Exploring Superb Ricefield View Private Villa UBUD left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Superb Ricefield View Private Villa UBUD was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Superb Ricefield View Private Villa UBUD painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

I absolutely love this place and wouldn't hesitate to book it again for my next trip to Ubud. It’s an incredibly beautiful and peaceful villa overlooking a gorgeous rice terrace, where you can even catch a glimpse of the sunset. The host is wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Having a professional motorbike rental service on-site was also incredibly convenient. A perfect Ubud stay!

We stayed from September 24th to 28th for our honeymoon. The family was warm and welcoming, and helped us discover nearby waterfalls and attractions. The villa was clean and peaceful, with a beautiful pool overlooking the rice fields. The flowers and honeymoon bed decoration were a lovely touch. The floating breakfast was unforgettable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We would definitely return! ❤️

Nous avons été ravi de séjourner deux belles nuit dans cette magnifique villa avec une magnifique vue ! Que dire des hôtes ? Ils sont incroyables et d’une gentillesse … on avait absolument tout dans la villa et c’était super bien équipé ! Tout était parfaitement … merci encore pour tout !

Es hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen. Man fühlt sich wie ein Paradies hier- eine ausgesprochene liebevolle und wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem Weitblick wie im Bilderbuch. Wir lebten unseren Aufenthalt, wenn auch nur kurz sehr. Wayan und seine Familie waren immer erreichbar und haben direkt weitergeholfen. Mit der Grab App kann man hier wunderbar mit einer Fahrzeit von 15 Minuten per Roller oder Auto in die Stadt gelangen zu Monkey Forrest und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this villa more! The location was perfect—beautiful, peaceful, and quiet, while still being convenient to everything we wanted to do in Ubud. There are also two wonderful spas right near the villa, which was such a nice bonus. What truly made our stay so special was Windu, his family, and the entire staff. They were absolutely fantastic—so warm, attentive, kind, and helpful. They gave us so many great recommendations and always responded immediately if we had a question or needed anything. We felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after exploring Ubud. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting and will absolutely stay here again the next time we come back to Ubud. Thank you to Windu, his family, and the entire team for such a wonderful stay!

Wow , this has been the most helpful host I’ve ever met. So kind and thoughtful. Windu and his team strives to please. Wonderful family and such beautiful villa. Wayan and his family take a great deal of pride in their place and it really shows. Amazing spot, very private, stunning views and just impeccable flow. Bathroom is awesome, bedroom and kitchen are well laid out and have all the amenities you could want and the pool is sweet. Great local spots very nearby for massag and food. Ubud town is a 15min grab or a 1 hour walk away. Highly recommend. Will be back in future.

This villa will forever be my happy place. From the moment we arrived, Wayan made our stay comfortable and incredible. The attention to detail in his design of the villa, his responsiveness throughout our stay, and his kindness in opening his home to share his culture with us surpassed every expectation. Waking up every morning and looking across the rice fields seeing the mountains in the distance was breathtaking. Bali is already a beautiful place but this villa made it truly feel like paradise. We had the best stay for our honeymoon. This location was away from the craziness of Ubud but just a 20 min car ride to the center. It had an amazing view of the rice fields and mountains from our pool and bedroom. Aix and his family greeted us and assisted us with our luggage. He gave us a few recommendations on where to eat and spa treatments within walking distance. We would definitely book again if we are in Ubud.

Really nice villa with a lovely view and an amazing pool. the location is a bit remote but perfect because it was quiet. we rented a nice scooter from the host, so easy to get around. the hosts are really nice and arranged both pick up from the airport, and tours for us. would definitely come next time!

We had an amazing stay at Aixs place. He and his family were very hospitable. The Airbnb was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful view of the green rice fields, very comfortable bed and linens. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. We felt this was a perfect distance away from the traffic of Ubud center but still close enough that we could access restaurants and shopping. Aix organized a scooter rental for us and delivered it to our villa. He and his family welcomed us into their personal home to teach us more about Balinese culture. He gave us many useful recommendations for the Ubud area. We will gladly return!

WARNING: If you stay here, you may not want to leave because you will fall in love with it ❤️ This place is nestled amongst the most serene landscape in Ubud. The magical, almost “mysterious” view you step into blows your mind every time you look at it. I have recently stayed at the Kempenksi ($800 a night resort) in Bali, and I stayed for 5 nights, however, I can confirm that this airbnb is 100x better than the high end resorts. Crazy to say, but that’s my opinion. Now, let me take you into the shower area. First of all, you have this insane design where there is a huggeeee mirror in the washroom, and the shower setting is honestly one of the best shower settings I’ve ever seen in my life. Showering here felt like showering in a jungle paradise. The host himself is a very kind hearted, helpful person, and he has a dedicated team to respond 24 hours if you need anything (which we didn’t since literally everything was prepared correctly at check in) Best airbnb ever.

What impressed us most was the incredible cleanliness and maintenance of the villa. It was absolutely spotless, fresh, and cared for to a standard that is very rarely seen. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, and every detail shows the pride and dedication that have gone into creating this place. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful rice fields, yet still close to restaurants and with easy access to Grab for food delivery, transport, and even massage services. It is a perfect base for exploring Bali while remaining a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Most importantly, this is all thanks to Aix and his family, whose hospitality goes far beyond expectations and makes guests feel truly welcome. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa and sincerely hope to return one day.

From the minute we booked Wayan’s villa we were blown away with his hospitality. Extremely helpful and reassuring about how to arrive and check in and the welcome we received was very special indeed. We were warmly greeted and shown to our villa, we were left beautiful hand made gifts and it was made clear that if we needed anything at all we were to just ask. The villa is ideally located for privacy and yet easily accessible to some fabulous restaurants and places of interest. The accommodation was beautiful and so very well maintained. We wanted for nothing. We will return again in the future when we are back in Ubud and we have recommended it to all of our friends. This accommodation simple blew my mind and exceeded my expectations. This location with its surroundings - the incredibly well taken care of garden, house, details… there was nothing to complain about at all but so much to compliment and to keep gushing around. The photos are showing you exactly what you get - plus you’ll receive hospitality and support beyond the usual! If I come back to Ubud again - I know where to base myself!

Beautiful stay! This airbnb is situated about 10-15mins drive from Ubud centre. Easy for drivers to locate & get grabs from if needed. There are also many places to eat / drink within walking distance as well as a local shop & spa! It’s in a quiet area overlooking some rice fields with beautiful mountains in the distance. The pool area is private and incredibly relaxing - the water was so warm when we were there! The bathroom is huge, it has an outdoor shower and is beautiful in itself. Otherwise, it has good aircon in the room, a pristine clean interior with loads of space for the two of us. All in all, an amazing stay - I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Windu's place is a nice escape from some of the busier and noisier places in Bali. You will enjoy staying there. And Windu is such a great host, he invited us to a celebration at the local temple. Very kind and responsive. A+

到着したのは夜で、あたりは真っ暗。一月か二月だったので、「稲刈り後で黒い土だけの景色だったらどうしよう…」と、正直ちょっとヤキモキしていました。でも、それは完全に取り越し苦労でした。 翌日、昼頃に目を覚まして、ドアをガラッと開けたその瞬間――思わず「うわぁ…！」と声が出ました。目の前いっぱいに広がる、青々としたライスフィールド。想像以上の美しさで、一気に目が覚めました。ここは一年中ずっと緑なんだそうです。中庭に座って、そよ風に吹かれながら、プールに水を飲みに来る小鳥たちをぼーっと眺める時間は、本当に幸せそのもの。 部屋はとても広くて、真正面が田んぼ。外に出なくても、この絶景を独り占めできるのが最高です。晴れの日はもちろん、雨の日にしっとり濡れた緑を眺めるのもまた格別。テラスに座っているだけで、心がすっと静かになります。夜は夜で、満天の星を見上げながら、虫やカエルの鳴き声に耳を澄ませる――都会では絶対に味わえない、田舎ならではの空気感があります。 夕食後に近所を散歩していたら、偶然入ったお寺が、なんとオーナーさん一家のご自宅のお寺だと分かってびっくり。このエリアでは各家庭にそれぞれのお寺があるそうで、とても興味深い文化だと思いました。オーナーさんご兄弟は本当に親切で、新鮮なフルーツを差し入れてくれたり、町のおすすめレストランに連れて行ってくれたり、帰りはバイクで送ってくれたり。まだ20代なのに接客がとても丁寧で、人柄の良さがにじみ出ています。 Airbnbで満点5.0という評価も、滞在すればすぐに納得できます。私はきっとまた戻ってきます。次は家族を連れて。この場所は、ただ泊まるだけじゃなく、心までほどける特別な時間をくれる宿でした。バリで自然と静けさを求めている方に、心からおすすめします。

The host personally took the time to find and bring all the necessary medicine, without hesitation, ensuring we were comfortable and supported. This level of attentiveness and generosity is rare and deeply appreciated. Every member of the family who runs this villa contributes to its warmth and welcoming atmosphere. You can feel the love, care, and intention in every detail of the space and in the way guests are treated. This was an amazing stay, and I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness we received. I would absolutely return and would happily stay with this family again, whether at this villa or one of their other properties. Highly recommended.

Душ тоже отдельный восторг- на свежем воздухе) настоящий тропический) есть кухня, при желании можно готовить самим. Мы на Бали первый раз и нам очень повезло с первым жильем, так как хозяин виллы очень отзывчивый, помогал просто в любом вопросе! При заезде скинул все рекомендации по местным достопримечательностям, ресторанам и интересным местам, мы активно ими пользовались, очень помогло! Настоятельно рекомендую!!! Очень приятно, когда люди относятся с душой и любовью к своему делу))

Incredible place! The photos don’t do justice. This is a very new, well-built, high quality villa in a traditional wooden style with the most stunning view of the rice fields. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and spas. The bed was huge and so comfortable and the ac worked great. All the details were immaculate and the staff was always available to help with anything. Zero complaints, highly recommend!

I had the most amazing experience staying here in Ubud, Bali. Wayan was truly the best I’ve ever had—kind, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. His family was also incredibly warm and welcoming, even helping us arrange a driver. What made the stay even more special was being invited to join some of the community’s religious ceremonies. It was such a unique and meaningful experience, and I feel so fortunate to have been part of it. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a beautiful stay, but a truly unforgettable cultural experience.

This villa is absolutely wonderful—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and set against breathtaking rice field views. Watching farmers at work and geese wandering through the paddies adds a unique charm to the peaceful atmosphere. It’s easily one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed in. Sunrises and sunsets are stunning, and the open space is perfect for yoga with a backdrop of mountains. The hosts are incredibly warm and responsive, always ready to help with anything, including arranging a motorbike rental. The villa is tucked away from the noise and rush of the city, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. If I return to Bali, I would definitely stay here again.

Words simply cannot express how heavenly this villa is. We were treated as a member of the family from the moment we arrived at the airport. The host will help arrange airport transportation back to the Villa, which was fantastic. The Villa itself is private and very peaceful. The outdoor shower was one of our favorite parts. The bed is very comfortable and we slept very well. They will also provide a fresh hot breakfast if you would like. This was our first trip to Bali and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The host and all of the staff truly made us feel like family. We will be returning and cannot wait to wait again. Many thanks!

Wayan leaves no room for complaint. He is excellent in every way: flexible, kind, considerate, and tailors the experience to what you're celebrating. He made my weding experience better. The location is wonderfully remote so there's no sounds from traffic, but Grab can still get there and any service you might need is nearby including laundry. The pool is great, thr kitchen is perfectly adrequate for making meals--a great place to stay!

We had the most amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel at home and like family. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, easily some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. We were greeted with coconuts from their farm, the room was freshened up daily, they offered laundry service and rented us mopeds. For my birthday, they went above and beyond decorating the room with flowers, surprising me with a cake and beautiful bouquet. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our stay truly special. Unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Der Gastgeber Aix und seine Familie waren unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns förmlich von den Augen abgelesen – sei es Hilfe bei Restaurantempfehlungen, Spa-Buchungen oder Tipps für die Umgebung. Auch die Organisation der Roller direkt vor Ort lief reibungslos – ein riesiger Pluspunkt, da man alles aus einer Hand bekommt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist top: sehr sauber, neu, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick ins Grüne. Der große Pool war quasi privat und perfekt zum Abschalten. Wer etwas Ruhe sucht und den Trubel von Ubud hinter sich lassen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Roller problemlos machbar – und genau das macht auch den Charme aus. Der Verkehr in der Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich auch als Roller-Neuling sicher fühlen kann. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. I had an incredible stay at this place! The villa was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Wayan was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in/check-out seamless. My friend had a little accident and he even helped us to get first aid kit in the middle of the night. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely stay here again. If we can give it 20 stars, we would! We’re definitely coming back. It was absolutely beautiful and very well presented. It’s probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed at. Wayan, his brother and father were very caring, helpful and most especially very kind. It was my boyfriend’s birthday when we went and they organized a cake for him (how sweet). We were very touched about this, thank you very much for everything and we won’t forget our stay here. We will be back. Keep smiling and don’t ever change

C’est la 3eme villa qu’on loue à Bali et c’est notre préférée !! La piscine grande incroyable avec une vue magnifique,nous avons eu la chance de regarder les locaux travailler dans les rizières ! Le coucher de soleil est à couper le souffle au bord de la piscine, c’est l’un des seuls à proposer des petits déjeuner à la piscine à l’heure que vous souhaitez entre 8h30 et 11h !! L’hôte et sa famille était très accueillant et réactif, nous a mie un scooter à disposition en tous cas encore merci à eux je le recommande sans hésitation

Me and my girlfriend have had an amazing time here. Wayan, Radi, Abe and family have been extremely welcoming and really helpful. They will help with anything whether it’s finding things to do, where to eat, scooter rental etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house is beautiful, secluded and has modern appliances. The pool and bathroom areas are amazing. Stunning views of the rice paddies and all the wildlife. We would come back here in an instant. Thank you for having us. From Dan and Saloni xx

Wayan and his family are simply loving and friendly people. They are always available and have an eye for detail about what you need in the accommodation. We had the peace, privacy and relaxation in the pretty villa that we had hoped for before arriving here. There are several restaurants and supermarkets/kiosks within walking distance too. We drove around by scooter when we wanted to go a little further away. Otherwise, the view of the rice fields is beautiful, the birds are chirping, ducks are walking around, you are simply in the middle of nature - the photos speak for themselves. Highly recommended! It was an amazing place in Ubud, very peaceful and in middle of nature. Wayan and family are extremely helpful and responsive, they make you feel at home. Overall a good experience staying at this place and would definitely recommend it!!

First time visiting Bali and I was happy to have booked this beautiful villa. Aix Di Sawah is absolutely worth it. The villa is spacious enough for two people, has A.C, WiFi, beautiful outdoor patio and kitchen with the pool overlooking the rice fields and the mountains. The view alone brought me peace. It rained one of the days I was here and even with the rain it was still beautiful. Breakfast was really good as well. The host Mr.Wayan was great! Super attentive and responsive to my messages, needs and requests. Him and his family made me feel really comfortable and I’m thankful for his hospitality, he also gives great recommendations and made sure to greet us when we arrived and walk us out to our taxi when we left. I needed a private driver and he found one for me as well which was super helpful. This is just a great villa overall. If you are looking for absolute peace and tranquility, you won’t regret staying here.

JUST BOOK IT! Review We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this one was by far the best! Wayan and his family were so accommodating and they went above and beyond. It happened to be my girlfriend’s birthday while we were there and they were so kind to gift her a birthday cake and flowers which made her day! The Airbnb itself is amazing! You think it looks good in the photos but it is so much better in person. It is so peaceful and secluded. The ducks in the field are very entertaining to watch also! The fresh duck eggs every morning is a bonus you won’t get anywhere else. The pool is massive and very relaxing we spent a lot of time in it. The sound of the water feature as you’re lying on the sun bed is lovely. If we ever come to Bali again we will 100% be back without a doubt.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Wayan and his family were super friendly and helpful, always watching out for me and I was very well taken care of. The villa is new and beautiful and comes with high tech appliances. It was such a treat to stay in somewhere that allows me to feel the nature in the surroundings-meeting cute ducks in the paddy, being able to see fireflies at night, watching the stars in the outdoor shower. Ubud is uniquely beautiful and I am happy to support local family business and hope everyone gets a chance to stay in this wonderful villa :)

This stay was absolutely incredible! From the moment I booked, the hosts’ communication, hospitality, and attention to detail were immaculate. The room itself was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed—thoughtfully designed, serene, and beyond comfortable. The views were stunning, but my favorite part was the outdoor bathroom—it felt like a private oasis. The location was perfect, close enough to town for convenience yet secluded enough to feel like a retreat. Plus, you can walk to a couple of delicious food spots. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate—just book it!

an absolute hidden gem, my favorite place i’ve ever stayed in ubud! the location is walkable to some incredible food options and things to do, it’s still so easy to get into town but away from the hustle and noise, amazing villa with all the special touches, and wayan is a knowledgeable, honest and helpful host. he took such great care of us!

I had stayed for a week on a solo trip & they assured I was safe & taken care of. They made my solo experience to Bali unforgettable & special.
