Exploring Stylish space, 2 mins walk to Kudeta Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Stylish space, 2 mins walk to Kudeta Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Stylish space, 2 mins walk to Kudeta Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Overall is good but we were not happy with water heater. We asked them. to. fix but there was no improvement.

Unfortunately, in my case the stay was not peaceful. At night, there were noisy neighbors and, unexpectedly, fighting cats. The room itself is quite small, but the location is very good. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and caring owner. Fridge was faulty and I had 300k of food go off on our first night. He refunded it without questions. We only stayed 3 days and he didn't get a chance to have it fixed. However overall I think it's overpriced for such tiny room and I didn't pay attention that their were no pics of bathroom, was typical 2sq m toilet and shower over it.

해변 바로 옆이긴 하지만, 발리에서의 2주중 가장 호객행위가 많은 지역이었어요. 숙소는 설명과 사진 그대로였어요. 호스트도 여러 비앤비를 운영중인걸로 아는데, 상주하지는 않지만 계속 대응은 해주었습니다. 다만, 제가 방문했을 때 온수가 문제가 있었던 건 지 물이 전혀 뜨겁지 않았구요 저는 1박 후 방을 옮겼습니다. (따뜻한 물이 필요하시면 시미냑 센터 3성 호텔이 가격경쟁력/ 편의성부분에서 훨씬 탁월한 선택 같습니다. 저는 하루 이곳에서 보내고 주변 소음과 온수로 고생해서 그냥 비싸도 풀빌라로 옮겼습니다) 냉장고는 보냉정도의 기능만 하고, 주변 방과의 방음이 전혀 안되는 구조였습니다. 열드시 넘어 옆방 웃음소리에 잠을 못 잤네요. 그럼에도 해변 근처가 중요하고, 잠만 자면 된다 하시면 괜찮은 선택같아요. 그냥 대학가 원룸? 느낌입니다. 호스트는 친절했어요:) 계속 답장을 주긴 했는데, DO움이 되지 못하는 답장을 주었어요. ON수 얘기에는 >>너 2전의 Gㅔ스트들은 com플레인이 없었다. 티V 가 안 켜진다난 말에는 Re모컨을 눌러봐라 (!?) 주변 소음또한 ㄴㅗ ㄱ음해서 전달했는데, 듣고도 이게 닭이냐고 개냐고 …. 누가봐도 인니어 ㄷㅐ 호 ㅏ 였는데요 ㅎ ㅘㄴ불은 잘해주었어요 + 추가로 작성해요, 제가 온수와 주변 이웃의 소음으로 인해서 호스트에게 컴플레인을 제시했고 호스트는 늦은 시간이라 바로 대응은 해주지 못하였지만 미숙박분에 대해 환불을 해주어 저는 숙소를 옮겼습니다. 숙소를 옮기기 전까지도 호의적으로 잘 해주었어요. 다만, 에어비앤비 정책상 호스트와 게스트가 각자 후기를 다 작성한 후에야 서로의 후기를 열람 가능한데 제가 후기를 작성하자 직접 호스트에게 연락이 왔네요. 나도 너의 후기를 적어야 하니 너의 리뷰에 어떻게 썼는지 알려달라구요. 호스트에 대한 저의 리뷰 의견이, 저에대한 호스트의 리뷰에 영향을 주나 보네요. 그래서 평점이 높았던걸까요

Ich habe die Unterkunft 30 Minuten vor Ankunft gebucht und Indra hat mir sehr zuvorkommend und unverzüglich geantwortet und mir die nötigen Angaben zukommen lassen, damit ich das Zimmer problemlos finden konnte. Der Austausch mit ihm war sehr angenehm und immer "prompt". Die Lage war ideal, direkt beim Strand und mitten im Zentrum von Seminyak. Herzlichen Dank für den angenehmen Start in mein Bali Erlebnis.

Cute accommodation in a perfect location!! Just enough space for the 2 of us with everything we could’ve possibly needed (umbrella’s, books, beach towels, etc). Indra was a great host. Only things to note were loud neighbours and construction going on early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. We also experienced a power outage during our stay. Otherwise worth the price and a good experience!

Minmint was a good place to stay for a weekend in Seminyak. Very convenient location, especially for motorcycles. Not good for cars. The bed was comfy and the air con was very good, plus it was quiet at night, tucked away from the night life. I found the shower controls to be frustrating, there was a large cockroach in the room at one point, and the stone driveway got so slippery in the rain I almost slipped over multiple times per day (I dropped my phone at one point). Overall, I would recommend this place.

It was easy accessible, walking distance to the beach or the clubs. Lovely place as per the pictures. The apartment is absolutely cosy, lots of amenities, absolutely love the vibe. One thing to take note is that the bath room is alil small. The shower and toilet is pretty close and you will def get the toilet drench when you shower. The main door is also see through, but there’s a drop down curtain for us to use, but there’s still chances of someone peeking from outside. But do take note that this is on a private property, there is a main door outside of room door. Nevertheless, these are small stuff, Indra have been an absolute amazing host, prompt replies and making sure we were okay! Would def stay again.

This apartment was a bit smaller than what we expected, especially the bathroom. The place was very clean and Idra community with us very promptly and he was very helpful and very accommodating. Location was also great.

Indras place is super safe, grate location, easy access, clean and comfortable. There was not hot water since the bathroom had a problem, I’m sure he had it fixed!

Indra is very friendy, polite and considerate. Beautiful decoration and clean room. Indra even helped find some medicine for me when I was not feeling well. This room will be perfect without the noise from the water pump.

We had a lovely stay at this place. It is right at the heart of Seminyak yet tucked in to a corner where you will enjoy peacefulness and calm. Beach is walkable from here. The place matches the description and pictures as well. Host Indra is super helpful and responsive. Would recommend this place!

Rigtig god placering. Tæt på alting, men på rolig gade. Utrolig venlig rengørings personale. Værten var hurtig og hjælpsom til at svare. Værelset er ret lille, men fint til lige at restituere og komme sig over en lang rejse. Aircondition larmede desværre meget. Alt i alt et super ophold.

Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Wir konnten alles Fußläufig erreichen. Es war auch alles sauber und wir konnten sogar früher und sehr einfach einchecken, das war sehr positiv. Leider ist es sehr laut und hellhörig und wir konnten nicht gut schlafen. Viele Geräusche wie z.B. laute Musik ab 7 Uhr morgens.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft im Zentrum von Seminyak. Der Strand ist sehr nah (5 Minuten) und diverse kleine Läden sind auch in der Nähe. Leider hatte das Wifi nicht dauerhaft gut funktioniert und während unserem Aufenthalt waren diverse Bauarbeiten direkt vor oder neben der Unterkunft. Für Paare ist ebenfalls die Durchsichtige Toilettentür ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würden wir aber jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke!

Have to keep it positive. Indra knows what he'll need to prioritise to keep that superhost status. Good location, fairly quiet at night except for those horid modified mopeds. Reinvest into it and I'm sure there wont be any issues. Just greatful I has somewhere to stay 🙏

Perfect cosy stay for our first Bali trip. Host is extremely warm and responsive. The little seating area outside the bedroom is such a gem. Sitting there unwinding in the evening felt incredibly peaceful and therapeutic after a full day of sightseeing. Smooth self check-in, lovely vibe all around. Highly recommend and would gladly return.

Actually a gem. Being within walking distance of the beach was huge. Ku De Ta, Infinity Beach Club, Salt Lick, Waroeng Bernadette, and the Flea Market were all minutes away by foot. There’s also a great spa just two houses down Indra and his staff were also great and helpful and quick to respond The unit is small but that wasn’t a problem for us. The layout and the interior made it more cozy than anything Overall, amazing value, location, and experience. If it’s available I highly recommend you book. You won’t find many places with all 3

Absolutely loved it here! There was some Wi-Fi issues when I first got there, but they remedied it quickly. Such a cute place and I love the little enclosed terrace., it was beautifully decorated. Next time I’m in Seminyak I’ll definitely book this place. Also, so close to the beach, I loved it!

​I had a great stay at Mimint! The location is fantastic, next to a popular beach club, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and flea market right in the area. It's also conveniently close to the main Seminyak area and the beach. The apartment itself was very practical for long and shot stay. Bli Indra is also easy to communicate and accomodating. Would recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Indra's airbnb. he has very clearly put much love into this space and stepping inside felt like coming home. it had everything I needed and more and it was a wonderful space to rest before my flight back to Australia. due to a slight inconvenience, Indra had to come to my rescue, he was prompt, responsive and incredibly helpful. once I got to speak to him more and learn more about his interests and passions, it was very clear to me that this would definitely be a place I would like to revisit in the future. 年前出来玩，遇到了超好的房东，给我们主动推荐了餐厅和冲浪学校还有按摩店，周围步行可以到比较繁华的地段逛街。 我们两个女生住，两个大箱子放得开，稍微有一点挤，但是没什么问题，有桶装水不用自己再买矿泉水了，唯一痛苦的就是衣服晾不干，主要因为这几天在下雨。

Private, well set up room in a secure Balinese family residence. Beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully provisioned with everything you could need. Great location walkable to all Seminyak locations (and transport easily available, just walk out the door) and super close to beach. Comfy bed, great aircon and fan . bathroom is a little basic but it was just fine for me for 3 nights, would stay again for a short trip by myself

This place was very easy to find and access, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Indra was an amazing host–super helpful, easy to communicate with, and always checking in to make sure everything was going well. Some might say the space is small, but I’d say it was perfectly sized–cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s ideal for a couple(or solo traveler) and perfect if you plan to spend your days out exploring, then come back to a cozy place to unwind in the evening. The lighting and decor created a warm, homey vibe. The location was a huge plus: close to the beach, Markets, and within walking distance to everything we needed. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Indra’s air bnb was super chic and cozy, just 2 mins away from the beach. The beach has good restaurants and surfing options. Indra went above and beyond to help us not just with the stay but also with recommendations on what are the good things to explore and do. He is a super host.

We booked for a quick stay after hour long flight and it was the perfect spot to experience seminyak without breaking the bank. It's right near the beach and being so close to eat street there were plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Only issue really was finding the place. The address on Google drops you around the corner but Indra provided the pindrop location and was very responsive in helping us find our way.

해변이 바로 근처에 있어서 (걸어서 2분) 일출 그리고 일몰까지 하루 종일 바다를 즐길수 있음 스미냑의 메인거리와 바로 연결되어 있어 맛집 탐방도 도보로 가능 함 단 커플이 숙박하기에는 답답하다고 느낄 수 있으며 햇볕이 들지앉아서 하루종일 숙소에서 지내기에는 아쉬움이 있음 샤워필터를 사용 했는데 이틀만에 까매짐. 샤워필터 사용 필수와 함께 필터 교체 자주 해야 함

Location wise - value for money! Indra’s place is located bang in the middle of Seminyak, about 2 mins walk to the beach and a few mins walk to Seminyak square. The place is cosy, neatly tucked in one of the by lanes of Seminyak with everything you need. I had a great stay here and highly recommend this place to stay if travelling solo or with a partner.

I had a wonderful stay! Indra was super responsive and very helpful throughout my visit. The house had everything a traveller could need, from a hair dryer and microwave to even mosquito repellent, all wrapped in a cute, thoughtful aesthetic. It felt very comfortable and ideal for a solo traveller. The location is also perfect, close to everything you might want to explore.

Amazing apartment and a convenient location for my trip! I had to extend my stay in Bali for a couple of days at the last minute (due to a cancelled flight caused by a volcanic eruption), and Indra was quick to confirm my reservation, responsive with clear check-in instructions, and helpful throughout my stay. 10/10 would recommend!

This Airbnb is in a fabulous location, easy walk to fabulous cafes, restaurants, shops and most important the beach. We always had quick responses to the couple of questions we had. We recommend staying at this quiet and clean Airbnb.

Die Unterkunft von Indra ist zentral in Seminyak gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß gute Restaurants und Cafés erreichen. Der Strand ist außerdem auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Indra hat vor der Anreise Infos zum Check-In gegeben und war sowohl schnell als auch sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation. Wir würden dieses AirBnB wieder wählen für den Start unserer Bali-Rundreise!

Perfect location if you’re looking to tuck yourself away from the hustle and hustle of Seminyak. Indra’s place was so homely, with really thoughtful details to help us feel comfortable during our stay. He took the time to send local recommendations and was very proactive in checking in to make sure we had everything we needed at his place. We were a short walk from the beach so enjoyed a sunset walk and beer on the beach before bed!

Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur mindestens genauso tatsächlich anzutreffen, wie online dargestellt, Indra gibt sich unfassbar viel Mühe, das Wohnerlebnis in Seminyak für seine Mieter so angenehm wie nur möglich zu gestalten. Über die großartigen Empfehlungen für Restaurants, die tolle Wohnungsausstattung, wie auch die liebevolle Einrichtungen hinweg ist diese Unterkunft für ein Aufenthalt in Seminyak einfach nur perfekt. Eine Oase der Ruhe mitten im Treiben der Stadt. Ich kann sie schlicht und ergreifend, nur weiter empfehlen und wenn ich wieder vor Ort sein sollte, werde ich mich definitiv freuen, wenn ich wieder bei Indra Gast sein darf.

Very cozy and comfortable space, decorated very well. Small space that was perfect for us with everything we needed. Our host was very helpful and communicative, checking on us every step of the way. Also conveniently located in Seminyak to easily travel to all the destinations around.

The place is pleasant with real plants, Indra was a great proactive host, turned on the ac before our visit and provided us with good recommendations (he even asked the local surfing community to help us book a surf lesson). We enjoyed our stay and would book again !

Indra was an awesome host. The check-in instructions were very detailed and he was always very responsive with our queries and it was apparent that his concern for his guests’ enjoyment and comfort level is very much at the top of his priority list. His apartment is beautifully decorated with some nice touches and is located in a great area of Seminyak, a stone’s throw away from some of our favorite restaurants like Revolver, Sisterfields, Baked, Neon Palms, Bossman, etc. Thank you, Indra, for sharing your beautiful space with us!

Little gem in the heart of Seminyak. Easy walking distance to pretty much everywhere in Seminyak and yet, the place is very secluded in a quiet surroundings. The place is compact and beautiful without any missing amenities. Indra is a great host, very responsive and also caring and proactive. He checks on you even before you ask him questions and responds quickly with clear instructions & answers. He also proactively provided local recommendations and checked on me daily on how the stay was. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Seminyak and would highly highly! recommend this place and Indra to anyone.

Hello, The apartment 200m away from the beach was in a effect location for surfing, tanning and other activities. My recommendation for breakfast is the local coffee, it’s a 5 min walk. Indra is a perfect host, you can text him 24h and he answers immediately. It is a good place for a cheap holiday with everything you need! Greetings Nina

What can't I say about Indra and his place? The private room is beautiful and is walking distance to many cafes (Check out Local coffee shop about 3 minutes walking distance), restaurants, bars and a few spas (Nu Day Spa was perfect). The room was VERY clean, cute and included many amenities like COLD AC, drinking water, mini fridge, bug spray, books, a TV, and FAST wifi! Indra was very kind and accommodating during my stay. He allowed me to drop off my bags earlier than check in time so that I didn't have to carry them around. The bathroom had hot water, with decent pressure and has shower gel and shampoo. It's easy to see that Indra put a lot of thought and effort into the place and takes pride in his business. Indra kept in communication with me during my stay and offered suggestions for local restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. This is a perfect location for a solo traveler or couple. I highly recommend this space for anyone wanting to stay in the Seminyak area!

Indra is a very responsive and helpful host. He even extended the check-out time for us though we did not ask for it and able to put our luggage in the room when it is not check-in time. We love the design of the accommodation as it feels very homely. Really love the location as it is a walkable distance to Seminyak Square (with lots of eateries & massage places) and even to the beach.

Mooi ingerichte kamer, schoon en veel privacy door de ligging. Alle restaurants, winkels en strand op loopafstand. Enige minpuntje kan zijn dat de muren heel dun zijn en je dus veel hoort van de buren. Verder een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Indra’s place is in the middle of Kuta area and walkable to a lot of places, such as potato head beach club. The room itself is clean and spacious for couples, both my wife and I enjoyed our stay there. Indra is very responsive, super clear with checkin instructions and gave good coffee recommendation ! Nice gardening as well and there are a lot of books to read while chilling at the beach. Overall, the whole place feels very homely and definitely recommend this place !!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in this spotless room. It’s beautifully designed and just a short walk from the beach. Indra is an excellent host, always just a message away for any questions, and even recommended one of the best spots for brunch. I accidentally broke his water bottle, and he was incredibly understanding, not charging me anything extra for the mishap. The beach is very close, and Indra thoughtfully provided beach towels, which was a nice touch. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this place to others.

My friend and I were craving some local Indonesian food, and Indra was really helpful in recommending local but clean options! The room here is spotless and even comes with an iron, which is a nice bonus for our vacation outfits. I'd highly recommend this place if you're exploring the busy Seminyak area and looking for an affordable stay!

We had a great stay at Indra‘s place for 2 nights. The apartment was really cozy and comfortable and we especially liked that Infra offered free water with a large water canister. On top, it was in walking distance to many restaurant and the beaches in Seminyak.

When we arrived, the place was exactly as described (and pictures). It was clean and practical and is has all the basic necessities you need. The accommodating was also very near to everything you need, from restaurants to shops and also the Seminyak Village etc. At the same time it was located in a much more quiet area away from all the main and busy traffic. We were also able to leave our luggage at the terrain so that we could hang out in Seminyak a bit more, Indra reassured us that it was perfectly safe and so it was. Last but not least, the dog from one of the owners was adding some extra vibes to the place 😊. Friendly and cute neighbour dog. Overall a very nice experience in Seminyak and I definitely recommend this place! I would probably stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located Airbnb in Seminyak, Bali. Despite being in the heart of the city, the property was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and the host was amazing, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property wasn't crowded, allowing for personal time to relax and enjoy the lush greenery. Its location is perfect, with many nice restaurants, cute cafes, and shopping places within walking distance. The beach is also very close by, making it easy to explore Seminyak. I highly recommend this Airbnb for its excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and convenient location. It definitely deserves five stars.

We had a wonderful 4 nights. The place was so well decorated with even the umbrellas matching the decor! The place was easy to find with lovely green plants. Very well located so lots of things to do - the beach is so close too! Indra was away but Frety stepped in and was so responsive giving us the best advice on places to eat (we even got a 20% discount), things to do and transportation!. Loved our time there but do note that it’s a small cosy place and the bathroom is also quite small. The AC made a bit of a noise which I discussed with Frety and it didn’t bother us too much! Overall a great experience!

Loved Indras place. So close to a very quiet part of Seminyak Beach. There was no noise at night and we could not hear any noise from nightclubs or other party venues. The air conditioning was cool so we got a good nights sleep each night. The family that live at the back of the property was so friendly. Indra guided us to where to hire a motorbike and organised us pick ups to and from the airport as well.

we had a great stay at mimint. the place was thouroghly clean and smells fresh. the bathroom was quite tight but the new curtains made it work. very much appreciate the thoughtful things added such as the reading nook and kitchen necessities.

Really loved our stay at Indra’s place! It’s a stone’s throw from the beach but so much more affordable than a beach club, and the space was so cosy, homely, clean, private and beautifully done up. It also felt very safe as there’s a big main gate, and inside there’s a few other neighbours in similar little modern homes (not sure if it’s other airbnbs), and then a big local’s house behind. There’s also a cleaner who comes daily to clean the space and make the bed. At night it’s very quiet and peaceful, however note that while we were there, some mornings we could hear the neighbours talking quite loudly (or perhaps it was their tv). Indra was also a really amazing host, very accommodative, helpful and responsive. He gave us contact for a car to pick us from the airport, a contact for bike rental, and was just really helpful with all the questions we had! Thanks so much Indra for the lovely stay! Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber! Die Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem hat man viele Möglichkeiten Dinge zu unternehmen und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Check-in hat super geklappt, obwohl wir deutlich später angekommen sind als ursprünglich geplant war. Außerdem hat Indra uns einen Late-Checkout ermöglicht. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, immer gut erreichbar und hat uns noch eine tolle Empfehlung für ein Café zum Frühstücken gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt!

Loved staying at Indras. Well put together and really feels like home. Only feedback is that the bathroom is small and could do with a shower curtain as the wet area spills. However it does dry fast so wasn't too much of a hassle for one night. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back and stay here.

One of the best places I stayed in Bali. It’s one of a kind with its design specific interiors, clean linens and bathroom. Love how the host made sure to leave clean cutleries, and most importantly make up cleaning towels :0 The host Indra is very proactive and ensured the best for our stay. Loved the caretaker Ayu who deligently cleans the property. The cute sit out is great and the place is in walking distance to beach clubs and laundry shops. I will definitely book this place again.

3박 묵었는데, 샤워기 필터가 전혀 더러워지지 않았습니다! 진짜 깨끗하고 수질 관리가 잘 되어 있어요! lndra는 매우 친절하고 필요한 정보들을 상세하게 알려줘요! 체크인 방법을 영상으로 찍어서 알려주고 날씨가 더운데 괜찮은지 물어보기도 했습니다! 방은 정말 쾌적하고 무엇보다 침구가 너무 푹신하고 깨끗해요! 위치도 스미냑 메인 거리로 도보로 이동할 수 있고 주변에 편의점도 많아서 좋았어요!!

Indra was so responsive and accommodating! I regret not having stayed here for longer. The aircon was strong and the location cant be beat. You can hear your neighbors but luckily those staying near me weren’t too disruptive. This place was great for a solo traveler like me and pricing is very fair. Highly recommended!

Indra was attentive and accommodating to us, we couldnt turn on the tv and he came over to help us with it. The sheets was also changed everyday, so thats nice! The maid who cleaned the room was also especially friendly as well The only thing to note is that the room is not so sound proof, can hear everything outside, so got woken up a few times by kids crying and calling noises But other than that, everything is good!

It was a really nice stay. The Room is very close to the beach and to the main street with the shops and restaurants. The room itself has everything it needs and is very nice decorated! During our stay we unfortunately broke something in the room and Indra was very understanding and did his best to solve the problem. We would highly recomand it!

Indra is an extremely responsive and helpful host. The place is cosy, aesthetic and pleasing. The interiors have minute detailing. It is 2 minutes of walk from the Seminyak beach, The Oberoi & Ku de Ta beach resort. The Seminyak flea market is 5 minutes of walk away.

Indra is a super friendly and responsive host! He was there to hold our bags when we arrived early, and when we returned after check-in everything had already been taken to the room. The room itself is lovely and nicely private, and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach! Would 10000% stay here again. :)

Loved Indra’s place. The stay was perfect, everything we needed and sparkling clean. Indra made the time to message me all the details and make sure check-in and everything was fine. Also, organised a driver for us to the airport the next morning, which was very kind. Great location and all we needed for the stay. Indra has been extremely responsive and provided us all the details needed to check in and all the thing provided in the room. Love that it’s flexible to check in and easy to communicate. The apartment is cosy, closes to many restaurants and shopping area but located in a section where it’s not too noisy at night. Love this place and hope to come back!

Indra war sehr flexibel, ich konnte mein Gepäck noch länger in der Nähe abstellen, er war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Geschäfte und Restaurants auch!

Our stay was wonderful! Indra was so attentive to any questions we had and super quick to respond. The home is perfectly nestled in between so many different places to eat or things to do. Indra’s place was absolutely perfect in every way! It’s beautiful & so conveniently located to everything! The beach is only 5mins away. He was so helpful & quick with his responds, I felt very taken care of even though we did not meet in person. He made sure to check in with me before, during & after the stay. Check-in was straight forward & easy. The cleaning lady helped me with my suitcase & she was there everyday to clean the room. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Seminyak. Perfect spot for a solo traveler! You won’t regret it😁

Le logement d'Indra était totalement fidèle à la description. Confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, nous y avons apprécié notre séjour. Il est situé à 2 min à pied de la plage et à 5-10 minutes de nombreux commerces. Le quartier est parfois un peu bruyant la nuit, cela dépend des jours. Indra est un hôte très réactif, soucieux de nous proposer un logement de qualité et tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin lors de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup !

I absolutely loved Indra’s place. The room itself was beautifully decorated. I appreciated all the details and that extra amenities were included. I had plenty of towels! Indra was very responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions and provided me with some great recommendations. The apartment was a really perfect location near the beach, shops and restaurants. Honestly wish I had more days there! I will definitely come and stay again next time I’m in Seminyak.

this was our first destination in bali and we stayed here for three nights, the accommodation is very close to the beach, and there are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance! the room was lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay :)

Indra was very prompt in replying to my messages and sorting out any concerns we raised. His place was a bit smaller than I expected it to be but it was clean, cozy and very comfortable to stay. We were able to check in early and check out late which saved us a lot of hanging outside ☺️ Thanks Indra!

Indra himself is very helpful and a great host. The place itself was wonderful, the best part being the location. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach. Located right in Seminyak, there is always something to do. The place was cosy for two people and had a nice private porch. Would be more than happy to stay at Indra’s place again.

This place was an absolute gem. It was located in a very popular area of Seminyak but felt private enough. Not only was it steps away from the beach, it was extremely close to great restaurants and beach clubs. We were always welcomed back “home” with a freshly made bed, towels, and tidied room daily which is above and beyond for an Airbnb. Our host was very transparent and offered amazing recommendations for our trip! Would love to stay here again!

Indra is a very thoughtful and nice host. We noted we were staying for our honeymoon and he had flower petal and towel decor on the bed when we arrived. It was very much appreciated. We were also in need of an iron and he had his maid iron two outfits for us at no charge while we were at the beach, we of course left the maid a tip at check out. The room is very cozy, bed was comfortable, water shower had good pressure and very warm water. The location is amazing. Walking distance to flea market nearby, restaurants, seminyak square, many shops, etc. Also a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent lounge chairs or eat at restaurants on the beach. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Bali.

This place was everything I expected and more! The apartment has everything you need and it’s very close to just about everything. Cleanliness is very important to me and Indra’s place was spotless! Indra is very responsive so that made my stay even better! I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommended and will be returning again next time I come to Bali.

해변까지 도보로 2분은..오토바이 타면 5분안에 가까운 해변으로 도착합니다. 수압이 약하다는게 단점이지만, 집 컨디션은 나쁘지않아요. 호스트는 정말 친절합니다.

we had a great 4 days stay at Indra’s place. the location is perfect in Seminyak and the place has most of the amenities. Indra is friendly and also kind enough to allow luggage dropoff as our flight is departing late in the evening. overall, would recommend this place to future travellers :)

I was in this place for a week. Indra's apartment is very comfortable for one or two guests. You will find everything to make you feel good. The location is perfect, close to the beach and shopping and restaurants. I would gladly recommend it to all travelers.

Indra’s place was very aesthetically pleasing, clean and comfortable. I felt safe during my stay there. The locals were staying just at the back and they were friendly as well. Indra was helpful and responsive. He checked in every now and then to see if everything was fine, and if I had any problems he got it settled swiftly. 100/10 would recommend and come back again!

Lovely clean comfortable apartment a few steps from the ocean. ideal for a short stop after arriving on the island. Fast internet, welcome tea and coffee from the owner. Also Indra is very kind and helped to order a taxi. Please note that the apartment is very small in size, this may be important for someone.

It was the best holiday ever! Everything was just perfect! Indra is so good Host. Very friendly and very kind, very helpful and always asking me how is everything. Apartment just the best. Clean, bright and always spotless. Nice lady came every day to clean it and she was doing an amazing job. Very cozy and nice comfortable bed. You have a lot of privacy in your room. Very quite and no noise at all. Netflix was so handy when its rainy evening and you want just to chill out at home. Location is walkable and super close to the beach. Many cafes and restaurants around. I recommend Indra and his apartment so much! Im coming back to Bali very soon and no way I'm renting anything else. Eveything in the Airbnb was good, really clean and tidy. Access to wifi hot shower and air conditioner on point! You can stay safe here whatever is the weather outside! Only drawback was that people outside will try to sell you sunglasses and flip flops each time you go out lol. Beside that there is good restaurant nearby and people are really nice!

When in Seminyak or in Bali, this will be top of mind and will highly recommend. Superb location, everything right there. So close to the beach, that's a super plus. The place was so comfy and clean. The bed felt wonderful and we had a great sleep after whole day going around Seminyak and Kuta area.

Indra was an amazing host. Everything was clean and tidy and the cleaner came in each morning and tidied and changed the towels and cutlery etc. It was very easy to contact Indra, he quick to respond to any questions and was able to help us find transport to and from the airport which was very helpful. The location is great, in walking distance to the beach, shops, an ATM, minimart and to many restaurants in the area. We were a little surprised at first by the small size of the space, but quickly adjusted and it suited us fine for our two person stay.

Cozy and tastefully decorated room just a short walk from the beach. Clearly, this place belongs to a host with a great sense of hospitality. I will definitely love to come back!

Awesome location, right next to Ku De Ta and other fabulous restaraunts and cafes. A small but very clean and safe/secure. Excellent communication by Indra. It was a little noisy in the morning, but that was no problem for us as we woke up early to go exploring anyway.

The place is very stylish and clean. It had everything I needed for 4 nights stay. Beach is 5 minutes walking, all the main bars and restaurants are 10 minutes walk. I only had problems opening the main gate everytime I got back later in the evening as it gets closed around 8pm. Also, the local people living next to the place wake up really early in the morning so it's not ideal if you want to sleep late (after jetlag) but I guess it's part of the experience. I really loved the place and had a great stay.

Es war sehr schön in der Unterkunft. Gut gelegen und für die ersten Tage um anzukommen perfekt. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht und ein kleines Café zum frühstücken. Sehr ruhig und die Kommunikation lief perfekt. Transfer vom Flughafen wurde arrangiert und lief problemlos. Danke!!

Good location. Very close to the beach, and the room is 100% the same as you see. The mattress is very comfortable. Overall great stay, will defo consider staying here again if I’m around the area.

Friendly, clean and well located. Easy access to everything but still very quiet. Aircon works well, some nice touches with plants and decor. Small space, suits solo travellers and maybe couples.

Loved everything about this beautiful space, the hospitality, and excellent location. Perfect place to relax and wrap up a long trip. Although travel to Bali is back, many listings are understandably still recovering, but the previous glowing reviews of Indra's spot still ring 100 true (perhaps it's even better now than before). Very clean and comfortable stay, and wifi was strong and consistent.

The place is lovely and cozy, exactly like what was described. Location is great especially if you can ride a scooter. Many cafes, and convenient stores nearby. Easy to go to center area too. Indra was great host to communicate with and very responsive. Just two things to note: 1. toilet is not very big. 2. Quite a lot of mosquitoes but might be just Bali thing. So get your mosquito patch and repellent ready.

BEST PLACE EVER! aku akan kembali lagi kesini PASTI. lokasi sangat strategis hanya 5 menit berjalan ke seminyak beach, hanya beberapa meter ke circle k dan banyak sekali laundry di sekitarnya. bahkan di sebelahnya sekali ada rental motor yang seharinya Rp100.000. Dekat dengan semua tempat terkenal di seminyak. mudah untuk mencari makan dan jalan jalan di seminyak. jalan kaki pun sudah dekat kemana mana. saya benar-benar sangat puas dan senang sekali tinggal disini. tempatnya sangat bersih, cukup untuk tinggal 1-2 orang. saya sudah tidak bisa banyak berkata-kata lagi, tempat ini lebih bagus untuk lihat dan datang langsung daripada hanya sekedar melihat dari fotonya. kalian jika ada pertimbangan untuk memesan kamar ini jangan ragu sama sekali. terimakasin banyak bli indra!🖤

The accommodation is exactly as described. Very clean and everything you need, including shampoo and shower gel is available. Communication with Indra was super easy, he even organized a transport from the airport. The accommodation is super located, the beach and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. The bed is very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Super cool little apartment. Located next to the beach, Ku De Ta and rather central in the Seminyak region. Very clean and nicely decorated apartment. Eventhough it's a self-ckeck-in accomodation Indra, the host, was very helpful. Can recommend this accomodation for couples and solo travellers.

The place is great as it’s walking distance to a lot of restos and massage places. It’s very near the beach as well. Getting a ride/grab/gojek is very easy. One of the best airbnb i stayed. It has incredible location - in the heart of Seminyak just next to Kudeta, Seminyak resort, Legian and few more - with access to best beach in that area just 3 minutes walking from here (u can hear ocean waves sound all the time). It is very well done - super cute, well designed, comfortable (specially beds and pillows!). Host is incredibly helpful and attentive. His support from beginning was great and replies always on time. He gave so many recommendations what to do around. U have many shops, flee market, massages, motorbike rent, money exchange and etc just 1-5 minutes by walk. Highly recommend this airbnb.

This place is absolutely amazing for its price, the room is clean and stylish and the bed is very comfy. The location is great too there is a mart a couple minutes ways and dozens of restaurants. There is also an amazing beach just a few minutes walk, I would definitely stay again 10/10.

Bästa boendet på Bali. Så mysigt rum med så mycket tillbehör i. Tv, kyl, vattenkokare, bestick och tallrikar, till och med hårtork. Rekommenderar verkligen!!
