Exploring Unwind at Seminyak Pool Villa 1Min Walk to Center left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Unwind at Seminyak Pool Villa 1Min Walk to Center was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Seminyak plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Unwind at Seminyak Pool Villa 1Min Walk to Center painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Very friendly people, nice check in and check out, the place was cleaned nicely. The only complain I would have is there are cockroaches in the property mainly in the pool area (Because it is outdoors) and I found a lizard in my fridge once, but once reported it was swiftly cleaned up which I appreciate.

We had a very enjoyable stay at John's place. It was handy to everything and enabled us to do everything we were there for easily. The villa had a nice ambience.

Our first time as a family to Bali, and we loved staying here. Host organised a driver to pick us up from the airport, which was ideal. They had someone meet us to check in and be able to tell us about our accommodation. We had someone come do housekeeping every day. It was like staying in a hotel but with the privacy of being in our own personal villa. We would 100% recommend.

Very responsive crew, villa was near minimarts and time taken to get to the Seminyak Square and the cafes around was just a few minutes away on foot. Laundry, massage and transport services can be arranged for easily. The convenience was really worth it!

The location was great, the villa was beautiful. The missing point is just the we had leaking roof in the first bedroom, maybe it is because of the heavy rain during our stay. The host fixed them in one day.

Great villa, would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Even though we only stayed for three nights, we felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our time here. The house is beautifully decorated with great taste, very welcoming and perfectly located in a central and convenient area. The team was lovely, friendly and always helpful. A great place to stay and definitely one we would recommend!

John’s place was overall great. It’s in a great location within walking distance to many many shops and restaurants around seminyak. It’s also nestled away from the loudness of the city. The place is clean and with a nice pool. Daily housekeeping was also a plus. We ran into many geckos that roam the property, mostly small, however there was a large one that was by the main entrance every night, however it is Bali so that’s expected. They can get loud at night as well but usually only for a couple minutes. We did not see any geckos in the sleeping rooms. Overall great place, would recommend.

My family of 4 stayed in Villa Mandala and loved everything about it. It is exactly as shown on the photos advertised. Place was squeaky clean and we had someone come and clean and change our towels every day if we wanted to. We liked that we are so close to everything but still felt very quiet and private. So many cafes for breakfast/brunch with amazing food and coffee and even nicer restaurants for dinner. It took us 20 mins walk to the beach where you can find great bars like La Plancha and Chiri (excellent sunset).

"What an absolute gem of a stay! John is the definition of a Superhost. From the moment we booked, communication was lightning-fast and check-in was a breeze. The space is even more beautiful than the photos—immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly cozy. Andro, out villa day manager ensured a smooth check in though our flight was delayed. The villa is located in a private alley, very tranquil and peaceful, yet just walking distance away from a bevy of restaurants and bars with a happening night life. Andro was very responsive especially at a time when the door alarm was set off and maintenance staff were sent almost immediately to address the problem. The furnishings, washroom linen were spotlessly clean and immaculate. When we checked in, we were also offered some beverages and snacks as complimentary, which was a kind and thoughtful gesture. Overall, a pleasant stay and would definitely refer and also rebook when am back. Grateful to the team

Responsive management, excellent housekeeping staff. Had no water for one day but that issue was resolved by the next morning and host communicated very well on this issue. Villa was extremely comfortable.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom villa! Super clean, well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The private pool was perfect, and the large outdoor lounge area made it easy to relax and enjoy the Bali vibe. Location is unbeatable — just a 2-minute walk to the main street in Seminyak, but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

건기에서 우기 넘어가는 시기라 스콜이 매일 와서 빈백을 사용하진 못했지만 휴식하기엔 충분한 공간이었습니다. 에어컨 리모콘이 말을 잘 안들어서 조금 애먹었지만 시원하게 작동은 잘됩니다! 공간은 매우 깨끗하게 청소되어 있습니다^^

アクセス、部屋の広さ、プールのサイズ、Wifi環境全てがパーフェクト。 お湯もちゃんと出る、水圧も良し、バリ10日間で1番素敵な宿！ 隣で工事をしていたが、音はなく静かだった。 1つだけ気になる点を挙げるならプールは日陰なので焼ける心配はあまりないが少し寒かった。

Such a great location. Perfect for one or two couples. Plenty of restaurants within a short stroll and easy walk to Ku De Ta. We had a small maintenance issue and once communicated it was fixed immediately. Good value for money and responsive manager.

Absolutely loved our stay at John’s place! I booked it for a trip with friends, and we were all so impressed by how clean, beautiful, and peaceful the space and surroundings were. Seminyak is a great place to stay and Villa Mandela provides a perfect gate away to unwind. The place felt even better than the pictures. A 3 mins walk will take to all nearby cafe’s / restaurants and even shopping markets. Staff cleaned everyday which was lovely and stay was neat and clean. Speaker at the common area with the pool is added fun. I was here with family and it was easy drive to Nusa Dua for water sports and Uluwatu temple. Enjoyed every bit of our stay

It had all the essentials and even some thoughtful extras we weren’t expecting, which made our stay even more comfortable. The attention to detail really stood out. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were absolutely perfect—everything we needed was provided, from [mention specific amenities, e.g., a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a pool. One of the best parts was that the room was cleaned every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The location was also great, with easy access to everything .The workers was super responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

John’s team did a great job welcoming me to the villa. The villa was very clean, tidy, warm and welcoming. I’ve stayed in Bali many times and this was easily one of the nicest villas I’ve ever stayed in.

Hosts and Villa Management Team (Jodie) were thoroughly wonderful. It was one of our friend's birthday and so we wanted to do something special in the villa for him and contacted a local balloon vendor. The Villa Team was extremely helpful on this end and accommodated the balloon vendor that we engaged to head in earlier and do a party setup to surprise our friend upon our arrival. They also went out of their way to offer decoration services at a cost as well. And mind you, all these planning and communication happened just 2 days before our arrival. On our arrival, the Villa Team also played music to welcome us. I think it is safe to say that we enjoyed our stay here and it was nothing short of amazing! We will definitely consider coming back to this accommodation in the future.

PERFECT Eat Street location. Mini mart 10 steps away. Secure. So clean-BEAUTIFUL bathrooms. Only suggestion would be block out blinds, rooms bright which is still lovely. Def be back

We needed an overnight place to stay before flying back home. In retrospect we wish we had spent all week here, it was a very nice open plan unit, with plenty of creature comforts. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach to watch the sun go down.

The villa is the perfect place in Seminyak. Within 2 mins walk to the main street Jalan Kayu Aya, with all restaurants, shops etc and all you need. The place is beautiful and as shown on Airbnb. The host is friendly and checking in and out was easy. We really enjoyed the place, it’s close to main busy street yet it’s quiet and peaceful at night! We definitely will come back and stay again! Thanks for hosting us!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as enjoyable as last year. The villa is in a very convenient location in Seminyak. Close to great restaurants, shopping and an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed having our own pool and having a kitchen and two bathrooms was handy. The staff is great: polite, helpful and proactive. Check in and check out times were flexible for us. We would book to stay again.

Villa Mandala was perfect. Great location and walkable to Eat Street. The villa is as per the photos and little touches like provision of filtered water was great.The service provided by the property team is exceptional, very responsive and attended to anything we needed.

What a great spot! Our group really enjoyed our stay here. The place itself was super comfy with a big outdoor area including a couch and table where we played lots of card games and a good-sized pool. The beds were cozy and everything was clean. The hosts and staff were friendly and responsive to any questions we had, and even gave local recommendations! The daily cleaning team was a huge plus. Location of the villa is unbeatable, being close to restaurants, groceries, nightlife, corner stores, and the beach (all within walking distance). We'd book it again!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful boutique villa. It’s spacious for 2 guests but will also fit 4. Everything was clean and works well. The airport pick-up service gave us with a peace of mind. Villa Mandala was excellent. Right in the heart of Seminyak within easy walking distance to beach, KU DE TA, many restaurants etc - but completely quiet and peaceful once in the villa. Really pleasant stay! The Villa is in a great location, close to the hustle & bustle but quietly set away from any noise. Cleaners came daily. Pool was perfect temp / size! Filtered water and great kitchen setup. Great comms from Bryan & friendly staff. Villa looks just how it is in the pictures. Beautifully presented and clean.

Villa Mandala is lovely. It truly is in middle of everything and yet very peaceful. Ask for them to pin the address as it can be a little hard to find at night. The check in team were AMAZING. The space is exactly how it looks in the photos and the team were extremely helpful and professional. We look forward to recommending this villa to all of our friends. Hey, Our stay was just fantastic. Perfect 2 nights stay. The place was so spacious yet so comfy. The pool in the villa was absolutely amazing. The room size was very good. We loved john’s place. Totally worth it. Would reccomend everyone to stay here. The staff was also very helpful and polite especially Putra. He was such a sweet person. This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of John’s villas in the heart of Seminyak. They are are awesome. The photos are accurate - very modern and private. 5-15min walk from the beach, best restaurants, bodywork’s etc. Service is second to none- the staff are always on hand if you need anything.

Perfect location. Hidden in the alley so it’s private, but only 2 mins walk to the Main Street of seminyak. The house was everything we expected, love the open kitchen living room space!! Yoko and the house keeping staffs were super nice and friendly. Definitely will come back!

Great place to stay near the main drag in Seminyak. The AC was strong and the pool was refreshing. Very welcoming host, including an arrival walkthrough with the house manager.

Stayed as a family of 4 at John’s place. The staff are responsive, proactive and accommodating of our requests. The location is great with various restaurants, cafes and a minimart within a 5 min walking distance. Lastly, it the swimming pool and deck chairs give a cosy and luxurious atmosphere to the place. Definitely would recommend!

Peaceful street right off Eat Street! We loved that it’s right next to a 24hr Mini Mart and we had an amazing in-villa massage. We brought along our 1.5yo toddler and the villa managed to arrange and setup the pool fence, baby high chair and cot (at extra cost) prior to our stay which brought us over the fence to book this villa. Villa Manager was responsive throughout. Overall a great experience and cosy stay! Would return (:

Location is great as well, close to the hot spots in Seminyak but at the same time, quiet and serene, that you feel like you have all of the privacy to yourself. The villa is a beautiful sanctuary in an amazing location. Right in the heart of Seminyak but on a very quiet street. The team were also really responsive and connected us with local services eg. Laundry and scooter hire. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is one of the best location in seminyak. Very short distance to jln kayu aya the main street for food and drinks. It is also very nicely designed with very comfortable beddings and furniture.

Johns place was outstanding. Well thought out, clean, and had everything you could ask for including a provided backpack to take to the beach and an outstanding portable speaker. The rooms were clean, and cool which was very needed in the hot weather. The rain shower was refreshing to say the least! The pool was smaller than I anticipated, but served its function, and with the beach so nearby, it was hardly a problem. In fact, the location of the villa is worth mentioning, as it was walking distance from everything - foods, clubs, beach, etc; and even easier when we rented scooters. One thing that could’ve been improved was the duvet thickness, but in the hot weather and easily modifiable air conditioning, this is hardly an issue!

스미냑 딱 중심에 너무나 이쁘고 편안했던 숙소에요. 위치상 도보로 스미냑 곳곳을 돌아보기 편했지만 택시 이동시 어느정도 트래픽은 감수해야해요. 풀빌라 여러개로 이루어진 길목에 경비원과 주차장도 있어요. 프라이버시는 완벽히 보장되면서 오픈에어로 구성된 거실과 주방의 인테리어가 이국적이고 너무 마음에 들었습니다

We had such a great at Villa Mandala. Really pretty place with good beds and pillows! Immediately felt right at home there. The pool’s airbed was a plus for lying around in the pool. I would return again. On the second night, 3 big cockroaches emerged from the pool’s drainage area though, that was the only bummer to our stay there, but we managed to get the bug situation under control in about 30mins. Do take note that the listing address of Gang Mertasari is wrong though. Just input villa mandala in Google maps or when calling cabs instead

Such a comfortable, clean & relaxing place to stay. We were given a cell phone to contact staff if we needed & the villa had daily cleaning. Pool was great & had several hours of sun on it. The living & sleeping areas were well set up & really comfortable & the kitchen was well set up with everything needed. The location is excellent & we heard no noise at all but it was only a one minute walk to the main Street (shops/restaurants). It's about a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Wow! This villa is breathtakingly beautiful, far exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail plus. To the welcome drinks, modern character, super clean, stylish furniture, quality fittings, comfortable beds. You will understand this villa has been well thought out to deliver everything you can think of, it even has your own phone to use while staying. A great touch, especially when it’s hard to use your own GPS to navigate the back streets. We stayed two nights but will be back for a week next time for sure. So close to restaurants and shopping in Seminyak and very quiet. The pool is magnificent. My wife and I got an in-house massage organized thru the manager and laundry no problem.

Exactly as described, very comfortable. Better than a 5 star resort!

A friend and I stayed for eight nights I could not have been happier with the villa. The location is amazing and the villa looks exactly as it does in all the photos. We love that we could walk to restaurants get a massage or even order in if we did not want to go out for dinner. The little touches the staff have made to make a holiday easier like having a local phone and dine in menus were great!

This Villa was beautiful! We were so happy with how clean and modern it was. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. The outdoor area was amazing... the lounge was so big and comfortable, four of us fell asleep on it! The pool was perfect, super refreshing and relaxing. Location was also amazing. It is just a five minute walk to the main street where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. The lady that checked us in, was so professional and nice. She actually let us check in at noon since we had to check out of our previous airbnb, which was very accommodating and unexpected! I cannot say enough great things about this place. If we go back to Bali, we will definitely stay there again!

Great villa, nicely furnished and has a very nice sunny pool. The team is responsive but a little pushy on the extras like hiring drivers and providing spa services. The only drawback was the housekeeping staff was always late in cleaning the villa. Otherwise a great 8 days stay in a perfect location in Seminyak.

John and the villa managers were very attentive to our needs and constant communication should any issues arise they were quick to fix and meet our needs. Located perfectly in the centre of one of the main streets in Seminyak surrounded by many popular cafes and restaurants (gotta try Revolver, it's Johns favourite and now ours too)! Even though it's close the villa is very private and quiet due to the high walls and lush greenery. As a travel agent it was refreshing to receive such attentive care that I would hope my clients would too on holidays. Will definitely be staying again next time we come to Bali and recommending for my customers. Thanks again John, Sayuri and the rest of the team.

Lovely villa, exactly as the photos. The villa is well maintained and the furnishings are stylish and relaxed. Great location easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this villa for 2 singles or a family with young children

This villa is amazing. We were extremely happy. Close to the restaurants and action but it was still very quiet. The villa is exactly like the photos. The manager was great and sorted everything. Shopped for us so we had drinks and fruit on arrival. Gave us a local phone with all the restaurant numbers etc so we could make bookings. We couldn't fault the place.

Villa Mandala was perfect for our trip to Bali. We stayed for 7 nights and everything about the Villa was exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything either by walking or short taxi ride. The Villa itself had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious each with their own bathroom. The open air living area was perfect to sit and relax after a long hot day and a dip in the pool. Upon our arrival the Villa manager welcomed us, and provided us with a local phone which had some credit on it. This was unexpected and an added bonus that made communicating with the Villa manager easy as well as making bookings and local restaurants and massages. The Villa manager organised drivers for us for day trips which made the whole process so easy. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Villa Mandala for a relaxing holiday and a very central location.

It was an awesome stay at Villa Mandalay. The location was perfect and walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and spas near by. It was our first family vacay and John made sure that a baby cot with mosquito net was provided. The only thing I would suggest is to have a check out time. On the website it says flexible check out time and so I thought we could leave based on our flight itinerary. I was notified the night before that we needed to leave early due to new guest arrival. Even though it was an inconvenience, the manager did her best to accommodate and provide us with another villa since our flight was at 7pm. The transfer of luggage to another villa was not the best but at least we were not left out in the dustThe villa is stunning and simple, the photos were very . :) I already miss our stay. Araceli
