Exploring Ubud Studio w/ Bathtub kitchen near Monkey Forest left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Ubud Studio w/ Bathtub kitchen near Monkey Forest was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Ubud Studio w/ Bathtub kitchen near Monkey Forest painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The stay was pretty comfortable in good neighborhood close enough to shops and restaurants and the staffs are nice. Just one thing, the water dispenser s not suitable for long stay as its battery runs out rather quickly, need to be charged much more often than think. Otherwise, I enjoyed stay. Thank you.

La localización es inmejorable! La propiedad está en una calle muy entretenida y bonita, sin estar excesivamente concurrida o construida todavía. El edificio está en un pequeño callejón, con lo que no hay ruidos del exterior, solo pájaros y el río! La habitación está bien preparada, aunque le faltaría un pelín de mantenimiento (el aire acondicionado de la habitación n.4 no enfriaba apenas), y una cortina en la ducha haría la estancia mucho más agradable. Putu (la señora que se encarga de todo) es un amor, atenta y amable. Estaremos en cualquier caso encantados de volver ya que fue una estancia muy agradable.

The location is great, the market and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. Parking is close to the villa. Quiet and peaceful space.

Pluses - spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, jungle view from the large windows. Nice terrace (but gets direct sun in the morning, so not for breakfast). Good location - walkable to most places, lots of places to eat right on the same street. Beautiful room door design :) Minuses - loud music in the evening from the nearby restaurant which makes it impossible to enjoy the terrace when it's on... Communication with Ivo was poor - when I asked for a driver recommendation a couple of weeks before arrival, I didn't get a response until the check-in day. The same issue when I needed to find staff to check out. It doesn't look like the host monitors the inbox. The staff onsite speak very little English and are often nowhere to be found. No breakfast is offered unlike in most other similarly priced places. Overall, a nice place to stay if you don't mind a bit of noise and don't need staff assistance.

Danaya Cottages is in the perfect location on Jl. Bisma - much quieter than Jl. Monkey Forest, Jl. Hanoman and Jl. Raya Ubud. We arrived on a hot day in Ubud & unfortunately our upstairs room was especially hot from the west sun. However, Ivo (main host) Komang & Gustra (Ivo's team on site) solved this problem with a solution making the room more comfortable. The room is furnished with a number of new items of furniture such as the bed & tables, & the aircon works well. As Danaya is set off the main Jl. Bisma, we found it very peaceful at night and we were able to get some great sleep. There are great cafes & restaurants close by on Jl. Bisma, & we found Chora Restaurant (right next door to Danaya) a great place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you’re looking for a peaceful & quiet base away from the madness that can be Ubud, then Danaya Cottages is a reasonably-priced option worth considering. We’d probably suggest requesting the downstairs, south-side (less hot?) room.

I had a lovely stay at this apt. The place was clean, comfortable and like the photos. Lounging on the terrace was so peaceful with a cool breeze. Walkable to restaurants and sites - check out ‘Little Talks’ (5 min) for breakfast/lunch and enjoy the books and art. I appreciated the flexibility with check-in and Putu and her staff were kind and available to clean daily. I had my laundry done by the shop on the trail to the apt and they did a great job for fair price. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Ich habe die Unterkunft ganz spontan gefunden und direkt gebucht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Genauso wie das Zimmer. Putu hat mich sehr herzlich empfangen und ist eine tolle Frau. Ich habe mich sehr wohl mit ihr gefühlt. Der Balkon war sehr gepflegt und es war schön, morgens dort einen Tee zu trinken und abends dort die Aussicht zu genießen.

Echt een heel fijn verblijf gehad, midden in de jungle maar toch heel dichtbij het centrum. Als solo reizigster voelde ik me helemaal op mijn gemak. Heel lief personeel ook! Ik kom zeker terug volgende keer in Bali. :)

This villa is located in the core resort areas of Ubud, close to the Grand Palace and other downtown business districts. With numerous bars, restaurants and convenience stores nearby, it's extremely convenient. Tucked deep in an alley, it overlooks a dense tropical forest full of exotic vibes. The house is spotlessly clean and tidy, and the housekeeper offers impeccable service. Surrounded by nature, you can only hear birds chirping and streams gurgling.

This place was beautiful right in the jungle with the fireflies and night time and the sitting on the deck was so peaceful except when the monkeys came to play. Putu is really kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after during your stay.

Dayana's Cottage es lo mejor que me pasó en Ubud! Súper bonita y tiene todo para sentirse cómoda. Todo muy limpio y la bañera fue súper relajante. Excelente ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad, pero con una privacidad inigualable. Vine de tan lejos para conocer Bali y sin embargo me sentí como en casa, lo mejor de todo fue la calidez y amabilidad de Putu y Putra. Alojarme en Dayana's Cottage me hizo recordar porque uso AIRBNB, porque no llegas a un hospedaje sino mas bien a un segundo hogar. Gracias Putu por solucionar un tour que lo tenía perdido, organizarme un taxi hacia el aeropuerto y por toda tu calidez. Ya quiero regresar. Lo súper recomiendo!

Квартира находится в центре что делает удобной ее для прогулок. Но так же рядом находится стройка мимо которой не удобно ходить в узком переулке куда не может подъехать такси. А так же напротив территория отеля где люди шумно ведут себя на бассейне и это продолжалось несколько раз до поздне ночи.

Уютное место, красивый вид, на тихой улице недалеко от центра. Рекомендую.

Ivo’s apartment is super beautiful. The views and the sound of the river bring you peace. It’s a magical hideaway tucked away from the noisy Ubud, perfect for disconnecting. The apartment has everything you need: a comfortable bed, hot shower, bathtub, kitchen, TV, AC… plenty of natural light. The best part is being surrounded by nature, we saw squirrels, little birds, and even fireflies. We hope to come back soon. Also, Putu completely won us over with her kindness, warm conversation, and lovely smile. She was incredibly attentive and helped us with everything we needed.

Beautifully tranquil, well equipped and clean. Very friendly, hellpful taff. Although it is only a short walk from the very busy traffic jammed Monkey Forest street, it is wonderfully, tranquil and quiet and surrounded by trees. A great place to stay in Ubud.

Loved my stay at this cute little studio in Ubud. I came here to rest after a yoga teacher training course. The gigantic bathtub was truly a gift! I loved the neighborhood. It was close to everything and very convenient. The apartment itself is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff bends over backwards to do everything to assist. Never being to UBUD I had no idea how crazy busy it is. I loved that it was walkable to many amazing restaurants away from the main drag! Bring earplugs if you don’t want roosters waking you up in the very early morning. So happy there was a bathtub! So grateful there was access to bottle water 24/7! That for sure is a big plus. Got a severe cold during my stay and having water to drink and for tea was invaluable! The only minor issue was an unpleasant smell from the toilet if you don’t flush it often! And some small ant like creatures however I couldn’t have my room cleaned as often as they wanted to so I’m sure that was my fault. They are super on top of cleaning !! I was fortunate enough during my 3 weeks stay to have monkeys playing outside my window !! However, it was only one time. But I got some fun videos and photos !! Enjoy your stay!

Really good Obud stay. Sub managed by Indonesian man and woman who are on hand and tidied the room and bathroom everyday and took the trash out. Would return and book all 4 villa stay apartments.

Lovely place in Ubud. It's walking distance (20 minutes or so) to main attractions, I walked around the whole time (no moto. Yet the place is away from the Main Street, so it's quiet at night and fully surrounded by nature. The staff at the property is very kind and attentive. I had a lovely stay and would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay! It is a beautiful apartment exactly as pictured, it is nice to be in the quiet trees but only a few minutes way there’s a lot of restaurants, spas and tours available. Putu is very lovely and communicative, you can get your room cleaned daily if you’d like. I appreciate the water jug, and the basket of fruit as I tried snake fruit for the first time and was absolutely obsessed! Only very minor things like more towel hooks, another mug, and a rag for the kitchen would make this place be absolutely perfect

Hidden gem!! I absolutely loved staying here! I had to book last minute and glad I found this place, great location, walking distance to everywhere and such a cute terrace overlooking the jungle. I adore the housekeeper, she is so accommodating and just such a lovely person! Highly recommend :)

Beautiful apartment close to the city center but away from the busy streets. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely stay here, the room was clean and cosy and the door was a beautiful touch to the apartment. The toilet was making a bit of a noise and I messaged Ivo who said he will sort it out, we weren’t too bothered about it that night but someone came round the next day anyway and promptly fixed the noise which was nice. You can tell the owner wants to ensure you have a good stay and we were well looked after. The location was very convenient surrounded by plenty of shops but the apartment is down a little lane so the only noise you hear are the birds and wildlife. Thank you!

My stay was nothing short of amazing! The location was ideal—right in the heart of Ubud, within walking distance to Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, and plenty of great restaurants and shops. Despite being so central, the studio offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere, with a stunning jungle view from the balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The space was well-equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed with a mosquito net to a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The balcony overlooking the lush jungle was my favorite spot, and I even had a few monkeys pass by, which added to the charm of the place. The staff was super helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and making themselves available for any questions I had. While breakfast isn't provided, the staff was happy to assist in arranging meals from nearby restaurants, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, this studio offered a perfect mix of serenity and accessibility, and I highly recommend it!

The little balcony area with green nature views is absolutely lovely! I was really happy with my stay. It has everything you need and is really quiet. Bonus for great jungle views but is only 100 metres from cafes and shops. Host was really lovely too. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

I spent almost two months living at Danayar Cottages and was really sad to leave. For me it is the perfect location and everything you need is walkable and on your doorstep but it still feels away from the chaos of central Ubud. Putu and Mr Gustra are on site daily doing cleaning and maintenance and will help with anything you need and are such a joy to be around. When leaving it really felt I was leaving my family compound and I will definitely be back.

It’s a beautiful little room with its own seating area where you can lay down and rest each day just watching the birds and jungle surroundings (: the room is nice and cool because of air conditioning which is very relaxing and comfortable. There is fresh water and cleaning available whenever you need. It is very central to everything but still feels very private. I enjoyed staying there for 3 week during my time in Ubud 😊🙏

I started this place three nights. The room was nice and clean. I could be relax on the outside couch with nature view. House keepers were warm and kind, they cleaned the space everyday. There were many restaurants nearby and some of them were cheap and tasty. It's within walking distance to the monkey park, but it's very quiet. So I’m very satisfied with my staying here. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and description. I heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, quiet and comfortable place to stay!

I had a lovely week at Danaya’s Cottage! The studio is very cute and exactly as described. There’s some staff on-site as well, and they are fantastic - very kind and attentive! Putu even helped me with taking my laundry to be cleaned. 🙏 The location is good in the large scale of things: the city center and many sights and restaurants are easy to reach on foot. The downside of this is that although the cottage is set off Jalan Bisma by about a 100 meters, the music from the nearby restaurants can sometimes be very distracting in the evenings. Between that and noisy neighbors (in flat no. 4), I didn’t always get enough sleep - but of course, there’s nothing much Ivo or the on-site crew could do about that. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I would still stay here again! The bed is comfy and the balcony is very atmospheric especially during rain and dusk. ☺️

Loved my stay- felt right at home!! Cute bathtub and outdoor patio :) was surprised how clean it was! They really take good care of the property. It’s tucked away but safe and easy access to walkable restaurants in the area on bisma. Can grab a gojek easily into busier parts of town. I loved it for the price and would book again. Thank you!!

I had such a relaxing time at Ivo's AirBnB, the room was peaceful, and very private, with a comfortable bed, lovely furniture, and airconditioning, and a fan. It's in the jungle so some little insects are to be expected but I closed up everything and would have a rest in the middle of the day. At the top of the path is Chora a fabulous Greek/Mediterranean restaurant which I highly recommend and many bars with live music. Ivo supplied a tank of drinking water which was very thoughtful.

Really great place to stay in Bali, and an absolute steal at the current price. It’s in the heart of Ubud, but it’s on a section of street that’s a bit calmer. The restaurants nearby are really, really good. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and had a free (massive) jug of fresh potable water. The host was easily reachable and there was even housekeeping, which we hadn’t realized! We loved hanging out on the porch late at night to enjoy a drink. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Cozy little room in a cottage. I located in a quiet part of town with extremely easy access to both main centers and the monkey forest. Very walkable with restaurants, nightlife in surrounding neighborhood without “crowds.” I was especially grateful to the host because I thought my checkout was one day later and I booked an all-day bike tour and my belongings were strewn about. The host messaged me about check out and that someone was coming to stay that day. They graciously packed all of my things and had the bags waiting by the time I arrived late that afternoon. There is someone to greet you when entering and leaving to help with luggage. Feel very grateful to this host and will stay here again!!

This place is a gem, you are in the center of Ubud, yet you feel like you’re in the jungle. Trees all around. Very peaceful spot. Beautiful space to land. Will definitely be back

The place is a small haven on earth! The room is so cute and comfortable and have everything you need, small kitchen, bathroom with bathtub (really small size!), 2 tables, closet and a really comfy double bed, with a wonderful balcony. The daybed there is wonderful too and the view from the room is so beautiful! It is silent and peaceful, but in like 5-10 minutes walk you are in busy Ubud! I loved it here and wish i could have stayed longer!

A wonderful stay at a wonderful location! My favorite things about this rental are: the kind on-site staff, the location, the kitchen with a good size fridge and freezer!, the huge bathroom with tub, the AC, the WiFi, the Smart TV, two mirrors for getting ready, comfortable bed, windows with a view (mine with a view of trees). The owner of the listing is also very helpful and friendly if you have any questions. I extended my booking here and have stayed over one month. As a solo female traveler without a moto, I feel that Bisma Street is one of the best in Ubud to stay on. It is a very walk friendly street yet there is so much available right near the cottage. I always felt safe here and it's very quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely great experience. The place is easy to find( except for the first day it took me sometime to figure out the location, but the staff picked me up) The location is just perfect! Not far from the busy main streets but just far enough to avoid the noise. I am so happy to wake up every morning hearing the birds singing. I love the beautiful small yard too. It’s close to lots of good restaurants and bars. The room is super clean and I just enjoy walking with barefoot. The towers and sheets are a bit old, but well cleaned. I would like to extend my stay but unfortunately it was fully booked🥹

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La chambre était grande et propre (nettoyée et rangée chaque jour). La terrasse avec vue est un plus mais difficile d’y rester le soir avec les petites bestioles. Nous recommandons pour un séjour à Ubud. Le centre étant accessible à 15 min à pied.

This is a super cute place, it’s a little small, but a very good value for money, has Air con and a fan and all amenities for cooking. Very clean and simple little apartment, but greatly centrally located yet perfectly away from the noise. The host is so fantastic and very flexible :) responds quickly

A nice villa in a perfect location in Ubud. Lots of good cafe and restaurants and a monkey forest in less than 10 minute walk. The bathtub is nice and clean although a bit small, but I think all of the bathtubs I've seen on Bali are the same size.

We had a most wonderful time here. Located rather quietly in nature, you only are a 10 minute walk through a more calm, friendly street (with nice shops, restaurants and cafés) away from the huste & bustle of Ubuds main road. The apartment was very clean and had a friendly vibe, with some cute decoration and a very calming, light vintage color of wood. We greatly enjoyed having a mixer and all the kitchen equipment to actually cook for ourselves every now and then. Friendly, uncomplicated and very considerate staff and one of the most comfortable, cushioned and huge armchair/relax-furniture-thingie I have ever experienced :-)

This is cute studio have everything i need for simple cooking (even though i dont need to, there are restaurants also bar within walking distance), clean,calm and good centered location. Definitely reccommended !
