daily housekeeping, which ensures a clean house everyday. I recommend this property to all if available.

The villa was exactly as you see in the photos. In fact, the lay out was even nicer than what can be perceived by the photos. The location was great for connectivity and proximity to places as well as getting around. There is definitely noise due to being on a street, however the bedroom is located in a way where it wasn’t a hassle after closing the doors. We faced a minor issue with the AC in the bedroom one night, but the team was proactive and resolved it within minutes, despite it being 2am.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It looked exactly like the pictures and was pristine and clean! When talking to the host and manager online, they always responded in a timely manner and were always so nice. As for where the place was, it was so close to everything! It was a couple minute walk to the eat street, there was a little cafe across the road that had amazing coffee and overall close to everything! It was a beautiful stay and will definitely come back!

This is my favorite place I've ever stay at in Bali. What an incredible villa. It's like your own little oasis just one block from all the hustle and bustle of Seminyak's main road. One of my favorite aspects of this villa is that the living room/kitchen area is indoors (many others are outdoors), which means here you can use the A/C to keep it cool. The villa is a modest size, which is to be expected for something in the downtown area. I'll take location over size any day. You may hear some light traffic in the mornings (also to be expected in any downtown area) but closing the bedroom and bathroom door should help with that. I had no problem getting a good night's sleep. The staff was very helpful and always quick to respond. I stayed here for 5 nights, and I loved it so much that I booked 3 more nights at the identical villa next door (Villa Ophir). Do yourself a favor and stay here, it's worth every penny. Highly recommended. Five Stars.

We had a fantastic experience while staying at Villa Chino! Let me start with the location, it is close to many good restaurants and Seminyak Village. And the villa itself just look exactly like in the pictures! The villa is compact and comfy, perfect for two! And it is squeaky clean! Thank you John, Ami and team for constantly checking on us, helping us in arranging the bike rental and making sure we had the best stays in Bali. Will definitely come back!

The location was perfect I loved the busyness, hustle and bustle! You can easily walk to Seminyak Square and all the well known restaurants/cafes and bars in the area. I love the sun and tanning so the pool area was perfect for my needs. They offer daily cleans, the villa was clean and had everything you needed, ample amenities were also provided. Staff was always available and ready to help if you needed anything. There was nothing I could personally fault. Would definitely recommended if you want to stay in the heart of Seminyak!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s villa in Seminyak. It was the perfect oasis in the middle of bustling Seminyak—peaceful, and very well located, with shops, restaurants, and cafes all within easy reach. The villa itself was extremely clean and beautifully maintained, looks exactly like the photos with everything we needed. Daily housekeeping did a fantastic job and kept everything spotless. The villa manager was polite, helpful, and always responsive whenever we needed anything. You can tell the team takes great pride in keeping the place running smoothly. We would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay in Seminyak!

We really loved the villa that we stayed in cos it was super clean, and the aesthetics were beautiful. The people checking us in were also super lovely and friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Bed was super comfy too and the couch was so big we could just sleep on it! If we had one thing to highlight, you can really hear the the next door neighbours when you’re in the bedroom especially if they’re in the toilet so it can get pretty loud and disturbing, but they also did leave earplugs for us so that was a sweet and considerate touch. On hindsight having villas right beside you and knowing other people are close by doesn’t make the place so eerie or scary! They were also super nice and accommodating to our late check out which we really appreciated. Location is perfect and we could walk everywhere in Seminyak too avoiding the traffic. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We’ll be back for sure!

I had a pleasant stay! The place was clean and organized, with everything I needed available. I was traveling alone and personally found the bathroom a bit too small, but that’s just a personal preference. Daily cleaning was offered, which was a nice touch. The location was good, though the street outside was quite busy—something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise. I had to keep my suitcase in the living room, as there wasn’t enough space in the bedroom or bathroom. On my last day, the weather turned really bad, and all taxis were canceled. I had to bring my luggage to storage and later to the boat and couldn’t find a ride. Thankfully, I was kindly allowed to wait a bit longer at the property and got help getting my bags to storage quickly. I really appreciated the support during a stressful moment. Thank you again!

We both agreed that this villa was the nicest place we stayed during our trip to Bali. Everything about it screamed comfort, from the pool to the living room. I don’t think we ever came back from exploring Seminyak without jumping into the pool. The hosts were attentive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. The quality of the villa was very good. The location was great. I got very fast help for all my needs.

Loved the location. Very close to Semiyak Square. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. Unit was pretty spacious for 2. Clean, good ventilation. However, take note that the unit is on a busy road. You’ll hear occasionally honks and cars driving by. But once you’re in the room, you can’t really hear. Overall, I loved the place. Location is good, unit was clean, no complains.

Amazing stay in Kuta! Close to everything. While it was on the Main Street, we never heard any noises that would disturb our sleep.

We had a fabulous stay at Chino Villa. It was a beautiful and private haven for us to spend time relaxing when not out and about in Seminyak. We loved the pool, living area and all the touches that helped make our stay perfect. Highly recommend Chino Villa when staying in the Seminyak area. We will return for sure.

Beautiful villa right on Jl Mertasari, at the corner opposite Minto French restaurant. So close within walking distance to Jl Kayu Aya. Extremely good service, easy check in and the villa is well equipped. We were there for Nyepi (day of silence) and it was perfect. We particularly liked that the lounge/kitchen area is located indoors and you can have the ac going and still be comfortable to work. Amazing stay, would stay again.

Place was good, standard Bali grimes, all minor. Value for money wise this was a good option, place looks great. One thing to be aware of, the walls are super super thin... if you're a light sleeper, maybe not the best choice. Location is great though. Would stay again.

Stayed here for 3D2N, Love this cosy place! Excellent location walkable distance from various eateries. Clean, pleasant smelling, comfortable. No mozzies. Check-in and check-out was smooth and responsive staff. Will be better if toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Though the location is by the road, minimal noise is heard. Had a good night rest :) highly recommended! Love the pool!

This villa in Seminyak was perfect. Very cozy and great located, at just few minutes in motorbike from streets full of restaurants and beach clubs The villa itself was also very comfortable. It’s very well furnished and the villa managers made us feel like home. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities we required.

Great location! They scheduled a driver when I got in late and the place is exactly like the photos. Bed was so comfy and plunge pool was incredible. I’d wish I had got in sooner, but they did offer me an extended late check out.

We loved our stay. Their team was so professional and they prepared everything including the bug spray and stuff. The interior and art was wholesome, as an content creator it was the best background to shoot some contents there. We highly recommend use their home full body massage. It was cheaper than other places and the therapist were really really good. It was fabulous!!! The room smelled good and walkable to the beach and other places. There are many restaurants and bars 10mins away. Loved the area. One thing is, the pool goes deep, you have to be careful.

Villa had a very beautiful design. Location is very good, walking distance to shopping, F&B and the beach. Staff were very responsive and welcoming. No complaints at all. Only suggestion is to have a drying rack to dry wet clothes but other than that. Everything is perfect

Super clean, great amenities, we enjoyed the plunge pool when it was too hot to go out. Landscaping around the pool is lovely. The living area with the high ceilings and huge glass doors set this place apart from more basic accommodations. Host was very communicative and made sure we were comfortable. Very good location for exploring Seminyak with a cafe a couple steps away and other shops, bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The staff was very professional and Brian communicated well making sure everything was running smoothly. We would most definitely stay here again and have no hesitation recommending this place to others.

Le restaurant Esquina est un plus indéniable ,allez y pour déjeuner ,dîner et petit déjeuner :leur cuisine est notre coup de cœur à Seminyak ♥️Juste en face en sortant de la villa Chino! Le pack cacahuètes et boissons et les citrons sont une attention très belle! Emplacement parfait ,à pieds du centre ,des restaurants,du shopping ♥️ Manque juste un vrai dressing pour vider les valises . Merci beaucoup à tout le staff de leur accueil 🤗

This is the best Villa we have stayed in whilst holidaying in Bali! Great location, very clean and only minutes walk to everything you need. Across the road is Esquina restaurant, for a coffee, drink or something to eat with very reasonable prices. Housekeeping and other villa staff were great. Highly recommend!

걸어서 1분거리 미니마트 있구요 바로 앞에 식당도 있습니다~ 걸으면 맛집 많고 해변까지는 걸어서 15분정도 걸려요! 걷는길 나쁘지 않았어요~ 숙소는 사진과 그대로 매우 깔끔하고 화이트톤에 매우 예뻤습니다~ 다만 아이와는 가긴 좀 그럴거같아요 침대가 너무 높아요

Had a great stay at John’s place. Very convenient location, extremely clean and the host was always responsive. Very impressed with the people managing the Villa too, we were even provided with a phone to get in touch with the manager and to make any external calls. Beautiful space for a couple or a small family.

Brian and his team made us feel welcome and was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained, walking distance from everything we wanted but still very quiet and private. Beautiful little piece of paradise.

Wow! I know there is no shortage of beautiful properties in Bali, but Villa Chino is incredible. From the private plunge pool, the impeccable location and the stylish apartment - this one is a fabulous option for a stay in Seminyak. It’s one short street away from the heart of Seminyak (think Mexicola, La Favela, Seminyak Square) , located amongst the buzz but quiet enough that you don’t hear any of the traffic or music outside. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel like VIP guests. Would also recommend booking the arrival transport through the villa as the service was lovely, and especially for a first timers trip to Bali - that arrival can be quite overwhelming otherwise!

Had an amazing time staying in this airbnb during a week of my trip to Bali. I stayed for 4 days to 3 nights in John’s place & it’s definitely the best decision before I end my vacation. Clean space, great spot. Good host & check in & check out process. Walkable in every great spot of Seminyak. I will definitely return to this place again next year!

Our time in John’s villa was truly amazing. It was just as described and in the heart of Seminyak. We were so close to everything and the villa was always so clean with fresh towels and linen daily. Would definitely stay here again

great place to stay in 5min walk away from great restaurants, villa is very private and very minimal noise pollution even though it is near a busy street. I feel safe walking back at night as the path is well lit.

We had a great stay at John's villa! The villa was located in the heart of Seminyak surrounded by lots of cafe's and restaurant's. The property was exactly as described online and seen in pictures, very clean and beautifully designed. Thank you for having us we will definitely be back!

This was my first stop when visiting Bali, so it was relatively close to the airport. Booked the driver that this villa provided and Gustie was really helpful and we used him for the remainder of our time in Bali. He was waiting with our name cards at 1 am with no complaints and the Villa manager Azi was waiting for us and gave us the necessary instructions needed for check in. The area was on an active Road but that made it easy for taxi access and walkable to Seminyak square.

Our first trip to Bali was nothing short of amazing since we got to stay at John’s villa! It’s accessible and very close to the main shopping and nightlife strip so there was plenty to do. John and his team were extremely helpful and professional from the pre-departure till the end of our stay! 10/10 would recommend and return to stay at the villa for our future trips to Seminyak!

What an amazing villa! Right in the middle of things with easy access to a lot of staples in Seminyak. The Villa feels very private despite being in a busy location and it’s a perfect mix. Brian the villa manager was exceptional to work with, excellent communication and incredibly kind. They accommodated us beautifully and helped us with check in and check out times, arranging a driver to pick us up, and helped me get a hold of something I had left behind within hours of leaving the villa. This place is great and managed professionally and kindly. I highly recommend it!

숙소도 깔끔하고 호스트도 매우 친절합니다. 스미냑 중심가를 걸어다닐 수 있는 위치이며 조식을 먹을만한 식당도 많습니다. 번화가랑 가까운데도 주변이 조용한 편이구요. 조금 보완할 부분이 있다면.. 방 안에 있는 에어컨에서 소음이 있어 잘 때 신경쓰였어요. 시간이 없어서 말씀 못드렸지만 수리가 필요해보여요. 그리고 침대 머리맡에 모기 훈증기가 있어 향이 좀 강합니다.

I enjoyed staying here as it looks exactly like the listed photographs and it’s a 5-min walk to the main area in Semniyak where the famous cafes and restaurants were at. Super convenient!

This is the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in Bali. The villa itself is truly stunning and kept sparkly clean. Amenities were great too - lovely pool, nice bathroom amenities and relatively strong Wi-Fi. Location was so good too, it’s walking distance from all the hot spots in Seminyak and we didn’t need to drive around that much. Communication was prompt for all the staff - we had a minor miscommunication with the driver they helped us hire but they responded and resolved it quickly. Thanks for the awesome stay - we will be back!

The place was a great place, great location and friendly host. Near to party spots and great cafes like revolver. Warung are also walking distance. Amenities and space are as per describe and photos. Will come back again to the other villas.

This villa is in a great location and just a short walk to one of the main Seminyak streets. There is also a great cafe/restaurant across the road and a small supermarket just 50 metres away. There is some road noise given the proximity to main the main road. The villa staff and host are extremely helpful and assisted us greatly during our stay, organising airport transfers and local spa treatments. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect villa for a visit to Seminyak! We had everything we needed, and especially appreciated the cell phone for local calls and communication with the night team. The home was tidy, clean, and spacious for two. We are not used to open concept villa living, so the enclosed living space was great (stayed cool and mosquito free). Only a short walk to the main part of town. Lastly, the team was lovely and responsive - we felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you!

Excellent place for two in the heart of Seminyak. You can walk to the best restaurants, cafés and bars. Daily housekeeping and helpful staff were a bonus. There’s a nice multi-cuisine restaurant right opposite the villa that’s perfect for breakfast. Definitely coming again!

Villa chino was the perfect little boutique villa in the best spot. One street back from ginger moon ultimos all the great foods! My partners birthday was also during our stay and they suprised us with a little cake which was super cute and personal! Overal it was a stunning villa. The only downfall was the bed was hard as a rock which was uncomfortable. But I’m sure for the future it can be a easy fix. Thankyou villa chino would recommend!

Overall the villa was well maintained with housekeeping everyday to clean the pool and replace the towels. Hosts were responsive with clear instructions, and villa is a short walk away from many restaurants and cafes. Villa was well equipped with cutlery, fridge and shower accessories. There was even a spare phone to contact the villa manager which was very thoughtful! Small things to note is that villa was not very soundproof so you can hear your neighbours opening their doors or playing music. Also when it rained the water leaked through the doors into the living room so hopefully that can be fixed.

Where do I even begin? Having travelled to Seminyak at least 5 times, and staying at an airbnb every single time, this was hands-down my absolute favourite stay in Seminyak! The monochromatic lover in me lovedddd the design of the villa - every detail was perfect (down to the customised Villa Chino towels), the villa was spotless, the amenities provided were really thoughtful (e.g. smart tv, mineral water, snacks), the location was perfect (right in the heart / centre of Seminyak and just a 5-10 mins walk away from Seminyak Square, where popular cafe Sisterfields is located), and the service was excellent as well! Not only did the team reach out to us a few days prior to the trip to ensure check-in was seamless, we were also provided with a temporary phone during our stay in case we needed to contact the team. This was definitely the perfect cosy stay for the 2 of us and we look forward to returning again one day! Thank you so much for everything!

John’s place is as beautiful as it is on the photos. It’s conveniently situated right in the heart of Saminyak. There are plenty of places walkable. Although it’s on a busy street, John’s place still has its own privacy and once inside the compound you are in your own oasis. Overall, highly recommend and we would return in a heartbeat. X

A fuss free stay ideal for couples, in a tidy and thoughtfully curated space. There’s no staff on site but it is managed so well that it doesn’t feel necessary - you have everything you need. Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful! :)

Perfect central location.

The reason we chose this villa is bec of the location. It’s not secluded unlike most villas and walking distance to a lot of cafes, restaurants, minimarts, bars etc. The place is clean, there’s a cleaning service daily during our stay. Communication was smooth and fast. A few downsides would be the bed was hard, walk way was close to the pool and the pool had a suction hole that was big enough to suck my daughter’s arm. Luckily, her arm was fine. Other than that, would definitely recommend this place esp for couples.

Hi John! We had a great stay in your villa for 5 days and it definitely felt like home to us! Everything was in a good condition, the whole place was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes too! What was outstanding abt the villa was the cleaniness 🙂 I have to say that it’s one of the cleanest overseas stay for us! The properties were well taken care of too, even though at the start there was an issue with the door but the staffs were super efficient and it was resolved within a day! Pool was clean except that there were some leaves/little branches in them and the water pump wasn’t turned on during the night time, but it was fine to us! Location was good as its super convenient with nearby marts/stores! And it’s not too noisy at night too, even though it’s right by the roadside 👍🏼 We appreciate that there was a phone given to us too for convenient communication with the staffs for any issues! Overall, it was a beautiful stay for us! And we’ll definitely come back in the future! Truly recommend this place to first timers looking for a private villa to stay in as cleaniness and comfort is guaranteed! 😊 With love, Syukri & Mariah ♥️

Surprisingly calm location despite it being next to a relatively busy street and walking distance to the centre of Seminyal. Friendly host with prompt and easy communication. Clean, sufficient cooking equipment and cutlery. I would urge you to stay at Villa Chino if you want to experience Seminyak without any hassles.

This place is in the center of it all, very accessible to restaurants and beach clubs. Villa is cleaned daily and they met our accommodations. Villa is on the smaller side, but I’d recommend to a couple trying to explore Seminyak.

Stayed here end Jun 2022. We had the perfect stay - host will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm on flight arrival and you can use this channel to clarify any questions before the trip. We do recommend using the airport transfer as finding Villa addresses in Bali aren’t always easy. Location is superb - the best in all my Bali stays. John’s Villa (Villa Chino) is a short walk to Jln Kayu Aya where ALL the main shops n popular restaurants are (Chandi, Revolver, etc) which leads to Seminyak Square. If you feel lazy on one of the days, Esquina restaurant is just opposite. We walk to the beach everyday too (further down from Seminyak Square). Wifi connection is strong. Good selection of TV channels (even better than ones typically available 5-star hotel) which keeps us occupied at night. The pool is bigger than expected but expect just a dip to cool off from the sun. Traffic noise wasn’t an issue - in fact I couldn’t hear anything once the doors are closed. I felt safer being close to the road side and Main Street. The bed is a bit harder than usual - prefer softer ones esp on holidays. Overall we had a good stay and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to be in central I Seminyak! Thanks for hosting us!

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The owner and property mgmt put so much thoughts in details in the room (Bose speaker, water, beach towels, US plug sockets just to name a few). A 5-star hotel experience with so much more space and a private pool.

Brilliant villa with the right amount of everything! Super clean, comfortable, super easy access to nearby shops and convenient stores. Check in/out was easy with the help of their villa manager. Communication was also not a problem with them over the phone. We've stayed in some pretty amazing places, and we really, truly, cannot fault Villa Chino and its staff. Outstanding customer service to the highest standards of a 5-Star Resort, but way better since it's personalised (and you genuinely feel cared for!). The villa itself was better than we expected. Super clean, super tidy, even the pool looked picturesque and 100% Insta-worthy. The room was already air-conditioned upon arrival (which was much appreciated), the villa manager greeted us with a welcome drink and showed us around. Their extended care included a phone for direct contact with management. They've definitely not gone cheap on anything in this villa, even the soap felt artisan! Extra special thanks to Brian, the villa manager who came all the way to help us get our $100 back from the scam money changer around the corner (but refused to take our tips for all his trouble, despite putting himself through an awkward confrontation on our behalf). We would, no doubt, be recommending this place and any other Airbnbs under the same umbrella of management to all our friends and families as it's left an impression that we won't ever forget. True stars in their own right, thank you for making us feel like home away from home :) See you again soon.

Loved the villa! Exactly as depicted in the photos - modern, stylish and functional. It had everything we needed and several additional thoughtful touches such as a delightful bathroom scent, wine glasses and a phone to contact the villa managers. Everything was well maintained (except for a musty wet smell beneath the kitchen sink - but that was hardly an issue). The villa managers were very responsive and professional. Location was superb, walkable to Seminyak's hottest restaurants and bars, an a 5-10 minute cab ride to the major beach clubs. Would love to stay here again during our next trip to Bali!

We had a great stay! The location is very central. It could be very noisy from the traffic, as a main road is right in front of the doorstep. But we always turned on the Bose speaker and listened to some music so it wasn’t much an issue. The villa was exactly as pictured. Super clean and stylish with comfy bed. Would recommend this place to those who want to stay at the heart of Seminyak, and we would come back again next time!

Loved it. The space is kept lush with gorgeous decor and exceptional service from helpful staff. There is some traffic noise when you’re hanging out but with the doors closed at night and the beautiful big bed you can sure rest easy. Would book again 100%!

Was initially worried as this is a pretty new villa and there were no reviews. Upon arriving at the villa, we were so happy that it turned out exactly the stylish villa as seen in photos. The decoration, design of the villa is perfect for 2. Clean, bright and fuss free space. It is within steps from minimart and the main street, hence, might be a bit noisy since it is facing the street, but the bedroom chamber has an additional door that kind of blocks it out when you go to bed. Will not hesitate to stay here again!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY HERE! First off, this villa was AMAZING! The absolute perfect location and could not have been easier access for us to explore Seminyak like we did. It's literally half a block from downtown to the best shopping and restaurants like SisterFields, Bossman, The Revolver and so many other famous spots! The villa was perfect in every way. I loved all the details and design aspects that went into the place.The pool was just the right temperature and well utilized during our stay! We had such a great experience here and loved every minute of it. It worked out perfectly for us and seriously the best home base and we explored the city over the course of few days. Well worth it! The staff that help take care of the property area are all SOOOOO friendly and were more than helpful. The perfect first stop for us during our first visit to Bali. You won't be disappointed! The only suggestion I have from our experience trying to get to the villa from the airport. If you can, book through the host! We made the mistake and did not and had trouble with the airport taxi driver and company about the location combined with our limited internet and language barrier. Be made it but only through the help of the host!
