Exploring Trendy 1BR Villa Neno Walk to Petitenget Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Trendy 1BR Villa Neno Walk to Petitenget Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Seminyak plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Trendy 1BR Villa Neno Walk to Petitenget Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Great to place to stay for the weekend. 3 min walk from good restaurants and the Main Street.
Great location in the heart of Seminyak. Was as described in pictures, with lovely additions like coffee and amenities.
Terima kasih John dan team manajemen. Villa nya bagus banget instagramable, bersih dan nyaman. Lokasi sebenarnya strategis karena dekat kemana-mana hanya saja jalannya searah jadi terkadang sopir taksi bingung, dan waktu itu jalan menuju kesana ditutup karena terjadi tiang listrik rusak sehingga harus ngobrol dulu sama yg jaga jalan agar diijinkan masuk. Sempat terjadi mati listrik juga dan air tidak bisa mengalir ketika listrik mati. sebenernya komunikasinya sudah bagus dengan pihak manajemen hanya saran saja karena manajemennya sudah bagus alangkah lebih baiknya kalau kendala mati listrik bisa dimanajemen resikonya dengan memiliki genset misalnya. Selain kendala itu villanya sudah bagus banget dan nyaman. Terima kasih ya

Great cozy modern villa and the staff were always on hand to help you with your needs. Loved the location and although very central, it was actually very quiet. The two negatives were the lack of any curtains or blinds which means if you enjoy your sleep and not waking up at 6am every morning then this isn’t the place for you. Also the WiFi signal was very weak and didn’t work in the bedroom.
예정된 체크인 시간보다 많이 일찍 도착하게 되었는데도 빌라 앞에서 친절하게 반겨주셔서 여행의 시작이 즐거웠습니다. 수영장도 크지는 않지만 머무는 내내 물이 새로 채워지면서 수질을 관리해주고 있었습니다. 이 빌라는 복층 구조라 거실과 키친은 1층, 침실과 메인 욕실은 2층에 있으니 참고하세요! 많이 걷게 됩니다 :) 하지만 다른 무엇보다 위치도 너무 좋고(스미냑스퀘어 바로 옆) , 그런것에 대비해서는 정말 조용하고 평화로웠어요.

Villa is located at the hearth of the area Seminyak. There are very good restaurants, pubs on a walking distance. also you could easily walk to the beach. Villa is very private and also away from all the noise from Seminyak Center. I stayed 1 week in this villa with peace. Thaks to John and All the Team for your kind support. I had a lovely stay and holiday.
Such a beautiful little villa! Highly recommend! Close to a large range of cafes and restaurants, lots of shopping nearby. Such an incredible destination if you like being close to everything. Very private and the staff are wonderful! Only thing I would maybe comment on would be the shower water is very salty, thinking because it’s close to the beach, this was mentioned to staff on check out and they were lovely about it.

I really enjoyed my stay at John's apartment in Seminyak. It was clean, comfortable and just as described. I appreciated being so close to the shops, cafes and beaches of Seminyak, yet on a quiet side street that made it feel quite peaceful. Strongly recommend.
Had a great stay at Villa Neno. Great location only a few minutes walk from shops and popular cafes and not too long a walk from the beach. The villa had all the facilities you could need, the bed was comfortable and was a quiet oasis despite being so close to everything. My original checkin time was pushed back quite considerably due to a late flight but they handled this without an issue, very welcome after a long day of travel. Highly recommended property.
Thank you so much John. It’s hard to find decent accommodation in central Seminyak these days but this place was PERFECT! Central but also very private and quiet. A small house but didn’t feel cramped (I was alone though). Everything worked well and was high quality and comfortable. Lots of effort has gone into small details (like a villa phone!) and I felt very safe also. *Only had a tiny issue getting into the property. I had been messaging the staff throughout my journey and expected them to maybe come check the street to greet me (I gave them the vehicle tracking) but when I arrived no one was there, no one answered the doorbell or my messages… I also knocked and shouted. It turns out the doorbell wasn’t plugged in! Sure it’s an easy mistake but I was annoyed. However seeing the beautiful property and the welcome drink made it better!!
A stunning shophouse tucked in a peaceful neighborhood, yet only minutes from vibrant Seminyak. The property is immaculate, with exceptional service from warm and attentive staff. A truly refined stay — highly recommended.
Had a fabulous stay. The villa is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The villa is clean and perfect for a couple. The villa is bright and has a great vibe.

Great Airbnb! Extremely central but also not on the main street which was perfect. Property was extremely well looked after with daily house keeping.
The stay with John and the team was absolutely incredible!! The house is gorgeous and spacious enough for two people, cleaned daily and provided with the essentials. The area is central, making it easy to walk to most destinations. Would definitely make a booking with John in the future when returning and recommend it to family and friends.

Great 4 days in Seminyak. The villa was so well positioned to walk everywhere. Tucked in behind the hustle and bustle, a quiet peaceful space to come home to. Well equipped kitchen if we wanted to eat in. Maybe a little small but was everything we needed. Having two areas and two toilets meant my partner could have a sleep whilst I read by the pool Loved the abundance of drinking water available. Communication was easy using the provided phone.
Beautiful stay with an extremely convenient location near Seminyak beach. We loved the welcome lemon infused water drinks and the pool. Everything was so clean. Thank you for making our last day in Bali amazing :)

100% positive experience. Easy communication. Management team went out of their way to accommodate my requests (early baggage drop off was possible, professional massages were booked for me at the villa, etc.) Perfect location for a stay in Seminyak, close to restaurants and beach, yet peaceful and quiet. Good setup of house with bedroom upstairs, all kitchen amenities are supplied, good internet, nice details that make a stay truly special. I will be back.

Great Villa in a good spot right next to seminyak square, quiet and relaxing space! Great aircon!!!
John’s villa was a perfect spot to spend a few days in Seminyak. Walking distance to pretty much everything, yet when we were at the villa it felt quiet and secluded. John is a fantastic host and we always felt well looked after. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return one day.
What a find! Fantastic value for money. Spotless with daily service as well. Within 2 minutes walk of Eat Street including the excellent Sisterfields and Monsieur Spoon for breakfast and a little further along to Gingermoon which is superb for lunch or dinner. 5 minutes walk to Mano Beach Club and 15 to Ku De Ta and Potato Head. The shopping is great and Cool Spa and JazB were my favourites for excellent massages, pedicures and manicures. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and even though the location is really central, because the villa is set back from the street it is perfectly quiet at nighttime! The shower had great pressure which is also a must! The pool is a dream after a day’s exploring - it’s an oasis of calm. We loved our stay and highly recommend it! One of our favourite Airbnb bookings and we’ve stayed in a lot! We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful villa, the photos don’t do it justice. It is located right in the center of Seminyak, but is still private and quiet. I didn’t need to take a single taxi; everything was walkable (beach, shopping, restaurants, spa, bars, you name it)! I traveled solo and felt very safe. Hosts give you a villa cell phone so you can contact a manager 24/7 for all of your needs. Villa was extremely clean and included everything I needed, from toiletries to dish ware, towels and bug spray, etc. I could not be happier with my stay. 11/10 would highly recommend to a friend, and would stay here again if I find myself in Seminyak.
Lovely quiet spot in the middle of the seminyak bustle
By far one of our favourite stays in all of Bali that we visited. Was pristine and was surprisingly very quiet regarding its location. Was the easiest 2 min walk to Seminyak square and was just an amazing stay. We where greeted with the most beautiful gesture with a cake that celebrated me and my partner hitting our first anniversary together as it was presented by one of the many lovely staff that we encountered. Would recommend to anyone coming to Bali and definitely will be back!
Fantastic Air bnb, that I can recommend 100%! Great communication with John and his management company. Especially loved how quiet this location is with high privacy walls and nice clean pool. Your basically in the thick of Seminyak with great restaurants and shopping. Sisterfields was recommended in John’s guidebook and we absolutely loved the breakfast, fresh juices and great coffee. We easily arranged airport pick up with property manager and they also arranged transfer to Ubud for us! We would definitely book again.
Everything is exactly as pictured and described, and the villa has all the amenities you need for a perfect stay!
One of the best AirBnb experiences so far... The place is much better than the pictures, the cleanliness of the villa is pristine, and it is equipped with everything you may need, it is a go to place if you are visiting Bali no questions asked.. The villa is located in the heart of Seminyak, just a short walk from the beach. The villa itself is beautifully appointed and very spacious. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and a large outdoor living area. The staff at Neno Villa are amazing!
Great location, perfect little place!
The place was really nice. Everything was neat and clean and the pool was clean too. There were not many bugs flying around — got some mosquito bites but still there were no bugs gathering around the lights even at night. I forgot to tell them that my check-in will be a little late due to the schedule, so it got a little messy when check-in (my mistake) but they kindly understood me. I highly recommend you this place.

Great stay, everything you can think of is provided from internet and umbrellas to a speaker. Clean, modern and in close proximity to everything.
Gem in the middle of Seminyak. Quiet alley amidst the busy area. A few steps outside the villa are popular coffee shops, bars, and shopping area. Very near Potato Head, Kudeta, and Motel Mexicola if that’s your thing. Villa itself is very clean and spacious for a couple. The pool is a winner! Ami is also very helpful with tours and transfers. We met our very friendly and english speaking driver at the airport. He drove us around also to Ubud for our last day. Definitely highly recommend! Thanks John and Ami! We had a great stay in Bali because of your Airbnb and driver recommendation.
Villa is awesome, exactly as in pictures or even better in real life, comfortable bed and clean place with a super nice pool. Location was perfect! Absolutely loved it and would come again any time!

We have enjoyed our stay. The villa is in perfect location, close to everything. The interior design is awesome! We liked the pool - very clean! Did not have any problems with wifi. The internet was high speed. Will definitely come back!!

Comfortable private villa in the heart of Seminyak
This place was amazing! Perfect location. 5 min walk to the beach, a few steps out the door to some good restaurants, and the house itself is nice. We definitely would recommend. The hosts were incredibly nice and understanding for our late check in and late check out waiting for our ride. We will definitely have to stay here again.
