Exploring trendy boutique hotel left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of trendy boutique hotel was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Uluwatu plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for trendy boutique hotel painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Es war gut, die Lage ist nicht so ruhig, da ein Bauerhof und eine Baustelle in der Nähe sind.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch und unglaublich schön. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad ist gross. Es gab genügend Platz am Pool. Das Team vor Ort (housekeeper, security) ist sehr freundlich und war uns immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Es gibt viele Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig, während dem Tag gibt es jedoch ein bisschen Lärm. Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr schwierig zu erreichen. Die Strasse direkt vor dem Haus ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Es gab viel Wasser und tiefe Löcher, in denen Autos und Scooter einsinken. Man kann eigentlich nicht zu Fuss vor die Tür.

The villa was incredible, the pool was big and clean. We really liked the room with a huge bathroom and appreciated the breakfast with was a nice start of the day. The only downside of this Airbnb is the road to it and the surrounding. The road was not accessible - was closed and we couldn’t go by the car or the scooter. Also, there is construction right next to it so sometimes it was loud because of it. But overall experience was great and the staff in the villa is extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend! 🙂
Such a cozy, calming stay. Soft lighting, comfy beds, and a peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind already from when we walked in. Staff were warm and attentive without being intrusive. This place is a hidden gem, and I'll definitely be back.

A beautiful spot, very aesthetic very clean. Large room and bathroom. I am so happy to have found this spot, one of my favourites I’ve stayed in Bali. Quiet spot, easy access to coffee (expat is 5 minute walk). Helped me arrange motorbike straight away. Really comfortable bed and well thought out space. Really quiet which allowed me a good nights sleep. Loved chilling by the beautiful pool. Couldn’t recommend more!! Hot water does run out at about 5 minutes but it’s not cold, just lukewarm, and I love a hot shower, but considering the rest, still 5/5!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was lovely, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The only minor issue was the access road due to nearby construction. Other than that, it was a truly special place, and I’m leaving a piece of my heart and so many beautiful memories here. Geraldine and her manager Rinda were so good to us during our stay. The villas and property are immaculately kept and look better then the pictures. We would absolutely come back.

Der Aufenthalt war so wie erwartet super. Rinda und der restliche stuff sind super lieb. Man sollte sich auf jedenfall einen Roller mieten. Auch hier hilft einem Rinda wie bei allen anderen Anliegen rund um einen wunderbare Zeit in Uluwatu.
Un petit coin de paradis, calme, paisible avec un personnel toujours au petits soins , le tout est très bien entretenu ,un havre de paix!! Allez-y, les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu croyez en mon expérience!!! merci pour ce beau séjour, j’y retournerai, c’est sûr !!!😍😍😍
Een super fijn verblijf gehad, warm welkom en voelden ons gelijk thuis
Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und der Kommunikation sehr zufrieden! Ein riesiges Lob geht an den Nachtwächter, der absolut großartig und hilfsbereit war. Generell war der Service super: Am Abreisetag durften wir vor der Abreise noch in einem anderen Zimmer duschen. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag top aufgeräumt und hat eine sehr schöne, schlichte Einrichtung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Bei der Ankunft waren viele Ameisen im Bad, die aber schnell entfernt wurden. Handtücher gibt es auf Anfrage. Die Papiertücher im Bad wurden leider nicht nachgefüllt, obwohl wir die leere Packung extra sichtbar platziert hatten. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, man braucht gefühlt überallhin nur 15 Min. Allerdings gibt es aktuell extrem viele Baustellen in der Umgebung und sehr schlechte Straßen. Insgesamt aber eine klare Weiterempfehlung!
The place was lovely and just as described, the staff were amazing! The road to the villa is unpaved and quite bumpy with quite a bit of construction however once you’re in the property you don’t notice it at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would return! The pool gets all days sun which we loved!!
Great little guest house. Nicely decorated and with great vibe. Love the design and the feeling to be at home. Ibu Rinda and the team are great hosts. Highly recommend the place. Will be back
Wow geniale Anlage! Tipps für Gäste: nimmt Schlafmaske und Oropax mit, es gibt Geckos die mit euch wohnen :) und einige Katzen, für jene die leichten Schlaf haben. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind extrem gross, und da das Boutiquehotel so klein ist aber der Poolbereich so gross, fühlt man als hätte man ein ganzes Hotel für sich. Die Früchtebowl die beim Breakfast dabei ist wird liebevoll hergerichtet. Highly recommend!
Super établissement. L’accès est quand même un peu difficile avec une route très abîmé mais cela vaut le coup quand vous découvrez le logement. Il est très propre, calme et magnifiquement décoré. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful BnB in Uluwatu. The place is peaceful, clean and very well taken care of, and the atmosphere is truly special. The hosts are incredibly kind, helpful and caring. When we had a WiFi issue due to heavy rain, they immediately found a solution and even offered an extra room so I could attend an important call – which we deeply appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality, the great communication and the lovely energy. We felt very well looked after and would absolutely recommend this place 🌿🙏

Een prachtige accommodatie. We hebben tijdens ons verblijf weinig contact gehad met Geraldine maar dat was helemaal niet erg want je wordt waanzinnig goed opgevangen door Rinda en haar familie. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het ontbijt elke ochtend ook! Het ligt op een fijne plek in Uluwatu, er wordt rondom de accommodatie veel gebouwd wat de weg wat moeilijk begaanbaar maakt maar dat hebben we niet als vervelend ervaren. Al met al een dikke aanrader.
Great place, lot of space arround the pool and beautiful for working
Place is beautiful/ well set up and staff were so lovely. It is in great spot in Uluwatu next to great cafe. The road outside is construction but it doesn’t ruin the stay. Host didn’t add us to watsapp group at first so we had bit of trouble checking in but after this was resolved everything was great. Would highly recommend.
Had a wonderful stay at Geraldine’s villa - Rimona and her team done a great job of looking after the villa, and us! Would recommend to anybody looking to stay in Uluwatu - but would like to mention you will definitely need to hire a bike as it is not walkable to the town but only a short ride away. Thank you for having us!
Es wartete eine tolle Unterkunft mit riesigem Bad und großzügigem Gemeinschaftspool auf uns. Leider waren wir nur 2 Nächte dort, die Unterkunft ist durchaus für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet! Das Personal war super freundlich und das inbegriffene Frühstück sehr lecker. Ja die Straße hin zum Haus ist in einem echt schlechten Zustand, bei Regen muss man durch kleine Seen fahren. Wir empfehlen außerdem sich einen Roller zu mieten, da zu Fuß eigentlich kaum etwas erreichbar war. Strand und Shops, sowie Cafés und Restaurants sind etwa 10-15 mit dem Roller entfernt. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Géraldine. La maison est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Le personnel est adorable. Ils se rendent disponible pour la moindre question. L’emplacement est dans un endroit calme mais pas trop loin du centre. Cela nécessite de louer un scooter ou d’utiliser gojek.
A peaceful haven in busy Uluwatu. Rinda and her team looked after us with incredible breakfasts and beautiful smiles. The pool and common areas are relaxing and clean, our room was gorgeous, with a huge bathroom all styled simply and beautifully. This isn’t a reflection of the villa but the area is growing rapidly, there is a lot of construction around, and we felt that in the future this area will be so overrun with hotels and villas and the nature will be gone, which felt sad.
Attention to detail was immaculate, Geraldine and her husband made it feel like a home away from home. Loved my room and loved the cats, I’m a dog person and that’s saying something! Best place I stayed on my trip.
We loved staying at “To The Moon and Back” Uluwatu and Bali, is busier than ever and escaping back to the serene pool and garden and our stylish room every afternoon was perfect. Yes, the road is a dud but only for a short section and there is an easier route once you have a scooter which I think is very important for getting around. Peaceful and beautiful sunsets and sleeps, other nice guests who all seemed to respect the restful nature of the hotel and lovely Rinda and staff, who fed us beautiful breakfasts, kept everything looking great and made sure we were well looked after. Lived up to our expectations and whilst there is construction around you (as in much of Uluwatu) it doesn’t disturb your holiday! Highly recommend!
We had an amazing stay in Uluwatu! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they even allowed us to check in early and check out late at no extra cost. The surroundings were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious with large, stunning bathrooms. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended!
A perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa and pool were beautiful with super helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely to enjoy at the communal table. It was a little far out to walk, especially at night but using the Gojek app was really easy and reliable. Very accommodating, allowed us to spend the day at the villa after checkout, offering showering facilities, before our late night flight.

Wonderful villa. Best thing about it was the friendly local cats. The staff really care about them too, even going so far as to get them anti inflammatory medication. Very rare in Bali. Wonderful staff, great breakfast with a smile every morning. Immaculate villa with a stunning pool, comfy beds and great sunsets. Perfect 10/10.
The accommodation is absolutely stunning. Even better in real life than on the pictures. A very new modern feel but surrounded in a quiet area. The staff in the morning where verg friendly. There is a security guy for the midday-evening (leaves at around 01:00) and he was so sweet. Always wanting to help you out with taxi’s etc. There are not a lot of rooms so makes it very homely and cosy. Overall 100% worth of money and would come back. The only thing to keep in mind is that the roads to the accommodation is very undeveloped. Big holes and craters so was a bit difficult for the taxi drivers, unfortunately something that the host can’t do anything about. So still 5 stars
Incroyable logement de très haute qualité proposé par Géraldine 🤩 Une communication au top, une équipe de nuit aux petits oignons et un personnel réactif. La chambre est paradisiaque et la piscine absolument à couper le souffle. L’accès est un peu confidentiel, ce qui en fait un véritable havre de paix une fois arrivé. Quelques conducteurs Gojek ont eu du mal à localiser l’endroit, mais cela n’a en rien entaché notre expérience exceptionnelle. Nous repartons avec des étoiles plein les yeux Merci encore !
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Géraldine rundum genossen! Das Frühstück war fantastisch – liebevoll zubereitet und richtig lecker. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Geschmack eingerichtet, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Ein wirklich liebenswerter Ort, an den wir gerne zurückkommen würden. Vielen Dank für alles! 💛
The vila was beautiful and maintained super well. The staff were so friendly and amazing, they even provide the most delicious breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend this place when staying in Uluwatu.

Wir haben uns gleich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Sobald man die Unterkunft betritt fühlt man sich wie in einem kleinen Paradies. Sehr privat da nur vier Zimmer vorhanden. Man konnte alles mit nutzen. Küche, Terrasse ,Pool. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hier her zurück kommen. Ganz lieben Dank auch an Rinda und Ihr Team.

Beautiful villa, peacful area, amazing host
Such a beautiful spirited host with an amazing team. The place is thoughtfully decorated and it was so peaceful. I always felt like, no matter what was happening outside, inside the doors of the accommodation I would have peace. The only thing I will say to take care of is that the road can be confusing to some grab and gojek drivers but she has a very friendly security and staff who help with any of your questions & needs. They spoke with my drivers several times to explain to them. Thank you for a great stay in Uluwatu!

Everything about this place (specially the staff) was perfect. Trust me and don’t look any further and just book it. I experienced some really dirty places before I found this beautiful, spotless place.
Die Kommunikation war super und das Haus war wunderschön. Das Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und das Frühstück war lecker. Würde es jedem empfehlen. Die Straße dorthin war ein Abenteuer, da es durch den Regen sehr matschig (aber machbar) war. Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt!

The villa I stayed at in Uluwatu was absolutely stunning—every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a truly luxurious experience. The attention to design and comfort was impeccable. While the location is a bit off the beaten path with some rough roads due to ongoing construction in the area, it’s all part of the charm of staying in such a rapidly developing destination. Overall, it was an amazing stay that exceeded expectations, and I’d return in a heartbeat!

This is a BEAUTIFUL VILLA, kept impeccably clean. It is better than the photos if that's even possible. Geraldine and the villa manager, Rinda, are such great people. Every person on staff at the villa is so friendly and nice. As a solo woman traveler, I felt completely safe and at home here. But the only thing that was inconvenient for me was the location. It's an area that is full of construction (very common in Bali) so the roads were very torn up (also common in Bali). This isn't too much of an issue if you know/are comfortable driving a scooter yourself. I don't so I had to rely on Grab/Gojek to get everywhere and there were many times that I couldn't get Gojek to come to the villa because it's in a tucked-away area. I still gave the villa 5 starts because I think it's beautiful but I don't think I'd rebook because the location was an issue for me. If you're comfortable renting a scooter, then look no further. If you're relying on ride-share, I would book in Bingin or similar.

We had the most wonderful stay here in Uluwatu! The place is so beautiful, even more than in the photos—you arrive and feel completely at home. The owners are so lovely, always friendly and making sure you have everything you need. And the breakfast, wow, it is so delicious! Every morning is a pleasure to wake up here. I recommend this place with all my heart; you will not regret staying here. Thank you very much for such a perfect experience!
Absolutely beautiful place - pictures do an injustice to it… Experiencing it for yourself is better. Beautiful spacious bathroom, beautiful pool and all round a beautiful space. The staff are kind and friendly - Always willing to extend themselves for you. The breakfast was a bit mere - The bread and plain eggs. However the fruits are amazing! Overall, enjoyed our stay. The place is close to everything in Uluwatu, easily accessible through a bike. Great place! Enjoyed our stay! 😄
Heerlijk verblijf met een prachtig zwembad en ontzettend aardig personeel. Eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de villa is een oase van rust. Mooie kamer met een ruime badkamer en goede douche. Alles is schoon en gloednieuw. Zeker een aanrader!
This place is amazing! Its a wonderful quite place. The decoration, furniture and rooms are so nice. The swimming pool is big and the breakfast is good. Its very clean and the contact is very warm. It felt immediately like home. The pictures are accurate. You can easily rent a scooter via Geraldine to explore Uluwatu yourself. We had the best time on Melasti beach and Pandawa beach. Tip: have dinner at Tabu, Yeye's and The Rolling Fork (Tuesday).
