Exploring Sui A2: 3BR Villa • Prime Location by Berawa Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Sui A2: 3BR Villa • Prime Location by Berawa Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Sui A2: 3BR Villa • Prime Location by Berawa Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Very bad experience. We arrived at the property after 11 p.m., but there was no one to check us in. We stood at the door for about twenty minutes before the host finally sent us the door code so we could enter. After he gave us the code, we didn’t even know which of the two villas was actually ours. We accidentally opened the first villa and found that other guests were already staying inside. That’s when we realized the two villas share the same access code, which is extremely unsafe. When we got into our villa, there was no hot water, and the whole bed was very dirty, with lots of black and yellow stains on the sheets. It was really disgusting. The soundproofing was also terrible — the neighbors were making noise the whole time and we couldn’t sleep well all night. We informed the host that there was no hot water, but he only sent someone to fix it the next afternoon. During this whole period, no one came to offer any service. Because there was no hot wa
The villa is in a good location, close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Communication with Prana was smooth, and he always responded quickly to our questions. However, we found the level of privacy somewhat disappointing. When using the stairs to go upstairs, people from the neighbouring villa can see into the property. This sometimes made us feel uncomfortable and is something future guests should be aware of. Better screening would definitely make the stay more enjoyable.
Fantastic place to stay, close to amazing restaurants - neighbourhood became a personal favourite everyday for breakfast. Only issue is wifi connection for bedrooms upstairs sucked so was hard to keen in contact with people at home unless downstairs
The villa was beautiful and spacious. The pool was sparkly and clean. Unfortunately the drain in the shower needed unblocking and the power was out for 12 hours on our second last night. The villa manager had an electrician come and resolve the issue the next day and apologised. Everything else was really nice. So many gorgeous restaurants close by.

Had an amazing stay. The villa was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay at the villa, with 3 bedrooms and extremely spacious common areas and dining areas for rest and relaxation. Host was extremely responsive attending to any quarries and help immediately. There is also staff stationed on site during working hours should any thing arises, and also responsive on message past manning hours. There’s also provision of daily housekeeping and long list of added provisions of services should you need. Villa is clean and spacious, with all the amenities listed provided in good condition. Overall experience was nothing short of immaculate. The Villa is also situated in a very safe and brightly lit area, with plenty of good food options and cafe around. Would definitely recommend groups to be staying in this Villa/area.

Awesome place, very clean , very spacious staff was truly great and everything was as described! A travelers advice there are a lot of mosquitos. Nothing to do with the place but best be prepared. But great place I would definetely go back.

We had an excellent stay at this villa and truly enjoyed our time here. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything matched the listing perfectly. The team was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Deta from the housekeeping team. She was exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Her dedication and warm attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed, and she is a great asset to the property. The location, facilities, and overall experience were all outstanding. The only minor point I would mention is that the bed linens had a slight odor, which I believe may have been related to the washing or drying process rather than cleanliness itself. Other than that small detail, everything was excellent. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Bali.
What an amazing place this villa is, the location is perfect so is the ambience, and everything is so well maintained, the staff is so so helpful and kind, the location is also perfect, it’s 5 minutes to finns and atlas, overall the staff and the ambience of the villa made this the perfect stay for us!!

We had a great stay at the villa. The location is amazing and very convenient. The villa itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping team cleaned the villa every day, which we really appreciated and it made the stay feel very comfortable. The team was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and communication was smooth whenever we needed assistance. There was a small issue when it rained as the stairs became quite slippery, but the team handled the situation kindly and professionally, which we appreciated. Overall it was a lovely stay and we’re thankful to the team for their hospitality.
The entire team was very helpful. I met with Gita when we checked in and she was very friendly and helpful. Everything matched the description of the villa. There was a slight issue with locking the sliding door and I informed the team and they immediately came and fixed. The location seemed it may be far from some of the places we wanted to visit but they were way closer than what we thought. We requested the driver for our entire stay and it was more reasonable than just airport transportation. Ask for Oka if you need a driver. A couple of suggestions for the guests: -If you are under 5’5 and decide to get in the pool, be sure to have upper body strength, I struggled getting out with a bad back because there aren’t any steps or ladder l -If you are extremely terrified of geckos or crawlers I recommend staying in the sliding door room -Be sure to lock the front door at all times, if there are strong winds it can push the door open if not locked.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, the facilities were complete, and the service was top-notch. Although it rained for a few days, the comfort of the villa never diminished—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. What truly touched us was the honesty and thoughtfulness of the staff. After we checked out, we accidentally left some belongings in the villa. The team immediately contacted us and arranged for their return. It's rare to find such integrity and care. Thank you for making our trip so worry-free. Highly recommended!

We had the best time at this Villa! We couldn’t believe that the photos almost didn’t do the place justice- absolutely beautiful, private oasis while still being close to cafes and the beach. The team is very responsive and any issues we had were immediately fixed, Budi and Tari were extremely helpful and provided some great recommendations when needed too! Bring shoes that are slip resistant in rainy season as it can get slippery with an open pool. Thank you so much for the amazing Airbnb experience!!
The villa was a perfect stay for a bit of our honeymoon! Great location, walkable to a bunch of great eateries and shops. Beautiful home with the pool in the middle.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. We loved the spacious rooms. The location is great for party! We were within walking distance of all the major sights. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. We particularly appreciated the blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Overall is good Stay

Worth every cent. Ive stayed in roughly 20 luxury villas in Bali and this was everything it was asvertised as. this was probably my favourite so far. highly recomend it for families

Walking distance to Atlas, Finns, many restaurants. We would certainly return!
My guests and I enjoyed our stay. The team had a warm welcoming demeanor. The villa was exactly as described. The location was great. The one thing we would change is it would be great to have more bedrooms so we could bring a larger group but there are other villas nearby to satisfy our needs. We would definitely book the villa again when staying in the area. Thank you team for your wonderful hospitality.
