Exploring Tropical Villa with Private Pool | Uluwatu left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Tropical Villa with Private Pool | Uluwatu was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Tropical Villa with Private Pool | Uluwatu painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
awesome little villa to stay in. minus the occasional wild animals/bugs that came in as it’s a very open main common area. otherwise clean and comfortable for small groups
Amazing stay! Little bit outside the center, but that’s also the better thing about this place.

Great place tucked away from busy Uluwatu but close enough to get to all the main spots and good places for food too. Really close to the temple for the Kecak dance.

Wayan’s Villa was great to stay at. It’s got amazing very secluded feel to it amongst the jungle.
Good place for enjoy
Really nice stay, nice pool, and place is even bigger in person, both rooms have good privacy, and clean. Only thing was that the Shower had no pressure at all so my girlfriend had struggles washing the shampoo out of her hair each day. The front desk also seemed to be rarely manned in the afternoons and evenings. We had to go hunting for someone to check-in (3/4pm iirc). There was often no one there after calling and waiting 5 mins at other points during the stay too. Overall a good stay, but these few things made it more of a 4/5 than 5/5 experience.
Nossa estadia foi incrível! Amamos a Maja Villa, ambiente calmo, agradável, confortável e bastante limpo. O acesso apesar de não ser na rua principal, é bem fácil. Alugamos scooter e a locomoção foi bem rápida e simples. Tem mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e cafés bem próximos e todos fazem entrega.
Good place to stay, easy access to most of Uluwatu. It's a bit dated and could use some maintenance, but it’s perfectly fine for a couple of nights.

We had wonderful 4-night stay with our babies and fam, and it was one of the most relaxing stays of our Bali trip The villa is beautifully designed, with lovely decor, excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, great privacy, and a fantastic private pool. Travelling with babies can be challenging, but the villa was incredibly convenient and comfortable for our family Location was another highlight. Everything we wanted to explore around Uluwatu was within easy reach, while the villa itself remained peaceful and relaxing. It gave us the perfect balance between exploring Bali and having quality family time The hosts were extremely kind, supportive, and responsive. They helped us arrange bike rentals and were very accommodating with our requests, which made our stay even easier Maja Villa exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property, great location, wonderful hospitality, and perfect for a relaxing family stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The Villa is located quite close to Uluwatu temple and other beaches in the area. Good, clean villa with all necessary facilities.
Quelques nuits ici suffisent pour profiter de la piscine et de la localisation au calme. Cependant c’est très différent du nord d’Uluwatu. Le sud est bien + calme et silencieux. Peu de commerces à proximité. Même s’il y a un supermarché et une laverie à 5min à pied.

Notre avion avait du retard (4h) et l’hôte a attendu notre arrivée! Très accueillant et super gentille. ils sont très attentionnés et la villa est top! Vous êtes pas très loin du temple uluwatu c’est super! Mention spéciale pour notre chauffeur privé Dwik !
Logement sympa conforme aux photos et descriptif. Piscine à l'ombre un peu froide mais emplacement idéal pour se retrouver au calme et bien desservi par les Grab voiture ou scooter. Nombreux warungs, restaurants et même un petit point city market. La plage secrète de Nyang Nyang est à 2 pas avec 415 marches depuis la falaise : vue digne d'un film. Seul petit bémol les chiens en liberté autour de la maison qui aboient et gardent leur territoire quand on rentre (en journée ça va la nuit tombée c'est moins sympa). Nous recommandons pour celles et ceux qui veulent un spot calme sur Uluwathu.

The property is very well located in uluwatu. You can reach the major tourist attractions within 15 to 30mins for a bike ride. It is very peaceful and kept absolutely neat and tidy.

Wayan was very friendly and understanding, always responding quickly. We had a wonderful stay at the house. The location is great, the access road is a little rough but it didn't affect our experience. I would just like to give one feedback. I think the sound insulation could be better because I heard animals walking on the roof while I was sleeping upstairs, I couldn’t sleep 1 hours but this is just feedback. This experience didn't affect me; I would stay Wayan house the same if I had the chance again. Everything was great, I would stay again.makasih Wayan ❤️ I hope see you again 🙏

Beautiful villa, we really enjoyed our stay. Most comfortable beds ever. Easy to get a grab to where we wanted to go, and the food delivery service was good and easy when needed

We were supposed to self check-in because we arrived late, but the staff stayed up to wait for us and ensure we entered the villa with no issues. The villa looked exactly like the photos and we're satisfied with how spacious and clean it was. Also appreciated that it came with a water dispenser and we didn't have rely on bottled water, super convenient! The host and staff also addresses concerns really quickly. Wanted to give a shoutout to mosquito repellant and mosquito lamp provided promptly upon request, I had such a good sleep after I switched them on. I would recommend anyone going to Uluwatu to stay here at least once for the amazing experience.
This place is absolutely beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private pool was one of our favorite features it was refreshingly cool and perfect for relaxing after a hot day exploring Bali. Since we arrived late at night, the host thoughtfully sent us a detailed check-in video, which made the arrival process incredibly easy and stress-free. The location was also great, with restaurants, shops, and the beach just a 10–15 minute motorbike ride away. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

Great stay in Uluwatu! This location is in a quiet and peaceful area. The outdoor lounge spaces are lovely and relaxing, the cool pool felt nice after a day of adventuring. Wayan’s team was helpful and helped us rent a motorbike. The accommodation is very large and roomy. The blackout curtains, cold air conditioning and comfortable beds helped us wake up feeling very rested. I highly recommend this location!

Ce logement est notre coup de cœur ! Rien à dire, si je pouvais je mettrai un 6 étoiles. Le personnel est adorable, logement calme, magnifique, tout y est ! Si nous revenons à Bali un jour nous reviendrons à ce logement à coup sûr. Je recommande, allez y !

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist super und wenn man fragen hatte stand immer jemand zur Verfügung. Die Lage war auch super und man konnte sich ganz einfach Roller ausleihen über den Host. Ich würde aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

Incredible value for the money. Serene and comfortable. Close to Nyang Nyang beach and a handful of good restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Uluwatu beach. Highly recommend!
What a beautiful spot off the beaten track. So quiet and beautifully arranged. The villa was perfect and organised well. Really made us feel quite at home. Cannot thank the host enough❤️

It was exactly as how it was described. Very spacious, neat, very responsive & kind host. Also they have an Indian restaurant in the main road less than 500 metres. It was such a blessing lol. It’s called as annapurna. Food was amazing!!!❤️

Had a great stay at the Wayan's place! The location is perfect-very close to Uluwatu's main attractions, like temple and Malini Uluwatu is just a few minutes away, making sunsets and quick outings super convenient. The villa is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Special mention to Wayan for the smooth communication and hassle-free check-in process—it made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
The villa was as described, spacious, good cooking facilities and quiet location. Staff at reception helpful and available. Wayan was responsive and friendly, also helped with Bike hire (which you will need unless using grab/gojek)
Our stay was beyond expectations. There were heavy rains at the beginning and we had no floods or leaks which is apparently rare. The staff was ultra accommodating. They cleaned our room every day, helped with laundry and overall a very nice vibe. It was a great deal for the price.
Bon séjour que nous avons passé à deux couples dans ce logement. La partie extérieur est super pour se retrouver en soirée. La piscine est petite mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. Nous avons eu quelques coupure d’eau, sûrement du à la météo très capricieuse lors de notre séjour mais cela ne nous empêche pas de recommander le logement.

Amazing place and totally worth it
Me & two friends stayed in the villa for 3 nights and we loved it! It was even better than the photos, huge rooms and super comfy & clean beds! Nice big bathrooms and a perfect sized pool!! We had our own kitchen and water filter which was really handy and allowed us to cook our own food :) The location, although down a quiet road, was just a short scooter away from Nyang Nyang beach which is amazing and also a short scooter ride to the main strip of shops & restaurants! Felt very safe & secure and the lovely staff were onsite pretty much 24/7 ! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone exploring Uluwatu & surrounding areas - especially at such a great price !
Very peaceful area to stay in, very quiet and still pretty close to most places. the open kitchen concept is great for socialising! would definitely stay here again! The host is very responsive on the Airbnb chat and always happy to help.
Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough for the price, it’s a quiet area a little out from everything but for us that was perfect all the busy parts are literally a 8-10 minute drive on a moped away with Nyang nyang being the closest beach (highly recommend). The villa was spacious the pool was perfect not to small and Bali humidity lovely for a cool down. Check in process was simple and easy as there is staff on site at all times and helped with anything we needed. Thank you for our stay.
