Exploring Tatiya 2BR Private Pool Villa left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Tatiya 2BR Private Pool Villa was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Tatiya 2BR Private Pool Villa painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Location is great , the rooms are good to stay for maximum 2 days, interior ceiling colour and material are dark and depressing .. also the host entered the property couple of times without notice

The personal was nice, it was clean and we really like the pool

Three peaceful nights in a quiet area, with cafés nearby and nature’s own alarm clock—roosters at dawn, accompanied by a choir of barking dogs. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and the staff friendly. Truly a great stay… with a little bonus adventure. A grand cockroach made an appearance inside, while a rat (or two?) popped up both indoors and out. Unexpected guests, but hey, who doesn’t love a bit of local wildlife? Overall, a great stay for those who enjoy cleanliness, great service, and a touch of nature—sometimes a little closer than expected.

We really enjoyed staying at this accommodation. They worked around our check in times. Was very clean and well finished. Really nice to have our own private area. Budi was very helpful and efficient.

Séjour absolument parfait ! L’endroit est incroyable, fidèle aux photos, calme et le housekeeper qui nous a accueilli et avec qui nous étions en contact était d’une gentillesse incroyable et très accueillant. Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai sans aucun doute lors de mon prochain passage à Uluwatu :)

wir waren voll.und ganz zufrieden, es war alles so wie beschrieben und wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Es ist sehr privat und man hört weder Straßenlärm oder sonstige Sachen. perfekt zum entspannen. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. er hat uns auch gleich einen Roller organisiert, den man für Ausflüge auf jedenfall braucht. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

THE PLACE IS SUPER NICE AND CLEAN. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It looks exactly like the pictures posted plus Budi (their caretaker) is very responsive and easy to talk to. We arrived at 8:30am and when we got there he was already waiting for us so we got to check in earlier. He also cleaned the place everyday since we stayed for multiple days. One of the best stays I had in bali ❤️

The Villa is beautiful, the pool and all the facilities are impeccable. The attention from the staff was excellent, in our case it was Budi who helped us in everything and took care of keeping the villa perfect for us. I would definitely recommend it and would repeat. Terima kasih!

Wir sind für 4 Tage geblieben. Budi hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles war wie auf den Bildern zu entnehmen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und man hatte Privatsphäre. Nachts war es auch sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Viele Läden waren mit Roller gut und schnell zu erreichen, bei den Stränden und Beach Clubs war mal in 20Min und auch sonst war die Lage okay, wenn man flexibel unterwegs ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber und aufgeräumt und ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen! Ein Diamant in Uluwatu! Wir bedanken uns für die Zeit und kommen gerne wieder :)

Fijn verblijf! Vriendelijke host en makkelijk contact maken. Je moet overal met de taxi heen maar dat is prima 15/25 minuten onderweg naar beachclubs en restaurants. En via de app grab is dit ideaal. Het ligt een beetje afgelegen/verstopt maar helemaal prima als je lekker op pad gaat overdag.

Logement très très propre et au calme. Nombreuses activités et restaurants aux alentours. Budi est un excellent jeune homme très méticuleux et qui fait extrêmement bien son travail. Merci beaucoup Budi!! Enjoy your life!

Great hosts. Looks bigger in pictures but still a great stay. The area is quiet. The beaches are 15 to 20 minutes away by car.

Villa très jolie et sympathique très propre le staff est très gentil il doit améliorer son anglais.

Super fijn en privé verblijf. Hele mooie ruime hutten en het contact met de werknemers verloopt soepel!

Ma soeur et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement de qualité avec un hôte très accueillant. Même si nous étions le plus souvent à l’extérieur, il était toujours plaisant de retrouver le confort des deux habitations après de longues journées de visite. Je recommande sans hésiter, pour ma part si je dois revenir à Bali, j’y séjournerais de nouveau.

We absolutely loved our stay here, honestly can’t rate it any higher. It’s incredible value for money the rooms and beautiful and super homely. The wifi worked great and the showers were amazing. The staff and host were all very nice and very helpful, really quick responses and very flexible regarding timings of check out and to come clean everyday. The pool was fab too. Such a beautiful villa, highly recommend!

Villanya bagus, bersih, nyaman, sesuai deskripsi. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan pantai2 cantik dan restoran2 enak di daerah Uluwatu. kemarin mau extend tapi full-booked

Everything went well with Komang! Everything was very clean and we loved the atmosphere in the villa.

Väldigt rent och man fick väldigt mycket för pengarna. Komang var även allting till hjälp och väldigt flexibel när det kom till tider.

Komang’s place was great! Very cool layout with private pool and good value for money. Bed was comfortable, good air conditioning downstairs and shower was good but water didn’t stay hot for very long. The address is wrong on the air bnb but Komang will message you the right address. Had a cleaner each day to clean the place and the pool. Instant unlimited hot and cold water and everything you could want in the kitchen to cook. Lots of towels which were great and smelled amazing. The road outside was full of potholes and flooded when it rained heavily but apart from that we absolutely loved it and had loads of space, good wifi for work and Komang was very accommodating. Would stay again!

Жильё не очень удобное для детей, лестница достаточно крутая. Так же в жилье из за его специфики мало света. Небольшая территория, но все есть для жизни. Очень уютно. Хозяин очень учтив, иногда даже чересчур)

Our stay was quite nice, the host representative was very polite and helpful. Stairs to the bedroom is quite steep so perhaps will suit to younger guests without small children. All was clean, room cleaning available as well as change of towels. Fridge in each room, make sure to keep food there:) Wifi mostly solid. The area around is not very exciting but you can see GWK statue from close distance:)

One of the best places i’ve been in Bali. Clean, cozy and private. Very helpful staff. Only location was incorrect, please request directions.

I and my family enjoyed to stay in Tatiya Villa so much. Its clean, homey , cozy with affordable rate. This Villa is really recommended, we will come back to stay for our next visit. Thanks to Komang & Budi for preparing nice accomodation also your attentive and hospitality.
