Exploring Traditional Villa w Breakfast near Kudeta Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Traditional Villa w Breakfast near Kudeta Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Traditional Villa w Breakfast near Kudeta Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Overall okay for our stay. The host is responsive & the pool looks superb but it definitely needs maintenance in some areas for the villa. We found that it lacked of enough lighting in the main dining area & toilet where some places were missing lightbulb and it was quite dark even if we have switched on all the lights. The breaker has tripped in an afternoon while we were in a shower. I hope they can improve the lighting issue.

They have a good pool & good condition of bed which I like the most. But I have to say, please pay more attention on your building condition also the cleanliness because it’s important for your long term business 😊

Lovely place to stay

Lovely spacious villa. Good large bluetooth speaker. Lovely helpful staff cooked us yummy daily breakfast. Pool table was a bonus. Great location with very good restaurants and beach clubs easy walking distance.

Dewi’s rental was a great place for a group of people. The place was clean, with Dewi being super responsive and having staff there to help always. Despite the water pressure being quite low, I’d still recommend the place to others.

Tilfreds med boligen og meget imødekommende værtinde. Vi oplevede at personalet der skulle lave morgenmad gik frem og tilbage mellem flere villaer hvilket gjorde det lidt forvirrende om de var hos os eller om de kom retur og gjorde rent / skiftede håndklæder osv. Beliggenheden var tæt på by, men som meget andet på Bali skulle man gå lidt på ikke oplyste veje uden fortov

Place was exactly as in the pics clean and beautiful .. Toilet flush in one of the bedrooms had trouble otherwise was excellent choice of place to stay

We loved staying in the Villa. Dan and the housekeeping were so lovely, helpful and responsive with any minor issues. Dewi was very responsive throughout the whole process and also helpful. Villa was in a great location .. very walkable to everything you need but in a quiet and safe feeling area. The Villa was gorgeous.. a little tired here and there and not quite clean to my standards but it still felt very comfortable and we loved our stay!! Great value for money as we had 9 people with plenty of room and 4 bathrooms. Fun having the pool and pool table too!

Villa’s decent, facilities are as expected based on listing. Also appreciated that quite some amenities were provided to make the stay more comfortable, eg mosquito repellant, coil, sunblock. Location is also good. Bonus was the pool table and the pool was also cleaned upon request, perfect for group stays. However the villa does show some signs of aging upon closer scrutiny. Toilet’s skylight was a nice touch, but was quite surprised there was no ventilation. Overall it was a decent stay.

Dewi’s villa was fantastic for our family with small children, a tween and also grandparents. Very walkable and great amenities. The pool was a standout. We would love to come back.

What a perfect location less than 5 minute walk to Seminyak square. The photo’s are spot on. The breakfast was cooked by the lovely staff everyday fresh fruit and juice nasi goreng or mie goreng pancake eggs toast tea and coffee what more could you want. Can’t recommend enough. Perfect for our group of 7. I will be back

This property far exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Dewi was an incredible host and made sure absolutely everything was taken care of. Her team were exceptional, friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The pool was always clean and was absolutely perfect for relaxing. The location is also fantastic — just a short walk to everything we needed, while still feeling private and peaceful. We also used the drivers arranged through the property and they were safe, reliable, friendly and made getting around so easy. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Dewi and her team went above and beyond to make our holiday special, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to discover Seminyak. The house is really beautiful and located in a quiet place. The swimming pool is highly appreciated to chill. Breakfasts are tasty and generous. We recommend it!

Its our second time stay at Dewi's villa. Its a beautiful villa with big pool and nice table pool. We really enjoyed our time here and will be happy to come again. The breakfast every morning was delicious. Dewi and her team always ready to help us and dont forget to book the massage in the villa. It was worth the money. The villa is close to a lot of great restaurants. Seminyak village and Seminyak Square only 5 min walk.

Bedrooms are huge and clean. Very welcoming. When we reached rooms were nice and cool with aircon on. Staff was there with welcome drink. Amazing, corporative, friendly and flexible staff. We were picked up by Dewi’s driver at an unbelievable reasonable price. We also have massaged booked for three at our villa. Genuine pricing with service for everything. Highly recommend.

The villa was clean, spacious for a party of 8 comfortably. Fresh cooked breakfast daily was plentiful. The pool was great, well used & well maintained. The location was perfect for walking distance to good restaurants, shopping & beaches. Can’t fault the location especially for the price. Dewi & his team are amazing, super responsive & eager to please. Arranged transport everything was seamless. Make sure to book massages from their recommendations in the villa! We will be back.

When we walked in, they had chilled apple juice for us when we arrived. Bali is mostly hot, so this was quite refreshing and welcoming. The staff member had brought our luggage in from where we dropped it off prior. She showed us the facilities and answered any questions, then let us be. Dewi arranged transfers for us, and was very helpful with anything that we needed. When we relaxed in the pool, you could not hear any of the bustle or traffic of Bali. That was most refreshing. The pool was deep too, which was I thought was nice. I would love to come back here again in the future.

Perfect base away from the crowds of Seminyak with everything as described. Beautiful villa, 4 x comfortable rooms all with en-suites and great outdoor space. Easy to commute between areas via use of Bluebird/Grab with lots of choice in restaurants, bistros, shops, gyms, padel courts all within walking distance or short grab ride. Loved our stay, staff were very attentive and gave as much help or as little as we needed. Offer of daily cleaning and a beautiful fresh breakfast complimentary which we enjoyed on a couple of mornings. Thank you to you all for such a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to others

Very nice place to stay! Huge villa with a lot of amenities, just had to fight some bugs in our rooms.

Great location, perfect house for two families and enough space so we didn’t feel like we were invading each other’s space. The aircon in one room wasn’t strong enough so they replaced it the next day. Rani and the team were exceptional, with breakfast and housekeeping - top quality. Pool table was an instant hit for the children, and pool kept us cool in the hot mornings and evenings. Only suggestion would be stronger fans in the main living area, other than that, great place to call home while on holiday.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa von Dewi verbracht und es war ein Traum. Die Villa sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und hat den Bali Charme. Sie liegt Zentral und zu Fuß ist man gleich überall. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das herzliche Housekeepingteam, das uns immer mit einem lächeln zur Seite gestanden ist als wir Fragen hatten oder etwas brauchten. Sie reagierten sehr schnell und lösten unsere Probleme. Ein rießen Danke an Dewi für die unkomplizierte Verständigung und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great property we loved it can’t wait get back

We had a lovely stay at this villa. We had breakfast provided, range was limited but tasted great! Location was close to Seminyak Village, great cafes and massage spas. Villa also had option for in-house spa service who were very lovely and responsive. Staff Rani and Chitra were kind, friendly, and responsive. Host Dewi is also very kind and responsive. Only a couple of aspects to consider if you're looking to book this villa: 1. Main pool is deep 2 meters, wading pool was ok for young children. 2. Main door and 2 of the bedroom doors open directly onto a narrow walking path along the perimeter of the pool, which we felt was a little tricky to navigate especially on rainy evenings or when kids were walking around. It would have been good to have a safety gate around the pool. Otherwise, great location, clean, welcoming villa. Thank you Dewi, Rani and Chitra for hosting us.

This was the final Airbnb booked out of 3 for my group and I’s first Bali trip. This place was PHENOMENAL. Upon checking in from staff to the complimentary refreshing mango juice served and local accommodations, I cant rave enough about this place. My only wish was we had booked it longer so that we can enjoy this place for more than a day. Loved that each bedroom was wonderfully decorated and the bathroom setup was chefs kiss. Host was very responsive and communicated from point A to point B. Walking distance to everything but private enough for your stay. If anyone has any doubts about booking this place, don’t. JUST DO IT. You will not regret it. 10/10 will definitely be booking again. Thank you!

My mates and I really enjoyed staying at this Villa! The facilities were great and well looked after. Mini mart a short walk, restaurants and nightlife also close by. The hosts were friendly and responsive.

Our 2 week stay was truly fantastic. From pre-booking right through until checkout, host was always responsive and friendly. Questions thoroughly answered. Anything we needed, or any small concerns were promptly addressed, and maintenance was constantly taken seriously and addressed which was lovely. We travelled with family and 2 young children and the villa had everything we needed. Our drivers were fantastic on pick up and were fun with the kids. Villa staff were attentive, kind and great with the kids as well. Rani does a fabulous job as Villa Manager. A huge thank you to Rani, Kadek and Iluh for their wonderful care during our stay. Breakfast at the Villa was lovely and meant low key and relaxed mornings. Housekeeping was excellent. Small corner shop was well stocked for the size, and prices were very reasonable. We purchased drinks and other items from them when we could to support the locals and smaller businesses. Perfect walking distance to many local faves. Great location

The staff were incredible — so kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, while still giving us complete privacy. Waking up to the tropical surroundings and spending time by the pool felt like pure paradise. The location was perfect, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel calm and private. Dewi's place is a beautiful villa. The villa is down a little lane so very quiet and there's no street noise. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely and just like the photos. We were two families with two children each so the set up was perfect for our group of 8. Dewi is a wonderful host, she has great communication and her staff are very lovely. We had a great stay, location was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere. Corner store was handy for supplies and the pool was great.

We wanted a place for our family of 5 and this villa was perfect - each child had their own kind bed ensuite room and the living room with pool table was a great place to spend time together, as well as the private pool. Beautiful villa tucked away in a side street away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak Square but so close to everything. Dewi’s team were so wonderful cooking delicious breakfast each day and keeping our amenities fresh and clean. The Villa was perfect for 6 of us staying and had everything 3 generations could need. The bedrooms were clean and air conditioned, each with their own bathroom. The pool was beautiful and the relaxed open living area with pool table and TV was great too. What a week we had! Very kind staff from airport pickup, cleaning the rooms and making breakfast every morning. The villa is exactly how the described. The pool was great and we spent many an evening on the pool table. Would recommend anyone to stay here. You wouldn't be disappointed!

This villa is exactly like the pics & kept fresh & up to date. Everything was very comfortable, beds , pillows, linen & AC was great. The location was the best part. Literally in the heart of Seminyak Square within minutes but was very quiet & private in the evenings. The private road was great as there was no excessive scooters or drunk people walking home late at night. Most of all the staff were AMAZING! Rani & her team came every morning & made us an amazing breakfast (we stayed 8 nights & didn't realise when we booked that meant breakfast was included). Each morning they came at the requested time of 8am & made a beautiful breakfast. We had the same thing each day, omelettes (so good), huge pancakes (for kids), fresh fruit & they would make a fresh juice each day. Then tidied it all up & would not let us help them. We felt like royalty every day, it was a once in a life time experience. They did the most thorough job when cleaning the rooms. We will back!! Thank you.

Kubu Joglo Villa Seminyak is a great and beautiful villa! We were with 4 adults and 4 kids and we really enjoyed our stay here. They have 4 big bedrooms with private bathrooms. We really enjoyed play in the swimming pool all day and they have billiard table which we used every day. Rani and the teams really take a good care of us everyday with a delicious breakfast and always make us feels at home. The villa is really close with Seminyak Square and a lof of great restaurant surrounding. Thank you for everything 😃

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa, great location, 5min walk to Seminyak square. Dewi was a fantastic host with great communication and her team were a pleasure also, especially Rani.. they both went above and beyond for us, taking clothes to the laundry. We stayed in this fabulous villa for 7 days, there were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty room at the villa. It is very peaceful and quite also it is walking distance to shops, bars & the beach. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. This villa is definitely a hidden gem, we would stay again.

Nice pool once enter the villa, rooms are huge and beds are comfortable. Kettle and microwave is useful at the kitchen, water dispenser as well. Location is convenient, easy to get around, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and walkable, villa is inside an alley, quiet from the noise and cars. Take note the pool is deep, 1.75m at least

We had a wonderful stay here. The property genuinely led to a collective gasp by the group as we went through the front door after an 18-hr flight. Rani and her colleague were friendly and accommodating with delicious options available fresh every breakfast and the property kept clean. Dewi was an available but not hovering host. When there was a island-wide power cut, she even offered to put us up in a hotel overnight. The property was everything we hoped for and helped make a holiday we'll all remember for the right reasons.

Spent a lovely week at Dewi’s villa. Transport to and from airport was pre-arranged by Dewi and we were greeted by Rani at the villa with huge smile. The pool was the centrepiece and such a great way to cool down. The villa was in a very quiet laneway and just a 5min walk to eat street Seminyak / Village. I recommend the Dewi’s villa to families young and old.

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Seminyak. Villa was exactly as described and the pool was great for the weather. Breakfast made every morning was a great touch and they washed up and packed away afterwards too. There were some great restaurants in walking distance and the Grab app was perfect for taxis and ordering in food

Absolutely loved this place. Such convenient location and Dewi was a stellar host. She was so responsive and kind - we stayed during the annual Ogoh Ogoh festival and she was sweet enough to provide traditional clothing for us for the festival. This was the perfect villa for our 8 person trip. The staff was also so kind and prompt.

Stayed here with my family of 4 plus my mum and my nephew. Perfect house for it. We walked everywhere. We were able to catch Gojek easily. Not too far of a car ride to places. The house was clean, the food was amazing and the ladies very helpful. Rooms were aircon’d. We will be back.

Kubu Joglo was perfect for our family over the Christmas and New Years holiday period. We traveled with a two-year old and both the property and staff accommodated for our needs exceptionally well. They even installed a temporary fence around the pool for safety, which eased the stress of needing to watch the little one 24/7. The daily breakfast and room cleans by the friendly staff were high quality and they seemed to work very hard between multiple villas. Special mention to Kadek, whom we dealt with most days, was lovely and helped us with local recommendations and clothes washes. Highly recommend! Thanks again, Dewi - for a truly unforgettable stay!

We loved our stay here. Villa was just like the photos, pool was clean and cool. Staff were so welcoming and accomodating, assisting with anything we needed. Dewi organised what we needed before arrival and was happy for use to leave our bags at the Villa before check-in. Was a perfect place for a family holiday having three teenage children. The pool table got a work out as did the floating bean bag in the pool. Was quiet at night but still close enough to walk into Seminyak for shopping or to dine out.

As a family of 4 we all loved our stay. The teenagers appreciated the space and loved the pool and billiard table. Location was so handy to everything and the driver Kadek and house keeper both amazing! We would love to come back and highly recommend.

Dewi’s villa was amazing for my 6 mates and myself. The staff at the villa were very helpful and cooked us an amazing breakfast most mornings. Would definitely recommend for bigger groups as there was a lot of privacy, but still enough space to share and have a good time. Made our Bali trip the best!

Lady looking after us was very welcoming and accommodating all our needs. Kdek, lady who looked after us help to organise drivers for day outs within reasonable price, also you have a security person who based on the same street, he is always helpfull doesn't matter what time of day or night it is. Villa is in the quite area but only 5 min away from all restaurants, spas and bars, night clubs. xx

The place was a lovely blend of private with a walking distance to the more happening spots. Dewi was a responsive host and Puspita did a great job at catering to our personalised needs.

Absolutely dreamy accommodation for our group of 4 ladies in every way!! Perfect location in the heart of Seminyak, handy to everything you need in terms of restaurants, bars, cafes, markets, boutiques and more, but also quiet and peaceful. The pool was a godsend, and we were in it every day to cool down. The rooms are spacious, clean, luxurious and the beds are comfortable. Having our own ensuites was fantastic. We felt very spoilt with our delicious daily breakfasts. The staff are super lovely and very responsive. Good value for money as well. Just cannot fault this place. We'd go back in a heartbeat <3

Beautiful villa and wonderful staff. Modern, nice and clean. Nice restaurants and shops are walking distance right around the corner. Major beach clubs and bars only 20 minutes away by car/bike. The staff made breakfast every morning and arranged in villa massages. Great experience. Would definitely come back

We stayed here for 2 weeks following 2 weeks in Nusa Dua. We were two 55 year olds travelling with young adult children and their friends (6 of us in total) so we wanted to be somewhere that they could walk to bars, restaurants and clubs without me worrying about them using motorbikes late at night. The villa is perfectly positioned for this, it is literally 5 mins from the heart of Seminyak and yet there is no noise from clubs or bars. We rarely got cabs whilst we were in Seminyak which was great as the traffic is terrible! The beach is about 15 min walk away. There are some superb restaurants nearby (Merah Putih was outstanding as was Buzo - and both within 20 min walk or 5 mins by cab). We loved the open air living space and the pool table was well used by the boys. The bedrooms were really lovely, large and bright with large en-suite bathrooms. The doors to the rooms can be tricky to lock but they do lock so don’t worry. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dewi & team

We waren met 6 personen, 3 kids van 7, 13 en 16 jaar en we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het ziet er exact uit zoals op de foto’s. Gezellig en je voelt je gelijk thuis. Alles was perfect: iedere ochtend lekker en warm ontbijt naar keuze, bedden lagen heerlijk, we hebben 2x een massage geboekt in de villa via Dhen, de pooltafel was een super aanvulling voor de tieners, heerlijk zwembad, Seminyak square op loopafstand, etc. Dhen, onze contactpersoon voor als we iets wilden reageerde en regelde het gelijk. Wasje draaien was geen probleem, werd voor je opgehaald en gewassen terug gebracht in nette tassen. Super verblijf en een super host. We raden het aan we komen zeker terug als we nog een keer uit Nederland naar Bali komen. Dank voor alles 🙏

The villa is beautiful. We arrived in the evening and jumped straight into the beautiful pool. We are a family with two young children 4 & 5 and it was perfect for them. Dhen was there to greet us and he assisted us greatly during our stay anything you need from massages to doctor Dhen can help. The villa was exceptionally clean and Dhen checked in daily to see what cleaning was required. The rooms are large and private perfect if your on holidays with family. The bathrooms are large and private with curtains available for privacy. All rooms come with a safe and key another additional feature. The common area is amazing and perfect for everyone to enjoy. The location is exceptional and this alone would be a reason I would return. Thanks for the wonderful holiday. Memories forever.

we had a great stay at Dewis Villa Kubu Joglo. Very peaceful and quiet location with a quick walk to Seminyak square, sisterfields, Revolver etc. villa is great with 4 very similar rooms. The pool is amazing and the pool table was a great addition though there is no lighting above the pool table so it was pretty hard to play at night. I rate the villa 4.5 stars out of 5 with the 1 minor gripe taking off half a star. The villa is starting to get a bit tired and some TLC would bring it back to 5 stars.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Dewi war toll! Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und bietet alles Nötige. Der offene Wohnbereich war für uns das Highlight. Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer haben eine super Größe. Der Haushalter Dhen war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Anliegen bestmöglich geholfen. Obwohl sich die Villa nur einige Gehminuten von vielen Einkaufsstraßen befindet, ist es in der Villa sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Dewi sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I booked this villa for my mom and her friends. They were very pleased with the beautiful and luxurious villa. There was a little problem with the bathroom door when they checked in, but the host provided a solution right away and even kindly provided a complimentary breakfast. Location is very central in Seminyak. The host and staff were communicative and friendly.

스미냑에서 이보다 더 좋은 숙소를 찾기 어렵다고 말할정도로 위치,컨디션 모두 너무 좋았어여~ 수영장은 잘 관리되어 있었고, 깊이도 있어 재미있게 즐길수 있었습니다. 또한 방이 많고 넓어서 사생활이 완벽 보장되며, 거실및 주방도 넓찍하니 많은 사람들이 움직여도 될만큼 여유로웠어요~ 걸어서 5분에서 10분거리에 스미냑 빌리지,맛집이 많아서 매일 아침일찍 커피사러 가는 재미,쇼핑하는 재미가 있었고, 흰두사원인지 아님 불교사원인지 모르겠지만, 매일 저녁시간에 1-2시간 정도 지속적으로 울려퍼지는 종교음악외엔 소음없이 조용해서 잠을 자기엔 나쁘지 않았어요. 또한 Dhenz가 늘 필요한것을 바로바로 가져다 주었고, 플로팅 조식또한 너무너무 좋았습니다. 다시 발리를 간다면 꼭 다시 묵고싶어요

The place was in a great location. About a 5-10minute walk to Seminyak Square. The place itself was as per photos although it has aged in the bathrooms and kitchen area. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the pool table. Unfortunately one night our adjoining neighbour played loud music until 3am keeping us up. On one side of the villa the bedrooms can hear the neighbouring villa incl. their TV through the walls . Pak Dhen and his team were great and kept us informed and updated on breakfast and cleaning schedule. Fresh towels daily was a bonus! Overall, a great stay.

Dewi was a great host. Dhen’s breakfast was also amazing. Place was as described and everyone was very friendly. Host will even organise having your laundry cleaned and in room massage.

Dewi’s place is beautiful & as described. As soon as we arrived, Dhenz is there to assist us on the check in & brief us through all the details around the house. We even cooked our own breakfast , amenities is top notch & most importantly, it’s clean & easily accessible. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and didn’t felt like leaving! Sadly we only had one night here, will book more days here again in the future!

We spent a wonderful week staying in Dewi's villa. From the outset she, along with her staff, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She even left a birthday cake in the fridge for us when she found out it was a trip to celebrate my birthday! The whole villa was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone contemplating a visit to Seminyak and looking for accommodation.

She helped organise for our anniversary a photographer and amazing meal with a chef a bar tender they decorated our room and just made it a super special day. The villa is just as pictured we travelled with our 20 year old children and partner and we all had our on space. The pool table was a great addition. 💯 would come back

We had a lovely stay at Dewis place. The Villa was in a great location, with restaurants and shops close by. Lots of choices for food delivery too on grab and Gojek. Unfortunately the sun didn’t quite reach the sun loungers so we found sunbathing a bit tricky in the Villa (not important to everyone but it’s something we value so thought it was worth noting) Dehn was such a helpful and attentive host, very responsive to our messages and making arrangements. We had the floating breakfast during our stay which was lovely. My husband is in a wheelchair and we managed quite well in the villa, Dehn and Dewi arranged for some ramps to be made which made living sprung the Villa easier for us. Something to note when in this area.. be sure to only use taxis via the apps (grab, Gojek, bluebird) we got caught out with a Bali taxi and had quite an upsetting experience with the driver. The Villa security were very helpful in this situation. Dewis place was a great base for our stay.

Amazing place to stay. Absolutely beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Has everything we needed and even more. Very private, and full of little treasures. We stayed there for a bachelorette night and couldn’t dream of a better place. Highly recommend.

Stunning accomodation in the heart of Seminyak. So many places close by. Mini mart at the end of the street, cafes, shopping, beach clubs and restaurants are all so close. I will be staying again. 10/10.

Great location. So close to Mexicola and other great spots such as Sisterfields. The laneway was lit at night to make it feel safe to get in and out at night. The open air lounge and kitchen were great. The pool table was definitely a win to help occupy our teenagers. We used the BBQ and loved the pool too.

Great place to stay. We needed the four bedrooms and it was nice being able to relax in the pool, living space and play billiard when we were not out.

Dewi and her staff were very attentive to our needs! We were four women staying abroad, and we felt safe, and welcomed. Dewi and her staff were responsive and fulfilled all our demands (e.g., a guest arriving while away was welcomed at the villa; or that night when we had barbecue organised by the staff was incredible service, and the food was delicious). The villa is as described, clean and had everything you need, and in fact it exceeded our expectations, it was dreamy! (E.g., having tea, coffee, and water was wonderful, and Netflix!). The location is key with the beach at 15’, and a mall and restaurants and cafes only 5’ walking distance which was fantastic! Being welcomed with a driver pick up was a great touch. Dewi also brought us some pudding which was very thoughtful! We felt at home! We loved the music during the day, and having some quiet time at night. We’re already discussing dates to come back again soon, I cannot recommend Dewi and her staff enough!

I lovedddd Dewi’s place. From the moment I booked Dewi was responsive. My group of 7 felt right at home. Transportation was arranged for us and her staff was able to accommodate everyone. The breakfast was a nice gesture & they even offered floating breakfast. We were able to walk to restaurants & grab a taxi easily. I would definitely come back, everything was just easy!

Me and other 4 friends stayed and Dewi’s Kubu Joglo Villa and it surpassed all of our expectations. From the start, Dewi was very responsive and always went above and beyond to accommodate and requests and provide any answers to our questions. We were able to pre book scooters, massages at the Villa and also breakfast… which you can have floating in the pool or on the table… obviously we went for a floating delicious breakfast on the first morning! In addition, we booked massages for the 5 of us in the villa and it was heaven! Komang who was our point of contact during our stay was super responsive and attended to our requests for scooters, leaving them and the door and the keys in the Villa- super convenient and practical! Lastly, their staff would come to clean the space whenever we needed it which was always great to come back to clean bed and towels. The villa itself is gorgeous with a very Balinese touch. Open plan concept, gorgeous pool and perfect layout for 4 friends!

Dewis place was exactly as described. Super convenient location walking distance to restaurants, shops and seminyak square. The communication was very responsive and helpful in the lead up. Organising transfers, cooks, massages etc definitely recommend especially with kids the pool and shallow area is great.

Dewi’s Villa was amazing, everything is described as the pictures. Dewi was so sweet to provide with sweets for Nyepi and for my birthday! Also, Puspita and the rest of the staff were amazing. I definitely recommend the stay at this villa. Not only is it beautiful but the extra care put in by host and her team makes for extra convenience and piece of mind.

Perfect location - walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping in Seminyak - in the heart of it all but very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very spacious, modern, each with its own fantastic ensuite. This villa was the best I have experienced in Bali. Dewi was an incredible host, airport pick up included, birthday balloons and signage, birthday cake, great response to any questions at all hours of the day. Cleaners daily, gardener, pool cleaner and welcome basket of snacks on arrival. In villa massage at seriously cheap prices and option for meals to be cooked also at very low cost. It was all far too good to be true. I HIGHLY recommend this villa!

Such a fantastic villa! Private and spacious. The pool and open concept living space made for such a great vibe. Dewi was communicative and helpful when needed. They provided great service and were able to organize things such as motorbike rentals for us without ever having to leave the villa. Would definitely stay here again!

Dewi is a fantastic host. She is very prompt in replying and answering any of my questions and concerns. She even asked her staff to do some birthday decoration for my son right after she knew it was my son’s birthday. We were greeted by her staff upon check in and gave us a little tour on the villa. The villa is clean and it is 5-10mins walking distance to seminyak village and seminyak square. There is a small convenient store nearby (2-3mins walk) selling basic things. Please take note the alley is very small so if you come in with a big mpv (i.e Hiace) the driver will need to be very careful. Overall we enjoyed Dewi’s place and thank you for being so accomodating

Lovely villa with four spacious bedrooms and it was clean and tidy! The pool was great! Villa staff was helpful with organising scooters and even asked if we needed a doctor when one of us was injured. Walking distance to restaurants and shops! Great place to finish our holiday!

Dewi’s place located in the heart of the city with lots of great place to eats, go, and sightsee, and its walking distance to beautiful Petitenget Beach as well. Spacious space. Staff has been very helpful and fast response. Daily cleaning is available and we have fresh towel everyday. Amenities are complete from shower cap, hair dryer, and they have complete cooking kits as well. Pool and room are clean. Love the common area to hang out! My stay has been perfectly fine and even they grant us extra check out time during the stay because one of us still have online meeting.

Great Villa, very peaceful and great location, walkable with kids to Seminyak shopping centre and flea market . Many restaurants, coffee shops and mexiacola within walking distance . What more do you want 👌👌. We had 2 kids 4 & 2 they supplied toys and pool toys, pool was kid friendly with a great shallow end . Also had Netflix on tv so kids could watch . Great Resturant and mini mart at start of lane for home delivery food and beers, we used as room service ! Book it now !!

Dewi went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a birthday and CNY to celebrate and she helped us to arrange a cake and a private chef catering to the disparate demands of the 7 of us. Always on hand to answer questions or accommodate last minute change of plans with courtesy and enthusiasm The villa itself is well put together. The pool was a perfect size big enough for three floats (provided) at a time to keep everyone relaxed/entertained. The rooms were kept clean by the on-site staff who were always contactable and ready to help The villa is well located, a short walk to shopping and restaurants in the heart of town Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the villa and Dewi as a host

Dewi was a great host very responsive and very helpful. The villa is very clean and the team come in each day to service the villa and will pick up items from the local stores. The beds are very comfortable and the location is great just a few minutes walk to seminyak square but very quiet. I would definitely like to stay again. If I had to think of things that I would mention. There was a bit of clutter in the villa and lots of signs on the walls regarding the toilet in particular. The pool access might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Dewi’s place was located at the heart of Seminyak. It was easy to get to places and touristy areas. It was easy to communicate with Dewi. The cleaning team could’ve done a better job before our check in but Dewi was very helpful to send more cleaners during our stay.

It has been amazing. The Villa was perfect, beautiful, comfortable. 1 min walking from the centre of Seminyak, where you can find shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping centers. Right next to one of the most beautiful beaches of the whole Bali, that you can reach with your scooter in 5 min. Dewi also has been amazing, always available and happy to help. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and great for groups or families. In a perfect location for everything. Extremely comfortable beds. Dewi and the team couldn't have been more helpful and it made for such a relaxing trip. The villa was cleaned every day and the pool every other day so it was always spotless. She also went above and beyond to make sure we could accommodate our 5 month old baby with a cot, toys, highchair and carseat. Would definitely stay again!

Dewi’s Villa was splendid and perfect! 😍 It was 10/10 and wonderful. The amenities were good, the house keeping was great and comfortable and lastly, breakfast was great. the staff were polite and waited for us to give them the space and time to clean. Check in and out was smooth, we just had to inform the staff what time we’d be reaching. the location was near a mall and near bars, clubs and restaurants as well. it was amazing, 8 of us had an wonderful time in this Villa. please book this villa early and fast! this villa gets booked out easily because it’s perfect.

Dewi's villa was absolutely gorgeous! its in a great location for going to the beach, great dinner/lunch options and is even better to relax by the pool with beautiful plants making it feel blissful and private. The communal area was fantastic and the rooms were anything you want with 2 having a nice bath each. In a place like seminyak which can feel busy the Villa was perfect for private relaxation and easy walking access. Dewi is also a great host, very easy to communicate with and accommodating with late check out. Definitely would recommend this one!

We had the most incredible stay! Dewi was a wonderful and thoughtful host. We booked this stay during Covid, and Dewi was always quick to respond any help us when we needed to move our dates to the following year. When we arrived in Bali we were picked up from the airport by a driver and taken straight to the villa where we were greeted by Puspita who looked after us throughout our stay and was so friendly and welcoming. She was on hand to help us with whatever we needed via whatsapp, and organised breakfast and massages for us in the villa. Dewi was also on hand whenever we needed her and she helped to arrange a taxi for us on the first day, and the driver was so friendly he became our driver for the week! The villa itself is beautiful. There are so many incredible details throughout giving it lots of character. The pool was warm and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were all identical, really large with comfy beds and a large shower. The sun loungers are mostly in shade, but as it's so hot, this worked well for us. When we did want to lie in the sun we either sunbathed on an inflatable in the pool or sat/lay on the edge of the pool. The villa also had a large bluetooth speaker which was great for playing music by the pool. The villa itself was perfectly located for us – a short 2 minute walk to Seminyak square where there are lots of shops, a market and amazing places for breakfast! You could also walk to Motel Mexicola in around 5-10mins which is a brilliant night out! Other places, such as the beach clubs were a slightly further walk, and you could easily drive to Canggu, so we generally got taxis which was super easy to flag down and really cheap (especially if you ask them to pop the meter on for short trips). If you're brave enough, you could also jump on the back of a scooter! The villa is also far enough away from everything that it was very quiet. It's along an ally that is patrolled by very friendly security guards 24/7, so even as a group of girls, we felt really safe. I dropped my purse when getting out of a car, and this was brought to me later in the evening by security. On the last day, Dewi kindly let us stay in her guest house rooms whilst we waited to be picked up for our flight. We were helped with our bags and were picked up on time, so we felt super relaxed on our last day. Dewi even came to wave us off which was very sweet. I couldn't recommend this villa enough, and we're so sad to be home. We would definitely return if we get the chance to come back to Bali – thanks again for an amazing stay Dewi and the team!

Dewi’s villa was absolutely beautiful but the service was even more incredible.Dewi went above and beyond with all my needs , as I do feel I was a little bit needy during my stay, he still assisted me at every request and I really do appreciate that. Dewi assisted with providing Covid testing at the villa, airport transport and even helped me when I couldn’t find compression socks for the flight back home. The villa is beautiful fully stocked and closed to everything Seminyak has to offer. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay here, perfect for our little family and beautiful accommodation. It is a little run down compared to the pics but it didn’t affect our stay at all!

Advantages: 1) Very polite and helpful staff when you really need something. 2) Several staffs of workers look after the villa (for the pool, for the plants, for the kitchen and for cleaning the rooms). 3) Good laundry service (things without stains, always ironed and smell good). 4) Many nice little things, such as boxes with children's toys, JBL audio speaker, etc. Disadvantages: 1) Equipment in the shower needs to be replaced (but this is not critical)

We loved it here! Very quiet and convenient, handy to cafes etc. Hired a scooter through manager, lovely and helpful throughout. Dewi's uncle met us at the airport, and took us to our hotel after our stay. Would recommend everything about this experience, and book again!

Had a lovely stay at the villa. The best part is that the villa is a walking distance to the beach and cafes. It is also easy to order food from Go-jek. My children loves the pool, the big TV, and the toys provided in the villa. Mbak Dewi is also easy to reach and communicative.

This villa is amazing! Probably the best I’ve stayed in and I’ve been to Bali 6 times. Location is prime! Around the corner from Seminyak Square. Cute restaurant just up the street. Dewi and her staff were so welcoming and friendly. Communication was amazing. Dewi had just had a baby and still had us in the forefront of her mind, checking in and surprising us with delicious donuts. We felt the luxury of the villa and our comfort levels were through the roof. We will absolutely stay again!!!!

Beautiful Villa in great location. Very quiet but also close to everything. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From water cooler to the fully stocked fridge. Somebody to organise anything you need from massage to scooters to day trips. The beds were also super comfortable & each villa had its own en-suite. I Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a villa in Seminyak. Dewi was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a wonderful week. I’m sure we will be back. 💕

The 4 of us stayed at this villa for 4 nights and we absolutely enjoyed every second of it! The hospitality shown by Agus was impeccable! He went above and beyond to meet our needs and he was extremely responsive! Not only did he provide delicious breakfast for us but he also organised massages and transport for us! The villa itself looked even better in real life than the photos and we were definitely not let down by anything! We look forward to coming back here one day 😍

Very handy location in Seminyak, handy walking distance to numerous cafes/restaurants/shops & to the beach. Accommodation was really nice, with 4 separate en-suite rooms & a central lounge/dining/kitchen area. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here & would highly recommend it. The only ‘issue’ we had was the CCTV camera over the pool/living area (from a privacy perspective), though when raised with Dewi, she organized for it to be covered. Communication was great, as well as accommodating our bags next door after checking out. Drinks available in the fridge at a very good price & replenished was also a massive plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Kubu Joglo. From the time we arrived to the day we left, all our needs were taken care of. Agus did a great job of making our breakfast every morning, making sure we wanted for nothing - hiring of a scooter and in villa massages were easily organised with just 1 conversation. The fridge was stocked with drinks which we paid as we used which was great. Location of the villa is great as very central to all the good eating spots in Seminyak yet down a side street so we had no traffic noise. Highly recommended for your next Bali trip.

Kubu Joglo Villa was a great experience. It was our BIG family trip and everyine really enjoted their time and hospitality. The caretakers took care of everything and the host Dewi ensured that we had everything we needed. Truly recommended if yoy're heading to Bali!! Would love to come back again.

Such an amazing place!!! The villa itself is absolutely stunning and looks even better in person than in the pictures. All the amenities worked great and the pool was perfect!! No complaints! I stayed with 7 of my friends and it was perfect to chill out! The fridge was stocked, the water bubbler was filled always with cool water and the kitchen had everything you could need if you wanted to cook something yourself, of course we didn’t because there are so many beautiful restaurants all within walking distance!! The staff were absolutely amazing. Dewi was so lovely and responded so quickly! Agus was there to organise all our adventures for us from start to finish, as well as help out with any troubles we had. He even waited in the villa all day while we were out to pick up an order that was being delivered. It was a friends birthday and they decorated the villa for her and organised donuts and flowers!! Not a single complaint from us!!!

I have stayed in more than 10 beautiful Bali villas in different trips, but Dewi's place has been by far, the best and my new favorite! It is located in the best location! Very close to the action in Seminyak (3 min. walk) but still very peaceful. The villa was so spacious and clean with stylish design and comfortable furniture that give off the chill "Bali" vibes. Just loved the pool and the open layout. Dewi was a great host, she replies very fast all the time and gives great suggestions. Agus who welcomed us, went out of the way to provide us with all our needs! Will definitely be back!

Dewi’s villa was the most beautiful villa I’ve ever stayed at. It’s beautiful both during the day and at night. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor furniture. Dewi was fantastic in terms of communication. She was thoughtful and responsive, asking us in advance if we needed airport pickup and even offered us late checkout when we requested. Our butler was kind and super helpful with our needs at the villa. Definitely would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Dewi’s place! It’s my dream house for vacation and chilling with friends. The decorations, furnitures and gardening, etc. are beautifully designed. It was my friend’s birthday the day we arrived and Agus the butler helped us to decorate the living and flowers and cake according to my request. It’s was just an awesome experience I’m such a beautiful house! Jus wanna stay longer and definitely recommend to those who would like to stay in seminyak. Dewi the manager is easy to communicate. The pictures of the villa don’t do it justice. The open living area is amazing, the pool is clean and a nice temp. The staff are really attentive and are happy to help you with anything you need. Great location too, a short walk from eat street. Can’t recommend enough, great spot.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Juglo. Dewi went above and beyond to make our stay great. She was quick to respond to my messages in relation to our stay and helped us secure the return of a lost bag. The complementary airport pick up made arriving at the villa seamless. She also arranged little extra things like donuts on arrival, a delicious fruit punch on a hot day and cake and decorations for my parents birthdays. Agus was also so helpful and nothing was too much to ask for. He responded quickly to my whatsapp messages and promptly arranged for the delivery of an extra case of Bingtangs to quench our thirst after a long day lazying by the pool. The villa itself is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The beds are super comfy and it was great that each villa had its own bathroom. It is in a great location as well, being within walking distance of all the good cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend stay to anyone staying in Seminyak.

Deus place was absolutely perfect in all ways. You can find many beautiful places in this area but what stood out was the service. They could not have been more attentive, accommodating and helpful in every way possible. We had to return our bike here early due to an accident (5bikes) they came collected and refunded the unused days. EXCEPTIONAL. We were happy with the place and everything you see from the pictures is what you get. Location is great and within walking distance to all the cafes and shopping in Seminyak. Agus, our caretaker he is very kind and attentive. He got us everything we requested and villa was well cleaned every morning. The water supply was out one afternoon, we contacted him and he fixed it within 30 minutes. Dewi also make a good host that is reachable all the time and allowed us to store our luggage before her next guest checked-in. Overall a good stay and highly recommended.

Awesome Villa! Friendly staff

Dewi and her staff provided an excellent stay for me and my friends. The villa is exactly as the photos on the listing appear, it feels luxurious but homely at the same time. I celebrated my 30th birthday whilst in the villa, and the staff happily arranged a floating breakfast for me that day, as well as a private yoga class inside the villa for all 6 of us. They even took it upon themselves to arrange a cake for me! I felt very spoilt, and my friends enjoyed the stay as much as I did. Everyone was super friendly and helpful at every opportunity. The individual rooms and bathrooms are all so stunning, with plenty of seating in the communal areas for all guests to use. I’d highly recommend this villa during your stay in Seminyak, especially as it’s also a short 5 minute walk to the main town area, and about 10 minutes to the beach.

This is a beautiful oasis in Seminyak and close to all of the great food and shopping spots. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach and many of the local food spots. While Seminyak is busy and quite 'touristy' - the villa provided respite everyday and place to enjoy family time and swim. Plus a few beers! The rooms are fantastic and it's a lovely quiet place to finish up the day.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would do that without a doubt. Thank you for everything we enjoyed it so much!

Dewi hosted our two families for a 9 night stay. The location was perfect being a short safe walk to the centre of Seminyak. The house was as described and Argus was helpful in locating drivers and providing information for planned day trips. Kids spent the majority of time in the pool and loved the open relaxed living environment. Would highly recommend and definitely will be back.

We found this place to be as good if not better than the photos. The location was ideal and close to Seminyak Square, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Agus was extremely helpful and would organise any of our ventures. And the Villa was kept beautifully clean. To top it off, when we moved to another Villa in Uluwatu we left behind a passport. Agus, was also very helpful and would get us great deals on daily activities like surfing and hiking. The cleaning service was also wonderful and it was like being at a hotel. The villa is exactly as advertised. The location is spot on!.its a very short walk to seminyak square/famous bars and clubs/restaurants(less than 5min) but yet in a very quiet and peacefull spot..Its so beautiful and in may ways exceeded our expectations in the way the rooms were setup. we had 10 people with us at the end of the day and the villa graciously agreed to accommodate the extras for a very reasonable price. very attentive in ensuring we arrived safely. our caretaker also helped us to buy in local food on the days we dint fell like going out. overall we had a wonderfull time and i would surely recomend this villa to anyone who is travelling to bali!. cheers to all who took care of us!

Villa is everything it looks like in the ad and a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Seminyak. Perfect Villa for a Bali holiday with a beautiful pool and fantastic friendly team that are willing and able to help with what ever you need. It sits off the main road so the seclusion allows a nice relaxed atmosphere while still being central and convenient to Seminyak Within walking distance to central Seminyak allowed access to all the iconic must visit eating places like Sisterfields & Revolver.

This place is amazing in every aspect of it; super clean and nicely decorated, has the best location in the center of Seminyak (walkable to nice shops, restaurant and beach) and has amazing staff & host who are always there for you. I’ve stayed in many villas in Bali and this is up there as one of the best. Mainly because of the outstanding hospitality from Dewi and her team. Really looked after us, kept the place spotless (even when we were a bit messy), had answers to every question. If I have a chance I’ll stay there again for sure. ❤️
