Villa 10 Uluwatu

Exploring Villa 10 Uluwatu left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Villa 10 Uluwatu was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Villa 10 Uluwatu painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

We had a great stay at the villa. The ocean view was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of the trip. The chef prepared excellent lunches and dinners throughout our stay, and the overall layout of the villa was very well designed, with many comfortable areas to relax and spend time together. The only downside was the noise level from the air conditioners and some kitchen equipment. They were quite loud, and it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. Overall, it was a very beautiful and enjoyable experience.

My 3 friends and I had the most incredible girls trip at Villa 10. The villa itself was beautiful and the staff made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. We were spoiled with delicious food, thoughtful service in the most stunning setting. The location was also perfect, especially with access to Karma’s facilities and the beach below the cliff. We did book the villa specifically because it was advertised as having four bedrooms. Being mums, we were all looking forward to a bit of personal space. Everything was as expected except for the fourth bedroom, we knew it didn't have a bathroom, however didn't know it was separate from the main villa and only accessible from outside. It was quite small, had a noticeable mildew smell, and the bed was more like a daybed than a proper mattress. One of us tried to stay in it for a night, but it was uncomfortable, so we ended up sharing beds instead. This was the only drawback in an otherwise phenomenal stay. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful clifftop haven ideally situated away from the chaos, but also close enough to take a car in and out of Uluwatu as desired. A great base for a group of friends or family seeking sweeping views and quick access to a lovely white-sand beach. Not to mention the best part of our stay... The on-site staff! Always smiling and eager to assist with anything we needed. We all agreed, some of our favorite meals were cooked by Wayan and the team (from a traditional Balinese feast on our first night and banana pancakes for brunch, to a delicious pizza lunch made in the villa's own oven). Having the pool, sunset views, Karma Beach access, and an on-site team was priceless. The only small hiccup was the miscommunication about a "fourth" room that we thought would be able to sleep two with single beds pushed together, but turned out to be smaller than AirBnb photos let on with a mattress added on the floor. We sorted it out in the end and had a wonderful stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem großen Resort und dadurch ist der Service sehr gut. Das gesamte Hauspersonal war spitze, freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

The villa is amazing. Gorgeous view, beautiful gated environment, high-quality beds, great Wifi. But the most important impressive part was the staff. Having daily cleaning, a personal chef, etc. was just the best. It’s really a VIP experience.

Stunning property in a superb location. Staff on hand where help was always at hand when required. The chef accommodated all tastes and the food was superb.

Had the best time here with a group of six! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. The pool overlooking the ocean was absolutely stunning — we didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend for a group getaway. 5 stars!

The perfect villa! We had the most amazing holiday staying here. Beautiful villa in a lovely location with fantastic views. Agung, Wayan, Gede, Ketut and Desak were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The chefs served us delicious food for every meal. The house itself was fabulous and the team made it a truly wonderful experience.

It was a wonderful stay for me, my daughter and her husband and granddaughters 3 and 5 years. All the staff led by Agung were so wonderful in making our stay perfect. The meals were delicious. The beach was a great surprise with great snorkeling and water sport options. We didn’t want to leave such a special place.

Fabulous villa located within a member only hotel. Very tranquil and private, the pool is huge and the house is pristine and comfortable. A real slice of paradise! The best bit about the villa though is the staff, they make life so easy and will go above and beyond to make sure your holiday is perfect. Thank you!

Wow this villa is absolutely amazing - we booked this for a week following our son’s wedding (8 adults 2 babies) and was the perfect place to relax. The view is absolutely stunning and what really topped it for us was the staff. We had the most amazing staff who cooked the most amazing meals everyday and accommodated our needs. We cannot thank the 4 staff members enough for making our son’s honeymoon and our holiday the best ever! Highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a 5 star experience 👌🏻

Returning to Villa 10 for a second time only confirmed why it remains my favourite. I brought four friends with me on this visit, and we unanimously agreed that it is the best villa we’ve experienced to date. From the spectacular views and stunning pool to the exceptional warmth of the service, every detail was impeccable. Villa 10 is truly special, and I look forward to returning again.

We stayed here with friends. The place was amazing, couldn’t fault it! Natasha was very responsive and the Villa team were incredible. Lots to do in the area although the Villa is so great you won’t want to leave. We would absolutly stay again.

The pictures honestly don’t do this villa justice. We had an amazing stay at Villa10. The views were unreal, the infinity pool was incredible and the staff could not do enough for us from start to finish. We were welcomed with a seafood BBQ cooked by the private chef on arrival which set the tone straight away. The sauna and cold plunge were a great touch and all the bedrooms felt really comfortable and secure. We even had a few monkeys visiting in the evenings which was pretty cute 😂 luckily they kept their distance. Would 100% recommend staying here. I am sure we will be back

We had the most wonderful time as a family of four staying at Villa 10. Villa manager Agung and the entire team were absolutely exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The villa itself is simply breathtaking, with stunning views and an ideal location within the Karma Kandara Resort. Having restaurants, a gym, beach club, and a beautiful spa just steps away made the experience even more special and effortless. The staff went above and beyond, preparing meals tailored to our family’s preferences using high quality ingredients, which made us feel truly at home. It was a memorable and deeply relaxing experience, and we cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.

I’m stead in some fabulous places, but the view, the pool ,the rooms were awesome. The staff did whatever was needed and helpful and always. we thank you for this opportunity and look forward to the next time. not to mention the beautiful beach and the lounge on the beach.

The view was absolutely stunning!! We enjoyed relaxing on the outside loungers everyday of our stay. Agung, the villa manager, went above-and-beyond to make our stay comfortable and meet all of our needs. The resort's beach is one of the best in Uluwatu. The wifi worked great.

My family and I absolutely loved Villa 10. It was a stand‑out villa experience—an exceptional property with a beautiful pool, outstanding views, and top‑class amenities. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help with whatever we needed, from groceries and in‑villa massages to arranging transport. The private chefs cooked amazing meals, all tailored to our personal requests. We really appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the whole team, which made the stay feel effortless and memorable. We will certainly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Bali. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for the quintessential Bali villa experience, this is it. The views are stunning. The villa is spacious, well designed and equipped. The layout is good; plenty of places to relax indoors and outdoors, dine indoors or outdoors comfortably. There is a wonderful and competent staff (thank you Agung, Wayan, Gede, Desak and Dion!!) who will truly attend to your every need. The available chefs are skilled and well worth the very reasonable cost. Small errands also no problem. One of the best thing about this villa vs. other options is that it is part of a 5 star resort, Karma Kandara, there is a beautiful beach directly accessible by a short walk and ride down a funicular. One minor thing to add is that the villa is about 300m away and in line of sight from the resort's main restuarant which often hosts weddings and events that can be a little noisy in the evening but they end by 10pm latest. Again, a truly great Bali villa experience!! Thanks Natasha and team!

Everything about Villa 10 was exceptional! The communications we had with the owners and Villa Manager even before we arrived was great. They kept us very informed and answered all our questions prior to arrival. The Villa staff were the nicest group of people you could ask for. Helping with getting us around the area, cooking amazing meals and making sure our experience was second to none. We cannot say enough about the wonderful team they have there! The Villa itself is amazing! Very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. Additionally, the location of the Villa at the Karma is great. Having access to the beach club was one of the highlights of our stay. We ventured out into Uluwatu as well, which is not a far drive at all.

Schon beim Betreten der Villa waren wir beeindruckt: alles ist makellos sauber, bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch das gesamte Team vor Ort. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsberreit. Man spürt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Freude gearbeitet wird. Wir wurden rundum verwöhnt, hatten stets das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen – von der traumhaften Atmosphäre über die perfekte Organisation bis hin zu dem unbeschreiblich freundlichen Service. Wir haben uns selten so wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist. Fazit: Eine absolute Traumvilla, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Hands down the best villa we have stayed. Epic views, ridiculous pool and stunning beaches. The staff on site were so lovely and accommodating. The chef is one of the greats. Agung and Wayan equally great. We will be back.

Villa 10 was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, doing their best to meet the needs of me and my family. The location was excellent with beautiful scenery. In the early morning or late afternoon, you might even spot some monkeys, so it’s best to keep the doors and windows closed.

This was a wonderful vacation for our family. The stay at the villa was excellent! The beautiful ocean view can be seen from the terrace, which has a clean and large swimming pool. The villa is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We would like to express our gratitude to the villa staff for their attentive service, helpfulness, and delicious food prepared right at the villa. We will definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family.

Wow, what an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIP guests—a real treat for me and my family. The villa is perched in what can only be described as one of the most stunning locations in all of Bali. The rooms were beautifully maintained and cleaned every morning by the attentive staff. Being within the Karma Resort adds another layer of value, giving you access to all the fantastic resort facilities during your stay. But the true highlight was the staff. Every single day, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warmth, care, and attention to us and our small children made this experience unforgettable. Superbe maison. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique . Le personnel de maison était très bien . Seule ombre au tableau le restaurant de la résidence n était pas terrible du tout . Si nous l avions su nous nous serions organisés pour que le chef cuisine pour nous .

Our stay at Villa 10 was nothing short of amazing. The best Villa we have stayed at in Bali to date and will be planning to stay on following trips to Bali. Agung and the team at the Villa were phenomenal, super helpful, friendly and polite and offered a great service. The location of the Villa was great, probably the best view from a Villa in the area. Access to all the surrounding beach clubs like Karma, Klive and Sundays (our favorite) made it so worth it as you can just walk over via the beach, rather than having to get a grab. Overall great stay and would recommend again and again.

I’m torn about sharing this gem, as part of me wants to keep it all to myself—but Villa 10 truly deserves the praise. The sea view is nothing short of breathtaking, a constant reminder of nature’s beauty from the moment you wake. Agung, our house manager, was the epitome of professionalism—attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. Our stay was seamless, relaxing, and deeply memorable. We’re already looking forward to our return to this little slice of paradise.

Great Place, great house located inside a hotel/villa complex. Amazing staff, thanks to Agung, Katut, and Wayan; all of them extremely professional, very prepared, helping at all times. The house has all the necessary amenities, perfect place to stay with both family or friends. Natasha- the owner, is also building a new boutique hotel in Bali so reach out to her if that suits you better. But this house is a great option as well.

Lovely place with beautiful infinity pool blending into great view of the ocean. Moving from the sauna to the cold plunge jacuzzi to jumping in the pool in that manner of order seemed to work well :-) All amenities function properly including showers, water pressure, splits and fans Pizza oven makes a great quality pizza, recommend the chilli prawn, or I am sure whatever your vice the chef will make it stand out. As for the staff, Chef, housekeepers you are truly amazing people and Natasha should be so grateful to have you which I am sure she knows. Quality of the food was exceptional, just advise what you would like for the meals and the team takes care of all the rest. I hope you will have us all back later in the year and thank you so much for the opportunity. Special mention to Wayan, Desa and Gede thank you so much :)
