Exploring TROPICAL - DESIGNER LOFT - Seminyak left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of TROPICAL - DESIGNER LOFT - Seminyak was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Seminyak plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for TROPICAL - DESIGNER LOFT - Seminyak painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The photos in the listing are quite accurate, overall very well presented although it could be even nicer if there were a some furniture around the pool. Plenty of shops / restaurants nearby and overall quite a pleasant experience.
I had a very good stay. The villa was amazing, the photos look exactly like the space. The host was very helpful giving me recommendations for where to find local services, he is very quick to reply and help. The host also prepared a honeymoon welcome for my bed which I really appreciated. The only thing that I had a slight issue with was the pool. The pool is not heated and only in partial sunlight exposure during the day as it is blocked by the privacy plants above which makes the temperature of the water fairly cold, it is still usable after your body acclimatizes to the colder water but I also only tried the swim during the hottest hours of the day. I also visited the villa in early May for context of the general temperature. The villa is a great stay. Thank you to the host for such a memorable experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at Q Villas! The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The private pool was a highlight, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Great location too. Would 100% stay here again!
Eka the butler was amazing . The villa was beautiful. very clean. the only thing was the bed was too firm and low. but everything else was amazing
Für ein paar is die Unterkunft in Ordnung für eine Familie zu klein! Sieht auf den Fotos größer aus und schade war das der Pool kalt war weil dort keine Sonne hin kommt! Aber im großen und ganzen ganz OK
We really enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful place! Everything was spotless & clean. Exceptional staff willing to help if needed. Quiet & peaceful environment with limited road noise. A few minutes walk to a hub with restaurants, supermarket & atm A note for anyone with mobility and physical limitations: the staircase is very tight and steep, a challenge to get up and down. Luckily there is a dumbwaiter to get your luggage upstairs. The bed & couch are very low to the ground & not very soft. The shower floor gets quite slippery as it’s concrete, and there are no grab bars. These aren’t a problem if you have good mobility though
I really like the decoration of the villa and I love the swimming pool here! But the stairs are too narrow and too many to climb the stairs!
Q Villas was beautiful! Our butler and Mr G were both amazing to deal with and talk too. The vila was beautiful however, when we arrived the upstairs balcony in the bedroom was missing glass so if you were to stumble out of bed, you would be seriously injured. We feel this should of been communicated before arrival. Further to this, you are close to Seminyak village by a 15 minute car ride, it is a 40 minute +walk to anywhere close. There are no nearby cafes or restaurants that are worth visiting within walking distance of the villa so, we went to the Seminyak village every day. The place was still beautiful and thankfully the Gojeks are very affordable so catching them everyday is fine but, we do feel that the location was not an accurate representation given to get anywhere, you need to drive. Besides location and the glass missing, it was a beautiful villa with daily cleaning and a responsive team. Everyone was easy to talk to & we felt safe and enjoyed our private pool!
Q Villas are beautiful and modern with funky furniture, lay out and accessories. Definitely higher end of the accommodation spectrum. Hard to lounge around the pool though, as only 2 wooden stools are provided and totally shaded area, so not ideal for sun bathing.
Beautiful loft, exactly as pictured, in a very central location. The staff were incredibly accomodating and checked in with us each day to make sure everything was okay. The area felt very safe and within easy reach or plenty of restaurants, spas and markets. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! ☺️

Such a beautiful villa. The home was beautiful, clean, and felt safe. The host, Eka, was so incredible. Checked in to see how we were and always responded quickly. Such beautiful people! Only thing to note is that the pool doesn’t get any sun so is cold, and staircase is very steep so anyone with back issues must be careful. Thank you Q villa :)
Our stay at this stunning villa in Seminyak was absolutely perfect! Located just 8 minutes from Seminyak Square, it offers the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and exactly as pictured if anything, even better in person. Every detail was well maintained, making it feel luxurious and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Check-in was smooth, quick, and effortless, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. What a little sanctuary in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Seminyak! A real find, pretty spectacular place to stay. And the staff were were helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place & the host.
Had an awesome stay at Q Villa’s loft. It was a beautiful and unique stay, very cool architecture and interior design. Great location, short walk to Bintang supermarket and a great stretch of street with shopping and food. We even had a neighbours friendly and cute cat greet us every night in the court yard. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is so cool. All the staff were great and friendly. One thing, the stairs are crazy steep so if you’re not very mobile it would be difficult for you to get to the bedroom (second floor). The pool is also freezing as it’s not heated but it’s great after a very hot day of shopping and walking.

Eka was a fabulous house keeper and helpful beyond expectations. Great for a couple's honeymoon.. . Loved the close proximity to so much in a busy area but quiet and shaded by the private plunge pool. A side small note: it's a futon bed on the ground. sore back for the 1st night#. they bought yoga mats so I could stretch by the pool each morning. not for older skeletons.

Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt gelegen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der außergewöhnliche Service von Eka. Er hat sich wirklich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert und war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit – ein Service, den man so selten erlebt. Für unsere Flitterwochen hat er das Zimmer außerdem liebevoll und wunderschön vorbereitet, was unseren Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders gemacht hat. Diese kleinen Details haben einen großen Unterschied gemacht und zeigen, mit wie viel Herz hier gearbeitet wird. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!
This is a beautiful villa and exactly as pictured. It was a short 5 minute walk to the Main Street. A little bit further away from the hustle and bustle from Seminyak. We loved the pool and had a very restful sleep every night we stayed. The only thing I’d note is that the villa does have a very narrow set of spiral stairs up to the bed. It wouldn’t be suitable for someone elderly, unsteady on their feet or go to the bathroom multiple times in the night. Otherwise highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again.
As a first timer to Bali this Villa was anything but ordinary. It is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the uniqueness of this Villa, from the open plan 2 levels, the high ceilings in the bedroom with fans & aircon we never felt over heated at all. The view from our bedroom was gorgeous. It was very clean & in a fab location too. Our housekeeper Eka was fantastic, with very quick communication & was very helpful when our wifi stopped working, replacing it almost immediately which we very much appreciated. We cant wait to come back!

Beautiful and modern property, has an amazing space to chill and watch tv downstairs, and very spacious upstairs. The host was very attentive, responded quickly and did their very best to help us when we were stuck due to cancelled flight!
We had a lovely stay in Qvilla, it was lovely and clean and everything was perfect on our stay! We definitely recommend this place!
The villa was beautiful and exactly as per the listing! The host and butler were v friendly and responsive before and during the stay. They very kindly offered to decorate the villa for us at no charge as it was our honeymoon. It’s also interesting to note that the second floor of the loft has no glass in the railing and can be quite dangerous even for adults. Definitely took some time to get used to it. The villa is also quite secluded and hence not the most convenient in terms of walking to the main streets but we didn’t have much issues with grab. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend to couples who love privacy!

It was great to stay here for the week, not too far from the action but also peaceful and quiet at the same time.
I really loved it there. I am really afraid of insects and at first did not know what to expect but i will say i only saw maybe 3 insects in the house during our 3 day stay and no geckos inside.

We had an amazing stay, the villa looks just like the photos. Was a great location near everything but also felt very private and secluded. Would highly recommend. The staff were very respectful and attentive. We wish we could have stayed more days! Highly recommend.
A beautiful villa with a perfect blend of contemporary design and earthy tones. Eka, the butler, was always available and happy to assist with any queries. The location is excellent—tucked away from the chaos and noise of the surrounding streets, yet still only a short walk to the main areas. The only thing worth noting is that although its a single room villa, for small families with a young child, the second-level balcony is somewhat exposed to the lower level. Aside from this, the villa is truly stunning and ideally located. We would definitely return.

The site staff are wonderful, kind, and always available, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The pool is gorgeous, the perfect size, and the overall atmosphere is both elegant and relaxing. Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Q Villas has been one of my favourite places to stay in Bali. The villa was beautiful and modern, looked exactly like the photos. The location is central to so many great places in Seminyak and only walking distance from Bintang Supermarket which we loved! Special mention to Eka was great throughout our stay, awesome with communicating and very attentive. He even offered to keep our bags locked away after checkout as we had a late flight which saved us a lot of stress. Highly recommend this place

An absolute stunner! Exactly what you see in pictures is what you get. Eka (the butler during our stay) was amazing! He kept very close contact in making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as amazing as it was. The loft itself is serene with breathtaking interior. The water pressure in the shower isn’t the greatest and the upstairs air conditioning isn’t the most powerful during the summer days due to the big glass windows the loft has however during sundown and the evening/night it works a treat. Thanks to Mr G, Eka and team for a pleasant stay. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay at the villa. It’s in a fantastic location, it’s close to restaurants, shops and main attractions, but still peaceful and private. The space looked exactly like the photos, beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained daily. Eka was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available to answer any questions or assist with anything we needed like scooter hire. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seminyak!

Lovely spot to stay for a couple of nights, was greeted with a beautiful flower petal arrangement to celebrate our honeymoon! Photos do the place justice! Very photogenic!
We had a great time staying at Q villas. The villas was very beautiful and quiet. Our Butler did an amazing job expelling and helping us in the villas. The only minus in an otherwise perfect villa was that the Air conditioning in the main bedroom was not cooling properly and we had to sleep downstairs for a night since the temperature was very hot. Hoping this would get fixed soon. Definitely recommended!!!

Place definitely looks like picture. Very spacious living, bath and bedroom. great smart TVs. Friendly and helpful staff! Great location easy to get to surrounding attractions in semiyak. Huge sofa and equiped kitchenette. Appreciate the housekeeping services and the personalised touch upon arrival. Didnt really had the feel to use the small pool. Few points to perfection can be: Shower water pressure, Stronger air conditioning, bathroom amenities, dressing table lighting, narrow spiral stairs. Overall great stay!!
The location was close enough to the main areas like the Bintang Supermarket but far enough away that it’s still peaceful and relaxing. We loved the vibe of the place, it’s exactly like the photos. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an architecturally beautiful villa. Eka and Mr G were always easily contactable and responsive. We loved our stay here!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Loft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern es ist ein Traum. Die Sonne ist bestimmt 4-5 Stunden da und man kann im Pool wunderbar schwimmen und er ist meiner Meinung nach auch nicht kalt! Angenehm bei den Temperaturen. Der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar gewesen und sehr nett! Etwas ab vom Schuss aber mit Grab alles easy zu erreichen (Supermarkt 1 Minute entfernt). Es ist super ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Truly great place! Super clean and beautiful inside. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location, a little bit off the main roads so it's quite. At the same time close to the beach and shopping centers. Lots of great restaurants around. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Check in was smooth. Host was great and responsive. Was nice enough to arrange bike rental for me and also airport transfer. Location was not bad in seminyak - still riding distance from the main seminyak area but I love it still as it’s more quiet and less traffic.
This loft was gorgeous and perfect for my one night stay. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Will definitely look to stay here again when I’m back in Seminyak!

Amazing place to stay Eka was so helpful with anything we needed , and Mr G our host was quick to respond to anything . Very quiet area but still close to everything . Clean and modern just like the photos . The stairs are a bit precarious, and wouldn’t recommend if you have any mobility issues as they are very steep and not the safest ! We will stay again definitely our favourite villa we’ve stayed in for Bali !
Our stay at Q Villas was nearly perfect. The villa was clean, beautifully designed, and Eka provided exceptional service, handling every request promptly and professionally. However, there were a few drawbacks. The fridge didn’t work, which led to our food, especially the chicken, spoiling, and the electricity went off five times during our stay. Additionally, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. Despite these issues, I loved the villa overall and truly appreciated Eka’s amazing assistance throughout our stay.

This was a stunning villa and super private. The staff were incredible - we arrived quite late into Seminyak but the staff waited around for us to check in. It’s in a great location of Seminyak - close enough to everything to take a quick drive to anywhere but in a lovely quiet street. I would 100% recommend staying at Q Villas

Easy contact with the staff of the place, very clean villa in a super location, the only minus is the pool which is never in the sun during the day, making it a bit cold and uncomfortable to use, in addition the equipment could be better, missing an iron and accessories in general
The butler made this stay amazingly pain free Eka was proactive and helpful. Would communicate daily for servicing times that suited us. This location is an easy 15-20min walk to beach and 5-10min to start of shops. Places to eat all around and great wee cafe at end of lane super convenient. Would stay here again A+++
Had a fantastic stay here at Q Villas. There was housekeeping and our butler Eka took care of our every need. His service is immaculate and we really enjoyed ourselves. The place is in a quieter area of Seminyak but still very close to all the clubs, restaurants etc. There is also a laundromat nearby. 10/10 recommend!
This place was beautiful and so well managed. From check in to check out, our stay was very comfortable. The interior was as impressive if not more than the photos. The stairs and loft railing isn’t the safest for kids but is totally fine for adults. They give you plenty of a heads up about it. Loved this place!!

The design of the loft inside and out is incredible. We honestly didn’t want to leave! In a quiet lane away from the madness. My favourite moment was a late night plunge in the pool to wash away the anxiety of an overwhelming night.

Öncelikle ilgili ve yardımsever bir ekip bizi karşıladi. Konumu Seminyak Merkezine son derece yakındi. Merkeze yakın olmasına rağmen izole ve temiz bir lokasyonda bulunuyordu. Havuz ve ev çok temizdi. Her gün düzenli temizliğimiz yapıldı. Klimalar güzel çalışıyordu. Banyomuz ferah ve güzeldi. Merdivenimiz dar olmasina rağmen üst kata eşya taşımak için bir yük asansörü mevcuttu. Bir gün tekrara Seminayak Bali’ye gelecek olursam yine Q VILLAS’ta kalırım 🤍🤝
We have been traveling full time for 4 years and Q Villas is in the top 2-3 places we’ve found. The architect, interior designer and lighting designer created something special that is so rarely found at this price point. Every detail was imagined and thoughtfully executed by the build team. We didn’t really love Seminyak but we were sad to go because we grew so emotionally attached to Q Villas. If you value exceptional design, lock this down. It will not disappoint. The hospitality team were equally as exceptional - super kind and attentive. AirBNB needs a unicorn rating that you can only give out to 1% of your stays. I’d give Q Villas my Unicorn Stars!

We had a great stay at q villas, they organized a transfer for us from the airport to our and we checked in late at night and were met with someone who showed us around the villa which is just as beautiful as the pictures. The villa was spotless and beautifully designed. Their staff member Eka was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay, communicative and happy to assist with anything we needed, with great local knowledge and kept our villa spotless. The villa is in a quiet location still close to the centre of seminyak with some restaurants bars and cafes close by. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Host is very nice and helpful, no problem with communication at all. Villa is located close to the restaurants, bars and shops (but it is quiet and private inside). This was the most wonderful Villa we have ever stayed at! It’s so beautifully decorated, the design details are impeccable. It’s even better than the pictures. We were so well taken care of by our host Mr.G and our butler Eka. They made sure we had everything we could possibly need; daily housekeeping, refilled filtered water. It’s in a great location, near restaurants, shopping and local grocery store. Catching a taxi is easy and any excursions can be picked up directly from Villa. I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had. My husband and I are so satisfied with our time in Bali! Thanks for such a wonderful stay! If you have the opportunity book immediately! Highly recommend 100/10 ♥️

Really pretty space and I love the deco! A huge shoutout to Eka, our butler for being super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He kept the place clean and helped us with recommendations. The villa is located a little inside an alley which may be a little dangerous to walk later in the night. But if you are travelling around by taxi or in groups, it should be fine.
Attentive host in a beautiful villa! There were multiple nearby options for casual dining, coffee, and drinks, and it was easy to hail a motorbike or car to any destination I wanted. If I ever return to Seminyak, I'll try to stay at Q Villas.

A must stay. Looked exactly like the photos and was absolutely amazing plus point for free Netflix. Loved the vibe and especially the helpful staff. Mr Eka and Momo are super helpful and sweet. I know if I'm coming back to Bali I'll be staying here. Only regret is that I couldn't stay for more days.

Q Villas was an amazing place to stay! The villa was breathtaking and very private tucked away in a quiet street. Our stay at Q Villa was lovely. Eka our butler was very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Mr G was very responsive to messages if required. The Villa is very private, a short walk to the Bintang supermarket in a quiet and safe location. The Villa is as the pictures. The pool is in the shade so not as warm as if it was getting sun all day, but made for a refreshing swim after being out. There was always fresh bottled water, the Villa was very clean and microwave and iron was on request. The only thing to consider when booking this Villa is the steep stairs. We had a fabulous stay.

Amazing stay at Q Villa’s. they look after you from the moment you book til you are dropped off at the airport. Mr G and Eka always available to answer any question and to give some great local tips. The place itself is in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, bars and great coffee shop around the corner. Easy to get a local cab to if you are heading further. Villa was spotless and very private. Enough stuff for us to have to sort out brekkie and lunch out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at Q Villas. Eka & the team were so attentive and were able to help us with every request. The apartment is just as stunning as the pictures and we had an incredibly comfortable stay here. It is in a great location - with lots of shops around and is a short ride to the busier part of Seminyak. Budi helped us to organise a trip to Ubud which was really helpful as it meant we didn’t have to do all the legwork that goes with this. Thank you. We really loved staying in the apartment and our only request would be a microwave to eat left-overs! That is it! Everything was great and we enjoyed how attentive our hosts were. Durfte einen längeren Aufenthalt hier genießen und muss sagen, dass einfach alles absolut top war ! Die Sauberkeit und das Design des Hauses sind wirklich sehr gut. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, doch trotzdem ist mit dem motorbike alles so schnell zu erreichen. In 15 Tagen war jeder Tag was besonderes und vor allem mit einer Unterkunft wie diese.

Villa looked exactly like the photos. Everything you could ask for in a villa. However, if you have any knee issues then the stairs in the villa might cause an issue for you due to the steep nature of the loft stairs. Water pressure was slightly low but not a big deal. Overall, would come back and stay at this villa again for sure. The villa was also in close proximity to some cafes. We found a gem in Three Coins Cafe which had amazing coffee and only 200m walk away! A big thank you to the butler Eka for providing exceptional service.

The photos do not do its justice! We are in love with the design of Q villa. We love the idea of employing eco-friendly elements and natural materials like wood, stone and plants. What impresses us the most is the floor-to-ceiling windows that let natural light in and allow for views of the surrounding. Modern, stylish and inspirational! The place is very comfortable and has a spacious area for a movie night or even workspace. Our butler, Eka is very cheerful, helpful, accommodating and hospitable! The villa is situated in a convenient location. Really good bars, coffee shops and cafes in short walking distance. We would definitely return for the villa!

The Villa was a little smaller than expected. But overall plenty of room and absolutely beautiful. Felt very private, which was quite relaxing. The villa was near so many great places. Like the market and our favorite the orchard bar. Definitely recommend going! Everyone was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Firstly the ‘butler’ Eka is the most amazing, kind and friendly guy. Couldn’t help us enough and is a credit to the success of this villa. Organised things on his day off, collected ice for us from the supermarket, organised taxis … the list goes on. The villa itself is an accurate reflection of the advert. Very stylish and a totally different experience. Well designed upstairs and downstairs. Sparsely decorated to suit the ambience but we loved it. On the slightly negative side is that the pool doesn’t get much sun during the day and there are no sun beds provided. If you’re looking for a place to get a good tan and sit around the pool all day then this isn’t for you. Super quiet and peaceful though. Shower not too strong, no freezer to keep ice for cold drinks and the kettle needs replacing as takes 10 mins to boil 😐. Also hard to get a taxi unless walk for 5-10 mins to Main Street. Positives totally outweigh the few small negatives though and a beautiful experience was had.

The property is exactly like the pictures. A relatively quiet place in Seminyak, but still very convenient to go-jek around. That said, food delivery riders also have got no issues in locating the place. One thing I wish to share is that, the pool porch is very well shaded; too well shaded. This means that anyone looking to tanned under the morning sun is unlikely to get any Vitamin D. This also means that the water in the swimming pool is at times too cold. Swimming pool heater would make it ideal. But really, I am just nit-picking here. In summary, a really great place. Support from the operation staff was really helpful too.

Q Villas was a beautiful stay! The home looked just like the photos - stunning! We were given great amenities, and even free refills of water, which was greatly appreciated! It’s a bit tucked away from the main streets, which means it’s quiet, although the sound-proofing isn’t perfect, so you can hear people in adjacent villas.

The villa was just as advertised if not better in person. I would definite recommend this place to anyone that’s looking to live in a piece of artwork or a page out of architecture digest. It’s also in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to the Main Street with a grocery store and maybe a couple dollars grab ride to the main area in seminyak. Eka was also very attentive and was happy to cater to our schedule to change the towels and cleaning. MrG was also very responsive and introduced us to a very friendly driver who we actually hired for an extra day too. Great experience, will recommend and come back if I can!
Wow just wow! This villa is better in person. The team at Q Villas were absolutely amazing! Everything we had requested was fulfilled in a timely manner. The water pressure for the shower was fixed the next day and during our stay the 1 air conditioner upstairs wasn’t enough so they installed a second air conditioning unit downstairs the next day! Eka was amazing and made sure our stay was nothing but perfect. We highly recommend staying here and we would love to stay here again soon 😊
the villa is great! what you see is what you get and it is spectacular. the minimalist style works great. the pool is deep which was a great surprise the staff at the villa is really friendly and always happy to help with any request you might have. overall will definitely come again as it's one of the most convenient locations (away from the noise but right next to everything you can possibly need) and beautiful design.

This is the perfect location to stay at, you’re a 2-dollar Uber away from the popular shopping areas and the beach break for surfing in Seminyak. On top of that, you have a beautiful villa to yourself that has been different from all the ones we have stayed at before. It’s a must stay!

This was our favourite of 3 villas in Bali. The location is fantastic, it allows for a relaxing stay but also means you are close to Seminyak for the restaurants and beach. The villa is extremely clean, has all the items you would need and the staff are incredibly keen to assist with anything you may need. We wish we had stayed at this villa for longer as we felt so comfortable and safe.
Remarkable place. One of the best designed villas I’ve ever seen. It looks much better in person. You won’t want to leave the Villa. I wish I could have booked at least a week here. You will not regret it.
The place was absolutely amazing. Extremely clean and the place was even more beautiful in real life. Eka the butler was there to welcome us upon arrival and even made time to say goodbye which was a lovely gesture.

By far one of the most beautifully designed spaces I have ever stayed in. This is a huge experience and must stay for architecture and interior design lovers. (It's even better in person). We loved our stay here. We stayed 8 nights. Great location, quiet. Very accurate to the pictures, with a wow factor. Close to Bintang supermarket. Definitely walkable to the beach, but easy to get scooter or taxi if you’re not fond of walking. Eka was our butler he was absolutely so welcoming and lovely with great communication.

Q villas is a modern, organic architecture dream! They layout is amazing with a private pool, brand new amenities including a luggage elevator to the bedroom in the villa! If you are planning a stay in seminyak, it is a must stay. You can staycation here or get to the main road within 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here very much!
Photos don’t do this designer boutique justice. We are blown away by the beauty and detail in every corner of the villa. Service was a top priority, thank you to Eka for accommodating us in every way. Walking and scooter distance from anything you may be interested in during your stay. Endless options! This is the best air bnb experience that we have ever had, we will be back!
Me and my partner love your Loft Q Villas and would love to visit or suggest our friends about your place. I would like to say that your place is so beautiful. The location of the villas are not far from restaurants and the city areas. You and your staff were helpful. I got airport transfer pick up by a driver who was offered by the villas(Extra paid). He was friendly and being a good guide who took us around on first day in Bali before checked in at the villas. Butler at the villas named Eka was well prepared to welcome us. He guided us around the villa and took my partner to groceries by the motorbike. He also said that if we need any help please just let him know. The second day, the villa got another driver for us(Extra paid) because of the first one was busy. He was very helpful as well, he suggested us a good place to taste the Luwak Coffee by locals. Thank you very much, Q Villas.

This place amazing, sexy and comfy. The location was great, shopping, beaches, restaurants all in walking distance. Communication was excellent, the villa was immaculate. We had our own private butler who took care of EVERYTHING. Don't hesitate to secure this jewel.

By far one of the most architecturally stunning places I’ve ever stayed! Everything was immaculate and modern, with Netflix preloaded on the TVs! Mr G and Eka made our stay so comfortable, and ensured all our needs were met. Great location away from the business but still close enough to walk/scooter to the popular locations (about a 10 minute drive to the main Seminyak strip) We are so happy with our decision to stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Kuta/Seminyak area!

Found this great place to stay in Seminyak. Close to the action but feels like you are tucked away in your own private oasis. The incredible design and unique architecture definitely make this place a one off and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend.
One of the best airbnb villa i’ve stayed in Bali. If you are looking for a place to spend for honeymoon, or short getaway with your partner. Q Villas Modern Lofts won’t let you down. Top of the line service, they are pretty much there to help you with anything you need. Even help me set up a small table for a surprise dinner with my wife. Everything you see in the photo, is there. Better book these villa before everybody else. Cheers

Stayed 3 nights with my fiancé. For our first time in Bali (and her intro to SE Asia), we have nothing but good to say about this villa. Mr. G was communicative leading up to our arrival including arranging transport from the airport. Eka greeted us when we got there and made sure we were taken care of. The villa itself is “in the cut” for privacy/quiet and is in walking distance to restaurants, etc. The photos are 100% accurate-so if you’re a fan of the decor and looking for a stay in this area, I definitely recommend.
Beautiful moders villa. Only thing that they don't have any space for clothes. No hangers. Just for 2 nights is really nice :) Good for photoshoot.

I've never been on a villa before when I go to Bali, this was my first experience and it was a very good one. I highly recommend anyone who wants to live in a very aesthetic place near tourism spot. I will definitely be back
Loved staying here ! the staff was so nice. Eka and Made were wonderful ! It's a bit of a walk to get to the main area in Seminyak but if you have a scooter or bicycle it's great ! the beach is only a 15 walk maximum and the pool is so relaxing. Would defiantly recommend !
Ich hatte einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die elegante Inneneinrichtung und das stimmige Wohngefühl, sind meiner Meinung nach schwer in einer anderen Villa in der Gegend zu finden. Gerne komme ich bald wieder!
Beautiful modern villa, cozy pool, complete kitchenware, comfortable sofa and bed both with big smart LED TV. Mr G and team are very polite and welcoming, easy to communicate as well. Definitely recommended :)

Had a great time staying at Q Villas. The stable wifi and the smart tv are the plus points for me and my husband who suddenly had to work. Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family.

This villa is fantastic! everything's beyond our expectations. The design and utilities are just sooo modern and indeed live up to its name. New and clean! the check in and check out process were also easy. There's a car parking space. 7 minutes walking distance from Starbucks Reserves Dewata. My job was busier than i expected and had to work most of our time in Bali, but luckily the wifi's fast and stable. I have nothing but good things to say. Honestly, we got more than what we paid for. Would lovee to come back here!
