Exploring Surfer’s Peaceful Sanctuary at Keramas left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Surfer’s Peaceful Sanctuary at Keramas was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Blahbatuh plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Surfer’s Peaceful Sanctuary at Keramas painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

K ko surf village is a great peaceful spot off the beaten path. so nice to get away from the busy tourist centers and relax
Pros/ - schöne Anlage - toller Pool zum Bahnen schwimmen - direkt am Meer, Fußläufigkeit zum Surfspot - sehr ruhig & entspannt - toller Strand vor der Tür mit mega Sonnentergang - Joe antwortet schnell & ist hilfsbereit, in Person haben wir ihn leider nicht getroffen Cons/ - die Project Pipeline auf der Website klingt toll, aber davon ist wenig bis nichts umgesetzt und uns haben leider einige Amenities eines Hotels gefehlt, zB waren die wunderschöne Poolarea und die Liegen im Pool auf die wir uns sehr gefreut haben de facto nicht nutzbar vor 16 Uhr, da es keine Sonnenschirme oder -Segel gibt & die Sonne einfach zu stark war - bislang haben wir in Unterkünften die fairsten Preise bzw. preiswertesten Empfehlungen für Getränke, Transport, Massage etc. bekommen, hier war das eher nicht der Fall - der Pool war leider drei Tage wegen Algen gar nicht nutzbar, was ärgerlich war Ein Hotel mit sehr viel Potenzial, aber die Preis-Leistung war für uns nicht voll da.

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage, mit tollem Pool mit bester Aussicht auf Palmen und Meer. Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich bestens um uns mit Saft und Früchten (es gab halt einfach nur Wassermelonensaft und Wassermelone und Papaya, auch zum Frühstück). Das Restaurant sowie allgemein die Anlage befindet sich noch im Aufbau. Wir hätten und gemütliche Stühle mit Lehnen und mehrere Liegestühle beim Pool mit Sonnenschirmen gewünscht, um diese schöne Umgebung richtig zu geniessen. 10 Minuten am Strand entlang erreicht man zwei leckere Restaurant mit viel Auswahl.

Amazing stay beachfront on the blacksands. Walking distance away from several delicious spots to eat. Less crowded beaches for a slice of paradise for yourself. Beaches are compacted so easy to walk. The property is beautiful and open. All the employees were super nice. I would love to come here again in the future. I highly recommend this stay.
If I could give a sixth star, I would! Joe’s resort is amazing - quiet, secluded and calm. Joe was the consummate host - never failing to assist with our increasingly annoying requests, and making sure our stay was just perfect. In all, this property is incredible value, immaculately presented and expertly managed. I’ll be back!
Joe ist super gastfreundlich und cool. Jeden Wunsch hat er möglich gemacht. Die Angestellten sind sehr lieb und herzlich. Familiäre Atmosphäre und alles sehr sauber! Ich liebe auch den Pool und die Liebe zum Detail - für Surfer absolut geeignet ! Ebenfalls für Paare Familie und Freunde. Würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. So einzigartig !

We ended our 2-month vacation with 9 nights at Joe's. It was a really nice way to relax and wrap up all the moving around we did earlier. This villa is part of his home. The grounds are gorgeously landscaped with lush plants and beautiful walkways and a super clean refreshing saltwater pool. We were hesitant about Bali water but it is safe at Joe's. We brushed our teeth and showered without any problems with the water from the tap. Part of the reason we picked Joe's place is that he actually lives there and we felt more comfortable with a place where the owner lives. This was our first time to Bali. The home is beach front on black sand beach that glitters with "diamonds". We took a Grab ride to Sanur Beach, which was only 20 minutes. We had a driver that Joe helped to arrange pick us up at the airport. We booked the same driver for a guided day tour. Everything was smooth and easy. His staff is amazing. Freshly prepared breakfast is included upon order.
I had a wonderful stay at Joe’s place in Keramas. Everything was perfect: the accommodation was beautiful, peaceful, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. Joe is an amazing host, very attentive, friendly, and always happy to share recommendations. The location is ideal if you’re looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy the surf. The atmosphere is quiet and authentic. At the same time, the Wi-Fi worked reliably, so it was also a great place to work remotely when needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful surf getaway in Keramas.

We had a really wonderful stay at this villa in Bali. The place is very peaceful, clean, and relaxing, with beautiful private beach access. We saw many people enjoying surfing there as well, which made the atmosphere even nicer. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful vacation away from crowded areas, this place is highly recommended. There are also some very good nearby places and activities like Omma Dayclub Bali and Yan Yan Silver, along with good restaurants around the area. Online food delivery options are also easily available, which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely polite, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this villa for couples and families looking for a relaxing Bali trip.
Joe’s place was just like the pictures they are right on the beach that has black sand, very cool to see. They have a restaurant near by that delivers for free had very good food. They also provided made to order breakfast which was so good. Very peaceful you hear nature and the waves. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Words don't describe how peaceful this place is. Joe and all the people at K Ko were so kind and friendly! It felt like a home away from home, I will definitely be back :)
Ficamos 6 noites, excelente lugar, proximo ao pico de surf, proximo também da zona interior onde situam-se sideman e ubud (~40min). Ambiente muito organizado, lindo, piscina disponível, adoramos e voltaremos com certeza. Anfitriao Joe super prestativo, aluguel de moto no local.

We absolutely loved our stay at Joe’s place in Keramas. It was incredibly peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the infinity pool overlooking the beach were so special. The gardens were so lush and beautifully taken care of. You really feel like you're in Bali when you stay here. The staff were very friendly and always smiling, we loved having breakfast there every morning. We also slept so well the entire time, it was quiet, comfortable, and very relaxing. Ordering dinner was simple and convenient thanks to Joe's recommendations, we especially loved the local warung that Joe recommended. Joe himself was an amazing host, kind, responsive, and so helpful both before we arrived and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, refreshing escape in Bali. It truly felt like a breath of fresh air. We can't wait to come back! 🌴
Joe met us at check-in and was super friendly and provided us local dining recommendations and surf tips. The on-site staff were super friendly and proactively always taking care of the garden and keeping it in pristine condition. Internet speeds were good and the air conditioner was crispy cool. Short walk east or west on the beach for nice waves . After surf there's a shower at the entrance to the garden and then it's time to jump into the pool before returning to the room. Rinse and repeat.

Great place for a surf trip!
When I first checked in, Joe was there to greet me. He gave me a tour of the place with local recommendations of all the best places. I came to surf, and Joe took me to a lookout point in front of the property where we checked out the surf and he gave me the rundown. He ended up going out surfing with me as well. The whole stay was great, the breakfast provided was better than any restaurant, the staff at K KO was friendly every time I saw them and always had the room clean. I would highly recommend this place to anybody traveling to Keramas Beach, especially surfers looking for a relaxed place five minute walk to the main surf break. 5 stars for K KO
Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt im K Ko! Der Service hat uns sehr beeindruckt und das Areal der Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Es fehlte uns an nichts und Joe gab uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Restaurants. Das frisch zubereitete Frühstück jeden Morgen war fantastisch. Die Angestellten machten einen tollen Job und kümmerten sich um alles. In der Nacht ist es ruhig und es ist sogar ein Security-Personal anwesend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Un accueil dès le premier jour par Joe. Le lieu est très calme. Les photos sont en total accord avec la réalité. La piscine est accessible à n'importe quel moment de la journée avec une vue sur la plage est la mer. Le personnel est aux petits soins des vacanciers. Petite note spéciale justement pour eux, qui sont toujours souriant et agréable, si ils peuvent vous faire plaisir se sera pour eux un grand bonheur. Joe est toujours disponible pour n'importe quelle question durant le séjour. Le calme n'est pas une option loin de là. I was lucky to find this place and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The host was incredibly courteous and professional, making me feel welcome from start to finish.Joe is a hardworking individual and takes pride in every detail of his work. He even took time to cook breakfast while the cook was sick for a few days . All his recommendations were A1 ,from the surf school, to the restaurants in the area .He is an admirable human being, even with his multitasking and heavy workload he still took the time to smile and get to know the guests genuinely as human beings and not as a paying customer . The staff was also very helpful ! And wore a genuine smile on their faces ..Oh yeah and don’t miss breakfast ! 5 star cooking .. fresh fruit ,fresh juice , good coffee.. what more can you ask for ? And the place is beautiful from the decor to the design and landscaping and you walk right out to the beach !! I will be sure to return on my next trip to Bali …

There is no way to put into words the magic that can be found at K Ko Villas. I cancelled two bookings at high end resorts to try something new and different after finding Joe’s listing. Hotels & resorts are just that, different location and amenities, but all the same. This villa stay had me wanting to wake up early to be outdoors in the beautiful surroundings, and head into a home-cooked, delicious breakfast. Typically, I search for all the top notch, highly rated restaurants with a scene in the area. This trip, I preferred to remain at villa. I found all Joe’s restaurant recs to be spot on and so convenient with their fast delivery options to K Ko. I tried each and maybe had one twice for their delicious bambolonis. Joe was approachable, kind and knowledgeable from the outset. This is not just another vacation spot or place to lay your head. I got my best sleep in ages, and I think it’s because this place had such a ‘heart’ and a family feel. Wonderful people, place & peace.

We would definitely stay here again. It’s even better than the pictures. The villa was clean, bed was so comfortable, and the daily breakfast was delicious. Staying at Joe's surf villas was a really amazing experience. Fresh breakfast each morning, and steps away from the world class Keramas surf break, it was great to be near all of the action but with the ability to step back into a peaceful environment at the end of the day back to our own private room. I will definitely be staying again, in fact I already have it on the calendar. Thank you Joe!

Was für ein wundervoller Ort. Ruhe, Umweltbewusstheit, Meer und noch Einheimische am Strand. Ich hatte leider nur eine Nacht Zeit, aber ich durfte nach den check out noch einige Stunden bleiben, weil mein Flug erst später ging. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und länger bleiben, wenn dieser Ort sich nicht auch zu einem Touristennest zugebaut wird. Danke Joe

This place is a peaceful haven away from the more busy areas of Bali. There is a lovely gazebo at the front of the property, where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. The room has everything you need and there are restaurants at a walking distance and if you prefer staying in there are those that offer a delivery service. Joe is such a friendly and welcoming host who will give you all the useful information about the area and also helps arrange daytrips. I had an amazing stay at K Ko and I’d love to come back some day.

So good!!!! Away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect spot to sit and watch the waves from the most epic of swimming pools, big enough to do laps in! Great communication , and big genuine smiles from staff as you get all around bali! Will be back. Especially loved the local Warong Legong , ate their multi times and they offer a free shuttle or free delivery if you want to be couch bound! Lovely 🥰

We had an amazing first days in Bali when arriving at K ko surf village, very relaxing and perfect after our long journey to arrived in Bali. Joey is very responsive and had great recommendation for restaurant to order for supper! We took the transport from the airport to K ko. It was very easy to communicate with driver and met an amazing person (Suta) along the way. Despite our late arrival and flight delay the crew was patiently waiting for us to arrived. The room was very clean and nice, breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind. Will definitely recommend to stay at K ko surf village!
If you want a beautiful property and a little away from the bustle with very nice people and great pool, and don’t need hotel-provided room service, yes this the place. Great value. Nearby surfing. Nearby resort for brekkie or coffee a walk up the beach. Host will help you with arranging a scooter or rides and you can msg near restaurants for delivery of good food. Loved my 2 days here.
K Ko was easily one of our favorite places we stayed in Bali! Joe was amazing - super kind and helpful from start to finish, from booking and adjusting our dates to check-out. He helped us arrange airport transportation, motorbike rentals (super easy!), laundry, and massages. Communication was effortless and he always replied so quickly. Joe’s got such a great vibe, and his staff are all so friendly too. He even provides a super helpful guest info portal with everything you need - from towels and local tips to his favorite must-see spots around Bali. We visited during the off-season and were lucky to have the place mostly to ourselves - peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The bed was by far the most comfortable of our three-week trip, with soft pillows, great AC, slippers, and a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend the pancakes, avocado toast, banana toast, and nasi or mie goreng. 10/10 stay!

This was the best stay we had in Bali. The proximity to the beach and the peaceful, well-kept accommodation convinced us. As an environmental engineer, I was very happy about the garden and the variety of species living in it.
A little slice of paradise in Keramas, perched right on the black sand beach and walking distance to an iconic surf break. Super relaxed vibes, amazing room (potentially the comfiest bed I’ve come across), quiet, delicious breakfast (very impressed!), the friendliest host and staff, strong WiFi, amazzzzing pool… the list could go on. Highly recommend!

발리에서 느끼는 분위기와는 또 다른 평화롭고 조용한 바닷가 바로 앞에 위치 해 있습니다. 아름다운 풍경은 덤이고, 집 내부 인테리어는 너무나 멋집니다. 개인 객실이 원룸형태로 분리되어 있지만 공용시설은 사용가능하고 무엇보다 아침식사 퀄리티가 너무나 좋네요 (무료) 복잡하고 시끄러운 발리 한가운데에서 잠시 떨어져 고요하고 멋진 풍경속에서 나를 찾는 여행을 한다고 하면 강력 추천합니다.

We really enjoyed our stay. Joe, our host, was extremely helpful, kind, and professional – we truly felt at home. We only stayed one night but absolutely loved it! The place is an epic spot, beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly set up. Joe was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and all the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Such a primo location with great vibes. If you are looking for a place to wind down and reconnect to the peace that Bali has to offer, this is the place. Close enough to get to Ubud if needed, yet far enough to disconnect and enjoy this beach paradise from sunrise to sunset — will certainly be back whenever I come to Bali!

KKO Surf Village est un lieu unique à Bali où chacun peut vraiment trouver sa place. Loin de l’agitation des grandes infrastructures, il offre une véritable déconnexion. Le cadre est magnifique : très proche de la mer, propre, et doté d’une superbe piscine. Joe, notre hôte, était tout simplement extraordinaire : bienveillant, disponible 24h/24, avec une énergie communicative. Il partage des informations précieuses et fournit une carte complète des lieux à visiter, qu’ils soient touristiques ou plus secrets, ce qui rend le séjour simple à organiser. Une belle surprise à Bali, que l’on recommande vivement !
非常满意的一次住宿，住宿感受非常舒适，价格物超所值。joe和他的女朋朋友给了我们很多的帮助。前前后后帮了我不少忙。真的非常非常感谢！！！住宿环境与拍摄的照片完全一致生殖更胜一筹。而且超级干净！！！光着脚走一路到房间脚板底都是干净的。卫生间也没有异味，真的真的真的非常整洁。对卫生比较介意的朋友入住这家将会感到特别满意。酒店的设施以及位置也很好。泳池水很清澈而且贴心的分出深水区和浅水区。兼备功能的同时拍照也非常非常非常出片！！！一出门就是黑沙滩，吹着海风观赏海景和闪闪发光的黑沙滩真的非常惬意～距离机场、码头都很近，joe贴心的安排了接机送船服务更是为我们节省很多宝贵的时间和精力。早餐也非常非常非常美味，特别是基于当地的特色香蕉口味松饼加以改进的焦糖糖浆香蕉饼，真的太符合我的胃口了！！！一切的一切都很满意，再多的文字都不能表达我内心的喜悦，只能匆忙写下几句好评聊表心意。唯一遗憾的是这次时间匆忙来不及久待，以后再次来巴厘岛一定会再次入住🥰🥰🥰

Joe est quelqu’un de très accessible et nous avons été très bien accueilli ! Malgré la proximité avec la plage, il est très difficile de se baigner car les vagues sont trop fortes. Cependant, le logement est bien et calme.
It’s hard to put into words just how incredible our experience was at K Ko Surf Village. Joe was hands down the best host we’ve ever had on Airbnb. We were initially staying at another villa nearby that didn’t meet our expectations. Thankfully, we found Joe’s place last minute, and he accommodated us right away with amazing hospitality. He arranged a driver to pick us up, and we were warmly welcomed by his team. We even received an early check-in, complete with a plate of fresh fruit and juice waiting for us in the villa. Joe’s local recommendations, restaurants, waterfalls, surf spots were all top-notch. He’s thoughtfully curated a guide for guests to make sure everyone has the best stay possible. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a special time here, and even got lucky with some great waves nearby. This is the perfect place to escape the hustle of Canggu, Kuta, or Seminyak, and immerse themselves in authentic Balinese culture. We will absolutely be back!

Direkt am Keramas Strand, sehr ruhige und gepflegte sowie schöne Anlage, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Mitabeitende. Der Pool top, da man Längen schwimmen kann. Zum Relaxen ein toller Ort! Restaurant oder Warung kann man zu Fuss am Strand entlang erreichen. Was wir zu wenig beachteten: Man kann am Strand nicht baden, die Strömung ist zu stark. Das Müllproblem halt auch hier sichtbar. Hatten wir eine Frage, bekamen wir sehr rasch Antwort oder Tipps. Den Tagesausflug können wir nur weiterempfehlen, Agung hat uns zu vielen verschiedenen Orten hingefahren, damit wir Balis Kultur entdecken konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder - sobald wir surfen können ;-) - haben uns rasch wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.
Incredible place to calm down!!
After traveling for 36 hours to get to Bali, this was exactly the soft landing space I needed. The area is BEAUTIFUL and the spaces are PRIVATE. The pool, the ocean sounds, the green Bali magic, all of it. Just so great. They have about 5 dogs who live at the BnB and are just sweet and delightful. There are also some cats. A little home away from home <3 The driver, Agung, who they set me up with from the airport is incredible! Caring, kind, friendly and funny! The host, Joe, is incredibly communicative and adaptable. Even when preparing for my trip being in opposite time zones he managed to make me feel like I was in good hands. Upon my arrival he went the extra mile in ordering me food because I didn’t have access to calling the restaurant. The staff who made food and carried my luggage were so accommodating and just LOVELY. 1000000/10 recommend his Airbnb. The only thing I’d keep in mind that the waves are truly for surfing and appear dangerous to swim in without a board.

Beautiful location. we were hoping for a bit of tranquility, and that's exactly what we got...with luxury. The views, the pool, the gardens are all pristine and stunning. the photos really do not do Joe's place justice. All the staff members are lovely, smiling, friendly and helpful. Joe organised our taxi when we departed, even giving us a late checkout to factor in the late check in at our next destination. There are a few places to eat at along the beach, it's a walk, but it's a lovely walk to do. The gardeners have made the gardens beautifully. everying is just right. We loved it, and we both highly recommend this as a lovely stay. if you want privacy, crashing waves, no hassle from the locals because you're a tourist, this is one to be at, it ticked all our boxes. Wow! This was the most amazing experience I had so far. Joe was really heplful and gave tips on what to do. Agungs outstanding service was top tier. He helped me with everything and made my holidays unforgettable. The staff was always here to help. It looks better than in the photos. Everything was nice and organised. The breakfast is delicious. My next golidays in Bali will be defentily here again. Thank you Joe, Agung and the staff for those amazong holidays.
Joe’s place was as described - a beautiful serene place to get comfortable and call home during your stay. The staff members were all very nice and helpful and Joe provided recommendations for things to see and do in the area. We especially liked being able to walk along the beach during low tide to the warungs. The only negative was the scooter rental price was much higher than anywhere I’ve paid in Bali - I’d recommend renting elsewhere.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei der Unterkunft. Uns hat es so gut gefallen das wir auf eine ganze Woche statt nur zwei Nächte verlängert haben. Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Man kommt sehr gut runter und kann super entspannen. Die Service Kräfte sind alle super lieb und herzlich. Es ist kein touristischer Ort was für uns perfekt war. Wir können jeden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Alles ist total liebenswert und tierlieb. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft noch schöner als die Fotos. Das ganze Grundstück ist wunderschön gestaltet sowie die Zimmer. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. ✨🤩🫶🏻
An incredible stay. The serenity, architectural design and attention to detail was incredible. Joe and the wonderful staff helped us out with what ever we needed - scooters, airport transfers etc. If you wish to stay clear of the resort/ hotel vibes that Keramas has on offer, I suggest visiting Joes for a relaxing stay. Great location for walking distance but away from the racket of commune. Also can walk to less crowded waves just north. New construction and super clean. The bed/pillow were amazing as well.
Wir haben die Zeit bei Joe sehr genossen. Es war alles perfekt, das Zimmer, die Angestellten, alles wie man es sich vorstellt :) Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
We stayed at Joe's for 5 nights and had a great time. Right from the start Joe and his staff made us feel welcome and were all very accomodating and friendly. The room was big and very clean, the pool was a great spot to relax and the included breakfast was a very nice add-on. The cute dogs and the cat were also a big bonus :) It's very remote and right by the beach, I would recommended the location for people seeking a peaceful, relaxing time or a nice surf. Joe provided recommendations for things to do and places to see and was an overall very proactive and responsive host.
If you are going to Keramas, this is the perfect place to stay. Rooms & bath are better than pictured. Joe is helpful with recommendations and coordinating shuttles for wherever you need to go. Really friendly staff and location right next to wave. 10/10!!

Joe's place is like a haven, a peace of paradise, sitting by the pool watching the waves coming in, very peacefull the only noise was the sea, I really could not recommend this paradise enough, my only regret is I only booked for one night, I left feeling so peaceful and chilled, Joe personally came to my room to great me and ensure everything was to my liking, which of course it was, he recommended somewhere to eat which was a short walk along the beach, I can honestly say I was gutted to leave, many thanks Joe to you and all your staff, you should be very proud of what you have achieved.

Joe is a great host and surfer! He has a complete website with all of the information you will need for local restaurants, activities, and recommendations for everything. There are multiple villas in this private location. I would recommend for those who want to just get away from the outside world. My girlfriend and I literally did not need to go anywhere for anything. There is a beautiful private pool and common areas outside to relax. We ordered a massage from the private masseuse on location, Julie. She has over 20 years experience, so don’t miss out! You can get free delivery to your room or a free taxi to the local restaurant with excellent Indonesian food and Western options, as well. Breakfast is included in the morning, the pancakes and coffee were delicious. *The beach has black sand, which can be a bit messy, and some litter. I wouldn’t recommend this location if we were looking to lounge on the beach. Although, there was a soccer game on the beach. Some people don’t mind.
We really enjoyed a few days at K Ko! It's a peaceful place with a really chill vibe. Joe did a great job as a host, also the whole team is very friendly. Joe and the driver Agung (also such a friendly guy) made spontanious schedules possible for us, which was great. We experienced a few days full of relaxing, walking at the black sand, watching the (really big) waves, getting to know the local sorroundings and and it was a pleassure!
L’endroit est tout simplement fantastique. C’est un véritable havre de paix, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Les chambres ainsi que le complexe sont très propres, confortables, la piscine est fabuleuse. Joe et son équipe font absolument tout pour vous faire sentir à l’aise, et est très réactif. This place is perfect, the only thing is we wish we had stayed longer. Everything about this place is beautiful and well kept and it’s right on the beach. Joe was incredible from the moment we walked in, making us feel totally at home, and giving us all the advice about the area. We will 100% be coming back this epic spot!

K Ko Villas are a great way to stay footsteps away from ocean! Joe is a superb host who wants to make you feel at home but is keen to give you your space and do “absolutely nothing” but relax if that is your wish. The beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are well furnished with some great cozy lighting. The saltwater swimming pool is a great place to relax listen to the power of the ocean nearby! I would highly recommend K Ko villas to anyone especially if they are an intermediate-> advanced surfer because the access is unbeatable here. Thank you for lining up a surfboard to rent while we stayed, Joe!

We found a little slice of paradise. This location is peaceful comfortable, clean and feels very private. The staff is amazing, super helpful. It honestly just feels like home. 10/10 would recommend especially if you are looking for a surf getaway.

We had an incredible couple of days at K Ko Surf Village. The most perfect retreat to sit and reflect in Bali away from the noise of the typical tourist route. The grounds are stunning with beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the crashing waves and unique black sands. The pool is fantastic, a great size with filtered salt water which felt so soft on the skin. The stunning accommodation is beautifully and thoughtfully designed with luxury fittings of any 5 star hotel. Agung and his team were the perfect hosts treating us like family. The level of care we received was beyond exceptional and we felt very lucky to have spent time in this haven. We found everyone in Bali friendly and helpful however Agung was simply the best!! So generous with his time sharing useful advice and recommendations as well as showing us the most amazing restaurants. Agung and K Ko Surf Village were truly wonderful and we very much look forward to returning in the future
Very peaceful location. Crashing waves are beautiful to watch and listen to even if you’re not a surfer. A couple of beachside cafes in easy walking distance … just wander out of K Ko and along the black sands of the beach. Joe and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Так же рядом распологается единственная на Бали винодельня Проживание Персонал просто 10/10, очень отзывчивые, проактивные и расторопные, было очень комфортно с ними общаться. Бассейн соленый, теплый, очень комфортный. Номер очень чистый, убирают его ежедневно. Еда Завтраки вкусные, обед и ужин можно заказать в номер, причем цена на них будет ниже, чем в соседних ресторанчиках. К отелю так же планируют пристроить свой ресторанчик Мест, где можно поесть вокруг много, еда вкусная и разнообразная, счёт на 1 человека за прием пищи (2 блюда + напиток) будет 100-200к Rp (~7-12$). Активности Все это находится в пределах 30 минут езды от отеля • Blue Laguna (Дайвинг, снорклинг, катание на лодке) • Monkey forests (Погулять в парке с обезьянами • Holy Water Temple (Очень красивый храм) •Театр Barong And Kris Dance (местный театр) • Сафари зоопарк Все было очень круто 10/10
Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist etwas komisch, da man irgendwie von hintern herum zufahren muss, allerdings wird gerade am anderen Ende dazu gebaut und die Einfahrt soll dann von dort aus sein. Keine Sorge Baustellenlärm haben wir allerdings keinen gehört. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen Obst und Saft so viel wir wollten. Das Pool war sehr sauber, die Anlage war sehr schön. Wir können es auf jeden weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Je n’ai jamais vu un si belle endroit, dépaysant, personnel plus qu’adorable, je n’ai rien à dire à part que c’était le paradis je regrette de d’avoir pris qu’une seule nuit !!

Everything was perfect. The whole area of K Ko is wonderfully designed and perfectly located at the Keramas Beach. Our 8 month old daughter loved the pool and the little platform inside was perfect for her to play in. The staff left no wishes open and everyday we got a tasty breakfast and organic fresh fruit. K Ko also provided us with a modern scooter (with surf rack) so we could explore the area and check out other hidden surf spots and warungs. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. Overall it was 11/10 experience and we all really enjoyed our time at the K Ko. We will definitely come back ❤️
Absolut bezaubernd! Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit im K Ko Surfcamp und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein auf seine ganz eigene Art und Weise ein inspirierender Ort um abzuschalten und eine gute Zeit am Meer zu haben - wer will auch ohne zu surfen. Ich war 10 Tage im KKo Surf Village und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Ich wurde vom Flughafen abgeholt und direkt zur Unterkunft gebracht, welche atemberaubend schön ist! Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, gepflegt und neu. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, auch die Gartenanlage, einfach fantastisch! Alle Mitarbeiter des KKo Surf Village lieben was sie tun und das spürt man :) super freundlich, immer hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und rund um die Uhr für die Gäste da. Es gibt sogar einen Wäscheservice gegen eine kleine Gebühr. Die Lage ist atemberaubend schön, direkt am Meer in der Nähe des bekannten Surfspots Keramas. Perfekt für Surfer und Leute, die es gerne ruhig und entspannt mögen. Am Strand gibt es auch einige Restaurants und Bars. Auch der Gastgeber Joe und seine Mutter Lily sind unglaublich liebe und sympathische Menschen. Sie waren bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Joe (and family) have recently opened this incredible boutique hotel that I am sure will become big and even better (if possible) in the next few years! The hosts are kind, generous, warm inviting and very engaging with guest, the staff as so responsive and attentive to your every need! The location is beautiful with the waves crashing right at the doorstep, rice field can be seen from the room and the mountain from the bed! It is so encompassing of all that is Bali! The place it quiet and so clean and pristine! Gardens are beautiful and creative, so relaxing to wander through! It was the perfect place to return to after day trips around the island!! My favourite place to stay this far!! Plans to grow and have even more rooms and amenities will make this tranquil experience accessible to even more people! I can’t wait to return with friends and family! Thank you guys so much for an amazing stay!
Peaceful quiet resort with attentive staff - complimentary fruit and juice available all day and breakfast included. Short walk along beach to good surf, Warungs and hotel restaurants, or free transfer to village restaurants for seafood etc. Pool long enough for lap swimming. Well built villas with nice finishes. Felt like old Bali with rice paddies around us, a heavenly place to relax.
K Ko, to miejsce, gdzie wyjątkowo traktuje się gości. Pozostaje relaks wśród pięknej zieleni i wyjątkowej, balijskiej architektury. Basen jest wielkim atutem. Przede wszystkim jest bardzo duży, funkcjonalny, bo ma jedną część głęboką do pływania, a drugą mozna niezaleznie używać lub korzystać z całej powierzchni. A najlepsze jest to, że w basenie nie ma chemii, tylko lekko słona, oczyszczona woda, jak ktoś nie próbował w takim basenie pływać, to koniecznie niech spróbuje, to jest inna bajka. Codziennie po kilka razy dostawaliśmy świeże soki. Obiekt położony jest w spokojnej części wyspy, nad samym oceanem. Obsługa na żądanie organizuje transport za niewielką opłatą, w dowolne miejsce, o dowolnie wybranym czasie. Na prawdę tam niczym się nie trzeba przejmować. Mr Agung, jeszcze raz bardzo, bardzo dziękujemy za twój wysiłek, żeby robić nam codziennie tyle przyjemności :)
Had a great stay at K-Ko, brand new accommodation minutes from Keramas surf break. Joe was a great host! Super friendly and welcoming and made sure I was looked after during my stay. The rooms were perfectly comfortable with everything you needed and all the staff were fantastic.. if you’re over there to surf this is the place to stay.
