Exploring Utu Studio: Ubud Most Center, 2nd FL, Kitchenette left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Utu Studio: Ubud Most Center, 2nd FL, Kitchenette was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Utu Studio: Ubud Most Center, 2nd FL, Kitchenette painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
No complaints it was lovely!
If it wasn’t for the construction this would have been one of my better stays in Bali! The location is great, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the balcony is such a welcoming space. The wifi dropped occasionally, but was good otherwise. And the staff is so kind and friendly. But the construction must be mentioned. In total fairness the host mentions construction in the description, and upon arrival offers free breakfast to compensate, but I would never have imagined… It’s not minor construction happening close by, you are essentially attached to, and basically on top of, a large all day construction zone beginning before 8:00am daily. And the noise is awful inside the room. If you need to be in the unit during the day, like I did, it’s a dealbreaker. If you’re up early and out all day past 5:00pm, you’re good! Once construction is complete I would absolutely return, without question, but not before that time.
Nonostante la posizione molto centrale la nostra camera era posizionata all'interno di un ampio cortile decorato con piante e fiori e per questo era molto silenziosa sia di giorno sia di notte, si tratta di un vantaggio davvero notevole a Ubud dove il traffico e il frastuono sono incessanti. Quindi assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole stare in posizione centrale riuscendo a riposare e stare tranquillo. Altro punto forte il balcone ampio e vivibilissimo.
I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still being peaceful and relaxing. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect and the hosts amazing, they were so helpful and thoughtful, we felt so comfortable and relaxed in there. Definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back 🙌🏼
It is a secret gem in Ubud, very very worth the price, if you are in budget and you not really need a pool in the stay, this place is perfect. They provide great service, very large and clean room that I could not get with 5x this price. And their bath water is super clean, my water filter is still white after 3 days. (Other places turn yellow in 5mins)
The apartment is in the middle of Ubud, everything is near by. The room is as described and was very clean. Especially the two lady’s who take care of our room were always friendly and help us with everything! We would always come back
Very nice host. Very friendly. The place was so convenient and close by to all ubud places. Cleaned the rooms everyday and provided water daily. Hot water in the shower. Balcony to dey clothes. They even offered rent a bike, laundry , cab services for an extra charge. Will stay again next time we visit ubud
Perfect little spot! So central yet set back from the busy road. loved having a little kitchenette too! The family is so sweet and helpful. They let us check in early and let us leave our bags near their house after check out because our flight was later in the day.

It was an absolutely amazing stay - the hosts are extremely nice, helpful, supportive and responsive, they will help you with everything you need. The place was beautiful and super clean, with additional cleaning each day. It also has everything you need with an equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. The location is great too - it's in the very center of Ubud, which makes it easy to get to everywhere. Overall - an amazing stay, I highly recommend, and I'll definitelly be coming back any time I'm back in Ubud - I wish I could stay there longer!
The SWEETEST FAMILY!! They are very attentive and helpful with whatever I needed, whenever! They offer daily cleaning, laundry service (very decent price), and cheap scooter rental! The family responded and helped with anything I needed. I felt very safe and comfortable here. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends!!
I had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, the place was kept clean daily, and the location was excellent. It was especially convenient being close to a massage place, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

This place is wonderful!! I stayed in room 8. It is really spacious, sparkling clean and with a beautiful balcony. The bathroom is large with a generous amount of amenities. Towels are changed every other day and bottled water is generously refilled every day. The cleaning crew straightens up every day and pay a lot of attention to detail. Every thing is thought out carefully so that you have the best stay possible. There are shades on the balcony to prevent bugs, and a good fridge for your convenience. I couldn’t ask for anything more (except maybe a better blow dryer - but u cant find that in this part of town;) This bnb is just off the Main Street and everything you need is just steps away literally - tons of restaurants, money changers, laundromats, supermarkets - perfectly situated near everything. Truly a gem of a place with such kind owners. Thank you.
This place is one of the cleanest, calm and new in Ubud! But the most important thing is the team - they are very helpful and always leave the room clean and fresh. Also you can cook your own meals because there is a small kitchen with standard utensils. Location is close to everything and quiet. Thank you so much Anak and the team for a pleasant stay!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce studio avec un emplacement idéal en plein cœur d’Ubud tout en étant au calme. Le personnel est très attentionné, la chambre était nettoyée tous les jours ! Si je reviens à ubud je logerai à nouveau ici.

Honestly this stay was AMAZING! you are in the perfect location to walk anywhere and everywhere. The room is super and new and clean. One of the best or probably best places I have stayed. Staff is so friendly and helpful. YUMMY pancakes for breakfast. Thanks for making me feel at home from the first second 🙏🏽

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und geräumig. Zudem waren die Besitzer unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab Roller zu vermieten und wir konnten gemeinsam eine Tour planen mit privatem Fahrer - alles trotzdem sehr günstig. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral aber dennoch sehr ruhig im zimmer. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt vielen Dank 😊
Super séjour chez Agung, Hôte très réactif et très gentil. Le logement correspond parfaitement à ce qui est mentionné sur Airbnb : bien placé, propre, opérationnel. Je ne peux que recommander, Encore merci !

Amazing place cannot recommend it enough. The family that live there are so beautiful, always available to help with whatever you need. The rooms were so beautiful for such a good price and it's central! such a short walk to get to so many good restaurants, monkey forest, etc. cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back again!

가격이 저렴해서 큰 기대를 하지 않았는데 정말 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 방도 침대고 크고 에어컨은 빵빵합니다. 욕실도 크고 좋은 향기가 나요. 테라스도 멋지고 냉장고가 있으며 무료 생수도 2병씩 제공됩니다. 직원들은 친절하고 주변에 맛있는 음식점도 있어요. 연장하고 싶었는데 방이 없어서 못한 게 아쉬울 정도예요. 만약 다음에 우붓에 또 가게 된다면 여기 또 머무를 거예요.
This was one of the best stays I’ve had on Airbnb. Anak’s place was very clean and spacious and private, and there was housekeeping everyday. There was also breakfast if you wanted. On top of that, it was very close to the city centre, and there were lots of good food within minutes of walking out of the homestay. Would highly recommend!
Located next to the center this was the perfect air bnb for us. Great restaurants around, super friendly staff, and easy communication! Super clean, we would definitely recommend staying here 😊

It looks just like the picture and I rested well in a clean place. It was very friendly, and the accommodation is within walking distance. And you can rent a motorcycle👍👍
Das Zimmer sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war sauber und sie haben jeden Tag aufgeräumt und neues Wasser hingestellt. Es ist im Zentrum aber in einer ruhigeren Strasse was perfekt ist, denn zu Fuss oder mit Roller kommt man ganz einfach zu den belebten Strassen.

Stayed here for 4 nights. I was very surprised how clean it was! It was first time for me to stay at a homestay so I was skeptical but surprisingly this place exceeded my expectations. Wifi went off and on but Ketut fixed it right away. I highly recommend this place!
The location is great, walking distance to Ubud palace and art market. The room is very clean and tidy. The rooster wakes us up every morning. We don’t need to set up alarm at all.
Amazing stay. Room was clean, the breakfast was amazing (banana pancakes are crepes filled with bananas), very responsive, very central to everything I needed to see/do! Highly recommend this home.
I really liked the apartament. The host and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that breakfast was included. The most convenient thing is that it is located in the center, but at the same time the aprtament was quiet👍 I will definitely come back again, I really liked it 10/10 :)

I found my Bali home here. The owners are so helpful, flexible and look after you like you would be one of their family members. One of my highlights was when one of her daughters wrote "happy birthday" message with flowers for me on my birthday. Travelling alone this was everything I hoped to feel safe, cosy and at home. I hoped to get a home feel vs. hotel room and I found it. Having a small kitchenette makes cooking possible if you're staying longer and want to do your own cooking. The location is excellent. Yoga Barn is 15min walk away and also other central Ubud locations, so if you prefer to walk, this is your spot! There are two wonderful cafes upfront this homestay and you even get a discount by staying in Utu! Their breakfast also is simple, yet delish. They serve strong Indonesian black coffee with brekkie, which is SO good! I ended up moving to another room and staying longer! I can't recommend this highly enough! This family will look after you in amazing ways.
Such a gem! The room is very tidy and modern, in a calm street but still close enough to the city center. The place is clean and the host is very responsive. They waited for me until 2am to check in, and carried my bags upstairs (I don’t travel light). It’s just 15’ away from Yoga Barn, and the prepare breakfast every day and bring it to your room when you wake up! Totally recommended

Diese Unterkunft war ein echter Traum. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist modern, geräumig und sauber. Der Balkon und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Vor allem das Personal war großartig. Das Frühstück liebevoll angerichtet und lecker. Danke Euch und weiterhin alles alles gut. ☺️ wir kommen jederzeit wieder.
I had an amazing time in Ubud and really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Communicating with Agung was always easy and I felt very welcomed when I arrived. Agung is such a lovely soul and has always been so friendly. The modern apartment itself is close to everything such as cafés and restaurants as well as rice fields, the monkey forest and temples. The accommodation was very clean and it even got cleaned after my first day. It got everything I needed for the three days. If required one could also have had breakfast which was provided by the host (coffee, tea, fruit, rice, eggs etc.). Overall, it has been a great stay and I would like to thank the host for having me. I can totally recommend this Airbnb!

Anak was an incredible host, the room was fantastic exactly how its pictured, the balcony is very spacious. The room is located at the back of the property so its very quiet. there was construction going on behind the building during my stay however i didn't really notice and Anak was kind enough to offer breakfast every morning as a result of this even though it was not part of my booking. This place is really central to everything awesome stay highly recommend.
