Exploring Town house residence in seminyak bali left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Town house residence in seminyak bali was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Denpasar Barat plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

the place is cute but very far from shopping centres and there isn't much to do in the area

House was decent but the location was horrible traffic was so bad constantly and all the shops were not easy to walk to had worms come out of the shower upstairs??? Weird and not really much to do or view

Mbak Tenis was very helpful and responsive during my stay. Hopefully, next stay can provide microvawe and other kitchen tools.

Everything is good. The house is neat and clean and the environment is good. It should be noted that the fence slots are greased. It's just that access to the housing estate is a bit difficult because the road is narrow. It only fits 1 car. But talking about the condition of the house is all good. Recommended to stay here

住宿环境很安谧，阳台对着稻田，很久没呼吸到这种稻香的空气了。不过距离街道有一定距离，步行大概7-8分钟能到街道找到饭馆。

Sehr netter Kontakt, flexibel und schnelle Reaktion. Von der belebten Straße fährt man in eine Seitenstraße und hat Ruhe mit Blick aufs Reisfeld 👍 Da es ein Neubau ist, spinnt das Navi ein bisschen, weil er die Straße nicht findet. Nachfragen hilft.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and peaceful. Great place to stay, comfortable and quiet but still close to supermarket and restaurant. I arrived pretty late at 2 or 3 am in the morning, it was dark but i was still able to find the air bnb. Teni is very responsive and a great host, she made things easier. Its very spacious with nice views from the window. You will have everything you need. Terima Kasih Teni🙏🏾

The host responded very quickly. The house has two floors and two bedrooms. It was quiet and clean, with all the basic amenities like a washing machine and fridge. We could see the rice fields from the window — a really nice experience.

We had a great time staying at Teni's place. Very accessible and the check in was easy. The scenery is very very nice, far from traffic and loud noises yet very close to Seminyak. Teni was also very responsive both before and during our stay.

This is my first time coming to Bali, and I was lucky to find this apartment. I’m very happy because the apartment is clean and fully equipped with everything I need. The host and support staff were also very friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable for such a comfortable place to stay. We love the place! First the location is very startegic if you want to explore both Denpasar and Kuta area. They have large carport and additional parking area nearby which was very helpful for us who came with our own car. The place is perfect for 4 people, it's clean and comfy. Not to mention it is surrounds by rice fields which makes the environment very calm. The host is very clear with instructions and responsive too! Thank you for letting us stay!

We had an enjoyable stay. There was a hiccup in the lockbox code but Teni was responsive. Moreover, everyone was worried about checking out at 10. We asked Teni to do 12 and Teni gave the go ahead. Good.

Телевизоры Smart, кондиционеры работают отлично, полный набор посуды, есть своя прачечная с удобной вешалкой для сушки! Хорошее местоположение, недалеко до местным кафешек, ТЦ, Mcdonald's, BK и прочего! Как выедете на основную улицу, поверните налево и езжайте метров 700, будет много местных фруктов и кафе. Тени один из самых лучших арендодателей которых мы встречали!

Это недавно построенный двухэтажный дом с собственной парковкой. В доме было чисто, удобная кровать, быстрый вай фай. С балкона открывается чудесный вид на рисовые поля. Единственное, в доме не хватало мелочей (соль, стиральный порошок, фен, полотенца для рук). Территория вокруг странная, как-будто весь комплекс в процессе постройки. Дом немного вдалеке от моря, магазинов и кафе. Но зато тихо.

All I can say is: super recommended! It's located in a secure, clean, and quiet new residential area that's only 15mins away to Seminyak & Legian area, and about 20-25mins away to central denpasar (with a motobike). Which makes it such an ideal place to stay for business/holiday trip with a small group of family. The house itself is really cozy and modern. Equipped with fast wifi connection and complete daily amenities, even down to a washing machine + big drying hanger. Everything in this house is really well-thought of. My favorite part of the house is the master bedroom. Besides the comfy bed, the balcony and the rice field view was A++. Such a perfect combination to unwind yourself and to have a nice proper sleep/rest after such a long day. Thank you Teni for being a great host. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
