Uluwatu Arjuna House

Exploring Uluwatu Arjuna House left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Uluwatu Arjuna House was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Uluwatu Arjuna House painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

We were happy with the accommodation and how Wayan took care of us. However we were surprised by the lack of hot water which is not mentioned in the description - it's only at the end of the long list of available and not available amenities. Also the roosters are quite noisy. On the other hand the location is great, house is huge and the family is super nice ❤️.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book here again. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two desks (great for remote work), and two beautiful balconies with lovely sunset views. The location is excellent. It’s close to Balangan and Dreamland beach, warungs, restaurants, grocery stores and laundry services. It’s peaceful at night with no traffic noise, and the chickens and cows nearby add to the authentic Balinese atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. They waited for us after our delayed late-night arrival, gave great local recommendations, and rent out scooters. Don’t let the note about being considerate of the downstairs family discourage you. They’re simply looking for respectful guests, not party groups. If you’re a normal, considerate traveller, you’ll have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We spent really great time at this place! Very friendly and welcoming hosts made the long stay truly feel like home. The house is really big, with 2 great balconies, great common space, and basically everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you! Would really miss this place and want to come back again!

Мы остались очень довольны жильем. Хозяйка и ее семья были очень дружелюбные и гостеприимные. Само жилье было очень просторное и уютное, особенно понравился уединенный задний балкон на котором можно позагорать или насладиться закатом. В пределах 10 минут езды на байке есть много отличных пляжей и ресторанов. Кстати хозяйка еще сдает в аренду скутеры. Также недалеко от дома у нее есть гестхаус, в котором можно поплавать в бассейне

Very nice place. True Bali experience

Wayan and his family were great warm hosts and we felt very welcome at their place. The apartment is located above their family home and on the grounds of their wider family, in a peaceful rural setting. We felt safe and enjoyed the view looking into the trees on the second balcony. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a basic but useable kitchen. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and Balangan beach a short drive away. Wayan showed us a motorbike shortcut that meant the rest of the Uluwatu beaches were much closer than we had expected. He also rents scooters from his property making renting a scooter very straightforward. The wifi was good, while the electricity and water dropped out sometimes which is standard in the area. From the apartment you can hear the roosters and the family when outdoors. This is a great base to explore Uluwatu without staying centrally

We felt at home from the very beginning. The place is spacious and the surroundings beautiful. Quiet very peaceful, enjoyed a lot. Felt very sad to leave after a month there. Location was great, close to Balangan for some surf, 20 min to Green Ball, near Nirmala for groceries and some restaurants to grab a quick bite. Thanks for having us!!!!

Very beautiful house in greens : balcony view is to the jungle. Very spacious place: There are 2 bedrooms, guestroom, big table, cooler, 2 balconies. Very hospitable and friendly hosts. They also have bike for rent. Also it's close to seaside. We spent here a month, and needed 3 more days.

Amazing place to get the Balinese experience. Super peaceful, lots of greenery around and really helpful host. Friendly dogs and a cat on the property along with chickens and cows right outsode of the gate. Despite the countryside feel, the wifi was really fast and everything was a drivable distance away. Beach about 2k away and grocery store even closer than that. Highly recommended.

This property has loads of space. The bedrooms are large, new furniture and great air conditioning. There is a balcony out the front and the back which are lovely relaxing space. The kitchen and bathroom is very basic with cold water yet it certainly was all we needed. The communication and local tips were so valuable. The pool at the neighbours is nice to relax in after sightseeing. We rented a scooter to get around but it’s easy to walk to the supermarket and local cafes ( within 10 mins) There is a private staircase to the upstairs, so you don’t go through the home downstairs. It was lovely to be out of busy Kuta and there is stunning beach, temple and GWK. This is a great place if you are looking for something rural which is extremely reasonably priced and peaceful Had a wonderful stay
