Exploring The Banana’s Kumbe Villa Ubud left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of The Banana’s Kumbe Villa Ubud was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tampaksiring plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for The Banana’s Kumbe Villa Ubud painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte über Nyepi hier. Aufgrund dessen war es sehr ruhig und wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Jeder vor Ort war bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu gestalten.

A huge thank you to the host and the whole family. I felt very much at home. The accommodation is beautiful and quietly situated amidst stunning nature. It looks exactly like the photos! The pool is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are very clean and spacious, featuring a great bed and bathroom. Communication was always smooth. There are temples and rice terraces nearby. I would come back here anytime!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument génial ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’hébergement est très agréable, propre et conforme à la description, ce qui permet de s’y sentir immédiatement à l’aise. Mais surtout, un immense merci à la famille qui est tout simplement adorable. Ils sont accueillants, bienveillants, disponibles et toujours prêts à aider ou à donner de bons conseils pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Leur gentillesse et leur attention font vraiment toute la différence et rendent l’expérience encore plus mémorable. (Gros point positif pour le petit déjeuner incroyable) Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. C’est le genre d’endroit où l’on a déjà envie de revenir avant même de partir ! Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un séjour à la fois confortable et humain. Merci encore à Andra et sa maman Ainsi qu’à Tchapi qui va nous manquer 😢

We loved our stay here. It has a great Balinese feel, combining tasteful decoration with a relaxed atmosphere. The garden is very lush too and the complimentary breakfast was yummy. Made and her son Andra were very warm and attentive hosts, and truly made us feel welcome.

Uno de los sitios más bonitos en los que me he quedado. Es un negocio familiar. Son solo tres cabañas pequeñas con suficiente privacidad. Está en los campos de arroz y a media hora de Ubud. No hay muchos turistas en esta zona lo cual lo hizo más auténtico. Puedes alquilar una moto en el Aibnb. Tiene una Piscina pequeña con una vista muy bonita a los campos de arroz. El desayuno incluido también estaba fantástico. Hay un restaurante cerca (5 minutos caminando) que nos gustó mucho también (SOMI). Recomiendo este lugar

Прекрасное тихое место в котором я пробыл пару месяцев. Приятная и отзывчивая семья. Очень красивый бассейн.

Тук каквото и да се каже ще е малко. Бяхме настанени от едно прекрасно усмихнато семейство и се почувствахме желани и на място . Закуските бяха брутално вкусни, вилата чиста, поддържана, без насекоми, двора прекрасно поддържан, водата в басейна кристално чиста. Отношението на всеки един член на това семейство бе толкова мило,че не успях да сдържа сълзите си при напускане . Горещо препоръчвам да посетите!

Si je pouvais mettre au delà de 5 étoiles e le ferais avec grand plaisir tellement qu’il est bien!! Un Airbnb plus que top, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et qu’est ce que Wayan ainsi que sa famille sont des hôtes formidable Tellement arrangeant, disponible, toujours prêt à aider, vraiment une très belle rencontre Nous vous en remercions infiniment encore!!

Tout simplement parfait. On a passé 8 jours formidable chez Wayan qui est un hôte extrêmement gentil lui et toute sa famille qui gère le logement. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et varié. On a eu le droit à un repas typique de Bali un soir offert excellent également.

Una estancia maravillosa. Volveré sin dudarlo. Es un negocio familiar y se nota el amor que le ponen a todo. El desayuno espectacular, el mejor banana pancake de mis tres semanas en Bali. Y el lugar indescriptible. Si buscas tranquilidad y desconexión, la ubicación es perfecta. Me ayudaron en todo momento y hasta Wayan me acercó en moto al pueblo que quería ir a 30' en moto! Maravilloso todo. Solo tengo palabras bonitas por decir.

Awesome place! Very friendly owners. Quiet place far from crowded streets. If you are looking for peacefull home away from home - this is for you. No clubs, no loud neighbours, just nature. Very good breakfasts that are included in the price. Do rent a motorbike here - they have better prices than companies around and they are in very good condition. Will come back if we will be back to Bali :)

We had a great stay at Banana’s Kumba. The place is clean and all family members are really kind and welcoming. One feels very well taken care of. The neighborhood is very peaceful, beautiful nature, and there are many activities nearby (temples, waterfalls etc). However, the location is about 30min by car from Ubud. For us, is was perfect, can only recommend.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Lage war schön ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Personal war sehr, sehr, sehr freundlich und absolut perfekt – immer hilfsbereit und herzlich. Alles war makellos sauber und wurde täglich gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

It was clean and comfortable house with tropical shower and bath. We had no problems throughout our stay in this villa.

Es war eine schöne Übernachtung in der kleinen Villa. Sauber und genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Gerne wieder !!

Les Banana's Kumbe Villas sont superbes ! L'endroit est tenu par une famille extrêmement gentille et serviable. Il n'y a que 3 chambres, donc on s'y sent à l'aise, au calme, comme si on faisait partie de la famille. La piscine, le petit déjeuner, la chambre, la salle de bain... Tout est impeccable ! On recommande vivement 😊

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßt. Unser Häuschen war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Bad war sehr beeindruckend. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Gemeinschaftspool auf die Reisfelder war unser Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist generell umgeben von wunderschönen Reisfeldern. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind wundervolle Menschen. Sie machten unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner. Wir bekamen viele Tips für die Umgebung und einen Roller konnten wir auch direkt bei ihm mieten. Das Frühstück war super lecker! Wenn wir nochmal nach Bali kommen, würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Bellissima location immersa nelle risaie sopra ad ubud. Alloggio stupendo con zona bagno spettacolare. Forse un po’ troppa umidità. Zona comoda per raggiungere in motorino tutte le mete nei dintorni. Soggiorno incredibile grazie

The place is really good for people who are searching calm and tranquility. It’s a good location because it’s near (with a motor bike) from places like Ubud center (25min) with Ubud Palace or Monkey Forest - Goa Gajah (15 min) - Tirta empul and more. The “bungalows” are really beautiful and like the pictures. People are really nice and flexible. The breakfast is included and good. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much to Andrak who helped us to book tours, transportation, etc. They also have motorbikes which is really helpful. Be aware that the villa is 25 to 30 minutes from the center of Ubud. Meanwhile Ubud is really crowded so it’s great to escape from the traffic jam.

Das Personal sowie die Unterkunft waren klasse. Die Unterkunft besteht aus drei kleinen Häusern und einem schönen Gemeinschaftspool mit schönem Blick auf die Reisfelder und den Dschungel. Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und haben eines der besten Frühstücke zubereitet. Wir würden es empfehlen einen Roller in der Unterkunft zu mieten - es gibt einen fairen Preis - Restaurant gibt es allerdings auch in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die ich jemals besucht habe. Es sah aus wie auf den Bildern oder sogar noch schöner. Die Villa, mit Einrichtungen etc. ist absolut gehobene Klasse. Das Bett ist so gemütlich und das Badezimmer wie in einem SPA Bereich. Alles ist stets blitzeblank sauber. Schon wenn man den Eingangsbereich betritt, spürt man die friedvolle und angenehme Atmosphäre. Es ist rund um die Uhr jemand vor Ort und erreichbar. Auch die Lage ist super, weil es schön ruhig ist, umgeben von ReisTerassen. Im Pool konnte ich mich gut abkühlen und in der fussläufigen Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Restaurants. In dem liebevollen „Somi“ Restaurant war ich Stammkundin. :-P Generell kann man in der näheren Umgebung viel unternehmen und auch bis nach Ubud Center ist es nicht weit. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen liebenswert und immer hilfsbereit, geben auch nützliche Tips und Anregungen. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und der Abschied fiel mir nicht. Vielen lieben Dank für alles. <3

I had an excellent stay to start my trip to Bali, the welcome was impeccable with a fresh fruit juice to welcome me and I felt at home there. The place is very quiet, well appointed and above all very beautiful (especially the bathroom with the light reflecting off the interior wall). The breakfast was excellent, especially the banana pancakes accompanied by fresh fruit, which I recommend without hesitation. Andra (son) was very welcoming and helped me a lot by recommending places to visit or to eat in the surrounding area. The place is located 25 minutes by scooter from the center of Ubud, very close to amenities with the advantage of being very quiet. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Bali. Thank you again for this superb stay

Andra and his mom were the friendliest and kindest people. I highly recommend this place if you want peace with lots of palm trees, banana trees and rice terraces. We reached all important tourist destination by scooter and yet felt like we were in a jungle with extremely nice local people. The accomodation was super nice and clean. We truly felt at home! I couldn’t recommend it more!

This stay has been the highlight of our vacations. We were very warmly welcomed by our hosts and felt immediately at home. It is a family run homestay with three separate and private units with each ones their own bathrooms. It's beautifuly furnished, with a very comfortable big bed, spaceous shower and bathtub, closet, gawns, kettle and a porch to enjoy the beautiful view on the rice fields. It is very quiet and being away from the busy Ubud felt very calming. Our hosts were very sweet, taking care of every detail and more. We left with a big smile and hopes to go back again. What a lovely place!
